Bought by two brothers in 1927 as farmland, the serene space has evolved and now consists of four golf courses along with a stunning high-ceilinged banquet hall. The charming space is rich in character, perfect to help bring your dream wedding to life. We are still receiving compliments from our guests on how wonderful Cog Hill was for our fall reception! The clubhouse looked beautiful and the event staff set up all of our decorations perfectly. It was so nice to not have to worry about doing any set up the day before or day of our reception, they took care of everything for us! The food was wonderful and the premium bar package that is included is a huge plus! We love Cog Hill and are so happy with our decision for our reception

We are still receiving compliments from our guests on how wonderful Cog Hill was for our fall reception! The clubhouse looked beautiful and the event staff set up all of our decorations perfectly. Our wedding reception at Cog Hill was absolutely amazing!! I cannot rave enough about Marissa and Cog Hill staff. Marissa was very attentive to detail, very patient, and professional. She answered all of our questions big or small and was quick with responding to emails and phone calls. Our food was amazing and we got so many compliments from our guests about how good the food was!! They beautifully put together our center pieces, linens and put out personalized decor so perfectly. The outdoor patio and cigar bar were a popular hit during the wedding as well as the late night snacks. The waiters and bar tenders were awesome as well. I cannot rave enough about Cog Hill for our amazing wedding!

We can't thank Jenny and the Cog Hill crew enough for how spectacular our reception was. Jenny was an incredible communicator all throughout our planning process, and was so helpful the couple weeks leading up to the wedding. She really is superhuman with how she pulled everything together exactly in the way we wanted.The food was to die for, the space itself was gorgeous and the perfect size for our 190-person wedding. The bar serves top-shelf liquor along with a huge variety of beer/seltzers/wine!I can't imagine a more perfect venue!!!

We booked Cog Hill for our November wedding and WOW. Jenny was amazing from the beginning~ very thorough through every email, meeting, etc. She answered any question we had immediately and there was never a lapse in communication (even when we had to drop off our guest book the morning of- she answered her email right away and the venue was ready for us!). The testing dinner was so helpful and well thought out to help couples decide their dinner. It even helped with deciding decorations, floor plan, appetizers, etc. it was 10/10. Our reception was amazing, we were blown away at the presentation and service. Jenny was present for the entire event and was so attentive, constantly checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed throughout dinner and after. The venue was decorated so intimately, we received compliments all night long about it!! The food from the appetizers, to dinner, to late night snacks were so so so good! Every guest loved their meal and raved about it all night long. If we were to do this all over again we’d choose Cog Hill in a second.

We worked with Jenny and Robby at Cog Hill. They were fantastic with communication and made the planning process feel stress free for us. The day of, the venue looked picture perfect and they handled the schedule very well down to the minute. The venues set up was ideal for fitting a fairly large group (230) while maintaining plenty of room for the dance floor. The separate indoor and outdoor bar areas were great for letting our guests spread out. The dinner was delicious and many of my guests commented on how much they enjoyed it. The large variety of options at the bar was also a huge plus that many of my guests shared with me. I’ve been to other weddings at Cog Hill before and they consistently do a great job, I highly recommend it as a wedding venue.

When we were searching for our venue we ultimately chose Cog Hill because of their professionalism, friendliness, the beautiful clubhouse, and their experience. A huge shout to Marisa for helping make the day unforgettable. Communication was easy, and she was so helpful with bringing our vision to life! We had a March wedding which meant ceremony and reception indoors. Marisa and the events team listened to my concerns and thoughts regarding the space for ceremony and executed my vision perfectly. It was stunning and cozy!! I loved that we had our ceremony in front of a warm fireplace. It's little over a month later, and we are still hearing about how much people loved the food, the drinks, and atmosphere. I seriously have no negative feedback. 15/10 would have my wedding here again!

They had their bar package, sales tax, and gratuity built into the price of their plate prices which made it incredibly easy to price everything out for our budget. Everybody raved about the bar and food, and couldn't stop talking about how perfect everything was set up. Robbie was perfect to work with, quick to respond, and was incredibly patient with us making last minute decisions due to Covid. I can't stop raving about my wedding at Cog Hill!

