From day one, we knew that Cobblestone Farms was the perfect fit for us! The barn was so unique and fun, the grounds were beautiful and the team that they have on staff is absolutely incredible! Chad and Krystal (plus Renee and Bill!) did everything in their power to make sure that we had a perfect, stress free day! Their communication prior to our wedding day was great. They answered all our questions quickly, helped to make sure that they understood what our vision was and made it all come together! The day of our wedding, we knew we could relax because the team had our backs and make sure everything was covered. I wish that I could give them more then 5 stars because they deserve it!

Bill and Toni were great and so was the venue itself. They helped to make our special day not only possible, but also a great time. They instantly made us feel like family and it was just a joy to work with them and to be able to use the Beautiful Cobblestone Farms. The venue was just gorgeous,had plenty of space, and EVERYONE loved the photo booth that is included. They were the first venue we looked at and we knew instantly that it was the perfect fit.

Can't say enough amazing things about Cobblestone Farms and Bill and Toni. We had initially planned our wedding closer to home but had to postpone it because of COVID. Worried that we still wouldn't be able to have our indoor wedding a year later, we started trying to find an outdoor venue, which is when we stumbled upon Cobblestone Farms. After reading the reviews, without even seeing it in person, I paid in full, and I don't regret a thing. Booking them was the BEST DECISION of my entire wedding. They will go to no end to make sure your wedding is the best day ever. I would book them again a thousand times over. If you're reading this contemplating having your wedding here, JUST BOOK IT. I promise you won't regret it!

Bill & Toni are amazing! They made planning our wedding from out of state a breeze - from suggestions for other vendors to easing our minds with last minute questions! We unfortunately had to postpone our wedding twice due to COVID and they were so helpful in moving our date and even celebrated with us during a game of cornhole!

Our wedding day was fabulous and we had so much fun! I was prepared for last minute snafus and emergencies, but there were NONE. Bill and Toni and their staff are amazing! They know how to put on a wedding!There was so much to do after dinner that the guests were never bored and we were able to truly enjoy our day with family and friends. Between the photo booth, cornhole, bonfire pit and of course the dancing it was everything that we imagined and so much more. I can’t recommend them enough.

We were indecisive on whether to have the wedding at a venue or at my inlaws. As soon as we toured the venue I knew I wanted to get married there! We only toured one venue and it was love at first sight 😍 Bill and Toni were awesome to work with and knew the answer to all my bazillion questions. They responded very quickly as well. I love how they have a spot for the ladies to get ready for the big day as well as the men because they are just as important. And it's very accommodating incase the whether changes! My only complaint is that the day flew by way to fast and I feel like I barely seen my husband and we barely enjoyed the moment. If I could, I'd go back to that day even with our own wedding mishaps we had just to freeze time and enjoy one another. If you are debating on where to get married just start here, stop the search.. You will NOT regret it. Thank you so much for being easy to work with! And being accommodating. And alllllllll the other things you assisted with as well. ❤

Bill & Toni did a tremendous job assisting us & helping make our wedding day perfect. My husband had been dreaming of a wedding since he was a little boy 😅, & our day was simply magical. The old time photo room was a hit, & if you like high energy I highly recommend considering a comedian for a 10-15 minute set. The facility accommodated our Saxophonist during the ceremony, had the perfect spot for our live band during the cocktail 90 min, & the perfect location in the tent for our DJ. We’re still getting compliments from guests about how it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended. Don’t overthink it, book Cobblestone Farms!

After having our initial wedding venue fall through last minute, we were beyond blessed to have found Cobblestone with OUR date available! Bill and Toni are amazing to work with. I felt so much at ease, like we were working with old friends. Bill reassured me that everything would he taken care of and that the day of the wedding they would have helpers there for set up and tear down. The property was exactly what I wanted: laid back but classy!! The barn literally had everything I wanted: candy room, photobooth(this was the best!!!!), old saloon type bar! They had extra decorations in case I needed extra touches here and there.. they kept the flow of the party going so I didn’t have to think about it. If I could do it all over again I would.. Such a magical time and Cobblestone made that happen!!!

There are not enough words to describe how happy we were to be able to have our wedding here. Bill and Toni are the absolute sweetest people. These two went ABOVE and BEYOND for us on our wedding day. They set all of the decorations up. They made sure that we did not have to worry about anything at all so we could enjoy our wedding day. They took the time to make sure that our day was how we wanted it. They were so accommodating to our wants and needs. They were there for us at any hour of any day to answer any questions we had leading up to our wedding day. The photo booth was a hit for our guests. Along with the cornhole. Our guests did not get bored at all. Bill and Toni did so much for us on our wedding day. They treated us like family. We are so thankful for them and that we had our wedding here.

HANDS DOWN BEST DECISION WE MADE! Working with Bill & Toni, you’ll see why they’re voted the best as soon as you meet them. They go above and beyond in every way possible. The have so much included- you really don’t have to rent much of anything (and if you do…don’t go to 307). Like most brides, I was an anxious ball of nerves - and they made the day FLAWLESS. They also gave us some other extra sweet surprises that we will cherish forever! Bill and Toni are people I would call our friends now, they are so down to earth and truly LOVE love. The dance floor is absolute perfect with the seating around, the tent is GORGEOUS, the views for the ceremony are stunning, the barn is full of fun and makes everything look so beautiful and put together, the cornhole, bonfire pit, man cave, bridal house, indoor bathrooms, gorgeous bar, the coolest photo booth (especially for a northern MI wedding), I could go on and on. Best of the best! Just an absolute perfect venue and amazing team of people! Best day of my life and I have Bill and Toni to thank for that.

Cobblestone was the perfect venue for us, the owners Bill and Tony Sweet we’re so helpful and attentive. The layout of the venue was perfect with the dance floor being the center of attention so no one missed our special dances. We were able to spend a full day with our wedding party getting ready in the farmhouse/man cave, cobblestone even provided a speaker for music! Bill officiated us and so many people complimented the way he did it! Every single thing the venue offered was on point, from the bartenders, to the photo booth crew, they were all so good to us! Everyone got a memorable photo with the gigantic LOVE sign and the fire pit was also a hit! We had the best day ever thanks to Cobblestone ❤️

Bill and Toni Sweet are amazing to work with while us planning weddings. The farm is gorgeous and it provides everything for the guests at one location without feeling crowded. Even when planning through the pandemic (as if planning a wedding isn’t stressful enough), they kept everyone updated and are supportive during these unpredictable times. On the day of, they helped with both setup and tear down (a big bonus that many venues don’t offer). They genuinely care about your big day going as you imagine it. I would book them again in a heartbeat.

I was very impressed with the whole set up at the farm. From the very beginning my experience was a fantastic one. Bill and Toni were very personable, friendly, compassionate and relatable. The weekend end of my wedding started with Bill working very hard to set up, along with his crew. We rented the farmhouse for the weekend, which ended up working out amazingly. The house is vintage and beautiful. The ceremony area, the barn, the dance floor, etc was absolutely unique and breathtaking. My guests could not stop talking about how fantastic this venue is. As a little girl, I imagined having a dream wedding. This venue definitely delivered in that dream. I woke up looking out at the property thinking to myself, “I am the luckiest girl in the world.” The vendors listed on their website are wonderful. We ended using most of them. Toni and Bill have the golden touch and it clearly shows at the farm when you see/experience it. BEST WEEKEND EVER!

From the moment we met Bill and Toni and toured the venue...we knew that it was a perfect choice for us. We ended upgrading the package so we could stay at the farm and it was well worth it. Less stress with making sure we could safely get home so we were able to enjoy ourselves and indulge a tad more. From the grooms perspective, I can honestly say that Bill and Toni have it down to a science when it comes to running the venue. We utilized vendors they recommended and could not be happier with the outcome. The staff was always making sure everything was going well and although Bill and Toni had a family emergency, it still ran like a well oiled machine in their absence. Now..Bill did marry us before he left and truly did a great job. I told him he didn’t have to get all dressed up but he did anyways.Now...on to some of my thoughts on the setting.The man cave that is setup in the barn is a perfect place for the groomsmen and groom to get ready. AC, TV, table and a couch, and a fridge for some pre “I Do” nerve relaxers if needed ;) - which I did not....now my groomsmen on the other hand...The bar, where I found myself more than a couple times, has a beautiful live edge wood top and the bartenders know how to make a drink which makes it even better.Another place I made sure to get to was the old time photo booth. Not only did we get a photo of ourselves...but we got a copy of everyone else’s as well and it’ll make a great piece of wall art.I just cannot say how happy I was with the whole shebang. Huge outdoor dance floor with surround seating, massive tent for the food consumption (or wedding, food, dancing..if it rained), Indoor plumbing for taking care of business with an option to use an outhouse, fire pit to hang out or roast some hotdogs if you so choose (hotdogs not included), multiple custom corn hole boards with Michigan sports teams on them (pick your poison) and a gorgeous restored farmhouse with enough rooms for those you want to stay, (4 couples...or 8 people who don’t mind sharing beds).I worry a lot about the small stuff but I can’t remember a single moment, from when I arrived, that I was actually worried or anxious about how things would progress. I was ready and I loved every moment. I even told my wife that I’d go back and do it all again because everything was so smooth and perfect. I couldn’t thank the staff enough for everything they did and Bill and Toni for creating our perfect wedding at Cobblestone Farm.

