Canopy Creek Farm is a beautiful countryside wedding venue located in Miamisburg, Cincinnati, OH. Surrounded by rolling hills, sunkissed meadows filled with horses, and attractive water features, Canopy Creek Farm provides a peaceful countryside getaway. With gorgeous photo ops throughout the property, connected by paved roads and manicured walking paths, you can readily enjoy all 24 acres. You also have your choice of unlimited scenic outdoor ceremony locations or inside the Reception Barn. The 3,600 sq. ft. partially covered veranda with outdoor bistro lights is ideal for a ceremony or cocktail hour and has a capacity of up to 250. This venue is absolutely beautiful without having to add many touches to it. They allow you to have your ceremony anywhere on the property and the reception barn is nice and spacious. The staff provided to us was also the best at keeping our wedding day going smooth! Would recommend to anyone looking for a Rustic style wedding!

We had our wedding at Canopy Creek and it was beautiful! They were easy to work with and very flexible, as we moved our ceremony indoors fairly last minute. The coordinator was really helpful in planning and on day of. It is a lovely venue with great facilities.

An absolute dream of a venue. We had people all night telling us how unbelievable it was. My only complaint is that Canopy does not have a way to make payments other than through mail or in person, so this made payments difficult (being an hour away from Dayton). However, this was not a big enough issue to affect my rating given. I absolutely would book CCF again and suggest it to anyone.

Everything about CCF was perfect! From the planning to the day of we loved everything about Canopy Creek Farm. It was so helpful to be able to get into the venue at 9am to start getting set up and for the girls to get ready in the bridal suite! We loved the scenery and the fact that we didn't have to do much decorating! This saved us so much time and money. We also loved being able to hire our own vendors and not being restricted to an approved list. Our coordinator Janet was so helpful with the final planning details. She kept everything moving along on schedule and made sure all our vendors were where they needed to be. She helped ease my mind knowing that she had everything handled and I could just enjoy the day. I would highly recommend Canopy Creek Farm and Janet for your wedding day!!It is definitely worth every penny!!!!!

Everyone is so nice and welcoming, the grounds are absolutely stunning, there are so many options of where to have your ceremony, and with everything that is provided to you there isn’t much decorating that is needed. AMAZING VENUE! I totally, 100%, recommend Canopy Creek as a venue for a classy country & chic venue! The entire staff worked wonderfully with my daughter and myself. My daughter's wedding was originally scheduled for a June 2020 wedding date, but as everyone knows, COVID struck. The venue bent over backwards to assist us in rescheduling the wedding for a November 2020 wedding. Once again, COVID came through with a vengeance, but we were determined to have the wedding in November. Canopy Creek once again, was determined to make my daughter's day beautiful & pressed on for the last wedding of the season, as guests were already arriving when strict rules were put in place. The few guests that arrived had a wonderful time and complemented the venue location. Everyone loved the entire property. I cannot say enough fabulous things about Canopy Creek. They are well worth the money for the venue and the extra money for the Wedding Coordinators! Thank you all for making my Daughter & Son-In-Law's special day a day to remember!

Absolutely amazing venue! There is so much to offer at this wedding venue that really wow-ed our guests! We had the option of getting married outside, anywhere we wanted on the property. We chose a wooded area near the creek and the photos from it are absolutely stunning. They recently expanded the outdoor patio space, which was so lovely for cocktail hour (especially with the string lights!). They also let the horses out during cocktail hour as well which many of the guests said they thought was really neat! The inside the venue is also beautiful. We had a live band play our reception and the music sounded great inside! Canopy Creek provides you with a day-of coordinator, which was nice for the planner we hired to work to ensure things went smoothly! When it got closer to our wedding date, we wanted to keep stopping by the venue to check things out, which was so easy to do! We worked mostly with Misty, who was very responsive and friendly. Another great thing about the venue is the location! We had a ton of out of town guests and the venue was only about 10 minutes from nearby hotels. We are so happy we chose Canopy Creek and would definitely recommend them to any couples looking to have their special day there!

