Experience Oklahoma's Most Unique Wedding Venue!
Clauren Ridge offers a Full-Service Wedding Package that allows you to concentrate on your wedding and all that you dream it will be. Rustic yet elegant, our beautiful Vineyard Weddings and indoor Winery Receptions are the ultimate in style, service, and affordability! Our package is VERY inclusive, and designed to help you relax. Temperature controlled, you and your guests stay cool or warm so that everyone is happy and comfortable. We can even bring your Ceremony inside in the event of cold or inclement weather. In addition to all of our amenities, we have many house items that we can set up for you, including beautiful house flowers done in your colors and free of charge! Use as many as you like or none at all. If you are using all of our items, everything is set up and beautifully decorated for you, and you would only need a Minister, Photographer, DJ (or you can bring a speaker and have someone play your music), Cake, Reception food, and a Guestbook. A Full Staff, Bartenders, and a stocked bar come with the package as well and we also include a free Social Hour with wine tastings (for those who want to taste particular wine) after the Ceremony during your pictures so that your guests are being entertained during this time before the Reception. Our china, plate chargers, linens, Chiavari chairs, etc...add a special touch! Let us do all the work and help to make your day everything that you have envisioned...

She kept up with all that needed to be done and kept the our wedding flowing. The house flowers were absolutely perfect. The venue is beautiful with both an inside and outside option for whatever the weather does. The staff is so helpful and nice. Cherry on top, the wine is delicious.

Clauren Ridge was the perfect venue for our my daughter's wedding. The flexibility to move the ceremony indoors to escape the 104 degree heat was a lifesaver. Morgan, Lauren and the entire staff were very accommodating at every turn with Lauren even helping to salvage a cake that didn't agree with the heat. The venue was large enough to not feel crowded, yet maintained an intimate atmosphere. I cannot recommend it enough! First rate and completely stress-free!

Clauren Ridge was the best place I could have chosen for my wedding. It was truly perfect! Kim and her staff are just the best and they help with everything. I had a very small, intimate wedding with only about 20 guests. I had wanted to have it outside but due to forecasted weather I decided that morning to have it indoors. It turned out just as beautiful though. I didn't really have to think of anything as Kim and her staff handled so much and even thought of things I wouldn't have. I loved not having to worry about setup or cleanup or what tablecloths I should have. This is the best place for those who don't want to think about all the wedding details. The setting was beautiful, the staff was so friendly (Lauren was especially awesome!), the drinks were great and everyone had a great time. Everything went so smoothly and my husband and I had a blast. If you want an easy wedding that you can truly just enjoy I highly recommend you choose Clauren Ridge as your venue and Serendipity Nuptials for your officiant (and DJ if you can afford to) and The Photo Poet as your photographer. They all worked wonderfully together and I couldn't have asked for a better night. Thank you Kim and staff for creating such a wonderful night! I look forward to celebrating anniversaries there in the future :)

My new hubby and I booked Clauren Ridge for our wedding earlier this year, and just had our wedding on 10.9.22. The venue coordinator, Kim, worked with us from the very beginning. They are a very inclusive venue, so they provide flowers, linens, tableware, and things of that sort. But the staff is also very helpful in making sure your items are how you want them if you customize. Kim acts as a sort of day-of coordinator if you book them, and she has staff on hand to help. They're particular about what you can and can't do at the venue, but it's lovely, they provide a lot, and Kim is always helpful and genuinely cares. We got tons of compliments!

Picking out a wedding venue was hard so many different types in Oklahoma but when I saw a vineyard in Oklahoma I couldn’t say no to touring it for my wedding day. Kim is extremely kind and professional she does so much and always available by phone. The venue is so different then a lot of wedding venues and that’s why we picked it! The waitstaff was fantastic. We haven’t received all of our pictures but I know they will turn out great with the picture perfect venue. I am a hairstylist so if I can give any advice to a future bride here is to bring maybe a couple extra mirrors and a ring light into the bridal suite, it was no big deal but 6 girls and 1 mirror might be a problem for other brides! Other than that tiny little thing, I can’t say enough good things about Clauren Ridge. It was a perfect day!

I cannot thank Kim and her staff enough for how helpful they were in making our wedding reception run smoothly and look gorgeous. The decorations and flowers they have in house are beautiful, and easy since her staff sets it up! We were having a no-frills reception just to celebrate, so it was perfect. And the house wine was divine!! Kim's staff handled things I had never even thought of (like the leftover cocktail hour snacks getting moved to the dinner buffet table), and when I spilled wine on my dress, Kim helped clean it off right before my dance! She made me and my husband feel so cared for. Their kindness and assistance are so incredibly appreciated, and made our reception about as stress-free as it can get! I highly recommend Clauren Ridge (and their sweet wines)!A few details about the venue:There is one getting-ready room, and it's about a 10'x10' space. It served as a good spot to get changed, do my makeup, and store bags during the day. Any more than 6 people in the space would be a bit crowded. We had 4 people doing makeup at once and it was fine.The venue has a downstairs wine cellar / reception space / dining space, and an upstairs bar / patio / receiving space. There are two bathrooms in the upstairs area, one men's one women's. There is a handicap accessible entrance to the downstairs area going from the outside, but would require staff assistance to open the large doors.The reception space does not have a built in sound system, so any DJ would need to bring all their own equipment.Downstairs easily fit our group of about 50 guests.That pergola, patio, and the string lights really are that beautiful and were my favorite parts of the venue!Again, I highly recommend Clauren Ridge!!

