Located in Sterling, MA, the Chocksett Inn is a stunning hotel wedding venue. This event location blends the best of old-world charm with modern comfort. The staff at this New-England-styled venue dedicate themselves to providing world-class hospitality. They strive to give couples, and their guests every ounce of attention they require during special occasions. Our hotel tends to generate a romantic atmosphere, where elegance reigns supreme. Despite the venue’s vintage appearance it was built in 1989. Before transforming into a wedding venue, the hotel was well known by many travelers for its upmarket accommodation. Along with a sublime event space, the in-house cuisine here is able to delight even the most refined palettes. Couples can find a mixture of intimacy and grandeur throughout the property. The garden is an ideal space to host wedding ceremonies. Couples can make their entrance on the brick-pathway that leads beneath an archway of trees. Here they can exchange heartfelt vows in the octagonal gazebo. The Laurelwood Foyer is a sublime space to welcome your guests indoors. It features lavish furniture and a private bar making. The Laurelwood Ballroom has a guest capacity of 250 guests. This space is adorned with stylish crystal chandeliers and soaring cathedral ceilings. The smaller Sterling Room is a great space for the wedding party to use as get-ready rooms. Chocksett Inn is available to host any type of ceremony, from religious, non-religious or interfaith, proudly recognizing, and celebrating marriages of all kinds. The venue can facilitate rehearsal dinners, where the in-house catering unit can curate a menu that is designed to whet the appetite. The upmarket dining services are included with the various wedding package options available to couples. Couples can make use of the venue’s arrangement of exquisite decor, and rental equipment. These items can include the likes of tables, linens, glassware, and flatware. The administration is proud to recommend to couples a list of their suggested vendors, who have proven to be valuable, and reliable resources. Guests who plan on staying over can benefit from acquiring any of the modern accommodations. Wheelchair-accessible rooms are also available, and WiFi can be used throughout the venue.

The Chocksett Inn was the BEST place we could have held our 9/29 wedding! Tianna was incredible, easy to work with, and answered all my questions without hesitation. Despite the pouring rain on my wedding day, Tianna made sure that I knew the ceremony was going to be beautiful even having it in the ballroom. I can't say enough good things about Tianna and the other staff at the Inn. They took care of EVERYTHING and made the wedding planning process less stressful. The food was delicious, the drinks were amazing. I HIGHLY recommend this venue.

We had our wedding 10/6/23, it was AMAZING!!! We had our rehersal dinner, ceremony,reception, after party and our send off breakfast in the morning at Chocksett Inn. The food was amazing everyone couldn’t stop talking about how good and service was. We had Tianna as our wedding coordinator and she was professional, attentive, professional and amazing with communication. Guests could not stop talking about our wedding for days! If you are in question about booking with them this is your sign to book with them! Had our fairytale wedding and would recommend 10000 %! Venue is very elegant,classy and spacious coordinator very well with vendors

My husband and I got married at the Chocksett Inn on 10/21 and we could not have asked for a better experience! This venue had everything we were looking for and we loved that we were able to have our ceremony, reception and an after party all on site. Tianna and her team were amazing with every aspect of the planning process and were always there to answer our questions. Their attention to detail was unmatched! We had to have our ceremony inside because the weather did not cooperate and the staff at Chocksett made the indoor ceremony space look absolutely gorgeous! Our guests also kept coming up to us and telling us how delicious the food was. The rooms were very clean and spacious too. We would definitely recommend this venue to other couples!

Tianna and her team were so easy to work with, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was smoothly throughout the entire evening. I would 100 percent recommend booking this venue if you're looking for a clean sleek venue with New England charm!

There are not enough words to articulate what an incredible wedding venue the Chocksett Inn is. Tianna and the staff at the Chocksett were outstanding and took care of even the smallest details that made a lasting impression. Every question we had or request was taken care of with no issue. They made the entire process flawless and made our wedding day dreams come true. I could go on endlessly about all of the perfect moments they made happen for us. The Chocksett Inn has absolutely everything you could want in a venue.

I would most definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great venue. From start to finish everything about the venue was amazing. It is super convenient to have the ceremony, reception, and accommodations on site! The venue has the perfect combination of rustic charm and classic elegant modern vibes. The food was absolutely delicious. The outdoor garden spot is so beautiful for the ceremony. The indoor cocktail hour and reception areas are both plenty spacious. I don't think there are enough words to describe how wonderful the coordinator Tianna is! She was so helpful and detailed throughout the entire process, and absolutely amazing day of. I had absolutely no doubts that we were in good hands with her. I got so many compliments from guests about both the food and the venue itself. I have nothing negative at all to say about our experience with the Chocksett Inn. I cannot recommend The Chocksett Inn enough!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful wedding weekend at the Chocksett Inn! We had our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, and reception all on the property. Tianna and the entire staff at the inn were so easy to work with. Tianna was there to answer all of our questions and help us through this process. Our wedding day wouldn't have been the same without the wonderful staff. In addition to the great staff members, the Inn is beautiful. We got lucky with sunny weather to have our ceremony outside in the garden. Overall, an amazing experience at the Chocksett Inn!

My husband and I originally were leaning towards a backyard wedding but after realizing how much work and money it would be we decided to start touring venues. The chocksett was the 2nd one we saw and we knew as soon as we walked in it was the one for us. The ceremony space outside is beautiful and the reception area inside is so elegant (which we originally didn’t want but ended up loving). Tianna was also so helpful from the very beginning which made the decision of choosing the Chocksett even easier. She answered the many questions I had very quickly and it was very reassuring to have someone there a long the way since planning a wedding is so stressful. Once the day came we had a mishap with our JP and Tianna and her team went out of their way to find us a new one within minutes. No one at the ceremony could even tell that we had just met the new JP seconds from walking down the aisle. I really can’t say enough good things about the Chocksett staff. Our wedding was absolutely amazing thanks to them and would 100% recommend the chocksett to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

Every aspect of my daughter's wedding was superb! From the moment we initially made contact with the Chocksett Inn, they let us know that they were going to make our celebration perfect! They were very accommodating to our needs, wants and desires, not to mention our whims! This includes the hotel staff as well as the function department. The room was beautiful, the food was stupendous and the service was outstanding! We highly recommend the Chocksett Inn!

My name is Greg Hitchcock, I am a wedding photographer in the Boston area. Although I cannot comment on the hospitality and rooms at the Chocksett Inn, I can highly recommend them if you are looking for a venue for your wedding. I have covered three weddings there in the past few years and each time the staff left me highly impressed. The staff is top notch. All three times I worked weddings there, the room prep, the serving and quality of the food, as well as the service was amazing and on schedule. Additionally the venue has a very sophisticated, contemporary, look to it that would compliment any style wedding. Finally there are facilities there so that you can have your bridal party get ready there, have your ceremony, and your reception all in one spot. Be sure to check out the secluded grassy Gazebo area, it is amazing for pictures!

A weekend we will never forget! We wanted to find a location that offered accommodations on site for our guests, as we know our family and friends love to have a good time! 😊 What makes The Chocksett Inn so special is that it becomes your own private getaway! With limited hotel rooms (yet enough to hold your friends and family) it allowed us to have the entire Inn to our group and bring that intimate feeling people look for. We enjoyed our rehearsal dinner there the previous night as well in the Cellar Grill located on site. You will not find a better menu. I repeat, you will not find a better menu! The food was just amazing and so many of our guests continue to talk about their meals to this day. The entire staff goes above and beyond to help guide you through the day and allow you to take it all in without the stress that goes along with it. Tianna and her team are unmatched in professionalism, and the exact team you want on your side during your big day! If we could enjoy it all over again we would not change a thing! Looking forward to celebrating our anniversary here every year!

