Canyon Springs is a beautiful venue. We had our ceremony at the big waterfall.. amazing! All of our guests were shocked by how amazing it was and the weather on our day was perfect. We had our reception in their pavilion which was the perfect size for our wedding of about 160 people. Caitlin was very helpful and responsive to all of our questions throughout planning. The staff on our wedding day were mostly good. The bartender we had outside was great! The food was good and we did not have any complaints from guests. One of the only things was that we felt like there was lack of communication between the person that helped us with planning the wedding to the person in charge on the day of the wedding. There was a few details on the contract that were not totally fulfilled on our wedding day. Additionally, brides please not that the getting ready room is a multipurpose room. It is not the best place to get ready; it is quite dark. It’s not super spacious either and there’s only one room so the bridesmaids and groomsmen had to share. We all ended up mostly getting ready off site due to this. Additionally, they only include 3 hours prior to ceremony start time to access the venue. This leaves limited time for setting up, pictures, etc. We hired a day of coordinator because of this.

I can't say enough about Canyon Springs as a wedding venue. Our first meeting with Brenda was so helpful. She took her time in answering questions and showing us the actual ceremony site. An option for the ceremony was a waterfall, (they have 2) and it was a perfect setting. Subsequent meetings were with Caitlin, who again, was so very helpful and patient with our abundance of questions. As the wedding gor closer, we met Josh, who would be there to coordinate the day. He brought details up that we didnt think about. Another professional and someone who also eased the stress of the day. I can't forget the golf cart drivers who transported the guests to the waterfall, and back to the reception. They were all friendly and courteous.The layout for the cocktail hour was wonderful. We received many compliments on the appetizers and the main meal. The servers were very efficient and everyone was warm and hospitable.There was plenty of room outside the actual clubhouse for guests to mingle. Overall, it was just the very best day, and what was so special, was that so many of our guests complimented the venue, and wedding itself. Everything ran smoothly, without a problem. I would highly recommend Canyon Springs for any event.

Having our wedding at Canyon Springs was a dream come true. From our first tour at the venue, we knew it was the perfect space for our wedding! The waterfalls were such a breathtaking surprise for our friends and family. No one expected that since this venue is in the middle of Stone Oak! (Perfect for local couples who don’t want families to have to drive too far or get hotels!) We chose to get married at The Oaks Waterfall- it was more secluded and off the course. The greenery was so lush and romantic. It created most enchanting vibe, and that’s exactly what we were going for. The best part of the venue was working with Caitlin. From our first tour with her, she was the kindest and most patient person. She answered every question, email, phone call, and worry that we had. We seriously had minimal stress because of how helpful she was during our entire planning process. We love Caitlin so much! The hardest part of the day ending was knowing we wouldn’t be seeing each other as often. She really feels like family to us! Lastly, the food was incredible. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the London broil- so so good!!! Future wives and husbands, don’t even hesitate, book this affordable venue for your wedding!!

Our wedding was June 16, 23. It was an Ok experience, Caitlin the coordinator was great but she had to be out a couple of weeks before my wedding, and Ben took over. On the day of wedding, scenery was a beautiful, the only thing that really stressed me out was not being able to find the banquet coordinator, Chi. I felt like I was running like a chicken with my head cut off, trying to direct vendors where they needed to be to set up, also trying to incorporate my decorations. They also only gave us 3 hours to set up the reception area. SO yes, I would definitely hire a group of wedding planners/coordinators of your own to help with those things. I just wish I had more help and If I had known this I would have hired experienced coordinators for the day. I also got an email from a man named Craig on the day of my wedding saying that the groomsman were on the golf course bringing in beer from the outside, and we would be kicked out if it happened on the day of wedding. That was super rude to do that to the bride on her wedding day. I did not appreciate that at all and it made me feel even more stressed. I totally get it, but call the groomsman not me. They also don't have a Grooms Suit which they told us the guys can use the bar area to wait until ceremony starts, but they kicked the guys out because there was an event going on in there. They could have let us know that. It was just terrible they had to wait outside in hot sun until the ceremony started. I definitely don't feel like the staff was motivated to be there. One of my bridesmaids saw the roof leaking water and one of the staff members said, \"oh well, it'll stop on its own\" So it was just a bunch of hiccups like that, that I didn't really appreciate on my wedding day. But the place was nice, scenery beautiful, but definitely hire your own experienced Coordinators for sure!! Thank you, Canyon Springs for the great day.

