Located in Westminster, Colorado, couples get a unique mixture of an oasis in the city with a mountain-feel on their wedding day. We offer a mountain venue without the mountain price. The property features a total of 3.5 acres situated along the Rocky Mountain Front Range and features many natural elements such as ponds, fountains, and gardens that will delight you and your guests on your wedding day. We are conveniently located between Denver and Boulder and we have several hotel partners right down the street to accommodate any lodging needs. We recently had our wedding at Church Ranch Event Center, and we couldnât be happier with our decision to have our big day here! From start to finish, the owners/staff were all extremely professional, organized, and helped us every step of the way with planning. They were very attentive with our concerns and wonderful with communication. Everything went exactly how we had wanted and the venue made for gorgeous wedding photos! The garden area is lush and full of greenery, while the indoor reception area is beautifully lit and decorated to perfection. Our wedding day was everything we wanted and more thanks to this venue and everyone involved! Our guests had an amazing time celebrating with us! Extremely happy with this place!

We recently had our wedding at Church Ranch Event Center, and we couldnât be happier with our decision to have our big day here! By far one of the nicest venues in Colorado. The staff was super helpful and professional from start to finish. Theyâre dedication and commitment to making the most successful events is zero to none. Definitely will come back for future events at Church Ranch Events. The staff, event planners, and day of coordinator are top class! 5 stars!

In planning and executing a wedding, we assumed that some things may not go as expected. This is inevitable. My husband and I are giving this five-star review not because our experience with Church Ranch Event Center was without complication, but rather because their staff handled a challenging situation concerning our wedding with grace, compassion, understanding, and follow-through.My husband and I are a same sex couple, that were seeking a rustic-chic event space and Church Ranchâs space was absolutely perfect. The outdoor area was a beautiful and unique space for our fall wedding, of 100 guests. After we paid the initial deposit to Church Ranch, we received their planning packet and were surprised that all of the language in the packet was customized for an opposite sex wedding, without options to make selections that would apply for a same-sex couples (the language referenced âbridesâ, âmaid of honor,â âbridesmaidsâ, and traditions that would not apply or be relevant to same-sex couples). This concerned us and we edited the form, as much as we could, to reflect our intentions for a same-sex wedding with persons of different genders in both wedding parties. We then went to our first wedding planning session and they had chairs setup for us, with a wrapped âbrideâ ribbon on one, and âgroomâ on the other. On the day of the rehearsal, the event planner came in and asked for the âbridal partyâ to stand on one side of the room. I interrupted her, stating that there was no bride and that there were two grooms.After this third incident, we called Church Ranch, less than 24 hours before our wedding was to occur, and spoke with Lillian about our concerns. Lillian handled this difficult conversation with grace, understanding, and regret for our experience. She was not defensive for one moment and took immediate responsibility, stating that Church Ranch should and would do more training with event staff on handling same-sex weddings. That night, she contacted all of the people who would be helping at our wedding to remind them of our same-sex wedding the next day and to discuss the appropriate language to use/steps to take to ensure that the event was executed appropriately. She also indicated that Church Ranch had changed their planning forms to be inclusive for same-sex weddings, based on some comments that we previously included on our wedding planning form.The next day, on the day of our wedding, the event planner apologized to me, in person, for the mishap during the rehearsal. Her apology was genuine and she was committed to ensuring that we had the memorable, magical, and special day that we had been planning. The event planner was very understanding, expressed remorse, was not defensive, and did everything in her power to make our special day what we had hoped for. Ultimately, on the day of our wedding, everything was executed perfectly. The venue was beautiful, our guests were so impressed, and we felt that Church Ranch created an event that honored our love and commitment, as a same-sex male couple.We all make mistakes. Including Church Ranch. Their willingness to recognize when they make a mistake, not be defensive, and take actual steps to make the situation right, is uniquely admirable. It is refreshing to see a buisness, like Church Ranch, listening to feedback, being open to how weddings are evolving, and being willing to make changes in their operations.