Ever since the beginning, when we toured Canopy Creek Farm at the start of our wedding planning, we absolutely fell IN LOVE! The venue is stunning inside & out- perfect for any type of weather!Everyone who works at Canopy Creek Farm is helpful, professional, and nice to worth with. During the planning process, Misty was a quick phone call or email away. We asked her so many questions leading up the wedding and she was SO helpful! Our day of coordinator Elena was fantastic! Always ensuring our event was running smoothly, on time, and that we were happy with it. She also lead a very helpful wedding rehearsal. Canopy Creek Farm’s owner was there on our wedding day and not only did he help move tables around for us, he talked to me, the bride, and made sure everything was great for my special day!Everyone at canopy creek was very helpful and understanding when we postponed our wedding due to Covid -19. We really can’t say enough wonderful things about Canopy Creek Farm. With it’s beauty inside and out, professional staff members, and its location you can’t get a better wedding venue in the area! The barn is so beautiful, you bearily need any decorations. With booking you get a getting ready room for the women and the men and free day-of wedding coordination! We were married April 10th although we had plans to get married by the beautiful pond, it was a very rainy day. At our rehearsal we planned with Elena our wedding ceremony fully inside. Even though it rained almost all day on our wedding day, it didn’t matter because everything can be held fully inside at Canopy Creek Farm. It doesn’t matter the weather, your wedding will be beautiful at Canopy Creek Farm! We truly had the best wedding day we could imagine at Canopy Creek Farm. Book them!

All I can say is WOW! We had such a fantastic experience with Canopy Creek. Elena was our day-of coordinator included with our booking and she was the most incredible professional. She ensured that everything went perfectly, communicated with us tons, and made what could have been an extremely stressful day super easy for us. The venue itself is stunning with tons of options for ceremony locations. The inside is beautiful and barely needs decorations which helped us save some money. The property has a lot of gorgeous spots for unique photos, too! It was easy and stress-free for our vendors to locate and come in and set up while myself and the bridal party were getting ready. Both the bridal room and the groomsmen room were perfect. My husband and I each had 6 people in our respective parties and we had plenty of room for hair and makeup. Can't recommend this place enough as they really work with you to deliver basically anything you want for your day at an extremely competitive price for what you are getting. We chose to get married in the off-season (March 27) and saved $1,000 off the typical Saturday wedding price because of that. With that wedding date, in Ohio especially, weather is up in the air and it was comforting to us to know that if our outdoor ceremony needed to get moved indoors due to bad weather that there were multiple backup plans in place. Canopy Creek also provided a huge list of recommended vendors for every single piece of the wedding day and every vendor except for food we found through that list. Lastly, their location is super convenient as it is near Austin Landing so our guests were able to make easy reservations at a hotel there and we worked out a shuttle with the hotel that transported guests to the venue and home from the reception which gave us all peace of mind knowing that everyone could party and still get home safe. Thanks to Misty and Elena and Doug, you gave us the most memorable special day.

Beautiful venue with an amazing staff that gives ample freedom.We couldn’t be more pleased with our decision to hire Canopy Creek!! The barn and surrounding land are obviously beautiful, but on top of that Canopy was simply awesome to work with. Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and helpful. They gave us plenty of freedom to make the day our own and continued to be flexible as plans changed due to COVID. Even before we signed a contract they were transparent and upfront about what they had to offer and what could be seen as limitations (super minor things like not putting tape on the barn walls). We never came across hidden fees or felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed to death. Canopy feels like a family owned business with all the perks and professionalism of a commercial venue. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Even before we signed a contract they were transparent and upfront about what they had to offer and what could be seen as limitations (super minor things like not putting tape on the barn walls). We never came across hidden fees or felt like we were being nickel-and-dimed to death. Canopy feels like a family owned business with all the perks and professionalism of a commercial venue. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had our wedding at Canopy Creek and could not have asked for a better place! It is absolutely gorgeous! Our wedding coordinator, Sharon, was able to flip the ceremony from outside to inside with ease (We got hit with rain, hail, AND snow). Misty was a blessing to work with and answered any questions I had, no matter how small. Emily basically did most of the vendor research for us and chose our officiant, decor/linen/flower company, photographer, alcohol provider and band! She alleviated a lot of stress in having to decide. Sharon and Janet (wedding coordinators) ran an awesome ship! they made sure the bridal party was where they needed to be, that the vendors were where they needed to be, and that all the guest were having a good time. My husband and I were so glad we chose this venue. Not only is it absolutely gorgeous, but everyone works together to make your special day as relaxing as it can be. The bridal suite and bachelor barn were a great addition and the new bar was beautiful. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is planning a wedding!