If you have not considered Cog Hill Golf and Country Club for your Wedding Reception, shower, or special event, you should! Robbie helped us with every planning detail. He is fabulous to work with and exceeded our expectations! The food was hot, beautifully plated, and by far the best food I have ever had at a Wedding. The appetizers were passed with perfection by polite and prompt wait staff. The signature drinks were presented by wait staff and circulated to our guests. The venue is beautiful and so accommodating. Our guests enjoyed the clubhouse bar and patio and spent time socializing in both areas. We are so glad we booked Cog Hill. It was truly wonderful.

My husband and I were going crazy trying to plan a safe wedding for us and our guests during a pandemic without losing the feel of having a real wedding ceremony and reception. The whole Cog Hill staff made this a reality for us and we could not be happier! Jenny, Marissa, Serena, and Robbie ensured every aspect of my wedding could be done safely and beautifully from the very beginning. On the day of my wedding their wait staff did an amazing job and the food was spectacular. I still have guests raving about the food over two weeks later! We originally planned to have our ceremony outside, but it started to rain a half hour before my ceremony and the staff transformed the reception area into my new ceremony location seamlessly. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue, its staff, and the flawless execution of my wedding. The facility is also breathtaking and our photos are absolutely gorgeous. Cog Hill fits everyone's wedding vision whether its outdoor greenery or indoor rustic beauty. It was truly a day we will never forget!

The reason I chose Cog Hill for my wedding venue was their beautiful venue, delicious food and accommodating staff. I chose Cog before COVID. Once Covid hit Jenny and Serena were very attentive to mine and my husbands needs. They reassured us that I would still get my dream wedding. They ensured that we were aware of all protocols and how we could keep everyone safe. They answered my many many questions, no matter what time or how many times I have asked. They were able to accommodate a small person celebration on the day of my original wedding date with my immediate family and it was perfect. Jenny even assisted with playing music as I walked down the isle! Unfortunately we couldn’t celebrate with all family and friends, but fortunately we booked for a larger ceremony in 2021 at Cog Hill! We can’t wait to celebrate again at our favorite place!

Jenny even assisted with playing music as I walked down the isle! Unfortunately we couldn’t celebrate with all family and friends, but fortunately we booked for a larger ceremony in 2021 at Cog Hill! We can’t wait to celebrate again at our favorite place!

My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better experience through booking and having our wedding reception at Cog Hill. Jenny (our coordinator) was incredible throughout the whole process, clarifying any questions we had and making sure we had clear ideas of what everything would cost (no hidden or surprise fees)! She and her staff set up the reception even better than we could have imagined, integrating all the decorations and favors we dropped off days before. The layout of the reception venue was beautiful, with lots of space for guests to mingle. It was especially breathtaking at Christmastime (when we had our wedding), and the space was filled with beautiful greenery and lights. As a bride, I felt seen and heard throughout the whole planning process, and I wouldn't change a thing about the reception, thanks to Jenny and the rest of the staff at Cog Hill.

We had our wedding in November 2019. We worked with Jenny for the planning and execution and we really were happy with the whole thing from start to finish. - the price was great for everything we got food/alcohol/time wise and they were flexible with us when we asked to adjust a few things which was wonderful!- it was so nice to have plenty of parking, plenty of space for our guests (our wedding was smaller 110)- we were able to finesse the layout to our preference since we had our ceremony in the main room which we really appreciated- the open bar was so great, and the bar is a nice space for cocktail hour, and they were wonderful about our specialty cocktails!- the food was 4/5, options are little dated, but classic for Chicagoland weddings. we skipped the soup course and the sorbet, just personal preferences and they were easy going about that too- the venue itself is nice, a classic golf course venue which I love as a golfer myself. I do wish they had updated the carpets and curtains, they really are colorful and neutral colors would be so much nicer to work with for all the different colors different weddings prefer. We highly recommend Cog Hill for an event! They were flexible, reasonable and we had a great time. We received compliments on the food and it was one of the least stressful aspects of the planning! Thank you to their planners for helping us with the process.

There was so much space, and people were able to spread out and enjoy the bar and even the outdoor patio (which also had its own bar)!! The planning process was amazing, and the price just couldn’t be beat for everywhere else we looked. Food was great, and you definitely won’t leave feeling hungry! We also did their appetizers and late night snacks, which were delicious. Honestly, I can’t recommend the venue enough.

