Imagine a place where rustic marries elegance. Welcome to Club Lake. Located in the stunning countryside of Apopka, FL, Club Lake is a wedding venue set across 43 acres of natural bliss. The property has two lakes and is surrounded by Live Oaks and beautiful landscape. Our rustic outdoor venue with a fully air conditioned reception space provides an unforgettable setting for weddings or any special event. The quaint town of Apopka, just north of Orlando, is home to Randy and Carol Suggs, owners of Club Lake. Having hosted a friend’s wedding on their property, the pair decided to open the haven up to other couples looking to celebrate their big day in the luscious green Floridian countryside. The Suggs hospitality knows no limits, and paying attention to every detail, they strive to create the perfect atmosphere for you and your guests. At Club Lake, simplicity is a priority, both in the scenic environment, and in the planning. With different packages to offer, you can choose what is best for your wedding day. The venue has multiple areas available to guests, including the ceremony space, air conditioned reception hall, a secret garden, the Whiskey River Bar, and the lakeside gazebo for cocktail hour. You can relish in every moment, even before the ceremony begins, in the get-ready suites. With a list of trusted, preferred vendors to choose from, couples can plan every part of their day with ease. Tables, Chiavari chairs, and linens, glassware, flatware, and china are all provided, along with setup and clean up. The venue provides sound and lighting for the ceremony and reception, and your guests will be looked after by the on-site servers. With plenty of space for parking, you and your guests can relax and enjoy total convenience in this stunning landscape.

If we could give Club Lake Wedding Venue more than five stars we would! We fell in love with the venue from the moment we stepped foot on property, and we were ready to sign before we left. Natalie was incredible from start to finish and her communication throughout the contracting process was seamless. All the vendors that we had to choose from within the terms of our contract were also incredible, which gave us an even higher level of confidence in the team at Club Lake and first-hand experience of the high level of quality they expect from those they work with. Natalie accommodated every request we had along the way, including a handful of visits to bring family to see the space once we booked.The ability to choose much of our decor directly from the in-house inventory was incredible, and it made it so straightforward to work through this same team to incorporate those pieces into our day. Kayla was a delight to work with in securing these items and she was incredibly patient through every adjustment we requested.We received such positive feedback on this venue from so many of our wedding guests and it was the perfect location to accommodate multiple external vendors, including our photo bus and an ice cream truck. It was so wonderful to have the ceremony, the cocktail hour and the reception all in one spot. Not to mention that the ceremony venue in particular is stunning in EVERY PHOTO taken that day.As a two-bride couple, we felt extremely supported from start to finish which was a top priority for us in choosing a venue. We cannot say enough about how much we loved Club Lake and the entire team here!!

Where do I start! We originally said no to getting married in Florida, and this venue came to us by recommendation never thinking this would be it. I contacted the venue and booked a tour with Natalie. From the minute we drove up the driveway we knew that day this is it! It is absolutely DREAMY. It’s some thing you never imagine exists in North Florida. The property is so well kept and the staff is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Any question I had they answered and anything I needed help with they did with a smile on their face. Clara is an absolute doll and angel. She made sure everything and everyone was on point and the day went so smooth. Kayla was such a tremendous help and super patient as well. I even got to speak and meet the owner which felt so personable. I never stressed because I knew I was in good hands. Even with a little bit of rain on the wedding day it went so smooth. Every time I was in the area I went by the property and come the day of the wedding I still had the same feeling as when I first toured it. Look no further!

Our experience at this venue was surreal. From every step of the way whether it was the walkthrough rehearsal, the vendors utilized by this organization, or the layout; my wife and I could not have asked for more. They will accommodate your specific dreams and accommodations without hesitation. I would recommend for any couple 10/10.

