With space to accommodate up to 300 guests, our modern ballroom offers panoramic views overlooking our lakes and fairways. Our award-winning wedding coordinator focuses entirely on you. Colonial Country Club made our wedding planning super easy and stress free! I’m going to divide into sections as it is hard to put everything into one blurb.Event coordinator: We initially worked with Michael when we started planning. He answered all of our questions, gave my mom and brother a tour first since we weren’t in the state, and took care of us during the tasting when we were down in Florida from North Carolina. Unfortunately, he moved on to another company a month before our wedding. Fortunately, they had Sheila fill in. She was great as well! We didn’t meet her until the day of the wedding at the reception, but she was well aware of all our wants, and flawlessly took over. She was quick to respond to any questions we had. Her and her staff executed everything perfectly.Venue and Amenities: the venue is beautiful!! All our guests, and even our photographer, said how nice the reception area was inside and out. We got married in December so they were decorated for Christmas; which added the perfect touch to our theme. The amenities include in our price was a great value and well worth it. Between all that was included (event coordinator, cocktail hour, meal, alcohol, cake, uplighting for the dance floor, linens, plates and utensils, etc), we weren’t worried at all! Plus between Michael and Sheila, it was like we had a wedding planner. Wedding Day: everything went smoothly! Enough seats and tables for everyone and everything! The waiters were so polite and attentive. Our guests got there first but when my husband and I got there, they made sure we at least got some food during the cocktail hour! The food was well presented and delicious! My favorite were probably the hor d’oeuvres! (We had the fried Conch, beef Wellington’s, and coconut shrimp). During the cake cutting ceremony, we realized we forgot a knife, whoops! But the staff brought one out right to us! Awesome customer service. After: one of the vendors didn’t deliver a good batch of the product on the day of our wedding, with no fault to Colonial. They improvised the best they could! Not a beat was missed. And they made it up to us. Again, great customer service. I definitely recommend Colonial Country Club if you’re looking for a beautiful venue, and don’t want to have to worry about the little stuff. They take care of all of that for you.

Who knew that planning and executing a destination wedding could be so easy? I would recommend that people host an event just so that they can hold it at Colonial, that is how great it was!

My wedding was June 27, 2015 at Colonial Country Club. It was an absolutely perfect day! Michael Garner and his staff were beyond attentive. We were engaged in January of the same year and I found Colonial very quickly in February. It was the third country club I checked out in a day and I cancelled all future appointments after meeting Michael the first time! He was quick to offer a wealth of resources that made the process easy. Not to mention the packages offered are so reasonable. Our wedding day turned out to be the wedding of our dreams with Colonial Country Club!

We were engaged in January of the same year and I found Colonial very quickly in February. He was quick to offer a wealth of resources that made the process easy. Not to mention the packages offered are so reasonable. Our wedding day turned out to be the wedding of our dreams with Colonial Country Club!

I recently had my wedding at Colonial Country Club on May 9th, 2015. My fiancé and I got engaged in June 2014 and picked CCC shortly after. We wanted an inside ceremony because of the heat in Fort Myers in May. We spent a week looking at dozens of venues in Fort Myers and CCC was by far the best. We looked at Pelican Preserve, The Plantation, Grandezza, Miromar Lakes, Cross Creek, just to name a few. A lot of these places couldn't offer us an inside ceremony site, and if they could give us a ceremony site, it would be inconvenient/awkward space and they didn't seem to happy to accommodate. Also, they were all much more expensive than Colonial and were definitely not as accommodating. When we walked into Colonial, we were immediately greeted with friendly faces and walked around the premises. When we offered up our concerns, the staff was so gracious and was not stumped by our concerns. Michael Garner was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. Whenever we had a question or concern, he was more than confident that it would be handled. He is very skilled (has worked there 12 years and put on more weddings than he can count) and I trust him completely! His demeanor is PERFECT to work with if you get a little stressed out during the process (like I did). Also, when we signed with Colonial, they have so many vendors that they work with that it makes it so easy and carefree to plan your wedding with them. When I hear about all my friends who were doing a million DIY things, I was SO thankful I didn't have that added stress. Colonial takes care of everything. My wedding was an absolute dream, it was the perfect day of my life. On wedding day, Michael was a dream to work with. He was so relaxed and laid back, put me totally at ease. The ceremony and reception site was beautiful (although it didn't need any embellishments, it's already STUNNING without any decorations!) It was the perfect, most beautiful day and it wouldn't have been that way if I didn't go with Colonial Country Club. I highly, HIGHLY suggest using this as your wedding venue, you won't be sorry!!

