First thing, Chandler Hill is a gorgeous venue with minimal decorating required! Our wedding was in December and the ambiance of the candles and lighting was simply beautiful! The venue's day of coordinators, Brooke and Alyssa, were so amazing and helpful throughout the planning and execution of our wedding. Between the beautiful venue location and the wonderful staff Chandler Hill comes highly recommended!

Our wedding was in July 2023, so it has been almost six months since, and we are still in awe of how special, joyful, and magical it all was - and a huge reason for that is the beautiful venue and amazing staff. Brooke was so helpful, attentive, and calming during the wedding planning process. She was more than willing to work with us on a few special requests we had, and she helped walk me through everything I couldn't decide on. She does a great job at communicating with vendors and the photographer so that on the day of, it all goes smoothly and she is in the background taking care of all the little details every step of the way, so we could really be present with our guests. Our family and friends still are telling us how perfect our wedding day was, from the golden hour on the deck with the beautiful rolling hills, to the gorgeous interior of the building with a delicious dinner. The flow from inside with the bar to outside with the dancing was so fun as well. The location was the perfect retreat from St. Louis without being too far out. We love that we can continue to visit as well in the future for a nice lunch and wine. It makes it all the more special as opposed to other venues that are purely just for events. We cannot recommend Chandler Hill enough to any couples looking!

We had the absolute best wedding day and could not thank Brooke and the staff at Chandler Hill for making it everything we imagined and more! Brooke made all of the planning so smooth and helped the day of the wedding in so many ways. I could not reccomend this venue enough, from the service, the food, the beatuiful scenery, and everything in between. Everyone went above and beyond and they are true professionals. Would give it 6 stars if i could!

We had a magical night during our wedding reception at Chandler Hill and wish we could do it all over again. Our guests have commented that they loved the venue and the food and especially loved the fireworks! Everything flowed smoothly and Brooke and the venue were even able to transform the interior into a dance floor last minute when the weather was too cold for guests to dance outside. It was a beautiful night we will never forget!

Brooke was professional and very thorough with communication. The staff went above and beyond to cater to our guests needs. The food was delicious- we did the filet and seabass. Our guests especially loved the champagne wall, the firework display, and the s’more bar.

We just got married on September 16th at Chandler Hill. It was truly incredible. The venue is absolutely beautiful. The coordinators, Brooke and Alyssa, were the most kind, patient encouraging ladies. Through out the planning process, all our questions were answered in detail and with quick responses. We had a ton of decorations and they set up everything for us and it looked amazing! The food was so amazing as well. We have had so many people tell us our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to. We also surprised the guest with fireworks and that was one of the highlights of the evening. I HIGHLY recommend booking with Chandler Hill.

