Nestled among the beautiful small town that is Columbia Station is a picturesque Country Club, known as Columbia Hills. With a recently renovated 1920's Tudor style clubhouse, Columbia Hills offers serene views, customizable menus, and high class service, ensuring that this is just the right venue for your upcoming wedding, bridal shower and more. Our ceremonies take place under our covered patio out-looking the breath taking backdrop of our 9th hole. My wife and I had our wedding here in September 2022 and our experience was exceptional. Jennifer and her staff were accommodating, professional, and organized. Our event was well paced and ran smoothly. The food was absolutely delicious. Our guests still comment about how they enjoyed the food, the professionalism of the staff, and their overall experience months afterward. The venue itself is an all-in-one package. Having the ceremony and reception at the same place made life easier for both us and our guests. The ceremony was under a covered patio which provided an outdoor feel, but had cover in case of rain and kept our guests in the shade. The grounds are beautiful and provide excellent backdrops for wedding photos. The reception hall has a cozy feel, but also ample room for a dance floor. The locker rooms below the venue let the bridal party prepare on-site.Highly Recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about our experience having our wedding at Columbia Hills Country Club, but honestly Jennifer is the star of this review. She is the coordinator on staff and she was the reason we booked with Columbia Hills in the first place. She was so communicative, flexible, kind, patient and went truly above and beyond to make sure our day was absolutely perfect and she NAILED IT every step of the way. We owe the success of our wedding largely to Jennifer and we truly appreciate everything she did for us. Now for the venue; we got married in September, so the covered porch was the perfect outdoor ceremony space for us. It wasn't too hot but still gave us the beauty of an outdoor ceremony. Our guests appreciated the combination of outdoor and indoor space for cocktail hour and the ballroom was perfect for our final guest count of 85. I think this is a perfect location for couples anticipating between 60-140 people, but it is an intimate venue so more than that may be tight. The food was AMAZING, and we got a ton of compliments on it from multiple guests. We went with the family style option and it ensured that there was plenty of food and everyone got what they wanted. The staff were very flexible with allergens and our guests were blown away by the vegetarian/dairy free options.Overall, I highly recommend Columbia Hills Country Club and our day wouldn't have been as perfect as it was if we had picked any other venue. We just hosted our wedding ceremony and reception here last week, and OMG it was the most incredible experience. It is such a beautiful venue and everything looked absolutely perfect. But I have to say what truly differentiates this venue is the staff - specifically Jennifer the wedding coordinator and also Abbey the head bartender. But the entire staff was amazing. From the first time I toured the venue, Jennifer took the time to sit down with me one on one and discuss their services. She was the only one to do that out of the six venues I visited. Throughout 18 months of planning, her communication and organizational was impeccable. She communicated with all of my vendors well in advance of the wedding day to ensure everything was smooth and that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. The day before and day off, Abbey was supporting Jennifer and the two of them were so wonderful. There was a hiccup with florist and they were quick on their feet to come up with a resolution with my decor. They put me at ease and made me feel incredibly cared about and supportive. I know there a lot of beautiful venues out there, but the value of the people supporting your special day is just as important when looking for a venue and this is the place to get married, hands down.

This venue was an absolute dream come true. It checked all of our boxes! The food was fantastic, the staff were so kind, and the grounds were simply beautiful. It only hosts a handful of weddings per year, which made our planning process feel more personalized and less cookie-cutter. What truly makes this venue though, is the event coordinator, Jen. She made our planning process seamless from beginning to end. She helped us create our wedding day vision and was always open and attentive to our questions. Because of her, we came into wedding day with zero stress. We were never worried about logistics or timing. We knew that she had everything under control, and she ensured that everyone was exactly where they needed to be. We were so lucky to have worked with her, and couldn't recommend her or Columbia Hills more!

