Our wedding reception at the Yorba Linda Community Center was picture perfect! The entrances to the Center are grand. The patio where we had the bar set up worked smoothly. People enjoyed being outside, and the views from the patio are just wonderful with long expanses of green lawn.Holly Hamilin was a dream to work with. She's an expert having done receptions many times. She met with us early on to give us information and know what to expect. We met with her another time, and she took my calls whenever I needed to discuss decisions or ask questions. Holly is very professional and takes charge in a calm, quiet, and sure way.The food was so delicious. Catering was done through Black Gold Golf Club and was prepared on the premises of the Community Center. We had many raves about the food. I appreciated Holly's guidance on food selection. She knew from past receptions what entrees people liked best. We were so glad we went with the glazed tri-tip and the sole with lemon and capers as the main course. I liked that the food was made on the premises I gave Holly centerpieces I had made, plus fairy lights, silk rose petals, floor spotlights, and pink lights on chords. She put them up on the day of the receptions and she created such a lovely, charming atmosphere in the room. It made a huge difference. We had ample room for our First Dance and for people to get up and make speeches with our champagne toasts. Holly had a lovely table for our beautiful cake which she surrounded with rose petals. After we cut the cake, one of the servers cut and distributed the cake slices. Patrick and I were delighted we found this venue and Holly. Everything worked out extremely well.

Holly and YLCC, I can't thank you enough for helping OC Cursillo pull off our annual Auction Fundriser. With so many date changes due to Covid, you always manage to help us through the difficulties and continued changes. The evening of the event went on without a hitch. Thank you for helping me look good!!The food was exceptional great, your staff was professional and very helpful.This is our second year with YLCC, we will surely be back for 2022. The facility was wonderful. Set-up exactly as we had planned.The staff was professional, friendly and very responsive to our needs. The food we chose for our Celebration of Life event was delicious. I had many of our guests comment on the quality and taste.Holly was our event planner and was very professional, extremely nice and welcoming. She was present on the day of our event (7/31/2021) and asked on several occasions if we wanted for anything.