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Chandler Hill in September 2023, and how do I even begin to describe how magical the whole experience was?? First and foremost, Brooke is nothing short of AMAZING! Her communication skills, organization, timeliness, attention to detail, fun “can-do” attitude, and never-ending support and guidance are beyond compare. There were a few details about our wedding that we were worried about but she was always available to answer our questions and provide a sense of ease, which was much appreciated especially in the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding. As we got closer to the big day, we also had the pleasure of working with Alyssa, who is so fun and so easy work with, and both her and Brooke ensured that the day went without a hitch and we were so happy to have celebrated our wedding at Chandler Hill!In addition to the amazing people we got to work with, the venue is literally breathtaking. The bridal suite and grooms room were perfect for not only getting ready in but for photos as well. We were able to have our first look in the vineyard and everywhere we roamed in the property was picture perfect, and our photographers could not agree more. The food is mouth watering and the bartenders ensured each and every drink was perfect for every single one of our guests. Many of our family members and friends keep raving about our wedding and how perfect it was, and we cannot agree more.Chandler Hill is the complete wedding package and my husband and I are already planning our next visit to Chandler Hill, whether that be for brunch, goat yoga, a winery day, or even dinner! I truly don’t have adequate words to describe how incredible it was to have our wedding at Chandler Hill! I wish I could give them 1000 stars, 5 stars just isn’t enough! Top to bottom, everything was an absolute dream come true. First, the venue itself is absolutely stunning. I wanted a venue that required minimal decorations (aside from a few personalizations) and this was perfect- the interior and exterior are stunning, and speak for themselves. Multiple guests told me how beautiful the venue was. It was wonderful being able to have an outdoor ceremony, an indoor dinner, and dancing under the stars. But beyond just the beautiful venue, the true shining factor about CHV is the AMAZING staff. Brooke, Sophie, Jess, and the entire team are the utmost professionals. During planning they are incredible responsive, generous with their time, receptive to any and all ideas and input, and immensely helpful and knowledgeable- all of which put me at ease during the lead up to the wedding, which is priceless! On the big day- Brooke and Sophie were absolute angels. They guided us through from start to finish, and helped with everything from arranging all of the personalizations and details in the reception, to checking in with me throughout the day, and being all around friendly, supportive, easy going yet thorough throughout the process. Trusting the CHV team fully on my wedding day allowed me to soak in all the moments and not stress- which was priceless! I truly could not have imagined a better venue and staff to have my wedding! CHV truly exceeded my wildest dreams and expectations. I cannot recommend Chandler Hill Vineyards highly enough!! Thank you Brooke, Sophie, Jess, and the entire CHV staff from the bottom of my heart for making my wedding day a true dream come true!

I wanted a venue that required minimal decorations (aside from a few personalizations) and this was perfect- the interior and exterior are stunning, and speak for themselves. Multiple guests told me how beautiful the venue was. It was wonderful being able to have an outdoor ceremony, an indoor dinner, and dancing under the stars. But beyond just the beautiful venue, the true shining factor about CHV is the AMAZING staff. Brooke, Sophie, Jess, and the entire team are the utmost professionals. During planning they are incredible responsive, generous with their time, receptive to any and all ideas and input, and immensely helpful and knowledgeable- all of which put me at ease during the lead up to the wedding, which is priceless! On the big day- Brooke and Sophie were absolute angels. They guided us through from start to finish, and helped with everything from arranging all of the personalizations and details in the reception, to checking in with me throughout the day, and being all around friendly, supportive, easy going yet thorough throughout the process. Trusting the CHV team fully on my wedding day allowed me to soak in all the moments and not stress- which was priceless! I truly could not have imagined a better venue and staff to have my wedding! CHV truly exceeded my wildest dreams and expectations. I cannot recommend Chandler Hill Vineyards highly enough!! Thank you Brooke, Sophie, Jess, and the entire CHV staff from the bottom of my heart for making my wedding day a true dream come true!

Chandler Hill was great to work with from the day we went and toured the venue. When the wedding coordinator left about a month after we signed our contract I was very nervous that a new person would not do as good of a job or not be as experienced. BUT Brooke was absolutely amazing and made the planning process so easy as well as made some changes/upgrades that were needed. She had very open communication with us throughout the whole 12 months of planning and was very professional, yet fun at all of our meetings with her. The team was very flexible and let us decide on an indoor vs outdoor ceremony the day of when it turned out to be colder than expected. There were a few little obstacles on the day of (bar service, late night food being brought out late), but these issues were quickly addressed and fixed when we talked to someone about them. The fireworks were also a hit and very reasonably priced compared to other venues. We heard great things about the food all night long and being able to pick 6 different wines to have at our wedding was also great. Our pictures turned out beautiful even though we ended up going with an indoor ceremony. I was amazed at how quickly the staff flipped the room from ceremony to reception space. It was an amazing day thanks to the staff and especially Brooke!!!

The facilities and setting was perfect for my daughters wedding. Brooke took a lot of stress off of her and handled everything exceptionally. The staff during the event were also great. I’m rating a 4 because after the wedding I realized the liquor pricing was a little deceptive. We upgraded to the middle liquor package. During the reception the upgraded liquors may have been at the bar, but they were not prominently displayed. If you do not request the specific upgraded liquor the standard product was served. I feel like I was scammed paying for the upgraded package.