When we saw the venue the first time we knew it was where we wanted our wedding! The greenery/ flowers are beautiful and the staff was awesome! The day went seamless and our coordinator made sure that we had an awesome day- we did someDifferent things at our wedding and she was so accommodating! The day went flawlessly and I didnât have to worry about anything- our coordinator even tracked us down in the parking lot to make sure we got our leftover brownies!! Would definitely recommend this venue!

We just celebrated our wedding here a few weeks ago and it was truly the best day ever. The venue looked beautiful and the day of coordinator took any stress I had away from me. The event center was on top of everything making sure things transition smoothly and on time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Originally I didnât like the idea of having to use their preferred vendors but I ended up loving it because everything came out amazing and it made the planning a lot easier for me. There were plenty of beautiful places on the property to take photos and theyâre dog friendly. The only tip I would give is make sure you assign someone to bring your card box inside after the ceremony because if not it will just sit outside and who knows what could happen.

The venue was beautiful! We had a great wedding day! There are a lot of kinks on the administrative side that rubbed us the wrong way. They messed up our contract somehow. When we noted this they advised âthey never mess anything up.â Be aware you canât switch any enhancements you pick. Once decided thatâs it. I recommend waiting until the last moment to decide on any enhancements. The day of coordinator is contracted and doesnât work for Church Ranch. Know you will not be working with the same planner for everything. Please look at my google review for the full details.

I left my wedding in tears tonight from how awful everything went. Bartenders were so rude and condescending to our guests. Dj (their preferred vendor) was so lost and would take long pauses in between songs or move too quickly. I couldn't dance at my own wedding from the shame n sadness that was brought forth today. Felt like all prior planning was a waste of time having to make changes the day before our wedding despite communicating our wants n needs various times prior. They failed to direct us on how to book (another one of their preferred vendors) catering despite being asked multiple times. I got calls so often about things being wrong the whole week leading up to our wedding. Despite communicating, i have a baby at home. a HUGE waste of money. I wish today never happened or at least not at Church Ranch.

I am writing this review to warn future couples about the unfortunate experience we had with Church Ranch Events Center. We booked this venue for our wedding because it does have a nice outdoor area. However, we were very disappointed with the way the venue handled its business practices.They chose to keep our money for outdoor rental features that weren't even used due to rain. Who does that? It doesn't say anywhere in their contract that these items were non-refundable.Not to mention we had to correct them several times regarding accounting items leading up to the event. (they nickel and dime you for every little thing) When we raised our concerns with the venue management, their response was dismissive and unsympathetic.I would recommend you keep looking. There are plenty of other beautiful venues in the area that will treat you better. It was evident that their focus was solely on maximizing profits, leaving us feeling like mere numbers on a balance sheet rather than valued customers who had entrusted them with one of the most significant moments of our lives.

We had our wedding in June 2023 at CREC. Unfortunately, it was raining heavily before and throughout our event, so we were not able to have our ceremony outside as planned. As a result, some ceremony âenhancementâ items we had paid CREC for were not provided. When we asked to be refunded for these items, CREC gave us contradicting excuses and refused to refund us. Ultimately the rain didnât ruin our wedding day, but the business practices of CREC left us feeling like weâd been taken advantage of.Although the venue was ready to have our wedding indoors or outdoors, since it was raining hard non-stop, having it outside wasnât a reasonable option. Our onsite coordinator from CREC that day also assessed that outside wasnât an option because of the heavy rain. We had paid to rent CRECâs wooden benches for our ceremony so I asked if they could bring them inside for our indoor ceremony. We were told that they could not bring the benches inside because they were too heavy. So I asked if we could be refunded since they werenât providing the benches we paid for, and our coordinator said she would make a note of it.We had also pre-paid for some of fire elements to be turned on (yes, you have to pay hundreds of dollars just for them to turn on the fire pit). Given it was pouring rain, these fire elements were never lit.We asked CREC to refund us for the items that were not provided. When we brought that up they pointed us to the \"Force Majeure Events\" section of the contract which basically says they donât have refund anything if a major âact of Godâ prevents them from delivering it. They claimed the rain was a major \"act of God\

