Beautiful wedding venue. From the garden area that anyone can fall in love with (makes you feel like you are in another world) the timeless interior from the floor to the extravagant chandeliers makes the elegant ballroom fit for any bride. The venue always smelled great and was very clean. The staff, Kris (Owner) was professional, sincere, helpful whenever I needed something and very personable. Katherine was helpful and customized the evening at our final appointment. Both Kris & Katherine worked hard to organize & help the wedding day that we waited for so long go smoothly, as if it was a fairytale. Other “stand-out” staff include Caroline (my girl!helpful on the day of with “all of the things”) From the time of the deposit to the wedding day, it felt like I became part of their family. Overall, we are very pleased and blessed to have had our wedding at the Champagne Palace. As I told Kris I hope he continues with his great customer-service and I truly wish him the very best in success for giving me and my soulmate an unforgettable evening. Thank you again for the staff for staying focused on our guests and keeping this beautiful venue up to date. The remarkable food makes it a true New Orleans feature. I would give Champagne Palace a 10 star review! The staff led by Kris Polit was the most professional, calm under pressure, attentive, and absolutely awesome! My daughter and fiancé expressed how nice everyone was before, during, and after the ceremony. Forever thankful for making their day run smoothly! The venue, hands down was breathtakingly beautiful! The food was plentiful and so delicious! A great experience that will last forever! My heart is happy and so is the couple. Thank you all so very much!!

The venue was stunning inside and out. The gardens were absolutely beautiful especially with their ceremony upgrades. For the reception we had 250 guests which was easily handled with the large venue. We made sure our guests had ample room for sitting, dancing and mingling. The food was phenomenal and we had an open bar which everyone enjoyed. It is literally endless options with food and drinks. Kris was absolutely professional and did everything and more to make sure our night went perfect. Customer service was top notch. Thank you again.

We could not have asked for a better wedding venue, the whole venue is extravagant. The ceremony was held outside in the gardens and then our guests were escorted in the reception area. With everything included at the venue from the décor, bar, food, up lighting and so much more that is offered through the Champagne Palace. The planning process was easy enough. The food was delicious! The day of coordinator made sure everything was in order and everything was the way we wanted things as we planned during our last appointment. We could not have asked for a better team and are so grateful for all the staff who showed professionalism and outstanding customer service.

I'm not sure where to start for this absolutely incredible experience. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at the Champagne Palace. When beginning to look around for venues, I had done a quick Google search for places which accommodate small weddings in Louisiana since it was a destination. This was the first venue I chose to peruse. I decided to call, and the minute I spoke with Kris (who was very quick to respond), I knew we had found our location. Everything provided exceeded our hopes and expectations. The entire process of planning was so easy and seamless. They made every effort to accommodate us in anyway to make our day for us special. We didn't have to stress about a thing. Everything was inclusive except for other main vendors. Champagne Palace fit our budget perfectly. During the reception, the staff were amazing and kind to everyone, and treated us, literally, like royalty. Our friends and family raved for weeks about how incredible everything was. I recommend this venue and all of it's staff.

My wedding at this beautiful venue was unforgettable. We utilized the outdoor garden for the ceremony and the indoor space for the reception. I speak directly from my heart when I say this, “the customer service that is provided is unmatched.” They make everything so seamless. There is no need to hire a separate coordinator as they took the reins of control of coordinating setting up delivery times, keeping us on time. It was great having a personal coordinator from day one that was included in the package, they helped us with vendors, details both big and small. The food was amazing and the garden was pristine. The attendant made sure that we sat down to enjoy ourselves and got to eat! We were impressed with the food presentation. The entire night we always had a drink in our hand, and knew what was going to be next for us to do. From our dances to the cake, bouquet and garter toss. We also did a rose petal throw as our exit which was a great idea from Kris and it made our exit really fun. We had an amazing night and could not have been more perfect. had the most perfect night of our lives, We hope this review helps with the decision making for any couple.

We just had our beautiful daughter's and son in law wedding at the Champagne Palace. The event was absolutely amazing. From the top tiered customer service to the planning, the event was perfect. From the first introduction for my daughter and her husband for the dance till the end of the end of the night it was a terrific time (all of our guests danced the entire time). The venue is absolutely beautiful and no outside decoration is needed. The food was incredible and we had extra boxes sent with us. Kris and his team made the evening memorable. Myself, both sides of the family, the bride and groom and all of our guests are still talking about how great everything was and still complimenting the Champagne Palace on the food!! My husband and I would recommend this outstanding venue to anyone that is looking for a great time, delicious food and professional customer service. We thank you again for making the evening beautiful.

My husband and I had our wedding at the Champagne Palace. We choose the beautiful month of October, the venue and gardens were absolutely elegant. From start to finish our dream day was made reality. Kris made sure our entire customer service experience lived up to their reputation from the initial walk-through of the venue, any questions we had to the day of the wedding were answered. The thing we loved most about the venue is that you can have an elegant ceremony outside and then the reception was inside. The food and drinks were top notch and a hit with guests. We had a very large guest turnout which was no problem for the venue. On behalf of both of our families, thank you to the Champagne Palace and your team for the tremendous effort that went into every small and large detail. We will highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at the Champagne Palace. They made planning our special day that much easier. As mother of the bride, I was truly impressed with the level of service and gratitude Kris had showed us throughout the entire planning process and the organization the night of the event. He is a true professional and I couldn't have asked for more of a helpful team to work with. Kris provided more recommendations along the way as the date approached. He went out of his way multiple times to accommodate my requests. We had the ceremony in the gardens and we utilized the beautiful new arch that is offered which made the ceremony that much more beautiful. The food was excellent and the guests told me how great everything was. Thank you again for making our daughters wedding that much more special. Thank you for showing our family and friends the meaning of hospitality, kindness and customer service.

Having our destination wedding reception at the Champagne Palace was our dream come true and it was a long time planning through everything that has thrown curve balls at us. It was absolutely with it!! The venue has all the beautiful decor and the staff was very accommodating in every way we could imagine, including the gorgeous gardens. My husband and I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for an elegant place for an unforgettable time. We were very impressed with the customer service, food and hospitality that was showed to all of our guests! Before the ceremony, Kris knew exactly how to make the bridesmaids and myself feel like royalty! He waited on each of my bridesmaids bringing them the highly recommended Espolon Tequila (absolutely smooth and in my opinion better than Patron) and even more he offered food and catered to each one of my bridesmaids were he brought food before the ceremony. The weather almost didn’t cooperate, but Kris was calm and collective and assured us he would do everything to make it happen. We waited a short time for the weather to clear up so we could have our dream ceremony in the gardens. Thank you and your wonderful staff for showing our guests a great time and making our night absolutely spectacular. Thank you all so much.

