We found this venue from a wedding expo my husband and I went to 3 years ago. When I came to tour thr venue I absolutely fell in love with it. Sam, the owner and chef has been so amazing and gracious working with us during the pandemic. We had to reschedule the big date from 2020 to 2021 but honestly it was worth the wait. I truly felt like a princess for my big day. The food was superb, the venue gorgeous, I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Casa Bianca! They exceeded our expectations and I will always recommend this place for any party/ celebration needs!

Oh my Goodness!! My maitre d Anthony was so attentive and helped coordinate my wedding parties walk down the aisle, our exit, our cake-cutting moment, and brought food and drinks up to the bridal suite for my husband and me during cocktail hour. He was attentive and helped me feel so calm for the entire wedding day. Sam the owner had such AMAZING food! I got so many compliments from my guests. There were no other events that day and we were able to come and set up our decorations. There is a bridal suite on-site with a great area for my hair and make-up vendors to set up. Overall such an amazing spot for my 100 person wedding!!

Oh my Goodness!! We had the best wedding here. Every single experience leading up to the wedding was wonderful. We were in a lot of contact with Sam, Nora, and Lou. All were so wonderful to work with. Our maitre d' was amazing and so attentive. The food was amazing. Everyone is raving about it. Such a good price too for everything that’s included. This is a one wedding venue so all the attention is on your wedding. We cannot say enough good things about Casa Bianca. It is also beautiful. The chandeliers and uplighting are amazing. Best day of my life. Thank you all for everything ❤️

I had my wedding on June 30th at Casa Bianca. Let me start off by saying that Sami was wonderful to work with and so was the manager! Sami and his staff went above and beyond to make sure my wedding day was as stress-free as it could possibly be. My bridesmaids and I went up to the bridal suite to touch up our makeup after pictures were taken outside and the lovely bridal attendant brought us all champagne. Needless to say, we relaxed up in the suite until cocktail hour began. The cocktail hour was absolutely amazing! There was a ton of food and the staff brought my husband and I at least one of everything. They even got our main entrees for us! Everything was delicious! The staff was very accommodating and checked to see if we wanted more food and drinks throughout the night. Not only do you get a wedding cake but you also get an enormous selection of Italian pastries for dessert! Everything exceeded my expectations! I really cannot thank Sami and his staff enough! My friends and family keep raving about Casa Bianca, everyone had a great time! I highly recommend this venue, it was such a dream come true!

I had my wedding here on 6/15/19 and everything was amazing! Throughout the whole planning process, the staff was friendly and very accommodating. Owner Sami knew exactly what he was doing and was so easygoing with our requests. He was flexible with dates and times to schedule visits and was willing to work around our needs. Our guests were so impressed with the spread for cocktail hour that most of them believed that it was part of their dinner. They were all surprised to sit down at their tables and have a server ask for their entree afterwards. Our bridal party had a private room upstairs, and we had our food and drink delivered without any interruptions before we were introduced.Dessert was fabulous; we had Venetian tables and several different stations to cater to our guests. Throughout the wedding, the staff was very attentive. They dedicated a server per table, and one just for my husband and myself. We got the best value for what we paid out of all the banquet halls in the tri-state area. Overall my husband and I had a wonderful experience and our family and friends continue to rave about this place weeks after. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone with an occasion worth celebrating!

We got married at Casa Bianca on November 11, 2017.Because nowadays you can find SO much information online - we had narrowed down our wedding venues down to a select few, but Casa Bianca was a top choice for us. As a super Type-A personally; I of course showed up with lists of questions on spreadsheets - knowing the exact answers I wanted to hear from my venue. (because of course it's THE most important part) after seeing some wedding venues that pump out 2-8 weddings a day - it was a breath of fresh air to find Casa Bianca that only did one wedding per day. Everything I asked them was replied with \"whatever you want, it's your day!\" - and they truly meant it. It was very difficult for us to go to some of these venues as a gay couple - because most assumed my fiancee was my maid of honor/best friend as opposed to my soon to be wife and would be like \"ah yes, you and your groom ..\" and Casa Bianca never did that to us, they knew we were a couple and treated us wonderfully! They were super accomodating with questions we had along the way. They were so lovely everytime we went up to make a payment or do our menu tasting. For everything their package included the pricing was very reasonable. Their payment plan was flexible (which was great because I am in real estate so i do not have a steady paycheck) - they helped walk us through all the details. Then I really threw Sammi for a shock when i showed up with BOXES of wedding decor (which I wrote instructions for, and included pictures) and they did an INCREDIBLE job at creating my vision - I was so worried about it the day of my wedding - all for nothing! I'd also really like to thank them because i had gotten a stain on my dress, and they offered to pin it up for me.. and my wife had a reaction to her makeup and they were so wonderful with trying to help her take care of it. It was SUCH an incredible day and I really cannot thank them enough for everything they did and how wonderful they were! our guests are still raving about how much amazing and delicious the food was and how wonderful everything was!! Everyone thought there was just a cocktail hour with how much they were fed, my one friend was like \"I didn't expect to have a filet mignon appetizer for my filet mignon!!\" I would recommend them to anyone having a wedding!! Casa Bianca did an amazing job on our wedding! They were very accommodating and went above and beyond for our wedding. The food was amazing! They really know how to throw a party! It has been a few weeks since our wedding and we still have people reaching out to us about how great our venue/ food was and how much fun they had. The staff here are the best! I would not have done our wedding at any other location. You cannot not beat the price!