Do yourself the biggest favor and book this venue. Not only is it drop dead gorgeous, Bill & Toni will do whatever is needed to make your day absolutely perfect and stress free. My guests couldn’t stop talking about how perfect the location was, and how it had so much to offer. I’m so glad I went with my gut and chose this, even before I had seen it in person. AND it was the first place I found online! As the bride, I can tell you the layout is so nice, and have the wedding and reception all in one place is SO helpful. However there is enough space where it doesn’t feel claustrophobic and guests can walk around. Our pictures look STUNNING from the fields and open sky. But again, Bill & Toni are so passionate about making your day the best day ever: they set up the tables, are quick to respond, and have a lot of things at the venue that you won’t have to buy. Go check them out for yourself!!

If you’re looking for an outdoor/rustic barn wedding venue with tons of space and AMAZING staff, stop searching right now because Cobblestone is THE ONE!! The farm is beyond beautiful and there’s no other venue who’s owners will treat you like family and be there for you every single step of the way! Seriously, they are always just a call or text away with an answer to whatever crazy/last min questions you have (and I had a lot!! Lol 😂)My husband and I just got married on July 24th, and with everything going on right now during this crazy pandemic, wedding planning was unbelievably stressful, but the owners, Bill and Toni, helped keep us at ease and made sure our day was able to happen, and helped make it as special as possible, even with guidelines constantly changing. We felt incredibly safe the entire time, and so did all of our guests with the extra safety measures added and sanitizer stations. Our day was simply magical and was honestly everything we ever dreamed of, and we have Bill and Toni to thank...they helped bring all of my wedding visions to life. It truly felt like a fairytale. Bride to bride - Getting married at Cobblestone farms will be the BEST decision you make for your wedding, I promise you!!! 💗 And if the farm itself and this review didn’t already sell you...they have a old time photo booth room and you get a copy of all the photos your guests take as a keepsake, so how amazing is that?!?!😍🤩🥰

Cobblestone farms made my wedding day the best day of my life. I got married at the farm in July 2020, and I could not have asked for a better venue. In fact, Cobblestone was the first venue my husband and I looked at. We looked at about 4 other venues after we visited the farm and after each other venue visit, we undoubtedly agreed that Cobblestone was wayyy better! Planning a wedding in 2020 is not an easy task.. We had to move our wedding date, but Bill and Toni were so sweet in making sure our day was still perfect. Picking a new date at the farm was easy, but rescheduling everything else was a little more complicated. Through it all, Bill and Toni were offering their help in finding new vendors and hotels if we needed it. The day of our wedding could not have gone smoother as well! Even with all the new distancing rules, our day was beyond great! My guests were raving about the venue and how much fun they had! The corn hole games, bonfire pit, photo booth, and outside dancing were all such a big hit. Plus the outside ceremony space was beautiful, especially for pictures! Bill and Toni helped us through the entire day making sure the day was just what my husband and I wanted. Bottom line here folks.. if you’re thinking about booking Cobblestone Farms as your wedding venue.. do it. You won’t be disappointed. 💜💜

Girl, book this venue before dates are gone! Once upon a time, I too was a bride-to-be searching the Knot for my perfect wedding venue. No small feat since I live in Grand Rapids, but wanted my wedding close to Traverse City by my hometown. I started trying to set up appointments to view venues, but most places are only open during business hours, meaning you can only reach people during business hours and can usually only take tours during business hours. This cramped my style since I was working business hours 2 hours away in Grand Rapids to pay for upcoming wedding. When I e-mailed Bill at Cobblestone, he responded right away. Further, I was able to text him which is so convenient with how busy everyone is today. This seems like a little thing, but it is HUGE when it comes to convenience. I dislike having to communicate through e-mail, it’s cumbersome. I toured one venue before touring Cobblestone immediately after. On the way to Cobblestone, my fiancé was not enthused. He’s from the city and he couldn’t fathom getting married in a barn. I begged him to come and at least tour the place before making up his mind. Needless to say, the tour was awesome. We left and immediately decided in the post-game huddle in the car that we wanted our wedding at this beautiful place. During the next year and a half of planning, Bill was so helpful. I’m sure he was annoyed with my constant texts with random questions about weather, booze, transportation, food, photos, music and on and on. But he responded to every text, usually within the hour, and always had great advice. Bill and his wife Toni really have a gift for what they do. They are so nice, happy, relaxed, laid back, non-judgmental, and just so set on making sure you have the best wedding the way you want to have it. They are professionals, which to me means that they are kind of silently making sure all of the details of your wedding day are going according to plan without you having to stress about anything. The venue is gorgeous. It’s a feeling of rustic, but fancy rustic because it’s so beautiful. Everything is right here in one place: wedding ceremony space, reception space, dance floor, tent in case it rains, indoor bathrooms, beautiful stone farmhouse for the bride and girls to get ready, man cave for the groom. But you really need to tour the space to see how beautiful it is. The price you pay for everything you get at this venue is hands down, the best deal. Trust me, I’m super thrifty, I do my research. At first it seemed expensive. But most other rustic, barn weddings I looked at in the area didn’t compare in price. This is mostly because you would have to rent a lot of things that weren’t included: bathrooms, photo booth, tent, tables, chairs. Cobblestone made it so easy because everything is tied up in one package and you don’t have to worry about all of the other stuff. There are so many fun little extras too, like the photo booth and the candy bar. My husband and I laid in bed the day after our wedding and just laughed at the photo book that Bill and Toni gave us of all of our guests in the photo booth. At one point on my wedding day, I was standing in a field with a little bit of an incline, looking out over the stone farmhouse, barn and tent, with the lights looking beautiful over the dance floor and the music flowing, and I was just SO happy on how perfect the day turned out. I could go on and on about how awesome this place is, but I need to go enjoy my marriage!

Stop looking anywhere else! You will never find such an amazing experience as you do here. This never once felt like something I HAD to get done. It never felt like a chore or annoyance. Bill and Toni make planning your wedding fun, as it should be. STRESS FREE! You will feel so loved and welcomed in like a best friend. They go above and beyond to make your dreams come true. They even held my phone and live feed video tapped it for our out of town family and guests that couldn't make. They were always a text or call away. They were truly amazing beyond belief. I couldn't imagine anything different for our special day. 1000/5 stars wouldn't even be enough! We love Bill and Toni and you will too!

When I think about Cobblestone Farms I immediately think nothing but exceptional. My husband and I had our traditional recommitment ceremony here and from beginning to end it was phenomenal. They made us feel as we were TOP priority and nothing less. Any questions I had through the 9 month process they always were willing to lend there advice or opinion. I I absoutely would recommend there venue selection above any other venue in Northern Michigan!!! They made it affordable and BEAUTIFUL!!!! Bill and Toni are THE BEST! From the time we first visited the farm we became part of their family...Bill and Toni truly love what they are doing and they love to work with the couples on making their wedding day special. They made the whole wedding planning process so smooth and easy! They were super responsive to emails/texts and always had an open ear if we had more and more questions. We had storms rolling through on our wedding day but the farm is just so functional that even if the weather does not cooperate one can have the wedding of their dreams. Absolutely amazing! Bill and Toni are wonderful kind people and go way beyond any other venue in the area. There property is soo beautiful and made our wedding truely everything we dreamed it would be, but better. The photo booth was super cool and I loved looking at all the photos our guest took while playing around in it. They were hillarious 🤣 . We loved that they had there own bar, games and we didn't have to worry about it. We seriously had the best day/night of our lives. We will forever be greatful. Thank you for making our wedding the best wedding ever!

