About Celebrations on the River Celebrations on the River is a riverside wedding venue located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The spacious location is just blocks away from I-90 and overlooks the river. This gorgeous wedding spot is a stunning backdrop for the celebration of your love. Facilities and Capacity- Celebrations on the River, has three separate venues built specifically for weddings. Each venue features indoor and outdoor amenities, including outdoor ceremony altars, outdoor patios, full-service bars and catering for your wedding day. -Center Court is the 1st venue accommodating up to 450+ guests. The brand-new venue features unmatched elegance, breathtaking views of the river, gorgeous gardens, an outdoor patio overlooking a riverside wedding altar, topped off with the best bridal suite in Wisconsin. The room spans more than 4,400+ square feet with high rise ceilings, elegant flooring, large indoor and outdoor bars, custom LED lighting, state-of-the-art audio/visual system plus full-service catering. -River Park the 2nd venue features high-rise ceilings, wood floors, a built-in stage, a private bar, and custom LED lighting that will transform the room into the wedding of your dreams. The room spans more than 3,000 square feet and is able to accommodate more than 275 guests. The attached 3 Seasons Room covers 1,600 square feet with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase the river and woods. Its vaulted ceilings with wood trim create a cozy ambiance for your wedding reception. The Outdoor Wedding Altar is a beautiful location for your ceremony that is just off the water, surrounded by trees and gardens. It features overhead sunshades and state-of-the-art audio equipment, and can seat up to 275 guests. The property also has an on-site bridal suite and groomâs room, that can be used by the wedding party to get ready in before the ceremony. -Court Yard is our 3rd venue. Brand-new in 2023, accommodating up to 325 guests, featuring jaw-dropping elegance and a stunning modern design creating the picture-perfect venue for your wedding or event. The interior design is timeless, showcasing black and white colors, paired with a private outdoor courtyard that will blow you and your guests away!

Celebrations is a wonderful venue to have your wedding. Kayla, our wedding planner was absolutely phenomenal. She was very prompt in her responses and we knew we were always in good hands with her. Another detail about Celebrations we thoroughly enjoyed was their decor. We loved their options and loved the fact that they set up and took down everything for us. We chose to have a winter wedding with beautiful Christmas trees, rustic decor, pine needles/cranberry centerpieces, all provided by Celebrations. It was everything we wanted and more. Again, we canât thank Kayla enough for all of her hard work of making our dream wedding come to life. 10/10 recommend! - Megan & Colin

Celebrations is a wonderful venue to have your wedding. Kayla, our wedding planner was absolutely phenomenal. She was very prompt in her responses and we knew we were always in good hands with her. Another detail about Celebrations we thoroughly enjoyed was their decor. We loved their options and loved the fact that they set up and took down everything for us. We chose to have a winter wedding with beautiful Christmas trees, rustic decor, pine needles/cranberry centerpieces, all provided by Celebrations. It was everything we wanted and more. Celebrations on the River was an outstanding venue. We had some communication issues after booking and leading up to our first planning meeting with them. But after we were assigned Kayla we had no issues. Kayla was excellent throughout the process with answering our questions and requests with honesty. Celebrations was very accommodating throughout the process as well. We gambled with an outdoor ceremony in the middle of November but the Wisconsin weather held off. The entire day of, Kayla and the celebrations team were extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Kayla kept us on track with the timeline throughout the day and evening. She even threw in some jokes along the way. Brandon and the other bartender were absolutely phenomenal. I heard great things from our guests about them. They kept the beer stocked all night long and poured some great drinks. I highly recommend Celebrations on the River to anyone looking for a venue. They have all sorts of different packages with different perks in each. Being in school and planning a wedding is extremely stressful but with the packages they offer, the planning process was streamlined and made super easy. We can thank the celebrations team enough for the most perfect day!