Our wedding was 11/4/2022 and it truly was an amazing experience. Everything went so smooth and Brooke was a mind reader, anticipating and fulfilling all of our needs. The space was perfect for our 130 guest count with plenty of room to move around. The bartenders were incredible, the serving staff was communicative and mindful, especially at the end when it was time to clean up as to not make our guests feel they were being pushed out. When it began to rain they quickly turned the inside into the dance floor for the last hour of our event. I truly cannot speak highly enough!

Chandler Hill was a beautiful venue. I knew when I pulled up to it for the first time that it was the perfect spot for the wedding. However, there are a few reasons why I’m not giving it 5 stars. First is the lack of communication leading up to the wedding day which was incredibly frustrating. I found out on my wedding day that there were changes in wedding management occurring and my wedding was actually the coordinator’s last one, which made sense for the lack of communication and even lack of presence on the day of. She introduced me to her backfill but even she was nonexistent on the wedding day. At times I would end up sending 3-4 emails before our wedding before I got a response which was surprising as the time leading up to signing the contract, she was super responsive. I even had to reach out to her to ask if we still were having the 6 month out meeting, as well as whether we were invited to the food tasting because she never reached out to me to schedule herself. In addition, we were upsold from the venue coordinator on getting the lunch sandwich platters for the wedding party the day of so we told everyone not to eat and that we bought lunch for the group. What we ended up getting were these small, biscuit sized rolls that didn’t even feed a small portion of the party so everyone was starving and annoyed. The venue coordinator was also nowhere to be found that afternoon so people in the wedding party went directly into the kitchen to ask if they could buy more food, of which they were not expecting to spend money on. On the topic of food, this venue actually upcharges, on top of the already astronomical food prices, for having two meat options for guests to choose from for dinner vs only having one. With dietary restrictions and food preferences, they really should get rid of that practice as it felt like a hidden way to get more money out of us.Overall, while the venue is gorgeous, for the cost that Chandler Hill charges for their venue and food, I would’ve hoped for a 5 star experience but it didn’t quite meet that mark when I felt like just another number after signing the contract.

All of the special touches through the day elevated our experience and surpassed our expectations. The rehearsal dinner in the barrel room was gorgeous and the bbq buffet was incredible. The bridal and groomsmen suites were comfortable and stocked with food and drinks, a perfect space to get ready and take photos. The champagne wall and classic getaway car were elegant touches to our ceremony and reception. Everything looked gorgeous and the food was delicious. Our wedding vision was elevated with the fireworks that wowed all of our guests. We received so many compliments! Chandler Hill’s amazing staff allowed us to feel relaxed and comfortable so we could focus on the most important element of the day, our love and sharing it with our loved ones. Our vision was very much focused on a feeling of love and fun and Chandler Hill was the perfect venue to make that feeling come to life. We are so grateful that we were able to make memories that will last forever.

We had the most incredible experience with Chandler Hill Vineyards as our rehearsal dinner and wedding venue space! It was truly a wedding dream come true! Megan, Ally, and their team worked incredibly hard to make our wedding events come to life and executed them beautifully! They made planning a destination wedding through a pandemic a breeze. My wedding day at Chandler Hill was an ABSOLUTE dream come true! I have always wanted to get married at a vineyard and I may be biased, but CHV is the nicest winery in Defiance! The staff went above and beyond to make my vision come to life. Megan, their wedding coordinator, is the best there is! And the food, oh my was delicious! What I was most worried about was people leaving the vineyard by 5 before my wedding guests got there at 5:30 and for the staff to have enough time to flip the venue into my dream ceremony/reception space. I am not sure how they did it, but everyone left by 5 and they were able to flip everything in 30 minutes. My dad would be the first to tell you that he didn't think it was going to happen because he was watching the whole time, but they did it and he was amazed. So do not worry about that! I was also worried about getting my pictures taken before the ceremony. At first, I did not want my fiancé to see me before the ceremony, but I was glad we did because the first look was honestly one of my favorite moments of the day. My third and last worry was getting our pictures done while CHV guests were there and honestly it was fun! Everyone is congratulating you and honking. You can't stop smiling! :) Anyway, you will not be disappointed in making CHV your wedding venue. Like I said before, it was a dream come true and a day that I will never stop being on cloud 9 for.