Paul and my wedding was this past Saturday 08/24/19 and I have to say everything you can think that can go wrong with a wedding went wrong! Luckily bill and Toni are amazing and kept me calm they also helped me by just taking what I wanted in my head but doing it in real life. They’re no places like theirs around. The venue was beautiful the day was beautiful and their staff rock. They truly make you feel like family and make sure you have the best day ever! Words can’t describe how perfect this venue is. The number one thing my guests commented on was how beautiful and unique the venue was, and how amazing the owners were. Bill and Toni truly treat you like you are partners of their family. They help with set up, tear down, and lend a hand to do whatever needs to be done to make your day perfect. Bill was also my officiant for the wedding and it made it that much more special. I can’t imagine my wedding being done at any other venue. It was absolutely magical!

I can’t express enough how AMAZING this place is!! Not only the venue but the owners too!! The venue is beautiful and was absolutely perfect for my wedding and the owners were a HUGE help! They set up tables, chairs, chairs for the ceremony, center pieces, etc! I 110% recommended this beautiful place, you will not be disappointed! Oh did I mention the complimentary photo booth and candy room? AND real bathrooms! No need to rent outhouses! I will always recommend this place!!

I don’t even know where to start! Working with Bill and Toni was amazing because they are so easy to work with! They helped make our wedding go off without a hitch. I could always text them and they would respond quickly. We had looked at a few other venues in the Traverse City area and none of them compared to Cobblestone. They offered so much more than just the ceremony and reception area. The addition of the old-time photo booth, the campfire and the candy/popcorn during cocktail hour were awesome amenities. We were looking for a unique venue and man did we find the perfect one! They helped out so much during our wedding, that I didn’t have to think about anything! Even our guests loved the venue and couldn’t stop saying great things about it. Bill and Toni are so easy to get along with and everyone raved about them as well. If you are looking for a venue that treats you, your wedding party, and your guests like family, then look no further!

My now husband and I are not your usual couple. We didn’t have the luxury of time or proximity while planning our wedding. We had to squeeze in all our venue tours in one long weekend. By the time we saw Cobblestone Farms, we were pretty tired of traveling. It was a rainy, gray August morning, and we were both probably thinking, “Okay, let’s get this over with.” But then we met Bill and Toni. They greeted us with warm smiles and big hugs. It was our first visit where we felt genuinely welcome and congratulated. As we walked around the barn, and the ceremony site, and the reception tent, my head slowly filled with ideas. When we saw the famous “LOVE” sign, I thought of all the friends and family we could gather with underneath for pictures. I was impressed by the hospitality and uniqueness of the venue, but the real kicker happened right before we left. Bill invited me inside the farm house to meet the day’s bride. As I walked into a warm home, full of hairspray, makeup, and excited woman, the bride gave me a hug and told me that Bill is who I wanted to do this with. We did look at some other places that weekend, but my mind was already made up. I couldn’t wait to have my big day at Cobblestone Farms. Bill and Toni promised us constant communication, assistance in planning, and a bad-ass party. They more than delivered. Everything went off without a hitch- and Bill and Toni made sure every small detail was attended to. If we could, we’d come back and get married to just hang out there again. We may not be your usual couple, but we know, and our friends and family know, a great time and better people. You’ll find all of that, and so much more, at Cobblestone Farms. As they say at the farm....eat, drink, and be married!

The thought of planning a wedding was one that had always stressed me out, but thanks to the owners, Bill and Toni, wedding planning was so simple! They were always just a text away with any questions that we had and were so helpful and treated us like family from our first tour all the way to the wedding day. Everyone always talks about how you should expect things to go wrong on your wedding day and that it won’t be perfect, but that was not the case. Our wedding day was flawless and that wouldn’t have been possible without everyone at Cobblestone farms. Our day was absolutely perfect and it’s all thanks to Bill and Toni. The venue is breath taking and includes so many extra amenities, including a photo booth, candy and popcorn bar (and not to mention the most beautiful dance floor I have ever seen at a wedding). I will forever recommend Cobblestone Farms to couples who are getting married. There isn’t anywhere else that we would have wanted to celebrate our wedding day and we are so grateful for everything that Bill and Toni do.

We got married at Cobblestone on 9/15/18 and I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about the venue and the owners, Bill and Toni. We looked at several venues in Northern Michigan and decided on Cobblestone for so many reasons! The landscape is absolutely gorgeous, the tent for reception has a cement floor and is in great condition (seems silly, but something we didn't find often), the barn is the most unique/fun wedding addition I've seen (with a photobooth, \"saloon\" as bar area, & candy room) & the outdoor deck/dance floor is enormous and the stringed lights are beautiful when it gets dark! Everyone had a blast at the wedding, and our guests were raving about the venue! And if that isn't enough, you have Bill & Toni as your helpers/champions. They helped with so many things throughout the wedding process and genuinely care so so much about each bride/groom/wedding. I'd recommend getting married at Cobblestone to anyone and everyone!

Cobblestone farms was nothing short of amazing. Our wedding day was perfect out on the farm! Bill and Toni (the owners) care about your big day as if it was their own. I was prepared to be overly stressed on our wedding day, worrying about every detail but with them by our side we didn’t have a single concern. They made sure everything went smoothly, looked beautiful, and most importantly, that we enjoyed every bit of the day. We have received many compliments from our guests about how much fun they had and the beautiful and unique venue. Even during the planning stages, they are there to answer every question you may have - I truly mean that, even how to hang curtains on the arbor. They helped calm my nerves and I was confident that everything would be taken care of. The price is well worth it because it includes so much and you don’t have to worry about additional details costing you more. If you are looking for a beautiful, fun and relaxing venue that includes a group that truly cares about you and your day as if it was their own, then this is it!

My husband and I got married here Labor Day weekend 2018. Throughout this entire year that we've been planning, Bill and Toni were more helpful, than I could have even asked for! We were obsessed with the venue the first time we took a tour and loved what a family/small town feel it had. Growing up in this area and now living out of state, I was thankful to have this opportunity to get married here! Bill and Toni are SO kind and genuine- they really do care about their couples and do an amazing job the day of, making everything perfect! It ended up pouring during our reception ( thankfully we were already in the tent) and immediately- without missing a beat- Bill and Toni were there to make sure that the rain didn't stop us from having a great time. Our guests had nothing but great things to say too and seeing how much fun everyone had playing corn hole, dancing in the tent and taking pictures in the old west photo area- made us so happy and grateful that we made the decision to get married here. I was also fortunate enough to have Bill officiate our wedding ( he made sure to put a fun, personal spin on that too and we loved every minute of it) . Can't think you enough Bill and Toni and I would recommend Cobblestone to anyone looking to get married in beautiful Northern Michigan

Choosing this venue was a no brainer! From the photo booth room, to the man cave & the multiple cornhole games. Fun for all was to be had! Having the house on the property to get ready in morning of and using the venue for the rehearsal. Bill and Toni make you feel like close friends from the beginning and I can guarantee at the end of the festivities they will definitely be your friends. *My absolute favorite part is that I created a \"sample\" table for them and the day of they created my vision! You won't regret booking here...it's simply the BEST.

Every little girl dreams of how her wedding will be. When I was little girl I played house and had a pretend wedding. A dream is a dream but when your dream comes true it's a wonderful feeling. When I met my husband in 9th grade he asked me every day to be his girlfriend and every day I turned him down. In 2014 we reconnected and we started dating December 6 2014. Kyle knew I was the one 6 months after we started dating. January 2nd he proposed to me at my parents Christmas and of course I said YES! From there on we started to think about what kind of wedding we wanted and where. We both knew that we wanted a venue that had a lot to offer. We looked at three venues before we looked at Cobblestone Farms. When we first met Bill and Toni we could tell that they really loved their job. During the tour all I could think of is \"wow this just gets better and better\". The best part about the cobblestone farms was that we could enjoy our special day without having to stress about what was going wrong. I mean come on planning a wedding is stressful let alone adding more to the day of. Bill was always a text or phone call away during the two years of planning. No matter how many times you asked the same question he still gave you the same answer with a smile. They helped with rehearsal, decorations of tables and tearing down. If any of our future friends get married I will be definitely recommending the cobblestone farms. They make you feel just like family.