They offer packages which were quite ideal because youâll end up spending that amount anyway and it created options right away to help us choose. They had already put in so much legwork for us. Sometimes the options in decor were limited but they do a lot to try and help make it work. They also do all of the setup and take down. To top it off, you get a wedding planner. I have a very stressful job and the last thing I wanted to do was be stressed about our wedding. Allie was INCREDIBLE and so easy to work with. She was professional and personable. Allie helped us navigate decisions and the day so swiftly. If youâre looking to have family actually enjoy their time together rather than worrying about set up and take down, this is the place to get married. We felt like we got to be so present in the day and we actually remember the day itself. So many people say it goes by fast and to try and soak it all in. With Celebrations on the River and Allie, we truly got to soak it all in.

We got married in Center Court at Celebrations on the River at the end of October! Our experience was great! Kayla, our coordinator was STELLAR! The food was great, communication was great! Decor was exactly how I imagined it! It was extremely nice to have everything set up and torn down without having to lift a finger. Kayla was also super accommodating to whatever came up in my husband and I's schedule. The reason I didn't give 5 stars overall was due to the bar service... The indoor bar was EXTREMELY SLOW. We had roughly 330 people at our wedding, and the average wait time for a guest to get a drink was 15-30 minutes... They ran out of Coors Light bottles, and Busch Light bottles. We even warned Kayla prior to the wedding that there would need to be good bar service for our friends and family, especially Coors & Busch, I mean we are in Wisconsin for goodness sake. There were only two bartenders for the huge bar, and they were extremely rude and unapologetic, especially the male bartender. In my opinion, if you are going to wait over 15 minutes for a drink that's overpriced, the bartenders should at least make the experience better, or smooth it over. Following our wedding, the bar is the only thing our guests complained to us about.. Honestly rate the bar 1 out of 5 stars, and that's being kind... Super unfortunate experience considering everything else throughout the wedding planning and experience at Celebrations was good.

We got married on October 29th in the Courtyard. Everything was perfect. The lit pathway was beautiful for pictures, the bridal suite was elegant, and our planner Kayla had everything covered! No matter how busy things got she always had time to check in and answer our questions. Everything ran smoothly and it was the Dark fairytale wedding of our dreams. We could not have asked for a better day. The venue is gorgeous and we felt like royalty. Thank you!!!

We got married on October 29th in the Courtyard. Everything was perfect. The lit pathway was beautiful for pictures, the bridal suite was elegant, and our planner Kayla had everything covered! Celebrations on the River is a beautiful wedding venue! We were married September 23, 2023. It was the only one we toured and we fell in love with the beauty, the closeness to the river, and the amazing staff and planning process. We originally booked the smaller serenity hall but then were informed they were upgrading the venue and adding a courtyard ceremony space attached. They kept our venue price the same and let us view it after construction. It was beautiful and convenient being right by the venue with more chairs than the original ceremony space. The planning process with celebrations makes for a lot less stress for brides. You can choose a VIP package with everything included or for a small guest count like we had- an a la cart option. We met with a coordinator to go through all the details about 5 times during the planning process and they were very responsive to emails with adjustments or questions. We got so many compliments from guests on the beautiful wedding venue and the convenience of it being all in one. Our parents also noticed how attentive our coordinator Allie was during the rehearsal and day of the wedding. A HUGE help!! Couldnât recommend Celebrations on the River enough!!

We were married 10/21/23 at the River Park venue. The venue was stunning inside and out. Everything was extremely convenient, especially with the staff taking care of setting up all of the decorations. They have so many options to choose from! Kayla and Heather were great to work with and helped make the big day stress free.

We got married on 10/13/23. Everyone from the beginning was very informative and helpful and answered our questions immediately. Kayla was so kind and easy to work with. We did have some minor things that came up but overall our day turned out great and our friends and family all had a great time!

We just got married on 10/14/23 and everything was beyond perfect I couldnât have asked for a more beautiful day! They were able to bring my entire wedding vision to life. Originally we were working with Ann but about 3 months out we found out she had left, I was a bit worried but Kayla was absolutely AMAZING. The day of the wedding went so smoothly and nothing went wrong, we got soooo many compliments on the food/dessert, the venue, the decor, the drinks and bartender. If I had to go back and redo the entire day I would choose celebrations again. I seriously cannot recommend them enough! Thanks for making our special day perfect in every way possible!