Had my wedding here recently and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Not only is it an absolutely gorgeous venue, but the planning staff was incredible. They always answered my emails, worked with us on everything we needed, coordinated our vendors, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our day of coordinator was great and made me feel so relaxed as a bride. Also it was one of the most affordable venues we researched for what we needed. The only thing I could think to say is that it was so hot in the brides suite even with the AC on but nothing that a quick pop outside and a glass of ice water couldn't help. Our guests were complementing the venue left and right!It was a perfect place for our wedding I can't recommend them enough!

Had my wedding here recently and the experience was nothing short of amazing. Not only is it an absolutely gorgeous venue, but the planning staff was incredible. They always answered my emails, worked with us on everything we needed, coordinated our vendors, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Our day of coordinator was great and made me feel so relaxed as a bride. Also it was one of the most affordable venues we researched for what we needed. The only thing I could think to say is that it was so hot in the brides suite even with the AC on but nothing that a quick pop outside and a glass of ice water couldn't help. Our guests were complementing the venue left and right!It was a perfect place for our wedding I can't recommend them enough!

Church Ranch Event Center was the venue of our dreams! We fell in love with the outside grounds and the inside reception area the first time we visited. Our wedding was held here about a week and a half ago, and let me just say Church Ranch did such an incredible job of ensuring it was the best day for my husband and me. The staff was so helpful, and our day of coordinator, Erika, did an amazing job. Everything was so organized and seamless, I really didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day, which is exactly how it should be. I can't recommend them and their preferred vendors enough!

This venue had the most organized wedding planner! She kept us on schedule while allowing Grace for pictures taking a bit longer.. Also, when the weather changed to a bit chilly; dinner was seamlessly served inside! I really appreciated the connections to any service needed as well.. For example, music, flowers, decorations, food and so much more! This helped relieve stress while working full time. Overall,I am blessed to have had my daughterâs wedding at this venue and will recommend it to everyone I can! I already have a guest of ours asking about it! Our family held our Son's Celebration of Life, Tribute, Final Farewell event at Table Mountain Meetings and Events center in Golden, CO. This venue is beautiful and Brandon Badillo from the start of setting our date, preparing and organizing was amazing with his knowledge and support. Erica was our onsite Host, also amazing with support and help to make our event special and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this facility for your event; large or small crowd, you will not be disappointed! We are so great ful for Brandon, Erica and this entire facility and group as everything we envisioned, desired and needed was completely fulfilled during our sad and difficult time. There are not enough words and thank you's to acknowledge our appreciation. Thank you, Brandon, Erica and Table Mountain Meetings and Events Center for making our day 10-10-2021 the best for our Celebration of Life event!