Kim and her staff at Clauren Ridge are easily the best wedding vendors I've ever worked with, and the venue is nothing short of breathtaking. We've hosted two events with them now, an elopement and a vow renewal, and both have gone flawlessly. My daughter and I recently hosted a bridal shower at Clauren Ridge and we could not have pictured anything more beautiful! When we got our first look of the downstairs wine cave, we both almost burst into tears, everything was simply gorgeous! Kim and her staff took care of everything: set-up, food, flowers, clean-up… that was huge because neither my daughter nor I live in Oklahoma. Melissa, who took care of us during the shower, was so amazing! She was always nearby checking on us and taking care of things before we even knew they needed to be taken care of! Everyone kept talking about how wonderful everything was, especially the bride-to-be and her mom! We absolutely loved everything about the day, especially the wine slushies!! What an amazing experience!

My wedding was stress and hassle free (or as much as it could be) thanks in large part to Clauren Ridge, a beautiful spot we found quite by accident. When I first toured with my fiance, we knew we had to snatch it up. The scenery is gorgeous, the reception area under the vineyard is close and convenient and so romantic, and the wine is FABULOUS. Most of all, though, is the excellent service provided by Kim Ingmire and her staff. They are thoughtful, attentive, and devoted to making this the happiest and easiest day I could have asked for. All my wishes were met, exceeded, and it was just a gorgeous day. Clauren Ridge is all inclusive (that is a HUGE PLUS) aside from the major vendors (photographer/videographer, entertainment, cake, caterer, and officiant) which means I didn't have to pick out chairs, linens, runners, decorations, flowers (there are beautiful silk flower arrangements I had access to so the only florist I required was for my bouquet), silverware, bartenders/liquor distributors, any of it! I have so many friends who are getting married and their weddings are so much harder than mine ever was because of Kim and her attention to detail and the breadth of her knowledge about wedding, events, and vendors in the area. She was transparent, communicative, attentive, and though she practically does five of these a week - she acted like \"my special day\" as it has now been dubbed was the most important thing to her. Anytime I had a snag, she told me just who to talk to and where to go and it worked out beautifully. It's been a week and I still am wracking my brain to think of ways it could have gone better, coming up with none! If you have ANY HESITATIONS whatsoever about this venue, just visit it and talk to Kim and you will have no doubts that this is the best place to get married in OKLAHOMA.

My wedding was stress and hassle free (or as much as it could be) thanks in large part to Clauren Ridge, a beautiful spot we found quite by accident. When I first toured with my fiance, we knew we had to snatch it up. The scenery is gorgeous, the reception area under the vineyard is close and convenient and so romantic, and the wine is FABULOUS. Most of all, though, is the excellent service provided by Kim Ingmire and her staff. They are thoughtful, attentive, and devoted to making this the happiest and easiest day I could have asked for. All my wishes were met, exceeded, and it was just a gorgeous day. Clauren Ridge is all inclusive (that is a HUGE PLUS) aside from the major vendors (photographer/videographer, entertainment, cake, caterer, and officiant) which means I didn't have to pick out chairs, linens, runners, decorations, flowers (there are beautiful silk flower arrangements I had access to so the only florist I required was for my bouquet), silverware, bartenders/liquor distributors, any of it! I can’t rave enough about Kim And her staff. Even if you aren’t getting married, go check out the wine and wine slushies! They are phenomenal! I cannot express how great it was to work with the staff at Clauren ridge and have our wedding there. Kim was so great. She made it really easy for me to plan my wedding. We had an issue with a whole bus full of late guests and she was very calm and made me feel like it was ok and not even an issue. My maid of honor left her speech in the hotel room and Amanda was so kind to print off a copy of her speech that she had on her phone. With people coming from the wine country of northern Michigan, I wasn't sure if everybody would enjoy the wine. Of course they did and I don't know why I questioned it. Quite a few of my guests purchased wine to take back home with them! If I had to redo my wedding day, I still would have chosen Clauren Ridge as my venue.