My husband and I were married by the creek area at Canopy Creek on May 26th, and the scenery was just beautiful. The greenery and pops of sunlight that come through the trees made for gorgeous photos. We liked having the option to have the ceremony outside, and be able to go inside for the reception at the same location. The inside of the barn at Canopy Creek is honestly like a dream. Not much has to be decorated due to it's charm, and the all wood interior makes for an intimate and romantic feel. The staff at Canopy Creek were amazing to work with, and we truly felt as though they wanted the most perfect day for us! As we all know, planning for an outdoor ceremony is risky but we felt at ease because the staff at Canopy Creek was willing to flip the inside of the barn to fit a ceremony inside if the weather would not have cooperated. I could go on forever about how magical Canopy Creek is! You will not be disappointed in Canopy Creek!!

The staff were super helpful on the day of driving up and down in the gator to get guests that could not all the way to the ceremony site and helping to get the horses out during our ceremony! We were nervous with a winter wedding that the space would be cramped for our guests (250) but it was great and cozy! The ability to have the venue from 9 am the day of the wedding until 1 am that night was amazing for setup and cleanup. The bridal party and families were able to show up at 9 to begin hair and makeup in the bridal suite as well as begin decorating and preparing for the day. Not many venues allow you to have so much time in your venue for this. Canopy Creek has a kitchen and bridal suite as well as an upstairs landing for extra space to get ready. The only thing that we wished we would have done was assign people to help transform the room from the ceremony to the reception because there were only two people there from Canopy Creek to transform the room so our guests had to move their own tables and chairs in order to speed the process up. Luckily our guests didn't mind. We also wish that we would've hired a custodian or clean up crew to clean up plates and drinks as the night went on. Canopy Creek offers great additions with partner companies for lighting and decorations.

Beautiful venue! We knew this was where we would get married the minute we stepped out of the car to tour the farm. The staff at Canopy Creek are so helpful and accommodating. We were lost when it came to wedding vendors and they we able to help point us in the right direction. They even allowed me to bring my horse to the wedding!! Our day turned out even better than I had imagined and I am so glad that we chose Canopy Creek Farm as our place to say \"I do.\"

The grounds are well maintained, the building is bigger in person and the staff-Misty, Andy- were very helpful in answering any questions I had. The day of they helped set tables and the wedding coordinator helped decorate along with our crew. The other vendors said they worked well with them and were very responsive. There are several options for ceremony cites and photographs. Many of our guests complimented the venue and said Canopy Creek would be the first call they would make for their children’s weddings.

This was a picture-perfect venue for our special day. I was mostly in touch with Misty during the process. She was quick and kind in her responses, and very accommodating with my requests to visit and show the venue to family. I did see one of the owners on the day of my wedding, driving the golf cart for our older guests...and that was nice. I think the only real downside to booking this venue, is not having it for the entire weekend. And this is something we were well aware of prior to booking, but it didn’t pose a problem until our actual wedding. We had to hold rehearsal on the Thursday prior to our Sunday wedding, and weren’t able to start setting up until 9 the morning of our big day (also things we were aware of prior to booking). This arrangement was difficult for us for a couple of reasons. The venue was over an hour from home, and we had a lot of personal touches to set up for that day. It was a bit overwhelming, but our pictures turned out beautifully and I do love the venue. It is stunning.

The is a beautiful place. Our daughter’s wedding day was magical. Both Misty and Emily made everything run so smoothly. I was able to relax and enjoy the ceremony and reception. I was never stressed or worried. Misty answered all of our questions and had lots of helpful suggestions. We had so many comments from our guests about how beautiful the venue is and how much they liked being there. Canopy Creek Farm is a wonderful place and I will recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect place for a perfect night!

