Cobblestone Creek Golf Club Reviews
Ryan Key(groom)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 09-06-2018 I had my wedding here and it was perfect. Tim is a down to earth wedding event coordinator, he is not part of the “wedding business” that tries to nickel and dime you at every corner as soon as you mention “wedding”. He treats you as if you were a family member and he is hosting a wedding for you. He works with you on any and every request. There were a few hiccups on our wedding day but he worked tirelessly to get them straightened out and went above and beyond what he was contractually obligated to do. The golf course we were at was already a great place, but being able to work with Tim Is what sold us. You will not be disappointed if you come here! Reviewed on 18-12-2018
Crystal Rodriguez(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-06-2017 I got married here June 24, 2017! It was literally the best day ever. Tim Swann did an amazing job, keeping my husband and I very level headed when the smallest of things would frustrate us to our max! The venue was absolutely beautiful, we had our entire wedding outdoors in the evening! We had our reception and dance floor on the practice green and our ceremony a little further down from the practice green! The weather turned out perfect, as we danced the night away under our strung lights. It was the best night! This is definitely a venue that has a lot to offer and beautiful without any decorations needed!! Reviewed on 18-08-2017
Kelsea Striegl(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 17-09-2016 It was a beautiful venue and Shelly was awesome decorating and organizing the whole thing! It made the day a lot less stressful! Reviewed on 01-10-2016
averie lechler(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-03-2014 We couldn't have chosen a better place to host our wedding and reception. Tim and Jamie were amazing to work with. We booked over a year out and they were in constant contact throughout the entire time helping us plan every last detail. The way the venue is set up you don't have to do much decorating.. Our ceremony was outside on the practice green and it was a gorgeous set up. Overall I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone! The price is extremely reasonable, the staff is amazing and so very detail oriented. You book more than just a venue with this place. Reviewed on 05-05-2014

Lizzy Teeters(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 28-09-2013 We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception at Cobblestone Creek Golf Club and it was amazing! Tim is so easy to work with and so flexible and accommodating to our needs. He would meet us at the venue any time we wanted to see it or tour our other vendors (photographer, caterer, etc). He always tried to make our requests work and if he couldn't, he'd offer another solution. The venue is gorgeous and all our guests kept commenting on how beautiful the golf course and the clubhouse were. I'd definitely recommend this venue! It is a Norman treasure! :) Reviewed on 08-10-2013

Jaclyn Fedors(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 09-06-2013 We worked with Kelly over at Poppy Lane Design and she was awesome!! I'm not much of a designer/ crafty/ wedding obsessed girl, but she was so great to work with that I left her studio much more excited than when I came it. Kelly listened to my ideas and helped expand them. Perhaps one of my favorite things about Kelly is that she helped make our flowers more affordable. If I suggested one flower, she would say \"Of course I will do whatever you want. But why dont you check out these other options.\" Kelly would then show us some other flowers that look like perfect substitutes but would be less expensive and/or stronger in the heat. I loved that she was willing to work with whatever we wanted, but also helped by providing more options. Her knowledge of flowers is amazing. Also, she has a million accessories that are great as well. Compared to other florists we met, Kelly's prices were lower and I KNOW we ended up with more value. Reviewed on 13-08-2013
Danielle Deen(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 01-06-2013 Kelly from Poppy Lane Designs was so generous the day of our wedding. We were on a very strict budget and were on the verge of ordering everything from Sam's Club and hoping for the best. Kelly came through and got us a huge beautiful bridal bouquet, 5 gorgeous bridesmaids bouquets, a bouttenire for groom and a large order fo bulk flowers for us to decorate the place with.\r\rShe worked with me on getting the biggest bang for the buck and I am so happy with my choice of using Poppy Lane Designs. She may be hard to get ahold of, but that's because she works VERY hard, does A LOT of events and is constantly busy because of her QUALITY work.\r\rWell done Kelly! I'm a VERY pleased customer! Taylor Powell(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 08-06-2013 I used Poppy Lane Designs for my bouquet, the bridesmaids bouquets, and the groomsmen boutonnieres. They were all wonderful! Katelynn Fry(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 01-06-2013 We absolutely loved having our wedding here. The venue is unique and extremely charming. The owners were a pleasure to work with. The venue is a total of three floors. If I had to change one thing about it, I would make every level handicap accessible. However, I loved being able to have the \"party\" aspect of my wedding on the second floor and separated from the older generation of guests at my wedding. Reviewed on 19-06-2013