Canyon Springs was amazing! Caitlin Flores, our Private Events Coordinator, was awesome! We were planning the wedding from out of state and she was always fast with communication and flexible with meeting schedules. The venue was incredible, and definitely a hidden gem. I visited 13 wedding venues in central Texas area, and this was by far the most affordable venue with catering packages included. Keep in mind that this venue restricts all food, snacks, drinks to their in house catering service only. But the food and drinks were spectacular! We had family from out of state comment on how yummy everything was! We also were given a complementary round of golf with our wedding package which my parents loved! The waterfall backdrop is extremely beautiful and they're venue offers microphone/Sound system so everyone can hear the ceremony. Plenty of shade during the hot summer months and wedding guests loved getting to be chauffeured by golf carts to the ceremony site. Cannot recommend this venue enough!

The venue was absolutely breathtaking. My husband and I were thrilled with the intimacy of the waterfall. On top of that our coordinator Caitlin was a dream! I experienced zero stress while planning our big day with her. She made us feel so special and loved that I was truly honored that she would take the time to celebrate with us on our big day. I cannot rave enough about this venue. It was amazing from start to finish. I did not have one thing I disliked. From the beginning, the process was so easy. Caitlyn always answered any questions I had in a timely manner on ideas I had and weather they could work. She met with us like a dozen times to go over tasting, linen, layout etc. Chi, did our final appt a week before and was so polite and helped us decide on the final layout. Timing is everything. We booked for the last weekend in October and the weather was amazinggggg! Everyone raved about how it was a unique experience to arrive and get placed on a golf cart. It made for fun conversation. I mean, and where where on earth can you go and find a waterfall? In Texas? I wish I could relive this day over and over. Me and my husband look at our pictures and we truly had the most amazing day. Thank you so much CGS!

Canyon Springs Golf Club was the best choice we could have made for our venue! All the ladies, Brenda, Caitlin, and Chi, run a tight ship and made everything perfect! Communication was always easy and stress-free. Caitlin and Brenda always answered phones and emails promptly. The venue itself is beautiful too! The main waterfall was the perfect place for our ceremony. The ONLY thing that I can nitpick about the experience was that the sound system wasn't set loud enough at the waterfall so no one could hear us because the water is too loud. This was a minor issue and didn't take away from how amazing the day was. If you're on the fence about this place I would encourage you to book with them! They will ensure your special day is everything you dreamed of!

Get married at Canyon Springs! From start to finish our experience with them was phenomenal. Hannah, Brenda, and Chi did absolutely everything they could to make our day special. We were planning our San Antonio wedding from Western NY and they could not have been more helpful as we were planning from afar. The food was incredible, the venue is gorgeous, and the staff are top notch. Our day was an absolute dream come true AND the planning process was as stress-free as we could have asked for. I would give this venue 10 stars if I could!

Debbie, Hannah, and Chi did an amazing job at bringing our wedding vision to life! Hannah was a joy to work with and was instrumental in the planning process. She was very attentive and quick to respond to all of my questions. Chi did an amazing job the day of for cocktail hour, dinner, and drinks. We received so many compliments on the entire venue from the waterfall ceremony to the reception site. My only negative was the bartender. I had attended a wedding back in May at this location and I noticed that issue then. It was discussed with the director prior to my event. Her attitude towards my guests and myself was not appreciated. That was the only complaint I heard from any of our guests. Also, there was only one bartender for 60 guests which left people waiting a while for drinks. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Canyon Springs Golf Club was a great experience. We had trouble with our original venue closing down and forcing us to find another. Canyon Springs was very helpful and flexible with our wedding option and with what we wanted to do. The staff was very helpful both in preparation and on the day of. When setting up table decorations that we brought, the event staff helped put everything out. Chairs and tables were already in their places by the time we arrived. The venue looks great as well! If you have the opportunity I would recommend getting pictures by one of two waterfalls they have on site. You can also have the ceremony there as well!We were originally hesitant about not being able to bring in outside caterers, however the food options blew us out of the water! Everyone loved the au gratin potatoes and everything got a thumbs up from our guests. Fantastic night!