As our evening went on the Champagne Palace deserves all the stars. From the moment we stepped on the beautiful facility we knew it was for us. All of our guests were surrounded by so much beauty. After meeting with the owner Kris, he was very thorough provided us with information. We are grateful for we had someone that stays current with wedding trends. Our guests were treated to a grand event. Kris was on par with the guidance from photos, eating, etc. He did not leave my wife and I’s side. The Champagne Palace is the venue for hosting a wedding. The property is beautiful and kept in pristine care. They do it all, which believe me was priceless. We didn't need a day of planner because Mr. Kris was so helpful and hands on. Everything went very smoothly and was organized. The food was absolutely delicious and the premium open bar kept the guests going back. We had all compliments from family and guests. The night felt like a dream. We will highly recommend to anyone. I cannot say enough amazing things about the Champagne Palace. Planning a wedding can be time consuming, but Kris was professional and kind. He helped us plan from day one and was there to make sure the reception was beautiful. Any questions we had it they were immediately answered which means a lot to us. At our final appointment they got the information to contact our vendors to coordinate timing. The venue is beautiful, large and comes fully decorated. All of our family and guests were impressed with the service we received. Food, drinks and dancing is what everyone did!! Our daughter's wedding was a dream come true for us.

My dreams came true for my wedding. There are not enough words to describe the beauty of this venue. The ambience is one of a kind from the gardens to the ballroom. To experience the beauty in person and the feeling of being on cloud 9 is incredible. The venue was perfect for us. The service provided by the staff was amazing and to add to it the food was delicious and true New Orleans cuisine. I wish I could give 10 stars but 5 will suffice! Champagne Palace did a PHENOMENAL job in making our vow renewal and reception so seamless and beautiful! They made our day so stress free. From the beginning, Kris and Katherine were so positive and 100 percent invested in making our day special. Every time I called or met with Katherine, she was always so helpful! The assistants the day of our vow renewal were also so incredible and just went BEYOND anything I could ask for! They were so attentive, nice and helped ensure everything ran smoothly. They were also not just checking on us, giving us drinks and food throughout the day, but would even check on my extended family members and friends too! The food was excellent! We received so many compliments about how beautiful everything was. Would absolutely book with CP for future events. The CP team did such an incredible job. (I want someone to book with CP soon and invite me so I could go there again LOL!)

I am so happy we chose the Champagne Palace to host our beautiful wedding. We had family from all over the world attend. Kris ensured our special food accommodations and requests came to light. Kris was there through every process from start to finish. The night of our wedding went just the way we imagined it. My husband and I went in the week of and dropped off all of our decorations and favors. Kris and his team knew exactly where to put our flowers, guestbook and favor bags. The place looked amazing and we got so many compliments on how beautiful the everything was! That speaks volumes at how genuine and caring the staff is. I can't thank the Champagne Palace enough for executing such a special night to perfection. I recommend them to anyone looking for an equities event.

Very happy with Champagne Palace. The venue itself is stunning. I LOVE the torch. The LED lights on the inside set an amazing mood and they give you the option on what color lights you want. I was very particular with the setlist I gave them for the reception and they followed it to a tee. They don't have a DJ, moreso they have a MC/sound guy, but they make it work. The photo/video slideshow throughout the reception is a nice touch. They do not offer any rehearsals, but it's really not needed as once you arrive there on your wedding day, they have plenty of team members who organize everything and have it all run smooth. They also are open throughout the week to schedule you to come in should you ever need to meet with officials or go through any inquiries you have. The food was delicious! They give you to go plates at the end of the night because more than likely, you will be so excited/frantic that you won't be able to eat all the great food they offer (Though I wish they would have included all of the pastas in the to go plates). Their staff makes sure all of the items you bring in for the ceremony/reception are returned to you at the end of the night. They do as much as possible to keep you stress free and focused on your celebration. Katherine was great and she was patient and receptive to all of my crazy and particular requests. I did special wrestling theme music entrances for the groomsmen entrances at the reception and Champagne Palace let us pull it off exactly how we wanted. Thankfully, we ran into no issues that would have hindered our night so I'm very grateful for that. We entertained having a band for a second line but the price for one to have it at Champagne Palace is a bit ludicrous IMO, however they did allow us to have Mardi Gras Indians with minor instruments (mini drums, tambourines) for no surcharges. I felt welcomed and special from the moment I entered the venue and I'm very happy we chose this place to host the greatest night of our lives. The staff was all great and I'm very appreciative of all of the assistants they helped my family, my wife's family, and our wedding party throughout the night. I will recommend Champagne Palace to all who ever ask me!

We planned my daughter’s wedding and the entire planning process was incredibly easy especially planning from Georgia!! The Champagne Palace has every thing organized and prepared in order for you to make sure the day goes perfect. We took photos in the beautiful gardens which always is in pristine condition. Afterwards the bridal party was shown to a private dining area. The personal attendants that waited on us and the Bride & Groom were amazing. Our personal attendants were with us for the entire night making sure our drinks were always full. Throughout the planning process the Champagne Palace made sure everything was going smoothly and made sure our vendors were on the same page. Kris was an sweetheart and made sure everything kept going smoothly. He made the evening even more special by referring almost all the vendors to us especially the DJ who kept everyone dancing the entire time. The elegance of the room, with the beautiful chandeliers fit the look we were looking for. The customer service and hospitality is unmatched. We felt as though we were his only clients at the time because of the attention and detail he provided, when you know he does this week after week. I highly recommend the Champagne Palace to any couple looking for a reception venue and a wonderful experience. A few weeks later my daughter and son in law attended a friends wedding at the Champagne Palace and were treated like royalty. I even FaceTimed with Kris during the event to thank him again. The Champagne Palace was an amazing place to have our dream wedding. We picked the beautiful venue because of it's package and the garden. We worked with Kris & Katherine from day 1 and they were extremely helpful and professional. The customer service is the reason our wedding went perfectly. They recommended all of our vendors. They assisted us in coordinating with our vendors, and made sure they had all the information they would need to help us remain stress free. The venue had many of the same colors of our wedding so we didn't even have to have a lot of decorations since it was already so ornate! The food was out of this world. Every step of the planning and our actual wedding day went very smoothly and it was a pleasure to work with them. They treated our family and all of our guests like royalty. P.S. If I could do it over again, I would have definitely done a rehearsal with the bridesmaids and the officiant and hired a DJ in the lobby of our hotel or somewhere like that. We had people coming from all over the country, so it was hard to coordinate. We used a Spotify playlist, which was great, but a DJ would have been a really nice touch. Also…. The food and drinks were delicious!!!