We had our wedding at Columbia Hills on October 22, 2022 and had the BEST experience! My husband and I started looking at venues in the beginning of 2021, and Columbia Hills was the 1st venue that we toured. We knew right away that it was going to be our wedding venue! From the beginning, Jennifer Miller (the venue's wedding coordinator) was so incredibly helpful, detailed, and organized. She made wedding planning so easy, fun, and stress free!! When it came to the big day, she and her assistant, Abby, and all of the staff worked so seamlessly with our other vendors. I didn't have to worry about a single thing! Aside from the INCREDIBLE staff at Columbia Hills, the venue itself is gorgeous as well as meticulously clean and landscaped. Not to mention the incredible food! Although I could barely eat the entire day, Jennifer packed up a couple boxes of dinner for me to have later (she's seriously the best). Everyone told us that this was the best wedding food they've ever had! I cannot end this review without also mentioning that the members of Columbia Hills, who may also be on site during your wedding day, are so very sweet and welcoming. I was a little bit worried that we were encroaching on their territory (on one of the last few days for golfing in October!) but everyone we ran into was so wonderfully gracious and welcoming, offering us a warm \"congratulations\". We truly felt like we belonged there! Thank you Columbia Hills for the most incredible day!!!

This is a beautiful place with fantastic views of the golf course and garden area for the outdoor ceremony.Jennifer Miller (wedding coordinator) was amazing to work with. Wow! My husband and I had our ceremony and reception at Columbia Hills this summer. The venue was wonderful. Jennifer Miller, the event coordinator at Columbia Hills, helped to seamlessly design the space for our wedding as well as making sure everything went smoothly on the day of. The food was excellent. Our guests were impressed with both the food and the bar staff. The bridal party and I got ready in the women's locker rooms at the venue. Our hair and makeup artists came there and found it very easy to do our hair and makeup at this location. There was a really nice seating area in the room where we could enjoy the morning together. The groomsmen and my husband came to the location about an hour and a half before the wedding and hung out in the guys locker room where there was shuffleboard, darts, and pool. For the ceremony, Jennifer helped to make sure everything started on time. We had the ceremony on the covered patio outside which was absolutely stunning. We didn't even need to add any decorations it was so beautiful! The rest of the night went just as perfectly at Columbia Hills. I am so pleased with the services and professionalism at Columbia Hills. Many of my friends have already said they recommend it to their friends who are getting married. I would do the same!

We had our wedding in August 2019. We looked at numerous amounts of different venues. This was the last venue we looked at. We were looking for a venue that we could have an outdoor ceremony and the reception at the same place. As soon as we saw Columbia Hills we instantly fell in love with it. Jen was super helpful when we toured the venue. Very organized and responsive when it came to planning the wedding. The food is outstanding. We still have guests completing how great the food was and how beautiful the place was. Beautiful room for the bride and the bridal party to get ready in, and a great room for the groom and groomsman to get ready in and hang out before the wedding. Beautiful venue for the most amazing photos to relive your wedding over and over. Especially the golf course! It is worth checking this place out.

Columbia Hills staff was a pleasure to work with planning my daughters wedding. We worked with Jennifer and she was so accommodating to all our requests if she was able. It was winter wedding but ended up being a beautiful warm day. Great for any weather. The clubhouse and grounds are great for pictures. Highly recommend for a warm and intimidate feel for your wedding.

Columbia Hills staff was a pleasure to work with planning my daughters wedding. We worked with Jennifer and she was so accommodating to all our requests if she was able. Jennifer Miller our wedding coordinator along with her intern Samatha went above and beyond our expectations. They helped us with every single detail along the way. You have got to see this venue! It's modern inside with a covered outdoor patio for the ceremony. The womens and mens locker rooms were PERFECT for the bridal party to get ready. It is huge, clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We received many many compliments from our guests about the food and the bartenders and servers were outstanding. They worked very very hard to make our event perfect and they well exceeded our expectations. You MUST see this venue.

