Everything about this venue is perfect! We were able to have both an indoor and outdoor wedding and there are so many places for beautiful photos. Sonya and all the staff were so kind and easy to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue!

My (now) husband and I went on our first date here and it is our Valentine's Day go-to! So it only made since that we chose this romantic spot for our wedding reception. The grounds are beautiful, the inside is cozy, and the wine is spectacular. We even had a special request that they weren't sure they would be able to fulfill, yet through it all they did! Castle Finn will always hold a special place in our hearts.

Great and beautiful place and there was plenty of room for everyone!! The Vinyard was perfect for photos as well. I would highly recommend for a wedding as it turned out perfect.

Sonya was amazing to work with! The venue was gorgeous and a perfect place for an outdoor wedding and a lovely banquet hall for an indoor wedding (in case it rained!) The location was so inviting. The wine was delicious and the staff, remarkable! Look forward to having other events with Castle Finn in the future!

I planned my wedding from a distance. I live in Chicago, but my husband and I decided that in order to make it more convenient for our families and to cut down on costs (a little) we would find a location near our hometown of Terre Haute, IN. Marshall, IL is just 40 minutes away, and after a drive through the middle of nowhere it seems you come across this beautiful location. In mid-October, the trees surrounding the grounds were all changing colors. The ground had dried from the previous day's rain, so we were able to set up our ceremony outside, and then come in from the chilly weather for the reception. The hall itself is a rustic knotty pine and is spacious. We used their fireplace as a backdrop for the head table with a small dance floor in front. We had more than enough tables and chairs that are included with the rental price. The wine is great, and they are very helpful if you would like a type of liquor that is typically not on their menu. Sonya is very helpful, and I am forever indebted to her since most of our correspondence was through email. If you are looking to get married in the Southern Indiana/Southern Illinois area (or even if you just want to try some decent wine), I highly recommend Castle Finn Winery!

Sonya (Owner) Momma of 3 boys all under the age of 8. I am the one that does it all. Own, manage, bookkeeping, hire employees, book the events, etc. So, I will be the one that talks to you, and helps you plan your event. I will also most likely be here on your event as well. So, if you ever have any questions, I am your go to person. I love meeting new people and love my business. I can't wait to meet you and plan your dream event!
