Beautiful Historic Estate Venue
**We are so excited to announce that for 2024 our event barn will get a new update and feature gorgeous white washed wood walls and ceiling- see the rendering in our photo gallery** Both a historic property and a modern barn venue, Cedarmont Farm is based in Franklin, TN, and offers all-inclusive weddings and has many beautiful settings for your wedding day. The 40 acre property has a pond with a picturesque dock and fountain, rolling hills and open fields as well as a meandering creek and ancient cedar trees. The historic home is surrounded by colorful gardens and great photography locations. Adjacent to the historic home, our bridal house looks out over the expansive pool and stone deck. Our modern event barn features full heat and air, large floor to ceiling windows as well as beautiful custom lighting, a long side patio and cocktail hour lawn and a lofted lounge that can also be used for getting ready. At Cedarmont Farm, we believe every romance is special so we strive to make your wedding as personal and unique as your love story. Our venue has a stunning backdrop for every vision whether it’s an elegant wedding by our historic house or a modern ceremony in the open field. In addition to our gorgeous property, we also offer an experienced venue & planning team to make sure your wedding is as smooth as it is beautiful. We understand the money, time and effort that go into planning a wedding so we aim to make the planning process as stress-free and fun as possible. Alex and I had the most wonderful wedding at Cedarmont thanks to the Cedarmont team and our lovely vendors. We did the all inclusive package and it was a breeze. Colleen and the team did an excellent job making sure there was no stress on wedding day or during planning. They are incredibly thoughtful, detail oriented, and attentive. The vendors through the all inclusive package are fabulous. We were thrilled with our florals and our cake! We absolutely loved having our ceremony on the terrace outside of the historic house. I am so happy that I chose to have my wedding at Cedarmont and would recommend it to anyone that is venue shopping!

Cedarmont Farm was the perfect place for us to get married. The all-inclusivity of the venue made the planning process a breeze and Colleen and her staff were so professional and accommodating. They always took the time to make you feel like your question, no matter how silly or how frequently asked, was important and they took my vision and turned it into the most beautiful day. They took so much stress off my family and myself as far as the planning goes and helped us think through all of the small details that hadn't crossed our minds. Brittany was an amazing day-of coordinator and the day went perfectly to my knowledge! She kept the show running all while making everyone feel welcome and happy to enjoy the day together. Cedarmont Farm gave us the dream wedding experience. If you are unsure about the all inclusive aspect, I am here to say DO IT! I am a planner and a bit of a control freak at heart. I find peace in knowing that things are in order and Cedarmont gave that to me. I knew I wouldn't want to have to coordinate all the food, the DJ, the flowers, etc and the team at Cedarmont guides you through all of it. In pre-planned meetings you know what decisions to have to make by when and that was such a comfort. Our dedicated wedding planner Brittney M. was FANTASTIC. Incredibly responsive to all of my emails, a lending ear when I needed a color opinion and the person I leaned on during the chaos of wedding day. She was right there ensuring our photo/video stayed on time and our wedding party was where they needed to be. She kept assuring everything was perfect and that is exactly what my anxious heart needed. One thousand stars for Brittney. The venue itself is beautiful and the staff always helped us ensure our wedding was how we wanted it. Ceremony far in the field? You bet! Live band plus a DJ? Of course! The caterer, florist and DJ they work with are incredible and so familiar with each other, which was such a comfort. If you want a beautiful wedding with a less stress wedding planning experience, pick Cedarmont!

We could not have imagined a more perfect venue for our wedding than Cedarmont! The farm is just gorgeous – our guests couldn’t stop complimenting its natural beauty. The team at Cedarmont also made the whole day so easy. Even though we chose the essentials package, we had excellent communication with them throughout the wedding planning process. We would highly recommend Cedarmont to any couple looking for a beautiful venue for their Middle Tennessee wedding!

Colleen has created a stunning venue that feels cozy and elegant simultaneously. She has a wonderful eye for design. She also made the planning process very easy! The property feels secluded but is very conveniently located in Franklin. Brittany, Joanna and Eva were the best wedding team I could’ve asked for!!! They kept all the parts moving peacefully behind the scenes. I had a photo booth vendor not show up on our wedding day and they handled it. They came up with a back up plan before it was even a problem. They are who you want to run your wedding. Most importantly the entire Cedarmont team is so kind, professional and passionate about making your wedding spectacular. I encourage anyone looking to get married in the Franklin/Nashville area to book a showing here!! I’m so glad Cedarmont was apart of our wedding day memories that will last forever. We had family and friends tell us weeks after the wedding how much fun they had! If I could do it all over again I wouldn’t change a thing! Cedarmont is who you want running your big day!