I highly recommend Colonial Country Club to anyone! They are so easy to work with, it's a beautiful place, and the cost is reasonable (comparatively speaking). Michael and his staff cater to your every need and make the whole planning process so much easier than it could be. The grounds are absolutely stunning and make for fabulous pictures. The food is excellent and the service top notch. I cannot say more positive things about this place. Unless you have your heart set on a beach wedding, (or even if you do this place may sway you) I recommend this site. Beautiful, professional, delicious! My wedding was perfect because of all of their hard work!

Michael and Robert are just amazing and everything that they do is nothing short of pure excellence. I am an extremely OCD type of person and I honestly had no worries with dealing with the Colonial Country Club. It is most certainly worth the price with everything that they include and the service that you receive. The turned my dreams and images into a fairy tale wedding, I could not have asked for anything more perfect. I honestly have no complaints, they responded to all of my insane emails in a timely manner and were so incredibly helpful and sweet. If you could do it over we would not change a thing, they took any and all stress away and made me feel as comfortable as someone can feel when planning their wedding.

He put up with my phone calls and emails and never thought any request to big or to small. He advised me on when everything needed to be completed. On the wedding day he made sure my husband and I were happy and had everything we needed. Their food and beverage manager was amazing too. His kitchen ran smooth, his staff were excellent, friendly and accommodating . Plus all my guests raved about the food!! The place is gorgeous we had beautiful pictures taken! I could rave more and on and on. We had the most incredible day and it was because colonial country club really took care of us!!

I could not say enough good things about Colonial. Everyone I worked with was absolutely amazing. I live in a different state and they helped me so much. I never doubted that it would be exactly what I wanted even though I couldn't be there the whole time. It was beautiful and the food was awesome. I had the ceremony there as well and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful ceremony. Rob and Mike helped me make the wedding of my dreams.

I could not say enough good things about Colonial. Everyone I worked with was absolutely amazing. I live in a different state and they helped me so much. Michael and the staff at colonial were phenomenal!!! They catered to our every need and made every accommodation that we asked for right down to a last minute order of french fries! Everything i asked for, they were able to make happen. It was comforting to know that on what could have been a very stressful day, i walked into my reception and everything was taken care of and it looked beautiful and the grounds are an amazing view and backdrop to your wedding photos. The all inclusive packages that they offer make things even easier instead of going a la carte. They also have vendors that they work with that offer discounts once they know you will have your wedding at Colonial. Amazing!!! I couldn't have asked for better service and a great experience.

Michael and the staff at colonial were phenomenal!!! They catered to our every need and made every accommodation that we asked for right down to a last minute order of french fries! Everything i asked for, they were able to make happen. It was comforting to know that on what could have been a very stressful day, i walked into my reception and everything was taken care of and it looked beautiful and the grounds are an amazing view and backdrop to your wedding photos. The all inclusive packages that they offer make things even easier instead of going a la carte. They also have vendors that they work with that offer discounts once they know you will have your wedding at Colonial. Amazing!!! I couldn't have asked for better service and a great experience.

I cannot fully express how satisfied I was with EVERYTHING at Colonial Country Club. They do a fabulous job with weddings. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT! The cake from Mason's Bakery was fantastic. Colonial helped us make a custom meal and all of our guests loved the food. We have gotten so many complements from family and friends stating it was the best wedding they had ever been too. We had 180 and it was a great size. There was plenty of room. If you book them.. you will not regret it!

We used Colonial for both our wedding ceremony and reception. The staff (Rob and Michael) were amazing to work with. They always responded quickly with any questions and were extremely accomodating. The value was exceptional and if I could give them six stars out of five I would. The grounds were perfectly manicured, wait staff attentive and food delicious! It was one of few places that offered a package that included a wedding cake, chair covers, bows, etc. Highly Recommend!!

The building was beautiful inside and out. The bathrooms were gorgeous. The service was good and everything was clean. The wedding coordinator was very helpful and always made sure everything ran smoothly so I can relax. Great backdrop for pictures. I also like the fact that it's new so I didn't even need chair covers because the chairs were so beautiful. I also liked how they didn't charge extra for champagne toast and cake cutting....it was all included.;The management got in a arguement with the baker (the cake is supposed to come with the package) a month before the wedding they told me I had to switch bakers because they weren't using the baker anymore. I did not have time to meet with another baker and I loved the baker I had already. After many phone calls and panics they finally agreed to let me keep my orignial baker. I felt like the upper management handled the situation poorly. Also during the cake cutting we did not see a plate or napkins to use we had to use our hands. Also, it was very expensive to extend the time, even w/out alcohol.

The building was beautiful inside and out. The bathrooms were gorgeous. The service was good and everything was clean.