This venue is amazing!! Our wedding was on April 29th 2023 and it was a dream. Tianna was wonderful, extremely professional and a true pleasure to work with. She and the staff have everything down to a science and thought of every last detail throughout the planning as well as on the day of. We would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone! The space is perfect, we loved having the separate spaces as options for my ladies and I to get ready as well as a separate room for the groomsmen. The ballroom is absolutely stunning…Tianna and her staff, with the help of our private decorator, made sure it was all set up exactly how we wanted it. The house keeping manager and staff were SPECTACULAR and so helpful with little things I needed that day! We cannot say enough about all of the staff there. One of the downsides for me, to no fault of anyone, was that we very much wanted to be able to have the ceremony outside in the garden. The weather did not allow for this unfortunately, but they made sure the set up inside was absolutely beautiful. There was a mix up with the communication about the final call of it being inside or outside but it all ended up working out. Because of the weather not cooperating we weren’t able to do many outside photos or videos, but we did get some very cute and romantic shots with some clear umbrellas the photographer brought!I’d say the only reason we didn’t rate a full five stars (I would do 4.5/5 if it was an option!) was due to some break downs in communication and some issues related to the after party. My husband and I didn’t get down to it early enough. Our guests were playing music too loudly and were asked to turn it down so the party ended up breaking up and we didn’t get it take part in it at all or be there to encourage people to continue with the music lower. We did not know about noise level limitations or other rules so it unfortunately ended up being a waste. Definitely understand this was partly on our guests as well, we just wish we knew the rules beforehand so we could have planned better. Overall, I would book this venue again in a second!! Just probably in a less rainy month so nature or any acts of God are less likely to affect us ;)

Congratulations! If you've landed on this page, that means you've found your wedding venue. I mean that 100% seriously, look no further. Everything about Chocksett is phenomenal, from the amazing staff and tasty food to the on-site accommodations and beautiful ballroom, everything is perfect. Wedding planning can be stressful, especially for those of us who got engaged during the height of the pandemic as well as those who recently got engaged but are dealing with backlog from couples who pushed their weddings out, make it a million times easier on yourself by booking the Chocksett Inn as your venue. Tianna and her team are incredibly helpful leading up to and on the day of the event. I couldn't have asked for a better person to have by our side helping us make decisions. I have no idea how she gives such amazing one-on-one attention to everyone who books, but she does and she's incredible at it. From helping us choose napkins to figuring out how to bustle my gown, I'm so glad she was a part of our special day.The front desk staff makes it easy for your guests to book their rooms, the bartenders are friendly and so talented (they even remembered some of our guests drink orders by the end of the night!) and the waitstaff is extremely accommodating and speedy, which we appreciated as we wanted to get everyone out on the dance floor as quickly as possible!The one thing my husband and I wanted from a venue was on-site accommodations, which can be surprisingly difficult to find in Central Massachusetts! Chocksett's rooms are clean, spacious, and unique. It's the perfect size and was so nice to know that anyone we ran into in the hallway was a part of our wedding. We are still receiving compliments on the food and have been told by more than one guest that they've already been back to the Chocksett Cellar Grille since our wedding (BONUS: you can book a stay to celebrate your anniversary or go to the Grille for dinner when you want to relive your special day).

The Chocksett is an awesome venue. The outdoor Ceremony space is a private area surrounded by beautiful greenery and plenty of space for guests. The inside space is just as stunning with a large Ballroom and classy cocktail hour space. The Chocksett also has separate space for the groom and bridal party to get ready, which is really nice when you have hair, make-up, photographers and other vendors coming in.Tianna, the wedding planner at the venue is THE BEST! She truly listens to your wants and delivers on every detail. Our wedding planning went smoothly with her support and vendor referrals. It was wonderful to feel confident that our special our day would be taking care of and be amazing for both us and our guest. We are truly appreciative of all the work Tianna and her team put in. We wouldn't have changed a thing!

Where does one even begin with the Chocksett Inn. Let’s just say we saw a few other venues and when we met Tianna (wedding coordinator) she blew us away with the ease of everything. She was always available when needed, responded in such a timely manner, effortlessly answered every question. She brought our simple sparkle theme to life. I was able to drop items off and the team took are of everything. My vision was flawless! The bridal suite(spiral stair case/two floor suite)/conference room I highly recommend for getting ready. Conference room is spacious and on site and bridal suite is ideal for a Bride/Bridesmaids to get ready and take those fun Bridal party pix. There is also a room for Groomsmen to add those finishing touches. The outdoor Gazebo/Ceremony area is private. We did our first look down the aisle and were we able to take some private pictures before our guest arrived. Our guest were pleasantly surprised of our secret little area to say our “I Do’s.” Our food was flavorful and filling between the served apps and seated dinner. The guest were raving! We also provided our guest with an after party in the restaurant downstairs with unbelievable snacks before they headed to their rooms. I do not have any regrets with this one stop venue. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! They made our day perfect. Forever thankful and grateful!!

I could not speak more highly of The Chocksett! I had my wedding there on July 2nd and it felt like a dream. Tiana was so helpful and making sure every detail was how I wanted it to be and the whole day ran smoothly. The garden and gazebo space was beautiful for pictures, the bridal suite was amazing, the ballroom was absolutely perfect, and the after party was a blast!! I had a fantastic experience and everyone there talked about how amazing the Chocksett was!! It was a wedding to remember and everyone would agree the Chocksett played a big part in that. THANK YOU to everyone at the Chocksett who made my wedding everything I ever dreamed of. I am so beyond grateful.

From the very beginning we fell in love with everything about the Chocksett Inn. We knew right away that the aesthetics were exactly what we were looking for. The garden space is beautifully manicured. The ballroom and pre-function spaces are sleek and modern and provide an elegant city feel within a more rural setting. While we didn’t ultimately host our ceremony in the garden due to inclement weather, the ballroom back up space still produced a very intimate ceremony and allowed our photographers and videographers to use the garden without chairs or anything in frame. During our initial site meeting Tianna made us feel welcome and confident in the venue’s ability to meet our expectations and deliver the perfect day for us. Tianna was extremely patient and understanding when we were delayed with our decision making due to COVID infections and once we formally booked she was very responsive to any of our communications. She assisted in the planning process and was quick to provide us with answers to questions, additional quotes, recommendations or anything else that we needed. Her attentiveness during the entire process including the wedding weekend itself is unparalleled and hard to find in this industry. The entire staff did a wonderful job executing the event the way that we had planned it. We continuously hear from our guests how much they enjoyed the venue, the food, the service and the entire experience.Some specifics about our wedding details: We did not host our rehearsal dinner on site although this is an option at the Cellar Grille. We were provided with a complimentary suite the night of the wedding and during our final drop off appointment Tianna informed us that the suite was also available the night prior. We were able to book this for an additional cost. This allowed early access to the bridal suite and adjoining conference room which was perfect for bridal hair and makeup. Otherwise you can book just the adjoining conference room starting at 7am but may not have access to that particular suite until they can get it cleaned after checkout. There are two bridal suites to choose from - one on the first floor with a spiral staircase and a loft bedroom (this has the adjoining conference room) and one in the second floor with a fireplace and hot tub in the room. You can pick either one for your complimentary night. As part of the contract you are given a room block. The venue has 27 room so depending on the size of your wedding you will definitely need additional room blocks. They leave a few rooms outside of your block (I believe they provide 20 rooms out of the 27 rooms) but because we provided additional room blocks at nearby hotels with busses we did not fill up the block anyways. This venue hosts a group menu tasting in lieu of a private menu tasting. While a little less personal it did provide a nice way to meet some of their preferred vendors. We ended up booking our DJ because of the experience with him at the tasting. The room rental is for a 5 hour block. You can pay to extend this or you can host an after party in the Cellar Grille which is what we chose to do. There was an additional rental fee for this ($500) and the ability to have catered food available as well. We did not offer a breakfast the following day but they also can accommodate this if you wish. Having the ability to keep everything contained in one location is a huge plus as it makes the logistics of the day so much easier.

