THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC!! My now husband and I wanted a place that took care of most things for us (i.e. didn't need to find outside vendors) and didn't break the bank, and Galloping Hill delivers exactly that! Maria was with us from day 1! Any question was answered, she was so incredibly helpful and walked us through everything. Day of we had Emily who kept us on a strict timeline and made sure we weren't running behind. Emma and Tori were our attendants and when I say they handled everything for us they really did!! I stumbled on this venue by complete accident but I'm so happy I did! The views are unbeatable! The boys had a blast on the course! And the food, was out of this world! I've been to weddings were you get \"eh\" food but here they dont settle for anything less than the best! I still have people after a month telling me their garlic tortellini was amazing! So convenient to get to! I can't recommend this venue enough, for the price I wasn't sure if it was too good to be true but it was perfect!!!

We had our wedding at Galloping Hill in July 2023, and it was an awesome experience. Here are some of the highlights of our wedding:Venue - The location made it super easy for travelers, regardless if they were coming by car (Parkway) or by plane (Newark Airport). The groomsman and dads made the best of the venue being a golf course, they all played 9-holes the morning of. The getting ready areas are not the most lavish, but they were well stocked with food and drinks, and you realize that they have all that you need. We had our ceremony inside, and the large windows allowed for so much natural light to come into the building. We had about 170 guests, and the cocktail area, terrace, and ballroom not only had so much space, but it also provided great areas for different crowds to gather during our wedding. The ballroom is really spacious. You were not sitting on top of the tables next to you, and there was still room for a really large dance floor. The terrace was a huge hit, and seems like it would be great for all types of weather, rain or shine, hot or cold. We had an extra bar put out there during cocktail hour, and it became a huge hangout spot for people that wanted a break from the dance floor. Our servers were even serving dessert out there late in the night. The ballroom is almost a blank canvas, and provides a great opportunity for personalization. The last thing we will mention is the food. The cocktail hour stations were raved about, and guests had good things to say about dinner too (which frequently goes unmentioned at a large catered event). The amount of options you have to choose from really allows you to pick the food that you and your guests will want to have. Something to keep in mind if you are getting married in the summer: it is a difficult task to keep it cool in the ballroom. With the ballroom being on the second floor, the sun beating into the floor to ceiling windows, and guests constantly opening and closing doors to walk outside, we, and our guests, were hot. But again, we chose to get married in July. If you have a summer wedding too, we suggest bringing paper or handheld fans. Flexibility - We mentioned all of the options for food, but all around, this place really lets you make your wedding your own. The ballroom allows for pretty much any color linens, and they had dozens to choose from. The staff was open to any and all ideas that we had throughout our engagement. They made it known that they would work with us on food, drinks, locations for decorations, timelines, you name it. We were happy that we could bounce ideas off of them, and didn’t have to follow a cookie-cutter approach.Staff - Kristina was amazing. So responsive, sweet, and you could tell she loves doing what she does. From the initial tour through our final planning meeting, she was so easy to work with. We were handed over to Emily, who handled the rehearsal, and was there throughout the wedding. Everyone else, whether their role was big or small, really contributed to keeping such a happy and energetic atmosphere for all of our family and friends. The bridal attendants always made sure important people (bride and groom, parents, MOH, Best Man, etc.) had a drink and everything they needed. They really seemed to have fun watching us all have fun.

My wife and I were married at The Clubhouse at Galloping Hill this past July and it exceeded our expectations! Kristina and Emily were fantastic communicators and helped make our day something truly special. The food is fantastic, the staff is cordial, and the atmosphere was perfect for what we were looking for. The grounds are amazing and picturesque, making the perfect backdrop for our photos. This venue is truly a hidden treasure in the North/Central New Jersey area; its prices are reasonable, ensuring you get the most bang for your buck. I don’t think we could have had a wedding as wonderful as the one we had at our price point if it hadn’t been for the offerings of this marvelous venue. I would highly recommend it for you your wedding!

The staff at Galloping Hill Clubhouse was absolutely fantastic! Each person involved was able to answer all our questions and address any concerns that we may have had. Kristina Lama was a God send! She was pleasant to work with and helped me navigate every aspect of our reception. Our Wedding attendants were also amazing! On the day of our reception they were working hard to make sure my husband and I were able to enjoy every moment of our day! They even made sure that our dinner and dessert was packed and ready to go back with us to the hotel! This will definitely be a day I'll never forget!

Galloping Hill wasn’t even on my radar for a wedding venue until my then-faincé suggested it. I am so grateful to him for completely upending all the research I did into other venues because GH was the perfect place to hold our reception. Our sales coordinator was lovely to work with - professional, honest, and friendly. GH took care of everything. All I had to do was drop off the decorations the day before, and they handled all the set up and tear down. If you’re the couple that wants people to rave about your wedding food, this is the place to be. There was so much food at cocktail hour that some guests thought that was the dinner for the evening and were unprepared for the sit down meal to follow. I had several people talk to me that night about how the filet mignon was the best steak they’d ever had. The attendants and coordinator were attuned to our every need. Guests loved the outdoor terrace area. There are just so many good things to say about GH. Of all the things there are to stress about on your wedding day, you won’t have to worry one bit if you choose Galloping Hill as your venue.

My wedding at Galloping Hill was absolutely PERFECT. The team is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and hard working. Kristina made the wedding planning process so easy! My bridal attendant Emma was so attentive and helpful and the wedding coordinator Emily really made sure our entire day went smoothly! Our guests raved about the food and I do not have a single complaint about the venue. There's absolutely nothing I would change! I'm surprised more people don't get married here. The venue is reasonably priced, beautiful and remodeled (no carpet!), the view of the golf course is stunning, and the team at Galloping Hill is excellent. I had the best day of my life and couldn't have been happier with my choice to get married at Galloping Hill. Thank you to the entire team for making our wedding day amazing!

We were able to book a Friday wedding a little under a year in advance. We loved that there were three tiers of pricing depending on the time of year. They also only required a 100 guest minimum for a Friday night, which we loved. We worked with Kristina since the beginning and she was very patient with all of our questions and was extremely quick with responding to our emails. She is amazing! We had the ceremony on site and loved that our guests were shuttled to and from the ceremony space with the golf carts. The views down there are amazing and make for great first look pictures. We were very pleased with the amount of food and the open bar that we had. Guests raved about the food. Overall we had an amazing experience and got so much for the very reasonable price we got. Highly recommend Galloping Hill!

We had an absolutely amazing wedding at Galloping Hill. Everything from our first tour to our last meeting was flawless. The staff is very responsive and answered all of my questions quickly. Our wedding day was better then we could ever imagine. The food was phenomenal and fresh and all our guests couldn’t stop raving about it! The golf course is one of the best places to take pictures and we were able to see the sunset right from the ballroom. I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married!!!

We had our wedding at Galloping Hill back in August and it could not have been a more perfect day. From time we booked up until our wedding day, Kristina was always available when we needed her and quick to respond to our questions. Our Bridal attendant on the day of was Lauren and she was amazing. She made sure we had food waiting for us after our pictures and that we always had full drinks at our table (plus anything else we needed/wanted). Our friends and family loved the food and the golf cart rides to/from the ceremony spot! It’s truly one of the best values out there as far as New Jersey weddings go. We cannot recommend it enough!

