Cedarbrook Country Club is a historic wedding venue located in Blue Bell, PA. With over a century of experience in hosting elegant events, this esteemed country club welcomes you to host a luxurious celebration on its grounds. From our renowned 18-hole golf course to the attentive and accommodating staff, our venue presents a welcoming setting for your special occasion. With space for up to 200 guests, the Cedarbrook Country Club is a spacious venue filled with luxurious charm. Outside, you and your loved ones can enjoy the rolling greens and scenic vistas of this celebrated setting. You are welcome to host your ceremony outdoors, savoring the fresh air and picturesque backdrop available to you. Inside, the Grand Ballroom presents an elegant, timeless atmosphere for your wedding reception. High ceilings, classic decor, and views of the 18th hole offer a luxurious setting for you and your guests to enjoy. For more intimate events, the Front Dining Room presents space for up to 70 guests. Here, you and your loved ones can enjoy a comfortable, accommodating setting with an open fireplace, bar, and plenty of natural light. For added convenience, our venue also offers private get-ready rooms, allowing you to prepare for your big moment in peace and tranquility. The Cedarbrook Country Club strives to offer the best possible experience to couples for their special day. I wanted to take a minute to say how thrilled we were with our wedding reception. We just returned from our honeymoon.Carly was the planner who was thorough and detailed. She coordinated with our DJ & Photographer & Florist to make sure they understood the protocol and layout. She guided us with the cake and the food tasting. Her table and dance floor location coupled with a table just for us, a table for the cake and a table for the gifts, made the room perfect.Franco was efficient and accurate while being so helpful and accommodating. He took us and the photographer out on the grounds so we could get the best pictures and he helped to be sure our people had whatever they needed.Andrew was right on with the wine and whiskey selections. The placement of the open bar was perfect.Chef Chris and Chef Eric designed and prepared the meal that came about from a fabulous tasting session. The idea of some butlered hourdovers and a buffet dinner was just perfect. The result was a meal that was exceptional - one of the best we had ever experienced. And because it was a buffet people got to eat what they wanted and how much they wanted, while constantly mingling.Last but not least, we can’t say enough about the servers and bar tenders. They were terrific. They were hard working and constantly cheerful and responsive.Further, the club looked fabulous and guests commented that it is an amazing event venue. The other universal comment was how warm and friendly the servers, staff and members were as they moved around the club. We are very proud to be members of Cedarbrook. It’s a very special place and we constantly recommend it.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Cedarbrook and their entire team. From the second we toured the venue for the first time to the day of our wedding, we were treated like absolute royalty. Carly was responsive and extremely attentive. I had a million questions (as I’ve never gotten married before) and she was willing and able to answer them all at the drop of a hat and never once made me feel like a burden. Carly became my best friend throughout this process and I was more sad that I no longer got to work with her then I was the wedding was over. Day of, we had everything we needed and never once had to even use our brains. Louis was one of our servers on staff and he went above and beyond for all of us. One of my Uncle's was, unbeknownst to us, unable to eat the Caesar salad due to dietary restrictions. When he politely declined Louis asked what we COULD eat and came back with a beautiful salad that he could enjoy. I would recommend having your wedding here to literally anyone who will listen. Go meet your new best friend in Carly and marry the person of your dreams.

Our venue was perfect for our vision of simple elegance and romance. Carly and Franco and their team were great. Working with them for my wedding was easy. They made our day less stressful. During setup one of my bridal party members accidentally broke our unique guest book. Franco saw the disappointment in my face and told me not to worry because he would fix it; and he did. The Cedarbrook Country Club is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend them for your full wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception.

Amazing! We could have not picked a better venue to celebrate our special day. Everyone went out of their way to make sure our wedding was perfect. Especially Stephanie she went above and beyond to make sure everything was what we have dreamed of. She was so easy to communicate with helped eliminate all the stress that comes with planning a wedding. After our wedding we got nothing but compliments on how beautiful our venue was, and our guest could not stop talking about how hot the food was when it came out and how amazing everything tasted. I would highly recommend Cedarbrook for any type of celebration you will not be disappointed.

