Circle C Barn at Copperas Creek is located conveniently between Houston + Austin - Book one day or the whole weekend for exlcusive access to our venue and lodging. We have on-site lodging for 40 currently with Lodging for another 20 ten minutes down the road. A rustic, elegant barn venue perfect for your wedding-6,000 square feet of space for up to 200 guests. This temperature controlled venue offers high beamed ceilings with elegant, yet rustic lighting. The interior is stunning with simple gray shiplap, rustic accents, and unique decor. The Bridal Party and Groomsmen each have dressing rooms located in the front of the venue with the Bridal dressing room having direct access to the Ladies Restroom. Enjoy the wall of windows as you view patio space with lights, outdoor entertaining area, grazing Longhorns, and Lighted Pavilion. Our Lighted Pavilion is our outdoor ceremony site which offers views to a beautiful pond with lighted fountain. The Pavilion is available in addition to the Venue or by itself in our Pavilion Package. When selecting a 2 day package, you have included on-site lodging for 2 nights: The Farmhouse (Great for Bride and Bridesmaids) which is 4 bedrooms / 2 baths / full kitchen and includes a bedroom with 4 make up/styling stations. Sleeps 8. The Stablehouse (Great for Groom and Groomsmen) which sleeps 6 / 2 baths / full kitchen. Lodging in additional Cabins on site or at one of our other near by unique properties is available in Venue Weekend packages as well as separately with 1 day packages. We are Handicap Accessible and Dog Friendly for Ceremonies. Schedule a tour to secure your date!

We held our son's bar mitzvah here. They were great and so flexible about our unique event and everything went perfectly. We were able to have all our extended family and friends joining us from out of state stay on site with us, which was amazing. I highly recommend them.

My daughter was recently married in College Station at St Mary's and had her wedding reception at Circle C Barn at Copperas Creek. From the moment she and her husband toured the venue, she knew it was the perfect location, and we booked it immediately! The setting is beautiful having a rustic but modern feel complete with longhorns! The venue has tall ceilings with beams, lots of windows with beautiful natural lighting and both a bride's and groom's room. It was quite a find because unlike many of the options in the area, it also fit within our budget. Thanks to Circle C, my daughter's first peek photos and video are unique and special! We can't wait to see the rest! The lodging on the property was ideal for us and our extended family. There is everything from cottages for couples to larger properties that accommodated our family of eight. All the properties appear new and have modern farmhouse decor with lots of charming details both inside and out. Everyone loved them! It was so peaceful to wake in the morning and see the sunrise with the longhorns grazing before the busyness of the day. Perhaps the very best part of Circle C is the owners Debbie and Leon. They are truly wonderful to work with! Debbie was easily available and kindly answered all of our questions often offering ideas we hadn't considered. She has a calm demeanor which we so appreciated! Their flexibility and willingness to say \"Yes\" whenever possible made our experience so much easier and less stressful. We could not be happier with our experience at Circle C Barn!

Upon arrival of our tour, we knew this place was special. The couple of tours we went on after just didn’t compare. Debbie was so kind from the moment we walked in. This venue is incredibly beautiful with a small-town down-home feel I wanted so bad. Debbie was quick to reply to any questions we had. There was plenty of space, inside and out, for our 150 ish crowd, and the cabins on-site add plenty of space for guests to comfortably sleep. We couldn’t have picked a better venue!

I requested a tour, and Debbie was more than accommodating! Leon and Debbie are so very kind, they have a one of a kind property and their vision here is absolutely beautiful! So thankful to have stumbled upon this venue and can’t wait to be married here in April!

Leon Couch and Debbie Gant (Owner) Leon has been a Custom Builder in the area for 20+ years and Debbie has been in the remodeling/design business for 20+ years as well. For the last 3 years they have specialized in the Vacation Rental business and are adding the Venue to create a Unique Wedding Experience instead of just providing a building.
