A restaurant brimming with vintage charms, Clyde's Willow Creek Farm offers couples the chance to celebrate a memorable wedding in Broadlands, VA. There are multiple ways for partners to organize their weddings here. The talented staff delights in helping their clients curate festivities with excellent cuisine and an exceptional atmosphere. Stepping into one of the event spaces at Clyde's Willow Creek Farm is like stepping back in time. There are both private and semi-private options, suiting a range of preferences. One space is Fox & Hounds, with room for up to 26 seated guests. The fresh green walls complement its wood wall panels, ceiling beams, and neutral and natural color palette. A similar architectural design extends itself into The Sanctuary, which can accommodate 18 loved ones in a sit-down dining setting. Slightly larger festivities with 66 seated attendees may occur in the Audubon Bar & West, Roxbury Ell, or Roxbury Main. The Chandler Barn or, weather permitting, Richmond Terrace are ideal for larger events. With staging and a dance floor, up to 110 people can dine and dance in the Chandler Barn. It is also well suited to cocktail receptions of between 225 and 250 people. Outside, 130 people can gather in merriment for a seated meal on the terrace. The event manager and chef at Clyde's Willow Creek Farm are eager to collaborate with couples and help bring their vision to life. They can assist clients in creating a menu tailored to the occasion and the couple's preferences. In addition to catering and beverage services, the team can provide audio equipment, lighting, tables, chairs, and more.

From the 1st time I met with the event coordinator, I felt so comfortable and could picture our sons wedding there. The planning was seamless, right up until the day of when we moved the ceremony location around due to the weather. The Chandler room is a beautiful room for a reception, and with our flowers and table decor, the room was just beautiful. The food for our buffet was delicious, and we received many compliments from our guests. The staff were all terrific to work with and I would highly recommend Clyde's Willow Creek as a wedding venue!!

The food for our buffet was delicious, and we received many compliments from our guests. The staff were all terrific to work with and I would highly recommend Clyde's Willow Creek as a wedding venue!!

When I started thinking about my wedding venue, I knew what I did not want: a Hotel Ballroom wedding. Ironically, I work for a very busy Hotel Wedding Venue, so I also couldn’t risk a non-traditional reception where servicing larger groups of people wasn’t something they would be up to task with; Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm proved to be perfect venue for my visions. They have both an Event Sales and Events Coordinator, so there is always someone to quickly communicate with and answer questions. From the initial walk-through, to our efficient two-hour planning call, to the day before décor drop-off, I felt extremely well taken care of. We hosted a brunch reception of just over 100 guests- the food was hot and delicious, and the drinks were flowing. In attendance, we hosted over a dozen event professionals as part of our guest list, and I was nervous that Clyde’s would be up to the expectations of the people in the room- Tara, Keeley, and the rest of the team 100% delivered! If you are considering a restaurant or non-traditional venue, just a few of my take-aways: there’s something exciting about walking into a restaurant full of strangers, and having people cheer for you and your new partner; in addition to the event space, this venue has so many beautiful outdoor areas, perfect for a few couple photos or staged group shots; and something that is often overlooked is restroom availability, the restrooms are clean and spacious, very comfortable for hosting a large group of guests. Clyde’s Willow Creek Farm is a go-to wedding spot for the NOVA area and should be on any couple’s list to check out!

Clyde's Willow Creek Farm was FANTASTIC! We had our Rehearsal Dinner and Brunch here for our wedding. Tara was so great to work with. She answered all of our many questions in a timely manner and worked with us throughout our planning process to ensure our events went off without a hitch. The food was absolutely delicious! And the waitstaff was exceptional and so friendly. We highly recommend Clyde's for your event!

Clydes at Willow Creek is a wonderful, all inclusive venue that I had the pleasure of working with this year. Tara is extremely responsive and accommodating, my client was a reschedule from 2020 and it was handled with ease. The wedding day team is helpful, kind and on top of everything. They made my clients wedding a beautiful, unforgettable night. Planning with them was a breeze and I will always recommend their services to my clients.

Clydes at Willow Creek is a wonderful, all inclusive venue that I had the pleasure of working with this year. We got married December 12, 2020 and thus dealt with never-ending changes to the state rules and restrictions along the way. Tara, the events coordinator, handled all of our anxiety and questions immediately, calmly, and professionally. Clyde's was exceptionally flexible with our guest list and ceremony spaces as the restrictions changed and offered a multitude of options for us to make sure we had the wedding we had been dreaming about. The venue itself is gorgeous and has such a wide range of spaces perfect for photos! The food and service was amazing and the bar packages can't be outdone by any other venue in the DMV. Their commitment to safety throughout the pandemic made us more than comfortable holding our event at the restaurant.