We got married on 10/2/22 and couldn’t have asked for anything better. Kristina was our point person and walked us through every step of the process. She would answer all my questions and get back to me so quickly. She made the process so easy for us and it was very organized from start to finish. Thank you so much Kristina!!! The venue is absolutely beautiful. It rained the morning of our wedding but was overcast later in the day and we were able to get pictures on the golf course which I was so happy about. The grounds are just so beautiful! All of our guests truly enjoyed the cocktail hour, main courses and desserts and haven't stopped complimenting on how good everything was. Everyone was complimenting the abundance and variety of foods that were served and how outstanding the service was. We would highly recommend the Galloping Hill and will definitely have other events here in the future.

The venue is absolutely beautiful. It rained the morning of our wedding but was overcast later in the day and we were able to get pictures on the golf course which I was so happy about. The grounds are just so beautiful! All of our guests truly enjoyed the cocktail hour, main courses and desserts and haven't stopped complimenting on how good everything was. Everyone was complimenting the abundance and variety of foods that were served and how outstanding the service was. We would highly recommend the Galloping Hill and will definitely have other events here in the future.

GHGC was the only venue I visited and with the affordable prices, the beautiful venue and Maria's hospitality, I took a chance and booked it. I was nervous as the deal seemed \"too good to be true.\" The nerves were eased when I went for the tasting, the steak had to be one of the best I've had. Up until my wedding day, Maria was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had. Unfortunately, she was on vacation the week of my wedding - she placed us in the hands of Kristina, who was just as great! Shoutout to Loren, who was extremely personable and sweet, for handling every little thing that we threw her way - from extra beers please Loren to please calm me down Loren, she was there for all that and more. Renee stayed with us until the very end of the night and handled all our requests seamlessly. The guests could not stop raving about the food, especially that filet mignon, the cute golf carts and the beautiful venue. The girls made my wedding day so stress free - and mind you I'm an extremely anxious person, I also DIY-ed my wedding. They executed my vision so professionally AND with minimal directions, they knew exactly what to do. They made sure we were stress-free and were well fed every step along the way. I could not recommend GHGC and its staff enough, thank you!!

We had our wedding here on 7/16/22 and it was an absolute dream! Kristina worked with us from the beginning to the end. Her team of Renee and Lauren helped us throughout the entire day. This venue is absolutely beautiful from getting married right on the golf course to the modern day ballroom. It is extremely reasonable in price and you get a lot for your money. Kristina was extremely flexible and was able to change/add anything we needed during the days leading up to the wedding. The food was OUTSTANDING! My husbands uncle said his filet mignon was one of the best steaks he has had in the past 10 years! Cocktail hour was also amazing and everyone was raving about it! My husband golfed the morning of our wedding with about 18 guys. Greg in the pro shop was extremely accommodating making sure they all got an early start to golf in the morning. The staff is also soooo kind! One of the guys had mentioned that he was starving after golf and a manager (or worker) was so quick to bring out two plates of grilled chicken and salads complimentary. The kindness at this venue is unbelievable. Do not overlook this GORGEOUS venue and book them!!!!

Get married here!! I don't know where to begin. We had the easiest time planning our wedding with Galloping Hill and our wedding was even better than expected! The food, 10/10. Our wedding guests can't stop complimenting every dinner meal, cocktail hour station, passed hors d'oeuvre, everything. The ceremony at the golf course was stunning. We were blessed with the most beautiful day and had the sun setting behind us as we said \"I do.\" It was perfect! & our guests loved riding down on golf carts!Cocktail hour had so much great food people were shocked we were also serving dinner! haha!! The space is such a cool vibe out on the patio looking over the golf course. Everyone thought it was beautifully done. The reception space was the perfect amount of elegance. It was classy and beautiful but it didn't feel like too much, which is exactly what we wanted it to be. The dance floor is nice and big so there was always enough room for everyone to dance freely. We've been to weddings where the dance floor was small and constantly bumping into people made it unenjoyable. Having a good size dance floor was a must for us and Galloping Hill didn't disappoint!As I said earlier, our planning process was so easy I caught myself thinking \"this is too good to be true, there must be something I'm missing.\" I wasn't, they're just so good at what they do. Every question we had was quickly answered and they did everything they could to make our wedding day exactly how we wanted. To say it was a success is an understatement. I just had my wedding here last night and it didn't live up to my expectations. It was raining all day on and off and pretty chilly out so we couldn't take pictures outside on the course. When the rain finally did stop after our ceremony we asked to take pictures out on the golf course, but it was suggested that we didn't go out with the golf cart onto the course which we were a little sad about. Leading up to the ceremony it was also hard to find the coordinators and my concierge. I was told that someone would be with me at all times to help bustle my dress and to cater to anything that I needed but that was not the case. The bridal concierge checked in only a few times before the ceremony. Also, no one came to me to tell me our ceremony was starting 30 min later since we did the ceremony indoors so I had to tell one of my bridesmaids to again look for the coordinator to ask about when we were starting. The coordinator told my bridesmaid that she spoke with me about it already that it wast starting later since we were having it indoors, however she did not tell me that at all. My guests were just downstairs in the lobby waiting for 30 minutes or more and were not allowed in the banquet hall where the ceremony took place. There was also just no clear communication on the day of my wedding. I always had to go and find someone to ask for things such as doing the rehearsal because we planned to do the rehearsal the same day. It was very overwhelming pre-ceremony. Honestly, my fiance and I were pretty frustrated with everything leading up to the ceremony. We were surprised at how the day went because throughout the whole planning process the coordinators ensured that everything would be taken care of and that we have nothing to worry about. After the coordinators left I felt like everything went pretty smoothly. The captains and servers throughout the reception were great and so nice and always checked in on us. The reception hall itself was nice and very pretty and we had a great time. I would say to probably just do the reception here and not the ceremony.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Jennifer and the rest of the team at GHGC.We called GHGC on a weekday evening after having a subpar experience looking at a venue in Perth Amboy. Jennifer picked up the GHGC phone around 7pm when we called and said we could come THAT NIGHT to take a look at the venue. Not that the venue needs it (it's beautiful), but Jennifer sold the hell out of GHGC, sitting with us for two hours and addressing all concerns. We put out deposit down that night and were off to the races!The months leading up to the wedding were stress free, as GHGC prepared us with their tastings, cheat sheets, checklists, etc. The venue was even kind enough to allow us to use the grounds for our engagement photos. I have told everyone that's asked that GHGC could easily be charging double for all that they offer, and I can honestly say that after researching and meeting with several venues in the area, nothing comes close.Our wedding day went off without a hitch. Jennifer and her team were very helpful and encouraging throughout, assisting us with our centerpieces, arrangements of other decor and the myriad of other requests we had that day.One's wedding can tend to be a cause of stress and such with so many moving parts having to come together, but with the staff at GHGC doing their part, it made everything go so much smoother.Thank you!