Kris was absolutely accommodating to my husband and I, the first time we met till our wedding day. The evening could not have been any better. Beautiful fall weather for the outdoor ceremony. Anything we asked for we received. Everyone of our guests had a blast and celebrated with us. The abundance of food was amazing along with all open bar that was included. We danced and danced. Katherine was so helpful since day 1 of signing to contract all the way until the big day! Every question( and I sure had a lot) was answered and every small detail was handled with care and beauty! If you are considering Champagne Palace to be your wedding venue don’t waste another second on choosing them, you will not regret it! Everything was perfect! The beauty and elegance along with the warmth of this venue sets it apart from all the others. The service and guidance they provided along the way and the day of your special event is outstanding. If you are looking for a 5 star venue. You have found it. The Champagne Palace is truly the best place to have your wedding. They were an absolute dream to work with. Our daughter got married at the venue years ago and we decided to hold our corporate party at the same location. From the first time we toured the Champagne Palace to our corporate party, Kris was extremely easy to work with and very communicative. He is a very kind soul and truly cares about every detail just as his father did. It meant a lot to us that it is family owned and made us feel as we were family. Every staff member that day including Mikaela who treated us like royalty and even the police detail the day of the party was top notch, especially the bartenders! We could not be more grateful for everything the staff at the Champagne Palace did to make our corporate party day eventful. The venue itself is exquisite and is kept in pristine condition. From the moment we first went to visit the Champagne Palace we knew it was very special. Kris and his team went above and beyond to ensure that we had the most perfect night. Our night was amazing and I know they put in the maximum effort to give us that perfect experience. Everything went so smoothly and everyone made us feel so special. The cuisine was delicious and our guests enjoyed themselves. I highly recommend this venue that comes along with everything included in the beautiful ballroom and the outdoor gardens. His team were so supportive and were a source of continuous guidance during the entire process. We knew we were in great hands. Their professional and fabulous staff assisted (Katherine even drove to the florist since I forgot some things, the bride didn’t know I forgot my only task, lol). They helped make all of our dreams and day come true. Everything was perfect and right on time. We were pleased with how they catered to our needs through the planning process. Where do I begin with this place!!!! Amazing amazing amazing!! They were so helpful literally the moment we stepped foot to tour the venue and even after our wedding! I love them so much! They made our wedding the wedding of our dreams!! My guest are still talking about the amazing food ! Hey, we just wanted to tell y’all that we are so glad we chose The Champagne Palace to handle our entire wedding event. There are no words that can explain the entire staff’s friendliness & professionalism, venue beauty and total hospitality from day one. We remember it like it was yesterday (Even though it’s been over a year b/c of pandemic😉) when we met y’all to pick the perfect venue. Basically, whatever we said we wanted to happen on our wedding day, y’all said sure, no problem. From the extra decor we wanted to add, to making the virgin piña colada daiquiris for us. (BTW, Kris did a great job...they were so delicious) If we had to do it all over again, we would not hesitate on picking The Champagne Palace to host our event. Each & every one of our guests talks about how beautiful everything was & how well treated they were by the staff working that day. It was such an epic environment & everyone was having such a wonderful time that no one wanted to leave when it was over.Our wedding will go down in history with a lot of our guests as the best wedding they have ever attended; thanks to y’all for having such a beautiful venue, impeccable service, by far the best staff & of coarse the show we put on😁Our wedding day will be talked about for years to come as several guests are telling us it was the best wedding they have ever been to, including their own wedding. All they keep saying is, we have never seen that done before. After touring several venues, we visited the Champagne Palace. When we walked in, we fell in love with the décor and atmosphere immediately. After booking, Kris and Katherine were very helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process and the wedding day. When COVID restrictions began, they were understanding and reassuring that the day would be just as planned. They put necessary safety measures in place to make all guests feel comfortable. The hostesses assigned to us were very attentive and always made sure we had everything that we could possibly need. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it to go around. All of the guests from the wedding could not stop raving about how much they enjoyed the food and how good of a time they had. The overall organization and professionalism that was displayed throughout the night was exceptional. They stopped at nothing to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. My son and daughter in law got married at the Champagne in January we highly recommend you do the same! I can't imagine there are many venues in””that can match the ambiance, food and hospitality. Our guests absolutely loved everything about the venue, and so did we. We had our “family” only ceremony in the gardens and our reception in the main room. The event was a complete success, As the mother of the groom, I have had the pleasure of working with Kris who is a total sweetheart and professional from when we booked in 2017., he was with us from day one till the big day. The food was amazing. Our guests are still raving about it. Customer service is beyond impeccable.

My husband and I fell in love with the venue when we first saw it because it was perfect for us. We first met with Kris while looking for a venue but both Kris and Katherine made planning the wedding seem like a breeze, especially during a pandemic. Even through the uncertainties, the Champagne Palace helped us remain calm and stayed upbeat and reassured us all the way that the event would take place and the safety to us and our guests were a priority. We got married on a Saturday in August 2020 and it was the best experience ever. Every detail was professionally coordinated. They pulled out all the stops and made sure the event was first class, it was coordinated to every detail as we planned. The professionalism all of the staff displayed made sure everything we discussed came to fruition. The food, service and the overall atmosphere was second to none. We had an open bar with all the guests and the drinks were outstanding The guests couldn’t stop mentioning the great tasting food that was included in the package. Our guests were truly impressed with the world class experience and has deemed our wedding the best wedding they have attended ever (it’s true, lol) We will highly recommend the Champagne Palace. I just want to take the time to thank Katherine and Kris, along with ALL of the Champagne Palace staff for such an amazing experience. It’s been a week now since our wedding and my husband and I are literally still on cloud 9. Our wedding was absolutely AMAZING! We couldn’t have done it without them. I remember visiting the Champagne Palace for the first time last January and I immediately fell in love. The venue is breathtakingly beautiful. We were originally supposed to get married on April 24th but had to postpone due to COVID. Katherine and Kris made sure that all of our many questions were answered and we were able to rebook for September 11th. We are so happy that we chose the Champagne Palace as our reception venue. We are even more happy that we chose the Champagne Palace as our last minute ceremony venue, due to some complications with the church, because it was just beautiful! Even having to move inside in the middle of the ceremony due to the rain was amazing. The switch happened so effortlessly you would think we planned it all! All of our family and friends felt safe during our wedding thanks to all the safety measure the Champagne Palace has put in place. They as still raving about how beautiful everything was and how amazingly delicious the food was. Kudos to the Chef! A special thank you goes out to Caroline who was our personal attendant throughout the evening. She was so amazing and so sweet to us! She made sure we always had drinks in hand. Whenever we needed her she was literally right there! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU to the Champagne Palace for playing a HUGE part in making our wedding an evening to remember!

Our experience at the Champagne Palace was astonishing. From the very beginning of the ceremony to the end of the reception it amazed everyone with the courtesy shown to our guests and family. The staff was extremely accommodating, and accessible. Our day-of-coordinator handled everything and guided us through each aspect of the reception. My ceremony and reception was very involved (350 guests and multicultural) and the staff made sure that I had nothing to worry about. They oversaw all of the setups and breakdowns allowing my wedding day to be stress free. We received so many compliments on the the service, the delicious food. It's been almost 5 months since my wedding day and we are all still talking about how smoothly and beautiful everything was. We are so pleased with our choice of reception venue and would highly recommend The Champagne Palace. Thank You all again.