I would definitely recommend this facility for your event; large or small crowd, you will not be disappointed! We are so great ful for Brandon, Erica and this entire facility and group as everything we envisioned, desired and needed was completely fulfilled during our sad and difficult time. If youâre looking for a place to book your wedding, look no further. I cannot say enough about the venue, they are absolute perfection. From our first meeting to our wedding day, every person we encountered was amazing! Mitchell and Victoria helped us plan our event and they literally did everything for us. We used all of their recommended vendors, and they were all amazing! Not a single complaint about any vendor. Mitchell and Victoria made planning our wedding from another state so easy! They were able to work with our busy schedules for meetings, and had everything taken care of. They had everything we needed, all of the decor, signs, anything you need for a wedding, they already have. Our day of coordinator, Ari, was a saint. We had a wedding party of 20 (yes, for real), and Ari kept everyone on schedule and in line. The groomsmen consisted of a wild pack of air force boys in their 30âs, with the mentality of 21 year old frat boys. Ari cracked the whip to keep them in line for the formalities and pictures, before they were released into their natural habitat of downing whiskey sours and displaying their best âdad danceâ moves. My husband and I recently got married here and overall we are very happy with our experience. We will share both what we loved and what we didn't about the entire experience working with CREC. First of all, the venue is gorgeous. It's the perfect combination of Colorado rustic vibes with an elegant twist plus it's location makes it ideal because you don't have to travel far out of the Denver Metro Area! When you first drive up, it's unassuming, however once inside the property, it has a gorgeous outdoor garden, ceremony space, and outdoor seating for guests. The interior is similar to a refurbished barn, with tall ceilings, wood beams, big windows, and an awesome bar. There is also a unique groomsman room that has a greenhouse vibe and a space for the bride to get ready. We worked with Mitchell and Victoria throughout the planning process and they were both responsive and helpful. The day of coordinators did a great job of making sure everything went smoothly and that we didn't have to stress about any details. The venue is affordable (in comparison to other venues, especially mountain venues in CO) and includes much of what you need ie. tables, chairs, linen, some decor, and referrals for preferred vendors. The day of our wedding went off without a hitch and our guests commented about how much they loved the space and the food (we used Bread Winners Catering, a preferred provider and the recommendation for their preferred DJ). We decided to go with an outside photographer, Ashley Tiedgen, who was amazing to work with as well as an outside florist, The Painted Primrose, who was also wonderful. Some of the things that we didn't love about the venue include the rules they have regarding the space. They explained why they have them (disrespectful guests in the past) however it still felt restrictive. We also felt that the team could have been more up front about the \"add-on\" charges for things like turning the fire pit on outside. While they do include a lot, it would have been nice to know the additional charges from the very first viewing of the venue, however, we weren't told about them until after we booked the venue. The other thing that was a bit tricky is the basic evening wedding package only allows for you to arrive at the venue at 5pm which leaves very little time to finish getting ready and add any personal decor touches to the venue (they did all of the set up for any decor or items they provided which was great!). If you want additional time at the venue it is an upcharge so just be aware that the price can increase over what you are initially quoted. With that being said, we still loved our experience getting married at CREC and overall would recommend this rustic elegant Colorado venue. The staff and space are worth it!

Our day of coordinator, Rachel, had to deal with a hail storm and handled it beautifully. Unfortunately, a few people who attended the wedding (family and guests) witnessed how the manager spoke to his employees and were off put. My husband and I had felt somewhat uncomfortable with him while we were planning as well. Although this place is beautiful, the management prefers the event to go in a way that \"Church Ranch Management\" thinks is best. We received push back when we hand picked our vendors instead of going with their preferred list. Management is also very strict with timing, specifically when vendors are allowed into the venue. If you are looking for a wedding venue that is a traditional, one- stop- shop in terms of preferred vendors and flow of the evening, this is the place for you. They will make all of the decisions for you. If you are looking to make it more unique and personalized wedding, I would look elsewhere! Either way, the venue is stunning and in a great location!

Church Ranch Event Center is one of the best wedding venues in the Denver/Boulder area, hands down. The staff is so friendly, professional, goes above and beyond... there are not enough adjectives to express our gratitude for the fantastic work and effort this team put in to make our wedding absolutely perfect. Mitchell and his entire team are so organized and passionate about what they do. There was no stone left unturned, no detail left without discussion, everyone is thorough and kind. All of the planning and conversations they set up in the beginning really pays off to create the most seamless and memorable possible. They want to make sure that everything you need happens, and everything that you want is accommodated. Out of all the venues we looked at, we decided on CREC in the end because of the staff. And when it came to the day-of, it was the staff that made everything happen and reaffirmed our decision to go with CREC for our wedding day. It ended up raining during our ceremony time, and the staff already had both ceremony set up's inside and out, and gave us the ultimate control over what we did. They were willing to do whatever it took to make everything absolutely perfect. We ended up having it inside, and for those that are concerned about missing out on getting married in their outdoor ceremony space, trust me, the indoor set up is equally as beautiful (and intimate!!). During the day of, EVERYTHING is on time. My husband and I work in logistics and events for a living, and never in our careers have we ever seen an event run so smoothly and on schedule. Mind you, nothing felt rushed, we were able to enjoy every moment, questions were brought to us discretely and professionally when they needed our input, and we were able to relax knowing that all the details were being managed by CREC staff and the vendors we hired to work with them. Our coordinator, Victoria, was phenomenal. She was so fun to work with and made sure we were at ease throughout the whole process and answered our (many) questions from beginning to end. This venue is extremely transparent about their pricing, contracts, add-on's and more. Again, as folks that work with events frequently, the level of transparency and up-frontness (if that's even a word) was next to none. There were no surprise charges, we did not feel pressured to purchase anything we didn't want, and for all of the help we received from beginning to end, the full price of this venue is unlike anywhere else we have ever looked or worked at. This team works their butts off to make YOU happy, content and excited about your big day. The grounds are beautifully maintained and makes for AMAZING photos. Although the venue is very \"rustic,\" it is such a blank canvas and so beautiful, you are able to pull off more formal weddings without breaking a sweat. We cannot recommend CREC enough for brides/couples searching for the perfect venue in Colorado.