Our friends had their wedding at Cog Hill a few years ago and I fell in love with it instantly. So, when I got engaged, I told my Husband that we needed to setup a meeting to get all the details on their wedding packages. After meeting with our coordinator, Jenny Gulas, my husband and I were totally sold on having our wedding there!!! My Husband especially loved the fact that he got a free round of golf with our package lol. We did a 2 year engagement, so over the course of those 2 years I had tons of questions for Jenny (I'm sure she got tired of seeing all my emails lol) and she answered each and every one of them right away!!! She was such a big help and our wedding wouldn't have been as perfect as it was without her!!! I was super upset that it rained the day of our wedding because our ceremony was supposed to be outside, but Jenny calmed me down and reassured me that it was going to be beautiful inside just like it would outside. And, she was right...our ceremony and all the decorations looked gorgeous, even better than it would have looked like outside!!! All of our guests complemented on how gorgeous our ceremony and reception was, and I have Jenny to thank for that...she is a miracle worker!!!If you're looking for a gorgeous venue with yummy food and top shelf liquor for your wedding, and don't want any hidden fee's like a lot of venues, then Cog Hill is the place for you!!!

They let us bring things in earlier the week of the wedding so there was less to bring to set up the day of which really helped my Mom tons.And they let us leave decorations there to be picked up the next day though our florist ended up being able to come the night of. Very flexible and understanding folks. The FOOD. So Good. We did get some appetizers and they were amazing. Many many compliments on the food. I loved the all inclusive price and they were very transparent with you so there were no surprises. All in all A+++ would highly recommend! We dont make a lot and we were able to afford this venue with a wedding of 160 ish.

The food was also amazing, we did their combination of beef tenderloin and chicken and it was delicious. We planned most of our wedding from out of state, and she accommodated everything we needed to make it the easiest process possible! Down to fluffing our trains as we walked down the aisle, Jenny takes care of everything you need. Let me tell you, she is truly an asset to Cog Hill!!!One of the reasons we chose Cog Hill was because it includes everything for one incredible price, which includes white glove service, a plated 5-course delicious meal, 4 hours of open bar, unlimited wine at dinner, and a champagne toast for the couple. For an additional $200 we also held our ceremony at Cog Hill. Even though we had mini bundt cakes, the venue also does not charge a cake-cutting fee. They set up all the decor for us and even boxed everything up for us at the end of our wedding day. We knew they would decorate, but boxing up our decorations was such a nice touch to complete a wonderful experience at Cog Hill. All of the staff we worked with were amazing.In addition, Cog Hill is BEAUTIFUL! We were married on a cold and chilly October evening, and getting married in front of the main hall's fireplace was absolutely magical. Our guests continue to comment on how beautiful the space was! You will not regret hosting your wedding ceremony and/or reception at Cog Hill! It is truly a gem in the Chicagoland area!

This venue made my wedding day perfect. They are reasonably priced, very easy to work with, and the venue is gorgeous! I would recommend to anyone!

Cog Hill was the perfect venue for our wedding in early October with space for guests to spread out both inside and outside. The venue is beautiful, the food was spectacular, and the staff was amazing! We had a few hiccups here or there day of, as expected, but overall Olivia was to the rescue! Cog hill was awesome as a wedding venue. Everything was perfect! Our coordinator Dan made sure our wedding had everything we wanted!!! The wait staff was awesome in making sure everyone was happy! She was incredibly attentive to our wants/needs from day one, and went above and beyond to help us plan the day exactly how we wanted it. It seemed like there was nothing her and her team couldn't do to accommodate us and that really meant a lot. We were so impressed with how everything turned out. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how delicious the food was, how incredible the service was, and how beautiful the venue was. Choosing Cog Hill as our wedding venue was the best decision we could have made. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we are so thankful for Jenny and the entire staff for making it a day we will never forget!

My best friend recently had her reception at Cog Hill and 5 stars are simply not enough! I was very involved in her planning process and she was constantly telling me how helpful the staff was throughout this past year as she was planning, especially the two managers Tabatha and Jenny. I was able to experience this great service the day of her reception! Absolutely everything was taken care of! I was prepared to help decorate the room and set things out exactly how my friend wanted, but once I arrived I came to see a beautiful room with everything exactly how my friend wanted it! Tabatha and Jenny did an amazing job bringing my friends vision for the room to life! The rest of the night was perfect! They kept the night moving and kept everything running on time, which was very important to us because we wanted to have ample dancing time! The food was excellent!!! Definitely one of the best meals I have ever had at a wedding reception! I would definitely recommend Cog Hill to anyone! The clubhouse is gorgeous, the food is outstanding, and service is perfect!