We got married on August 11th, 2018 and this venue was everything we ever hoped for. My husband was not a fan of the idea of an outdoor ceremony in August, but Canopy Creek has the perfect meadow area that we were able to use that was in complete shade at 4:30pm on our wedding day. The scenery is so serene we hardly needed any decor. The reception in the barn was the same way. The exposed beams and cast iron finishes made our rustic wedding complete. Not to mention the air conditioning which was a must have for an August wedding. Both day of and throughout the planning process, the staff were super accommodative. The venue provided a wedding coordinator at no extra cost which helped me keep my sanity, come up with new or different ideas and vendor suggestions. She met with me several times prior to the wedding, was always available via email and was there from noon until the lights went off making sure everything ran smoothly the day of our wedding. Everyone here went out of there way to make arrangements for us with scheduling which was super helpful as we were planning the event while I was 2 hours away at graduate school and my husband was working another hour north. All in all I would 100% recommend Canopy Creek Farms to any couple getting married. This venue will provide the rustic location you're looking for without the smell off animals or heat. The grounds our beautiful and well kept, making this location the perfect place to get married.

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue to host our wedding! The building itself and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous. With 180 guests, we were able to arrange tables the way we preferred so everyone could be comfortable. The entire staff was extremely accommodating and willing to help us with whatever we needed throughout the planning process. We especially appreciated the efforts of Angie. She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. We met with her on more than one occasion, and she helped in any way that she could on our big day, even calling one of our vendors when something wasn’t delivered. I am so glad we went with Canopy Creek for our wedding, and I highly recommend it!

My husband and I got married almost a year ago at Canopy Creek Farm and it was everything we could have ever imagined and more! It was the first, last and only venue we looked at and it fit every need we had. The barn is gorgeous, classy and so very comfortable and ideal for a large group of people. The two onsite outdoor ceremony spots are the perfect backdrops for a rustic chic wedding. We loved how the horse barn matched the reception barn and it all tied together so beautifully. We loved having the horses in the background and were so impressed with their attention to detail! They offer a wide arrange of vendors with whom they have a great rapport with! We were over the moon impressed with the hard work, organization and flexibility. 100% the right choice!

There is a reason Canopy Creek has a 5 star rating.From our first steps onto the property and into the venue my husband and I knew this was the perfect place for our late December wedding ceremony and reception. It was both cozy and intimate while strikingly elegant and exactly what we wanted. Misty was excellent with providing information and answering all of our questions about the venue. Angie, our wedding coordinator was so wonderful in helping everything come together, coordinating with all of our vendors, and making sure everything was in place down to the smallest details. I felt so comfortable going into our wedding day knowing that everything was going to be taken care of and that really helped me to truly enjoy the day stress-free. We had countless guests tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they've attended. I really could go on and on but I will end with saying that while were so pleased with all of our vendors and all aspects of our wedding, choosing Canopy Creek was probably the single best decision we made. I can't imagine having gotten married anywhere else.

I Love Canopy Creek Farms! I couldn’t say enough good things about it! It was the best choice for our wedding. All of our guest enjoyed themselves and loved the venue! There was a high possibility of rain so we chose to do the ceremony inside with my grand entrance being down the stairs and it turned out perfectly! There are not enough positive words to say about this venue! The beautiful setting alone gets it 4 stars but the staff pushes it above and beyond. I would give it 10 stars if I could! Misty and Tara, our wedding coordinator, were helpful from the day we took a tour to the moment the last person left the venue on wedding night. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about a single thing going wrong on our big day because Tara made sure that everything was taken care of so we could just enjoy our guests and our wedding!! I never imagined my wedding day would be so stress free!!! Our guests are still commenting on how beautiful the venue was both inside and outside. You can’t go wrong with this location for your event!

They were within my budget and gave us a military discount for my husband being in the Army. They answered any questions I had in great detail and helped me plan the table arrangement for the amount of guest I had. I loved the fact that they were handicap accessible for my relatives. Overall, just a fantastic place to have a wedding.