Jennifer and her team are simply the best at what they do. From my initial meeting with Jennifer until I left the venue day of I have no complaints. Jennifer is a compete professional who always answered her phone whenever I called her directly. Something I honestly did not expect. No request was too large and she was extremely accommodating. Anytime Jennifer was not available her staff members Ashley and Kristen were just as knowledgeable and helpful. Day of was smoother than I had ever dreamed it would be. Dare I say it was actually perfect. We had perfect weather. Setup was done on time as they allowed our vendors ample time to setup so no one was made to rush. They perfectly coordinated my husband and I’s arrivals so we would not see one another until our First Look. They made sure our bridal party was well taken care of while our First Look took place. And when we had some over eager guests who arrived extremely early they took care of them as well. Were there any hiccups? Of course but that is life. Jennifer and her team stepped in immediately to take care of everything as needed. Apparently there was a medical emergency and an ambulance had to be called during cocktail hour (not food related). But I never heard the siren, never knew the guest had been taken out, and would have never known the emergency had occurred had another guest not asked me if the young lady was ok later in the evening. I am very happy to report she was. The Groom was informed of the emergency and he made the call to not tell me as he did not want me upset. It just amazed me that I never even knew any of this occurred. It just showed me how prepared her team was. This aside guests are still raving about the food, being transported to and from the ceremony on golf carts, the amazing views of the golf course from the balcony. The flow of the event even went smoothly. I never felt like I had to look for a staff member. As a matter of fact before I could even think to ask for something it was already done. All in all I feel like we made the best decision ever by selecting the golf course as our venue. If you are looking for a team who can handle anything and I really do mean anything you will not be disappointed at the Clubhouse at Galloping Hill Golf Course.

Galloping Hill is beautiful. Our wedding was in August and had ceremony outside. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff transported all the guest in golf carts. Which my guest thought that was great! The cocktail hour has room for guest inside and outside over looking the golf course watching the sunset. The reception room was nice and big. Plenty of room for my guest to dance. The food was amazing!! Staff was great from start to finish. I will recommend this place to anyone that is looking. It’s 5 star place.

Our wedding reception was absolutely perfection at Galloping Hill Golf Course! From the moment we stepped foot in the clubhouse, we knew this was the place for us. Our guests continue to rave about the amazing cocktail hour and the best dinner at a reception they’ve ever had- the list goes on! The views of the gold course are breath taking no matter what time of year and make an amazing back drop for photos. If I could do it all over again, I would absolutely have my wedding here again and even more events to come in the future.

A wedding can be the most difficult time in a person's life. Thanks to Jennifer (our coordinator) and the rest of her team at Galloping Hill the process was easy.From our first meeting Jennifer took time getting to know us personally so she could help coordinate the perfect day for US. Part of the personalization was discussing color schemes and some of it was the real important stuff like signature cocktails. During one of our pre-wedding meetings Jennifer spent about an hour with us just trying to figure out the perfect mixed drink for our day. In case you are curious we went with tequila, pineapple juice and a splash of blue curacao. It was met with overwhelming positive reviews from the audience.On our wedding day Jennifer did not simply speak with the bridal parties and ignore the rest of the guests like many coordinators do. The entire day she was communicating with our guests letting them know what was going on so people did not feel uncomfortable. Our ceremony was picture perfect, not just because of the scenery, but because Jennifer had planned the event meticulously. Every bridesmaid and groomsmen had instruction so it was impossible for them to misstep. Cocktail hour was insanely nice with the unbelievable food, drinks, and sun setting over the golf course. We were a little delayed getting there because my husband and I like taking pictures as much as a NYC tourist. However, when we finally did arrive at cocktail hour Jennifer was there to greet us warmly with drinks in hand so we could officially start the party.During the reception our picture perfect day almost came to and end. My husband's grandmother choked on her food and almost died. She had to get rushed to the emergency room and for a brief time it put a cloud over our day. After giving us some time to come to grips to grips with what had happened Jennifer came over and asked how we were doing. She offered to speak with our guests and tell them we were ending the party early if we did not feel up to capping the night off strong after the traumatic event. We appreciated her compassion and the support of our family/friends present, but knew that we had to finish the party. That was the best decision. In just a few minutes the party was back on and the figurative clouds had lifted. The rest of the night we partied away and temporarily put our worries behind us, fully living in the moment. Life happens. When something goes awry we can all be thankful for a friend who is there to console us and let us know that everything is going to be alright. Although Jennifer was just our wedding coordinator she genuinely cared about our well being.Thank you again Jennifer and crew for the legendary night and not letting small obstacles stop us from finishing the race.

The Venue itself was AMAZING, the coordinators, not so much. Jen was pretty much non-existent when we needed her to the extent that she told us that someone else would handle our payment because \"she was busy.\" She didn't set up any of the appointments she was supposed to until WE called to ask questions. She even admitted to FORGETTING about us, 3 weeks before the event! She rushed us to complete the final planning meeting but only when it was convenient for her! She was absolutely a nightmare, the day of our meeting, the had another couple's name on our date and you could tell she was afraid they might have double booked! As for the day off, Jen drove us to only 1 location on the golf course (we were promised multiple locations). One of my flower girls also almost fell out of the golf cart because Jen was driving so aggressively, and then she disappeared for the rest of night. If it wasn't because the venue was so lovely, the food so delicious, and the remaining staff so helpful, I don't think I would have had my wedding here.

I had my wedding here 7/19/19 and I highly recommend having your event here as well! Kristina was our event coordinator and made the process easy and seamless! The guests raved about the food from cocktail hour, dinner, and dessert (we choose to go with Palermo’s). The filet was so tender that you could cut it with a butter knife! The room looked absolutely stunning and Galloping Hill made sure the vision I had on my wedding day came to life!!! It was a perfect day!!!!

I had my wedding here 7/19/19 and I highly recommend having your event here as well! Kristina was our event coordinator and made the process easy and seamless! Ashley and her team were absolutely amazing and we are still so thrilled with our experience there. Ashley really made the whole planning processes easy and stress-free. She also made sure that my dietary restriction was accommodated (I follow a medically necessary gluten-free diet). The food was absolutely delicious! The venue was also stunning! Ashely was also super helpful, understanding, and respectful when a medical emergency happened while we were taking our pictures. The whole situation was handled well, and the rest of the night went off without a hitch! We just got married at Galloping Hill Golf Course on Thursday and everything was amazing. My husband and I couldn't have asked for anything more. It was all just perfect. The food was outstanding (which is super important!) The venue is beautiful and, most of all, everyone was incredibly easy to work with, especially our Event Coordinator, Ashley. From the first time we met Ashley, she was a huge selling point. She made us feel comfortable and was not pushy at all. Throughout the entire process, she would check in. She was always very accommodating. She answered all of my questions, without making me feel like I was ever bothering her. All of my vendors and my aunt (who was essentially my wedding planner) LOVED working with her. We truly had such an amazing time. We recommend GHGC to any couple looking for a venue where they can get a little bit of two worlds...the outdoor ceremony and the indoor reception. This venue was ideal and exactly what we were looking for. Besides being beautiful, it's in a great location and there are hotels within 2-10 minutes, making overnight accommodations for your guests very simple.I truly cannot say enough. Thank you, GHGC, and Ashley, for truly making our Wedding Dreams come true!