Clauren Ridge was everything I expected to have in a wedding/reception venue and more! I had always thought it would be cool to get married at a vineyard, and Clauren Ridge is gorgeous! Fortunately, the weather cooperated for us, but even if mother nature is not on your side, you have the option to get married in the cellar (where the reception is located) and it would still be a pretty neat venue. And best of all... it's very affordable! I probably would have paid what we did just to have a cool vineyard venue, but to make things even better, Kim and the staff really take care of you. So many things are included in the price (just go to their website and see for yourself) that you don't have to do as much planning as you would for other places. I was also so impressed at how well the staff took care of us and our guests on our day. They are trained well and have a great system down, and I felt a huge reason the day seemed to go so smoothly was because of them!The only \"downside\" is that they limit you to 125 guests, so if you are dead-set on a large wedding this would not be a good fit for you. We wanted a smaller wedding, so this was not an issue for us. And if that sounds like a good size for you as well, I highly recommend Clauren Ridge!

I found Clauren ridge by googling vineyards in Oklahoma. I was surprised to know that I had one so close to me. We scheduled a time to go tour several venues and we couldn't ever decide on one - it always seemed like something was missing. Clauren Ridge was our last stop, and we immediately knew it was the place for us. Kim is so organized and really makes you feel at ease from the get go. The other HUGE plus is that you get to choose all of your own vendors. That alone helped us save thousands of dollars that we would of had to spend if we would have chosen a different venue. Many venues require you to use their \"preferred\" vendors. Clauren ridge does provide you with a useful list of people they've worked with before, but by no means require you to use them. \r\rThis venue is great on its own, but if you want to make it even better - hire Borrowed Charm for decor rentals and styling. Borrowed Charm made Clauren Ridge even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. \r\rAlso, let's talk about the WINE! Everyone was surprised that the wine was so good! they have this delicious watermelon peach wine that literally tastes like snapple with alcohol. \r\rIf you're considering Clauren ridge, go take a tour and do a wine tasting. I'm certain that after that you will see how great the place is. You'll want to take all of your friends and family before your big day, just to show it off. \r\rWe can't wait to go back for wine tastings in the future and to reminisce about our special day.

I found Clauren ridge by googling vineyards in Oklahoma. I was surprised to know that I had one so close to me. We scheduled a time to go tour several venues and we couldn't ever decide on one - it always seemed like something was missing. Clauren Ridge was our last stop, and we immediately knew it was the place for us. Kim is so organized and really makes you feel at ease from the get go. Couldn't have picked a better venue! I'm not the best at planning or coordinating and Kim and Kris took care of everything! We didn't do a DJ for the reception and they coordinated playing our Cd's. The inside is gorgeous and they take care of all inside decor. Venue required very little decorating which was perfect for me! Kim and Kris & staff checked on us periodically throughout. Kris is awesome with getting the crowd to participate (dance, scream, etc). The absolute best people!

We had our wedding at Clauren Ridge on December 13th and it was everything I could have imagined! We chose to have our ceremony indoors and it was so intimate and perfect. We then had our reception, and Kim and her staff were so great and accommodating for us! The servers were always making sure my husband and I were taken care of with plenty to drink and eat! Kim and Kris made sure that I had nothing to worry about..they truly went above and beyond! I would recommend Clauren Ridge to anyone!

Kim and Kris were so helpful leading up to the event and the execution of the wedding day was flawless. We had many complements from our guests of the beautiful venue. There were several instances during the reception where the staff came up to my husband and I both asking if we needed anything. They danced with us, helped get the guests dancing, and even brought us water to the dance floor between songs! \rIf you are looking for a unique and wonderful wedding experience, this place is for you! You will not regret it one bit! I am excited to do some other events at this venue! Job well done Clauren Ridge!

Kim and her staff did a phenomenal job in making our wedding day absolutely perfect! \r\rWe wanted a different and elegant experience for our wedding and found it at Clauren Ridge. Kim was awesome to work with from the moment we met! She took the time to answer any of our questions we had regarding the process. We used several vendor's that she recommended and were quite thankful as we had no idea where to even start. Also, we liked the fact that Kim could move the wedding activities indoors if the weather did not cooperate.\r\rWe enjoyed showing our family and friends the venue months before the wedding and sampled the delicious wines that are offered during the wine tasting's that they have on the weekends. \r\rWhen I walked in on my wedding day, I did not have to worry about a thing as Kim and her staff had all the details covered which allowed for a stress free and fun evening. Kim Ingmire (Owner) My name is Kim Ingmire and I am the Owner and Venue Coordinator of Clauren Ridge Vineyard and Winery in Edmond, OK. My husband and I have lived in Edmond for the past twenty one years and have raised two incredible children. Opening the winery in 2012, and I am honored to have hosted hundreds of weddings here! I am very detailed and have a passion for helping couples visualize every aspect of their venue planning from decorations to timeline. I would love the opportunity to show you around, discuss our wonderful package, and let you taste some of our 12 delicious and award-winning wines.
