We had our wedding at Chatham Station at the beginning of July, and it was the perfect venue! Todd allows couples so much flexibility to choose vendors and make their wedding what they want it to be. That flexibility let us put together the most amazing team of vendors to make our wedding everything we dreamed. The venue itself was exactly what we envisioned, a little industrial with a modern and classic look. The outdoor patio was one of our favorite features, and our guests kept telling us how much they loved the space. Jana O'Neill(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-10-2022 The venue is very beautiful, Todd was fantastic throughout the whole experience. Only issue was the manager on the day of was kind of hard to find before the ceremony. Other than that everything with this venue is fabulous! There is a train that goes by, which if you ask for the train schedule, Todd provides it so you can plan your event accordingly. Todd is very responsive and an absolute pleasure to work with. Christy Evans(other)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 04-02-2022 This was the perfect venue for my sister and her husband. I helped a lot with the communication and coordination, though she had a prof. coordinator also! The owner was friendly, professional, and responsive. His staff was great also. The venue was meticulously cleaned and prepared for wedding day, and we are so grateful for everything the venue die. Reviewed on 25-10-2022
Josie Pervall(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 28-05-2022 My husband and I knew that this was the place we wanted to have our wedding from just seeing the pictures online. Due to our schedules, we didn't actually go to the venue until the rehersal and it was everything we wanted. I loved the indoor and outdoor areas, the dressing rooms, and that they provided a bar, a backdrop, an entry table, and some furniture. It was also great to not have to rent tables and chairs for the reception! Todd, the owner, was very responsive to all of our questions and made planning easy. Reviewed on 07-06-2022

Alyse Jackson(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 15-05-2021 From the first time we walked into Chatham Station and met Todd, we knew this was the only place we would want to get married. It is a beautiful, open venue that is perfect without even a single piece of decoration. We got married in May, and were able to keep all of the doors open so that our guests could enjoy an indoor wedding with an outdoor feel. Todd answered ALL of our questions within 24 hours of sending an email and made us feel so comfortable and supported. Also included in our rental of the venue was an adorable bar, a beautiful backdrop for our wedding, and a comfy seating area. The day of our wedding was a beautiful blur and my husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything because of the support we had from Todd and from our planners. We would recommend this venue and it’s team to anyone!!!! Reviewed on 10-07-2021
trish Colberg(other)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 07-10-2019 We picked Chatham Station shortly after they had opened. It was a little hard for us to envision what it would look like during our planning but now that the wedding happened we know. It was beautiful. We loved the location in downtown Cary. The courtyard is so nice to have and our guests enjoyed being able to be both inside and outside. The brick walls made great backgrounds and everything (bride, groom, cake, flowers...) just looked so beautiful against them. We also enjoyed the movable bar and had fun with it being in the courtyard. There was a lot of dancing and everyone working the wedding made the evening so lovely and carefree. The bride & groom walked away after a sparkler send off and had fun walking through downtown Cary and on to Mayton Inn. Thank you Chatham Station for a great time!!! Reviewed on 30-09-2019
The concept for Chatham Station came to Todd after years of owning another popular, local wedding related business. Todd believes in the importance of entertaining well, and he wanted to bring warmth, elegance, and hospitality to a space others could enjoy.“I envisioned Chatham Station being many things: upscale yet warm, bright and cheerful yet industrial and nostalgic, lively and metropolitan but with the convenience of a small town setting. I am thrilled we provided a space for our clients to gather and create everlasting memories.\"
