Enjoy unrivaled photo opportunities both inside and outside the event center, make use of the classic double staircase for dramatic entries, and dance the night away using the state-of-the-art sound system and dimming lights. Convenient location with ample, free on-site parking for guests. Includes black Chiavari chairs and tables, a bridal suite, a dedicated restroom for bridal party, a groomsman prep room, and 8 individual restrooms. Clearwater Place was the perfect venue for our wedding. They had it all, from phenomenal staff, catering (included), and facilities. The brides favorite being the spacious and well-lit bridal suite. The chic, industrial layout, with fun string-lighting throughout, allowed us to get away with using minimal decor. We were able to do our pictures right outside the venue, as it was beautifully landscaped and provided lots of great portrait opportunities. Overall, we could not have asked for better! They truly make you feel like a VIP throughout the weekend and their top-notch events team helps ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Specifically, Gilmore Catering's (included) planner - Sheena. She went above and beyond for us. It's definitely well-worth the investment for a beautiful, love-filled weekend!

My husband and I got married here about a month ago now. I cannot say enough BLISSFUL things about this place. It was truly the best day of my life. First off, I had no idea when my husband and I booked here that we would receive a complimentary coordinator with our package (in regard to venue and food). Our coordinator was Sheena. She was the absolute bomb.com. What I admired most about working with Sheena is her calm presence in nature. It is no doubt that planning a wedding can be a very stressful time but working with Sheena took a lot of that away. Her persona had such a calm vibe to it that she could relax even the tensest human being just by talking. I could tell that she was born for this role because she continues to keep her brides in a relaxed state of mind. She went beyond measures to accommodate my \"personalized\" requests :). She always prioritized my husband and I all while managing the day-of chaos that inevitably ensues. My guests were raving about how beautiful the venue was!! If you are debating on booking here, DO IT!! Don't \"check out just one more\"-- book it now!!!!!! They even allow REAL CANDLES!! The warm walls, tall ceilings, and natural lighting were the perfect combination for the most tasteful night a bride could imagine. Say goodbye to thinking you have to suffer and use the cheap, plastic, dimly lit FAKE candles. My guests also admired the simplicity of this venue. No driving to another location, no worrying about how to get your car home that night, no worrying about parking-- this venue has it all!!I am so happy I chose this venue; I could not have been any more satisfied. HUGE THANK YOU to Sheena, CPE, and Gilmore catering for making my dream wedding a reality!!!

Clearwater is absolutely beautiful. We were so lucky to book them for our big day. They partner with Gilmore Catering for food and it was phenomenal. We loved our food and our guests raved about it! Sheena from Gilmore ensured the venue was perfect. Thank you for hosting our big day!

Such a beautiful wedding venue. We had our ceremony and reception there. They have both a bridal suite and groomsmen suite on site so we were able to get ready there. The staff was wonderful to work with and made sure every detail was perfect for our big day.

I am so glad we went with Clearwater Place for our ceremony and reception! It is gorgeous, inside and out. The bridal suite is amazing and made it so easy to get ready and freshen up in between events. I loved being able to have our reception all set and ready to go at the same time as our ceremony so we did not have to make our guests leave in between for a reset. Charlie from Gilmore Catering was amazing. He answered all our questions, helped us get everything planned and set up, and helped the evening flow perfectly. We cannot say enough good things about this venue!

Yes! A million times yes. The Clearwater Place is such a gorgeous venue with interior and exterior character. They are absolutely wonderful to work with and helped make our day absolutely perfect. Not to mention, the bridal suite is TO DIE FOR!

We loved Clearwater Place for our wedding reception! It is the coolest building and the renovations are very well done. We had about 170 guests - I was worried that the space would feel too large, but it ended up being perfect because we had an area for dinner, a separate cocktail hour, and a great quieter area where our family with small children could play and not be in the middle of the dance floor. My only complaint is that it was very hot that night and we had no one to contact to have the AC turned up. The controls were in a locked room that the caterer didn't have keys to. Otherwise, beautiful location inside and out!

Clearwater Place is absolutely beautiful! Our wedding ceremony took place at City Life Church, downtown Grand Rapids, and Clearwater was the perfect location to host our reception, it kept everything close together which was our goal. After we booked our reception date, Clearwater Place still had some renovations planned, and we fell in love even before the latest updates. When we first saw the venue, we were in love with the look, tall ceilings, large open layout, and gorgeous red brick exterior, but even the minor renovations really added a bonus! The coordinators at Clearwater Place were wonderful to work with and made planning the wedding of our dreams a breeze. This venue is fairly new, but I would recommend this venue for any events, conferences, large meetings, weddings, parties, etc. We had a lovely experience - go check them out!