If I could give all the stars to Tianna and the incredible crew at the Chocksett Inn, I would! From the moment we toured, we knew it was going to be our venue. The outdoor garden area is quaint and gorgeous, the newly renovated cocktail area is absolutely beautiful, and the classic ballroom was the perfect spot for our live band and an amazing night on the dance floor.From day 1, Tianna was such a pro - she took the time to sit with us at our initial appointment and even priced out different options for us depending on the various packages we were able to choose from (we were even able to customize what made the most sense for our day). Tianna was always so calm and kind, from the initial planning leading up to the wedding, and especially on the day of when I was so nervous! Her and her staff made sure the day went so perfect and smooth and we truly could not have asked for a more perfect venue than the Chocksett Inn. The food was INCREDIBLE! Everyone kept coming up to us at the wedding saying how delicious everything was. The wait staff were friendly and attentive, and truly we had ZERO complaints from start to finish. Also, the rooms were clean, large, and the wedding suite we stayed in has its own little porch and outdoor entrance - perfect for the night. We truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. We want to go back to the day and do it all over again! If you are looking for a venue with onsite ceremony, reception and overnight stay with wonderful staff, food, and atmosphere, don't hesitate to book here!

The Chocksett Inn in Sterling was the perfect location for our wedding. It felt like it was tucked away in a quiet location and peace surrounded us. We first noticed the parking space and there was alot of it. The building itself gave off a quaint feel from the outside but the inside was far more modern. The gazebo garden is tucked away and allows for a very private ceremony. The Foyer and Ballroom allowed for an elegant and amazing cocktail hour and reception. Both areas are very big and can accommodate a large guest list. One of our favorite parts of the venue is the fact that would could do everything onsite including renting rooms for our guest to spend the night. The staff at the Chocksett were absolutely amazing. Tianna who is the wedding coordinator was fabulous from day 1. We understood that she had alot of other weddings that she also had to work on, but she still crushed it whenever we had questions and always returned our emails and calls. The staff at the Chocksett (Chefs, Front desk, Bartenders, Servers etc.) went over and beyond anything we expected. The backup help for Tianna on our wedding day were friendly and attentive. Our entire wedding day was so much better because of how well the Chocksett staff did to ensure that not just the wedding party felt welcomed but all of the guest felt the same way. In closing, we would like to thank everyone at the Chocksett Inn for making our day so memorable and truly special. We just had our wedding 6/3/22 at the Chocksett and we cannot say enough about how amazing this venue is! We wanted to have our ceremony, reception and afterparty in one location and the Chocksett allowed all of that to happen. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and rooms for guests clean and updated. Tianna and her team were with us the whole way from touring to booking to walking down the aisle and were able to answer all of our questions and assist with our wedding day timeline and details! The food was amazing and our guests continue to rave about how good it was. Every single detail I could think of was tended to including special accommodations we had requested and I am so thankful that we had our wedding at the Chocksett. Do not think twice about checking this place out! Highly recommend!

I had a dream wedding and the Chocksett inn team was responsible for making this day memorable. I would like to point out that I visited around 12 venues between Ma and RI and none of them I had fallen in love with. but as we had already been to several places, we decided that we would choose one anyway. That's when I saw the Chocksett inn and fell in love. I fell in love so much that I went as fast as possible to see if that place was really beautiful as I saw in the photos. When we got there, it was love at first sight. not only for the divine location, but also for Tianna who throughout the process was very helpful and made me feel like the only bride she was working with. I am Brazilian and my husband is American. And I made sure that some things from my culture were included in my wedding and they were extremely flexible with me. I think that was the most important thing for me because of all the places I visited, they were the ones that exceeded all my expectations. my guests can't stop talking about how perfect everything was and how wonderful the food was! I had my rehearsal dinner there too and it was a dream! All that i ever wanted! thanks to Tianna and all her team for helping me make a dream come true.

Tianna at the Chocksett Inn made our wedding SO EASY. I had a lot of stress about details and space and all sorts of things, but Tianna was so organized, attentive, and professional that I felt extremely safe working with her. She was helpful and very accommodating with our needs and everything went so perfectly.The venue itself was amazing! We took pictures in their garden and the ones in the gazebo came out especially beautiful. Dinner was so tasty and the reception hall was everything you're looking for in a wedding venue. Many of our guests stayed at the Inn itself, which made everything so easy. The Chocksett also gave us a special suite as part of the basic package, and it was so nice that when we said goodbye to our guests, we just walked upstairs instead of driving to some other hotel or something like that. All in all, this was beyond our wildest hopes for what our reception would be like.

I can’t begin to tell you how thrilled we were with our wedding at the Chocksett Inn. The Chocksett Inn had every thing we were looking for and more!!Before I break down our day, I have to give the BIGGEST shout out to our wedding coordinator, Tianna!!! Tianna made wedding planning a joy. She was so helpful and went above and beyond to make our visions a reality. She answered countless emails, always putting my mind at ease. She was there to reschedule our wedding from Dec. 2020 to Dec. 2021, planned my bridal shower (Aug 2021- on the patio at the Chocksett- HIGHLY recommend) and made every detail of our wedding perfect. And I mean every detail. Every little minor request or detail I envisioned she made it happen. She really made you feel like you were the only bride she was working with! She was a gift! Tianna was definitely a highlight!!! Our day went so smoothly and I give Tianna and the Chocksett team all the credit!! So here we go! It was important to us to have a venue with accommodations. The rooms at the Inn were impeccably clean and spacious. It was great for staying over the night before. Already being there for on site hair and make up made the day start off so smoothly!!Many of our guests took adavantage of the accommodations. I feel like having everything in one location allowed guests to relax and enjoy the evening from the start. It was great, too, since we hosted an after party downstairs at the Chocksett Bar and Grille. **We had our rehearsal dinner there the night before- 10 out of 10 food and service!!**We had our ceremony on site. It was winter, so the ballroom was separated in two by a wall down the middle of the room. Honestly, you didn’t feel like you were in the same room as the reception. It felt just like an intimate ceremony. Compete with our Christmas tree backdrop and aisle. Cocktail hour is held in the most elegant foyer. We had passed appetizers and food displays (cheese & crackers, a Mediterranean spread etc.) Our guests were greeted with wine and beer as they exited the ceremony. We had our own assistant that welcomed us and our wedding party with champagne and our own apps display while we took photos.We did do a first look in the foyer prior to the ceremony. It was in front of their Christmas tree. The decor, especially the fireplace, and the grounds outdoors all make for great photos.The reception was everything! Our tables, the FOOD!! Everything was on point! Tianna and her team really took the time to make our table settings and all the little details shine.Our guests are still raving about the food! Our food options were the Colonial chicken, beef tenderloin and eggplant ratatouille. You can’t go wrong with any of them!The after party food, pizza and mozzarella sticks (so good-they have the best marinara dipping sauce) were so tasty and just what you wanted at the end of the night! They also brought down extra pieces of our wedding cake. I thought that was a really nice touch :) When we got to our room at the end of the night, we arrived to champagne on ice, 2 slices each of our 3 flavors of cake, and all our decor and details neatly boxed and ready to go home with us the next day! They made it so easy!It makes my heart so happy to still hear people complementing our wedding. We’ve heard so many times how impressed people were with the Chocksett! We are so grateful for Tianna and the Chocksett Inn for such an unforgettable experience. Thank you for a wonderful wedding!