Chandler Hill Vineyards was the most perfect venue for our wedding. We wanted something close enough for people to drive to still while having the rolling hills nearby of Defiance’s wine country. The venue is the most perfect mixture of classy elegance meets rustic winery. We got married December 5, 2020 (covid bride) and they did everything possible to help us have a safe and amazing wedding day still. The venue itself is GORGEOUS. The vineyards are perfect to take photos in, the oversized deck is another beautiful spot for photos too. We decided to get married inside in front of the fireplace and it was stunning. It was the most romantic setting for a winter wedding. Chandler Hill’s wedding planner, Megan, helped us SO much from start to finish. She was amazing and answered all of my questions and helped with every detail to make our day perfect. All of the food and drinks were fantastic too! I can’t say enough good things about Chandler Hill Vineyards, Megan and the rest of the staff.

Chandler Hill was an amazing venue. It was so beautiful, with the outdoor ceremony on the deck. Pictures and first look in the vineyards were just beautiful. The staff here (Megan the wedding coordinator especially) was fantastic in helping us plan a wedding and then reschedule it due to COVID. Several of our guests commented on the food, saying it was some of the best wedding food they had had! There are bride a groom suites upstairs for some privacy throughout the day, and where the wedding party can put their belongings. Before the wedding, they had a tasting even where we got to see how the venue would be set up for a wedding and had a florist there who had made centerpieces so you could see some examples and get inspiration. The wedding coordinator, Megan, walked us through the whole day and made sure the ceremony went off without a hitch. Had it been raining, we would have done the ceremony inside by the fireplace and I know this would have been beautiful too. We felt like we had plenty of time for a first look and photos before, so we could fully enjoy the reception. We also did the Champaign wall - which was a huge hit.

We were at Chandler Hill for both the ceremony and reception and it could not have gone better. The event coordinator, Megan, outlined every minute of the day so we stayed on schedule. They also set up our decorations so we could relax before the ceremony. As the bride I was able to just enjoy the day and not worry about anything! Beautiful venue and delicious food and drink. DOG FRIENDLY!! We had our two pups there and they were able to roam and follow us around for pictures. The rooms upstairs for the wedding party to get ready were also great for pre-wedding pictures and spacious. We had to move our date back due to COVID but that went smoothly and the only restrictions we had were placing tables 6 ft apart and the staff wore masks. But honestly it felt like a normal wedding. The 100 guests that came were obviously comfortable gathering and no one had to wear masks or maintain social distancing during the event. Megan offered to establish smaller tables for guests who did not want to sit with people from outside their household, but that wasn’t an issues for our guests. It was a great time and everyone is still happy and healthy. Highly recommend for an indoor or outdoor wedding!

Our wedding at Chandler Hill Vineyards was perfect. Megan is the wedding coordinator at CHV and she is the absolute BEST! She goes above and beyond, no detail is overlooked. Our ceremony was on the deck and it was stunning. The sunset and vineyards was a beautiful backdrop. Our guests loved the food, I want to eat that sweet potato souffle everyday(don't pass it up when you go to the food tasting). When the fireworks went off at the end off our first dance everyone went nuts. It was timed perfectly - again thanks to Megan's attention to detail. We danced the night away on the deck and I didn't want it to end. My husband and I enjoy going back to CHV to reminisce over our wedding. Each visit we remember something new that happened on our wedding day. Thank you Chandler Hill and Megan for making our day so special. We love you guys!