I honestly don't even know where to start. Casa Bianca is by far the best kept secret/ best wedding venue in NJ I have ever been too ( and I've been to a lot). The owner Sammi is the best person you could ever work with for your wedding. He is so easy going and will do WHATEVER you want. His response to any request I had was no problem. Typically the venue is the most stressful part of wedding planning but for me it was the easiest. The Bridal Suite is beautiful and spacious, the foyer is incredible with the staircase and how they decorate each season and the ballroom is beyond gorgeous. The uplighting we got makes a HUGE difference. I cannot even begin to explain how amazing the food is. The cocktail hour there is INSANE, the meals are delicious and the dessert hour is out of this world. My guests weeks later still cannot stop talking about how amazing the food was and how the cocktail hour was the most ridiculous cocktail hour they have ever seen with the amount of food they provide. I was in absolute awe when I first walked in. I could of cried. My guests also couldn't stop raving about how attentive and prompt the staff and waiters were. Every drink was filled up before they were even empty. And the maitre d Lydia was awesome! She made sure we ate, got us all of our drinks and even wrapped up all the food from our meals and cocktail hour that we couldn't finish. I couldn't of asked for a best person to take care of us for the night. And lastly the price point with the amount you get seems impossible. The price is the best you will find in NJ. You need to check out Casa Bianca for your wedding. I cannot thank Sammi, Larry, Lydia and the staff enough!

We had our wedding and reception here and it was fabulous! From the hospitality, to the food and they've also created a menu to fit out budget. Hands down.....the best!!!!!!!! Our family and friends are still talking about the food after a week later!

The facility is beautiful, the cuisine is spectacular and the service professional but friendly. The staff always smiles and created an atmosphere of fun. Sami Seji the owner and incredible Chef along with Kevin our event planner and Lidia our Maitre.d created a Dream Come True wedding day.

I don't even know where to begin except how is everyone not getting married here!? I had my hesitations at first just because the ceremony was in the same room as the reception. What I can tell you is it was like magic...this venue did not disappoint. The team treats every event like their own and your wish is their command. I loved working with Sammy and his family and wish I could relive the day everyday. The lighting is spectacular, the food is some of the best we've had and the desserts were through the roof. They know how to host an event while meeting your budgetary needs. My guests were just floored from the start and cannot stop talking about the food. I am so happy I chose this venue and would do it the exact same way if I were to do it all over again...hats off to Casa Bianca and the team!

I don't even know where to begin except how is everyone not getting married here!? I had my hesitations at first just because the ceremony was in the same room as the reception. What I can tell you is it was like magic...this venue did not disappoint. The team treats every event like their own and your wish is their command. Best venue ever! The food is unbelievable, everything from cocktail hour to dessert is perfection; i have been getting non-stop compliments about the food at my wedding! The service is flawless, the night ran smooth and all of the servers and bartenders are accommodating and friendly. The bar is fantastic, numerous beers to chose from and top-shelf liquor. This place is family run, and it really makes a huge difference. They genuinely care about you and your guests. Trust me, this is the place you want for your venue! My husband and I looked all over NJ for the right venue and this place blew every other one out the water. We also used the lighting from this venue, they have built-in specialty lighting which is gorgeous and the best part about it is that there are no wires sticking out (like all the ones from DJ companies have that look sloppy and can trip your guests).

