The entire staff at the Concorde were absolutely amazing during the whole planning process and the night of our wedding reception. Joanna helped us stay on top of our timeline. She worked with us on last minute additions and deletions. The night manager for the night of our wedding reception was outstanding as well! We received so many compliments from our guests on how delicious the food was!

Where do I start with this amazing venue? We had our wedding at the Concorde on 10/6/23 and it was the perfect event hosting by the perfect venue. Pat, Peter, and John worked so hard to make our wedding, the wedding of our dreams. They always made us feel welcomed and cared for. We had multiple changes throughout the planning process and they always handled our changes with care and attention. They were open to allowing our vendors access when needed and were always available to answer our questions. Their food was unbelievable. Almost every guest we spoke to said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Every bite of food they prepared felt like it should be at a 5 star restaurant not a wedding venue. I highly recommend the Concorde for your wedding or event. Absolutely the best team of people around in the wedding venue business.

Where do I start with this amazing venue? We had our wedding at the Concorde on 10/6/23 and it was the perfect event hosting by the perfect venue. Pat, Peter, and John worked so hard to make our wedding, the wedding of our dreams. They always made us feel welcomed and cared for. We had multiple changes throughout the planning process and they always handled our changes with care and attention. They were open to allowing our vendors access when needed and were always available to answer our questions. Their food was unbelievable. Almost every guest we spoke to said it was the best wedding food they had ever had. Every bite of food they prepared felt like it should be at a 5 star restaurant not a wedding venue. I highly recommend the Concorde for your wedding or event. Absolutely the best team of people around in the wedding venue business.

All around amazing experience! Joanna was so helpful, the staff was wonderful, and the guests raved about the food. We were able to stay in budget while providing our guests with a comfortable experience. Beautiful grounds and spaces, clean and immaculately maintained. Lots of options for different size gatherings and a variety of budgets.

We did our wedding at Concorde. Our wedding was so perfect! Peter was present throughout our entire wedding. The food was amazing! We got so many compliments on the food and the service from guests. The food was one of the main reasons we wanted to get married at Concorde. We had an outdoor ceremony and the Gazeboo is so beautiful. We got so many beautiful pictures on the grounds. The reception space is so beauitful as well. We had the room ontop of the stairs and our bridal room had a bathroom as well. Our reception room was so beautiful and had these two gorgeous windows over looking the fountain and the trees. We worked with Pat who was so attentive that last couple of months and did amazing job. It was harder to get a hold of her the farther out our wedding was and she didn't seem like we were a big priority until the last few months of our wedding which is fine for most people but I really like to plan ahead. The recommendations of vendors from Concorde did not go well for us (but the DJ and photographer that we were going to use are no longer on their recommended vendor list and when we told Concorde they were very apologetic). We hired a photographer from the list and absolutely hated our engagement photos. We looked so awkward, we were posed so badly and we felt awkward and pissed off because it took so much to get the photographer to show up after 6-7 reschedules and 1 no show. We ended up firing that photographer and finding another. We had also been looking Concorde's recommended DJ list. We found a DJ we loved and then he told us one thing one time and another another time and when I called him out on it, he would not take responsibility or even apologize. There was a fee we didn't know what it was for as well. When we hired another DJ, they said the fee was the amount it costs for event insurance, which the first DJ said he had. Concorde did an amazing job and I highly recommend them!

We have had several family events here but this review is just about our Wedding Reception in March. Working closely with Pat was the easiest, communicative, supportive, anxiety relief process! She is an expert and will tell you the true opinions for your questions so you could have the best time at your party. John was a pleasure to work with as well. He knows his stuff, inside and out, and will help you navigate for any uncertantities. This is the team you want. Organized and honest. The party was BEAUTIFUL and oh the food, get prepared to have the best wedding meals ever! All our guests were shocked how amazing the food was (because of typical wedding food stereotypes.) Everything was 100% excellent! Come here and have the best time working with the best people!!!

