Camp Wing's beautiful setting offers great reception options, outdoor/covered ceremony sites, overnight accommodation, fun activities, and attentive staff. With pond views, acres of woodlands, and historic buildings we can accommodate up to 220 guests. Wing offers many unique and beautiful options perfect to make a weekend out of your wedding. Wedding rental fees contribute to support the program and operation of Crossroads. Hosting your wedding here you join a community dedicated to giving every child the opportunity to be safe and succeed in life. Our youth develop the relationships and skills that will help them achieve their fullest potential as members of their communities. Thank you for helping us to change the lives of under-resourced youth.

Truly the best! We worked with Camp Wing and Will Palmer since 2018 and through the pandemic to finally host our wedding in 2021. After an initially scheduled 2020 wedding and then rescheduled to Fall 2021, every single step of the way was amazing with Camp Wing. If you are looking for a nontraditional venue, with ample space and time (the whole weekend) to enjoy your family and friends, Camp Wing is the place. With multiple ceremony locations and a huge reception location, Camp Wing made for a memorable wedding location and incredible photos!

Meet the Camp Wing Team
Will Palmer (Events Director) Originally from the south coast of England, I have loved living here in New England since 2011. The natural landscape is beautiful, the weather is different each season, and the local sports teams are awesome! My passion for weddings comes from taking an active role in fulfilling the dreams of couples and their families. It is so fulfilling to look around during the wedding weekend and seeing so many happy people enjoying our site and services.I met my wife working at summer camp in 2008 and we hosted our own wedding a camp ourselves! We loved the space - and you will too!
