Cobblestone Creek Country Club is literally a dream come true. They went out of their way to make sure our day was perfect and went smoothly, and I can’t ever thank them enough! We did not have a wedding planner because we didn’t need one. The coordinators at Cobblestone Creek Country Club take care of everything. We worked with Noelle as our coordinator. She was there every step of the way, always smiling, always helping, just the absolute best! She worked with all of the vendors to make sure everything went smoothly and she was always available by email/text/call to answer endless questions! They take care of the set up, tear down, and schedule a time later to pick up items. The whole staff at the venue was efficient and professional. We have received many compliments on how delicious the food was, people are still talking about it. Not only did they provide us with a fantastic meal and bar service their customer service was top notch! Very highly recommend!!

We had the *best* wedding experience at Cobblestone. Colleen and Claire are true professionals - we easily exchanged 100+ emails with them along the way and they always responded promptly and were flexible in accommodating most of our requests (or letting us know why they think said request wasn't a great idea). Claire was there during the party and the best thing I can say is that we barely saw her! She was around the few times we had a question, but things were mainly running smoothly and she let us just enjoy our big party.The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. The golf course, especially during the fall, makes for hilariously perfect pictures. We did the ceremony on the outdoor patio which made for a stunning setting. We also liked that there was a solid backup indoor option for the ceremony if it was raining (luckily not a problem for us!). Food was great - guests raved about the steak (tough for any venue to pull off cooking so many at once) and prosciutto stuffed chicken options. All the little details went off without a snag (timelines, outside cupcakes and Abbot's cart set up etc). There are many moving parts that need to come together to make your wedding as you envision, but you 100% need the venue to deliver on the basics. Cobblestone did this and more, coupled with their great coordinators and the beautiful backdrop, we would highly recommend CCCC to any couple!

Beautiful venue/location! Colleen was great to work with. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful and how I envisioned it to be! The bartender and staff were great! My guests are still raving over how delicious the food was, especially the beef tenderloin. Many people have said my wedding was the best wedding they have attended. Highly recommend!!!

They were amazing on our actual wedding day with helping to set up, teardown, and organize all the little details. They made the room look absolutely amazing and exceeded my expectations to set up our reception. They absolutely understood my vision and what I wanted the room to look like. They made sure that we always had a full glass in our hand and fun wherever we were. I heard a lot of compliments from my guests who loved their food, the decor, and the location!

We were very happy with the venue- the food was great, the set-up was executed as planned, the staff was very responsive and the grounds were beautiful. My only issue was the inadequacy of the air conditioning system. Granted, the wedding fell on the hottest day of the summer, but it was extremely warm inside also. To be fair, the staff brought out a number of fans to help with the heat. A few days later when we called about it, we were told that the system isn’t equipped to deal with the heat when it is so hot outside. We did receive an apology and a room rental refund, but feel that since they were aware of the cooling system inadequacy, they should have let us know about it up front and either offered to bring in portable a/c units or suggested that we rent them. If you select the venue, be aware of this and plan accordingly so your guests aren’t dripping with sweat.

We knew we wanted to have our wedding at Cobblestone Creek Country Club because of how beautiful the grounds and reception hall were! We met with both Colleen and Alex who were very easy to work with. They helped us craft a beautifully decorated wedding ceremony and reception. They also were very supportive when we made the decision to have the ceremony outside even though there was a chance of rain. Just a warning - in the contract it does state \"prices are subject to change\" but if the price does increase, which it did for us, Colleen is easy to work with to make adjustments to keep it within the budget. Our guests raved about the delicious food and the beautiful ambiance. The bar tenders were very quick and poured strong drinks to get the party started! The next day when we picked up our decorations and supplies they were neatly packed and prepared, a nice touch! Compared to other venues we visited, Cobblestone Creek Country Club was by far the most breathtaking and an amazing value. Thank you Colleen and Alex for making our wedding day perfect!