We have had several family events here but this review is just about our Wedding Reception in March. Working closely with Pat was the easiest, communicative, supportive, anxiety relief process! She is an expert and will tell you the true opinions for your questions so you could have the best time at your party. John was a pleasure to work with as well. He knows his stuff, inside and out, and will help you navigate for any uncertantities. This is the team you want. Organized and honest. The party was BEAUTIFUL and oh the food, get prepared to have the best wedding meals ever! All our guests were shocked how amazing the food was (because of typical wedding food stereotypes.) Everything was 100% excellent! Come here and have the best time working with the best people!!!

We had our July 2 wedding reception at the Concorde this year and cannot say enough great things about the venue, the food, and the staff. The venue: absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious and you can customize it however you want. The food: our guests could not stop talking about the food!!! The appetizers are amazing and there is a wide variety of them. Our main course had guests talking about it for weeks after. Usually I eat before weddings but this is not a venue that you need to do that at!!! The staff: the best part of our wedding process. I am very much a type A person! John was sooo accommodating to every question and concern I had. Pam is amazing too. They are organized and really listen to you. I knew I was in good hands with John and he made wedding planning so easy. The tasting was great too! The servers are so sweet and everyone works so well together to make sure your special day goes perfect. John is very professional and organized. Their dates fill up fast and for a reason! We could not have picked a better venue. Thank you so much Concorde and staff ❤️

Concorde Banquets was the perfect wedding venue and helped us have the perfect night for our wedding that we will always treasure. From the moment we first visited, and in speaking with John, we immediately knew that Concorde was the right choice for us. Every aspect of this venue was incredible and we cannot say enough wonderful things about them. The packages they offer are very reasonably priced. Everyone was wonderful to work with; from the waitstaff, to the administrative staff. Their communication was excellent, their facilities are beautiful and immaculate both inside and out, and the food was outstanding. Everyone who attended couldn't stop talking about how good the food was! If you are in the search for the perfect wedding venue, we can't recommend Concorde enough!

Joanna is the girl to have help you with your wedding! She made everything just right. No matter how many questions I asked she always answered them as soon as she could. I absolutely fell in love with this venue. We had both our ceremony & reception there. It turned out PERFECT. From the ceremony to the end of the night it was perfect. The food was absolutely out of this world. The cake was amazing & I am not a big cake person. Just overall we have nothing bad to say about this venue. It was worth every second & again if you get the chance to work with Joanna, that’s amazing! I would do it all over again at Concorde Banquets in a heartbeat!

The venue is beautiful and they have outdoor space with a fountain and gazebo. It's very picturesque. So during our first meetings, they claimed everything is possible. We asked for extra bartender, premium liquor, car port bars and a pop up bar in the garden during cocktail hour. Once we signed the contract, everything went downhill. We followed up many times to get answers. We wouldn't get call backs. The worst was that we decided on the traditional package, however for the tasting they provided us with food from the deluxe package. We set up the meeting in person with John. During the tasting we mentioned that none of the food was from the traditional package and they told us this was the only food they have. When we went to finalize menu with John. He said we must have mentioned the dulex package to someone when we made the tasting appointment with John himself. The worst was during the wedding, we had premium liquor. However the bartenders kept telling the guests the liquor was over within one hour. They picked and chose who got the premium liquor and only if they asked by name. Even when I as the bride asked for a tequila shot, they didn't give me Patron as I asked. The bartenders claimed it was over or the other bar had it. When you went to the other bar it was the same situation. We made it a point and had it in our contract for premium liquor. Our guests were so unhappy by the bartenders and how rude they were. My biggest advice would be to record conversations. Once we signed the contract nothing was possible. They were not able to do the bar in the garden and that was the main reason I booked this venue. Then when our DJ called to verify cold sparklers,they said it wasn't possible and told us it was fine. The miscommunication was horrible. I would not choose this location.