My husband and I both agree that our wedding was one of the best days of our lives. I actually cried at the end of the night when it was all over because I didn’t want the best day to end. What made a contributing factor to this perfect day was without a doubt the venue at Club Lake Plantation. When we first came to visit the venue we, especially my husband, fell in love with the venue from the moment we drove in. From our first meeting with Natalie to our wedding about a year and a half later, everything involving Club lake exceeded our expectations. Being the extremely type A and over organized person I am, sometimes I struggle to make decisions when I have too many options. This is one thing that I really enjoyed about club lake and its preferred vendors. It really made the decision making process so much easier for my husband and I, and eliminated the need to go to certain high and low for the best vendors. Every single one of the preferred vendor From Clublake were incredible- the florist (inBloom) the dj (xclusivedeejays) the catering (Pisces rising) and of course Bella esposa. Beyond the picturesque and beautiful greenery of the venue, our top two favorite things were #1 the catering from pieces rising and #2 (for me the bride) having Bella Esposa And Hayden help to make it all happen. Anyone that knows me knows that food is the most important thing. From the tasting at Pisces in mount dora to the actual food served at the venue we heard nothing but raving reviews. My biggest fear was having people say the food was not good at Monica and Jeff’s wedding… But thankfully and as expected the exact opposite happened. Next, Hayden was beyond helpful. I was not even stressed a single bit on the wedding day, knowing that everything was in her hands and she knows what she’s doing. Hayden and her team made the process so seamless and she was so easy to work with. She was happy to go out of her way for us to make everything happen. I am forever grateful for her help. All of our guests on the wedding day and continuing as of date, keep commenting on how beautiful the venue space was. Club lake is an extraordinary and magical place already but the weather on March 11th made it that much more special for us. Kayla at Club lake personally met with us to go over all the Decor for the wedding and accommodated all my changes and questions. We really appreciated being able to rent certain Decor for the wedding so we would not end up with 1 million things we would never use again. Also, the lounge area and the couches were a big hit, and I believe they were sat in the entire night!! If we could relive March 11, every day we would. Everyone at the venue and all the vendors truly did the best job and we are so thankful. -Monica and Jeff Smyth

Instantly after visiting CLP with my now husband, I knew in my heart thats where we would say our “I do’s”. We originally choose CLP because of the natural beauty of the venue and the all inclusive packages offered, but in the end it’s the wonder family oriented team that Club Lake has that will forever stay with us.It rained on our wedding day, so we had to move the ceremony to the reception hall. The team at Club Lake did their utmost best to still capture our vision and make our day one to remember forevermore. They helped us embrace all of the last minute changes and enjoy our evening with our guests. Our guests can’t stop raving about how beautiful the ceremony was and that you would have never known it was suppose to be held outside. If your looking for a family oriented venue to work with and amazing preferred vendors, your search is over! Everyone we worked with were very professional and responded to our emails in a timely manner! You won’t regret choosing this venue for your wedding day!

We had a wonderful experience with Club Lake and its preferred vendors. Our wedding in February 2023 was magical! Natalie and Kayla were amazing to work with. They both, along with Julie at Bella Sposa, really brought our vision to life! In Bloom knocked our floral out of the park. The food from Pisces Rising was some of the best wedding food we’ve ever had and our DJ was great too! Our guests raved about the venue and overall celebration. We can't say enough about this stunning venue and awesome team!

We had a wonderful experience with Club Lake and its preferred vendors. Our wedding in February 2023 was magical! Natalie and Kayla were amazing to work with. They both, along with Julie at Bella Sposa, really brought our vision to life! In Bloom knocked our floral out of the park. The food from Pisces Rising was some of the best wedding food we’ve ever had and our DJ was great too! Our guests raved about the venue and overall celebration. We can't say enough about this stunning venue and awesome team!

We just got married here and I can’t recommend it enough. We toured numerous venues & were ready to give up when we found CLP.. Great location, beautiful property, outside ceremony area, plenty of parking, & beautiful view. It was my dream venue and I’m in love with it. Owners, & all of the staff were amazing & so helpful the entire way through. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you.

We just got married here and I can’t recommend it enough. We toured numerous venues & were ready to give up when we found CLP.. Great location, beautiful property, outside ceremony area, plenty of parking, & beautiful view. It was my dream venue and I’m in love with it. Owners, & all of the staff were amazing & so helpful the entire way through. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you.

Clublake is a beautiful outdoor venue! Their packages made the planning process easier and more affordable. Our only notes were to get tarps for the pews to keep them dry in the event of rain and the Butler service was surprise cost and the service was more consistent with a bartender than a butler, and that was not communicated to us.

Club Lake was an absolute dream of a venue. We wanted to get married out of Florida because we wanted an outdoor venue with a ceremony backdrop with beautiful trees, nature, etc and didn’t think we could find it near home. Boy were we wrong. Club Lake was the first and only place we visited. Both my husband and I fell in love with it instantly and knew it was the one! Natalie made the process so smooth and easy. They provide great options for a bride planning their own wedding and I couldn’t have been happier! It was a perfect day and let me tell you your wedding photos will be absolutely beautiful there. I am obsessed!