Bill and Toni are rockstars! It all started in the planning phase. We are from out of state and were between 3 venues in the area. It became obvious that we needed our wedding here, solely by their personalities. They love everything about weddings and it shows in their work. Planning from several states away posed many problems, but Bill and Toni were on top of everything and were willing to work with us the entire way. They provided photos of the venue and decorations that were available for use and also provided suggestions about what types of decorations work and don't work in an outdoor venue. When we made it to the venue, they were ready to go and took care of all of the decorations that we had brought.Come wedding day, Bill even officiated the wedding which was awesome! He was sincere, funny, and perfect for the part! Bill and Toni kept the day running smoothly and made the minor hiccups from the vendors or guests to go completely unnoticed by us.We really cannot say enough good things about the venue or the people. It is easy to say that our wedding day was memorable because of Bill and Toni and we cannot be more grateful.If you are considering a wedding in Traverse City, you owe it to yourself to at least take a visit to Cobblestone Farms and meet these wonderful people. This couple has created a standout wedding location in a city that is filled with beautiful venues.

We had our wedding here oct 6th and the experience was a dream come true!! The farm western atmosphere was fantastic and the fall colors surrounding the venue were amazing. I loved all the small things like bon fires and games to play as well. What really sold us on this venue were the owners! Bill and his wife Toni were so helpful throughout planning the wedding and were the most friendly people we’ve talked to when picking a venue. There attitude made me feel like they wanted everyone to have an amazing time and cared more about your experience than anything else. We can’t thank them enough for the amazing wedding we had.

I don't even know where to begin! Let's start off with the amazing owners, Bill & Toni! I was a bridesmaid in my best friend's wedding on Oct 1, 2017. They were a blast to work with and beyond helpful. I live in Florida and they made you feel like family with all of my texts and phone calls! They were always there and answered any question given right away! They made everything run smoothly and were such a huge help from the table set up to the additional decorations we had to set up! We had a minor issue with a stylist cancellation last minute and it was BILL to the rescue! He was able to find us the PERFECT stylist team in a very short time! One of them were also recently married at farm. The venue is the perfect mix of country, rustic, elegant and modern! They have a beautiful home that all the women were able to get ready in! The country setting was just gorgeous, quiet, open, and amazing! I can't even say enough about how well everything was kept! The barn was set up like an old western movie set, it was perfect! There were different rooms for everything, like a surprise through each doorway! Each room had goodies like the photo booth, candy room, the man cave for the groom's men and the bar area. The lights inside and out were beautiful, the decorations added so many gorgeous touches, everything was very clean and organized. My favorite parts were the fire pit and the gorgeous deck that was perfectly lit up! It was the best dance floor under the stars! This was hand's down my favorite wedding I have been too and it was a blast to be part of! Kyrstin and Ron picked the best and most perfect location for them! I am still talking about how much fun we all had there!!!!!! :)

Wow, were so I even start.... this place is absolutely amazing! My husband, Rob, and I had the pleasure of getting married out on the farm last weekend, September 23. It is hard to find the words to say when everything is completely amazing! There is not a single negative thing I have to say! From the very first visit on the farm to the wedding day, Bill and Toni were by our sides! Any questions we had, they always had the answer! They were always willing to help in any way possible. They would check in randomly with me to see how planning was going and to see if I needed help with anything. I could call, text or message them on Facebook any time day or night and they were always there. The day before the wedding I was stressing out as I am super OCD. I brought my mom and all of my brides maids to get a majority of the decorating done. We showed up 4 hours before our rehearsal to find out there wasn't much to do at all becuase Bill and Toni do the most of it for us. The day of our wedding was so smooth. They had our tables decorated and ready to go. All I had to do was tell them what I wanted and they made it happen! Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and amazingly smooth and it was Bill and Toni that made it so easy! I cannot thank them enough for all their hard work and dedication to each and every wedding they host out on the farm! Being as OCD as I am, I had 3 panic attacks before arriving Friday. Once I talked to them I was stress free. The day of the wedding all I had to worry about was getting ready for my big day. They took care of everything else! When I was not sure what to do or how things are typically done, Bill and Toni took charge and helped! I recommend CobbleStone Farms TC as well as Bill and Toni for anyone looking for an outside wedding venue! Best place ever with people that are very compassionate aboout what they do!!

I would highly reccomend Cobblestone to anyone. Our wedding was absolutely perfect. Bill and Toni are incredible hosts. The site is immaculate, both bride and groom have a space to get ready, the vendor reccomendations were spot on, and the owners are super flexible. Our guests loved that there was some variety. We were married outside, had dinner in the tent, then dancing on the barn deck right outside the tent. There is a fire pit where we had a s'more station, and some outdoor yard games as well. Everyone had a fantastic time. It was a beautiful, hassle free experience. When you meet Bill he says that they \"love love\" and you truly feel that way through the whole process.

I wish I could put into words how at ease Toni and Bill made me feel throughout the entire wedding planning process, but words wouldn't do it justice. From the very first time I stepped onto the farm for a tour they made me feel like family and I knew instantly that we had pick the perfect place for the happiest day of our life to be! This is a venue that actually cares about not only making your day run flawlessly but also about your upmost happiness! I will never be able to thank this wonderful couple enough for what they do; from their can-do attitudes, their creativity, the quick responses to late nights texts about wedding details (that I can't sleep thinking about), or their genuinely beautiful souls! I spent the night answering questions like \"how did you find such a beautiful place?\" and listening to people rave over how unique it was to have an \"old fashioned\" photo room instead of your typical photo box, and how exceptional it was to be able to walk around and play yard games or hang out by the fire pit. The venue was stunning, the atmosphere was filled with happiness, and everything from getting ready/setting up to the last dance of the night was all made wonderful because of cobblestone farms! I will never run out of wonderful things to say about this stunning venue or this beautiful couple who truly love LOVE!

The short, TL;DR version: Perfect venue, superb scenery, owners are amazing, responsive, and efficient. Would recommend this place without reservation.The long, ridiculous prose version:I had always wanted to get married in Northern Michigan since I could remember. So, it was imperative that I would find the perfect venue to get married. We wanted a place that would hold many guests (we had a 200-person guest list), the freedom to choose our own caterers and alcohol, and LGBT-friendly. We looked at about a half-dozen places before we picked Cobblestone Farms, and we could not have been happier with our choice!From the first day, Bill and Toni made us feel like we were the only couple they were working with. They were so supportive and communicative, and are stand-up awesome people. We were planning our wedding from afar, and we wouldn’t have been able to pull it off if Bill and Toni weren’t so responsive to our calls and texts, and without their useful recommendations throughout the process! It is very hard for me to let go of control (just ask anyone who saw my 8-page wedding spreadsheet), but Bill and Toni had everything under control both during the preparations and during the wedding day itself. They were able to work with all of our different vendors to make sure everything went smoothly for them during our wedding day. Their crew set-up the site exactly to the vision that we wanted it, and added a few extra touches that made it even more beautiful! What could’ve been an hours-long process was done smoothly, efficiently, and gorgeously executed.Regarding the venue itself… this is the perfect barn venue. There is a ton of room for lawn games, and the fire pit was an absolute hit with our guests. The vast stretches of farm scenery coupled with the trees in the background made for some amazing photos. Their deck made for an ample dance floor that never stayed empty throughout the night. The inside of the barn had a lovely country-western theme that needed little decoration to spruce up. We loved how they had a complimentary photo booth and candy bar in the barn as well, which the guests enjoyed both thoroughly. The tent area where food was served was simple, elegant, and allowed for enough room to double as a dance stage should the weather not have cooperated with us. Most importantly about the venue, the ceremony area was absolutely gorgeous. Flanked with trees on either side of the seating area, the ceremony site overlooks the amazingly gorgeous fields and trees around the site, which makes a perfect backdrop for the wedding arch. It was picture perfect. We have had numerous guests tell us that this was “the best wedding ever” or have referred to our day as “an epic wedding.” We’d like to think it’s because of how amazing this venue is for anyone’s special day.What was most important for my husband and me was making sure we had a place that was accepting of LGBT people, as we are keenly aware of the difficulties people in the community have had in the past with this with other venues and vendors. As mentioned above, Bill and Toni welcomed us both with open arms throughout the whole process. Never did we feel like we were treated differently or felt uncomfortable with them at any point in time. We are so grateful for that.In summary, this was the perfect wedding venue for my husband and me. I, and the other few dozen reviewers who have left equally glowing reviews, will happily go to bat for the Cobblestone Farms family.