Church Ranch Event Center is one of the best wedding venues in the Denver/Boulder area, hands down. The staff is so friendly, professional, goes above and beyond... there are not enough adjectives to express our gratitude for the fantastic work and effort this team put in to make our wedding absolutely perfect. Mitchell and his entire team are so organized and passionate about what they do. There was no stone left unturned, no detail left without discussion, everyone is thorough and kind. All of the planning and conversations they set up in the beginning really pays off to create the most seamless and memorable possible. They want to make sure that everything you need happens, and everything that you want is accommodated. Out of all the venues we looked at, we decided on CREC in the end because of the staff. And when it came to the day-of, it was the staff that made everything happen and reaffirmed our decision to go with CREC for our wedding day. It ended up raining during our ceremony time, and the staff already had both ceremony set up's inside and out, and gave us the ultimate control over what we did. They were willing to do whatever it took to make everything absolutely perfect. Church Ranch has amazing staff! They took care of myself, my husband, my parents, and my sister the entire day of our wedding. They put bandaids on my feet, got me sandals and other things that I brought, and brought me drinks. I didn't have to worry about any details the day of our wedding because the Church Ranch staff had it all covered. The venue is so gorgeous. I got countless compliments from guests about the beautiful venue. I would definitely recommend this for other engaged couples!

If you're still searching for a venue, stop right here and book with Church Ranch Event center. Trust us! We are so incredibly pleased with the team at Church Ranch, plus the venue is gorgeous!My husband and I had searched for months for our venue. We really wanted a venue with a mountain feel but was hoping we wouldn't have to drive too far from our home in Broomfield. (That, and mountain venues are pretty pricey!) When we toured the venue with Mitchell, he was nothing but warm and welcoming. He answered all of our questions, and we loved how engaged he was in being able to determine what our vision was for our wedding. He recommended a catering team for us, Deshebrado, whose food was divine. Everyone raved about the food- something you don't always hear about at weddings. He and the team here at CREC also discussed with us what our budget was and how we would be able to accomplish our vision within that budget. From there, we planned with Madi and Jesi and these two were absolutely phenomenal. They asked questions that helped us plan our day, and were always available when we ourselves had questions. I had this surprise for my husband where I wanted to project a video montage from our past 4 years together before I walked down the aisle. This was a difficult ask, and I knew going into it that it might not be a possibility. However, Jesi worked with me for months trying to get this accomplished. She came up with the idea of projecting the video on a piece of fabric that would drop down after my MOH walked down the aisle, and the fabric would be brushed aside afterwards for me to walk down the aisle. Most certainly a moment I, my husband, our family and friends will remember forever. Everything ran smoothly and effortlessly, no doubt because of Jesi. Jesi's determination, motivation, kindness, friendliness, and innovation spoke volumes of the team. I was so stressed about it not working out, and she completely put me at ease. The day of team were also fantastic! I regret not remembering our day of coordinator's name, but she was so sweet and helpful. Eric was also nothing short of amazing, helping with setup and the rest of the day/night. The venue was gorgeous both inside and out. Being a photographer, I was pretty picky on venues coming from a photo standpoint. Let me tell you - so many photo opportunities here! The grounds were very well kept and felt very spacious. After reaching out via The Knot's email to contact the Vendor on 1/18/18, I received an email back from Mitchell with package information. I emailed him back to asking if we were able to tour on Sat 1/20 after 12pm (as we were out looking at venues that day). He emailed me back asking if we could connect over the phone. The email exchange was easy in the beginning. I told Mitchell that would be great. He mentioned he was available that day (1/18) after 2pm. I told him that worked & I was looking forward to speaking with him at that time. 2pm rolled around, I called, had to leave a message. We played phone tag a few times that afternoon. I get a few times, but every time I called I couldn't get in touch with him. From the person who answered the main line, she said he was the only one to schedule tours. Which is fine, but he wouldn't schedule a tour unless I had a consultation with him on the phone, first, which I was trying to do. Left a few more messages letting him know we were very interested in the venue, that we lived within 10 minutes & wanted a tour on Saturday, or even during the week! Wouldn't give me a call back, it's been over two weeks, still no return call. We have since moved on. It appears that Mitchell is being selective on who he brings in to tour. Is it really that hard to schedule the tour first, then collect some basic information collected about a potential date and budget over the phone, or even just email? Other venues have been very easy to work with scheduling a tour. It shouldn't take multiple emails and voicemails to just request a tour. Customer Service goes a long way, especially in this day and age with the power of referrals.