We had such a good wedding day and planning process with Cedarmont Farm! The venue is beautiful and had everything we were looking for (outdoor ceremony space with good indoor backup plan, beautiful scenery, location near Nashville) and so many things we didn't realize we were looking for (spacious bar area, bridal and groom getting ready areas, location to take engagement pictures at). The biggest draw to the venue was the fact that it was all inclusive, and we truly had an amazing experience with Colleen, Shelby, and the rest of the team! They were patient, organized, and so helpful when we weren't sure what we wanted. I tend to get overwhelmed by too many decisions, so it was nice when I could just ask Colleen or Shelby what they thought. The day of the actual wedding was truly as stress free as possible! The team ran like a well oiled machine and we just got to enjoy every minute of it. I've attended weddings and been in bridal parties since our wedding day and realized even more just how great the Cedarmont team is. We loved our day and can't thank them enough.

Let me just start by saying Colleen and her team are absolutely incredible. They made the wedding planning process a complete breeze for my husband and I. We were in the process of an overseas move while planning our wedding at Cedarmont and they made every effort to make things as seamless as possible and let me tell you it was. They accommodated our schedule for meetings and made sure every detail was perfect and accounted for. Just to further prove how much they care, the best man was unable to attend due to a last minute deployment so he sent a recorded video of himself giving his speech which my husband and I were unaware of. Colleen personally used her projector and got a projector screen from her local church so that it could be played during our reception. It was so touching and so thoughtful that they cared to go the extra mile. If that doesn't convince you to book the venue then the sheer beauty of the property should. Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful everything was. Do not hesitate to book your wedding with Cedarmont you will absolutely not regret it. Special thanks to Colleen and Brittany for being complete rockstars and making our wedding absolutely unforgettable!

We absolutely LOVED our wedding at Cedarmont Farm - I grew up in Franklin and always wanted to get married there but was currently living out of town. They made it so easy on us to plan a wedding long-distance. They went above and beyond in every aspect of the day to make it truly special - we would choose them a million times over if we could. All the vendors they partner with are truly incredible, and our guests were raving about everything for days. Cedarmont Farm is such a stunning venue—every piece of this property is beautiful from the bridal suite to the reception barn to our ceremony location outside the barn. It has a wonerful way of making you feel close and intimate while offering so much space to accomodate privacy amongst a lot of guests. We planned our wedding in just two months and working with Colleen and her team made that short time go by much less stressful than it could have been . She's professional yet flexible, cares about your day, and is responsive and organized. My husband and I are so grateful we found Cedarmont. We love flipping through our engagement and wedding photos as we cherish those moments together in such stunning locations on the property.

We had the wedding of our dreams at Cedarmont! This venue is pure perfection from the beautifully converted barn/reception space to the on site historic home to the lush grassy fields, there is truly something for every type of wedding all in one property. There is such variety in what this venue can offer we honestly had a hard time deciding which ceremony spot to choose. It was also such a peace of mind for our April wedding knowing that our \"rain plan\" would already be in place (inside the barn) instead of having to coordinate and set up a tent last minute. We were very fortunate and our weather was immaculate, but I never once worried about the plan b. Colleen and her staff could not have been more wonderful to work with also! From the very beginning they were so helpful, attentive, and communicative in getting all of the details together to make sure our perfect day went off without a hitch. We went with the venue only package and even still they were so helpful in making vendor suggestions, coordinating timeline/details with our wedding planner, and answering all of my questions or concerns. I wouldn't change a single thing about how our wedding day turned out, and I attribute a lot of that to this beautiful place.

Planning: We went with the all inclusive package, and Colleen and Shelby walked us through every step of planning- every detail, every vendor and their requirements-- even the parts you handle outside of the package (dress, save the dates, etc) they would remind us of those/give tips/and remind us when those timelines were getting tight! Every vendor in their inclusive package was flawless. Florals, rentals, food, cake- I am certain I'm forgetting things because Cedarmont handled everything! Day of: This is the most beautiful venue and it is incredibly conveniently located. Every picture we have feels out of a magazine with the gorgeous landscape, ceremony sites (behind the barn was ours!) and the interior of the barn with the flowers is just perfect. Our out of town guests stayed in affordable hotels minutes away in Franklin. Everything was perfect. I cannot believe we found this place and I cannot believe how perfect it was the day of. This team is wonderful, caring, smart, and patient. They also dropped everything to bustle my dress while my absolutely terrified mom and maid of honor couldn't figure it out. The Cedarmont Farm team did an absolutely fantastic job on our wedding! They made our special day a fairytale come to life! Colleen took care of us every step of the way, providing resources and advice to help made our vision a reality. The vendors they partner with in the all inclusive package were all insanely talented and accommodating. Cedarmont Farm is an absolutely breathtaking place. From the gorgeous fields, trees, ponds, house, barn and so much more--it was absolutely the most stunningly beautiful spot to get married. It was so special and romantic. We planned our wedding there for over 2 1/2 years and working with Colleen and her team during all that time was a BLAST. She is so kind, easy going, flexible, responsive, organized, knowledgeable and supportive. She is such fierce business owner who is running an amazing business and making so many people happy. From the gorgeous getting ready pool house and groom's loft, to the beautiful historic house and cocktail porch, to the authentic barn--Cedarmont is a magical special spot. It doesn't feel like a cookie cutter wedding factory, it feels intimate, private and very special. My husband and I will forever cherish our time at Cedarmont and so should everyone else getting married in Nashville!!!