I was just married less than a week ago at Cobblestone on 6/30/18. It was very hot out that day, but the venue was not properly air conditioned. We had guests complaining the entire night about the heat, but they told us it was on and couldn't go any lower. They also said a thermostat showing 82 degrees was \"broken\" and inaccurate. Staff members did admit to our vendors and some guests that the a/c was a known issue, but of course they did not want to admit this to us. They also refused to allow us to delay photos until later in the evening when it cooled off. We ended up sitting outside in a broken golf cart for nearly half an hour due waiting for them to give us a new one so we could take photos. While we were in the middle of taking more photos in the evening, they also came up to us to \"clarify\" that our reception would end at 9:30, not 11pm, even though they had emailed me 4 weeks before the wedding indicating it would end at 11. Service during our reception was poor, they were short staffed, everyone was hot and miserable, and we were treated very poorly by them the entire night. Our veteran (20+ year photographer) was so pissed at how badly they treated us; he said he had never seen a couple treated so badly in all his years as a wedding photographer. Our DJ was also appalled at how badly they managed the reception. Our reception was ruined because it was so hot in there - it reached 86 degrees, verified by people taking the temp in the reception room on their smartphones. Everyone ended up leaving early because it was too hot in there, and it totally ruined our entire reception. My mother in law even had to leave early because she was nauseous from the heat and uncomfortable. My entire reception was spent running around and apologizing to everyone while hot and sweaty. We were also treated horribly all night by them. Our photographer and DJ also said a less reasonable couple would have absolutely lost it on them. There were other less major issues as well, but overall it was just extremely poorly managed. I have emailed general manager to see what their response is. Bottom line, do not use this venue for your wedding or you may really end up regretting it. I never want another couple to go through what we went through. Picking Cobblestone is my biggest regret.

The wedding coordinator and staff at Cobblestone were absolutely wonderful. From the initial meeting to the taste test to the actual reception everyone was so polite and professional. The ballroom over looks the gorgeous and well maintained golf course which offers several options for taking photographs on the day of our wedding. We chose to focus on the main wooden bridge and the gorgeous cobblestone bridge further out in the course. The ball room is recently renovated and now offers the option of having the sconce lights tinted a color of your choice which really added to the night. The food was fantastic my guest raved about it! Overall this was the best reception venue around!

The wedding coordinator and staff at Cobblestone were absolutely wonderful. From the initial meeting to the taste test to the actual reception everyone was so polite and professional. The ballroom over looks the gorgeous and well maintained golf course which offers several options for taking photographs on the day of our wedding. We chose to focus on the main wooden bridge and the gorgeous cobblestone bridge further out in the course. Cobblestone Creek did an amazing job with my wedding! All of the staff was extremely attentive. One of my guests ordered the wrong meal and the staff and chef gave her a different meal with no problem at all. I received many compliments on the food; we had a chicken dish, a beef dish, and an eggplant dish. All three were phenomenal! Even though there was an open bar, when guests were sitting outside on the patio, the staff brought them drinks when they asked. They went above and beyond! I would definitely use them again!

One of my guests ordered the wrong meal and the staff and chef gave her a different meal with no problem at all. I received many compliments on the food; we had a chicken dish, a beef dish, and an eggplant dish. All three were phenomenal! Even though there was an open bar, when guests were sitting outside on the patio, the staff brought them drinks when they asked. They went above and beyond! I would definitely use them again!

I began planning my wedding with it only 6 months away, Cobblestone Creek was able to help me plan my wedding and worked great with my other vendors. The sit down dinner was delicious elegantly served! The event planner Kristen was very pleasant and helped me every step of the way! I was even able to drop off many last minute tasks that I was running out of time to complete and without hesitation she completed them all! It was such a stress relief! Also the night of my wedding, Cynthia helped me make sure everything ran smoothly! I would definitely recommend this venu to anyone ready to have an amazing wedding!!