We are so glad we chose to hold our 11/17/17 wedding at Church Ranch. We were initially drawn to it for its unique and intimate vibe. We wanted a vibe that was not stuffy or overly formal because that is not our style, but we still wanted a beautiful \"canvas\" that would impress and accommodated our guests, and ascetically matched what we were looking to do design wise. We held our ceremony in the Harvest Room, and it was so intimate and beautiful. Truly made for an incredibly special mood for our ceremony. Church Ranch has many preferred vendors we used, and we were pleased with all of them- especially Moss and Oak floral, Brittany does an incredible job! Church Ranch has many options as far as bar packages, and add ons for the day of the event. Options are always great and with or without the add ons- the space is so beautiful, guests will be impressed, and your event will turn out awesome. It was so nice to have an event coordinator as a contact through the entire planning process to help you stay on track with planning, as well as a day of coordinator to help with all those day of details. If you're looking for a venue that has more character and intimate feel than a large generic ballroom, but you still need the space- you cannot go wrong with Church Ranch Events Center. There are also many great hotels nearby (we had our block with Denver Marriott Westminster that was .3 miles from CREC and were very pleased with their service and the hotel accommodations) which is great if you're looking into a hotel block.

My husband and I are both Colorado natives, and I had always dreamed of a mountain wedding. When selecting our wedding venue, our first visit was to a beautiful mountain venue. We then we went to Church Ranch Event Center (CREC) the following weekend. Before going to CREC, we thought it would be our Plan âBâ, if a mountain venue wouldnât work for whatever reason. Well CREC became our Plan âAâ soon after we met with Mitchell and took the tour. It has a very mountain-Colorado feel, with the gorgeous gardens and the beautiful rustic indoor space. We didnât even want to look anywhere else. We fell in love with Church Ranch Event Center, and all the options they had to offer. We would highly recommend using their preferred vendors. It definitely made the whole process so much easier. We compared a few of their vendors with others and the pricing was definitely in line. Since Church Ranch Event Center referred them, we also felt confident they would do a good job. Our coordinator Madi was wonderful. She was patient with all of our questions, and had some really good suggestions. The three comments we heard over and over again from our guest were: 1. How beautiful our wedding was. We did very minimal decorations, so it was mostly the venue itself. 2. How good the food was. Again, we used their caterer-so good! 3. How fun our wedding was. That kind of has to do with a mix of things and the mood you set, but we would definitely recommend the photo booth, it was a huge hit. We just loved our wedding! My husband and I are both Colorado natives, and I had always dreamed of a mountain wedding. When selecting our wedding venue, our first visit was to a beautiful mountain venue. We then we went to Church Ranch Event Center (CREC) the following weekend. Before going to CREC, we thought it would be our Plan âBâ, if a mountain venue wouldnât work for whatever reason. Well CREC became our Plan âAâ soon after we met with Mitchell and took the tour. It has a very mountain-Colorado feel, with the gorgeous gardens and the beautiful rustic indoor space. We didnât even want to look anywhere else. We fell in love with Church Ranch Event Center, and all the options they had to offer. We would highly recommend using their preferred vendors. I booked an event with this venue and it was nothing but a horrible experience. The deposit that they told me to begin with was different than the amount that was invoiced. The package that I chose would include the photographer, the flowers, etc. I