They promised us a private tasting for free and later said they changed their policy so now private tastings were allowed at a cost. We chose the free tasting option with a hundred other guests were we felt the staff didn't care about us, only the people who had yet to book the venue. They did not put out our programs as requested so only a quarter of our guests found them. And the outdoor patio where we took family photos prior to the ceremony was dirty (cigarette butts everywhere) and my train got dirty because of it. However, the food was awesome especially during the cocktail hour and I loved the location. Ashley was great to work with and so was the maitre d' and personal waitress we had that night.

We had our wedding at galloping hill back in September. The venue itself is gorgeous. The main room is huge and really usable with lots of dancing room. The balcony was used by all the guests and they even set up one of our stations outside for cocktail hour. Also a perfect place for a photo opportunity for the guests and us as well. The golf course is perfectly manicured and the pictures were spectacular. After our wedding all our Facebook friends changed their profile pictures to a photo from the day with the golf course in the background. It was the perfect backdrop for our day. Kristina was our event coordinator and she had all the answers and really helped us to create the perfect day. She gave us a lot of options and if we weren't sure what to do she would guide us to possiblites. We couldn't have done it without her. She was always on point with communicating with us and made sure everything was set up just how we wanted it. We highly recommend her! The food was so good. I'm a vegetarian and they were on board with my request for butternut squash ravioli for an entree option which was delicious. The stations were packed out and everyone loved them. One of my bridesmaids was recommending the turkey at the carving station to everyone. Another one of our guests raved about the pretzels at the Bavarian craft beer station. It was overall a fun environment and amazing day.

Kristina was our event coordinator and she had all the answers and really helped us to create the perfect day. She gave us a lot of options and if we weren't sure what to do she would guide us to possiblites. We couldn't have done it without her. She was always on point with communicating with us and made sure everything was set up just how we wanted it. We highly recommend her! The food was so good. I'm a vegetarian and they were on board with my request for butternut squash ravioli for an entree option which was delicious. The stations were packed out and everyone loved them. One of my bridesmaids was recommending the turkey at the carving station to everyone. Another one of our guests raved about the pretzels at the Bavarian craft beer station. It was overall a fun environment and amazing day.

Kristina was our event coordinator and she was absolutely a delight to work with through the whole process. Every detail of my vision was captured because she went above and beyond. I must say, we were slightly nervous about food because the experience with the tasting was a bit less than expected, but come the day of, the food was exceptional and our guests couldn’t rave about it more, some are still talking about how it was the best cocktail hour they’ve ever been to! We also did our ceremony on site and first look photos on the golf course and the photos came out absolutely stunning. The course has some incredible spots to capture the most amazing shots. We are so happy to have celebrated our wedding with galloping hill and would do it there a hundred times over!

Galloping hill was 100% the full package for us. We visited multiple venues and this is the one that worked the best for what we wanted out wedding to be. Our wedding day was beyond perfect and i cannot say one bad thing about the food, service or set up. I am thrilled with how easy the day went from the moment we arrived. Now before we booked the venue i did read the previous reviews and i did book knowing what i was in for. i will agree with the reviews that jennifer is hard to get in touch with and you do not get shown the time of day until close to your wedding date. if you are a bride that needs to constantly be in touch and have quick follow ups, jennifer is not for you. i knew i wasnt going to be a priority til my wedding date and i was ok with that. she was good with my decor and the set up of the ballroom and i am thrilled everything was put how i envisioned. so overall the food was wonderful - the day of the wedding - the food tasting is not, the ballroom beautiful and the service was excellent the day off.

She made my fiancé and I feel like we were the only couple on her list of clients. She reassured us that our day would be seamless after A negative experience with the manager, Jennifer who was rude and condescending on multiple occasions. Jennifer spoke to us as if we weren’t paying thousands of dollars for top customer service. Fortunately, Ashley was able to rectify the situation by eliminating her from my sight. Do have your wedding at Galloping Hill golf course but not if Jennifer is your event planner. Ashley you are a life saver and that place would not run without you to ease your soon to be brides. Cynthia was also a great help on our actual wedding day. She catered to us by bringing us appetizers from the cocktail hour and wrapping up our dinner. She is very sweet and helpful . The venue itself is stunningI and we received a lot of compliments on the food.

The service was excellent, and I had a lot of feedback from my guests about how good the food was. They give a lot of options for the cocktail hour and having the large balcony is a big plus. I got married 5/19 at the Galloping Hills Golf Course. Even before I was engaged, I would see this venue every time I drove on the parkway and was always intrigued. Fast forward to my engagement, and I knew from the start that I wanted to tour the Galloping Hills. When I first toured, I met with Jennifer and she was nothing short of professional and helpful. She explained everything in detail to us, and answered any question that we had. Our engagement lasted a year and half any by the time we were at the final planning stages, Ashley was our event coordinator. Ashley was AMAZING and was available 24/7 to help us out. My wedding day was perfect thanks to Ashley and the whole staff. I am still receiving calls and texts about how amazing the food was, and how great the bartenders and staff were. The best part about the whole venue is the huge balcony attached to the ballroom that every one of my guests enjoyed the whole night. I am so glad I decided to go with this venue, and wouldn't change one thing about my wedding day. Thank you so much to Ashley and the whole staff at the Galloping Hills Golf Course to making my wedding day beyond perfect

We got married on 10/21/17 and got so lucky that the weather was beautiful! The outdoor ceremony site is gorgeous, looking right over a lake on the golf course. Lots of very nice places for pictures! They set up a really cute table of cider & strawberries, etc at the ceremony site which was a very nice touch. I loved how they brought my dad & I a different route to the ceremony site so we surprised the guests when we arrived. Our dog was also part of the ceremony and the workers made sure they did everything to make that happen for me! The reception & cocktail hour food was very good, had a great variety of foods which all the guests enjoyed and the timeline ran very smoothly throughout the day. The room was all decorated by the time I arrived at the bridal suite by 1:30 PM so I got to check it out before the ceremony in the evening. The bridal suite & the main cocktail area is nice but my favorite part was the big patio connected to the ballroom.. It is great for guests throughout the night without going all the way down stairs. The transition from the ceremony to the reception was seemless as well, they even brought us up through the secret entrance and had all the appetizers in the bridal suite waiting for us which was a nice relaxing moment before the party started! We also had the rehearsal dinner on site at the Red Knot as well the night before which was super convenient! The wedding was amazing and we really enjoyed ourselves. When people joked if it was beyond our wildest dreams, we could actually say yes! :)

No one was there to greet us and then when we finally found someone they had a wait for over 20 min and someone still didn't come check on us to show us around. Another couple came in and was helped even before us. We left poor customer service!

Honestly, the planning before the wedding was a bit shaky. We had some serious concerns when we went to our tasting. It was a group tasting event. The crowding, layout, and food selection made us nervous about how our actual event would go. We were only able to try a limited amount of items and our food selections were basically things we didn't eat at the tasting. That being said, the day of the wedding was great. The wedding party was brought around the golf course in carts for photographs. The assistant, Kristina, was very helpful in setting up items at the cocktail hour and checking up with us. Our guests were very happy with the food at the reception. However, there was so much food left over (that we weren't given to take home) that I hope at least wasn't thrown out. All in all, the Galloping Hill Golf Course is a good choice for the reasonable price you are paying.