I don’t know where to start with reviewing how amazing the Chocksett Inn is. After looking at numerous venues online I had almost given up hope on finding our dream place to get married. One that could accommodate our guests and have space for an indoor ceremony and reception. With a December wedding, an outdoor ceremony wasn’t really possible. I knew exactly what we were looking for and what we needed for our venue. The Chocksett had everything we had hoped for! The pictures for the Chocksett don’t do justice to just how beautiful it really is, inside and out! From the moment we arrived for our tour I knew this was the place for us! The space was perfect, elegant, and the ballroom could be divided for our ceremony to be held indoors. Tianna was amazing to work with. She was so sweet and knowledgeable about everything there is to know about planning a wedding there. She was always so helpful and responsive to the countless emails I sent asking questions. From early on at the wedding tasting, to all of the events of our big day, (rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, getting ready, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception AND after party) the staff at the Chocksett were all wonderful! So welcoming to all our guests, polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was as we wanted it and that everyone was satisfied. They set everything up the day of the wedding and broke everything down and brought it to our suite at the end of the night. We had not one worry the day of our wedding and we have the Chocksett to thank for a lot of that! I could go on and on about how wonderful this place is… The Chocksett Inn truly is a 10/10, highly recommend!

We had the perfect wedding reception at the Chocksett Inn. From the moment we decided to look into the Chocksett, they were incredibly kind and helpful, and it was an easy decision to have our reception there! Sterling, and specifically the Chocksett, was a very meaningful place for us to have our reception-it's the town where we had our first date, adopted our dog, and the inn where my husband's grandparents were married. Then, after meeting Tianna and the seeing the space, it was a no brainer. We planned a pretty quick wedding, and they made it super easy for us. They were knowledgeable, worked with us easily, and answered any and all questions we had! Tianna was so friendly and made sure everything was perfect for our big day! They are also dog friendly, so our pup Luna got to join in for some of the festivities!Our guests, and specifically parents, continue to talk about how beautiful the day was, and how amazing the Chocksett was in every way.We couldn't be more thankful to them for helping us create our dream wedding and would highly recommend them to any couple looking for a spectacular wedding venue.We did not have our ceremony on the grounds, but they have a beautiful garden area for couples looking to do both the ceremony and reception there, and we did take advantage of that area for photos!We will forever remember our wedding day as nothing but the best day of our lives, and that is in large part due to the Chocksett Inn. We plan to be back for many future anniversary's and absolutely loved everything about this venue.

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue!! It is beautiful inside and out! We had creative freedom and they were considerably more flexible than other venues.This was very helpful because my mom and I used to work in the industry so there was a lot of stuff we wanted to do. Tianna was excellent!!! She was so accommodating and was always available to answer phone calls and emails. Anytime we talked to her, she knew exactly what we were talking about like we were the only couple she was working with. The food was excellent! Everyone was talking about the appetizers and the dinner. I am very much a food snob and so is the rest of my family and we couldn’t have been any happier. The fall table was gorgeous! The staff was so accommodating and nice and personable. They were always making sure my husband and I had everything we needed. Nicole was great during the rehearsal dinner and the ceremony. Making sure everyone was where they needed to be. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue, coordinator, and staff. Everything was just perfect! I would recommend them to anyone!

There are not enough words to describe how great our experience was with the Chocksett Inn for our wedding in July 2021. We were lucky enough to not have to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19, however the Chocksett was completely transparent with us and always kept us up to date based on the latest information available to help with our planning process. The venue is absolutely beautiful, including a quiet and secluded garden where our ceremony occurred, a spacious cocktail hour space, beautiful ballroom for the reception, and bar downstairs to keep the party going afterwards! Additionally, we loved being able to offer some on site accommodations to our guests. We could not have asked for a better location to host our wedding. Beyond all that, the staff are incredible. Tianna, the wedding sales manager, is the best of the best. She is knowledgeable and organized, and makes each couple feel like the only couple she is working with! Tianna answered each and every one of our (many) questions with patience and kindness and was always available to schedule a phone call if needed. She was our day of coordinator, ensuring that our day ran smoothly and helping all of our planning come to life. On the day of the wedding, Billy was our wedding hostess and he took care of everything for us during the cocktail hour through the end of the night – making sure we had enough to eat, packing everything up for us, and just in general always making sure we were having a great time. Some other amazing staff on the day of the wedding were Nicole from the sales office, the bartenders, and all of the servers. Our guests are still raving about the food and the amazing experience they had at the Chocksett Inn. We are so grateful to Tianna, Nicole, Billy, and the rest of the team for helping make our wedding day so perfect and would recommend this venue to anyone! My husband and I would highly recommend the Chocksett Inn! Tiana was a pleasure to work with really helped to ensure that everything ran smoothly. Our pictures in the garden came out beautiful and our guests are still raving about the food! We were really happy we picked a venue that has guest accommodations on site - it really made it convenient for both out of town guests and for those who were enjoying our open bar. The rooms were nice and spacious and with so many staying over we were able to add on a fun after-party and bridal breakfast the next morning. We had shopped many venues and found The Chocksett's price and contract/policies to be very reasonable and the staff were all flexible and easy to work with. Our original venue had gone bankrupt and we cannot thank The Chocksett enough for saving the day for us. Our wedding was perfect and there is not a thing that I would have changed!

Wedding coordinator made the day seamless! Timely responses to any/all questions we had along the day. The venue was stunning floor to ceiling. Seriously felt like a dream. Our wedding was moved indoors and it was done in a effortless fashion - making the ceremony just as special without any undue stress . Perfection. That's the only word I can say when I think about our wedding at The Chocksett Inn. We got married on 9/19/20 (so yes, covid wedding!) Tianna and her team went absolutely ABOVE and beyond for us and our wedding. Despite all of the rules, regulations and changes I truly can not imagine our wedding being any better, or any more fun and beautiful than it was (even if we had rescheduled it!). Our wedding took place over the whole weekend, completely outdoors, with one ceremony and 2 receptions so we could equally celebrate with all of our loved ones rather than eliminating people from our list. The Chocksett team made each event went off without a hitch and was absolute perfection. We had an amazing time, our guests had an amazing time and that's all because of Tianna and her team. The food was amazing, the staff treated us like family (and were so attentive and kind!), and the venue is absolutely beautiful.All this to say, if you are considering The Chocksett Inn for your wedding, whether it be 2021 or 2041, you will NOT be disappointed. Trust me that it will be the best, and easiest decision you make!