Especially Stephanie she went above and beyond to make sure everything was what we have dreamed of. Cedarbrook Country Club made my wedding fairytale dreams come true. My husband and I toured 6 other places in a week's time before our last stop to CCC and I knew it was a yes when we both knew this was the place that felt right. Stephanie the coordinator was so helpful, communicative and flexible the entire time. She answered emails and calls in a timely fashion and is a true pro at her job. The country club set up is perfect. There is only one wedding a day, which I loved the idea of not having to share a venue with another wedding/couple. We were married outside on the patio and even though it was a little chilly, they had heat lamps set up and the view of the golf course during sunset was gorgeous and our wedding pictures attest to that. The cocktail room was the perfect space for our 130 guests. However, the ballroom is what I really fell in love with. Those ceiling drapes with twinkle lights and the gorgeous chandeliers were what really sold me. I had a vision of how my wedding would look and when it finally came together that day, thanks to the work of many hands, I couldn’t have envisioned a more perfect day. Stephanie and Franco made sure all of my decor was set up the way I planned (and there was a lot lol) and did everything with a smile, because “today was my day” and they were there to make sure my dream wedding became a reality. And let me just say the food, oh my lord, the food was fantastic. I usually don’t rave about wedding food, but man can CCC chefs cook! Everyone was raving over the crab cake and filet, salmon, chicken and the vegetarian risotto. I didn’t have a single complaint from anyone. The butternut squash soup was amazing and so was the seasonal salad which we had specifically made for us (bride and groom). If you are looking for a personal, romantic, flexible, delicious, accommodating place to get married, you should definitely consider Cedarbrook Country Club.

There are many beautiful venues to choose from for your wedding day but very few that have the excellent service to match. My husband and I were sold on Cedarbrook the minute we left our initial tour with Stephanie. She was the only individual at any venue that we contacted that crafted a personalized email to us, explaining their wedding package thoroughly. Note to any brides out there: pay attention to the detail a venue gives you from the get-go. This will be an indication of how your wedding day looks! And this was definitely the case for my husband and I. We had such a fun wedding day filled with love (definitely did not want it to end). The food was great, the service was excellent and we got some amazing photos done with the scenery. Our guests had a blast and most importantly, we did too! Thank you again to Stephanie and Franco. You made our wedding day the best it possibly could be.

There are absolutely only great things I can say about this venue. The staff were on top of EVERYTHING and communicated wonderfully. As a bride (and individual in general) that liked to oversee every little detail, the staff at this venue executed my vision flawlessly and setup all of my decorations for the ceremony, cocktail hour, AND reception perfectly and just as I had described. My guests all could not stop raving about the delicious meals they received for the reception. I would have no issues recommending this venue for weddings of any close friends and even my family as well, that’s how great of a job they did. They definitely eased the stress and worry of the day and were there every step of the planning process. They day-of coordination was phenomenal and they made sure to communicate with me the PERFECT amount over the course of the wedding day.

Cedarbrook Country Club was the absolute best venue! I can’t say enough good things about the experience of working with this venue, specifically Stephanie and Franco. When we did the venue visit, my husband and I knew the instant we got back into the car that we were going to book Cedarbrook Country Club. We were already swayed going in because Stephanie’s response to our quote request was the only email we got that was actually personalized. Stephanie was organized, enthusiastic, and a joy to work with throughout the whole process. She knows what she’s doing, she’s very responsive, and we felt heard and supported from day one. The venue itself is incredibly affordable, it’s gorgeous, the food was fantastic, everything is flexible (including no minimum headcount or food costs- which was a huge plus for us!). We met Franco at the rehearsal, and he was unbelievably supportive and on top of things the entire weekend. Our rehearsal was seamless, our wedding day was seamless. Both of them worked with all our vendors and, honestly, my husband and I just had to show up on the day and enjoy, which is absolutely priceless. There is not one thing I’d change about our day and we will never stop being grateful to Stephanie, Franco, and the Cedarbrook staff for making this one of the best days of our lives.