The effort that the Champagne Palace put into my daughters wedding was absolutely incredible. They helped us plan everything from our vendors to each step of the beautiful night. They have everything perfectly organized from beginning to end so everyone can enjoy themselves. The owner was accommodating, accessible throughout the planning process and extremely resourceful. Kris made a great recommendation for the Topcats (who kept the dance floor packed) as well as the DJ playing when the band went on break. Kris was there to make sure the parents were well taking care off. Katherine & Kris met with us that week to plan all the particulars. We had our own attendant as did the Bride & Groom who made sure everything was up to our standards. The reception was amazing and the staff was very courteous to all of our guests. I can't forget to mention that the food and drinks were truly wonderful. We could not stop raving about the food and they made sure we had plenty to go back to the hotel with. We received so many compliments on the service and again the delicious food. No stone was left unturned and it made for the most memorable night of our lives and our daughter’s as well. We are so pleased with our choice of reception venue and would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you again for all the had work and efficiency that went into planning such a intricate evening.

We could not have picked a better venue for our reception! The staff, particularly Kris who helped plan and advise me on some additional decor to bring my vision to light. Katherine made sure our vendors and night went smoothly, they were top notch. During the event, the groom, myself, and our immediate families were well taken care of and never had an empty glass in hand (our signature drinks were amazing)! The grand decor of the venue has so much character that captures the aspect fit for a king and queen! The food was absolutely amazing especially the specialty dish Kris brought us up was out of this world. Our guests are still raving about how much fun they had. I can not say enough good things about Kris and his wonderful staff. They were professional and made sure our wedding ran smoothly without a hitch. I attended my dear friends wedding here on Friday January 24 for Justine & Bradley Chapman’s extravagant night. As a guest I was blown away by the beauty and literally everything about this venue. As I came in the front doors we had champagne poured for us in champagne glasses which is very classy and a nice touch. The food and drinks were delicious and the service was great. We decided to hold our ceremony & reception at the Champagne Palace. We could not have imagined a better experience with Kris and Katherine on the night of our wedding. They were a God send throughout the planning process preparing us for our special day. The day of the event the wedding coordinators were extremely professional. The staff were very polite, neat and first class. The years of experience shows their professionalism. Our coordinator kept us on track through all the simple details like getting the photographs done expeditiously and guiding our bridal party and parents to there tables. The help that day made the process run smooth. We received compliments from our guests about the food which is very important in New Orleans as we all know! It gave our out of town guests a taste of New Orleans true cuisine. Besides the garden and the beautiful venue itself, was that they handled most of our vendors such as bakery drop off, photo booth setup, etc. The Champagne Palace handled the food, open bar, decor, linens, police officer. It simply made our process so easy to have them plan one of your biggest days. Thank you again to for making our day one to be remembered.

I cannot say enough incredible things about this wonderful venue. They are incredibly awesome. We did our wedding reception in the garden and everything went to beautifully. From day one Katherine and Kris were amazing to work with. On the day I had nothing to worry about just like I didn’t have to worry leading up to it. The attendants at our reception were phenomenal. Jude made sure everything was on time, looked perfect, and kept things running smoothly. Not only was the space beautiful and you can do so much with it, but the food was unreal. Every single thing we ate was delicious! I can go on and on about the incredible experience we had at the Champagne Palace. They all made our wedding perfect and elaborate. So glad we chose them.

Words simply cannot express the level of polished professionalism, courtesy, beauty, and kindness that the Champagne Palace possesses. We remembered the Champagne Palace from multiple recommendations. It made searching for a venue with my fiancé easy. After we saw the spot and the trending changes they keep up with and what they had to offer, he was with me 100%. They will forever be remembered for how amazingly friendly and professionally skilled for how they made our night memorable. The coordinators talked us through every part of the outdoor ceremony and how the reception would flow afterwards. Questions or concerns were answered swiftly. There was a bridal suite for myself and bridesmaids to use throughout the night which definitely as women we loved. They made sure no task went unanswered. We simply felt comfortable with the “professionals” running the show. Our attendant that night always refilled our drink or got us food whenever we needed. The entire staff was so extremely friendly, polite, and just happy to be a part of our day. Katherine was great and Caroline took excellent care of my parents. I am so proud and honored that we got married at the Champagne Palace. Inside those doors besides the beautifully decorated venue are sweet and accommodating people. The venue is pristine. My father who is from Virginia and this was his first New Orleans wedding said he asked Kris and Katherine what separates them from other wedding venues, he said Kris told him “customer service followed by food that’s the most important because any place can be beautiful.” But the customer satisfaction we received is truly what I think is the difference maker. It is so extremely rare to find such great people we worked with, each and every staff member was gracious. Again Thank You.

Seriously, hands down the best part of the entire wedding experience! The staff was amazing, Kent was super attentive and ensured that my husband and I were well taken care of the day of the event. The ambiance is amazing. My wedding was perfect! If I had to do it over again I'd still choose The Champagne Palace! Thank you guys for such a frictionless and beautiful wedding. There's only 2 things I would have liked to be different. 1 the choice of my own DJ (the staff did play mainly my play list so it wasn't an issue just an extra task of creating the list) and 2 the reception being 4 hours itself vs 4 hrs for the wedding and reception. 30 minutes isnt long however, every minute counts to the couple wanting to enjoy every moment of the wedding vs pictures and all the things that keep you from the enjoyment. Even with the minor changes I would have liked they delivered on all the things they said they would which means everything! Thank you guys again

The Champagne Palace did such a fabulous job for our ceremony and reception. All of our closest family and friends were there and raved about how it was the best wedding they ever attended. It is amazing the attention to detail they take to ensure everything goes as planned. The staff was certainly what made the difference. Even our personal host for us and for our parents. The execution of how we planned it together was carefully carried out and we had a blast! At our final appointment they make sure there are no food allergies and even offer to make personal dishes if so. Very impressive. By far, the food and beverage services were the best part as promised. Every bite of food and sip of drink we had was fantastic. Kris who 1st viewed myself and my family and answered every question patiently and professionally deserves the highest accolades when it comes to receptions. Your the best! Katherine & Kent took care of us getting every detail of the evening ironed out and was with us every second of the night, making sure we stayed on track because she knew we wanted to enjoy our special day. The Champagne Palace gets 5 incredible, raving stars from the Father of the Bride! My coordinator was amazing she was by my side the whole night making sure my Jack & Coke was topped off. I stopped in a few hours before the ceremony began and spoke with Kris who assured me everything was going to plan and showed me my reserved table for when I would arrive later. The reception hall was beautiful I even got to see my daughters wedding cake before anyone. I was soo excited. I know first hand we were taking care of from the very beginning of the planning process till end of the special event.. The customer service is unmatched and personable. The only thing I could do that evening was smile and be happy for my baby girl. Katherine was great with the special couple and knew what there wishes were. And I just can't say enough about how the effective the communication was between everyone. Venue/Decor: This venue is one of a kind and the decor was gorgeous. The first thing I noticed outside of its beauty was that the smell is divine. I am so joyful they chose this venue. You have to see it in person to experience it first hand. Everything looked amazing on the wedding day. Again it was truly beautiful. Food/Service: For the reception, we had the hand passed items which seemed endless and the guests had unlimited options at the buffet as well. The guests enjoyed the open bar. We had family and friends from Texas, Wisconsin, Colorado, Atlanta, etc. Overall, this venue really knows how to make a night spectacular. The ceremony and reception spaces are beautiful (and smell good) and food and service were top notch!!! You cannot go wrong! Thank You again to all the guests who came and celebrated with us and thank you Champagne Palace.