Now that the wedding day has gone by I wanted to create a review for the most amazing venue we could have ever went with. From the moment we entered this venue we were welcomed with open arms by Tianna and from the multiple pop ins and endless emails she was always there to respond. The packages they offer and the food menu is amazing. Something for every bride and allowed us to customize so much <3 When the world started to shut down Chocksett was there to help in anyway that they could. Even allowing we to speak with the owner and help reassure that our day would be nothing short of magical. Their staff, the food the drinks everything is amazing. I am so glad that we chose Chocksett Inn for our wedding day and they are so amazing that we are currently planning our Baby Shower here as well. Just because our wedding day has passed we still go back to the Inn for their amazing food at the Chocksett Grille and everytime we are greeted by amazing people and I cannot stop ranting about the professionalism of the management and the event coordinating staff. I recommend this venue 1000% for any event!!!

Anyone trying to get married in 2020 knows a stressful situation has been made exponentially more stressful due to COVID. Fortunately, we had selected the Chocksett Inn as our venue and had Tianna as our wedding planner. It was one heck of a roller coaster but they were exceptional to work with through the ever changing guidelines and restrictions. With each change or new piece of information they were reaching out to us so we could talk through the impact to our wedding and come up with a revised plan. It was clear that they truly cared about the success of our wedding and making the day special for us. The end result wasn't what we had initially envisioned but it was far beyond what we could have hoped for. The Chocksett Inn and Tianna were still able to give us our dream wedding. Everything was beautiful and the day was so well organized! The food at Chocksett Inn is delicious! I could never say enough about how amazing all the staff members are and how well we were treated. It was just perfect.

When my husband and I visited the Chocksett Inn I knew it was the venue for us. Victoria was amazing to work with, as well as Tianna. She provided additional information and pictures we needed when planning the decorations and more. She helped with our wedding day timeline and getting it just right for what we envisioned. If I ever needed anything she was only a call or email away, and her response was quick. The entire Chocksett staff was amazing on the day of, everything went smoothly and my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The food was amazing! Our guests raved about it for weeks to come, which was the best feeling ever. To know people noticed all the details and loved the food and more makes it all worth the money spent for this one day. The staff took care of setting up the week leading up to the wedding and they boxed everything up for us that night. All in all, it better than I could have imagined. I highly recommend having your wedding at Chocksett Inn.

The Chocksett Inn was so much better than I could have imagined. My wedding day was absolutely perfect. It was important to us to have everything in one location (rehearsal dinner, guest rooms, ceremony, reception, after-party, etc.) and the Chocksett offers all that and more. The space is absolutely beautiful the cocktail hour and reception ballroom look like a fairy tale and the secluded ceremony garden is private and so pretty with all the greenery! I worked mostly with Victoria but both her and Tianna exceeded all expectations - they did everything to make sure all our requests were followed through with and they were so helpful and responsive to the millions of emails I sent Victoria throughout planning :)The whole staff makes you feel like you are the only wedding (even though there were 4 weddings my wedding weekend!). I didn't have to worry about a thing the whole day, they coordinated with our vendors once they arrived and at the end of the night we had a personal host who boxed up our food and extra cake and left it in the fridge in our room! Along with champagne and a personalized setup with our wedding decorations.I want to relive the whole day over again it was perfect!!

I would first like to say that Chocksett Inn exceeded all expectations we had for our wedding. Starting the day we choose the venue, they were always available to answer all of our questions. They walked us through all of the options and packages they have available. The outdoor venue was beyond perfect for our August wedding. Our wedding coordinator, Victoria, went over and above. She did everything for us day of the wedding, to make it a stress-free process for me. It allowed us to customize and DIY our wedding without having to stress about the set up day of. The food was amazing. The staff is one of a kind and will make sure your special day is incredible. 10 out of 10 recommend getting married here.

I believe that every couple should be lucky enough to have their wedding at the Chocksett. The entire place is just beautiful. The staff was attentive, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The food, my guests still rave about. Weddings can be so expensive and the overall cost was extremely reasonable, considering everything that you are able to get in their packages. There are just so many reasons that the Chocksett contributed to making our Wedding Day/Weekend absolutely perfect. I never once heard the words “we can’t do that, or no” and trust me I had some very particular requests. Tianna and Victoria (you will become besties with these two coordinators) will make every attempt they can at bringing your vision alive. The entire staff does everything from setting up to breaking down while packing everything up for you, which allowed me to focus on getting ready and enjoying every moment. We had the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, staying overnight, getting ready, the ceremony in the beautiful enclosed garden, followed immediately by cocktail hour, reception, and after party all on site, which was something that my guests and wedding party appreciated a ton not having to travel between events. The Chocksett does not book any other event during yours so there is no competing with another group. We were able to take pictures at any time, any place without having to coordinate schedules. I feel like I got the day of my dreams without having to compromise on anything; largely in part because of the Chocksett.

The outdoor garden provided an intimate and beautiful backdrop for our ceremony, while the ballroom was more than accommodating to our 215 guests. From the start of our initial tour with Tianna to the wedding weekend, everything was so wonderful with the Chocksett. They were extremely kind, quick to respond to every inquiry and were able to accommodate everything we requested. The entire staff is comprised of true hardworking professionals that really care about the couple and that they have a wonderful experience. It's a hidden gem of Central Mass and our two families are from the Boston and Hartford areas, so it was a perfect middleground. Everyone said the food was amazing and the garden was beautiful. They also offer a tasting event once a year where you and your family can try all the food so you can make your decision regarding apps & entrees. At that same tasting, djs, photographers, videographers, florals, bakers, etc. are invited so you can also easily pick your vendors for your wedding day. This tasting event is how we booked our hair & makeup team, the florist, the cake baker and the dj. It's such a wonderful idea, especially for a couple like us who live closer to Boston and don't go to Sterling very often. Tianna, Victoria & the entire Chocksett crew were incredible each time we interacted with them, but especially in the days leading up to and the day of the wedding. Victoria kept asking me how she could help and how I was feeling and it didn't go unnoticed. All of guests told us how nice their rooms were at the Inn and how much they enjoyed the send-off breakfast in the Chocksett Grille on Sunday morning. From start to finish we had a fabulous experience and Ryan & I would recommend this venue 100 times over! Our wedding was about a month ago and everyone is still telling us it was one of the best weddings they had ever been to. Working with Tianna, Victoria & the rest of the staff was an absolute breeze and I wish I lived closer so I could pop by often because I truly feel like they are now my friends. I can't express enough how grateful I feel for the Chocksett staff. My wedding day was perfect and I guarantee you will have the same experience if you book this venue.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Tianna and Victoria are a dream team and I am beyond grateful for everything they did for my wedding. They are incredibly busy but make you feel like you are their only bride. From start to finish they made the entire wedding planning process so easy. They have every little detail outlined and even had suggestions and recommendations I wouldn’t have even thought of, being a new bride. Tianna and Victoria were INCREDIBLE when it came to coordinating everything on the actual day of my wedding. They perfectly executed every single detail exactly how I envisioned, even down to the smallest details. They kept everything running smoothly (and on time!) and were prepared for any and every situation that could arise. Tianna literally sewed me back into my wedding dress after I broke the strap off, and sewed the pants of one of our groomsmen who split his pants 2 times before the ceremony even began! Like I said, they can literally handle any situation with ease. The Chocksett Inn itself is absolutely beautiful. The ballroom, rooms and grounds are modern and perfectly maintained. This venue drew me in immediately with its charm, but also because it has everything you need all in one spot for your wedding. Separate quarters for guys and girls to get ready, massive room for the girls for hair and makeup, beautiful garden for ceremony and/or pictures, 27 guest rooms, 2 different bridal suites, ballroom, restaurant/bar for after party, etc. Rest assured, you will always be greeted with a genuine smile and kindness by every single staff member at The Chocksett Inn.I will never be able to thank the Chocksett Inn enough for making our wedding an absolute dream come true !

