Circle Oak Ranch is a family-owned elegant outdoor wedding venue situated in Fallbrook, CA. Nestled in San Diegoâs serene De Luz Valley, this stunning location provides a scenic setting for your once-in-a-lifetime celebration. The property is both picturesque and private, located on 13 acres about halfway between Los Angeles and downtown San Diego. It offers incredible natural surroundings, invaluable amenities, and a dedicated coordination team ready to put every detail in place. Circle Oak Ranch is owned by Ron and Jennifer Hammerton, a husband-and-wife duo who love sharing their property with to-be-weds looking for something different. Ronâs parents originally purchased the land in the early 1970s as a family retreat. Over the years, the ranch evolved into a wedding venue, hosting various gatherings with friends and family before opening its doors to the public. It has been designed for both versatility and comfort and offers an extensive selection of spaces to choose from to bring celebrations to life. Say âI doâ under a 500 year old oak tree before dancing the night away beneath a blanket of stars and a canopy of oak trees and string lights. We had our wedding last summer at Circle Oak, and it was FANTASTIC! The team there was always super communicative and on-top of every detail. Chelsea was a dream to work with and our family and friends were so impressed by how she handled everything. All the vendors included (DJ, caterer) were super great and professional, and made the whole process very easy. The venue itself was really beautiful (I mean that oak tree - come on!). It was remote and peaceful, which was exactly what we were looking for. Our guests all raved about the ground and the general flow of the venue. We couldn't recommend Circle Oak more, it was truly worth everything that we paid for and more.

Hands down the best wedding venue ever! In this crazy wedding industry we are in these days, the team at circle oak made us feel like family as opposed to just another client. Jennifer was so kind and accommodating throughout the whole process, and Chelsea was the best coordinator I could ask for. She kept us on time perfectly and knew to anticipate anything and everything. Leading up to the wedding was a really busy time for us, and I felt like Chelsea truly knew how to step in and make us feel at ease that everything would go smoothly. On top of the venue being gorgeous, we really appreciated its unique business model and transparency. The tasting event they held for us to try the catering menu was also such a cherry on top, and felt like another addition to our special season of festivities. We loved our day so much and wouldnât have changed a thing!

Circle oaks was our last stop when wedding venue hunting in San Diego/Temecula area, and as soon as we got there there was a magic about this venue! Kendra and the Circle Oaks team was what really made this experience so magical though. People kept asking me how wedding planning was going, and my response was always âgreat, my venue and vendors are amazing!â. This is the most well organized operation I had seen in the whole wedding planning process. The inclusive package and pricing are all very transparent. We enjoyed that we also had some flexibility with other vendors, such as florist and photographers. Every email we had was answered so quickly and professionally, even if we had lots of questions about certain things! The final planning meeting was so thorough, and we seriously were amazed at how well thought out everything was! Circle Oaks also made sure all of our vendors were on the same page as well, which was so helpful! Fast forward to the wedding day, I was amazed at how well we were taken care of! My older guests were so appreciative of the golf cart access. We received so many compliments on the greenery and pristine grounds. The food was amazing and the whole night was so magical. Anytime we needed something, the team was so helpful. Ron and Jen are so generous and warm-welcoming. The decorations were all packed up so nicely and we didnât have to worry at all. I 100% recommend Circle Oaks Ranch and have nothing but amazing things to say!!

My husband and I LOVED Circle Oak Ranch - the staff and venue were absolutely phenomenal and we are so thankful we selected them for our wedding day!! We knew we wanted an Outdoor Wedding and when we stumbled across Circle Oak Ranch, we fell in love with a photo of the reception area at night under the String Lights. Photos donât do the beauty of the venue enough justice, it is so secluded and absolutely gorgeous. All of our wedding guests keep raving about how beautiful the venue was, but most importantly how incredible the staff was and how focused they were on the wedding guest experience. Jennifer, Chelsea, and Kendra and all of the Circle Oak Staff were so attentive, responsive, and so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process and made the actual wedding day go so seamlessly. When we first toured the venue we were so impressed when they walked us through all of the details and how organized everything was. Having the DJ, Catering, and Bartenders included in the Wedding Package made everything way easier because they had such a well established working relationship and helped bring everything together. Circle Oak does a Tasting Day well in advance of your wedding day and it allows you the perfect opportunity to feel like youâre attending a wedding there and get to meet other couples, recommended vendors, and try all of the amazing food!! I have anxiety so I was a little nervous to start the wedding planning process and was afraid the day of the wedding I wouldnât be able to enjoy everything because I would be caught up in the details. Having Chelsea as our wedding coordinator was seriously a dream!! She took care of absolutely everything and we knew we were in amazing hands. She kept things moving and on schedule and was focused on making sure everything came together. Chelsea and the entire staff were so catered to making sure my husband and I could just enjoy our special day with our family and friends and soak it all in. Circle Oak Ranch and their entire team are phenomenal. We planned this wedding almost entirely abroad and in nine months and I truly believe it wasn't stressful because of Kendra, our COR coordinator, along with Jennifer and Chelsea. No detail was overlooked and every question I had was answered often within minutes. What makes this venue so special is they care about your wedding day as much as you do. Every guest commented on how well organized and ran the wedding was and it all points back to the COR team. The day of was so peaceful and Kendra and the Circle Oak Team handled everything to make sure we enjoyed our day (also, they are some of the kindest people ever). I cannot recommend enough and I will forever be grateful for the experience we had at Circle Oak Ranch.