WEDDING BEYOND OUR DREAMS!!! ABOVE PERFECT service, venue, food, and drinks!!! Cog Hill was perfect for my daughters wedding! The venue is beautiful with high beamed ceilings attached beautiful patio with out door bar. And the ceremony was held on the patio with their white patio chairs lined up beautifully for the ceremony and then moved to tables for patio enjoyment outside during the reception. The reception room is elegant and classic. The food was amazing! With sorbet before our plated dinner - how elegant! Tabitha and staff were very accommodating and worked so hard and made it so easy for us and helped so much and worked with us to do ALL we wanted and even more than we asked for. I would rate this venue, food, drinks, and staff - above 5 stars. Everything was PERFECT and AMAZING!!! The venue had a perfect location for the live band. Our band the Band Sundance completed the perfect night with an 8 piece live band that really engaged the crowd and made it so fun. Clearly everyone was having fun when the bride and groom sing and play the tambourine and cowbell with the band!!!

5 stars really are not enough for the incredible team at Cog Hill. My husband and I had our reception there on 8/5/17 and it was perfect! Tabitha was our event coordinator and she was amazing! She was so nice to work with. Tabitha responded to every question and gave us great advice for set up. She even recommended a great late night taco truck our guests loved! I made my own centerpieces so there were a lot of pieces to be set up, and Tabitha and her team really spent time to make everything look the best. Walking in to the venue and seeing the room was even better than I imagined. Dinner was delicious and we received so many compliments from our guests. Over all the venue was perfect for us and everyone at Cog Hill is great to work with.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I looked at many venues before selecting Cog Hill. But once I went and saw the beautiful room in person I knew I wanted to have our wedding there! We got married at the venue and had absolutely perfect weather for the outdoor patio! Jenny was our coordinator and she was fantastic to work with. She answered all my questions and emails promptly and was so efficient. She really knows her stuff! She was always willing to help and work with us on all our details! The pricing is so reasonable and no hidden costs with the tax and gratuity included in the meal price. The food was fantastic with large servings so everyone was definitely full! I loved the sorbet palate cleanser between courses-so classy! The room is absolutely beautiful, elegant and charming. The outdoor patio with the outdoor bar, twinkle lights was so nice. Our guests really enjoyed sitting outside. We were married 5-27-17, Memorial Day weekend, so our guests were able to really use the outdoor patio with the beautiful weather. We took all our photos at Cog Hill which provided endless beautiful backgrounds. My favorite was the big red barn. We received countless compliments on the venue-its beauty, how unique it is, the outdoor space. Everyone had a great time with the bar selection and food. We even had a child say it reminded them of Beauty and the Beast! I loved that we were the only wedding in the space! I did not want to have our reception where we were 1 of 3 weddings. Everything went smooth. The only hiccups were that we did not have enough chairs for the ceremony but luckily it was a short ceremony so it wasn't too bad. Also, cleaning up at the end of the night was a bit chaotic. We had brought in a lot of our our own decor, linens, chargers and vases so there was a lot to pack up at the end of the night. But it was fine! Overall, Cog Hill was a great place for a wedding. Jenny and all the Cog Hill staff were great to work with. We had such a memorable wedding thanks to such a beautiful venue!

We absolutely loved our wedding reception at Cog Hill! It is a beautiful space and our guests loved spending time out on the large patio (with an additional outdoor bar) as well! There are no hidden fees and the price is great for how much is included. Jenny, the wedding coordinator, was very friendly and helpful and was very prompt with returning all of our emails throughout the process. We would definitely recommend Cog Hill to everyone!

Jenny is the best and made sure we had a perfect day. Everything we requested or needed was met with professionalism. The food was outstanding and we had so many compliments on it. The bar package is the best I have ever had at the wedding and the bar staff was incredible no one was waiting for a drink at a wedding of 200 people. The patio there is perfect for talking, drinking, cigar smoking, sparklers and pictures. I maybe biased because it was my wedding but it was hands down the best venue I have been to for a wedding. Would recommend to anyone I know with an upcoming wedding. Also a free foursome!

Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better venue to have our winter wedding. Cog Hill is beautiful and charming, with its wood-beamed high ceilings, tall fireplace, strategic warm lighting, and a gorgeous setting, and we were also instantly charmed by their straightforward pricing system: no hidden costs or calculating of taxes or packages or gratuity--the quoted price for your food choice included all costs. Also, Jenny, our wedding coordinator, was everything we could have asked for: kind, efficient, clear, accommodating, and good-humored. She has a great eye and set up the room and foyer beautifully, and we never felt nervous about anything that had to do with Cog Hill. All of our guests were extremely complimentary about the venue and had a blast; we couldn't be happier that we had our reception there.

I can not express how much we loved Cog Hill for our wedding reception! We worked with Jenny for the majority of our planning and she was absolutely amazing! She was so helpful in the months leading up to our reception and was always available to answer calls or e-mails. She was so helpful in answering all of the questions I had along the way. The night of I did not feel like I had to worry about anything! She did a perfect job setting up the room just as how I pictured it! She took care of everything and I was able to completely enjoy my night. She kept the night going at a good pace and was always available if I needed something. She even got me a glass of wine when she saw I kept getting stuck talking to everyone and couldn't make it to the bar during cocktail hour. The staff at Cog Hill is also amazing! They are so service oriented and great to work with! They were very accommodating and helpful throughout the entire night. On top of how amazing the entire night was, I was also very impressed by their very reasonable prices! You get a lot for your money and the food was delicious! We received so many compliments on how great the food was and how beautiful the room was. All in all I could not have asked for a better night and if I had everything to do all over again I would choose Cog Hill again!

We absolutely LOVED Cog Hill! They were so great throughout all of the planning and let us do pretty much whatever we wanted. We were able to bring in a smores bar, use sparklers, and even bring in our own blue alcohol for a blue signature drink. They were so helpful throughout everything and their communication was fabulous. All of their alcohol was top shelf liquor, and everyone wore tuxes. Very professional, I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience with Cog Hill this spring. We had our ceremony and reception at Cog Hill. Everything was done exactly as promised. The food was superb - we received so many compliments on our food being the best they ever had - it was even rated higher than a million dollar wedding experience from our friend. The only issue I would report was lack of access to areas to take photos. We were made to feel like taking photos on the golf course was absurd instead of customary at the location. My suggestion would be to plan on taking photos at another location. Everything else was perfect for us and we would highly recommend the facility, especially for the very manageable cost!

We booked Cog Hill because it was a good value and the place is beautiful (vintage, old world look). The price per plate included tax and tip which makes a big difference. It also features an amazing outdoor patio with outdoor bar which I loved (especially since a nice outdoor space is missing from most reception hall options). Even though it was a bit chilly, upper 50's/low 60's...lots of people took advantage of it.\r\rMy wedding here was really beautiful. Everyone complemented me on the venue. I was so happy when first walking in and seeing my favors, flowers, picture frames, etc. all laid out (although I think my florist was really responsible for pulling off my look and making everything perfect..I saw her kind of moving around things when I first walked in :-) I love my first dance photos with the grandiose fire place and windows in the background. \r\rAlso, the appetizers were very good (bacon-wrapped scallops especially). And the family style meal was great..although most people were so full from appetizers they could hardly eat anymore. Another important note is that they completely open the bar to you, no restrictions on the liquor options and the bartenders were pouring strong drinks all night long. A few guests really enjoyed having beer options outside of the traditional domestics as well.\r\rDownside is that they are kind of rigid when it comes to decorating, time (you can't go beyond 5.5 hours), and creativity in general (weren't too excited about my late night food idea because it would mean more work for them to clean up). The staff is male dominated so the planning just lacked female warmth if you get what I mean. Although I should note that they had no problem with my flip flops and glow stick favors...they turned the lights almost completely off around the dance floor so it turned into an amazing rave party for the last couple hours (I was so happy when I first walked by the dance floor and saw nothing but wild glow sticks wipping through the air!!!) I also brought in a bunch of props that my friends broke out for the harlem shake toward the end of the night. I didn't warn them ahead of time, ha, so they didn't have an opportunity to tell me no.\r\rOverall, I definitely recommend Cog Hill. Suits a vintage style nicely and makes for a wedding that people will remember.

