Based in Las Vegas, NV, at Canyon Gate Country Club, we can accommodate a wedding as intimate as 20 and as grand as 200 guests for seated offerings. If it's a more laid-back atmosphere you seek, we have specialty hors d'oeuvres packages that can accommodate up to 325. And, of course, we have afternoon packages for those early birds out there. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Canyon Gate for our wedding venue. The level of professionalism was top notch, and we were put at ease during the entire planning process. From the very beginning, both Sierra and Tracy took the time to get to know us and to find out what was most important to us for our wedding day. They reassured us that they would always be available to answer any of our questions, offer suggestions, or address any concerns we had no matter how big or small. They were never too busy to answer our calls or respond to our messages. They always made us feel like a top priority and were so kind in every interaction. The food was amazing, and many of the guests commented on it, including how great the late- night pizza was, which was a big hit! The chef and his team were outstanding. The venue was perfect. We had been looking for a large enough space to accommodate our guests comfortably without the impersonal “big ballroom” feel. The included and preferred vendors (highly recommend photobook & cold sparks) are the best of the best. You can rest assured that you’ll be taken care of with them. Sierra and her team have an amazing knack for decorating and providing the ultimate charm and intimate atmosphere…exactly what we were looking and hoping for! The outdoor sunset ceremony made for the perfect backdrop as well. It truly was our dream wedding and we can’t thank them enough!

I had my wedding here at the end of May. I can not recommend this venue enough. I had taken some time off of work and had ample time for wedding planning. The new team that consists of Sierra and Tracy is outstanding. I mostly worked with Sierra and I am so grateful I did. I am so happy we chose Canyon Gate as our wedding venue! We are from Canada, so our first initial meeting was virtual. As soon as Dominique showed us the incredible view, we knew that had to be our venue! All of our communication after that was mainly with Marina (Private Events Assistant). I'm guessing since our wedding was a lot smaller and on a Tuesday, she took the lead on it. Marina was great to communicate with via email and always answered my questions (I'll be honest, there were a lot of them). When we visited Canyon Gate in person for the first time (about 7 months before our wedding) we were actually taken aback at how truly beautiful it is. We did a food tasting and everything was so so good. Fast forward to April and we came with 50 of our closest people for the big day! I had quite a few questions and both Dominique and Marina were there to walk me through them on the rehearsal day. This was super helpful, and Dominique reassured me that she would make sure everything went perfectly. On the day, we each had our own space to get ready and though the rooms were open to the public and we had the odd golfer in our space, they were relatively private. All in all, the wedding was a dream come true. The wind was a little crazy, so Canyon Gate was good to make necessary arrangements when needed. Our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and to this day, we still hear about how good the food was. The bartenders and servers were stellar as well. We even had a specific gentleman who specifically took care of me and my husband all night; we felt so special! You won’t go wrong with Canyon Gate Country Club. It’s one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been and I still can’t believe we got married there. The value for what you get is incredible and everyone we dealt with was amazing. We can’t thank them enough for making our wedding absolutely perfect.

The venue was beautiful, but my experience with the wedding planner Dominique wasn’t the greatest. When I first met her I was excited and she was very nice, but once I signed my documents, her attitude went completely opposite towards me. When my fiancé and I met her to pick out our food and all the other fun things that needed to be done. It wasn’t a memorable experience. I had more fun choosing what carpet I wanted for my house than I did with her. There were miscommunication and through the the conversation it was put that it was my fault. I thought having a wedding planner was suppose to make you feel like you had support and will be there for you. My experience was completely opposite from that. It was always felt like walking on egg shells. When asked to put certain things for our centerpieces I would get a smarky remark. Like I was being a hassle to ask about my centerpieces. I offered for me to do it but due to there policy they won’t allow it. The day of our wedding I couldn’t find Dominique after the ceremony for our photos, when they gave our stuff back certain things were all tangled and missing. I called the next day and Dominique had an attitude stating everything was needed to pick be picked up that night. How about showing some compassion we just got married, give the couple a day to pick everything up. Which I did! After looking through all the things I picked up, I’m still missing certain things. I dissent bother calling about it because I just don’t want to deal with her attitude. I do want to say the venue was beautiful venue but once you sign the contract they don’t treat you the same from when your first meet.

10/10 was our wedding date. I have to admit, the idea of having a wedding of 150 people was nerve wrecking. I was extremely stressed and overwhelmed. However, Dominique and Marina were AMAZING! They were very structured and organized. Communicating with them was easy. Every question was answered and every request was fulfilled. Even a month after the wedding, people were still complimenting us on how magical our wedding was. Especially with the fireworks… Thanks to Dominique and Marina, our wedding day was definitely a 10/10 wedding. We wouldn’t have it any other way!

The staff was friendly and attentive, and all of our guests felt very well taken care of. The cake, passed appetizers, and drinks were all so delicious. Choosing Canyon Gate Country Club was one of the best decisions my husband and I made in our wedding planning. We highly recommend this venue for a wedding or any special event!