We are so happy we found Canyon Springs Golf Club for our special day! This was the very first and ONLY venue we looked at because we knew it would be perfect for us! The venue is absolutely gorgeous and the waterfall was stunning! We chose the smaller waterfall (there's 2 you can choose from!) because it is tucked away from the golf course and there were lots of trees for shade. It was perfect for our intimate wedding we had on 5/30/2020. You could take a photo anywhere at it looked like a fairytale! We worked very closely with Brenda to plan our perfect wedding day and she was incredible! Brenda was very helpful and worked very hard to help us achieve exactly what we wanted and more! She was essential in helping plan and coordinate our wedding especially because COVID-19 was affecting everything. Despite it all, the Canyon Springs team made our wedding work and it was absolutely perfect! We were very pleased with our food and the staff were very friendly people. Chi was our day of coordinator and she was a rockstar! If we needed something she knew exactly what to do and she was very prepared! Wedding planning can be quite difficult but Canyon Springs made it very easy for us! We are so grateful for this team because they made our wedding happen and it was literally perfect! I would 100% recommend Canyon Springs Golf Club!!

We used Canyon Springs Golf Club for our wedding ceremony and reception. We used the larger rotunda center for our reception area. We had such an AMAZING experience from start to finish. We initially met with Brenda who is so kind and easy to get along with. She gave us a tour of the area and answered all of our questions, down to the small details! She is very organized and we communicated a lot through email. We had our wedding at the waterfall and it was absolutely gorgeous. Brenda, Sunny, and Chi worked with our vendors to help make sure everyone was on the same page. Chi was our day of banquet coordinator and she was AWESOME. She gave us great advice and was well prepared. Chi made sure my husband and I were able to eat- all the way from the hors d’oeuvres to the main course and even the cake. If it weren’t for her I don’t think we would have had a chance to eat during our wedding!! The food was delicious!! We had an open bar and the drinks were great. Everything was set up exactly how we requested and ended up looking even better than we imagined. We had 155 guests and had more than enough room in the area for dancing. Our favorite part was the fact that we only had to worry about our personal items- set up and tear down/clean up was all done by Chi and her crew. My sister even commented that it was the easiest clean up she had ever been apart of for a wedding! We had SEVERAL people comment how great the food and drinks were, and how beautiful the ceremony was in front of the waterfall. Thank you Brenda, Chi, and Sunny for such an amazing experience!!! I HIGHLY recommend using Canyon Springs as your wedding venue. You will not be disappointed!!!

We got married 4/7/2019. The weather changed for the not so greatest and they were so accommodating to get us from outdoors to indoors as seamlessly as possible and just supported us the entire way. The wedding day was a blur but they made it happen and made all our wishes come out! It’s a beautiful venue and my only regret is it was rainy and we couldn’t have the ceremony outside, because I didn’t want to risk getting rained on. The team is awesome and organized. We even held our wedding rehearsal there with the same wonderful food!

Our wedding was a dream! We held the ceremony with the beautiful waterfall as the backdrop. Our guests were amazed and surprised as they arrived in the golf courts and saw the breathtaking waterfall! The food was amazing and the best tasting wedding food we have ever had! Chi was a great banquet master and very attentive to us and our guests throughout the whole reception. Brenda and Sunny were great at helping us plan everything. Our wedding was a dream and our guests talk about the “fairytale wedding” to this day!

Canyon Springs was the perfect venue!! There are several beautiful options for both ceremony and reception that would suit any budget. The food was delicious. The entire staff, from coordinators to bartenders, was so helpful and friendly. The waitstaff, bartenders, and banquet manager provided excellent service during the reception. I had several guests comment on how exceptional they were. We are so happy with our experience with this venue! They made our wedding everything we envisioned!!

We had the reception of our dreams at the Canyon Springs’ Pavilion! Lots of space and a beautiful neutral canvas to work with. Brenda was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and addressing concerns as I planned the whole thing from ALASKA! Chi was great in assuring that my now husband and I had food, cake and drinks to enjoy during the reception. All staff were courteous and professional to our guests. I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