Joanna was amazing while planning our wedding! She helped us think through everything we wanted throughout the night and had great ideas concerning timing. She made sure that we wouldn’t have to worry about anything on our wedding night and we truly enjoyed every minute of it. The food and drinks were incredible and we had the best time! They also arranged for us to order a cake through their wedding package which was easy to plan but exactly what we wanted! We were able to take beautiful photos outside and inside the banquet hall and everyone that was apart of their team was kind and helpful! I would recommend the Concorde to everyone!

Though we spoke with many Banquet halls in searching for our Wadding venue, we chose Concorde Banquets and were not disappointed! From the beautiful outdoor ceremony space they offer to top notch food and service we knew we made the right choice. Our guests were raving about how great the food was too. We cant wait for our professional photos to come out to see how beautiful our wedding day looked again at the Concorde! The best part for our guests we were able to have everything at one venue for our Ceremony and reception!

Though we spoke with many Banquet halls in searching for our Wadding venue, we chose Concorde Banquets and were not disappointed! From the beautiful outdoor ceremony space they offer to top notch food and service we knew we made the right choice. Our guests were raving about how great the food was too. We cant wait for our professional photos to come out to see how beautiful our wedding day looked again at the Concorde! The best part for our guests we were able to have everything at one venue for our Ceremony and reception!

The venue is beautiful, modern and clean. Every time we would go in for a meeting they were cleaning. John was patient and executed every idea we had, from assembling a gorgeous feasting table to packaging part of our cake in wax paper bags so people could take it to go. The night of our wedding, employees kept checking in with us and ensured everything went smoothly. Our guests raved about the food. John and his team at Concorde are pros and make a stressful process much easier. They will not disappoint.

When you go to Concorde, you only experience the best of the best. Not only is the venue beautiful, the staff are professional and the food is amazing! We booked Concorde as our wedding venue and it was the best decision we made during our wedding planning process. We had our wedding this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect. The room where our reception was held was set up beautifully and the food was amazing! We got so many compliments from our guests on how great the food was (the filet was specifically mentioned) John and Pat were a pleasure to work with and I really appreciated the fact that John was in the building all evening to oversee and make sure things ran smoothly. If that isn't great management then I'm not sure what is. Not to mention, they had some great recommendations for other wedding vendors to work with including florists, DJ's, photograohers, etc. We went with all of their recommended vendors and were so happy with each and every one of them! I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating for this venue! Everything was perfect and John, Pat and Peter did an excellent job at making sure everything was how my husband and I wanted. The venue is beautiful and the food at the wedding tasted just like when we did our individual tasting. Seriously take a look at this venue!

They all made sure that every detail was exactly how we wanted it. The day of, the room looked beautiful, everything was prepared exactly as we asked for, the food tasted amazing, and the staff was amazing and friendly! We had searched for the perfect place to have our wedding. We knew what we were looking for and had a vision. When we walked into the Concorde, we knew instantly, \"This is where we are getting married!!!!\" What an exciting feeling. Both our Ceremony and Reception were at the Concorde. Literally the best day ever. Pat and John were amazing throughout the whole process. I would email them, they would respond right away. We were going back and forth with some things and they gave us so many options to do what we wanted to do and make it our own. The Concorde is so clean, updated, and such a timeless, classic building. The decor will match with anything you have in mind. The garden we got married in was absolutely perfect and well kept. We got SO many compliments on our wedding and it was all with the help of the people at the Concorde. Shout out to Pat and John. Hands down the best place, best service, best coordinators.....and best day ever!

We had an amazing experience with this venue. From the beginning, John, Pat, and Peter were extremely helpful and offered discounts for having our wedding during the off season. The venue is beautiful, the food is amazing, the service during dinner was efficient, and all of the staff was accommodating. The venue really did everything they could to make it as stress free for us as possible. As an out of town bride, they made it easy for me to contact them by phone and email whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend Conorde Banquets for both ceremonies and receptions. I couldn't have asked for a better venue.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very helpful in recommending where the guest book should go and how to decorate that table. My mom and God mother had made some Greek sweets & brought them there the day before my wedding and they were all placed out on the sweets table. I had my wedding in June and everyone who was there tells me how delicious the food was. I highly recommend this place.