We wanted to get married out of Florida because we wanted an outdoor venue with a ceremony backdrop with beautiful trees, nature, etc and didn’t think we could find it near home. Boy were we wrong. Club Lake was the first and only place we visited. Both my husband and I fell in love with it instantly and knew it was the one! Natalie made the process so smooth and easy. They provide great options for a bride planning their own wedding and I couldn’t have been happier! It was a perfect day and let me tell you your wedding photos will be absolutely beautiful there. I am obsessed!

It had been a long time coming but we finally got married at CLP! Hands down the venue is absolutely gorgeous. Words cannot describe how breathtaking the area is especially the ceremony area. It also seems they have most vendors flow and set up well. A big pull is that the price is mostly all inclusive so aside from the photographer, cake, and booze everything else is linked up. The day of planners were great too!!A few cons. The price isn’t cheap and even having to move the date due to Covid was still very pricey. So we expect the highest level of service. We had an slight issue with the one of the caterers that we originally had forgiven at first. But then when one of the venue staff members threatened us about something that should have been taken care of between the caterer and the venue. We should have never been contacted about this issue as it was a lack of communication between the caterer and the venue especially since this was one of the vendors that was on CLP’s list. It really put a bad taste in our mouth. Another downside is that the venue shows all these cool decorations they have stored in the back that you can use for your wedding but they come at a high price which we originally thought would have been included but they aren’t. Overall though the day turned out to be perfect. Wasn’t the smoothest last 2 weeks of planning due to lack of communication but still an amazing turnout.

They provide a \"day of\" coordinator through Bella Sposa Events (who was actually more so a \"month of\" coordinator) who I can't brag enough about. She listened to everything we wanted and gave us exactly that. She made sure our wedding day ran on time and was so organized, I'm not sure what we would've done without her. A common post wedding conversation topic I've had with my guests was how stunning the venue was. Their groomsmen suite is something out of a movie! They offered everything I could have asked for when it came to decor rentals which also made my life easier. The layout of Club Lake is so convenient for everyone involved in the wedding. I am fully convinced that our wedding will go down as \"The most beautiful venue\" our guests have ever been to.

I fell in love with this venue as soon as I entered the property. Natalie was kind enough to give my husband and I a tour and explain how everything would be set up. Throughout the process, Natalie was so patient and kind enough to answer all my questions. She made my planning process super easy! Kayla from decor, was so helpful as well. She was so patient with me while I changed my mind several times haha. Towards the end, one of their day of coordinators (Lauren) contacted me to start putting together a timeline for my wedding day. Lauren went above and beyond my expectations! She was so patient, kind, and helpful. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Over all, I'm so happy with how my wedding day turned out! All my guests had so many nice things to say at the end of the night! I can sincerely say I would recommend having your wedding at CLP. I don’t know where to start! From the first day we toured the property with Natalie we knew we had found the perfect place for our special day.The grounds are breathtaking and no detail is spared. The ambience and decor is so beautiful that you hardly need to add any other decorations. It is so elegant and yet it is still homey and warm. We had our wedding at CLP in June 2021 and absolutely loved it! When we first started looking at venues I saw pictures of CLP and knew we had to check it out. After scheduling a meeting with Natalie, we had no doubts that CLP was where we wanted to get married. The venue is beautiful! Something that I loved about CLP was how easy the planning process was. CLP works with a variety of quality vendors. It was nice having a small group to pick from instead of searching all around Orlando. They work exclusively with Bella Sposa Events and they were fantastic! About month out from your wedding, you will be assigned a lead coordinator. Talya was or lead and she helped us through every step of the planning process. Something else that made CLP so desirable, was their room full of decorations available to rent . They have a TON of décor on site that ended up saving us a lot of money in the long run. Having the ceremony location, reception area, bar, grooms room, and bridal suite so close together and in one area made the day of the wedding so enjoyable. One thing that I did not realize until the wedding day, was how small the bridal suite was. With 5 bridesmaids, two Moms, two flower girls and their Moms, a hair and makeup team, and photographers; the room felt extremely small. It was also very hot. CLP had a box fan in the room which helped. The groomsmen room is huge and the guys loved having a large place to get ready on property. Overall, CLP was amazing! Our guests loved it and have not stopped talking about how gorgeous the venue was. Natalie is great at extremely responsive. Everything was done professionally. We would highly recommend CLP!