Circle Oak Ranch and their entire team are phenomenal. The ceremony tree is what sold my husband and I on the venue immediately upon walking in â it makes the ceremony space feel so romantic and intimate. The progression to the cocktail hour and on to the reception made the whole event flow so smoothly, and so many of our guests commented on how incredible the space looked and felt. The 'top of the hill' location is SO beautiful at golden hour, and creates the backdrop for some of the most unique and special portraits.But above all, the Circle Oak TEAM is unbeatable. I worked closely with Kendra and Jennifer leading up to our wedding day, and they quickly answered and addressed any question or concern I had. They are so prompt, organized, enthusiastic and encouraging â they made me feel so calm and prepared leading up to and on the wedding day. So grateful to this team and this venue for our perfect day!

Jennifer, Kendra, Chelsea, and the whole Circle Oak Team are an absolute pleasure to work with. If you are considering having your wedding here, just go ahead and book now! I feel so incredibly lucky to have had our wedding here. This team knows their stuff when it comes to weddings; they were super on top of coordination with all our vendors and creating a timeline for the day, and they made our wedding day (and the months leading up to it) as stress-free as possible for us. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous; we got married in November and couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. The ceremony/cocktail/reception areas are all just perfect, and there's even a special spot on the mountain where they sneak couples away for pictures at sunset...an absolute dream! All of our guests keep complimenting us on our wedding and saying it was one of the best weddings they've ever been to, and I can honestly say that a lot of that credit is due to Circle Oak. This place will always have a special place in our hearts, and we really can't thank this team enough for what an incredible job they did.

The grounds are stunning and you really feel like you are in your own world and like it is truly YOUR day. Above all else, Jennifer and her team are what make this place so special. Their expertise put us at ease throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer questions and offer guidance. On the day of our wedding, Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect and as stress-free as possible. She was kind, patient, and poised throughout the entire day. It was the most perfect day for my husband and me and many of our guests shared that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We were first drawn to how beautiful the venue is, but what confirmed our decision to have our wedding at COR was working with Jennifer. She is awesome, very kind, and easy to work with. She obviously leads by example as working with her team, Kendra & Chelsea, was just as easy! All three of them were very helpful throughout the planning process, our emails were always answered quickly, they were so accommodating when we had to postpone our wedding, and they were there for everything we needed on our wedding day, which couldn't have gone any smoother. Our wedding at Circle Oak Ranch was more beautiful than we could have imagined, and we received so many comments from our guests on how beautiful and magical Circle Oak Ranch is. So if you want to also have a beautiful wedding and work with a dream team, you should definitely have your wedding at Circle Oak Ranch! Thank you to the Circle Oak team for everything!!!

I do not even know where to begin! Jennifer and the entire Circle Oak Ranch team were truly amazing to work with. Not only is this an absolutely stunning property, but the team is why COR stands apart from the rest. My husband and I looked at quite a bit of venues before we settled down because at every venue there was just something missing. Right from the first moment, we met Jennifer, we knew that this is the place we want to get married. We always joke around saying that we picked COR solely because of Jennifer. The entire planning process was not only stress-free but it was actually fun! Jennifer and her team (Chelsea and Kendra), were extremely easy to work with and ensured that everything we envisioned came to life. They responded to every email by the end of the day, and always made me feel important. The day of the wedding was literally perfect. Everything ran so smoothly. I received so many compliments afterward about how perfect the day was and how beautiful the venue was. I cannot say enough good things about COR. Do yourself a favor and get married here!

I do not even know where to begin! Jennifer and the entire Circle Oak Ranch team were truly amazing to work with. Not only is this an absolutely stunning property, but the team is why COR stands apart from the rest. My husband and I looked at quite a bit of venues before we settled down because at every venue there was just something missing. Right from the first moment, we met Jennifer, we knew that this is the place we want to get married. We always joke around saying that we picked COR solely because of Jennifer. The entire planning process was not only stress-free but it was actually fun! Jennifer and her team (Chelsea and Kendra), were extremely easy to work with and ensured that everything we envisioned came to life. They responded to every email by the end of the day, and always made me feel important. The day of the wedding was literally perfect. Everything ran so smoothly. I received so many compliments afterward about how perfect the day was and how beautiful the venue was. I cannot say enough good things about COR. Do yourself a favor and get married here!