There isn't even a good spot to start when you have nothing but amazing things to say about this venue and the people that run it! My wife Aleece, and I got married on the farm on Friday, July 7th. As anxious as I can be, I was expecting to be running around the day before and the day of the wedding just to make sure everything was perfect. Needless to say, I was WAY OFF! Bill and Toni and their crew were beyond amazing! They helped with decorations, did all of the set up, hosted our rehearsal and the dinner, and made sure that the night of the wedding was flawless. I knew by reading previous reviews, and meeting them in person, we would have the best day ever, but actually living the wedding experience at their place was incredible. To this day, we have heard nothing but positive feedback from our guests. I could not be happier with our decision of having our wedding at Cobblestone Farms. Planning a non-traditional (Same-sex) wedding can come with some uncomfortable situations, or people who don't see things the same way as we do. This was so untrue while working with Bill and Toni. They are the most loving, caring, and accepting people! We hardly knew them, but they treated us like family! We are forever grateful for the time, patience, and love you guys put into making peoples weddings something that is unforgettable. We cannot thank you enough! Bill and Toni were helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. They provided us with a vendor list that they highly reccomend and we used a bartender and DJ and were not disappointed. The use of the entire down states of the farm house was extremely helpful and was very clean. Our weddding day was very windy so we moved the party into the barn and although it was crowded for a bit, everyone was able to warm up and it was a lot of fun. They made the transition from tent to barn look easy. Our friends and family loved the old time photo booth that is set up in the barn and the decor. It was the perfect venue for our wedding!

When I got engaged I was looking for a very specific list of must haves for my wedding. I knew I wanted it to be outdoors, handicap friendly, and a venue where my dog would be able to be a part of my wedding. After searching the internet for countless hours for the perfect venue I decided court house wedding it was. My now husband said it was fine but he really wanted this day to be everything I ever wanted and didn’t think court house was the way to go. I decided to give my hunt for the perfect venue another try and I found Cobblestone farms by complete accident. Being four hours from our house and even further for a lot of our guest I wasn’t sure if I wanted to even look into but I am so happy that I did. After looking through the website, Facebook, and reading reviews online I emailed Bill with a long list of questions and to my surprise I received an email back in less than 30 minutes with all questions answered (most venues I contacted took at least a day if not longer to get back with me). I was so pleased with everything at Cobblestone farms that I booked our date without even driving up to see it in person. Cobblestone had the best prices especially all that you get with that one price. Once we booked our date it was time to start planning. They helped us a lot with the planning and when I decided pizza was a must have Bill went above and beyond to help set up to have people there to help switch pizzas out and make sure that everything went good. They helped us with the set-up, clean up and throughout the entire wedding. Our guest all loved the venue especially the old-time photo booth even his brother who has been dreading our wedding for 8 months is still talking about it a week later saying it is the best wedding he has ever been to. We are already talking about renewing our vows in the next few years just so we can go back. I would definitely recommend Cobblestone farms to anyone!

As the Mother of the Groom, I was so excited when my son and his fiancee chose Cobblestone Farms as their wedding venue. They took me to meet Bill about a month before the wedding. I could see in an instant why they fell in love with the place. Bill was great. Friendly & helpful. Cobblestone Farms is beautiful in every sense of the word. The grounds are perfect for photos, no matter where you stand. The wedding was beautiful!! Bill married them and did an exceptional job. He was definitely the right choice. We had a wonderful time.Bill & Toni helped make their dreams come true.

My husband, Jayson, and I just got married this last September. It was the wedding of our dreams. To be honest neither Jay or I ever imagined we'd get married on a farm type of setting - but once the affordability was factored in this was a no brainer. More than that it was the best decision we could have made - ABSOLUTELY beautiful place that you can dress up or down with your own personal style. Besides, the couple who runs this place is fabulous and so helpful! I'm the type of person that although I'm flexible, I expect perfection in a paid for service. Not dissapointed. The top-notch customer service began with the very first phone call to Bill and Toni, and lasted until we pulled away the night of our wedding. They helped us create a wedding celebration that was exactly the way we wanted it. From their advice on caterers and DJs, to their advice on how many beverages to get, their expertise was spot on. We wanted a casual wedding, without the traditional elements. Basically, we wanted a big party with friends, family, good good and drinks. Bill and Toni helped us to create the perfect evening for us. Bill and Toni have created a warm, loving venue, including the farmhouse and the barn, and truly care about their couples. The number of activities offered at Cobblestone Farms is a big part of what makes this such a special place: the lawn games, the fire pits, the photo booth were all perfect. As we bid our guests farewell after our perfect wedding, many of them told us that it was the most fun wedding they'd ever attended. When you get married at Cobblestone Farms, you become part of their family. Bill and Toni really do love love.

I'm a little behind in writing this review, but what better day to say, \"Thank you!\" than on Thanksgiving? It's hard to put into words how amazing Bill and Toni are. We had our heart set on marrying in Traverse City and even though we live downstate, we were going to make it happen. We did all of our wedding planning from 4 hours away, so communication was so important when we began researching vendors. Trust and communication are key and Bill and Toni provided that from the very first email. No question I asked was too silly, and they had ideas for my ideas...it was a fantastic feeling knowing they wanted our day to be as perfect as we did.Our first visit to the Farm was the day before the wedding...can you imagine?? I remember getting out of the car and hearing all of our families commenting on how beautiful the venue was and asking how we found such a perfect place. Bill had our friends and family in stitches (my husband's mom still talks about how funny she thought he was!) and Toni kept my stress levels to zero, making sure everything was in its place and assuring me every step of the way. As I said before, trust is key, and even though they already had mine, it was an even bigger sigh of relief when I witnessed it in person.If you are looking for a venue for your Northern Michigan wedding, stop what you're doing and talk to Bill and Toni. You will feel like you are talking to family and that your wedding vision IS possible! On your wedding day, you want to feel at ease, you want to be able to laugh at the little things, and most of all, you want to spend the day enjoying every moment of the rest of your lives and celebrating with all of your loved ones...Cobblestone Farms gives you all of that and will be the one shouting out, \"We love love!\" And I can assure you, they really mean it.

I cannot recommend Cobblestone Farms enough! Bill and Toni were there for my husband and I for every question and concern. The planning process went incredibly smooth, and the up to the big day I felt that they were both there for anything I needed. The day of was more than I can explain. Even with the down pour of rain, everything turned out absolutely perfect with the amazing help of this team. they were present enough so that I knew they were exactly where I needed them, but also far enough away that I did not have to worry about anything but celebrating love. We made the absolute perfect decision with Cobblestone, and will be forever thankful for everything Bill and Toni did.

This is the hardest review I have ever had to write, because it is almost impossible to describe in words how perfect not only Cobblestone Farms is, but also how perfect Bill and Toni are. Without them, my wedding would have been a disaster. When you choose Cobblestone, you aren't just getting an amazing venue, you are getting the best people in the world to help make your wedding day everything it can possibly be. The knowledge, advice, and help I got from Bill and Toni were more than I could have hoped for. They really went the extra mile to make sure our wedding was perfect. I could not have done it without them. I was worried about having enough people to help set everything up, as most of my friends and family live hours away, but Bill and Toni had it covered. We had a few special requests, and they made sure it happened, even the last minute changes. I cannot imagine my wedding day without them! They can help you find the perfect caterer, florist, DJ, etc and were always available when I had a question. Even when I had to ask it a second or third time. As for the venue, it is absolutely gorgeous. The views, the decor, everything is picturesque. You can decorate it to your taste, or leave it as is, and it will still be amazing. Not one guest could compliment how wonderful our wedding was, without also saying how perfect the venue was. Even my photographers said it was their all time favorite! You couldn't ask for a better place to have your wedding, or better people to help. When looking for a venue, I never thought about more than the place itself, but after planning our wedding with Bill and Toni I realized, it doesn't matter how pretty the venue is, if the people you're working with, don't take the time to get to know you, or truly care about you, and your day. You're more than just clients to Bill and Toni, and your wedding is just as important to them, as it is to you. You really do feel like family here, even your families will feel like a part of the Cobblestone Family! My husband Nick and I could never thank Bill and Toni enough for making our day everything we could have possibly dreamed of and more. For welcoming us always, with open arms, and smiles. For your patience, and advice, the smiles and laughter, and always being there when this clueless bride had even the simplest of questions. But most of all, for just being the kind, wonderful, amazing people they are, without whom, I would not have been able to be a stress-free, blissfully happy bride on her wedding day. Never in my life could I imagine my wedding day being as flawless as it was -- the culmination of every dream, hope, and Pinterest pin. During my 14 month engagement with Jared, we moved to northern Michigan, we began building a home from the ground up, we got pregnant, we miscarried. When people heard that we were planning a wedding amidst all of this, they were shocked, and often said something to the effect of, \"That must be horrible!\" Well, thanks to Bill and Toni, wedding planning was the most painfree experience of my life. Bill and Toni became family in July of 2015 when we booked our August 2016 wedding at Cobblestone. From then out, they just a text message away. Anything we needed or wanted, they made happen. When we requested to have a branding ceremony on the farm (a Cobblestone first I might add), we feared that they might not be too supportive of us brandishing a red hot iron and burning a piece of wood on their beautiful farm. But actually we were met with excitement and enthusiasm. Not only did Bill and Toni support our unconventional ways, they helped us find new and exciting ways to make our reception unique. In particular, when Bill heard that we didn't want cake, he encouraged us to go with Moomer's Ice Cream, a decision that made our wedding so perfect. Everyone raved about the ice cream! Bill also performed our ceremony, and it was so perfect. He simply understood us. He knew what would work for us. He made our ceremony funny and filled with smiles -- exactly what we wanted. I cannot emphasize this enough. Bill and Toni became family. They weren't our vendors. They were like long time family friends attending the wedding. If I had it over to do again, I'd get married at Cobblestone ten million times over. Bill and Toni, thank you. Thank you so much. You made this anal-retentive, OCD, slightly neurotic bride so, so, so happy. Love y'all!