Galloping Hill was EVERYTHING we could hope for. Since I'm the Groom, I feel the need to bullet this in priority order:1) Food was INCREDIBLE. Way better than we hoped for. We had multiple cocktail stations as our entrees and I have had 20+ guests send texts/fb messages raving about the food (biggest plus - they are raving about different dishes, that is how good/consistent the food was!). I still am thinking about the coconut shrimp and the scallops with risotto 2 weeks after the reception. We are 33 and 28, and have been to a lot of weddings now... Usually the food sucks, but Galloping Hill outdid my wildest expectations. We have eaten in their restaurant a few times from when we booked to our wedding date, I can honestly say the food upstairs was every bit as good as in the restaurant.2) The venue is just beautiful and gave my beautiful bride the country feel she wanted. We had our ceremony outside with a gorgeous view (they golf cart your guests down, so no long walk... though plan extra time into your ceremony for the process). The venue itself has a huge outside balcony area for your reception with beautiful views, and the inside has a elegant yet modern feel to it. As long as you get uplighting the room looks incredible!3) Pricing for the area is really fair. We looked at a lot of places in central/north jersey and found Galloping Hill to be one of the most beautiful, and also one of the most reasonable in price... We didn't go into the process looking for the \"bang for the buck\" venue, but let's be honest, who doesn't consider that a huge perk!?4) It is easy to get to... It is right off the Parkway, but you won't know/hear traffic at all. We've eaten at their restaurant a lot since we first booked (almost always sitting outside) and never hear a thing.5) Jen (the wedding planner) is an absolute sweetheart and made sure every desire we wanted was perfectly planned out every step of the way. We talked her ear off and put her through multiple... well... pain in the butt requests, but she always took care of it with a smile.6) The Maitre D, Eddie, was fantastic. He made sure the night was perfect, and even did those things you didn't know you needed but were so happy to have (for example, we didn't get to eat dinner at all, and he had containers of every food station for us to bring home without us ever asking).Just go here and look around. Have dinner on their patio (the food for the reception is every bit as good as the restaurant).... I'm sure you'll fall in love just like we did, and you'll be happy you did!

I absolutely loved having my wedding at Galloping Hill. The venue is stunning, the setting is so unique, and the food is great! Jennifer, Christina and Ashley were so helpful- they were very prompt in answering all of my questions and providing information. Christina spent about 20 minutes on the bathroom floor helping my bustle my dress. Every time my husband or my drinks were running low, she popped out of nowhere holding a new one. She was absolutely incredible! I did the first look and I’m so happy I did- it allowed us to take pictures before the ceremony and then we could enjoy cocktail hour. Also, the golf course was a beautiful setting for our first look photos. Guests were carted down the golf course to the ceremony location. Some people were thrown off by the the nontraditional arrangements, but most people loved it. As a bride, it was so emotional to be carted down with my father and to watch the ceremony begin from a distance- so I loved the carts! Overall I am so happy with my choice, and hope to get to attend a wedding here as a guest!

It rained during our ceremony but Jennifer and her team made sure everything looked just as perfect and beautiful. This is a difficult review to write because our actual wedding day was everything we hoped for, but dealing with Jennifer was an absolute nightmare every step of the way. I knew this going in, however, as a coworker of mine got married the year before and told me of the horror stories. Jennifer pulled a bait and switch on us. She was so lovely the day we met and signed the contract. After that, we were met with rudeness and negligence. I read reviews from other brides about how it was a little deflating trying to coordinate with Jennifer too far out from the wedding. Half the time she didn't answer our emails or calls, and when she did, she was curt and dismissive. When my husband called her 4 months before our wedding to ask when our actual ceremony time was, she was so nasty. She insisted it was too early, asked HIM when the sunset time was, etc. I'm sorry, but the venue sells couples on the sunset ceremony and it's her job to figure out when the ceremony should be when we request it. How are you supposed to order invitations a month before the wedding? We let her know on numerous occasions that we felt neglected and she only seemed to care about our feelings when we were about a month out. Our tasting was terrible. Jennifer barely came in, was aloof, and made us sit there for almost an hour before we started. I was such a wreck about dealing with her any further. We ended up hiring a wedding planner for the day of so I never had to talk to Jennifer. The actual wedding day was amazing despite running behind schedule. There was some loud motor running during our ceremony which was a little off putting. We were locked out of the bridal suite and they had to call the owner to pick the lock. Our maitre'd left after our happy hour without telling us. I confronted the banquet manager about this and they apologized, but why didn't they say something to us? Our linens were a wrinkled mess and a number of our guests complained about how rude the bartenders were.Despite all of this, the weather was gorgeous and we had deer running across the course during our ceremony! The food was delicious and the room looked beautiful. Cynthia, the bridal concierge, was the most wonderful and pleasant person ever!I would never recommend this venue to anyone which is a shame because they put on a great wedding. Unfortuntately, it's not worth the anger and tears you will experience dealing with the wedding coordinator.

Jennifer was very unprofessional and met several potential clients during a wedding when we came Saturday morning. Jennifer was also late by 40 minutes and did not apologize. In addition, she did not make my mom feel welcomed and never took her into consideration when we were sitting down to discuss the details. RUDE! We ruled out this venue due to her sarcastic comments and made us feel like our questions were not valid, for example we had a question on cancellation policies which ALL other venues detailed in their packages and they explained that to us but she made us feel dumb to ask about that! Therefore, this was the first place we ruled out.

Our reception was amazing! The venue is beautiful, and you can't beat the view of the golf course from the terrace. The food during the cocktail hour and main reception was delicious, and the open bar had a good selection. Our bridal concierge, Cynthia was incredible. She made sure we were taken care of all night, got us drinks and even packed us leftovers.The process leading up the wedding wasn't quite as great though. Some details that we agreed upon were changed, even AFTER we signed a contract. For instance, we were told our food tasting would be private just for us and our parents. This was changed to a huge event where about 20 couples and their families were all jammed into the room. The \"food tasting\" also ended up just being a giant sales pitch for Absolute Celebrations, who apparently work a lot of weddings at the venue. This was very off-putting to us and our parents. Also, the staff at the venue had the start time for our cocktail hour wrong. After telling them that we were starting at 6 and not 7, they still contacted our vendors and told them the wrong start time. It all got sorted out at the last minute though, so no harm no foul.Despite the bumpy road during the planning, our actual wedding reception ended up being a fantastic party. I recommend Galloping Hill for the location and the view. Just be extra diligent and make sure all the details are ironed out before your big day.

Our wedding day was absolutely amazing! We booked over two years in advance and Jennifer and her staff were truly wonderful answering every question a crazy bride could come up with. Our guests can not stop raving about our cocktail hour, it was absolutely perfect, and Cynthia did an amazing job taking care of Jeff and I the whole night. I highly recommend this venue to every newly engaged couple. Only a few things I wish we could have changed, the girls who were our escorts out on to the golf course to take pictures were rather pushy about getting us back inside even though the sun had set and no one was playing, I know my groomsmen were a little crazy but I feel a little gypped when it comes to my wedding photos.