I can’t say enough about how great of an experience we had with Canyon Springs golf club and their wonderful staff. Brenda, Sunny, and Chi are wedding superheroes. They made the process so simple, stress-free, and unforgettable (in a good way of course). When it comes to reliability, they couldn’t have been more on top of their game. Even when we would send an email, filled with detailed questions, it took less than 15 minutes for a thoughtful, detailed response. Their rates and packages are very reasonable compared to any others we inquired about with unbelievable views at multiple onsite locations. Canyon Springs is your one stop venue for engagement photos, ceremonies, food/ dining, and an overall stress- free wedding. We had originally chosen the big waterfall (which we highly recommend), but due to the inclimate weather, we chose to move the ceremony indoors to the pavilion. The Canyon Springs team had everything updated and prepared without delay. We’re still receiving compliments as to how perfect the wedding was down to the tiniest of details. The wedding was so much more than we hoped it would be, and that could not have been made possible without the help of Brenda, Sunny, Chi, and the Canyon Springs golf club staff. This venue is beautiful and fairly priced. We looked at many other venues before settling on this one and we are so happy with how everything turned out. We rate the venue a 5, Food 5, The staff a 5, our only issue was set up time. Three hours was not enough time to set up and take down needed to be done that night... If we had a few more hours to set up our overall rating would be a 5, but this was a big issue on the day of the wedding. Overall we were very happy with the staff and how prepared they were, everyone said they had a great time and the food was amazing! I would recommend this to a friend and if I were to do it again I would still choose Canyon Springs!

When I first started to look for a wedding venue I never considered a golf course until my husband found Canyon Springs Golf Club. We fell in love with the venue after our first site visit with Brenda and booked our wedding right away. The large waterfall at the 18th hole was so beautiful in the fall so you can only imagine how perfect it was on my wedding day. Leading up to the day, I worked with both Sunny & Brenda and both ladies were fantastic. I always received quick responses and they were beyond flexible with all of my last minute changes and requests. The banquet staff on the day of my wedding were great especially our captain, Chi. We had originally booked the Clubhouse, which is the perfect size for an intimate wedding but decided at the very last minute (literally) to change our reception to the Pavilion and everything turned out perfect. We decided to go with a Mexican buffet and the food was AMAZING. Everyone kept talking about how great the margaritas were too! At Canyon Springs you don't have to break the bank to have a picture perfect wedding. The venue alone is picturesque which means you don't have to spend a fortune on florals and it is a one-stop shop so it makes planning your wedding THAT much easier. Than you to Brenda, Sunny, and Chi for making this special day extra special for my husband, myself and our families!

Our wedding was nothing short of perfect. From the first time we met Brenda we knew Canyon Springs Golf Club would provide a truly memorable wedding venue. The clubhouse and waterfall setting were breath taking. Brenda worked with us for a year nailing down every single detail. Sunny Raulston worked with us at the end and was very helpful in bringing it home leading up to our special day. The superstar of the show was definitely our banquet captain, CHI. She was an all star the day of the wedding. Working with the rest of the staff through rain during set up and then doing everything we could have possibly asked of her during the reception. Hats off to the entire staff of Canyon Springs. We highly recommend that you use this venue for your wedding or special event. You won’t be disappointed.

Incredible venue, absolutely incredible. We got married by the big waterfalls and had our reception in the Pavilion. We got married in January and everyone was worried about the weather, but it was a perfect high 50 degree day with sunshine. Everyone loved riding in golf carts to and from the ceremony- something very unique that many others had not done before. The pavilion was absolutely gorgeous and did not need much to decorate it. We did the fajita buffet and our guests loved it. Brenda was a joy to work with- she was very thorough and transparent throughout the whole process. However, things got shifted from Brenda to Sunny a few weeks before the wedding and some minor details got lost (needing a table for the unity candle, the color of the table cloth for the sweet heart table, etc.). We did not have wedding planner so we needed to keep track of these details on our own. It's totally possible, I would just recommend double and triple checking details with the venue to make sure everything is smooth sailing on your big day. Overall, we are SO happy we got married here. Beautiful venue for a great price.

Communication started slow, and I was a bit worried with how everything was going to turn out; however, Sunny and Chi pulled through, and literally everyone has complimented us on how perfect and beautiful our wedding was. We booked the waterfall, and had steak and chicken cordon bleu for dinner. Chi was so attentive to our wedding, and truly helped with everything! I had no idea what I was doing, and she coordinated it beautifully. She made sure the groom and I ate, and even packed us 2 to-go plates!! Where do I begin with how amazing Canyon Springs Golf Club is?? We began working with Brenda who is absolutely amazing. She answered ALL 283,406 (and probably more) questions that I had and was always quick to respond and help with any questions or concerns. Sunny started helping us during and after our tasting and is so sweet and helpful. The tasting BLEW us away. We went with the Filet Mignon with grilled shrimp and Chicken Marsala. Our guests all gushed about the food, stating it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding AND in life!! When it came to the actual wedding day, Chi was there to coordinate everything. When I say Chi is amazing, OH. EM. GEE. There are no words flattering enough! Chi is the very best; she is so kind, helpful and shows she truly cares about your wedding. She even saw me standing alone in the bridal room during the beginning of the ceremony and said \"where's your dad?? You can't be alone!\" and went to find him and bring him to me for a quiet moment together that I will forever cherish. I even photobombed Chi and her staff in the photo booth, kissing her cheek because she is everything! Our wedding was absolutely magical. I accidentally stumbled upon Canyon Springs after my first few venues fell through and THANK GOD the others didn't work because Canyon Springs was meant for us! I HIGHLY recommend you celebrate at this venue. I would do it a million times over!! We are already planning to return just to eat some of their amazing food and relive the memories. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

