Wedding Date 02-10-2021
We signed our original contract with Corine who was fantastic. She quit a few months before my wedding and we were switched to another lady. 3 weeks before my wedding the new lady tried to take two hours out of my rented time without notice. After using some legal terms we were able to get it back. Then the morning of the wedding we were supposed to be allowed into the building at 7 am but she hadn’t informed security and the other staff was late. I also wasn’t given the contact info for my day of coordinator (which I was promised) so we just had to stand in the lobby with all our stuff and wait. Then right after our ceremony the staff started flipping the ceremony room for the next wedding. The ceremony room has our guest book and stuff the guests needed to be able to go back to and it was very clear the room would not be flipped before my entire event was over in my contract. When food was taken to the buffet no one came over to us to let us know and when we asked if it was ready they very rudely said “we’ll it’s been out there”. The worst part was right at the end of the event staff yelled at my mother that we needed to have our stuff out immediately when our contract said we were given a half hour to get all our stuff out. The view was beautiful and the chef did a great job with the food just be aware that having something in your contract doesn’t mean it will actually be that way in the wedding.

From the fantastic venue coordinator, Corine, whose knowledge and friendly personality were much appreciated along the way, to the excellent food, drinks, and service, to last, but certainly not least, that incredible view, we had a wonderful wedding here. Our guests were very impressed and had a great time celebrating with us here, too - we couldn't have chosen a better venue.

Preparing for a wedding was less stressful with Corine. She helped us out as much as possible. From adjusting to our budget & getting everything set up, I couldn’t have asked for a better event director.
