Our historic events facility is available year-round to host your wedding, banquet, dance, business meeting, class reunion and more. We can host groups up to 250 people. The Centralia Square Grand Ballroom & Hotel offers a variety of distinct event spaces from which to choose. In addition to our gorgeous Grand Ballroom with stage and orchestra balcony, you can also reserve our Parkview Outdoor Terrace overlooking Washington Park. Your guests will enjoy our fireside lounge and event spaces as well as ample adjoining parking. Those needing overnight accommodations can choose from our vintage hotel rooms and suites. The Centralia Square Grand Ballroom and Hotel is conveniently located off I-5 exactly half way between Seattle and Portland.

Neil and Jodi own two amazing wedding venue locations: Centralia Grand Hotel and Ballroom and Aerie Ballroom. The locations are a block away from each and we utilized both for our wedding.After an extensive hunt of wedding venues, none of which we loved/could agree on, we took the drive down to Centralia to tour the hotel and the Aerie. Neil met us at the front desk and showed us around the hotel first. His friendliness and professionalism shined through immediately. He is so warm and inviting. The hotel is ridiculously beautiful and Neil gave us a history of the building and all the charm and love that has gone into keeping it in impeccable condition.We then walked down the street to the Aerie. The second we walked in, we knew this was our venue. Neil and Jodi have done an incredible job of maintaining the almost 100-year-old building, respecting all its history and charm. We paid our deposit and signed our contract that day.We blocked out almost all the rooms at Centralia Grand Hotel for ourselves, our parents, and our bridal parties. Upon checking in, we were greeted with warm smiles and complimentary champagne. Every staff member we encountered were welcoming and attentive. The rooms are comfortable, cozy, and have an amazing old-school charm that you must experience.We had our rehearsal dinner, as well as our wedding ceremony and reception at The Aerie. Our entire weekend was perfect thanks to Neil and Jodi, their team, and the stunning buildings in which we had the privilege of utilizing for our wedding.Upon checking out, the front desk team had gathered some items that were left at the Aerie after our wedding and ensured that we got those items back. They also gave us a complimentary bottle of wine as their congratulations. Additionally, a few weeks after our wedding, we received a package in the mail with a few other items that had been found after our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding weekend. Our stay at the hotel, our experience at the Aerie, and our interaction with the entire staff was top notch. We plan on staying at Centralia Grand Hotel in the future and we recommend Neil and Jodi and their wonderful team to anyone for any event.

This venue is beautiful and does not need much decor! The owners, Neil and Jodi, were very flexible and quick to answer any questions that I had leading up to the big day. We instantly fell in love with the ballroom upon touring it and knew our wedding had to be here. This place is such a gem!

Neil and Jodi are simply amazing! Our original venue ended up canceling on us 6 months out and luckily they had the date available! These two made the whole wedding process easy! We rented all the equipment we needed from them and set everything up the morning of the wedding. They were very hospitable and accommodating to us and all of our guests. The entire building has been beautifully renovated and they take pride in that fact. We simply cannot say enough good things about this place. If you are wanting a grand wedding for less than the price of one, book the Ballroom!!!! Thank you so much Neil and Jodi!!!! You made our special day very memorable!!!! Huzzah!!