Jennifer Miller our wedding coordinator along with her intern Samatha went above and beyond our expectations. They helped us with every single detail along the way. You have got to see this venue! It's modern inside with a covered outdoor patio for the ceremony. The womens and mens locker rooms were PERFECT for the bridal party to get ready. It is huge, clean, cozy and had everything we needed. We received many many compliments from our guests about the food and the bartenders and servers were outstanding. They worked very very hard to make our event perfect and they well exceeded our expectations. You MUST see this venue.

This place was beyond perfect. My wife and I looked at about 7 different venues, this being our first one and we knew from the moment we stepped in, this was going to be the place. It is stunning inside and outside. We had our ceremony on the patio and then cocktail hour and the reception inside. It was a beautiful day and everyone took advantage of the balcony that is located right off the reception and cocktail hour area that over looks the golf course. Jen was an absolute DREAM to work with. Answering all my calls/emails very quickly and was so organized to make sure everything was perfect. I dropped all my stuff off a few days before the wedding and she put it all out and it was perfect. She made me feel much more at ease knowing she was taking care of everything. And she is just an great person in general and I feel so lucky to have met her. On the day of the wedding, my bridesmaids and I started getting ready at 8 at the venue, which has a very large, amazingly pretty \"locker room\" for us to get ready in. About half hour into getting ready the power went out! Apparently an animal got mixed up in the lines and took everyone's power out. Let's just say I freaked out. Jen was not there yet but called me as soon as she found out and told me she was on her way in and that everything will be okay. While she was on her way in, David, the clubhouse manager went above and beyond to help us. He got a generator hooked up in minutes so we could still do our hair and makeup, checked on us to make sure we had everything, got us drinks and went over the backup plan with me. It made me feel SO much better knowing they would do everything they could if the power didn't come back on before the wedding. Once Jen got to the venue she went out to a restaurant in Strongsville to get us all food which was so incredibly kind of her. 3 hours before the wedding, the power came back on! It was a miracle, but I honestly wasn't worried because I knew I had chose the right place and they would make it work. Everyone had an amazing time, the venue was gorgeous, and people still tell me how beautiful it was. If you want your wedding to be amazing, book here. You will not regret it. Columbia Hills was an outstanding wedding venue! I had about 180 guests which fit everyone perfectly. I received many compliments all night about the food, decor and atmosphere. Jennifer, the wedding coordinator, was excellent to work with and she put a lot of hard work in before, during and after the reception to make it a perfect evening for us. 10/10 would recommend this beautiful venue.

Columbia Hills was an amazing venue! Jennifer Miller, the wedding coordinator, and the entire staff were professional, accommodating, and extremely kind. We enjoyed working with Jen Miller as our Wedding Coordinator at Columbia Hills. Very professional, and very receptive to the ideas and what the bride and groom wanted. She helped the bride and groom to narrow down a lot of choices, and was very patient with all the emails and questions as they came up. This place is very clear on expectations, on their part, and on the bride and groom's part. No surprises. That is great!The wedding was beautiful. Everyone in the wedding party got ready at the venue, and the girls all had their hair and make up done there. The stylists came to them, which made for a relaxing, get- ready time. The staff at Columbia Hills were very attentive to guests and to the bride and groom. It was a great place! The cocktail hour went well with delicious appetizers and drinks, and the dinner was also cooked to perfection. The pictures from out on the golf course are great....we appreciate being able to treat the whole place as \"ours\" for the day and evening.As mother of the Groom, I enjoyed the entire experience, and particularly the day of the wedding. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants an elegant, beautiful place to be married. You will be well taken care of there.

We held our reception at Columbia Hills Golf and Swim Club and I can't be happier about our decision. The venue was gorgeous and the staff was amazing. Jennifer Miller (Coordinator) Jennifer is a Pennsylvania girl born and raised. After developing her event planning talents at Slippery Rock University, she made the move to Ohio. Jennifer has always had a strong passion for Wedding and Event planning. After interning with Columbia Hills in 2018, she took the Wedding Coordinator position with much enthusiasm in 2019. With five years under her belt, she is creative, attentive to detail, and with the kindest heart, she helps create the most special day for her couples!