All the staff at celebrations are extremely kind and took so much stress out of the planning process. Their team sets up all table decor and also provides any other decorations you may need such as signage - all you have to do is show up! They also provide catering with so many different options to chose from, we would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in the future! There are 3 âroomsâ to chose from, and all are absolutely stunning. As for the details and other vendors, it is all up to you but their wedding planners are there every step of the way to answer questions if needed. Absolutely no complaints, they truly were the reason the day went exactly as we imagined

The River Park venue at Celebrations is a spacious venue on a beautiful site. It was very convenient to have our ceremony and reception in the same location and to have separate bridal and groom's suites for getting ready. We had the most perfect wedding at Celebrations on the River. We are most definitely bias, but the venue and staff made it amazing. We booked Center Court with Kayla. The venue very comfortably hosted 250 guests & Kayla was amazing to work with. Being able to rent their decorations and not having to buy our own, set them up, or tear them down was a large reason why we booked. After the wedding we are so happy we didnât have that hassle, so worth it!

We had the most perfect wedding at Celebrations on the River. We are most definitely bias, but the venue and staff made it amazing. We booked Center Court with Kayla. The venue very comfortably hosted 250 guests & Kayla was amazing to work with. Being able to rent their decorations and not having to buy our own, set them up, or tear them down was a large reason why we booked. After the wedding we are so happy we didnât have that hassle, so worth it!

We booked the River park room for our wedding and it was amazing! Beautifully decorated and the bridal suite was such a nice place for me and my bridesmaids to get ready for my wedding. Allie was our coordinator and she was awesome! Everything went so smoothly you can tell they do a lot of weddings there because everything was done so well and went so smoothly. We were looking for a place where we didn't have to do much planning and this was perfect!! HIGHLY recommend celebrations on the river!

We booked the River park room for our wedding and it was amazing! Beautifully decorated and the bridal suite was such a nice place for me and my bridesmaids to get ready for my wedding. Allie was our coordinator and she was awesome! Everything went so smoothly you can tell they do a lot of weddings there because everything was done so well and went so smoothly. We were looking for a place where we didn't have to do much planning and this was perfect!! HIGHLY recommend celebrations on the river!

Absolutely amazing to work with! Our coordinator was Allie and she was amazing to work with and so detail oriented, which I absolutely loved! When searching for a venue, I wanted to keep all my vendors local and Celebrations had the perfect package with the VIP deals! They also were extremely organized and managed the process for us which provided us very little stress when planning. Our day was so magical on the river and went so smoothly thanks to Allie and the celebrations team!

This was the perfect venue for planning a wedding from afar. The ability to rent decor which included set up and tear down made the planning process much easier. The wedding venue coordinators Kayla and Heather were super friendly to work with. We got many compliments from guests this was the most beautiful wedding they have attended!

We recently had our reception in their newest addition Courtyard. Firstly the entire venue is simply stunning which is why we chose it! The food was spectacular and the staff was amazing! Kayla was our event coordinator, and she knocked it out the park for us! She quickly responded any and all questions. We were impressed by the professionalism and the helpfulness of every staff! We highly recommend booking this venue!

We recently had our reception in their newest addition Courtyard. Firstly the entire venue is simply stunning which is why we chose it! The food was spectacular and the staff was amazing! Kayla was our event coordinator, and she knocked it out the park for us! She quickly responded any and all questions. We were impressed by the professionalism and the helpfulness of every staff! Celebrations exceeded all of our expectations. Starting with the detail they put into the planning of each event. They asked detailed questions, has an easily accessible document to track each detail, while they kept the entire planning process on track. Midway through our planning time our wedding planner left the venue and our new planner picked up with no hiccups. Kayla did amazing, and her eye to detail was spectacular. Our wedding day ran incredibly smoothly. The bridal and groom suits were an absolutely perfect space to hang out and get ready, and the bridal suite made a gorgeous space for getting ready photos with the girls! Every aspect of the ceremony was planned perfectly with the Celebrations staff working seamlessly with our DJ and Oficent. We had many many compliments from our guests on the quality of our dinner and the Vanilla Latte cake is to die for! Each and every staff member was courteous and went above and beyond to ensure our every need was met. I would also like to point out the beauty of the grounds. Anywhere you go on-site you will get truly gorgeous photos! Absolutely would recommend Celebrations and their expert staff for your event.