Chocksett Inn and the staff there are amazing! We had our wedding last weekend and it was more then I ever imagined. Tianna and Victoria were accommodating and reassuring, they really went above and beyond to make it the best day ever. The venue was beautiful and the food was amazing and plentiful, we also did the after party at the restaurant downstairs since we had many guest staying over and it was awesome, people certainly utilized it and I was glad because I wasn’t sure if it would be a hit, but it really was! Tianna and Victoria are knowledgeable and helpful with finding vendors, and vendors were happy to work with them because the truly were so easy to work with! So much was perfect that I honestly can’t pick and choose what to talk about but I think one of my favorite pieces was the assurance of knowing that even if it had rained we still would have had an option to have the ceremony inside and it would have been just as beautiful because the whole place is beautiful!

I can’t say enough great things about the Chocksett Inn and the staff!! We had our wedding there 5/4/19 and it was amazing, everything I dreamed of! Tianna and Victoria were extremely helpful during the entire planning process. Selina and Tara were wonderful as well the day and night of our wedding, helping with all of our guests and getting my husband and I settled. The accommodations were great, venue well maintained and modern and of course the food was delicious!! I would highly recommend Chocksett Inn and can’t wait to go back for dinner!

I came across the Chocksett Inn while searching for my perfect venue. The thing that jumped out to me was the fact that everything was all in one place, from the rehearsal dinner, to the after party. I was also drawn to this place because my guests also had the option to stay over if they wanted to. When we went for our first tour, I knew I wanted to get married there. The ballroom and the foyer where the cocktail hour is hosted, are absolutely STUNNING. The fireplace made for some amazing pictures. Since we were having a winter wedding, our ceremony was in the ballroom, but the gazebo in the courtyard made for some wonderful picture in the snow. My guests have not stopped raving about this location. I have had people comment that the food was the best they have every had. I have also had people say that they were blown away by the hospitality of all the employees. Tianna and Victoria were amazing to work with. I never once felt like I was inconveniencing them, even though I had sent them over 10 emails in the same day. They were always quick to respond and made everything that I wanted to happen, happen. If you are considering this venue, I highly recommend adding the after party option. We were able to keep the party rolling into the cellar grill. We opted for a live musician which added a great feel to the party. The food options are great as well, and your guests will appreciate the pizza after the drinks they have been having.Overall, I would highly recommend this venue to anyone considering it. Great food, great employees, gorgeous setting. What more can you ask for?

My husband and I got married at the Chocksett last year, 11.17.18. The wedding coordinators there, Tianna & Victoria, were so responsive, organized and professional. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and made us feel so confident that our big day would go off without a hitch. Tianna made sure we were taken care of all night and was on top of every detail. The venue is beautiful but the addition of such a great wedding coordination team makes this place second to none!

If you want to have an amazing wedding in a beautiful venue the Chocksett Inn is for you. I recently had my wedding here and my guests raved about the food, the venue and the service. I began my wedding journey with the Chocksett Inn in June of 2019 and it was a pleasure from the start. Tianna and Victoria will listen to everything you want and ensure that you get it. On my wedding day they were there taking care of every detail. It all goes by so fast in a whirlwind so let me share this little story to tell you how fabulous Tianna & Victoria are. I am in the middle of my ceremony and I start to panic about where the rings are and suddenly I see the justice of the peace had them on her pinky finger. Tianna & Victoria had taken care of every detail. They are amazing! The Inn is amazing! Have your wedding here and it will be amazing.

We had an incredible experience at Chocksett Inn. Tianna and Victoria we're the two coordinators that helped me through the year long process of planning. In the very beginning, we took a tour which sealed the deal before we looked anywhere else. The quaint, but up to date, details made the venue feel like home. We loved that all of the festivities could take place here, no need to worry about transportation! The food was incredible and there are plenty of options to choose from. They are accommodating with allergies and making our meal unique. Same with the rehearsal dinner! No question was ever too silly for them to answer with patience and understanding. The day of the wedding was flawless and not stressful in the least bit. The staff took care of us and our guests as though we were one of their own. With a wedding of 100 guests, it was the perfect venue for us. I recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy spot to celebrate their love and big day. Thank you so much for making our day so special!!!

My husband and I got married here Oct 13th and we are still in awe as to how amazing and perfect EVERYTHING was. The ballroom is beautiful and spacious. The gazebo is a hidden gem that makes a ceremony so personal and intimate no matter how many guests you have. The pictures we got at night in it are our favorite pictures! The food? I still haven't stopped hearing about it since our day. Every guest we had loved our entire spread. The bartenders were awesome. There was never a long line at our open bar. Pretty unusual if you ask me. The fact that it was an actual inn was a huge part of our decision as well. The gorgeous rooms were affordable and perfect for our out of town guests and those who were smart enough to know that they should not drive after. The wedding coordinators were really what were the best part of all. I mean of course other than becoming a Mrs. They made the entire process so much less stressful. Every email I sent was responded to within the day no matter how silly it was. When I honestly thought I was missing every crucial thing and stressed to the max they just guided me to where I needed to be. The day of they checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted and to just come chat for a minute which was awesome. They made me feel like I wasn't just part of their job. They really did a superb job dealing with my craziness. Bottom line we initially just just went to check it out because it was one of the more affordable places we had seen but it turned out to be the nicest place and the wedding of our dreams.Thank you to everyone at the Chocksett for making our day the best wedding all of our guests had been to and for making our day more perfect than we could have ever imagined.

If I could give more stars I would! We met with Tianna back in Sept of 2017 when my husband and I first got engaged. From the moment we walked into the venue to the moment we walked out the door we knew this was the perfect place for us to have our wedding. Other than the Chocksett Inn being absolutely beautiful, Tianna was the best person to work with. She answered every question we had within a few days, most of the time it was within a few hours. This venue does a complimentary food tasting which was so great. My only suggestion about this was keeping it to the bride and groom only. The food was DELICIOUS which made it a little hard to pick which meals we wanted to offer for our wedding. The appetizers were also a hit. All of our guests raved about our choice in passed apps for cocktail hour. Included in our package gave my husband and I the opportunity to spend the night on site the night of our wedding. We got to choose from the two bridal suites which were both GORGEOUS. I also booked a bridal suite for the night before our wedding for me to stay with my bridesmaids. This was exactly what we were looking for. Us girls were able to wake up and get ready in the bridal suite. They also offer a complimentary breakfast. We also rented the downstairs bar for our after party which was perfect for us and our guests who wanted to continue partying a few more hours. The outside gardens is a perfect secluded area for pictures! We got married in a church off site but were still able to use the gardens for pictures. They had set up tables with passed apps and drinks for us while pictures were being taken. I could go on and on but I highly recommend the Chocksett Inn!!!!! We love you Tianna!!!!!

They were very responsive and answered all of my questions. My guests raved about the venue and how gorgeous the space was. I can't say enough good things about this venue. We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, after party and farewell breakfast all at the venue and each was lovely. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who want a one stop shop.