My daughter lives in Denver and became engaged a year ago. We started to look for venues right away and we began our search with Google. My daughter is a Country girl at heart and wanted a country wedding. She found Cobblestone. I called and set up an appointment for a tour. Upon stepping out of our car my husband and I were greeted with big hugs by Bill and Toni. My heart started to stir and knew right then this was it. We skyped the newly engaged couple so they could be included. They fell in love with it as well. Bill and Toni have a preferred vendor list that helped us so much. Within a week of the engagement we had the venue, caterer, and DJ!! Wow!! Who does that??? Planning this wedding was a breeze! I don't know who was more excited - Bill and Toni or us!! They kept in touch with us through out the year. They were wonderful with all their support, guidance and enthusiasm. The Wedding day was here on the hottest day of the summer and Bill and Toni did not miss a beat. They worked so hard though out the day making everything perfect. We love being part of the Cobblestone family. It truly felt like home and I couldn't have asked for a better experience, a better place or better people to work with. The Cobblestone experience is something you don't want to miss. The relationship does not stop on the Wedding day because now you become part of the family!! Where else can you go to get an experience like that??

My husband and I were originally planning a 2017 wedding and at the last minute decided 2016. We had a little under 6 months to plan a whole wedding that was close to 8 hours away from our home. Think we had a little pressure? No, we actually didn't and that is 100% because of Bill and Toni. We fell in love with this place from the beginning but Bill and Toni are what make Cobblestone simply the very best (FYI - we didn't even go up and visit until 2 months before the wedding). There is a reason there are no bad reviews and that's because they actually care about YOU and YOUR day. It's a priority for them to help you not be stressed and actually enjoy the entire process of planning your special day. Even if you are pinching pennies, they will help you stay at your budget. Accommodating doesn’t even begin to brush the surface of Bill and Toni. We are beyond thankful we now a part of the Cobblestone Family (yes this is a real thing). Not to mention we still have everyone raving about how it was the best wedding they have ever been to (even our family who already got married envied our wedding!). You think of a wedding and the norm is dinner and dancing. Cobblestone breaks that norm and gives something for everyone to enjoy and that makes helps make your day that much more special knowing everyone enjoyed themselves. We couldn’t be more pleased and thankful that we got married here and I know everyone who chooses this amazing venue will feel the same.

I was a bridesmaid in a best friend's wedding 2 years ago at Cobblestone Farms. My husband was also at that wedding 2 years ago and we both instantly fell in love with the venue and the owners. We knew when the time came for us to tie the knot there was no other place we would want to spend our special day than at Cobblestone Farms. After our first gathering with Bill & Toni we felt completely comfortable and minds were at ease. They are very helpful and thoughtful. Bill & Toni treat you like a person rather than a number or $$. You can tell they love what they do. The venue had just placed a concrete floor down for the tent about a month prior to my wedding. I was quite nervous. But everything was PERFECT! The concrete slab was nice, it kept it cool under the tent. Gave character, easier to walk on, and easier for people to sit in their chairs. I have yet to speak with a single guest who did not enjoy themselves. Everyone was AMAZED by how wonderful this venue was. There was much for guests to keep themselves occupied while they were resting their feet from the dance floor, enjoying cupcakes, reminiscing about Travis & I. They partaken in the bonfire, yard games, photobooth, bar, popcorn/candy bar. From the first day we arranged to have the wedding at Cobblestone Farms to the end, the owners, Bill & Toni always made sure you were a priority. They help before, during, and after. This venue offers much more than a place to have a wedding.. it offers a once in a lifetime experience for that special day.

I was the Maid of Honor for my best friend on June 18th, 2016. A little over a year ago, I urged her to come look at the venue with me even though she had no desire \"to get married in a barn.\" Let me tell you, that Cobblestone is SO MUCH more than a barn. It is a fairytale venue. As a soon as she met Bill, she fell in love with him and the venue. Bill is what really sells the place :) We are a very close knit group of people and Bill immedielty felt like one of the family. For the whole year preceding the wedding date, Bill stayed in contact with us making sure that all questions and concerns were answered and solved. There are so many things to do at Cobblestone, including a photo booth and a sweet shop with fun things to eat during cocktail hour. The day from beginning to end was absolutely perfect. So many attendees complimented the venue choice. Bill and Tony make sure the wedding party, all attendees and most importantly the Bride and Groom feel at home. I would be the Maid of Honor ten times over if Cobblestone was the venue.Thank you SO MUCH Bill and Tony for making sure my best friend felt like a princess on her special day and was at ease knowing everything would go perfect. My husband and I had our wedding reception at Cobblestone! For anyone looking for a rustic/western theme and an outdoor space, look no further. Bill and Toni went above and beyond to do everything possible to make our day the best day of our lives. They also don't have the numerous restrictions that many other venues have (times you have to be packed up etc)for a ceremony/reception site. Helped us by recommending local vendors as well. Could not be more accommodating for our needs :) HIGHLY recommend to anyone!!!!

We found Cobblestone Farms online when searching for a Barn rustic wedding. We fell in love instantly! We got engaged back in March and wanted to married by the fall the same year. I did not think it would be possible until we met Bill and his wife Toni! Right from the beginning it was such an amazing experience! I still remember the first thing Bill told me! He said \"We could plan your wedding in two days if we needed to\" After that we knew this was just what we needed! He greeted us with hug when we met him on the farm! We felt so welcomed and loved right from the beginning. We fell in love with the venue the moment we stepped onto the farm. It was so beautiful. We knew this was just what we were looking for and more! They had everything we needed! The barn is beautiful and made to look like an old rustic town. It was so spacious and well kept. We danced all night on the beautiful deck they just built this year. Our guest keep telling us that our wedding was the best wedding they have ever been to! There was so much to do for everyone! They had a fire pit going, corn hole and horse shoes and giant jenga that the kids just fell in love with! There was something for everyone and the whole farm was available to the guests. My bridesmaids and I were able to get ready in there own home the day of the wedding and felt so welcomed. I honestly did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding because Bill and Toni had everything covered. They honestly worked so hard at making our big day perfect on every way and I could not of asked for anyone better to work with. They made us feel like family and not a paying customer. They genuanly cared about us in making our wedding day the best day of our lives. We could not of asked for a better couple to work with! The ceremony was absolutly breathtaking. I could not of asked for a better officiant to marry us! We had so many beautiful places to take our pictures out of the farm and will cherish these pictures for the rest of our lives! Bill and Toni recommended so many amazing vendors for us to use for our wedding. This was indeed a destination wedding for us so making arrangements for everything was scary to think about but they helped us along the way and made planning our wedding there top priority. I could call or text anytime and they responded right away. I never once thought something would not work out because they were there for us every step of the way making our big day the most memorable and perfect day of our lives! All I can say is positive things about our experience with Cobblestone Farms because I would only recommend the best to our friends and family. We did not have one bad experience working with Bill and Toni and could not of asked for a better couple to work with! They made us feel like family from the start and will always have a special place in our hearts. We consider them family now and I can't say many people I know can say that about the places they got married. Two of my dearest friends in the world chose Cobblestone to begin their lives together as husband and wife. I had hesitations, I'd been to a few \"Barn\" weddings before and was not impressed... However, this was not the case with Cobblestone. Bill and Toni were absolutely amazing. The level of elegance and fun mingled perfectly to provide a wedding day that will be talked about for decades to come. Even with the rain, everything went perfectly and I largely attribute that to their love and passion for weddings. If they view it as a job, it certainly didn't feel that way. It seemed to be their passion. I strongly urge if you're considering any other venues, just stop... you won't find a venue that will take better care of you than Bill and Toni will!