Celebrations on the River was such a great venue! They made the planning process super easy! From the start, they were super open to all of our questions and answered very promptly. Booking the venue here was super easy with multiple sites to choose from! All the rooms are beautiful with beautiful outdoor spaces and perfect places for all your wedding photos. The venue was great and the food is phenomenal. The staff is very accommodating and they are a great host. Our guests loved the venue and the kids loved it too. It is nice to have the ability to go outside and escape the music or get a breath of fresh air. We did run into a few problems though. When you book a tour of the venue, you walk around with the owner and he shows you all three options and goes over pricing and what not. A big reason we booked the place is everything is in house if you want it to be and you don't need to take anything down or decorate at all of you don't want to. That being said, my wife and I recall that we were told by the owner some decorations are free and there are different tiers. When we spoke with the wedding planner that wasn't the case, all decorations cost some sort of money. Also, he told us that there was a bar on the shuttle but we were told there wasn't by the wedding planner. There were other things we were told that weren't true so it was unfortunate because part of the reason you book a place is for the things that are included or helpful. There is an 18 percent gratuity charge included for all the staff which is no problem. A problem we had is we added packages and each package had another gratuity charge added to it that didn'tadd anymore work to the staff. It felt like there were so many hidden microtransactions within everything it was frustrating. Another problem we ran into is that our wedding planner quit and we were never told that so when we had our 30 day meeting it was with someone else. Things we had paid for were lost in communication so it was a frustrating time and there was nothing we could do about it. We learned that our wedding planner quit during our wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding. Our new wedding planner was great but she also left the during the wedding night at 8pm without letting us know she was leaving. Overall the wedding venue was beautiful, the staff is friendly and everything turned out great but weddings are stressful to plan as it is, so all the poor communication as we were in our final days were frustrating and I don't like being lied to about pricing nor do I appreciate all the fees associated.

Celebrations helped make our wedding day better than we could have ever dreamed of! They helped to make the planning process as easy as possible and made sure that we didn't miss out on anything. The best part was that they set up all the decorations, which made the day stress-free and enjoyable. The room was beautiful, and the food was delicious! We received so many compliments from our guests.

I LOVED everything about my wedding this weekend. Specifically about Celebrationsâ The planning process was incredible! They know all the right questions to ask in order to get every little detail correct for your special day! They are easy to get into contact with via phone or email. I loved that they set up the center pieces and there was minimal clean up required at the end of the night! The only room for improvement in my opinion would be going over the contract for thorough when commuting to a day with the venue. We worked through it but there were a few fees I didnât recall or forgot about in the contract and werenât brought up again. BUT- over all I do recommend them 100% and we honestly had the most perfect day without any hick ups.

We could not have selected a better venue for our wedding. As a couple who works unpredictable hours and very indecisive, the team at Celebrations helped make sure our day was extraordinary. We selected the VIP package and could not be more happy with our decision. Celebrations took over the stress of a typical wedding for us through the VIP package. We worked with Sarah throughout the process and could not have asked for someone better. Celebrations on the River was not the first venue on our list, but it definitely should have been! If you are looking for a venue that will help you bring your vision to life, then this is the right venue for you. We knew we would have a smaller wedding, but if we would have had over 150 guests, we could have chosen one of their VIP packages that include everything. Honestly, even with our smaller wedding, they made everything so stress-free for me (the bride)! I would highly recommend going to their tasting event to make sure you browse all decor options and their food options. We and our guests really enjoyed the food. Was the wedding without any small hiccup? No. Unfortunately there were some issues with our audio before the ceremony, however, they immediately fixed any issues and everything happened on time. This was the best day of my life and they did everything in their power to make sure of that.