The ceremony was beautiful outdoors at the Gazebo. The cocktail hour in the foyer area was fantastic! Our guests raved about the food and our DJ had everyone dancing all night! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Chocksett Inn. From the day we booked the Inn for our wedding, the staff of both the Inn and the Cellar Grille have been welcoming and accommodating. Tianna, Kailee, and former coordinator Marisa made every step of planning our wedding an absolute breeze. Their attention to detail and prompt response to our questions put any “planning stress” I may have had as a bride at ease. The Wedding Tasting Event in February was beautifully arranged, organized, and hosted and the food was so wonderful that it was truly difficult choosing a favorite entree for our reception. We have visited the Cellar Grille numerous times and have always felt as welcome as family, thanks in large part to the kindness of their hostess, Betty. The Cellar Grille did a splendid job hosting our rehearsal dinner and after party, rounding out our “wedding weekend” with good food and great service. The wedding itself went off without a hitch this past weekend. The bridal suite and other hospitality rooms provided for getting ready were spacious and clean. The ceremony space was beautifully maintained and the gazebo was the perfect spot to say “I do.” I would recommend adding some floral arrangements or other decorative touches to the gazebo, simply to round out the space to your individual tastes. The staff on hand to coordinate our ceremony and reception was attentive to our needs as well as the needs of our wedding party, guests, and vendors - and they worked very fast in response to a few last minute issues directly before our ceremony. To top it all off the reception was, without a doubt, a blast! The food was amazing and the foyer and ballroom were incredibly neat and beautifully decorated thanks to both the Inn staff and our DJ, Chris Bouchard of Bouchard Entertainment, who provided stunning uplighting (and who, as a side note, absolutely ROCKED overall). In the few short days since our wedding, we have heard from so many of our guests about what a wonderful time they had, and for that we cannot thank the Chocksett Inn enough.

I cannot say enough good things about Tianna and her team. They were amazing to work with, extremely accommodating and truly couldn’t have done more to help make our wedding day/weekend absolutely perfect. We had our rehearsal dinner in the Chocksett Cellar Grille on Friday night and then stayed in the beautiful bridal suite. The morning of we were able to use the conference room that was attached to the suite to help get ready, which was a godsend with 9 bridesmaids. They helped ease my anxiety over the rain and made the decision to switch the ceremony to inside the ballroom stress free. (Although the garden is absolutely beautiful and private for those of you lucky enough to have nice weather 😊). They set up the ballroom meticulously, and the food was amazing! The entire space was simply perfect. Most of our guests were able to stay on site at the Inn which was extremely convenient. Following the wedding we had an after party in the grille with plenty of food, some more drinks and karaoke. We had the best time and cannot thank the Chocksett team enough!

We got married at the Chocksett Inn on January 20, 2018 and it was the best day. I happened to find this location when searching online for venue options. We came in to tour the venue and immediately fell in love. The venue is beautiful and charming and the staff here is amazing. Marisa and Tianna were so helpful every step of the way. They were both very responsive to emails and would make themselves available to answer questions. We held our rehearsal dinner here the night before the wedding and Tianna walked us through this and made sure it ran smoothly. The day of our wedding went so smoothly because Tianna handled everything. She set up the entire ceremony and reception area and it was beautiful! I don’t think I could have imagined it to be any better. It is so perfect having the Inn attached because the majority of our friends and family were able to stay here and the rooms are amazing. If you have your wedding at the Chocksett Inn you definitely will not regret it! I had my wedding at Chocksett Inn on April 14, 2018. From start to finish my experience with Chocksett was unbelievable. Tianna was absolutely amazing. She responded timely to all my emails and calls. With just a few days away from the wedding she helped change tables when a guest cancelled and allowed me to sit someone else in their place. The venue was gorgeous. They set everything up with the finest of detail per my request and did even better decorating than I had imagined. Food was amazing with large portions, no one walked away unhappy or hungry. They listened to every request and checked in with me frequently throughout the evening and the next morning. The after party in the restaurant downstairs was excellent as well. Great bar tenders who were attentive and made great drinks! Rooms were great, beds were comfortable and I cannot wait to celebrate my first anniversary with dinner at Chocksett.

The Chocksett Inn was the perfect place for our New Year’s Eve wedding. The Inn is gorgeous and we were able to book almost every room for the night of our wedding, accommodating a large number of guests due to all rooms being able to sleep 4. The ballroom is gorgeous with neutral gray and silver decor which made pictures gorgeous. The food was outstanding for both our wedding dinner and our send off breakfast the next morning. The team was flexible with our late end time to accommodate NYE and we’re back up with us the next morning for our send off breakfast. Marisa was responsive and helpful throughout our 15 month planning process and always had great input for us. She is experienced and professional and it showed when we looked to her for advice. The preferred vendors were also amazing and great referrals for cake and flowers. The Chocksett Inn was a perfect place for our winter wedding! We cannot day enough good things about the venue and the team here and we look forward to going back to the restaurant next year to celebrate our anniversary.

We both got ready in their 2 separate bridal suites that day and took photos in the garden before the ceremony (very convenient!) The cocktail space was quite spacious for our guests and the ballroom was beautiful. Marisa was wonderful to work with, very professional, organized, and responsive. Our family and friends had high praises for all the food served and noted how helpful and friendly the staff was throughout the evening.

You would be crazy not to book the Chocksett Inn for your wedding!They made every aspect of our wedding absolutely wonderful. From the moment we booked our wedding there, the wedding coordinator, Marisa, was easily accessible to answer all of my questions (even the ridiculously crazy ones!). She met with me and my now husband several times in the year leading up to our wedding and helped keep me sane! Fast forward to the day of our wedding, it was perfect, and that was largely because every staff member at the Chocksett Inn was determined for it to be perfect for us. Marisa, the wedding coordinator, and her team checked in with me several times during the day to make sure that I had everything I needed and that I was feeling good about everything. The front desk staff made sure that all of our guests were accommodated and had everything they needed to make their stay at the inn as great as possible. Come wedding time, I felt so calm because I knew we were in great hands. Everything went so smoothly! And THE FOOD! We had SEVERAL guests comment about how their meal was the best meal they had ever had at a wedding. I honestly cannot say enough good things about the Inn and the staff who works there.

I had my wedding at the Chocksett Inn about a month ago, and it was absolutely amazing. One of the most wonderful things about this venue is the ability to have everything all in one place. We held our ceremony in the garden which was a perfectly secluded, beautiful spot. The ballroom and cocktail hour space have been recently redone and feel very upscale. We stayed in a large, lovely honeymoon suite complete with spiral staircase, and the majority of our guests stayed at the inn as well. The next morning we were able to host a brunch for all of our guests on the deck which everyone loved! The thing that impressed us the most, though, was the staff. Marisa was our coordinator, and made the wedding planning process incredibly easy. In addition, she and her staff went above and beyond on the day of the wedding to make sure we had everything we could possibly need to make the day stress free. They took care of every detail of the setup, and had everything packed up and in our room before we made it back there at the end of the night. They were able to save us each a plate of food when we were too busy to eat, and surprised us by decorating the honeymoon suite with many of our flowers and decorations. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with our choice to get married here.

You can't go wrong here! Marisa and the rest of the staff at Chocksett Inn are incredible! Our day went so smoothly and without a hitch and it's all thanks to them. This was the first and only site we looked at while planning because it's so beautiful and they really know their stuff. Marisa and Teanna are more than willing to help with anything you need and even when you know you're being an annoying bride they never make you feel that way. Book them before someone else does!