Champagne Palace was an absolutely beautiful location for our New Orleans wedding. There is not enough words to describe how amazing that night was for my husband and I. Jude was perfect and lead the way for the night. The staff was very friendly throughout the wedding. The day of the wedding, they made everything run so smoothly that I was able to enjoy the entire night. I had so much fun without anything to worry about. Kris made sure the food was amazing. I didn’t know he also works in the back preparing the delicious food as well. We have received nothing but compliments from everyone from the beauty of the garden to the decor. They made sure the staff really went above and beyond to make that night extra special to us which means so much to us. Our attendant notified, directed, and escorted us to all of our planned events throughout the entire night (i.e. first dances, eating area, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss.). At the end of the night all of our presents were packed away and a box filled with cake, food, and bottle of champagne, along with our personal belongings. It was the perfect night, and wouldn't have been so without the help from Kris, Jude and the rest of the organized staff. We highly recommend Champagne Palace to anyone planning a wedding and/or reception.

I do not know where to begin to say how The Champagne Palace made my dream wedding day come true. Kris, Katherine and the whole staff are the best all around. Hands down. They were very helpful from the very beginning. Even with suggestions on cake vendors, limo service, hotels, you name it they were ready to help. On our wedding day the moment I arrived I thought I was a real life celebrity. Well that’s how my husband and I were greeted and treated the entire night. The venue, food, drinks, and service was over the top. We had the best time and so did our guest. They tell us it was like a fairy tale wedding and one of the best they ever been too. The Champagne Palace and staff were heaven sent for my husband and I. My husband and I tell each other every day, that we wish we could go back to our wedding night, even if it’s for five minutes. We highly recommend The Champagne Palace. You will not be disappointed because they go above and beyond.

As the mother of the bride, I highly recommend the Champagne Palace for the outstanding work they did. The staff was absolutely delightful and polite. Leading up to the day, the venue stayed in touch with us to make sure we knew the vendors and our plans were in order. Kris was a joy to work with and was very intuitive with fitting our complex ideas work. He was wonderful to work with and was accommodating to our special requests & made us feel he had known us all our lives. As business owners ourselves we know what it takes to run a business to please others. I have been to many of my friends weddings around the country but the true New Orleans feel is nothing better. Kent was our host for the evening and was a doll. Katherine was great with the Bride and Groom. We could not have asked for better people to help fulfill the big day. I preferred the beautiful decor especially on the family tables and the bridal suite at the Champagne Palace to any other venue we searched. We didn't have to pay for any decorations because the decor of the venue was perfect. The customized lighting on the wall changes made it more personalized to your wedding color. We had a slideshow being played on the giant projectors and the bride and grooms names were displayed on the huge wall over the dance floor. Their reputation is remarkable everyone raved about how nice they were. They even supplied the beautiful crystal cake stand for the cake to go on. As the mother of the bride, I can only imagine all the behind the scene work, which took the stress from us because we knew the venue worked tirelessly to assure not only we were happy but most of all our guests as well. So if you want a beautiful venue, a courteous staff and delicious food this is the place.

Thank You for delivering on the day of my dreams. The Champagne Palace was amazing. My fiancé & did our planning and searched the internet for many venues when planning our wedding in New Orleans (we live 4 hours away in Northern Louisiana) and after browsing most of them, we knew which one that stood out the most to us. The weather didn’t interrupt our beautiful ceremony by the way the garden was mesmerizing. This venue needed to be ours so we quickly booked it without hesitation. You would think just by the pure elegance and the immaculate details that the price would be out of range. That is not the case you have so many things that are inclusive including tax! Everyone was so helpful & was there to answer any questions. You feel as if your family at the Champagne Palace. Again the staff were extremely helpful and such a pleasure to work with. On our final appointment everything was planned so we could enjoy our special day. The day of the wedding the service was impeccable. They coordinated all the details with such precision and took care of all the highlights (ie. cake cutting, bouquet toss, even helping me through my keep cool etc.) so that we could enjoy the reception. At the end, they prepared 2 boxes for us, one with cake and the other with a ton of various food items as well as a bottle of champagne. All of the guests were so impressed with the venue. They are still telling me it was the best wedding ever. Last but not least, after seeing the viral video of the dancing deputy we had to include him in the fun!!! My mother and I requested Old town road to get the police officer to bring more fun to us. I think my mother really wanted to dance with him!! Thank you again and for what you do. I am truly grateful to everyone at the Champagne Palace. Your professionalism is off the charts.

Kris and Katherine are the best!... Really the entire staff. Throughout the entire process they accommodated our every need and met every expectation. We primarily chose this venue because of the courtyard and it rained the entire week of our wedding. But the day of it was just as beautiful as can be outside. Katherine and Kris made everything flow and we had no worries the day of. Kris even calmed our ring bearer down with candy so he could walk down the isle. The food was awesome as well. Definitely everything we envisioned.

As the mother of the bride, I could go on for an eternity about how spectacular the Champagne Palce was for our daughters wedding event this past March. The reception was amazing and the staff and owner at the Champagne Palace made sure that it turned out perfect for they are truly remarkable. The venue is beautiful and decorated to current trend wedding fashion. The food was amazing escpecially the shrimp and grits patty. Kris the owner assured us that everything would go to plan and our hosts John and Kent were so kind and caring. Katherine had taking care of the bride and groom, and again attendants for the couple and their family made sure we always were taken care of, Kris at the Champagne Palace knows how to put on a remarkable time. Our ceremony was at a church but we still used the beautiful gardens for photographs. They make sure that everything is taken care of from the small details to the large ones. They know how to have a great wedding since that is there profession. I just can't say enough how beautiful and perfect our wedding night was. You can't beat the inclusive package which the venue offered.