Almost two weeks after the big day (married 9.26.15), I'm still in awe of how perfect my Cobblestone Farms wedding turned out. I tried to read through all of the other reviews so that I could pick out unique points to share, but to be honest...Bill and Toni already have so many rave reviews that I couldn't make it through them all. The fact that they have so many stellar reviews while only being in their 3rd wedding season is not an accident. Allow me to share a few reasons why booking a wedding at Cobblestone is the best decision any bride-to-be could make.\r\r-The Property: The fence, the green, the farmhouse, the barn, the ceremony area...it's all gorgeous. Pictures don't do it justice. There is so much room to spread out and enjoy yourself. (Warning: if you aren't careful, you might not talk to all of your guests because they will be off having a blast playing horseshoes, posing by the hay bales, or hamming it up in the photo booth.) \r\r-The Value: The fact that you can choose all of your own venders is an amazing perk that can lead to great cost cutting. Bill and Toni have a great relationship with many local vendors but they are welcoming and open with new faces as well. \r\r-The Personalization: Bill and Toni are kind, warm, talented people who make the Cobblestone experience uniquely yours. It's not just a place where you host an event. It's a magical setting that feels like your very own. You will understand what I mean when you visit the place and meet Toni and Bill. \r\rThank you, Cobblestone Farms, for playing such a big role in the most important day of my life. Words cannot even begin to express my LOVE for this venue and for Bill and Toni, the owners!!!!!!! My sister was recently married here (9/6/15), and I was helping her plan the wedding. She wanted something less traditional and more affordable than the wide variety of locations we researched and visited when she became engaged. She wanted something unique, picturesque, welcoming and fun!!! We found all of that, when we somebody we know, recommended Cobblestone Farms. We live over three hours away from the venue, and my sister hadn't considered a destination wedding. But from the very first contact, when Bill picked up the phone, we KNEW this was it! We we so sure in face, that we booked it before seeing all the pictures or even seeing the venue!?!? After a chat that lasted over an hour with them (yes-a chat!!! It felt like talking to an old friend, not a money-hungry, far too busy to talk about the best day of your life, wedding vendor), we believed so strongly in Bill and Toni! In their own love, their warmth, and in their passion for love, weddings, and fun! They absolutely adore what they do--they have built their home and their lives around their brides and grooms, and they truly enjoy each and every moment! In the months leading up to the wedding, they were always available to answer questions, provide suggestions, and make a destination wedding, seem so much easier than we thought! Their attention to detail and personal service to each couple and their families, is impeccable. When we first visited the venue, it went so far beyond our wonderful expectations! The setting is pure Michigan-gorgeous, the barn (complete with man cave, saloon, candy room, and photo room with a never ending list of hilarious props), and its wrap around porch and huge dance floor deck, was exactly what my sister wanted! They even welcomed us into their charming and beautiful home, which is freely given to the bridal party on the wedding day! We drank coffee and talked for hours, and then they took lots of pictures of our whole family all over the property! We left feeling like family. And that was just the beginning. On the weekend of the wedding, it only got better! Bill and Toni were right by our side the whole day, for anything anybody needed! They were the middle man for other vendors (they have a great list to recommend to out-of-towners!) too, so that the bridal party and family could relax and enjoy the day, without worry or stress. Ive been in many weddings and this was the calmest pre-wedding environment I've ever seen! The big day went off without a hitch, and the ceremony and reception was by far, the BEST I've ever attended! My sister, our family, and the wedding guests, are now raving about Cobblestone Farms, to everybody we know, and we recommend the venue and Bill and Toni, wholeheartedly. The whole package is affordable, unique, warm, welcoming, charming, easy-breezy, and SO much fun! Thank you Bill and Toni, for making my little sister's dreams come true, and for being the fantastic people you are! My husband and I planned a destination wedding in Jamaica, but knew we wanted to have a reception Stateside for those that couldn't make the long trip. We love 'Up North', and were looking for a place that could accommodate 200+ people. After contacting a few places, I read about Cobblestone and knew we had to visit. The previous reviews were spot on. Bill & Toni were absolutely the most kind folks you could hope to meet, and they take real pride in helping their clients have the day they envision. Their vendor recommendations were spot-on. The food was amazing, the DJ was great, our photographer was wonderful, and the fact that we had a giant shuttle to get guests to/from a couple hotels made it complete. We wanted to incorporate a bit of the beach feel into our reception, and they helped as we decorated the tables, added some flair to the inside and outside of the barn, and even helped us set up a TV in order to watch the MSU vs. Oregon game! They made our day one to remember, and I absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a fun, lovely, and unique venue. Thanks Bill & Toni!!

Cobblestone Farms not only offers a beautiful wedding location, but the owners, Bill and Toni Sweet, make it that much better! Bill and Toni are incredibly flexible, extra responsive, and were willing to go along with all ideas we had about the way our day should go. The venue is affordable, unique, and absolutely gorgeous. Several wedding guests asked \"where/how did you find this place?!\" The photos our photographer took, on the property, are stunning! Bill and Toni treated us like friends/family as opposed to business partners which made the experience that much more personal. I would absolutely recommend Cobblestone Farms to any future brides that are interested as my wedding day was absolutely perfect!

My husband and I were the first couple to get married at Cobblestone in the 2015 wedding season. I couldn't have imagined our BIG day to go any different. Bill and Toni are the easiest venue owners to work with. They are so helpful in making your day one you will truly never forget. When we drove up to the venue, I felt so at ease and welcome. The barn is so much fun for the guests and the property is BEAUTIFUL. I'm so glad we chose to use Cobblestone for our venue/reception location. Even after 4 months, we still talk about our wedding day and how much everyone that attended enjoyed the venue and all of the fun things it offered. From the old time photos to the bean bag toss. There was something to do for everyone. From the moment we signed our contract to the end of our wedding day, Bill and Toni were there to ensure everything went exactly as we wanted. You will NOT be disappointed folks.... Cobblestone Farms is the BEST wedding venue in Northern Michigan!!!! Thank you Bill and Toni for making our day one we will NEVER forget!!!

Cobblestone Farms was an absolutely amazing wedding experience! During the venue searching process, we were looking to max-preform our budget and after looking around at several other venues in Northern Michigan, Cobblestone was clearly the best value without sacrificing the ability to have a quality ceremony. We loved the fun, outdoorsy atmosphere with lots of activities and games to entertain the guests, including a fun western style photo-booth!\r\rWe did all of the planning from across the country. Right from the early planning stages, Bill and Toni were right there to help answer any and all of our questions along the way. We didn't see the venue in person until the day before our wedding and we couldn't have been happier with our decision!\r\rThe entire day of the event could not have gone better!! Guest after guest approached us saying they were having a ton of fun and they were really impressed with the venue! We got the pig roast from Ebel's Catering for dinner and it flowed well with the theme of the wedding. The food was delicious and it was an exceptional value.\r\rWe would HIGHLY recommend Cobblestone Farms!! Thank you so much for making our day so fun and unforgettable to us and our guests, Bill & Toni!!

My husband and I knew the minute we pulled into Cobblestone Farms that it was the place where we were going to be married. We hadn't even seen the inside of the barn or the house (which we were lucky enough to stay in during our wedding weekend) and we already knew it was the PERFECT venue to allow our family and friends to enjoy the beauty of Northern Michigan. It's a beautiful site in a beautiful part of the state. The have bag toss, horse shoes, giant jenga, and ladder golf. The barn includes the saloon where drinks can be served, sweet shoppe to provide other treats for your guests, and an old fashion photo booth!\r\r We met Bill back in June of 2014 and he instantly made us feel like family. He showed us the grounds and the farm house and the more we saw the more we fell in love. The farm is very unique and we knew it was the perfect place for us and our family and friends. From the minute we set our wedding date with Cobblestone Farms, Bill kept in contact making sure we were all set and he helped above and beyond on so many aspects. My husband and I live downstate and planning a wedding that is 3 hours away was quite a task but Bill and Toni took care of us and made everything as easy as possible. Our wedding was on August 8th and we are still receiving such wonderful feedback about the day... everyone of our guests loved Cobblestone Farms! The rustic charm of the barn and the ample activities make the venue a seller in itself but what makes the venue so wonderful is the owners Bill and Toni. They enjoy doing what they do and nothing makes them happier than being apart of your big day. Cobblestone Farms turned all of our dreams into reality. We searched all over to find an affordable barn venue near Traverse City, and Cobblestone Farms topped the list! Not only is the property gorgeous, but Bill and Toni really made us feel like family throughout the whole experience. \r\rThe wedding day itself was spectacular. Our wedding was on Friday, so we had all day Thursday to decorate and prepare for the rehearsal. Bill and Toni let us have our own creative freedom and were there to help and offer assistance. Friday morning the bridal party and I started the day off with a private yoga session under the covered porch. After finishing up the last few details we headed inside the house to get ready for the day. It was nice to have a private space for hair & make-up to get done, as well as a place to relax before the ceremony. \r\rOur ceremony was short and sweet, and the scenery made for great pictures! Guests are still telling me how much fun they had playing yard games and enjoying the barn during cocktail hour. I also love that Cobblestone Farms lets couple choose their own vendors, it allowed us to customize our day and have everything that we ever wanted. The reception was a blast, everyone had smiles on their faces and the dance floor was never empty. Overall I would highly recommend Cobblestone Farms, just don't forget to invite me :)