We had our wedding at CLP in June 2021 and absolutely loved it! When we first started looking at venues I saw pictures of CLP and knew we had to check it out. After scheduling a meeting with Natalie, we had no doubts that CLP was where we wanted to get married. The venue is beautiful! Something that I loved about CLP was how easy the planning process was. CLP works with a variety of quality vendors. It was nice having a small group to pick from instead of searching all around Orlando. They work exclusively with Bella Sposa Events and they were fantastic! About month out from your wedding, you will be assigned a lead coordinator. Talya was or lead and she helped us through every step of the planning process. Something else that made CLP so desirable, was their room full of decorations available to rent . They have a TON of décor on site that ended up saving us a lot of money in the long run. Having the ceremony location, reception area, bar, grooms room, and bridal suite so close together and in one area made the day of the wedding so enjoyable. One thing that I did not realize until the wedding day, was how small the bridal suite was. Helped put my ocd mind at ease during the planning process. Not to mention for what’s included and for the amount of space it’s incredibly affordable. Kayla was our day of coordinator. She absolutely killed it! Every aspect of the planning process, including my numerous emails, she was always quick to respond and has so much patience. Our wedding day was more than perfect. With covid we were hesitant on how many people we would invite. We ultimately had around 70. Between the reception space, outdoor bar and cocktail area everyone had plenty of room without worry! I decided to bring our own decor for the most part. Kayla and her team placed everything perfectly. Our guest are still raving about how unique and beautiful the venue is! Not going to lie you will not find another venue anywhere near central Florida that has what they have to offer and with that price!I can’t say enough about Club Lake. Natalie was amazing to work with from the beginning and great at communicating. Luckily the wedding ended up going on as planned, sorry Natalie we put you through all that for nothing haha!The venue is kept in perfect condition! There always seemed to be someone there cleaning or maintaining the grounds when we were there for several meetings. I found it helpful that they have contracts with some vendors already (all of which have amazing reviews!), which helped take some stress away from searching for vendors in the area. We had two venue tours scheduled the day that we looked at CLP, as we drove in on to the property we knew that this was exactly the Venue we were looking to have our Wedding. We then met with Natalie Perche who was so warm and welcoming and gave us the tour of the amazing Ceremony, Cocktail and Reception spaces which then only confirmed that this is where we were going to have our Wedding. We also loved that CLP has a team of Vendors that they work with exclusively, which I feel made the day run very smooth and organic making our wedding day Perfect. Foodie Catering- the food was exceptional and DJ Stasia from Our DJ Rocks was one of the best , she kept everyone dancing and the dance floor full all night. I can not say enough about our Event planner Kayla with Bella Sposa Events, she was Outstanding, she was so professional and fun and I did not have to worry about a thing on our wedding day. Our family and friends are still commenting on this being one of the best Venues and Weddings that they have been to. This is for sure one of the best decisions we made and memories that we will cherish for our lifetime. Thank you Club Lake Plantation.

If you are looking for a rustic, barn style venue, this is your place. Club Lake Plantation is everything my husband and I wanted in our venue. We looked all across central Florida for a barn style venue and none came close to this. It is the perfect blend of an indoor/outdoor space with everything you could need. There is a bridal and a groom suite on site. For a little extra you can use their Lucky13 room. The men really enjoyed using that space for getting ready and pre ceremony because it had things for them to do like a pool table. It is hard to describe the beauty of Club Lake Plantation, it is something you need to see for yourself.Natalie was great to work with and very accommodating to our requests to view the property multiple times. Something we really liked about the venue is that it is tucked away from the road so during the ceremony we did not hear any cars driving by (this can be really hard to find for an outdoor ceremony in the area). Also they offer all inclusive packages. When we started planning, I was working full time and in grad school full time. The all inclusive package made my life significantly less stressful. Highly, highly recommend Club Lake Plantation.

Natalie was nothing but helpful and informative from our first meet to signing our contract and meeting with our planners and choosing rental items. They have tons of rentals to choose from to add to your day.The venue itself is absolutely stunning, the actual ceremony area is shady with big beautiful oak trees, a wooden archway to stand under, and giant sliding doors to hide behind before you walk down the aisle. The bridal suite could be a little bigger, but it's very pretty, and the add on option of a mimosa bar which makes getting ready way more fun. The reception area has big garage type doors that allow for an open air reception (this was super important to me) or an indoor reception, whatever your preference is. It's a huge hall that fits tons of people, perfect for all different wedding sizes.I can't recommend this place enough. It is a truly magical place to be married, and we got so many compliments on the venue from our guests!