My husband and I chose Memorial Day weekend to get married and even with the unexpected heat wave and everyone melting outside by the waterfall, my guests kept telling me it was the most beautiful ceremony they'd seen! We absolutely fell in love with the waterfall and the ceremony backdrop. The pictures came out so beautiful! We couldn't be happier with the service provided by Brenda and Guillermo. Brenda helped to make sure everything was in order leading up to the date and Guillermo ensured everything ran smooth onsite for the ceremony and reception. I am grateful for them both! From the intimate ceremony to the beautiful reception in the Pavilion, Canyon Springs was everything we wanted! We highly recommend this location for other couples!

We got married at Canyon Springs on June 3, and couldn't be happier! My husband and I chose to have our ceremony done by the waterfall and it was amazing! The waterfall was lush and green and made the perfect backdrop for our summer wedding. We had our reception at the pavilion and it comfortably fit all of our guests. We primarily worked with Brenda and she was always responsive, professional, and kind. She was so helpful in answering all my questions, thank you Brenda! Chi was our banquet captain and day of contact at the venue. Chi was very nice and made sure everything ran smoothly. Since we were away taking pictures during cocktail hour Chi set aside some appetizers for both my husband and I to have during dinner! That was very thoughtful and we appreciated it, thank you Chi!

Chi was our banquet captain and day of contact at the venue. Chi was very nice and made sure everything ran smoothly. Since we were away taking pictures during cocktail hour Chi set aside some appetizers for both my husband and I to have during dinner! That was very thoughtful and we appreciated it, thank you Chi!

From its beautiful, intimate waterfall setting to its friendly and professional staff, there was absolutely nothing negative about our experience there. Brenda, director of sales, was always available to discuss details to the tee and Guillermo was attentive to our every need on our wedding day. Though it had rained all morning, they listened to my request of leaving the ceremony set up for outside and timing worked out perfectly! We did not have a single worry throughout and are incredibly grateful for the wonderful staff of Canyon Springs Golf Club. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for breathtaking views and professional staff.

We had the opportunity to take pictures at the waterfall & OMG they were gorgeous!! I had a wedding planner(Timeless Beginnings) who got me in contact with Brenda and she was super easy to work with. I live in Austin so I mainly dealt with Brenda through email & phone calls. She was extremely prompt in her responses! She was also very kind and professional. She made the planning, tastings, and everything else stress free! Everyone else that worked there was very too. They made everything perfect and the day went as smooth as I had imagined it! The food was delicious! We offered our guest the mexican buffet and it was delicious :) Everyone complimented the appetizers and entrées. We highly recommend Canyon Springs for your wedding reception!!

Canyon Springs is beautiful! Everything was wonderful at our wedding. The only thing I wish I would've known in depth was the extent of what the on site \"coordinator\" would do. Their prices were also reasonable especially since we got married during the day. If you're worried about golfers if you're getting married at the waterfall, don't! We had no problems with any noise or interuption. And the food was awesome and not ridiculously priced either.

We actually lived right down the street from the Canyon Springs Golf Club and I jokingly said, \"Wouldn't that be funny if we just got married around the corner?\". It sounded crazy, but at that point I was running out of time and out of options so I set up an appointment and we went to check it out the following day. Little did I know there was a little piece of paradise in my backyard and we all immediately fell in love with the venue. It was everything I wanted and more and plus the staff was more than helpful. I had several ups and downs with different vendors throughout our wedding planning process so i was scared to fully trust any vendors, but Brenda always made me feel like she was there for us and wouldn't let us down. I have already had 3 of my friends choose Canyon Springs after seeing my photos and hearing me talk so highly of the staff. There are a few vendors that I have nothing but horrible things to say, but Canyon Springs is definitely not one of them! If you are looking for a gorgeous, romantic, and intimate place to either get married, have your reception, or both then i highly suggest you at least visit this property because everything about it is absolutely amazing!

