This place is a joke. Don’t waste your time, we scheduled an appointment to see the venue once we got there Jennifer refused to show her face because she failed to tell us the ballroom was in use the day she scheduled our appointment for. Poor poor customer service. There wasn’t a single person there who was not rude as soon as we walked in the door. Do yourself a favor save your money and don’t let these people ruin your special day because they will do whatever they can to make sure they ruin it. Jerry was also as rude as can be, for someone in sales you would think to treat the customer with more respect. It’s a shame these people are allowed to represent the Marriott name, they sure are ruining that for Marriott.

Marriott North helped make the many tasks the come with wedding planning much smoother. While we were planning there was a change in wedding coordinators, but both did an outstanding job of accommodating our requests, working with our budget, and keeping me calm all while remaining positive and friendly. Jillian our final coordinator brought my vision to life and made sure our reception ran smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious! The chef was very accommodating to our request not to serve meat since we are vegetarian as well as individualizing meals for guests that had food allergies. It was very convenient to be able to stay in a hotel suite the night before the wedding, get ready with my bridesmaids in the morning in a hotel conference room, and then stay at the Marriott the night of the wedding. I cannot say enough about how the Marriott helped play a role in making our wedding day the best day of our lives!

Even though my husband and I wanted to have our ceremony at our home we wanted to have the reception site and a local hotel in West Chester. Though there seemed to be a few choices in that area we are so happy that we went with Cincinnati Marriott North. From the start they were very professional during all of our interactions (phone calls/emails/in-person meetings) and accommodating to all of our special request (of which there were many). The only thing that was a little bit of a miss was there was some confusion about when the open bar of the reception would actually end. After talking to the catering manager on duty she was very flexible about the time and making sure we continued to have a great time. I would definitely recommend Cincinnati Marriott North for anyone looking for a great place to have a wedding reception.

Even though my husband and I wanted to have our ceremony at our home we wanted to have the reception site and a local hotel in West Chester. Though there seemed to be a few choices in that area we are so happy that we went with Cincinnati Marriott North. We loved all the food and the room was beautiful. The cocktail hour was included in the price and the guests loved it. The Food was AMAZING people are still ranting and raving about it. The only down fall was the planning process. We got tossed around to 3 different people to plan our reception. details got missed, but our original wedding planner quit 2 weeks before the wedding so we had to pick up the details to the other workers. Other than that everything was perfect.

My company had a holiday event at this hotel, so I knew how nice it was and large the hotel was. It's always busy and bustling, but the service is never lacking. The day of, we had a suite to get ready in and it was sooo nice! The shower would have for my whole wedding party! The frot desk was very patient in sending up every single one of my vendors, as well as extra water bottles, etc. After the wedding, I received a call that I had left something in the room. It was an heirloom from my groom's grandmother. I will never forget that. That is going above and beyond.

I would give the Cincinnati Marriott North 10 stars if I had the option! They were fabulous! Adrianne was our event coordinator and she was so helpful! She took her time to send me links to website with creative ideas, she helped us to turn our dreams into a reality. All of the service at the reception was exceptional! We chose to have our wedding reception at the Marriott not only because our family have been loyal customers for the Marriott company, but also because the staff and location were simply amazing. I met with Meghan, the sales and catering manager, about a year and half before our wedding to go over the very beginning stages of planning for our wedding. Meghan was so accommodating, easy to work with, and communicated everything very well to my family and I. Over the next few months, Meghan followed up with us to see how plans were coming along, if we had any questions, and answering any questions we had in regards to our wedding. The day of the wedding, my husband and I were so impressed with how the entire reception turned out! The food was delicious, plenty of drinks, and the overall set up was beautiful. Meghan and her staff were attentive to not only our needs, but the needs of our family and friends as well. We couldn't have asked for a better group of people to work with for our special day!

My husband and I highly recommend the Cincinnati Marriott North for a wedding reception hall. When you choose to have your reception hosted here, you get the privilege of working with Meghan Zlatic. Meghan is so full of life, and has the perfect personality for her position. She realizes that this is the most important day of her client's lives, and treats it as such. Every small detail is given the utmost attention. At the Marriott, our guests enjoyed the cocktail hour in the hotel lobby, a perfect atmosphere to prepare for a fun night. There was plenty of space, seating, and the service was as delightful as the appetizers and hors d'oeuvres. Then, going into the actual banquet room for our reception, our guests were treated to a spacious venue where terrific food was served, drinks were readily available, and there was plenty of room to either dance, socialize, or both. Having the reception at a hotel allows for the obvious benefit of guests staying there. This aspect kept the night lasting till the early morning for many while not having to worry about driving. The main asset of the Marriott however is Meghan; the venue is truly only as good as the people that work there, and she makes it the perfect place to have a wedding reception.

Our reception at the Marriott was fantastic! The attention to detail by Meghan and her staff was unbelievable. Everyone raved over the food and the facilities. When we pictured our reception, we wanted a small, intimate dinner and the staff at the Marriott delivered exactly what we wanted. I could not have asked for anything more and they helped make my day picture perfect!

Our wedding reception was fabulous due to the Marriott Staff. Meghan was great to work with and paid attention to every detail. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding experience. Many of our guests kept complimenting the food as well.

Most of the guests that traveled from different states and countries (i.e. Philippines and Canada) got good package deal with the hotel accomodation. the hotel had an excellent package that took care of most of the wedding necessities- delicious food, hall, rooms for the guests, the couple and family of the bride and groom.

Jennifer Perry (Manager) Thank you for taking the time to read about me and our phenomenal venue! I am a Cincinnati Native and a Xavier University graduate. I received my Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography and Art History. I have 11 years experience in the wedding industry. I started off as a wedding photographer and consistently worked in hospitality management for 16 years as well. I am extremely passionate about creative problem solving, event planning, and making your day run effortlessly.