Our wedding at Chandler Hill Vineyards was perfect. Megan is the wedding coordinator at CHV and she is the absolute BEST! She goes above and beyond, no detail is overlooked. Our ceremony was on the deck and it was stunning. The sunset and vineyards was a beautiful backdrop. Our guests loved the food, I want to eat that sweet potato souffle everyday(don't pass it up when you go to the food tasting). When the fireworks went off at the end off our first dance everyone went nuts. It was timed perfectly - again thanks to Megan's attention to detail. We danced the night away on the deck and I didn't want it to end. My husband and I enjoy going back to CHV to reminisce over our wedding. Each visit we remember something new that happened on our wedding day. Thank you Chandler Hill and Megan for making our day so special. We love you guys!

to say our wedding at chandler hill was a dream would be an understatement. from my initial meeting with Megan the event manager, i knew our wedding would be in good hands. Her knowledge of the venue, the details and anything you could even think of is far beyond exceptional. The venue itself makes you feel as though you are in wine country in california and not in missouri which makes it feel in and of itself, a destination wedding. The room allows for a very generous size wedding! we wanted to do something different for our wedding rather than circular tables and megan suggested feast tables, as it is a new trend and something unlike a normal wedding. i am so happy she suggetsed it and it looked beautiful. Megan was great at suggesting preferred vendors as well. megan and her team were great in accomidating and guests who had dietary restrictions, or unique requests as well. The day of the wedding was seamless and relaxed thanks to her team and the event was timed perfectly. i am very schedule oriented and megan is as well and it kept the evening going according to plan. i highly recommend adding the firework package to your wedding as our guests were very surprised and really capped the night off perfectly. the food Was phenominal and the staff was GREAT!!it was a dream wedding and a dream venue and i cannot thank megan, the chef and the team at chandler hill anymore!

I seriously don't know how she does everything she does! I absolutely believe she is the best in the industry. Megan truly made us feel like we were the only couple getting married there that year. I cannot recommend this place enough. Megan is the reason we chose this venue and she did not disappoint! The venue itself gorgeous and perfect, even in December the vineyard was beautiful and we were able to take some wonderful pictures outside. The food was incredible and the chef was able to customize things for us. The service staff on the wedding day were great, they flipped the room so quickly and efficiently and made sure everything ran smoothly. And we got lucky and were able to do an outdoor ceremony in December and had fireworks! It was magical! Megan is the most wonderful coordinator on the planet! She helped make sure every detail was perfect from our first meeting to the day of the wedding, she answered every silly question I had and tried to accommodate every request we made. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I am so glad we chose Chandler Hills as our venue!

OH. MEE. GEE! My guest cannot stop raving about how wonderful our ceremony and reception were at Chandler Hill. From the beautiful overlook during the ceremony to the food, the venue, the coordinator, the fireworks and the dance floor all just perfect. I do have two small things I would like to point out. First, the flowers for my cake were not delivered, and although I provided a contact list for my vendors, no one knew how to correct the problem. In fact, I was the one to call the florist myself to correct it. The flowers were delivered in time before the reception started. Point 2. I don't know how this happened other than bad communication on my part, but when my wedding party was brought down for pictures, someone told my flower girls and ring bearer to stay behind so I got ZERO pictures with them. Extremely disappointing considering they are all family. Other than those 2 mishaps everything was astonishing. Chandler Hill has become #1 on my list of wineries! What a beautiful place, and highly recommended.

Chandler Hill itself is just absolutely gorgeous! From the beautiful reception area to the deck, I can't say enough about the amount of beauty this place has. Up until the day of our wedding, Megan was more than accommodating, answering all of my questions, changing the seating chart numerous times, and even deciding an hour before my wedding to have it outside still, she was great.Honestly, the day of my wedding was very hectic. I felt like I was \"just another wedding\". It was very disheartening and upsetting but I tried to not let it get to me until the day after. I felt like they wanted us in and out. They told us the bridesmaid would be getting a bottle of champagne and never did, they kept accusing my groomsmen of being way to drunk and took away the Jack Daniels bottle from them(that they brought), and someone told the bartenders that the groomsmen were cut off by the bride and I NEVER said that or told anyone to do that. My groomsmen were actually behaving very well in my opinion and they can sometimes get out of hand. It's just frustrating that all they talk about is how they felt babied the day of my wedding and couldn't actually have fun. Chandler Hill is a beautiful place don't get me wrong but I was disappointed the way I was treated the day of my wedding.

