The property at Caspiana Plantation House has a large oak tree that sits in the front. This natural structure is more than a century old. . I cannot begin to say \"thank you\" enough to Scott and Cherrie at Caspiana. They are the nicest people you could hope to work with and they did everything in their power, going WAY above the call of duty, to make sure that our wedding was amazing. The week of my wedding, rain was predicted for Saturday, and I spent the week in tears just knowing that my dream of a gorgeous outdoor plantation wedding was ruined. It poured rain in the early morning hours before our wedding, ending at about 8 am, but leaving standing water in our ceremony site. I was devastated! Cherrie told me to go inside and get ready and not worry about it -- she would make sure it was fixed. She and her husband and daughter were up to their knees in mud and water -- they rented pumps to remove the water, brought in a truckload of sand to dry the mud, and laid out a nice green runner for our aisle and for the wedding party to stand on. I wish I could upload the pictures! Our wedding turned out GORGEOUS! My guests all complimented the beautiful setting -- no one even knew that there was a problem that morning! Trust me -- this family will do anything possible to make your day a success! You can't go wrong with Caspiana -- rain or shine -- your wedding will turn out amazing!

I recently had my wedding at Caspiana and I couldn't have asked for a better location. The venue is simply beautiful, the owners are easy to work with, and my guests were wowed by the entire event! If you want an outdoor wedding, I highly recommend checking out this venue - the second I saw the giant oak tree in front of the plantation I was sold! Plus, the bridal party can get ready upstairs in the house, while the groom and the groomsmen get ready downstairs making for a perfect wedding day experience.

Absolutely loved that we chose this venue. Although it was a little on the warm side once the sun went down it was perfect. The set up was great and we rented the house during the day and it was so fun to have the girls all together and getting ready and it made for some awesome pictures. Also, the guys were all together down stairs and are wedding video is great because it shows them all playing pool. Highly recommend. The homeowners are fantastic to work with.

Caspiana was GREAT in every aspect of being helpful, hospitable, and offering quality hosting for our wedding. We LOVED talking with them, planning with them, and hosting our big day on their grounds. They are extremely helpful and were great at making a plan B when it became rainy on our wedding day! I highly recommend our sweet friends, Scott and Cherry!