Before we made our decision we researched and read every review. The Champagne Palace should have more than 5 stars!!!! We can not express the amount of gratitude and thanks in the effort that Champagne Palace did for us. Again THANK YOU to the staff for their dedication. Kris the owner is a true genuine gentleman. Kris was there with us in the beginning and was there with us the night of. Katherine who helped us for our drop-off and Kent were wonderful throughout the evening. If we knew each of the staff and chefs names they would be definitely be listed. We truly were happy and they knew how to make the Bride and Groom’s wishes come true. Everything that was offered and promised was delivered. They are true professionals at what they do. We had family travel from up north (I guess they thought it would be warm here) but our outdoor ceremony was beautiful and for us southerners the weather was perfect in the low 50’s. Our guest not only experienced Bourbon street but got to witness our beautiful testament of marriage at one of the most beautiful put together venues in the city. The open premium bar was a huge hit, the food was astounding & impressed everyone. Again The Champagne Palace gave us more than we could have imagined. Our guests loved the cocktail style of weddings here in place of the sit down dinners up north. We were ecstatic about how impressed our family and guests were experiencing a totally different concept of the wedding. We still talk about our wedding and will be for many years. Our parents were taken care of throughout the night by the personal attendants who made sure they were happy. They could not stop talking about how polite and courteous the staff was, the venue was beautiful and so was the entire night.

The Champagne Palace was amazing! They made my day and planning process super easy and very memorable. From the first time we and toured the location I know this would make our day. The best thing about it was their one-stop pricing, which took away pressure and planning from us having to make those decisions about decorating and shopping catered. Almost everything was included in the price. The location is beautiful and I loved our pictures in the garden and in the bridal suite. There were so many places to take photos. Our attendants were amazing and provided everything we needed throughout the day. All that mattered for my wedding was to be able to eat, dance, and enjoy ourselves. We went over everything so the Champagne Palace this made sure they delivered. Kris, Kent and Katherine were hands on that evening. Kris the owner is a true professional and has the 1personality that fits the New Orleans custom of service. They were very prompt with any questions or requests we had. They deserve every one of the 5 stars. My wedding dream came true and we can't thank them enough for it. Our guests raved about the food and amount of food being served. Eating upstairs was enjoyable and we loved our private dinner space during the wedding where we could eat alone together with our wedding party. Our favorite drinks kept coming and were full in our on hands at all times.

We had our reception here and it honestly was everything I dreamt it to be. The Venue is absolutely beautiful and very up to date. The food was plentiful and delicious and the drinks were flowing!! We are still getting calls today of how beautiful everything was at this Venue. I also need to mention Katherine and Kent. They were absolutely amazing!! They both took care of us and our families. I couldn't even finish my drink before they were grabbing to refill it!! (Awesome) Not to mention they were hilarious and really enjoyable to work with!! Can't wait to come back and enjoy it all over again at someone else's wedding!! Wish we could do a redo of the entire night!! AMAZING!!!

Everything was absolutely perfect and we wish that it was still our special day so it would never ever end. Champagne Palace is not only gorgeous, unique with its own special theme, the venue is one of a kind. It also tops the tiers of the inclusions. It makes planning a wedding a piece of cake! The food is absolutely delicious everything was hot, fresh and represented what true New Orleans cuisine is about. The corn and crab bisque was the best I have EVER had. The ambience of the facility is breathtaking and the gardens is one of a kind from any other venue we had viewed. The helpfulness, attentiveness that we received, one-on-one experience with Kris and Katherine made the whole process so easy we knew we where in great hands. They make you feel as if they have known you all your life. The pride they take in their work and constantly adding to make the venue even more beautiful meant the world to us. We had an amazing evening and our family members were treated like royalty by Jeanne. My grandmother was delighted on how polite she was making sure she was enjoying herself. Kent was on point and made our night even that much better. My husband danced all night and his drink was never empty. We are so happy they had packed away extra cake because it was so fresh. As I glanced over at my guests I always saw the tables full of food and the guests with full drinks. Now that is the way we do it in New Orleans.

We just our 2nd daughters wedding and our 1st time at The Champagne Palace. Our other daughters wedding was last year at another venue. If we could back in time we would have had the other wedding this phenomenal venue. The moment we walked in the garden for photographs the night of the reception we were met by our coordinators Katherine & Kent who were amazing(the owner came and spoke with us in the garden and congratulated us. What made it even more personably he just had surgery days before.) The customer service serves true to there name. They ensure every detail is taken care of. The flow of the wedding was planned to the T so the couple and their family (us) had absolutely no worries. The food and the drinks kept coming. There band was jamming out that we had. Our guest were in aww and amazement in how beautiful the venue and gardens were. I would definetly recommend The Champagne Palace to anyone who wants a wedding where the venue handles just about everything for you.

My Husband & I absolutely enjoyed our wedding reception at the Champagne Palace The staff was incredibly delightful. Leading up to our day, Kris & Katherine were in constant close contact with our vendors to make sure all the arrangements were scheduled on time. They were a pleasure to work with and are true professionals to work with. I have been to many weddings in the New Orleans area but no other venue comes close with the beauty and charisma. My mother and I preferred the decor they offered and the unlimited food to any other wedding venues in the New Orleans area. I loved the all inclusive package they offered and we didn't have to pay for a coordinator because they assist you every step of the way. The decorations that was provided by the venue was perfect. The lighting on the wall changes to match your wedding colors that are personalized. We didn't have to worry about anything except to show up. Every review I read before choosing Champagne Palace was true and I vouch for their reputation as being the best around town. We had knew other couples that were married there before us and raved about how nice they are. I used the crystal cake stand which is beautiful and the photos came out incredible. As a client of course you do not see all the behind the scenes work that goes into your event, but for sure we know they worked meticulously on every detail to assure That our guests, family and my husband and I were extremely happy. Over the holidays we still were reminiscing about our special event. If you want a beautiful ballroom and gardens, courteous staff, and out of this world food. Look no further than the Champagne Palace.

My wedding and reception at The Champagne Palace was beyond my wildest dreams. Katherine and Kris were so helpful and accommodating during the entire process and made everything so easy for my husband and me. We got so many compliments from our wedding party and guests about how amazing the food was, the decor, the attendants, the bar was fully stocked all night. EVERYTHING was perfect. I told Katherine I was just wanted it to be a big party and that I wanted to enjoy my reception, without being pulled on a million different directions, and she made that happen. We had a phenomenal time! There are so many great features at the venue but here are some of my favorite: 1) The bride,groom, and bridal party are able to eat separately from the rest of the guests so they can eat without being interrupted. 2) The decor is already beautiful so there is no need for much more. 3) Food comes with the package and there is SO much of it; and it is SO good! I really could go on and on about this venue and their staff.. They exceeded my expectations by far and made my wedding a night our guests will never forget! Thanks again, Katherine and Kris!