My now husband (!) and I have lived in NYC for ten years, but we are both from the midwest. I'm from Cincinnati, and he's from Fargo. We knew we wanted to have a venue that all of our family could drive to easily, but that would also feel like a bit of a destination for our NYC friends flying in. We wanted an indoor/outdoor option with lots of SPACE, because that is a rarity in New York. We also wanted it to be comfortable for relatives of all ages, yet gorgeous, a bit rustic and romantic, and feel truly special enough for the most important day of our lives. Canopy Creek met all of these expectations, and then so much more. We got to work with the friendliest, most accommodating and professional staff. The more than 20 acres of land are stunning. The many included aspects, such as tables and chairs and wedding planner is an UNBELIEVABLE value. Moreover, our September wedding landed during an unexpectedly hot week. We had to move the ceremony inside... but it was so stunning, I wasn't disappointed for a second! All of our friends (including our New York friends who have travelled all over the world for weddings) said this was THE most stunning and perfect wedding venue they have ever seen. It truly was magical!

Want a unique wedding and having your guests talking about it months afterwards? If you have made it to my review, you probably already know/realize how awesome and amazing Canopy Creek is!This was the only venue that my now husband and I both liked, and we are so glad that we chose this one!Canopy Creek allowed for our guests to have fun the ENTIRE time, instead of just during the dancing. Guests could play corn hole/ladder golf outside during the cocktail hour, or just walk around the beautiful grounds. We actually had large amounts of our guests hanging out outside after dinner to go back and play games on the beautiful lawn.We had the ENTIRE property to ourselves, which was almost like taking our guests on a little retreat. However, it was only a 10 minute shuttle ride to the hotels on Austin Blvd, so we could have our shuttle go back and forth several times in an hour to take guests to and from Canopy Creek.Not only is Canopy Creek amazing and beautiful, but the staff is so professional and helpful. Neither my husband or I live in Ohio, because of being in the military, and Misty helped to reassure us and was quick to answer any questions we had throughout the planning process.Any time we were in town to visit, they allowed us into the venue to take measurements, look around for ideas and get ideas.You are also given a day-of wedding planner, which I didn't really want at first until Angie came into the picture. She was worth the entire cost of Canopy Creek alone! Her professionalism and expertise helped our wedding day to go off without a hitch. (I literally still can't think of anything that went wrong, unlike most wedding days).Canopy Creek is worth the investment in every way possible! Your guests will love the wedding!!

My husband and I were married at Canopy Creek about a year ago on August 12th, 2016. We couldn't of picked a better venue for our perfect wedding! We both grew up in Miamisburg and had our eye on this place before we were even engaged. Canopy Creek was the first and the ONLY venue we looked at for our wedding. The staff were exceptionally helpful and supportive, especially Misty. She let me come by several times to map out plans and decorations for the wedding and answered any questions I had ,right away. If you are a country girl looking for a perfect place for a rustic wedding, then this is the place for you. You can choose between the pond or the creek for outdoor ceremonies, or you can have your ceremony inside. They provide you with a beautiful arch that you can decorate to your liking. The venue is so beautiful that your photographer will be able to capture some great photos on your wedding day. This was truly one of the best days of our lives and without the helpful staff at canopy creek this wouldn't of been possible. Thank you Canopy Creek for your beautiful property and helpful staff. We drive by there all the time and wish that we could replay the entire day over again!

We had our wedding on 7/29/17. I couldn't have dreamt a better day. Misty the coordinator was absolutely amazing! She was always more than accommodating. Having a wedding coordinator the day of definitely made me feel more at ease. The place is so beautiful that you don't need much. And just because it's a \"barn\" doesn't mean you have to go rustic. My wedding has so much sparkle and it still fit perfectly. :) Pictures here are limitless. So many wonderful backgrounds. I would pick this place every time.

This venue was everything I'd ever hoped for and more! We just got married in late April. It was the perfect amount of country chic that my husband and I were looking for to fit each of our personalities. We lucked out with the weather as it was pouring down rain the morning of! The venue is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. My wedding had to be changed to inside from the original location outside due to major storms and flooding. I had a point person (one of my amazing friends) that worked her tail off the entire day to flip my wedding from outside to inside. I will say that our wedding turned out absolutely amazing, and I think even MORE beautiful inside than it would have been outside. We had guest sits at their tables and set up the front by the stairs. It was an amazing feeling walking down the aisle from the front door and a longer more dramatic walk, which allowed me to just take it all in. I felt surrounded by everyone and they felt so comfortable sitting right at their tables. It was also nice because immediately after the wedding the bar opened and the caterers started passing appetizers. It was all seamless and extremely beautiful!