I went to Casa Bianca with an amount per head I wanted to spend and they worked within my budget while giving me as much as possible. Sammi was great to work with leading up to the wedding (however, I was really looking forward to the mashed potato bar that talked about in planning but it wasn't there on the big day). We had 121 guests and the room was a great size for this. I'm sure they have different configurations for different sized parties but the room fit us well without being too sparse or too crowded. He and Kevin made sure everything was polished and went smoothly including straightening my dress as I turned to walk down the aisle (we had the ceremony there) and telling us when to walk in. My family and friends are still raving about the food and service at Casa Bianca. They were amazed at how much food was at the cocktail hour and thought it was the dinner because there was so much! The food was fantastic - everyone raved especially about the steak dinner entree. Casa Bianca also has dedicated servers for each table to get drinks from the bar. I keep hearing how that was such a wonderful luxury not having to walk to the bar and wait for drinks. We brought in our own candy bar supplies and Kevin made sure it looked impeccable. The one disappointment I had (which I heard about later) was the bakery they use for the [included] cake underestimated the amount of cake we needed so we do not have our top tier for our first anniversary. Also the bakery they were using when we booked was Cake Boss but when it came time to actually do the cake tasting they were using A Little Cake in Park Ridge. We were telling everyone up until then that our cake would be a Cake Boss cake.. kind of disappointing. However, overall I would definitely recommend this venue for a wedding.

I keep trying to look back and see what went wrong on our wedding day since it seemed unrealistic that it went so flawlessly. The entire staff at Casa Bianca was absolutely fantastic. I have not stopped hearing about how incredible the food and service was. I not only would recommend this venue to other couples, I also plan on using this venue for any future events I may have!

I just had my reception at Casa Bianca and Sami did an absolute amazing job. People are still talking about our wedding, the food, the staff and the overall beautiful atmosphere at Casa Bianca. We had 196 guests at our wedding and on top of fitting perfectly, the food display could have fed triple that! I loved the groom/bride table that was set up for us, better than any I had ever seen. The cocktail hour was amazing and there were so many choices for our guests and the display was absolutely beautiful. They were so helpful all night with anything I needed and everything went so smoothly. They are true professionals and I can't wait to go to another wedding there so I can actually eat all the food myself and enjoy everything again! I would highly recommend Casa Biance to anyone who is interested in looking there!

Each table had their own waitor who got whatever the guest needed. Kevin and his staff were professional and kind. From the moment I walked ito the doors I knew I had to have my reception here. Sammy Jr. and his staff ensured that my wedding was the best day of our lives. It's been almost a month and I'm still hearing our guests rave about the food and the great service. They really went out of their way to make sure that we were happy and that everything we got was nothing but the best! I'm still amazed at the spread that was put out for the cocktail hour and how delicious dinner was. Casa Bianca is such a beautiful place and they really helped my wedding be one of the classiest parties I've ever been to!

Sammy Jr. and his staff ensured that my wedding was the best day of our lives. It's been almost a month and I'm still hearing our guests rave about the food and the great service. They really went out of their way to make sure that we were happy and that everything we got was nothing but the best! I'm still amazed at the spread that was put out for the cocktail hour and how delicious dinner was. Casa Bianca is such a beautiful place and they really helped my wedding be one of the classiest parties I've ever been to!

We spent exactly a year and a half planning our wedding. Casa Bianca was the first place we visited out of 5 others. We chose Casa Bianca because of the feeling we had when we sat down with Sami and walked through the venue. It was very clean from the moment you walk in to their grand entrance to the bar. The wonderful feeling we had the day we booked with Sami and the planning of our wedding he was so accommodating with letting us come and see two weddings set up helped me plan and make it the best wedding that our families had seen. Sami was very attentive to me and my wedding is something I will remember and he made it possible with the service he provided to me and my family. We were the first for my family to get married and the last of his brothers so we wanted to have a big bang and if that is what you are looking for than Casa Bianca is your place. Our guests are still giving us compliments about the food and that they had never had that good of food at any venue the whole night long. Our guests really enjoyed how attentive the Casa Bianca staff were to each table... no one had an empty glass, the bar was never crowded because the dance floor could fit all of our guests so they had a place to go other than the open bar. We look forward to visiting Casa Bianca again because we know the experience will be one of a kind.

Words can’t even express how much we are so grateful for Casa Bianca, in Oak Ridge, NJ. We went to a lot of places to decide where to get married. My wife and I walked into Casa Bianca, and instantly fell in love with it! We meet with Sami and Kevin; both welcomed us into their home and treated us like family! They created a menu for us that my guests are still raving about. Sami and Kevin said they would make this the best, they did more, and they made my wife ecstatic... Which I come to figure out that’s what is most important! They made her every wish come true. Those two have such an eye for detail it is incredible, Kevin started telling my wife what would look good, I felt is if I was with David Tutera. We are a young Couple that couldn’t afford a lot and they worked with us on the price... All my guests loved it, my cousin and her fiancé booked their wedding the night of mine, and they were so impressed. I’m so thankful that I found Casa Bianca! I highly recommend it! The Food was phenomenal and the service was impeccable... I wouldn’t hesitate to book with this place again! Thank you Casa Bianca!\r\r