This review is way overdue. I remember our big day like it was yesterday. We had a December wedding for the cooler weather. The Champagne Palace not only delivered an amazing and unique experience The organization was impressive. The wedding went flawless as we knew it would! Our schedule of events during the wedding made it seem easy and fun. The best parts were 1-staff: Any question anyone had the staff knew answers. They were all so well trained that they took excellent care of us. 2- The Food: we had that night was delicious and got even more in our box to take home. It was amazing and it just kept coming! 3-The Experience: Kris & his father has this down pact. They have seen it all and done it all. They know what works and they do an amazing job of being accommodating and guiding you towards the best possible wedding of your life. The time goes by so fast. Listen and take their advice, we worked with vendors they recommended and we couldn’t have done anything to make it better. Thank You Kris & the staff of Champagne Palace.

One of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding from afar! The venue itself is gorgeous and the gardens are absolutely breathtaking. We kept our wedding planning to a minimum because the staff helped with everything. The venue looks amazing even with there decor. But best of all was working with Katherine she was great and patient, she is the sweetest person who will make sure your wedding goes as smooth as possible. I would highly recommend the Champagne Palace to anyone planning a destination wedding like us or just looking for a terrific wedding for everyone to have fun.

The Champagne has a staff that went over the top. Kris, the owner was super sweet and attentive to everyone of our requests. Including each detail small & big. Everyone was such a pleasure to work with. I was able to pull off some huge surprises for my hubby. Kris, himself was even there making sure everything we needed was provided for, he was literally by our side the entire night. That meant soo much to us. Our guests loved everything including the over the top accommodation for our Greek guests. We literally could not stop dancing. We think about that special night at Champagne Palace all the time. Everyone at the Champagne Palace was a dream to work with. The assistance we received made everything easier.. They make the planning process so easy for you. Katherine was our wedding attendant and was absolutely outstanding. The garden ceremony was perfect and the candle package was a great upgrade not to mention there beautiful aisle runner, the only decor I added was rose petals in the garden. Any questions I had throughout the process, Katherines response rate was great. Kris was also very helpful and brought us one of his special food creations (on top of the other numerous plates on our table). Katherine helped set up all the meetings with the different vendors. They set the bar high and we were completely satisfied and had a blast. If you want a wedding that will absolutely blow you away choose the Champagne Palace. Thank You ALL!!!

If you are having your ceremony and reception or just your reception, the Champagne Palace is where you want to be. We had both the ceremony and reception there, and loved every second of it. Yes, the place is beautiful, but the people (from the top down) were great to work with. I worked with Kris and Katherine leading up to the special day. They answered all of my questions quickly. They gave there honest suggestions when needed and were extremely helpful throughout the process. The attendant that helped us the entire night was phenomenal. Anything we needed to whether it was a drink or photo, we had it. If there was somewhere we needed to be (cake table, bouquet toss, pictures it was already organized ahead of time. Also, before we were introduced as husband and wife for the first time, we had time to sit down and eat with our bridal party. Our attendant brought us huge plates of food from everything being served at the reception. Everyone was so friendly throughout the night. I highly recommend anyone to use this venue. Recently had our reception here and everything was absolutely amazing. The venue is very spacious and beautiful. From our family to our guests everyone was blown away, the food is plentiful and fantastic. Our wedding coordinator Jude was professional and made sure we had fun, he was with us every step of the way. They made sure all of the vendors were confirmed at our appointment so we had nothing to do except show up and have fun. It made everything life a lot easier. My husband and I tied the knot at the Champagne Palace. Compared to the cost of getting married downtown was out of the question. The Champagne Palace exceeded our expectations in every way plus more. I had the pleasure of working with Kris throughout the process who was very assuring and positive (when I had my bridezilla moments) and they were always available to answer any questions I had and made sure that our vendors were on time to setup. They absoulutley take the stress out of the planning. Everything was in order prior to the big day. We were really impressed with the beauty of the venue that was offered. The venue came fully decorated with Chavari chairs, linens, etc. The menu was very large selection of foods. The Champagne Palace was truly an all inclusive venue and the recommended vendors were top of the line! The staff was polite & attentive. I even saw Kris working to make sure things were done correctly, which means a lot because that is what makes customer service. We highly recommend the Champagne Palace. It is a beautiful venue with the most professional staff!

I am a little late writing our review! But of course we could not forget the outstanding professionalism from The Champagne Palace. The staff was over the top being by our side and making sure every thing was being run smoothly. It was very important for us to choose a venue that had the complete package and most of all that made us a feel a home. The food was amazing, fresh, hot and even better we had a large amount to take home. The reviews I had read about Champagne are spot on with the abundance of food, professional of staff as well as the open bar the Mango Margarita daiquiris are amazing. From the very first time we had met Kris he was thorough with our package inclusions and also said he would be there for our event which made us feel important and not stressed. Thank you again for your business mannerism Kris you are awesome. Ok, future couples a big plus is there is a abundance of parking on the property and plenty of seating for your guests. I would definitely recommend The Champagne Palace.

The Champagne Palace stands amongst the top wedding venues in my opinion. It is truly one of the most beautiful places in New Orleans metro area. You not only get a beautiful venue but a top tiered incredible, and experienced wedding coordinating team. We originally met with Kris and had the pleasure planning with him. He explained our package to us in detail and received everything as promised. In New Orleans food & drink is number 1. We had the premium bar upgrade which our guests drank a LOT!! My friend had gotten married there years ago. The changes they have done to the venue show you they are staying ahead of the trend. The Polit family is honest & helpful in anything we needed. They treated all of us (Fiancé, my relatives) like family. Truly, I had the best experience with everything they offered. We had our ceremony in the gardens with the candle package which was breathe taking. The food is plentiful and most importantly excellent. The actual wedding ceremony and reception went as smooth as can be, all thanks to Kris and the staff for proper planning. I could not have asked for a more perfect experience, and I would highly recommend this venue and their services to any couple planning to get married in New Orleans.

My daughter got married in June 2018 at The Champagne Palace which was absolutely perfect for the reception. It is a gorgeous wedding venue at a very reasonable price. We had our ceremony at a church, upon our arrival the huge chandeliers catch your eyes. Along with the garden area for photos. It is simply a breath taking background. The whole place has all of the perks you need, which was a huge draw when we booked it. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout the process to anything we needed. Kris the operator was terrific and on hand. Katherine especially, the coordinator, was very easy to talk to and get in touch with all of my daughters vendors. We got compliments the whole night on how beautiful it all was and how much they enjoyed the food! Overall, I was very satisfied with the Champagnes Palace and can’t wait to plan my next daughters wedding with them.

This review is 5 months late, but needed to be done. We were married in February 2018. My family had started looking for me then finally I was able to go view myself., The Champagne Palace was truly professional & very welcoming. From that first meeting with Kris who was a true gem we felt at home. And knew this was exactly the hospitality we wanted to extend to our guests. Also they honor the military by offering you some additions to the package, thank you again for that. The host the day of was wonderful we were able to enjoy our event making sure we were always savoring the moment. The bridal suite is absolutely beautiful, and it was awesome for photos. It was truly a day for us to remember surrounded by our closest family and friends.