Our August wedding at Celebrations was amazing! We had so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful both the indoor and outdoor areas in the venue were. We were in Center Court - the wedding arch and reception area were beautiful and a lot of our guests complemented us on the venue. We worked with Ann during the planning process. She was honest and informative! Their maintenance crew was helpful and friendly the morning of the wedding which made the set up process easy. The staff worked to make sure everything was on time and the day ran smoothly. Be prepared to clean up that night if there is a wedding the next day. My husband and I got married on June 25, 2022 and had our reception in Serenity Hall at Celebrations on the River. We highly recommend Celebrations, and we had a great experience working with Adam, Sarah, and Ann! They answered all of our questions quickly, were very easy to contact, and helped us with the entire planning process making it very stress-free for us. On the day of our wedding, everything was set up perfectly to how we had discussed, and we were able to bring in and set up our own decorations. Serenity Hall is absolutely beautiful, and our guests were very impressed by it. Celebrations is also fully accessible for individuals with disabilities, which was very important to us, as one of our groomsmen used a wheelchair. He was able to use a ramp to access the head table and was able to easily access the beautiful picture paths for bridal party photos. During our reception, Sarah was easy to locate at all times and ensured everything was running smoothly and on time per the schedule we created with her. We had a minor issue with our cupcakes being set out too early by the bakery providing them, and to remedy this issue, Celebrations brought out cookies and brownies with no extra charge to ensure every guest had a dessert. The staff are kind, friendly, and helpful, and we could not have chosen a better venue! We are so grateful to the staff at Celebrations for making our day so special and highly recommend this venue!

We had our wedding in their newer and smallest room of the 3 they have. It was quite beautiful, we received a lot of compliments on it from guests and it seemed more personal than the other rooms where anyone can walk by in the parking lot and watch your ceremony. I didn't like that there is so much gravel for guests to walk through to get to the ceremony site, I provided heel protectors to keep anyone from getting hurt, plus the rest of it is dirt and grass that gets very soft if there has been rain. When we first signed on, they had still been working on building the spaces so we had nothing to visually see, but I had been told by the owner that the plan was to have golf carts shuttle guests back and forth from the reception room to the ceremony site and thus I included that on my invitations so guests would arrive with enough time to get transportation. At the meeting 1 month prior to the wedding I was informed the golf carts were actually only for the wedding party, hence the heel protectors idea. I was also not allowed to actually see the ceremony site until 2 weeks prior to the wedding, after asking multiple times. I had asked last fall and they did not allow me to see it, only to have a normal meeting about details. When we signed on with them, we were told that they host taste testings every few months or so and we will info in an email when it gets closer to the wedding in which to pick a date. we had asked bout a year out about picking a date and we were told again that we would get an invitation when it got closer. We were only given 2 date options for taste testing within that year time frame-one the week of Thanksgiving, and one the end of February for our June wedding. we had to work both of those weekends. They offered a private taste testing only to tell us afterward via email that their chef would be gone until end of July for the next taste testing, so we were given no opportunity to try any food at all in the 4 months between the February taste testing and our wedding. the food ended up being decent, we got a couple compliments on it, but it was very stressful paying so much for food not knowing how it would taste. I was also upset that despite the large service fee specifically for staff, our day of coordinator was forced to be the one to provide us our plated meals to the head table. it was a buffet for everyone else, and we set up all of our own decor minus water glasses and water pitchers. There was no discount provided and once again, for paying extra for plated meals, that should have gone towards a staff member providing the meals, not my own coordinator. We also ended up having to pay for our hour rehearsal that was supposed to be free just because we wanted to set up some of the decor in the room prior. When I originally spoke with the event planner, she was new and had told me I should set up the tablecloths but onky the tablecloths during the rehearsal time so that staff could put down glasses that night. Then it changed to being no problem to setting up whatever as long as it was in that hour time frame. Then it changed again to requiring us to pay if we are going to be setting anything up in the whole room, that it would only be free if we were going to set up something in part of the room like a memorial table. We ate the cost so we could make sure we had enough time to set up decor, but the change in story and inconsistency was very frustrating. I would make sure to get all communication in writing.