I cannot say enough about how awesome Clydes was! That whole back barn area is just gorgeous! We only spent an hour or two decorating it with our touches but it's basically all set with beautiful wood pillars and tall peak ceilings and huge chandeliers, at night it was magical! Tara and Adrien, the coordinators were equally amazing, I visited several times and each time they met with me and answered all my questions, let me drop things off the day before and helped me think through all the small and large details. The service on my wedding day was impeccable, my husband and I had our own waiter who catered to our every need, before we even knew we needed it! And the food! The Clydes staff made sure this bride was fed! They brought our passed hour devours up to the bridal room while pictures were being done and had wine waiting on the table for us when we got to our sweetheart table. Both my husband and I were full! We enjoyed every morsel and honestly can't wait to go back and celebrate our one year anniversary... or even our one-month if we can't wait that long!

Perfect place for the rehearsal dinner. It was right between the reception venue and the hotel where we were staying. Also was convenient to hotel that many of our guests were staying. Loved the inside décor and layout. Quite a large place but very welcoming, love the old barn feel. Was a perfect way to add a rustic feel to our wedding weekend but still have an elegant reception the next day at our wedding venue. Food was delicious and the staff was helpful. Really enjoyed sitting around out on the patio after dinner and was a great place to relax on a nice fall evening.

We are still on cloud nine from the wonderful wedding experience we had at Clyde's a week ago. We are so thankful for the wonderful event planning staff (Adrien is AWESOME and we only worked with Tess a little as she was a new addition to the team, but she's great as well!), and the outdoor terrace was just BEAUTIFUL! It was perfect for the vision I had for our wedding day, and the staff there executed everything beautifully. The indoor space also lends a lot of unique details that you probably won't find in any other venue. We also had our cake made by them, and are so happy with how it came out! All of the staff members (wait staff, bartenders, etc...) were so pleasant, and the food was absolutely delicious. A concern for me was that the food wouldn't be superb because of the sheer volume, but it was absolutely to die for and all of our guests are still raving about how good everything was. Clyde's is a hidden gem for weddings in NOVA, and we'll always have fond memories of it.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience at Willow Creek! We got married there about 3 weeks ago and it exceeded all expectations. Melissa and Adrien are the ultimate professionals and were so patient and accommodating with all of our questions and needs. We ended up needing to move the event inside because of rain, but Melissa made sure that everything was perfect in the Chandler Barn (and they even let us spill out onto the outside terrace as the weather began to clear!) We also had a fantastic server-Walter- who was super attentive to us throughout the reception and made things so easy and comfortable. Every member of their staff was incredible from start to finish. Aside from the fantastic staff, Willow Creek is a one-stop shop. The food was EXCELLENT, the drinks flowed perfectly, and we even had the pastry chef do our cake and cupcakes (which were not only beautiful, but also very tasty). They not only put out all of the complimentary white linens, but all of my extra decorations (before my friends even arrived to do it!) and assisted my florist with making the flowers look just right in the space. I mean, ABOVE AND BEYOND. We held our event on a Saturday afternoon as it better fit our needs logistically and financially. Everything was extremely reasonably priced. You are responsible for reaching the food and drink minimum rather than having the minimum on top of a rental fee for the space. They have a variety of food and drink options, so you can design it to fit whatever kind of budget you have. One of the other nice things about the location is that it is close to Dulles Airport for your out-of-town guys and there are several nice, reasonably priced hotels within 5-10 minutes that offer shuttles to and from the airport, as well as, to and from Willow Creek. I would choose Willow Creek again and again. We were already huge Clyde's Group fans before this, but this solidified everything we already know about the quality of their service, food, and atmosphere.

We got married this past Sunday and couldn't have been more happy with our wedding reception and ceremony. Melissa and Adrien and the entire team at Willow Creek were fantastic. They involved us in all the steps and up until calling the rain option. While I was sad (okay, bratty, devastated, did I say bratty) about calling the rain option, the room looked beautiful and all decorations, that I couldn't imagine inside looked beautiful, and like they were meant for the space. Our food was also amazing !!! the lamb, the cheese quesadillas, the duet, the chicken!!! So many people raved about the chicken and honestly chicken is usually the hardest crowd pleaser, we also had someone in our party with severe allergies and he didn't die and enjoyed his food. Everyone from my 93 year old Gramma to my 3 year old goddaughter loved everything and are still talking about it. We couldn't have been happier and hope everyone chooses Willow Creek!!

We had our reception on the patio at Clyde's Willow Creek Farm in September 2012, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue! Not only is it a beautiful setting, but food was delicious (farm fresh - very flexible - several guests told us it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding), and the staff was outstanding!! Melissa and Brittany, our event coordinators, were kind and helpful from our very first meeting, answering all questions promptly, and making helpful suggestions throughout the whole process. I can't say enough good things about both of them!!! The event staff was kind as well, and did everything they could to make sure we and our guests were comfortable - they weren't afraid to go out of the box to make our experience the best it could be. We screened close to 50 venue properties, and this was by far the best!

Covered terrace genuine rustic building built on what used to be a farm lush green forest surrounding. Food was very good service was excellent events coordinator was close to perfect. Attentive responsive really understood our needs goals and how to achieve them. Bonuses: free large parking lot close to major airport.