Our wedding was absolutely amazing and perfect we were married in spring of 2018. We had a destination wedding. We enjoyed it in large part because of the staff at the Champagne Palace. We initially chose the Champagne Palace because of their all inclusive packages that would not require us to upgrade everything. The venue itself is gorgeous; we were married in the outdoor garden area which needs no decor. We did our photos in the garden after our ceremony. After sitting down in our private area with the bridal party (which is great because it gave us time to relax) we were then announced as husband & wife to do our 1st dance. There is a host for the parents which they loved and we had our own host Jude who was terrific. The personal attention that we received throughout the planning process was amazing ,Kris toured us and recommended vendors for us. Jay & Kris made it feel personal like they knew us our entire life. At the reception, the staff was exceptional. Any request our guests or myself made was quickly taken care of. We had so many complements from all of our guests on how exceptional the service was. Everyone raved about the food. The Champagne Palace exceeded our expectations and we could not have found a better venue for our wedding. Thank you so much! Absolutely incredible, we were to avoid the rain and it was a beautiful night to have our outdoor ceremony in the garden area! We had a Evening ceremony at Champagne Palace that began when the sun was setting so the weather was cooler. After the ceremony was over we took photos outside and we were quickly back inside to eat privately with our bridal party which was very important and private. When we were done eating our host bustled my gown (very knowledgeable) then we did our 1st dance as husband & wife. The host was very accommodating showing us exactly what needed to be done so we could talk and enjoy the event with our family and guests.our parents, grandparents always had a drink in there hand and were taking care of with the utmost care. The food was fantastic as we had read in other reviews and the to go box came in handy later that evening. Our parents also received boxes to go as well which I found to be very nice and cordial. It was clear that throughout the entire process the Champagne Palace had pulled out all the stops to make our event perfect. They are true professionals in there field of expertise.

We could not have chosen a better venue to host one of our biggest days of our lives. The venue is beautifully decorated as is the garden area where we chose to get married. The looks of the venue says a lot but what really got us was the customer service we encountered. They do more than go over the top. They make you feel as if you are part of the family. They even accommodated my signature drink which was has a meticulous recipe. Our family and guests were very impressed with the menu service and overall beauty. We would highly recommend the Champagne Palace to any couple looking for there Dream to come true.Our feet still hurt from dancing and twirling away . The night goes by so fast so make sure you get a photographer that takes photos on the fly. Thank you again Champagne Palace, Kris & Katherine in particular making sure everything went to plan and was made perfect.

When I first booked the Champagne Palace, I hadn’t looked at many venues. This was mistake #1. The garden is beautiful and the food is good but that’s just about it. Overall I did NOT have a great experience with this place. Soon after I booked things went totally down hill. This turned out to be one of the worst decision I’ve ever made. They limit so many things you can do. I felt like I was paying to have my wedding the way that THEY wanted it done. During the garter toss, they played the completely wrong song. Not being able to have a short rehearsal can ruin things for your ceremony also. The music did not flow right nor did it play on time. At the reception, my dad’s family table was not served food like promised and had to stand in line like the others for the buffet. After the wedding, some of my guest told me that they ran out of certain brands of alcohol which in my opinion is ridiculous when you’ve paid all of this money. Although the lights were slightly dimmed, I requested along with others that the lights be dimmed darker like it was when I toured the place. IT did not happen. When booking any venue, please do your research by ASKING AROUND! I really tried to like this place. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they make some major changes which in my opinion isn’t happening any time soon.

Great place to get married! They accommodated us with no problems. The whole place is gorgeous and magical. The Champagne Palace made beautiful pictures and their food and staff were awesome! So grateful to have such nice people take care of us on our special night. The only thing I wish I would’ve done was get a band to play instead of the dj! Other than that my family and friends had a great time.

OMG!!! I cannot say enough about this wonderful venue and this awesome staff! Kris, Katheryn, and Jay have worked with my husband and myself to create the wedding night of our dreams. The venue itself is breathtaking and the food is amazing! Not to mention the open bar that kept our guests entertained. The other staff that I did not get to meet personally worked really hard as well! If I could give them a 1000 stars I would! If you do not book with them you will be sorry!

I don't even know where to began, when I met with Chris a year and a half ago I didn't know the extremes that he and his team would go through to make sure me and my husband and our entire family were well taken care of the ENTIRE time... We appreciate everything Champagne Palace has done to make our day... A day to remember!

Honestly, don’t even know where to begin with this place. Thank you times 1000 for making our wedding the best day ever . We had so many friends and family tell us that we “set the bar for weddings” and that ours was the “best wedding they had ever been to” and we truly believe that thanks to you all. While driving from Florida to Texas in January 2017, my then fiancé and I stopped into New Orleans and unexpectedly stumbled into The Champagne Palace while searching around The Knot for potential wedding venues. It was the first and only place we visited. We were in town for only one day, Kris told us to come in and we signed the agreement an hour later - we were that wowed by everything they had to offer. Any questions we had over that year, any concerns, requests, they handled and addressed every single time. Me and my wife are both military so the fact that the venue handled the majority of everything was an immediate plus for us especially given that we lived in Texas. The 2nd thing that grabbed us was being able to pay in installments monthly so that our wedding was paid off in full before the big day even happened.The venue was absolutely amazing both inside and out. Any decorations, personal and special requests, music selections, picture placements, instructions on how the bridal party would come down the aisle since we had an odd number to where they would stand on the stairs during our reception introduction were all handled exceptionally. And no worries at all on doing a dry run or rehearsal because there is literally staff and ushers EVERYWHERE on hand to point all parties in the right direction in a timely and smooth manner The professionalism, helpfulness, flexibility, and genuine consideration of Kris and his team were above and beyond our expectations. Kat, the wedding coordinator, was absolutely amazing and knew exactly what she was doing. Jude, our personal assistant was professional in every way and at all times, continually keeping us up to date on where we needed to be, what was next, and if we needed a drink lol. The DJ kept the party going and no one ever left the dance floor and even the two staff members who took care of our dogs prior to the ceremony (because they were also in the wedding) were great. We seriously cannot say enough about The Champagne Palace and even if we could words wouldn’t do it any justice. If anything at all went wrong during the wedding we didn’t even see it or notice it. Everything went just that seamless. My only regret is that we didn’t have more time. The day went by so fast and we honestly did not want the reception to end. Again, thank you for making it the best day ever . Our guests are still talking about it to this day. It could not have been any more perfect. If you’re getting married in New Orleans, seriously, look no further than The Champagne Palace. I promise you won’t be disappointed.The Bynum’s March 24, 2018