First of all I would like to start off by saying that Chandler Hill is an amazing venue and their staff, from the kitchen to the bar to the wait staff are top notch. The ceremony area is so beautiful and the view cannot be beat. The reception hall is just as beautiful and matched our style to a T. Now on to the wedding coordinator... we initially worked with Alyssa for almost the entirety of the planning period up until she accepted a position elsewhere and her last day sadly was 2 weeks before our wedding. After that we began to work with Megan and I met with her twice prior to our wedding day, one of the times was to go over last minute details and the other time was our rehearsal dinner. Initially I liked her but then came the wedding day. One of the most important things of a wedding day after the couple and the gown is the wedding cake and Megan completely failed in bringing our cake out and we basically were forced to cut one of the dessert table cakes because she thought that was our wedding cake since she failed to check the last freezer and had she checked it she would have seen our wedding cake there (My father in law slept 2 hours the morning of our wedding and made it out to McArthur’s Bakery to pick up our wedding cake and bring it to Chandler Hill the morning of our wedding). After we cut into basically a birthday cake she proceeded to argue with my mother in law and tell her how hard she worked all day when really it was me and my MOH that worked hard for a year and all she was responsible for was following the pictures we sent her and setting up the venue per the pictures. The next thing she did was accuse guests of being wedding crashers and question wether the people sitting at the reserved reception seats for family were actually family. Now the final thing that put me over the edge is that after the bridal party was introduced and heading to the head table we all had to stand for the speeches as there were not the right amount of chairs for the bridal party even though she knew how many people were in the party beforehand and then she had the nerve to come up to me and my husband during dinner and tell us how hungover she was. My husband e-mailed Chandler Hill 2 or 3 days after the wedding and now it’s been a week and we have yet to hear from anyone. Honestly it is a beautiful venue and the food is amazing and we had a great time but please steer clear of Megan if you do choose this venue for your ceremony and reception.

I have been to many weddings where you had to stand in a line at the bar for 15-20 minutes to get a drink. My group was never standing at the bar for more than 2 or 3 minutes it seems.The venue itself is gorgeous. It does not take too much decor to dress this place up because it is naturally beautiful. This was the first venue my husband and I toured and it blew every subsequent venue tour we took out of the water. There are plenty of places on the property to get great wedding photos as well.Oh, and the firework package is definitely worth every penny :)

The chef was able to help us select wines based on the food we chose. The cocktail hour food was excellent. We did caprese skewers and toasted ravioli. We got married on a hot day in May, and were very thankful for the shuttle that Chandler Hill provides during wedding party pictures. Our videographer was able to coordinate with Megan to play a video for our guests to view after dinner. We were so pleased with the venue, food/drinks, and service. I would not have changed a single thing. There is also a gorgeous room for the ladies to get ready-in that overlooks the vineyard. Be sure to get a picture of the bride in front of the window in this room. Gorgeous for pictures. There is also a room for the gents to get ready in with a T.V. My husband and I just got married at CHV earlier this month, and we are so happy with our choice in CHV as our wedding venue. We fell in love with the venue and it’s beautiful grounds back in December when we did our first venue tour. Even in the dead of winter, the grounds and the restaurant building and patio had a rustic, elegant charm. Our early June wedding was even more beautiful, with full growth in the Vineyard. We were blessed with a beautiful day, with low humidity and heat, but even if the weather had been hotter or wetter, we knew that CHV would have us covered with a huge patio awning and fans to keep the guests cool and dry. Even in the worst case scenario with a torrential downpour, a plan B inside next to the fireplace would have been beautiful. Our coordinator was Alyssa, and she was so helpful in making the day run smoothly. We met with Alyssa several times and I exchanged many emails back and forth to keep the coordination of details going. Alyssa was flexible and helpful and made sure all the details were just how we wanted them. The food was great, the staff was helpful, our wedding day went very smoothly. We truly couldn’t be happier with our choice in venues, and now when we visit the Vineyard we will always remember our beautiful wedding day