Colleen handled everything, all we had to do was pick a new date. The wedding day itself was everything we hoped it would be. Colleen and her team pulled out all the stops and went above and beyond to make my dream of having an outdoor ceremony a reality even when it was destined to rain the whole day. My parents and guests were amazed at how hard everyone worked behind the scenes to make it happen. The venue itself is so beautiful, even in the rain! From the planning process, to the big day itself, they made it so easy and fun to plan. Everything was so customizable and we were able to have everything we wanted within our budget. What a hidden gem! Our wedding was exceptional!! We booked the all inclusive with Colleen and her experience and exceptional service did not disappoint. Colleen, her staff and preferred vendors created exactly what we wanted - it was a perfect fit. She handled every detail, kept us on schedule and offered spot on suggestions and ideas that complemented our tastes to a T. Last minute drama was met with professionalism and such kindness which put everyone at ease. The Bridal House was exactly what the girls needed to relax, calm nerves and get some fresh air and sunshine by the pool. The guys spent their afternoon keeping an eye on the hockey game and playing corn hole at the Barn! Colleen arranged for her preferred caterer to deliver lunch to all - highly recommended! The Barn Loft for hiding the bride and girls away before the ceremony gave everyone a perfect venue to watch arriving guests and provided a special quiet moment between my dad and I before our walk to the pond. And, for my new husband and I for a quick deep breath before we greeted our guests for dinner!. The Florals were simple, elegant and springtime fragrant. Dream catering hit it out of the ballpark with the biscuit bar, carnitas and the “Just for 2” wedding cake paired with assorted mini cupcakes. It was such a beautiful evening and Colleen graciously obliged our request to add extra tables and chairs outside! Everyone enjoyed the corn hole, giant Jenga and yard Yatzi. The “Sparkler” exit was icing on the cake!!!

Dream catering hit it out of the ballpark with the biscuit bar, carnitas and the “Just for 2” wedding cake paired with assorted mini cupcakes. It was such a beautiful evening and Colleen graciously obliged our request to add extra tables and chairs outside! Everyone enjoyed the corn hole, giant Jenga and yard Yatzi. The “Sparkler” exit was icing on the cake!!!

Cedarmont Farm was the first venue I went to look at. I saw the place February 2019 and the renovations had just begun. Colleen’s vision for the old barn was exactly what I was looking for. Working with her from so far away was always easy. She was easy to get a hold of, literally any time of day by email or phone. She was able to see my vision for our perfect day and helped execute it even when the weather changed and we had to move everything inside last minute. It also gives you the best of both worlds. With a beautiful traditional house where we had our ceremony, the pool area makes for a very elegant cocktail hour, and they also have a brand new reception barn. My bridesmaids and I also got to spend the night the night before the wedding, which was a great plus! I can’t say enough good things about the Owner and Wedding Planner, Colleen. She made our wedding planning experience so enjoyable, easy, and seamless. People would ask me all through out the year “are you so stressed planning the wedding? ” I would always say it has been the easiest and most fun experience that I will always be able to look back on because of our amazing planner. Colleen created our wedding better than I even imagined it to be. You think of what you’re wedding will turn out to be like while your planning and it turned out better than I ever dreamed of! From the minute I drove through the scrolled gates onto the property, I knew Cedarmont Farm was special. The land feels expansive and tucked away. I loved how Cedarmont offered both a historic home and front walk for an outdoor ceremony option and then a fully heated and cooled (and newly renovated) barn in case of rain. For us, well, it rained last minute. Colleen and her Team did an excellent job in being prepared and in setting up both venue options to be ready for either one that day. They also helped to get people quickly moved to the Barn upon the rain coming. We rented a chandelier and simple draping to add to the wooden beams and string lights in the Barn and it made an elegant and gorgeous focal point for the ceremony site and for pictures. Cedarmont has many sites on campus for activities. The Bride, Bridesmaids and women got ready in the poolhouse and the Groom, Groomsmen and men got ready in the Barn loft. The Barn has a full length patio on one side that was perfect for lawn games, cocktail hour, and just to provide space for guests to walk out and to see the stars. During the day, there is plenty of room to walk on campus, a tennis court for anyone interested and a historic home to tour. Colleen was available to us all throughout the process for check ins and was very resourceful to receive input and picture inspirations and then find vendors to supply what we were wanting on certain items. She also offered input for what he worked well for other guests and what hasn't. She went above and beyond and we greatly appreciate that. We chose the DJ, Cake Baker and Caterer through Cedarmont's preferred vendors and they all were fantastic. Our fabulous photography Team, Brad and Jen photography, worked flawlessly with Colleen for the day to go smoothly. So many guests at our wedding mentioned how they never realized Cedarmont was there and how wonderful a surprise it was to discover. It is tucked away from the busy Franklin traffic, but it is yet minutes away from I65 for the convenience of your guests. We 110% recommend Cedarmont Farm to any couple who is looking to enjoy the beauty of the TN landscape, have a venue with multiple things to do (including a rain plan) and to spend the day just focusing on family, friends and the joy of getting married. We could have had our wedding day there keep going for the whole week and we would have all been thrilled. Call Colleen before this venue gets snatched up, trust me.