My husband and I got married on September 24, 2016, and we had our ceremony and reception at the Clubhouse at Galloping Hill Golf Course. The venue was absolutely stunning and our First Look was near the Willow Tree by the ceremony site. Jennifer, the coordinator, and Cynthia, the bridal attendant, were absolutely incredible prior to and during the wedding. They were extremely attentive and Jennifer was great at answering all the little questions I had whenever I emailed her. Cynthia made sure we had something to eat and sent us home with our dinners and plates made up from the cocktail hour. Our guests enjoyed that the event was partially outdoors and we didn't hear one negative comment about the food. All of our guests raved that the food was hot, prepared property, and delicious. We also received many compliments on the Mac N Cheese bar that we chose for the cocktail hour. Everything was so easy going from the moment we stepped foot in the clubhouse. We would highly recommend this venue for those that want the nice mix of indoor and outdoor settings for their wedding.

We got engaged 2 years ago, and got married October 16,2016 and Galloping Hill Golf Course was the ONLY venue we looked at and fell in love right away! We had our wedding on the Galloping Hill Golf Course and our reception in The Clubhouse on July 2nd of this year. It was the most beautiful day I could have asked for. Jennifer and Cynthia were so accommodating and they tended to our needs to ensure our day was stress free! And it was! We were running a little behind schedule but they were so patient with us. The ceremony was absolutely amazing! All of our guest commented on the beautiful grounds and amazing greenery. Also the site of the sunset from the balcony was to die for! We enjoyed every moment of the day and we thank all of the folks at the Clubhouse Galloping Hill for making that possible.

Our absolutely perfect wedding took place on September 10th, 2016 at the Clubhouse at the Galloping Hill Golf Course! Jennifer Lynn Forshee was so impressive as the Director! My wife and I couldn’t stop talking about how “on her A game” Jennifer was…a true master of her craft. She was very pleasant to work with, organized and was like working with a friend.We did our first look at the beautiful weeping willow tree near the pond which made for gorgeous wedding photos! We had an on-site ceremony at the pond which we were so happy about. It was a beautiful sunny day with just enough breeze to take the edge off the warmth. The scenery around the pond was perfect as well as the whole view of the golf course from the wrap around terrace from the ballroom! Our guests loved enjoying a nice cigar out on the terrace and looking out at the perfectly manicured grounds. The ballroom was the perfect size for out 170+ guests although it can handle about 300 I believe. The doors going out to the terrace can all be opened wide if you want too allowing guests to walk out freely from any point in the ballroom. Our day was a little too warm for that but it’s an amazing feature to the ballroom.The entire staff at Galloping Hills was professional and accommodating and went over and above to please all of our guests. Cynthia was our bridal attendant and was the sweetest! She took care of our every need and exceeded all of our expectations! Even our photographer commented about how even they felt like a wedding guest by how incredible they were treated. Cynthia made up a delicious bunch of to go bags for us to take home at the end so we could enjoy the delicious food all over again and finally get to taste our own wedding cake the next day! Just to show you the quality staff they have…we actually bumped into one of the captains and other crew members from the wedding while we were out somewhere and they reintroduced themselves to us and congratulated us again and showered us with compliments. What a group of classy individuals they have there! Even the day after our wedding when we came back to pick up anything we left behind the night before we still experiencing the endless professional vibe that the entire venue and staff all represent there. Hands down, we couldn’t have picked a better place to have our wedding, we have absolutely zero regrets, and not a single minuscule complaint from start to finish! Thanks Jennifer and the whole staff at Galloping Hill Golf Course!

We had our wedding at the Galloping Hill Gulf Course a month ago and we are still talking about that great day. Even nature helped us with a gorgeous sun set that enhanced the wedding ceremony. The place is just fantastic because it offers many opportunities to get amazing pictures. And we have only words of appreciation for Jennifer's professionalism and positive attitude. We cannot forget Gena, Cynthia and all the crew, they made us feel special and they showed so much respect. The organization and the food were great. We are so glad we chose this venue. It will always be part of the memories of such an important day. Thanks

We had our wedding at Galloping Hills on July 30th. It was a destination wedding for us, as I am from Texas. Our first time viewing the venue went so well, we chose a date and put down a deposit. Weeks later (when trying to make a hotel room block) we found out that PGA Golf Tour was the next town over, the exact weekend I booked my wedding. This made it very difficult to block rooms at various hotels nearby. We also noticed that plane ticket prices jumped up and most of our guests would be flying in for our wedding. Nonetheless, Jennifer failed to mention that the PGA Golf Tour was that weekend. We know that these Tours are booked well in advance so for her to tell us that she \"knew nothing about the golf tournament\" when she works for a golf course is completely misleading. Most of our communication was over the phone and half of the time I felt like I was interrupting her because she would have side conversations with other people in the room while we were on the phone (rude). I, as a bride, never felt like a priority to her. On our wedding day, we saw Jennifer twice, which was completely fine by us..but you would think that as the Director of Catering and Sales (and the one who I met with to discuss details prior to our big day) that she would be more present during our event. It rained on our wedding day, therefore we had an indoor ceremony. As we were walking out of the bridal suite to take photos I noticed that all the linen were wrinkled. I asked if they were going to steam them and I got a look like I had asked a crazy question. The reply I got was \"it'll be dark in the room, you won't even notice.\" Um yes I will, please steam them. I was told that they have NEVER steamed the linen at any of their previous events! That's embarrassing! So we are approaching 6pm, the agreed time for our wedding ceremony. I was anxiously waiting in my bridal suite for someone to tell me that it was time to walk down the aisle, as the clock read 6:15pm. We were all ready, there was no reason why I was not walking down the aisle on time, but rather I had to wait until 6:25 for someone to tell me it was time. The moment we have all been waiting for. The doors open and my first thought was why is it so dark in here. The lights were dimmed. Jennifer had not previously discussed this MAJOR detail with me. This was my moment and guests could hardly appreciate it because it was so dark during the ceremony. Also, please tell me why my parents and his parents were the ONLY ones seated in the front row?! It was like they were at a funeral, how disappointing. I could go on and on about how poorly Jennifer communicated with me from the start to finish, but instead I would like to brag on the maitre d, Cindy. She was the best thing that happened to Galloping Hill. She was by my side from the moment I stepped foot into the bridal suite. Cindy made sure Chris and I had everything we needed throughout the night and even sent us home with several to-go boxes of our delicious entrees and dessert! It was a shame that Jennifer wasn't more friendly. Thankfully, I had the best vendors surrounding me to lighten up the mood. -Rachel Mosley

We are so happy we booked our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception at Galloping Hill! Jennifer made sure everything went smoothly, despite having to move our ceremony inside at the very last minute due to rain. Even so, everything was set up quickly and was a very beautiful ceremony. Jennifer was great along the way with helping us with our planning. We had a lot of fun at the food tasting with our family, and it was nice because we were the only party--nobody else was doing their tasting at the same time.This was certainly our favorite venue we had looked at aesthetically, but it was also the best value--about $15/pp less than other similar venues in the area. Plus the wedding cake was included with two vendors to choose from (we went with Palermo's). The food was fantastic, and there were so many options plus we could have added anything we thought of off the menu as well! The Chinese food take-out station was the hit of the night!In addition to Jennifer's assistance, Cynthia was our attendant and she was just amazing. She checked in on us throughout the night, made sure we actually sat down to eat dinner, and packed us up some food from our cocktail hour (which we very happily ate at 2am in our hotel room!). She was so sweet and thoughtful, and she felt like family by the end of the night!Overall, our wedding was perfect and we couldn't be happier! Our guests raved about the venue and food for weeks! We also were lucky enough to get a great picture in the rain on the bridge overlooking the Garden State Parkway! We also opted for the first look (the weather held out for that!) and had some great shots on the course and by the willow tree and pond. Overall an amazing experience and we definitely recommend this venue!!