Overall, I would recommend Cog Hill. The most important thing is that it has an amazing vintage look to it and that the event manager that we worked with (Jim) was very nice. Also, if you care about the food, it was very good and we received a lot of compliments on it. \r\rThe only thing I didn't really like was that we weren't able to set up our decorations beforehand, so we had to trust that they would do everything correctly. Luckily, I am an organizational freak and I printed out very specific directions with photos, so the chances of them screwing anything up were very slim. However, my husband was there early for groom prep photos and he did have to give them some pointers on some things. There was one particular thing that they did that would have looked really ridiculous (had it not been corrected by my husband) and it just made me feel like they need to get someone in there with some sense of style. It would be to their benefit to have an actual event planner that knows what looks good.\r\rHowever, I know that golf is their main priority so, as long as you have someone to correct their potential decor mistakes, then it will be fine. Everything turned out great!

The staff a cog hill was amazing. The night ran smoothly and we were even reimbursed for the people that didn't show up! I've been told it was the best food that my guest have ever had at a wedding and they loved the atmosphere.

I had my wedding here recently and had a great experience the day of my wedding. Their wait staff is great and very attentive. I also heard the food was great (I did not get to try the entree because we were taking pictures). The planning portion was pretty frustrating and upsetting though. It honestly was so upsetting that if I had to do it all over again I would not have picked Cog Hill for my wedding. If you have your wedding here please make sure you do NOT work with Dan. Apparently he has been there for 12 years and I think it would be best for everyone involved that he moves on. I think over the years he has forgotten that he is in the service industry. Rather than being a source for helpful advice, suggestions and support he choose to \"help\" more coordinate this pretty important event in my life with mockery and lots of sarcasm. Everything I asked for he just made it seem like it was such an inconvenience and so over the top/unreasonable. There is a man there named Jim and he is the one you want to work with. He was very helpful and actually treated us like he was happy we were there and appreciated our business. At the end of my wedding Dan grabbed a big bag and started stuffing it with our candles. That's great except for the fact that we placed cylinders and plates around/below all of the large candles so that the wax did not get on their furniture. So basically, he wanted us out of there so bad he was throwing hundreds of dollars worth of loose glass into a big blue IKEA bag with chunky 10\"-20\" candles...guaranteed to break every single piece of glass he put in there. At the end of the wedding, after we packed all of our stuff up, he was standing not even 3' from me and just waived goodbye. I walked over to him and shook his hand like professional adults would. There was no congratulations, thank you for spending thousands of dollars with us....nothing. I guess he just wanted to be consistent with his level of professionalism from start to finish.

This venue is beautiful from the vaulted wood ceilings, fireplace, and huge outdoor patio, it provided a warm and cozy atmosphere.The food was amazing AND hot (I hate cold food). I had multiple guests comment that it was some of the best tenderloin they had ever had! Tom and Dan were easy to work with and thought of every detail that may slip a stressed out brides mind. The service was great as well. The night was perfect, I would have my wedding here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone!

Cog Hill is a beautiful location for a wedding reception. The food was fantastic! The wedding coordinator, Tom, was great. The only down fall was that the men's bathroom smelled disgusting. The women's bathroom was upstairs and wasn't as bad.

Cog Hill is a beautiful location for a wedding reception. The food was fantastic! The wedding coordinator, Tom, was great. The only down fall was that the men's bathroom smelled disgusting. The women's bathroom was upstairs and wasn't as bad.

Number one, the venue is beautiful and has lots of character. Also, both myself and many of my guests thought the food was great and the service was expceptional. The Cog Hill employees were very attentive and paid attention to some of the things that myself and my families flighted on the day of. \rThe only thing I wish was better was their flexibility with extending the total reception time and some other small details. However, the MONEY was well worth it! I'd do my wedding again there in a heartbeat.

We LOVED the outdoor patio - it was an absolutely perfect location for a cocktail hour on a beautiful summer day. The grounds made a beautiful backdrop for photos and the staff was incredible.;You sign a contract agreeing to have a minimum number of people but they do not guarantees prices which change with each golf season.