Her and her vendors literally picked up our June date, and transferred everything over to our new date, September 26. I’ve heard horror stories from other 2020 brides about their venues not working with them on new plans after Covid hit. Colleen didn’t bat an eye— she worked with us and continued to ensure our day would be perfect and special. And it was!!If you are are venue shopping, I personally believe that now, more than ever, brides will need a planner who can pivot, think on their feet, and remain calm as we continue down this corona path. Everything about the experience at Cedarmont, from the first day we toured to the day of the wedding, was absolutely perfect. Colleen is responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The venue is immaculate and so gorgeous; it feels like you are in a postcard. All of her recommended vendors were fabulous (catering, florals, DJ). The price is reasonable. We looked at multiple barn venues all over the area, and this one was the prettiest and most affordable. It was a little stressful planning a wedding during COVID, but it ended up not being as much of an issue as I anticipated. The bathrooms were not completed due to covid, but the portable bathrooms Colleen brought in were SO NICE... like nicer than actual bathrooms (didn't know that was possible). I received SO MANY compliments from guests during the wedding, including \"this is the best wedding I've ever been to\" and \"this is the most relaxing wedding I've ever been to\". My mom described it as \"seamless\". There was a bit of drama that occurred and Colleen handled it flawlessly; I wasn't even aware of it until after the wedding. Honestly, there is not a single thing I would change and we cannot recommend the venue enough. It was definitely the best day of our lives and we spent the entire 7 hour car ride back home just talking about how great it was.

Cedarmont Farms is amazing! Colleen is the best!!! We met so I could explain what I wanted for my wedding and every detail was perfect. From the flowers to the departure. She offers a list of vendors she has worked with and they are all wonderful as well. The setting itself if breathtaking but when you add on the services that Cedarmont offers it is the place for your wedding or any event. Service is exceptional!!!!! Love Colleen and Cedarmont Farms.

Our day at Cedarmont Farms was magical! Getting ready in the historic home, walking down the aisle by the beautiful pond, and dancing the night away under our tent by the picturesque barn made our day amazing. The farm was such a peaceful and lovely location that created the perfect atmosphere for the best day ever. The farm is so convenient to get to, yet seems so remote which was perfect for what we were wanting. Colleen made our day run seamlessly, and I had no concerns or worries on the day of our wedding. If I could do it again I would change nothing, it was truly a wonderful and magical day!

We had a medieval themed wedding where all the guests dressed in costumes. We had many slightly unusual requests to keep the wedding in theme. Colleen and the team at Cedarmont Farm never hesitated to help us make our vision a reality. Responses were always prompt and professional, never judging. We felt our wedding was unique and perfect for us thanks to this team.

Colleen Kelly (Owner) Hi! I'm Colleen, owner and director of Cedarmont Farm. I like to eat thai food, travel with my husband and create beautiful events. I was born in Nashville, graduated from The Savannah College of Art & Design, and then moved to Atlanta to work in Film & TV and plan weddings & events. Eventually my dream of running my own venue became a reality so I made the move back home and started Cedarmont Farm. To see couples so in love and help them celebrate that commitment to each other and provide a beautiful setting & a stress-free experience so they can soak it all in makes my job the best ever.