Amanda Andrews(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-04-2012 I had quite the debacle with finding caterers that were affordable, could do gluten-free, and were willing to travel about 30 miles outside of the metro-area for a reasonable cost. Abbey Road answered all of my prayers and more. They were honest about the fact that some of the stuff they had the ability to do GF tasted horrible, and therefore they did not waste their time or my money with serving such food. They were also more than willing to travel to the middle of nowhere for no cost (other than the hourly fee, they clock-in when they arrive at the kitchen and clock out when they leave). They were waaaay cheaper than any other catering company. I had chicken, veggies, rolls, salad, a fruit display and potatoes (plated dinner). The cost is per person. Reviewed on 17-05-2012

My wedding was in December and from the time they met with me in March up until the event, they treated me with caring, individual attention and amazing professionalism. And almost everyone I spoke to at the reception mentioned the food! It was memorably good. Amber Bushman(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 08-10-2011 Kelly's flowers are amazing! She has incredible insight into what will look great. She listened to every suggestion I had, even when I'm sure I didnt make sense.\rMy only \"complaint\" (not a major one!) is that she seems a tad unorganized. I only say that because she seemed to have things mixed up at times, but then the day of the wedding, it was EXACTLY how we wanted it! She was very friendly as well. Reviewed on 31-10-2011
Tamara Poteat(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 03-09-2011 Kelly was greavery sweet, but often difficult to get ahold of. Stephanie Poyner(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-03-2011 Poppy Lane Design was an amazing choice for our wedding flowers. Kelly met with us to discuss our wedding and get an idea of what flowers would work. I brought a sample of our colors and she immediately had wonderful suggestions (that ended up looking incredible with our colors and decor). She had a detailed quote emailed to us quickly and was very willing to make changes to the quote until it was exactly what we wanted. The flowers arrived on time the day of our wedding and Kelly even had a few pictures on her phone to show me since I couldn't go down to see all of the flowers yet. Everything was GORGEOUS and even better than what I had envisioned! I would highly recommend Poppy Lane Design to anyone looking for a florist within the Oklahoma metro area. Wonderful experience. Katie McClelland(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 13-09-2008 While looking for a caterer, I had heard two things consistently about Kris Abbey and Abbey Road Catering: First was that she was completely flaky. Second was that she was simply The Best. Intrigued, I booked an appointment with her.\r\rKris was fantastic. At our initial meeting, she really put my mind at ease. It's true that she is a lot more laid-back than most wedding vendors, and I can see where that might freak some brides out. However, I have an incredibly laid-back personality too, and this worked for me. We decided on a menu, got our day booked, and everything was a go from there.\r\rLeading up to the wedding, I never had a problem getting a hold of Kris. If I left a message, she got back to me within a day. About a month before the wedding, I asked for a meeting with her at the venue so we could make sure we were all on the same page. She was more than obliging, and she was able to answer any and all questions I had. I went into that meeting feeling overwhelmed and confused about how my reception would go, and I left a half hour later feeling like everything was in the hands of a professional.\r\rThe day of, Kris did not disappoint! She and her staff were incredible. I was so happy with them, and the food was to-die-for! We had stuffed chicken served on a bed of rice. Our guests raved about the food, and even today I still get comments about it and the specialty drinks that were served.\r\rAs far as price, Abbey Road was not bad. They were not the cheapest we looked at, but they certainly were not the priciest either. We splurged slightly on the food because it's the food people remember most, and I'm glad we did. Abbey Road is definitely The Best. Reviewed on 25-06-2010