Canyon Springs Golf Club was the best place for our wedding. The waterfall was beautiful, even in the middle of the worst drought ever. The reception place was just our style and the food was great! The only flaws were the sound system they provide is not great and I suggest using your own. Sometimes it was hard to get a hold of the coordinator and often times she forgot appointments we made with her. At rehearsal time the coordinator wasn't even there, that was stressful. All and all it was a beautiful place for the wedding and reception...just be prepared to follow-up on the details.

It just fit and felt very comfortable. Brenda was beyond gracious and patient with us as we planned our reception. She was so quick to respond to any email or phone call. She did her best to make accommodations for any last minute changes. The food was good and service was great.

We had our ceremony at the waterfall and it was gorgeous. Everyone said how beautiful it was! Plus, it was shady! The wait staff were extremely helpful and on top of it. The food was really good (we had the baked mahi mahi and the smothered chicken). At the actual ceremony, however, there were no capers on my mahi mahi like there was from the tasting session and I was disappointed because those made it so good! The only other complaint I would have would be that the drivers of the golf carts seemed rushed and on one occasion he took off without checking first if everyone was on board and one of my guests fell to her knees. Also, after the ceremony was over we had to wait it seems over 15 minutes for the golf carts to arrive again to pick everyone back up. It was a tad awkward. I was taking pictures with my husband and everyone was just watching us which made me nervous and stressed. I wanted them to be back relaxing at the bar. Other than those three hiccups, everything else was really lovely! If I had to do it all over again I would definitely still choose the Canyon Springs.

We had our wedding at the Waterfall and it was so beautiful, and breathtaking. The wait staff did a great job, our coordinator for the day was so helpful and Brenda was amazing to work with. The reception at the Pavillon was so pretty and setup just right. We had so many compliments from all of our guests, all of whom enjoyed themselves. My husband and I had nothing to worry about on our big day!!! (The Waterfall makes an excellent backdrop for wedding photos)

Not only is this a gorgeous Texas location, but the staff at Canyon Springs made planning my reception from out of state a breeze. I had absolute confidence in them and my reception went off without a hitch. I absolutely love the pictures I had taken on the grounds near the Pavilion, and the waterfall is also a beautiful location for wedding photos. All in all, I highly recommend this venue! Oh yeah, and the food is amazing and a very good value for your money.

We had a small wedding of 50 at the club house. It was beautiful. Brenda was awesome to work with. Small hiccups with the wiat staff but nothing major except maybe that they set up the sweetheart table wrong but honestly I had a great time and everyone loved the food! We picked the action stations instead of a traditional buffet or sit down dinner (Brenda's idea) and when I say everyone loved it they really did. It was awesome!

This place was fantastic! It was beautiful with a little touch of hill country feeling. We had our ceremony at the waterfall and it was gorgeous (even if it was a bit hot because it was July). The Pavillion is large enough to accomodate our 160 person reception comfortably. The food was delicious as well. Brenda did a fantastic job the whole way through with answering questions and getting everything that we wanted. I was very, very pleased and would recommend this venue to anyone!

Everything was fantastic. I had an afternoon ceremony and reception and even though there were golfers it still felt private. The food was very good and the event coordinator at the facility was very organized and made sure everything was how we wanted it. The room was outstanding as well.;I would say if you are having your ceremony there as well and you are using their pavilion as your place to get ready please make sure that they do not start setting up for the food if you are having a buffet. It made it impossible for everyone to get dressed in there as the buffet tables were set up.

She was very postive and sweet without being fake.;Make sure that they remember exactly what dinner (sit down or buffet) and drink (premium package etc) that you ordered. We had a mix-up that our planners had to iron out at the last minute.

I loved the ceremony site at Canyon Springs;There was not enough waitstaff at the wedding. Plus the waitstaff were the ones who were supposed to be driving the golf carts from the ceremony site to the reception area. However we were supposed to have circulated appetizers- only one of the wait staff was circulating appetizers so not very many people got appetizers

Brenda Willis (Director of Sales) I am Brenda Willis and I serve as the Director of Sales at Canyon Springs Golf Club. I have had the joy of working with hundreds of couples since 1998, the year the club opened. Along with a seasoned events team that includes Craig Kwiatkowski, Director of Operations, as well as the club’s chef and banquet captains, we have decades of experience that we bring to each special event. We are passionate about what we do! We are blessed to work together as a team and play such a beautiful part of so many couples’ new beginnings.