Chandler Hill is one of the most breathtakingly beautiful venues in Missouri Wine Country and I could not recommend them more! We had Alyssa Rebecca as our day-of coordinator and she was extremely accommodating, especially since we were planning from overseas! The food was delicious and served promptly, their wine selection is awesome (I highly recommend their River Birch), and the atmosphere was perfect for both the ceremony and the reception. The rustic look of the tasting room and the availability of the deck for the ceremony and dancing space was just right for us (but be warned heel wearers, many a shoe got stuck in the slats!). And for pictures, the whole area is perfect; whether you want vineyard rows, a lake, or an older house to take photos by, they've got it! If you do have your event in the mid-late spring time, do take note that the grapes will not have any foliage to speak of, but can still provide some lovely photos. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better venue. Thank you so much Chandler Hill!

I attended a wedding reception at Chandler Hill last Saturday. The drive in was beautiful, the venue even more so. The staff were attentive without being obtrusive. Our carafes never ran dry, the tables were never crowded with used place settings. And the food! How did they managed to plate delicious, HOT, beautifully presented meals for so many? I assume it’s because they care. Every detail was seen to and the evening was like a fairytale. The mother of the bride is still raving about the wedding planner, Megan. And we’re still talking about the fireworks! Definitely recommend!

I had my wedding at Chandler Hill about two weeks ago. It was the middle of March, which I knew was risky with the weather in St. Louis. Of course, that day, it snowed! Chandler Hill was amazing and while we were still able to get some pictures outside (which are fabulous!) Megan and her team re-worked the inside dining space to set up for the ceremony. After the ceremony, I went to bustle my dress, and the reception flip had already taken place. Everything was smooth from start to finish, we got many compliments on our food and wine from guests, and I could not have imagined a more perfect day. Chandler Hill was very accommodating with my requests for specific decor and was able to pull a meal together for a guest who was allergic to about 20 common ingredients. Megan worked with us on all of the details from start to finish. At the end of the night, I remember saying to my now husband, \"I wish our wedding could last forever.\" Thank you, Chandler Hill for everything. The day was perfect, and I could not have imagined a better place for us to celebrate. I would do it again in a heartbeat, and I would pick the same venue 100%!

We just had our wedding here this past weekend. It was everything I had envisioned and more! The food was fantastic and the service was great (many compliments from guests). I was worried how quick they would flip the venue from normal guests to our wedding but WOW they have it mastered. I was a bit hesitant how the day would go, since from the time we book until our wedding we had 3 wedding planners but Alyssa was AMAZING and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, especially with the change in coordinators. They were helpful throughout the process of planning to the last minutes when we needed to make changes because of rain. The food, drinks, interior and deck space is perfectly set up for a wedding. I had both my ceremony and reception at Chandler Hill. It rained almost six inches on my wedding day, and the evening went on without a hitch. Megan Lewis, the lead coordinator, is the most amazing person. She is so sweet, so calm, and so organized. She made my fairy tale day a reality. I would do it all over if it meant working with Megan again. I had the wedding of my dreams, and Chandler Hill delivered.

Our wedding day was picture perfect at Chandler Hill Vineyards. The venue is top notch with gorgeous views and stunning grounds. They also have a spectacular menu/bar selection and most importantly, they have the wonderful Megan Lewis! Megan made the entire wedding process easy, simple and fun. She did everything to make my wedding day unforgettable. Megan is professional, responds quickly to emails and knows every vendor, which made everything really easy. Her wonderful personality definitely made the process fun and stress-free. She even worked behind the scenes with my husband so that he could surprise me with fireworks! I highly recommend Chandler Hill!