Wow is all I can say! We walked in to the Concorde without an appointment and were immediately treated like royalty. From the first meeting working with Pat to the end of the wedding, we had nothing short of a perfect experience. The grounds are beautiful for photos, and the rooms are stunning. I was able to drop off decorations the week of and tell them how I wanted everything set up, and they set everything perfect! Every guest echoed how amazing the food was (we had the chicken florentine and the new york strip steak - and the lobster bisque is a must!) And to top it off, everyone received their food at the same time rather than some tables finishing dinner before others had started. The wait staff looked like they had choreographed the delivery - exceptional! At the end of the night they sliced our cake and put it in to-go bags for everyone which was amazing, and they had all of our decorations on carts ready to send out to our car the next day. I cannot say enough about the Concorde. Thank you so much!

There are so many great things to say about the Concorde! My wedding was PERFECT! We had the ceremony upstairs and it was beautiful-clean and pristine. No interruptions. It was very intimate and simply beautiful! The grounds of the Concorde are immaculate! From the outside to the entrance to the reception rooms, not a single thing was missed. EVERYONE raved about the service and the food and the CAKE. The cake was fantastic. No one waited for a drink at my wedding, no one has stopped talking about the food and the service and the pictures that I have seen so far are just beautiful! John and Peter made us feel like we were the only wedding that ever happened and it was that kind of service that has me telling everyone I can. Absolutely a beautiful place for your wedding or party or whatever. Best service EVER! I am rambling because it was truly magnificent. Thank you!!!

Everything about the Concorde Banquets was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we walked in and met with John for a tour of the venue to the moment we walked out at the end of our reception, I could not have been happier with the experience. John and his staff are very nice, accommodating and easy to work with. We thought they were going to nickle and dime us for everything, but they actually threw in a lot of extras free of charge. For example, we wanted 4 high boy cocktail tables and extra votives on the dinner tables, and they just added them without even a second's hesitation. When we got to our reception, I noticed we had the Chivari chairs (usually $7 each)and we didn't ask for them or pay for them. It's the little things that make your experience special! In addition, the food was to die for! I still have guests commenting on how delicious food was. The steaks and chicken were moist and the salmon was perfectly done. They have a great chef (and team) back in their kitchens! The rest of the banquet hall was great too - lots of room to dance or sit at the table, great room layout and a cute little gazebo and pond to take bridal and family pictures.\rConcorde Banquets is a wonderful place and I would highly recommend it to have your wedding and/or reception. John and his team are great to work with and really go the extra mile. Considering what we paid for our reception, the quality of food and service we received, this place is a great value and Lake County's best kept secret!

We recently had our wedding at Concorde Banquets and I cannot say enough great things about this venue, its staff and the professionalism and great service that Concorde Banquets offers. The entire process from planning the details of the reception to the night itself was simple and worry-free because of John and his staff. They are very accommodating and patient with any requests and/or needs. The staff helped us with every step of the way during the planning process and everything went very smoothly. \rThe grounds of the venue are beautiful and there was no need to go elsewhere for wedding pictures. With a meticulously maintained lawn, a gorgeous gazebo, lake and swans, I cannot wait to see our outdoor wedding pictures. The inside decor is also beautiful with its high ceilings and gorgeous light fixtures. I took a sneak peak at the set up of our room before the doors were opened up to our guests and the room was absolutely breathtaking. \rWhat they were also raving about was the food. Personally, the two most important factors for me in a wedding are great music and great food. We had a combination plate of fillet mignon and chicken and all the guests were continuously commenting on how wonderful the food was. Our dessert table was not a table but literally the entire length of one wall and our guests were very impressed as many of them had not seen a bigger sweet table before! \rI could not have been happier with my wedding day and a large part of that is due to our experience at Concorde. Throughout the night, John and Peter checked in with my husband and I as well as our parents to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. I could not have asked for anything more as it was all exceptional!! I highly recommend Concorde Banquets..your experience will be wonderful and your guests will be sure to remember your wedding!