Jennifer was our day of coordinator and she made sure to check in on us, was there with anything we needed (literally anything!), and made sure we were fed and our drinks were filled the entire time. Kendra is also a bustle QUEEN. I had a custom 9-point bustle and she knew how to bustle it and had my dress bustled to get into without even me showing her the video on how to do it! And Ron the man! He made sure to be there with his truck or golf cart for transport every time. Honestly, these people are top notch and KNOW how to do weddings. They were one step ahead every time and every need was anticipated and met.I cannot say enough good things about Circle Oak Ranch. The hubs and I are so glad we chose Jennifer and her team. We have immense love nd gratitude for them and our only wish is for one of our friends/family to get married there so we can see them again and experience their magic from a guestâs perspective! The first day we toured the property with Kendra, we were certain that this team paired with the breathtaking grounds could bring our dream wedding into reality! It was obvious that the owners spend ongoing efforts to keep the ranch well cared for, and that extended into included perks such as separate grooms and bridal suites, easily accessible bathrooms, golf-cart transport, plenty of parking, and all the amenities that create a comfortable outdoor wedding for you and your guests. It meant less sleepless nights knowing that Kendra and Jen were there to answer any question, anticipate planning needs along the way, and keep organized in prep for the big day. Everyone we worked with was very genuine and approachable! If you're a bride (and/or groom!) who is looking for a seamless experience planning your wedding and then *BONUS*, actually loving every minute of your big day - this is the place! Our wedding was this past fall of 2021 and despite being in the middle of a pandemic, our guests felt so safe and we still hear from so many of them how ours was their favorite wedding they've ever been to! Without Kendra, Jen, Ron, and the vendors (especially the ones recommended to us by the venue itself), we may not be able to remember those candid moments every couple deserves to have at their wedding day. I don't think we'll have an anniversary go by where we won't wish we could go back and re-live that evening all over again - it was a dream!

She was so flexible with all of our changes due to our military requirements and made us feel like we were her only wedding even though this beautiful ranch is pretty much booked for double hitters every weekend! You will feel like every detail is covered, the stress removed and be able to enjoy the day because of Jennifer (aside from your crazy family she cant help that :) but she tries!!) and she does this all effortlessly. Her attention to detail is impeccable, the timing of everything is seamless, and the property is maintained beautifully thanks to her super star husband Ron and his team! This place is a dream, you really have to soak it all in. I truly treasured every moment of going out for planning, rehearsal and our special day. I love the inclusive package they offer, the food/drink, the DJ and photobooth - AMAZING you will not find this in SOCAL! Everything you want and more is possible at this venue. *Long review ahead!*My husband and I got married here this October in 2020! Planning a wedding during a pandemic has been nothing short of easy but Jennifer, Kendra and Ron and the rest of their team made it so easy. They were so supportive during the process and they made sure that we were able to have as normal of a wedding as possible while still being cautious and following California's strict guides (or you can have it as strict as you want). Not enough words can describe how incredible the process was to have the most stunning wedding all of our guests have been to. This venue has INSANE oak trees that make your mouth drop. My husband and I knew immediately that this venue is where we wanted to start our marriage and our guests couldn't agree more. It is all outdoors, but fear not for weather because Jennifer has a back-up plan :)Jennifer has yearly vendor meet-and-greets and has teamed up with the BEST vendors out there to help making planning a BREEZE (including her neighbor who teamed up with this venue for a Bridal Air-BnB on a lake....STUNNING!! *Long review ahead!*My husband and I got married here this October in 2020! Planning a wedding during a pandemic has been nothing short of easy but Jennifer, Kendra and Ron and the rest of their team made it so easy. They were so supportive during the process and they made sure that we were able to have as normal of a wedding as possible while still being cautious and following California's strict guides (or you can have it as strict as you want). Not enough words can describe how incredible the process was to have the most stunning wedding all of our guests have been to. This venue has INSANE oak trees that make your mouth drop. My husband and I knew immediately that this venue is where we wanted to start our marriage and our guests couldn't agree more. It is all outdoors, but fear not for weather because Jennifer has a back-up plan :)Jennifer has yearly vendor meet-and-greets and has teamed up with the BEST vendors out there to help making planning a BREEZE (including her neighbor who teamed up with this venue for a Bridal Air-BnB on a lake....STUNNING!! The timeline and coordination on the day of the wedding was error free and perfect. We got married at Circle Oak Ranch is past September and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The owners, Ron and Jennifer, were the absolute best to work with and somehow made us feel as if our wedding was the only wedding they had going on all season! I never felt like just another bride to them. Jennifer made everything easy for me and was quick to respond to my emails and answer all my questions. You can tell that Ron and Jennifer take pride in their business and making each couple feel like their a priority. Their property is unmatched with the ceremony being under a huge Oak Tree, then an easy transition to cocktail hour in the middle of the property and then up to the reception area which is under more beautiful trees. They also have a location up a hill they take the bride and groom to for photos where you get a beautiful view of the hills. Since this is a private property located between residences, the only people at your wedding are your guests. You don't have to worry about anyone random watching your wedding or being in the way for any reason. We are so thankful we came across this venue and that Circle Oak Ranch provided us our dream wedding. Circle Oak Ranch is the gem of Fallbrook! First of all they have an amazing oak tree that you can get married under that is huge.