We had our wedding in their newer and smallest room of the 3 they have. It was quite beautiful, we received a lot of compliments on it from guests and it seemed more personal than the other rooms where anyone can walk by in the parking lot and watch your ceremony. I didn't like that there is so much gravel for guests to walk through to get to the ceremony site, I provided heel protectors to keep anyone from getting hurt, plus the rest of it is dirt and grass that gets very soft if there has been rain. Celebrations was great to work with. The staff was very professional, Adam and Ann were fantastic to work with. They always answered our questions and accommodated time to meet with us as we lived a few hours away. The place was very clean and we appreciated the ceremony and reception being at the same location. We were very impressed with the decorations and were so happy with how everything came together. I was able to bring in my own decorations which the venue had no problem with. Setup and cleanup was also a breeze as Celebrations did most of setting up the chairs, tables, backdrops, etc. I love that I was able to choose my own vendors, aside from food, as I know some venues will only work from a select list of \"preferred vendors\". Overall communication on the day of the wedding was really good, Ann kept tabs and checked in with us when we were getting close to our \"capped amount\" for the bar, as well as dinner and slideshows. The food experience (buffet style) overall was good, the braised beef brisket was delicious, we felt the portions were decent, the service was quick and organized. The bridal suite in Center Court was wonderful, it was able to accommodate all 7 of us getting ready, however, we do wish the groomsmen suite was bigger. Would highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married.

We were booked in River Park, and everything looked amazing! We had so many guests come up to us and complement the venue as well as the food. We even had a person who doesn't really enjoy cake come up to us and tell us that she loved it. As for the vendors, we worked with DJ Brettly and Volkman Photography and they were amazing! They accommodated any request we had and worked well with the Celebrations team. Sarah, the event coordinator we worked with, stayed around from the time we got there until midnight and was always checking in to make sure everything was going great. If we were to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing!

Celebrations was a great choice for our venue for our wedding. We got tons of compliments from our guests about how beautiful the venue was. Ann and Sarah were great to work with especially the days leading up to the wedding and the wedding day. They made the day go so smoothly! Everything was set up beautifully by the time we arrived that morning. The biggest downside to this venue is that you aren't able to get in until 10am on the day of your wedding. They have a beautiful bridal suite to get ready in; however, if you aren't able to come in until 10am (unless you pay more $) it makes it a little crunched for time with getting ready if you and your bridesmaids are getting ready there before the wedding. They are are a little on the pricy side for food and beverages; however, we got lots of compliments about how good the food and pizzas were. Overall, I would definitely recommend this venue if it is in your budget- its a beautiful location and the staff there are great to work with and will do everything they can to make your day special!

The Celebrations is a great venue to work with. The entire process was easy to follow. The food tasting was great. Working with Ann and Sarah was amazing and they helped us all the way through. We did the VIP package and it was great. Ann helped decide the decorations and we received so many compliments. The food was also excellent. The preferred vendors we used were DJ Brettly and Volkman photography were also OUTSTANDING.The only reason for not doing 5 stars is we did our wedding in winter and the patio and front entrance were not plowed or shoveled which we were told they would be. Also our shuttle was not working properly the whole day which I know is out of their control but it did not get fixed until the shuttle finally down at the end of the night (last shuttle after midnight).A note: be sure to mind the fine print with the shuttle service and where they are willing to pick up/drop off guests. In order to get this shuttle service for free you need to hit a certain amount of room nights AND only have pick up and drop off from those specific hotels. We filled up a preferred hotel room with over 100 rooms (requirement is 75) to get this shuttle free of charge for the wedding day. Unfortunately, two days before our wedding Celebrations tried charging us $1000 to have the shuttle pick people up at a hotel 1 minute down the road that was not part of their preferred block. We wish there would have been a bit more understanding and flexibility to pick guests up 0.3 miles away from their preferred hotel spot. All in all we had an amazing experience. Great venue, experience and day of presentation. Would highly recommend for a friend.