My husband and I happened on this venue purely by chance. We went to a bridal showcase given by Acelebrations and fell in love. My husband and I were married at Galloping Hill in March. (AH! I know I am so behind)\r I cannot say enough about how amazing our wedding was. Jennifer is a miracle worker....nothing less. She is professional, attentive, helpful, sweet, kind, and thorough. \rOur wedding was spectacular and most of this is due to Jennifer and the rest of the staff at Galloping Hill. \rCynthia....what can I not say about her?! She is magnificent! I adored her! She was on point with everything the day of the wedding. My entire bridal party had nothing but great things to say about how well Cynthia treated them. She went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure that our day went off without a hitch. \rThe food...incredible! Everyone loved the food. There was a HUGE array to choose from. Everything was fresh and looked stunning. It was 5 stars from cocktail hour all the way through to desert. The servers were so polite and sweet. They were all always smiling and very attentive as well. \rThe venue itself is just gorgeous. It snowed the day before our wedding (I was excited about it haha) and the scenery was just amazing. We took pictures outside and they came out wonderful. \rThe entire process of the wedding planning here was great. From day one, Jennifer was there to help...even with stuff that I'm sure she wasn't supposed to. She answered all of our questions right away. I really just cannot put into words how helpful she was. Anyone that chooses Galloping Hill Golf Course as their venue will be striking the jackpot. This place is pure GOLD and I would give it 10 stars if I could. If I had to do it all again....I would pick this place over and over. \rThank you to the entire staff at Galloping Hill for making our big day that much more incredible for us and our guests.

The venue is absolutely gorgeous. Jennifer Forshee, director of catering and sales, is simply amazing. She is easy to work with, timely in her responses and off the charts accommodating. She provided tremendous insight to help make our day as smooth and special as possible. We had a little over 200 guests and everyone sat comfortably and the dance floor was a great size! The wait staff was very helpful, as well. The ceremony was indoors, due to the time of year, but they were efficient when transitioning from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. Everyone was awesome at Galloping Hills. I highly recommend this venue! Upon arrival, guests were welcomed with champagne, warm apple cider and peanuts, which was a very nice touch. The category I chose was reception venues, but we also had our ceremony there, which made it a lot easier for the guests. The price is very reasonable per guest. The food is phenomenal there! This truly is a 5 star place!

The Galloping Hill and Golf Course is the first and only venue my Husband and I looked at when we were planning our wedding. It had everything we wanted, and so much more. My wedding day was on September 26, 2015 and it was the most magical day of my life. Everything was absolutely perfect, beautiful, memorable, and so much more, and all in large part due to the Galloping Hill. Their staff is attentive, professional and very personable, always willing to help in making your day just the way you have envisioned it. \rThe food itself deserves a review all on its own. My guests still talk about how amazing the food was! I don't even have to ask them, \"How was the food?\" they voluntarily tell me how it was the best food they have ever had. \rThe Galloping Hill is not only there for you on your wedding day, but they are there for you from the day you meet with them. I called Jennifer Forshee, Director of Catering, several times throughout the year of planning my wedding. She always returned my phone calls and emails, made me feel like my wedding was her priority, answered all of my questions, she was simply amazing to work with. Cynthia, my Bridal Concierge, is a very memorable person to me. I only met her twice, but she is someone I will never forget. A Bride is lucky to meet someone like Cynthia, and to have her as your Bridal Concierge, will make your day just that much better. I can't say enough great things about the staff at The Galloping Hill. Jennifer, Cynthia, Jenna, Eddie, Chris, all of the Bar staff, Servers, Chefs, etc...you all helped make my Wedding day the best day of my life. We were married October 2015. They did a gorgeous job with this place, first off. It's chic and modern so whatever your color scheme may be, it will look great here. The view of the golf course from the ballroom is stunning, it was a beautiful back drop for our wedding.\r\r Everyone we worked with was exceptionally helpful and sweet and made our day so much easier. We cannot say enough good things about them. We need to specifically mention Cynthia, our bridal attendant. She is hands down the kindest, most wonderful person we had the pleasure of being with on our day, not to mention all of the other amazing ladies that took care of us! Great, great staff. \r\r As for the food. Delicious, beautifully presented and promptly served. We'll definitely be coming to the Red Knot for future dinners! \r\r We could not have asked for a better overall experience here. Everything was wonderfully done, everything. We cannot thank them enough for making our day such a happy one.

I got married on 10/10/15. People are still talking about my wedding even now. Jennifer is great- she is incredibly busy and is really a one man show, so you just need a little patience with her if she doesn't get back to you right away. Aside from that, she did a great job accommodating to my very Portuguese dad who was really worried about the food, helping the day run like a well oiled machine and overall just making sure all the details were right. Their food was amazing, the grounds are incredible and the staff was great, especially Cynthia- she is such a sweat-heart! Chris the banquet manager is a really cool guy and did a great job! Great great great night all around.

We booked this venue WAY before it even opened with NO reviews to look at, NO actual weddings to see and it didn't matter! Jennifer promised our wedding would be everything we dreamt of and she was absolutely right!\rJennifer was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to end! She never lost patience with my endless questions and was always so sweet! I'll never forget when Jennifer showed us the ballroom the day of the wedding and being completely blown away at how beautiful everything came out! This venue is the PERFECT place if you're looking for a sleek & trendy but elegant look! No ugly drapes or carpets here! Brides, your imagination can run WILD if you choose this venue! The views of the golf course are absolutely beautiful, the wrap around terrace was perfect for our cigar roller! It's truly an amazing venue, beautiful inside and out! \rCynthia, our bridal attendant, was by far the most sweetest & AMAZING person ever! She was so attentive to not only my husband and I, but to our bridal party as well. She always made sure that everything was fine or if we needed anything but we never had to ask for a single thing because she knew we needed it before we even knew! We absolutely adored her! The food is definitely not your typical wedding food, it's actually DELICIOUS! The steak & sea bass was EVERYTHING! Cynthia packed us to go bags for us to enjoy back at the hotel and it was SO GOOD after our long night of dancing! Our reception was more than we could've imagined and it's all thanks to the amazing staff at Galloping Hill Golf Course! We cannot thank them enough! Book your wedding here and you will NOT be disappointed!