My husband and I were married at Cobblestone Farms on July 25, 2015 and our day was made absolutely perfect. Bill and Toni Sweet were hands-down amazing and wonderful. From the beginning, they made us feel very comfortable. We set up a tour of the venue in mid February and Bill had the barn set up as if it were our wedding night. We started in the man cave, which I was more concerned about then my husband. Everywhere else we looked at had areas for us girls to get ready, but really lacked the area for the guys to hang out. I was very impressed. As we walked into the actual barn, it was perfect and everything we wanted! From the photo room to the candy room to the bar-PERFECTION! The main area was beautiful! The perfect mix between rustic, vintage, elegance. Bill and Toni allowed us to come out the night before, not only for rehearsal, but our rehearsal dinner. What we weren't expecting was for Bill and Toni to actually set up ALL of our wedding decorations. The night before the wedding, we set up an example table and they made sure to set everything up exactly how we wanted it. Because the venue itself is already gorgeous, we really didn't need a lot of additional decoratorations which made my life as a Bride even easier! The day of the wedding was absolutely perfect. The weather was prefect which added to a beautiful scene. If you are at all an outdoor person, Cobblestone Farms is the right choice for you. We had an amazing experience, which was made amazing by Bill and Toni and their love for love!

My husband and I got married at cobblestone on June 20, 2015. Bill and Toni were so helpful in helping us choose our vendors and giving us advice to make our big day perfect. They had so many great ideas and back up plans for in case the weather would have made a turn for the worse. Bill and Toni are very up to date on the top styles for the wedding season and know how to make things smooth and fun for all who attend. They also allowed us to have our rehearsal dinner out on the farm! Everyone had such a blast and I would recommend Cobblestone to everyone looking for a outdoor wedding venue. We look forward to having other events out there in the future.

Traverse City is my favorite northern michigan location and Cobblestone Farms added to my love tremendously! Cobblestone Farms is just outside TC about 20 minutes to downtown. This was the first and last venue I looked at when booking a wedding. As soon as I saw it I knew it would be the perfect place! The property is beautiful and Bill and Toni are incredible. The wedding was planned from Texas and they were very helpful from such a distance. Bill and Toni are extremely laid back but will make sure your day is perfect. They were wonderful the night before, allowing us to use the property for the rehearsal and dinner and setting up the day of was taken care of by them and an outsider hired in! My bridal party stayed the night before in their farmhouse and we all felt right at home! This was a truly special weekend for us and I would do it all over again if I could! The venue has so much to offer throughout the night to keep the guests busy and having a wonderful time. Thank you SO much to Cobblestone Farms for such an incredible time! xo

Bill and Toni Sweet are aptly named because they are by far some of the sweetest people that I have ever met! We booked our wedding about a year and a half in advance and they were with me whenever I needed them from the first contact. They absolutely went above and beyond their duties as venue owners and made our day wonderful! I am so glad that we are a part of the Cobblestone Farms family... and it truly is a family :) I would 100% recommend this venue to any bride and groom that want to have a fun and rustic wedding!

I came from out of state for my BFF wedding as the maid of honor. The venue was beautiful! The owners let us use the house the entire evening even after the ceremony which was nice because I had a little 4 month old baby that needed changed and fed. It got a little chilly towards the end of the night so it was nice to take her in there. The couple was very kind and willing to help with anything. I loved how the barn Ed so unique... I encourage anyone wanting to have a rustic country wedding to book this venue!

Not only is Cobblestone a beautiful place for a wedding, Bill and Toni graciously hosted a Fundraising Event for a family who lost their husband / dad to cancer with no life insurance. It was a fabulous place to host such an event. With plenty of space and numerous rooms for different needs for the event like food, drinks, plenty of seating indoors and out on the deck, a bonfire, games, and of course their fun photo booth! Everything went smoothly and we can't thank Bill and Toni enough for being our great host/ hostess! I love your wonderful farm, peaceful setting and country views! Bill and Toni Sweet offered to let our class hold a fund raiser at Cobblestone Farms for a fallen classmate's family. That in itself was generosity personified, but they did not then sit back and watch us work. Bill & Toni went out of their way to wrangle plenty of donations toward entertainment, food, beverages...\"Whatever it takes\". Bill had lots of ideas for how to get the best bang for our limited bucks so that as much money as possible could be donated to the family.\rI pulled into the driveway at Cobblestone and was immediately in love with the stately brick two-story house...that had a vintage tractor out front!\rMy jaw dropped when I first saw the barn with the wraparound porch and the rocking chairs beckoning you. Very Cracker Barrel-esque and that's when I knew this place is something special.\rOpen the double dutch barn doors to reveal an interior that is made for a party! The rustic quirky fun of the decor appealed to my giggly side, while the practicality of the layout and amenities just made me smile. Groom's room, olde time photo room, room that's perfect for the buffet, saloon complete with bar, nice set up for a band, and great bathrooms are the bones of the place. The little touches are the heart. \"Leather and Lace\" comes to mind...something for the both of you. Your guests will definitely not be bored, either! Plenty of options for kids and grown ups alike. \rWe really appreciated Bill and Toni's care and attention to detail, and willingness to \"make it happen\".\rThe best part? We were setting up on Saturday for Sunday's event. Bill was out of town, but on his way back to help us figure things out. Here he comes, barely able to walk because he had wrenched his ankle. He not only talked us through things, he hobbled us through things and even moved things around to suit our needs. \"Whatever it takes\". \rThe fund raiser was a success with Bill and Toni there the whole time, assuring that it was so. I knew Bill was in quite a bit of pain by the end of the day, yet he continued on right through clean up. \r\"Whatever it takes\". That's dedication. \rFor huge hearts, love of what they do, and a \"git 'er done\" attitude, you can't go wrong with Bill & Toni at Cobblestone Farms.

Our wedding day was absolutely everything we wanted! Thanks to Toni and Bill Sweet and their beautiful venue, we were able to have the wedding of our dreams. Our guests loved the decor in the barn and the Hitchin' Post was beautiful! If you are looking for an outdoor/rustic venue for your wedding, this is absolutely the place to go! When we were looking for wedding venues, some places weren't so friendly... when we met with Toni and Bill for the first time, we felt like old friends! Their customer service was one of the main reasons we chose to have our wedding at Cobblestone Farms. They really took the time to get to know us and helped us bring all of our ideas to life! \rThank you both so much for all of your hard work and your beautiful venue!

Bill and Toni graciously offered their venue to host a fundraiser for a fellow classmate's family after he died unexpectedly from cancer. As people arrived, they walked around Cobblestone Farms in awe of the beautiful surroundings - the fall colors against the white fence, the unique western theme of the barn and the general \"feeling of the farm\". It truly is a special place. Bill and Toni are attentive hosts who really listen and embrace your ideas and do what it takes to make the event a success. You can tell that they love, love, love what they do and they are so very good at it!! I have NO hesitation in endorsing the venue for your wedding, reunion or party.

This venue suited all of the needs of myself and those around me. Bill and Toni went out of their way to ensure that every last thing was perfect about this day. Robby and myself learned a great deal about the wedding industry through Bill and he helped us to make sure that we had options when it came to absolutely everything. Bill and Robby worked out a great deal of the details and fine tuning with out me, which I am truly grateful for as I was busy creating every thing for the day down to the boutineirres! I am simply in awe at the amount of work and dedication that Bill and Toni put in to each and every wedding that they host out on their farm. It is few and far between to come by people like this. Outside of the beautiful scenery and lovely ceremony site, delicious food and adorable decor, Bill and Toni bring that \"something else\" to the table that most main stream venues don't have and that is dedication and heart. Thank you, thank you for making our dreams come true!