I've been meaning to get around to writing a review! I actually got married June of 2016 at the Chocksett Inn. The location itself is beautiful. The garden was stunning for an outdoor ceremony, the food was delicious, and the ballroom has ample space for a reception. The parking lot is also big enough to accommodate many cars, and the bridal suite is amazing. The reason I gave 3 stars, though, was more towards the service there. I was not at all impressed by my wedding coordinator at the time, who wasn't very helpful and even ended up leaving the inn. The employees there also did not pay attention to some of the set up I requested, and the front desk employee didn't hand out half of my welcome bags!! So to sum it up, the location has so much potential if it wasn't for the inadequate service of the staff :/

Working with the Chocksett was absolutely amazing! They made sure that whatever we needed we had. Even though our original wedding coordinator took a leave of absence, Marisa took over and made us feel like nothing had changed. She was absolutely amazing with all of the details and making sure everything was perfect. She even jumped in to help when we were struggling to pin up my bussel. It was an amazing experience. The ball room is absolutely beautiful and they will accommodate however you wish to set it up. They also have a downstairs restaurant/pub which is great for after parties. We had a band come in and play the after party and it was phenomenal! Since this is an inn everything is so convienent. It's all right there and easy for all of your guests to access. The food is beyond amazing! I wouldn't have changed anything!

Marisa and her team at the Chocksett Inn helped make sure our wedding day was nothing less than perfect. The entire process was easy. Marisa was prompt with returning e-mails and answering questions. The day-of was stress free from beginning to end. We could really just enjoy ourselves. I received so many compliments from my guests on the fantastic service. Even my toddler guests were cared for, getting a piece of cake early before they had to go home to bed. The food was amazing, I think my uncle had 4 lamb lollipops in his hand at all times. Can't say enough great things. If you are looking for a stress free day with everything in one, charming place - don't pass on the Chocksett Inn

Chocksett Inn was the perfect venue for us. Just far enough off the beaten path to feel removed from our daily routines, but close enough to make planning and site visits a breeze, the warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely hospitable staff helped us create an entire weekend of celebration to begin our lives together.We took advantage of the many services they can provide. We began with a casual, catered welcome gathering on the tented deck the evening before for all our out of town guests, had our wedding-party-only rehearsal dinner in the private dining room, took advantage of the secluded outdoor ceremony space (perfect for pictures from every angle!), had an expertly organized and run cocktail hour and reception in the newly-renovated ballroom (it's gorgeous!) followed by a way-cooler-than-we-are after-party in the restaurant (complete with late night foods!), and then a wonderful send-off breakfast the following morning (with omelette and waffle stations!).The venue itself is gorgeous, providing a colonial inn feel with modern conveniences, but what makes this place stand out is the people. From the owners to the bar servers, they could not have been more helpful in helping us navigate the process of planning and organizing a wedding. It truly felt like a collaboration and the folks who helped us both leading up to and during our celebration became like friends and family. This is a venue that cares about it's couples. By combining that with a beautiful setting and professional service, the Chocksett Inn is truly a special place that simply must be on any list of venues to visit.

Our daughter was married at the Chocksett Inn in August 2016 and we could not have asked for a more beautiful setting for this event. There were approx. 120 guests and everyone had a wonderful time. We received many compliments from our guests.We took over the Inn and every room was reserved with our guests. They all appreciated that they could enjoy the wedding and not have to drive home. We gave our guests a box of Hebert's chocolates as a Welcome gift and the front desk staff was so accommodating. They handed each overnight guest a box as they checked in. The ceremony was in the garden and was lovely. It was a 5:00pm ceremony and even though it was a little warm, the garden provided a comfortable setting. Some of the post ceremony family photos were taken in the gardens and the background was perfect. The wedding coordinators choreographed the wedding party from beginning to end and everything ran smoothly. They were very time conscious yet respectful of the bride and groom's wishes.The reception was in the ballroom and we had an open bar for 1 hour as well as a wine/beer station while the hors d'oeuvres were served. The staff was very attentive to our guests. The appetizers were delicious. We had both passed and displayed options. Because the bride and groom went off site for photos, they were not there for this hour. Their private coordinator did save them some hors d'oeuvres and offered them a beverage upon their arrival. This was so appreciated by them.The meal was served in a timely and not rushed manner and was also delicious. We offered our guest the Prime Rib, Chicken and Vegetarian options. All were perfect. The Prime rib was on the rare side but guests could request that their serving be cooked to their liking. They were also very accommodating to any special dietary restrictions of our guests and made the necessary changes to their meals. The servers were very attentive and conscious of our guests' needs. The ballroom was set exactly as the bride and groom wanted and the tables were beautiful. They made suggestions on how to set the head table in a \"U\" shape so that they could all see and talk to one another during the reception. This worked out well for them all.We also rented the Pub for an after party. We chose the food option that included sliders, pizza and brownies. SO much food! It was amazing. Everyone appreciate the chance to have something to eat and relax. The servers were so friendly and since the bartenders had also worked during the reception, they were already familiar with our guests. This informal atmosphere was very relaxing.We also had a buffet breakfast under the tented porch the next morning. This was a wonderful way to meet with out overnight guests again and have a lovely send off for the bride and groom. They took our floral centerpieces from the reception and used them again for the breakfast so the porch looked beautiful. The food was delicious and, again, the staff was so attentive and pleasant. I would advise that you do tell your guests that the buffet does end promptly, as contracted, so tell your guests that they may miss it if they oversleep!There were so many perks to having this event at the Chocksett. We did have a couple of \"bumps\" but they were all handled professionally and with respect. Work with your coordinator and make your wishes known and they will work with you to accomplish them. We were thrilled with the choice of the Chocksett for our daughter's wedding.

Best staff - service - accommodations best venue ever ! Our wedding was a dream come true with the help of the staff the beautiful venue, the food was A+ our wedding guest were so happy with everything and of course we were pleased !! Thanks to Mary and Marisa for making our wedding day a dream come true !

I had such a great experience with Chocksett. The staff was wonderfully helpful and knew exactly what was going on. There were some members of the bridal party that were annoying and demanding and the staff rolled with it and made sure no stress came my way. I loved that they took care of everything. It was nice that everything was on site and basically one bill outside of our photographer, DJ, and videographer. It was definitely more affordable than other places that we originally looked. If I had to plan a wedding all over again I would certainly go with Chockett without skipping a beat. I loved it there and we got great pictures in the garden. Good luck with your searching! Choose Chocksett and make it easier on yourself and your partner!

The venue was gorgeous and the staff was top notch! Alicia was a great wedding coordinator and made sure that everything was set up perfectly the day of the wedding. I would highly recommend this venue!

I cannot thank the whole Chocksett family especially Alcia and Alexis enough for making the day I married my hero such a smashing success and a day I cherish every little detailed memory.\rThey changed the way they serve food and did our wedding family style- I still hear about how good the food was. I have heard so many times that they just kept bringing food out if you wanted more. \rWe were blessed to celebrate the day me and my hubby became one with Chocksett. The ladies who did all the planning meetings were a breath of fresh air in the anxiety of wedding planning. I always left our meetings feeling relaxed and excited. I had the assurance that whatever Chocksett handled would run smooth and be beautiful.\rOnly a few this got mixed up, biggest being our seating chart was wrong. But they were so accommodating and we mixed up their normal routine so something going array was to be expected. I would recommend having your wedding celebration at Chocksett. They are reliable, flexible, and the place is beautiful.