had to cancel the event and was under the impression that it was taken care of. I was not contacted by any of the contractors such as the florist, photographer, the coordinator to continue planning the event. I was then told that I needed to send a certified letter to cancel and the event was never cancelled. I planned the event to take place less than a year from the date that I signed the contract and when I cancelled, they said they would keep the deposit since I did not cancel with a year's notice. I have recently received a collections bill for an additional $19,000 for the venue that I never used. The management knew the event was cancelled and that is why they did not go forward with any of the steps of planning. EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT FROM THIS HUSBAND/WIFE TEAM AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE UNIQUENESS OF THE SPACE IS NOT WORTH THE RISK OF YOUR EVENT BEING RUINED.

My husband and I got married at Church Ranch Event Center on 4/2/17! Choosing Church Ranch was one of the first decisions we made when planning our wedding, and one of the best! We only looked at two venues (though I had researched countless) - Church Ranch was the first and we knew it would be hard to beat. We looked at another, just to be diligent, but we knew when we sat down to compare the two that there really was no comparison. Church Ranch had everything we were looking for. The outdoor space is breathtaking, and we lucked out with gorgeous spring weather and were able to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outside (not to mention our wedding photos are amazing in part due to Church Ranch's landscaping). The reception hall is also beautiful. It was big enough to accomodate our 125 guests (and could have easily accommodated more had all of our invitees attended), and we especially loved the high ceiling and the twinkle lights as they gave our reception an open and romantic feel. The bar is also a spectacular sight and the way the rest of the venue is decorated is perfect. We really didn't have to provide that much additional decor, as the venue just stands out on its own and the staff has decorated the other spaces in such a lovely way. Table centerpieces are already partially planned for you with the inclusion of the goblets and the LED candles for them with the facility rental. We also were so grateful that we didn't have to coordinate table, chair or linen rentals, and that we didn't have to worry about creating a backup plan in the event of inclement weather - the staff was prepared to move our ceremony and cocktail hour inside if the need arose. But if all that weren't enough, the staff at Church Ranch is truly amazing. Our first interaction and visit to the venue was with Eric, and we liked him from the beginning. I kept in touch with him throughout our wedding planning journey and we were so happy that he was one of the coordinators at our wedding. At that point, he was like a friend to us. But the bulk of my planning was done with Madi and she is awesome. She answered every question I had (and trust me, I had a lot of them) and she helped me out when I wasn't sure where to go with certain decisions. Even though she wasn't one of the coordinators at our wedding, she was there to say hello and give me a hug when I arrived to the venue and even left a sweet card in my dressing room for my husband and I. The other two staff that worked our wedding, Jess and Laurie, were also so friendly. I honestly don't think that our wedding would have been what it was or what we wanted it to be without the incredible staff at Church Ranch, especially since we found our caterer and photographer through their recommendations. I really can't say enough about the venue or the staff. We are still getting compliments on the beauty of the venue and what a gem it is. My husband and I couldn't agree more and we are just so thankful that we got married here! Church Ranch Event Center and its staff will always have a special place in our hearts!