My husband and I absolutely loved everything about our wedding at the Clubhouse at Galloping Hill Golf Course. When we first booked the wedding we loved the venue, especially the stunning golf course views and the attentiveness of the staff. Once things came around to the big day, we really felt comfortable that everything was in place and we didn't have anything to worry about. The management really took the time to work with us on all the details of our wedding and as per reviews from our family and friends, our guests were truly wowed by all that they offered. \rAs the bride, it's easy to get overwhelmed on your wedding day. I personally have to say that the staff was so accommodating that my family, our wedding party and I really didn't have to worry about anything. The bridal concierge was amazing making sure we had food and anything we needed and this really stood out to us. My husband and I absolutely loved everything about our wedding at the Clubhouse at Galloping Hill Golf Course. When we first booked the wedding we loved the venue, especially the stunning golf course views and the attentiveness of the staff. Once things came around to the big day, we really felt comfortable that everything was in place and we didn't have anything to worry about. FANTASTIC! I just got married last night, and I could not wait a second longer to write my review! Everything from start to finish was ON POINT. The ceremony was beautiful! All the guests loved riding in the golf carts! Jennifer was SO helpful during the planning process. I sent her (what seemed like) countless emails with all kinds of silly little questions and she was always so prompt in responding. Planning a wedding can be such a stressful thing, but literally the second I walked into that venue the night of, every single doubt fear and worry vanished. Advice for brides: stop worrying! Relax and Enjoy! Every single staff member knew exactly what to do to make us feel so comfortable. Cynthia was our attendant for the evening. She is the KINDEST, SWEETEST, MOST HELPFUL person ever!!! WE LOVE HER!!! After the ceremony, my husband and I were able to take a few minutes alone in a the bridal suite. (This was a really great moment and a very special touch.) Cynthia brought us all the food from cocktail hour so we could enjoy it without missing out. She certainly made sure we were well fed all night! Can't finish all your food? No worries! She'll make sure everything gets wrapped up to take home. She was also so accommodating with with whatever we needed. CANNOT thank her enough!! Thumbs up to the bartenders too! GREAT drinks! Overall, it was such a beautiful evening. We could not be happier with the outcome. It's only been 24 hours, but we are already hearing amazing feedback from all of our guests. Simply wonderful!!!!!

My husband and I loved everything about our wedding at The Clubhouse at Galloping Hill! Jennifer and Jessica were AMAZING on the day-of and Cynthia, the bridal attendant, is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. They treated us like family and got us anything we needed. We had a few last minute changes the night before/morning of the wedding and Jennifer made it work, no questions asked. Jessica kept me calm and entertained throughout pre-wedding pics and golf cart rides, which helped with all the nerves. The best part of this venue is by far the service. Our tasting was personalized, which my mother in law loved, and they sent us home with so many treats after the wedding. I would highly recommend The Clubhouse at Galloping Hill for anyone looking for a great value, very attentive staff, and a beautiful setting!

We had our wedding at Galloping Hill and it was terrific. Jennifer came through the day of and really ran a tight ship, which I loved. She made the timeline stay on point and kept everyone going where they needed to be. Her assistant Jessica was sweet and I loved spending time with her. She seemed like someone I would genuinely want to spend time with, and I think it's important to have people around you on you wedding day that you like, even if it's just a vendor. We got rave reviews about food and about the location, which we were hoping for. We had our ceremony outside, which was a dream of mine and it was perfect. The location was beautiful and I was told that some deer ran by before I arrived, which was awesome. All in all we had a great time and it was truly beautiful. The only negative was that there were some special alcohol requests we had arranged that the bartenders for some reason didn't seem to be aware of, so when I found out about it, as it was for our fathers, I pulled the bride card and it seemed to be rectified pretty quickly. It annoyed me but only very briefly, as I said got corrected quickly. What I would say to other brides too is after you book, don't expect to here from the venue much until it gets closer. I was reaching out with questions and requests etc and the response time wasn't great which put a bad taste in my mouth but when it got closer I realized it wasn't a poor reflection on them and that they did care about my event, it's just they have a hundred other events to deal with and when yours is a year away your not really a priority. So although your excited to get the ball rolling, wait a bit. Once I understood that I felt much better about the relationship and as I said it showed as they did a wonderful job.\r\r

After looking at several venues, Galloping Hill was by far the best, most lovely venue to hold my wedding. Every vendor I booked afterwards all knew of Galloping Hill and all had nothing but positive feedback about the venue. And Galloping Hill definitely lived up to its reputation. \rBeside the obvious location and beautiful grounds, the professionalism from the Wedding Coordinator, Jennifer Forshee was exceptional. Her attention to detail and knowledge regarding all things wedding, made the whole wedding process easy and enjoyable. During the day of the wedding, Jennifer and the Staff made everything felt seamless and effortless. \rI had my ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at Galloping Hill, which was a such a added benefit for me and my guest, especially for a winter wedding where the weather was unpredictable. There was even heating lamps set outside for my guest to enjoy the outdoor area and the balcony. \rAll my guest enjoyed the food, and raved how delicious the entrees and cocktail hour food was. One of the guest favorites was the risotto and the lobster-brie puff pastry.\rMy attendant, Cynthia was absolutely wonderful! She never missed a beat. She kept my wine glass and belly full! She even packed me a doggie bag to enjoy later! I love her! I would just go back to visit her again! \rI would love to plan my future events here again. And I would recommend anyone with any type of celebration to hold their even here.\r

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Clubhouse at Galloping Hill! My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and our reception here on November 8th, 2014, and it truly was a night to remember. From the day we signed our contract, until the absolute last minute of our wedding, we received service that was above and beyond our expectations. \r\rJennifer is absolutely amazing, and wonderful to work with! She helped us through every step of the process and offered great ideas to customize our special day. We are so thankful for all of her help! The day of the wedding, Chris, the banquet manager, was very accommodating, & if by chance there were any issues going on behind the scenes, my guests and I had no idea. He had everything under control & seemed to enjoy himself the whole night. Cynthia, the bridal attendant, did everything and more to make sure my husband, myself, our family, and our entire bridal party were happy and had everything we needed. She could not be any nicer and everyone adored her! She even packed up a ton of food for my husband and I to take home with us so we could enjoy it the next day! \r\rMy guests have not stopped raving about our wedding, especially the food! Every single cocktail hour passed hors d'oeuvre, every cocktail hour station, and every meal option were delicious! I also must mention the chef - he found out that my husband's grandfather unfortunately could not attend our wedding because he was admitted to the hospital the day before, and he took it upon himself to package up one of each dinner option, and a piece of cake, and sent it home for his grandfather to enjoy at the hospital. This made my husband's grandparents so happy and really let him feel like he got to experience some of our day. \r\rThe venue is beautiful and I could not be happier that we chose the Clubhouse at Galloping Hill for our wedding! I would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone who is looking!

My daughter and son in law were married at Galloping Hill on August 16, 2014. We were a little hesitant when we booked it because the venue was so new and they only had a few affairs. But my daughter really loved it. We couldn't have been happier. The golf course was a beautiful setting for the ceremony. A family of deer even joined us. A cute touch for the pictures. The cocktail hour food was abundant. The dinner was excellent. My guests were raving about the wedding for weeks. We thank Jennifer, Cynthia , and Chris for making sure everything was perfect!