If you want a venue to care about your special day as much as you do, this is the venue for you. Due to unforeseen circumstances and followed by Covid, our wedding was postponed twice and Stephanie helped us navigate through everything. Stephanie kept the lines of communication open and always made herself accessible. Franco made sure our wedding flowed and handled everything so perfectly. Give Franco your vision and he makes it happen. Stephanie and Franco are a power team. If I could do it all again, I would pick Cedarbrook every time.

My fiance and I were so excited to get married here, Stephanie was great all the way through. Unfortunately due to the virus, we were forced to cancel our wedding. Cedarbrook was amiable all the way through that process. The food we had at the tasting was excellent and the landscape and interior are stunning.

Cedarbrook was amiable all the way through that process. The food we had at the tasting was excellent and the landscape and interior are stunning.

We had our wedding reception at Cedarbrook and I would highly recommend them for so many reasons! Not only were the grounds, rooms, amenities, and staff top notch-- the service truly exceeded our expectations. Stephanie was so responsive and easy to work with from the very beginning. We walked out of the tour and emailed her right away saying we wanted to put a deposit down because it really just felt like home. I am a very type A bride (many vendors referred to my emails as \"comprehensive\") but they followed all of my set up instructions perfectly and made my dreams come true. On the day of the wedding, Franco was always there with anything we needed and made sure the night ran smoothly. All of our family and friends had a blast and were especially raving about the food and how beautiful everything was. You won't regret booking Cedarbrook!

AMAZING! My husband and I loved having our wedding at Cedarbrook and also loved working with Stephanie. The location is beautiful, reasonably priced and exactly what we were looking for! Leading up to the wedding Stephanie was always available for my multiple phone calls and emails and able to constantly ease my mind. The day before the wedding for my rehearsal she was even able to stand in and help when my minister was not available. I left all of my decor with her and her team and they brought my vision completely to light and made it look amazing! We are so incredibly glad that we decided to have our wedding reception at Cedarbrook! Stephanie was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout planning- she was extremely communicative and addressed any ideas we had with a \"can-do\" manner. As we got closer to our wedding date, Franco also helped us carry out our vision of the reception set-up flawlessly; we decided to have long tables inside the ballroom for dinner, followed by dancing outside on the covered terrace, and he and Stephanie never hesitated to find a way to make it work. They were so thoughtful about small things as well: one week before our wedding, we stopped by to check on a few things, and the terrace was set up for a club event with beautiful potted plants everywhere. I mentioned that it would be great to keep these for an additional week for our event (the club was planning on planting them around the grounds) and Stephanie made sure they remained until our reception! On the day of our wedding, they made sure we had nothing to worry about, and many of our guests echoed that everyone at Cedarbrook was helpful and made the event seamless and so enjoyable.

Recently we went for a wedding tour, over all we liked the venue but we felt like it could use some updating. The main ball room is pretty with the lights and ceiling but the old carpet and makeshift dance floor wasn't what we had in mind. Its a shame too because they just spent a lot of time and money updating the members club part but you can tell they haven't done anything to the ballroom. Hardwood floors to match the wood in the ceiling would have been great in that space. I do have to say that the outdoors are really pretty and the pricing was fair.

Getting married at Cedarbrook was the best choice we made :) Stephanie was the best to work with and on top of that the staff went above and beyond to make our day special. From getting ready to the last dance of the night everything was a breeze. Also not to mention holding my bridal shower and a brunch there was fantastic too. WOW! I wish I could give more than 5 stars to Cedarbrook Country Club! The venue is absolutely beautiful! During venue searching, I knew right when I drove up the tree lined drive and walked in the door that the location was perfect. We were lucky to have an outdoor ceremony and our guests are still talking about how delicious the appetizers and food were (we served Chicken Marsala, Crab Cakes and Pasta Primavera). The reception was beautiful. Everything was set up perfect. The bartenders were awesome and we know our guests had a blast, and even incorporated our signature drink into the night! Stephanie and Franco helped make our wedding absolutely wonderful! Stephanie was a pleasure to work with during the planning process, was there for me every step of the way. Thank you so much! I highly recommend Cedarbrook Country Club!