We had our Oct 2016 at Chandler Hill. It is a beautiful place for a wedding & overall our day went smoothly. We worked with Megan, who was very sweet and helpful with the food/bar, all of our guests loved the food. They do give you limited time to setup the space, for our ceremony time we had 1 hr to setup which was more like really a ½ hour because the majority of our guests arrived via shuttle around 5:30. This was not as big of a deal as I thought it would be. The staff flips the room incredibly fast and the space is beautiful so it really does not need much added décor. For any brides getting married here, I highly suggest hiring a day of coordinator (that’s probably a good idea for any venue!) The CH wedding coordinator left after dinner I believe, which was only about 1 ½ into our 4 hour wedding reception . The DOC helped us with the flow of the reception, we used A Bride’s Ally as recommended by CH. Also, check out Klondike Park for photos, its about 10 mins away & looks like we were on a beach! We were not able to take pictures at first at CH when arriving due to the crowd & me feeling a little overwhelmed (but we got married on a sunny, warm October day, other weekends might not be so crazy) We also had a bit of noise from a staff vehicle, sounded like an four wheeler or a side by side, while our ceremony was going on. At first I laughed it off but we had a lot of comments from our guests to the point that I felt it must have taken away from our ceremony. Overall, I would recommend Chandler Hill for a venue but I agree with the below review that I did feel like just another customer to them. We never heard from them again and the staff on Sunday seemed quite annoyed with us when we stopped by to pick up items before opening as directed. Our other vendors did not make me feel this way.

We had our wedding on April 23, 2016 and it was the most amazing day. We were lucky to have nice weather and held the ceremony and dance floor outside on the deck which was beautiful! Our coordinator was Megan Lewis and she was fantastic. From our original meeting to our wedding day she was always very responsive to our questions and quick to adjust to last minute changes. She was amazing to work with and we felt very lucky to have her throughout the whole process.

Chandler Hill was perfect! The actual venue was just gorgeous both inside and out, not to mention the wonderful staff. Megan was our wedding coordinator and she went above and beyond to help us organize our reception between us, the chef, wait staff, and bartenders. All the staff was very accommodating and gracious with anything we requested or needed. The food was delicious, there was never a line at the bar, and they work hard to make the perfect environment for your wedding. I was so happy that I chose them because they made a lot of the wedding planning process easier. With Chandler Hill and their staff I knew that my wedding reception would be elegant, fun, delicious and have plenty of wine. who could ask for more? they planned out the reception timeline meticulously with me and worked it out with the DJ, most of my vendors were familiar with Chandler Hill and that also made things easier. My husband and I just got married a few weeks ago but our friends and family are still coming up to us and telling us how amazing our wedding was and how beautiful Chandler Hill is. We could not be any happier with Chandler Hill.

We had our daughters wedding her just a week ago, our guests cannot stop talking about it! Everything was perfect, food, drinks, the room looked beautiful! Becky Dunston was our coordinator! She went above and beyond to provide excellent service! The staff is friendly and helpful and it was better than any of us could have ever imagined. We had out of town guests from New York and they said this was the best wedding and reception they had been to! Say yes to this venue!

We had our ceremony and reception at Chandler Hill. Becky was a great coordinator to work with for everything. She answered all questions; no matter how many I had. It was a night ceremony and looked beautiful. The staff that setup did a great job of following everything we asked. Also the bartending staff were great and made sure during the night ran smoothly. The food was great. And we were able to taste all choices during our tasting at the winery. I would highly recommend this gorgeous setting. We took all our photos on location and the few we have seen have turned out beautifully.

Brooke Miller (Events Director) Born and raised in St. Louis, Brooke Miller has been smitten with weddings since she could watch \"Say Yes to the Dress.\" After years in the industry, Brooke started working at Chandler Hill in June 2022 and got married at Chandler Hill in May 2021. She not only has the passion as your coordinator but understands the other side of planning as a bride.