We live two hours away, so when we chose to do our wedding in La Crosse, we were a little worried that finding vendors would be a challenge. But, Celebrations handled all of that and more for us. We booked our amazing DJ and hair and make up through them. They supplied the food and the drinks - which was incredible. Their chef is top of the line - We got so many \"this is the best food we've ever had at a wedding\" compliments, and I couldn't agree more with them. The bartenders were AMAZING and dealt with a lot the night of our wedding, and we could not be more grateful for them. They handled all of the decorations and made my vision come to life. The set up of everything was everything I could have asked for and more.And then you get Ann, the most amazing Super Woman of a wedding planner in all of the world. She was responsive from the beginning and just has an infectious personality that you can't help but love. She made the whole planning process fun and less stressful. She pulled together a great rehearsal dinner, an amazing ceremony and the most fun reception we could have every asked for. She was pretty much a one man band the day of our wedding, but she rocked the heck out of the entire day. We could not thank her enough for making our wedding day the best day of our lives. I will recommend Celebrations 100 times over to any one who is interested in getting married in La Crosse.

The staff at Celebrations does all of the set up, take down, and decorations, it took so much stress off of my plate! The getting ready spaces were perfect and the food was incredible. The one negative part was the rehearsal, it was horrible and I left crying. The staff person they had helping with the rehearsal was someone I never met before and did not know me or our wedding. My dad looked at me at one point while we were trying to line up and said \"why does she not care about anything you have to say.\" I felt extremely disrespected and it was a disaster. The wedding day itself went very smoothly and was everything I could imagine but my bridesmaids had to assign someone to talk to her instead of me because she was so stressed the entire day and panicked and was adding that stress me and the other members of my bridal party. Ann and Adam are who I met with in the planning process and they were amazing and I highly recommend this venue and working with them but I am so glad a family friend came as my day of coordinator and took over on the wedding day so that I could have the day of my dreams and enjoy it unlike the rehearsal day.

Ann and Adam are who I met with in the planning process and they were amazing and I highly recommend this venue and working with them but I am so glad a family friend came as my day of coordinator and took over on the wedding day so that I could have the day of my dreams and enjoy it unlike the rehearsal day.

Celebrations on the River made our wedding vision come true! We had such an amazing time on our wedding day. They made planning the entire wedding very easy with Ann and her staff always there for questions the entire way. I literally couldnât have asked for a better day. We got so many compliments on the venue and the staff! Our family said Megan was awesome in getting needs met on our day and she was very helpful to myself and the groom! The entire staff at Celebrations was amazing from the planning process to the day of! I highly recommend utilizing them for weddings and events. Thanks so much for making our day amazing!!!

We got married on July 31 in River Park. For the most part, Celebrations was great! It's an incredibly beautiful venue. The ceremony and reception area as well as the new picture paths were a dream! Ann was absolutely amazing to work with and plan all the details -- she was always available to meet and answer any questions we had. The food was amazing (much better during the wedding than at the food tasting). Ann helped with a ton of little things throughout the day without us even asking for help and we were so happy to work with her.However, on the day of our wedding, the room was blazing hot the entire day and night. We found out about halfway through the reception that the air conditioning was apparently broken. The air worked in the room next to ours so it was literally just our room that didn't work. We felt that this kept a lot of our guests off the dance floor because it was too hot to be in the room. They did give us some money back (after we asked) so that at least helped make things right, but we honestly would've rather just had the air work so we could still have the same enjoyable experience as the wedding next door. We understand some things can happen unexpectedly, but not making sure the air conditioning works during the peak of summer in a room with a giant crowd seems somewhat inexcusable.Other than the air issue, everything else about Celebrations was great and it was a beautiful place for a wedding. Although it is a little spendy, we still recommend Celebrations!