I attended a wedding this past weekend at Canopy Creek Farm. It is a stunning Venue, hard to describe how beautiful it is. A must see in person! The setting for the ceremony was just lovely, positioned at the creek surrounded by the color changing leaves and accompanied by the beautiful sounds of a violinist and cellist. I really enjoyed cocktail hour out on the patio overlooking the water and watching the horses gallop through the field. The rest of the evening moved along smoothly, the venue was warm and inviting and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I am an officiant and have performed several services at Canopy Creek Farm both inside and out. What a stunning location! The staff was very attentive and professional making sure the wedding party have what they needed and wanted. I will happily recommend them to other couples!

Canopy Creek was phenomenal! They book up quickly, so I highly recommend booking early. The venue is gorgeous from the second you look upon it from the road, and it only make a bigger end more beautiful statement the closer you get! They are wonderful! I felt like a bother emailing multiple times before my wedding started. The wedding planner I was assigned was beyond amazing! I would highly recommend a day of planner to everyone! We had a horse and carriage which fit simply perfect with the environment. You are welcome to use your own catering and bartender which was awesome and it was awesome to have the opportunity to personalize my wedding as much as I did.

This venue made our wedding so special! Canopy Creek comes with a wedding planner now named Angie. She was amazing. She helped us load the truck when the wedding was over and made sure everything was in order before we left. During set-up she was very helpful as well. I wish we knew about her ealrier on, so I didn't have to hire a wedding planner. Angie was more experienced than the one I hired. Misty was beyond amazing! One of my vendors left, leaving the venue floor full of dirt and footprints. I told Misty I would clean it up, not a problem; even though the vendor should of done that. Misty and the owner explained, \" you are not cleaning the floors on your wedding day! We will clean it for you\". They did without question and I was very greatful for that. The day after the wedding we came back to venue to pick up our truck. The owner came out and asked how the wedding went! He was very kind and cared. Now that the wedding is over I'm sad! I want to have the day all over again. If you choose this venue for your wedding day, you will not be disappointed. I'm happy we did! My guest were blown away!

Absolutely one of the most beautiful venues in the area. The price seemed a bit steep, but was absolutely worth it to us because few decorations were needed to make the place gorgeous. The staff was very helpful and everything went flawlessly. If we could do it all over again we'd absolutely choose Canopy Creek :)

Beautiful wedding venue! Loved the all-wood interior, high ceilings, and beautiful lighting. The space felt very intimate and was perfect for our wedding size (just over 100 guests). Wedding day coordinators were helpful throughout the night and staff were easy to work with prior to the day of the wedding as well. Also enjoyed being able to take advantage of the beautiful outdoor space by setting up lawn games and high top barrel tables for cocktail hour. Plenty of beautiful scenery on site for pictures as well. What we loved most was the flexibility Canopy Creek allows you, by letting you bring in your own caterer, decorater, bartender, etc. This ultimately allowed us to create our own vision of our perfect wedding day. The only thing we were not happy with was that the venue was not able to provide ice (despite having a large kitchen on site), which we had to accommodate by bringing several large coolers and bags of ice since we provided our own bartender and alcohol and did not go through a caterer.

We got married August 5th, 2016 and I could not say enough great things about this venue! Misty and Emily are amazing and so helpful in the entire wedding planning process. I can not even tell you how many people came up to us during, and after the wedding and told us how much they loved the venue! It was everything we could have ever asked for!

Megan Freeze (Manager) Megan Freeze is excited to join Canopy Creek Farm in the role of Sales and Marketing Manager, marking the transition to a fully family-run business. As part-owner, daughter of Danette and Andy Chance, and wife to Doug Freeze, our Operations Manager, Megan has been actively involved in the operations of the farm since its inception. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise with her keen attention to detail, organizational skills and proficiency in computer and social media platforms.