Stephanie is the absolute best to work with! Not only was she genuinely excited for us to get married and have the perfect day, she answered every single silly question I had! The food tasting was so much fun and one of my favorite parts of planning. Cedarbrook is without a doubt willing to work with you to make it YOUR day! We were able to drop off decor and flowers the day before and Stephanie made sure the table was set exactly how we wanted. Each one of our guests raved about how wonderful the food, service, and staff were. Everyone had the best time!Everything was perfect on the big day! I cannot say enough how perfect it all was!!!

Cedarbrook was the most affordable in the area for what it provides, and was a beautiful setting for the day. We were fortunate enough to have our ceremony on the lawn (missed the rain by 30 min!) but the patio was another excellent choice for the setting. The venue allows for seemless transitions between the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. The food was delicious and they added special touches to the main dishes for the sweetheart table (ex: heart shaped croutons). Stephanie & Franko made our wedding absolutely spectacular. Stephanie was there for us every step of the way during planning and was prompt in answering all of my questions. I was a nervous wreck up until the rehearsal, but Stephanie put my mind at ease! She and Franko had everything under control for the day of. We could not have done this without them!

Cedarbrook completely exceeded our expectations. We worked with Stephanie and she was wonderful. She was attentive, responded quickly, and made sure every detail was perfect. Our guests couldn't believe how beautiful the country club is and the food was outstanding. Many of our guests said that it was the best filet they have ever had. If you are looking for a country club that doesn't have a boxed in feel, this place is perfect for you. I highly recommend it!

Worst thing you can do.. piss off the guy footing the bill. This was my 1st choice and we narrowed the search to 2 places and I did a lot of convincing to make this OUR 1st choice. However, the fact that my Suzanne was unreachable and unable to return a call or even e-mail my fiancee after 4, yes 4 separate occasions of having left a message each time to get back to her about booking.... really pisses me off. This wedding industry is all about customer service, and outside of Mark, this place is very lacking. So needless to say, I'm not about to beg someone to take my money ($12500 budget for the reception), and even though the set-up is nice and has character - spend your time checking out another place.

From the first time we arrived at Cedarbrook we were treated like a King and Queen. I live in Florida so planning a wedding in Philadelphia was not an easy task. In addition, I needed to know that the vendors I was hiring were reliable, competent, and were invested in taking our dream day and making it come to life. Drew and Susan make sure that ever detail was considered and bent over backwards to ensure that I would not be stressed while planning our special day. On a number of occasions they made contact just to check in and see how all the details were coming along. I was very impressed. Next, their head chef came and sat with us during our food tasking. He was more than willing to customize their menu to make us happy. He dedicated over an hour of his day to this. These are only two examples of the great lengths that this country club went to in order to please us. Finally, the day of the wedding came and I can honestly say I did not have one concern. When we made it to the venue everything was exactly how we discussed and I was taken back by the beauty. Drew, Susan and their staff diligently worked all night to ensure that all of our guest needs were met. There are not enough words to express how happy we were with out venue and the superior service that we experienced. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone. \r\rIt is rare to find impeccable service, scrumptious food, and a beautiful inviting atmosphere for such a reasonable price!

We used Cedarbrook CC as our rehearsal dinner venue. Everything was great! The people helped us the moment we arrived. I had a bunch of gifts to bring in and one of the ladies came right over and asked if she could take them for me. The food was nicely displayed buffet style, and tasted great! The room we were in was clean and has some neat features, like the double sided fireplace, and sunken bar. They made sure we had what we needed and set the dining area up very nicely.