The pictures don't do this place justice. CLP is absolutely magical. Working with Natalie was a delight. She's always quick to respond and provides you with all the answers you need. The plantation is massive! You could easily fit a ton of people there comfortably. The flow of the ceremony, cocktail and reception was beyond smooth. Everything flowed just beautifully. Highly highly recommend this venue to all brides. You can easily turn it from a rustic wedding, to country, to vintage, to boho, to backwoods, etc. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect day.

They were as accommodating as possible with what decorations I wanted and my vision. But Natalie and Kayla had the best advice and were very easy to reach. From the second we walked onto the grounds that morning to get ready till we pulled out of the parking lot at night everyone was so warm and welcoming. The day could not have been better. Between Kayla from Bella Sposa being so on top of everything and organized to DJ Michael Hill keeping everyone on the dance floor, the day was better than I ever could have dreamed. Everyone raved about the 4Rivers food and loved the magical fairtytale setting that CLP provides. 15/10 would recommend this venue to everyone! Guests loved being able to have different areas for each part of the night and couldn’t get over how beautiful everything was! Wish we could relive our wedding day over and over!

My (now) husband and I had a lot of out of the box things we wanted and they not only let us come walk through the venue and dream no less than 10 times over the course of planning (which I'm sure was annoying but they never showed it if it was) but they got on board with our ideas and treated us and my parents like family. They also have so many decor rentals right there on property that they will let you use at incredibly low prices which was so helpful! The oak canopy where the ceremony takes place is breathtaking. The sun shining through the trees is just beautiful. The secret garden is perfect for photos and first touches. They have a beautiful arbor of greenery in the shape of a heart for perfect photo opts. The door that leads into the ceremony is just perfect for the bride and her dad to make their grand entrance. From the beginning Natalie was always there to answer any questions or concerns we had. Planning a wedding is quite stressful but CLP made it so easy. We were married on a day where we had heavy rain so we had to move the ceremony inside. My wife and I were bummed out at first because the grounds of CLP are absolutely gorgeous but the team at CLP brought the look and feel inside and we couldn’t have asked for a better day to share with our loved ones. Thank you Natalie and the team at CLP for making our day magical!!!!!

From the first moment I stepped onto Club Lake Plantation's beautiful property I knew it was the perfect venue for my daughter's wedding. Natalie gave me the tour and was great to work with. When I brought my daughter and her fiance back to see the venue they both had happy tears in their eyes. It was perfect and even better than they hoped for! The wedding day was magical and so many guests told us they've never been to a more beautiful wedding. We would recommend this venue 100% to anyone looking for a rustic venue with an outdoor ceremony space and indoor air conditioned reception space. I wish we could do the wedding day over again because it was so much fun and went by too quickly. I also had contact with Carol a few times and she was very helpful and caring. Thank you to everyone at Club Lake Plantation!

I remember looking at wedding venues online and I saw a picture of the ceremony spot here and had no clue it was Club Lake Plantation, but after a little digging my best friend and I found what seemed like the perfect spot, however upon arrival it was more perfect than we could ever imagine. I wouldn't change a thing about the venue location, the staff (shout-out to Natalie) for making my big day beyond perfect. The trees are what drew me in, and the accommodating staff is what sold me. The venue includes a DJ, a caterer, a florist and a month of coordinator and for a girl (like me) that is overwhelmed by the whole planning process this was perfect. I still got to choose from their recommendations but I couldn't of asked for something more simple. Each vendor worked with one another to really get to know their bride to customize the day. I even got to choose my floorplan and signature drink. I feel spoiled being able to tie the knot at Club Lake Plantation. P.s. alot of my older guests told me they've been to tons of weddings in their life and our big day was by far the most beautiful they've ever been to from start to finish.

This was the first place my husband and I toured last summer and we knew that this was the place we wanted to get married!! Working with Natalie was such a sweet journey as she assisted me along the way and answered all my emails and phone calls as I was not local to the venue. She made sure everything was okay and going smoothly for me during the entire planning process. She made sure I was contacted by BellaSposa Events and my DJ and caterers and it was all great! Having our wedding here was the best day of my life! The natural decor of the space just spoke to my husband and I! If you are wanting a nice, rustic, natural feel then this is the place for you! Not only because of the gorgeous grounds, but the amazing team as well! Thank you for making our day so special and for all of your help along the way!