Dominique, the event planner, does all the heavy lifting to make your life as easy as possible. The venue is super customizable and so great to work with. Everything looked absolutely stunning, more than my husband and I could have ever imagined. She was very professional and truly dedicated to our needs. From the very first meeting she was completely transparent with pricing and all the details. She was an excellent communicator, I knew I could always depend on her throughout. She assisted us with booking our photographer and videographer both whom produced high quality services. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator. Dominique Acevedo, at Canyon Gate Country Club, was an exceptional wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond for our special occasion. The staff was also very kind and attentive to our guest. Canyon Gate is an amazing venue. It has a beautiful view looking out west. I was pretty excited to go see this venue. I made an appointment with Dominique. My fiancé and I had already looked over the package. When I arrived there was an event going on. The venue was full of people and they weren’t wearing mask. She tried to show me outside but it was pretty loud because of the event happening. She informed me that they were over capacity and it was over 100 people crammed into the room. She tried to walk us through all of the people but since none of them were wearing masks we told her that we didn’t feel comfortable to stay in the room with that many people without masks. It was impossible to actually see what the venue looked like with all the people in it. She showed us a couple of pictures of the venue so that we could see what it looked like. After showing us the bridal suite, when I asked for an estimate, she stated it takes her awhile to do them and that i would have to wait until later. The entire meeting took about 10 minutes. I am extremely disappointed with this meeting and it felt like our business wasn’t important. If they were having an event, I would’ve happily rescheduled. She didn’t really discuss any details with us or make it feel like our business was important to them. I’m looking to spend about 20k and I can’t imagine spending that at a place that couldn’t even take the time to show me the area. I felt like I was there as an inconvenience even though I had a scheduled appointment. It’s extremely disappointing because the pictures look beautiful but I guess this shows that this venue wasn’t for me.

I have such grateful for Rachael and the team at Canyon Gate. We planned the wedding from afar and I was so burned out as a bride- my dad literally brought in a bad of twigs and pine ones from michaels that I had hoarded and Rachael just made magic! The decor was perfectly laid out in a way that still brings tears to my eyes. We had our own server the whole night who ensured ALL of our needs are met. My husband had the stomach flu and our server went hunting for anything to help his nausea at the end of the night. He was honestly a source of calm for us. I could rave forever about this venue- I’ll never forget how gorgeous the space was, and how special, detail oriented, and kind the staff was.

Our wedding was absolutely stunning. Dawn was so very easy to work with and helped us coordinate everything. They have a preferred vendor list and that really did help us narrow down our choices to pick top quality vendors. Everything flowed so smoothly. Oh and the food was so delicious. There are so many spots to take wedding photographs too.

My Husband and I had our beautiful dream wedding here last Saturday 04/07/18 at their venue! Our guests wouldn't stop complimenting the views of the golf course, the beautiful bistro lights that decorated the ballroom, and the friendly staff at Canyon Gate. Dawn Ulrey and Cindy Yang are awesome event coordinators who stayed on top of the planning process, answering any questions we had pretty quickly. Patrick was our personal server for the night and he made sure we were taken care of. Another thing we can't forget to talk about is their amazing food. For our cocktail hour, we selected two hors d'oeuvres to be passed around: Beef Wellington and the Coconut Shrimp. Both were so delicious and there was enough to go around for our 190 guests. Everyone loved the Dandelion Salad and entrees: Grilled Atlantic Salmon and Chicken Angelo paired with parmesan risotto and the vegetable medley. Our only comment was that towards the end of the night we felt a bit rushed to conclude the dancing and get the guests out for the sparkler sendoff. Overall, our experience with Canyon Gate was an unforgettable one, and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. My husband and I would highly recommend this venue for a wedding or any special event!

We got married November 4, 2016 and could not be happier with our choice of Canyon Gate Country Club. We read many reviews online before choosing venues to tour, and Canyon Gate definitely stood out. It is true what they say, Brittnee the coordinator IS truly the wedding whisperer…no need to hire a wedding planner, she takes amazing care of her customers. We truly wouldn’t have been able to pull off our wedding without her amazing service, professionalism, and guidance. Brittnee was always available for questions & advice and answered e-mails in an extremely timely & thorough manner, which seems like something that should be a common and obvious trait when planning a wedding, but that wasn’t always the case with other vendors. The minute I stepped outside and saw the beautiful views, I almost teared up. It happened to be down the street from our church, St. Joseph Husband of Mary where we had our ceremony.Coming from large Italian families, food was a very big concern to us. I trusted the reviews that the food was outstanding, and as we found out from our menu tasting, the reviews are correct. We sampled the chicken and steak, and the steak was not our favorite, so we selected the salmon as our second choice without trying it first, and it was a huge piece of delicious fish. Their risotto is to DIE FOR as we found out beforehand at Canyon Gate’s open house and our menu tasting. Cake is included and you have a choice of the Mad Batter or Las Vegas Custom Cakes. We went with Las Vegas Custom Cakes which was a fun and easy experience, and I was blown away by both the beauty and delicious taste of our cake.Every question I had from several months out until the night before our wedding, Brittnee and her staff always knew the answer and guided us in the right direction. She ensured the décor we brought looked beautifully placed, and she and her staff did everything they could to ensure our day was perfect. You will not be disappointed with the amazing experience of having Canyon Gate host one of the most important days of your life! Thank you for everything!

Our reception with Canyon Gate was exceptional! Brittnee, the private event coordinator, was wonderful to work with. We didn't have to hire an outside wedding coordinator because Brittnee helped us pick out colors and decorations, coordinate vendors,and plan our own individualized menu. She was very professional, patient, and prompt--always available to answer questions and ready to help us make decisions. The venue was absolutely gorgeous with its beautiful views and lovely setup by Brittnee and staff.