I made several last-minute requests/changes to the plan up until the last minute before the wedding (weâre talking: moving the wedding from inside to outside three days before the wedding), and they made the changes without batting an eye. There is a certain warmth, hospitality, and peacefulness youâll feel at this place â not only because the grounds and building are beautiful, but because the staff is so amazing! We were ready to book but we kept getting attitude from Mitch. He has the worse customer service and we just didn't want to deal with someone who just lacked common courtesy and was quite frankly was being a snob. I wasn't asking for anything elaborate which was probably a turn off for Mitch because he's busy trying to plan a wedding that fits his needs and tastes--I just wanted a place that my guests would enjoy and have a good time. Sorry if that's too simple for you Mitch. And I'm glad my guests don't have to endure your attitude because that would be embrassing.

This rustic & elagant venue is probably 45 minutes or less for your Denver area guests and the staff was unbelievably helpful! We were cheerfully accomodated and assisted at every turn. I would highly recommend this venue for any wedding/reception/party or large corporate event - amazing! From the beginning, Coco, Madi and Eric worked with us, from vision down to the details. Some family friends did a pig roast for us, with all the trimmings. Staff at CREC took over serving, replinishing, cleaning up, etc.. all with smiles on their faces and hustle in their steps. Eric heard some murmuring about issues we were having with the local hotel where we had blocked rooms for our guests. He immediately got on the phone with the hotel and rectified the situation. At the end of the night, the CREC staff almost took over our clean up duties, we were not in it alone. And the best nightcap, the hotel sent the shuttle bus driver home before all our guests were back at the hotel - well, guess who became our shuttle driver, Eric! He drove his car over to the hotel, got the shuttle keys from the front desk, and returned to CREC with the shuttle bus! We were taken care of until the lights were out and the gates were locked. Reserving CREC for my daughter's wedding was one of the best wedding decisions we made

This venue made our wedding perfect! The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, flowers, and trees everywhere, paths that lead to spots for amazing photos. The dance floor made our wedding so much fun, a great set up so everyone could dance away without being over crowded or too much space between everyone. I met Eric during a bridal expo back in January, we were trying to find somewhere that could fit everyone, allow our own catering, had inside and outside possibilities, and was in our budget. I had already seen a few places but none of them had that 'feeling'. We made the appointment to check out CREC that next week, the minute I walked in, I had it- the Feeling. The inside reception hall is open and airy, the bar is beautiful, and it had that classy rustic look we were looking for. Outside was even better, even though we were seeing it in late January, it was still just what we were looking for- open, filled with trees, and plenty of lawn space for games. They checked off every point on my checklist, I paid the deposit that day. Fast forward ten months to the actual wedding week- Coco answered every random question that my mom and I had, all in their own email or phone call of course, without ever making us feel like we were bothering her. They were reassuring through the whole process and even allowed us to change decoration/table settings up until the day before. The outside landscape was absolutely gorgeous, everybody talked about, there wasn't one bad word said. The aspens were perfectly yellow, flowers were all blooming, and the grass was a beautiful green. It was just what I had imagined for the last year. On the actual wedding day, it was wonderful not having to worry about anything. They provide an Event Manager who is in charge of timing, flow, and that everything is in the right place. I was able to enjoy the day without knowing if anything went wrong. The price is a good value, there will be small costs that add up- but if you look through the invoice with them each time and pay attention, they're willing to take things out or change them up until two weeks before. There's a lot of freedom in what you can do with this space, many venues don't allow too much outside thought and are very strict with outside vendors (caterers/DJ/etc), these guys allowed a friend of mine to cater the whole thing with no extra charge. I would highly recommend this venue to anybody looking, the value is solid, and Coco and Eric were a joy to work with!

Our person of contact up until the wedding day was a little difficult to work with and there was a lack of communication/miscommunication with the bar payment and security deposit refund but our day of wedding coordinator was the sweetest and she made sure to assist and was there from the reception through the end of the wedding! This venue is beautiful and I would recommend them as a great Colorado venue without having the Colorado Mountain venue cost and distance!