While the food was great, communication was horrible! I was always the one to contact them, and then of course, \"that's an added fee.\" It is VERY expensive and you would think you would get 5 star service, I felt as though I did not. The location was perfect but the service was less than great.

We looked at many banquet halls for our wedding and I knew we made the right choice when we booked our wedding at Concorde. Concorde was definitely willing to work with us. They allowed us to bring our own vodka for each table (polish tradition) and let us order our own food for our late night snack. Other banquets halls laughted when we asked if we could bring our own vodka and late night snack. The food....hands down the best! I am so glad we went with the filet/chicken combo. I recently had one of my bridesmaids tell me that she really wasn't expecting much from the food....she said she's been to many weddings and all wedding food is the same. She said she has never had such a delicious meal at a wedding like she had at ours. She said she will definitely never forget the food at our wedding. You definitely get what you pay for. The elegance , service, and food makes Concorde top notch!

They have the BEST food, the best service, the most professional staff, and the facility to host a wedding your friends and family will rave about for years.

I got married april 27th, 2013... \rI am in the wedding industry and Isee thousands of weddings a year... as a wedding vendor, I personally attend over 130 weddings a year. Ive been to almost every venue around but I chose to have my wedding at Concord Banquets because of the extremely nice and very hard working staff and employees and also because the hall, both inside and outside, is beautiful. Rain or shine... indoors or out, The Concord has beautiful locations for my photos of my wedding day. Our wedding was by far the most beautiful , perfect wedding I have ever seen.. all thanks to Concord Banquets. In my entire life I never even imagined my wedding being THAT beautiful..... thanks to John who helped us coordinate everything! \rSix weeks after the wedding my guests are still talking about how amazing the food was. The food was by far the BEST food I have ever had at a wedding. ( seems like all the guests felt the same way!) The portions were very generous and so beautifully presented. I really cannot say enough good things about The Concord. Thank you, Concord Banquets for making my wedding day a perfect success!!!

I was recently married here. The food was amazing, and the reception hall was beautiful. The older gentleman with whom we met for our initial consultation was great. He gave us plenty of options, took his time with us, and even threw in appetizers. He was very nice about the fact that my husband and I were paying for everything on our own, and did what he could to help. My only complaint is that the woman and younger gentleman, John, were not very warm. In fact, especially toward the end of the planning, they seemed annoyed by my husband's and my requests, dropping off items for the reception, etc. While I would definitely recommend the venue to anyone, please be prepared and do not be irked by some of the reaction(s) you may receive.

I dealt with John through email and his responses were short, unprofessional and lacked any enthusiasm. I was excited about this being a potential reception venue for me, but after the back and forth unhelpful emailing, I knew I didn't want to deal with them for the day of my wedding. He didn't care to offer alternative dates when the ones I wanted were taken. Overall, I felt I was bothering him with my emails most of the time.

We had our reception in the atrium room, which was perfect with the windows and decor. The food was outstanding. My husband and I as well as our parents are still receiving compliments on the food (the filet was excellent). Working with John was a pleasure as he would return e-mails within hours and was always there to remind you when something needed to be done. The night of our wedding turned out better than I could have imagined.

Concorde Banquets was incredible. The service throughout the whole planning was top-notch. John gets back to you SO quickly. The room, the food, the service, the packages, all of it was really great. I customized basically everything. I have a lot of vegetarians are they were very accommodating. Even all my extra vendors were able to smoothly work with Concorde and the team. And one of the biggest factors, the cost. It was reasonable and wonderful. I feel like I got full value and that is one of the most important things for a bride. I literally had a David Tutera moment when I saw my reception for the first time. If anyone is on the fence about Concorde, don't be. It's worth it, and people cannot stop raving about my fairy tale wedding!!

Booking Concorde was the best decision I made during all of my wedding planning. They have a beautiful facility, have incredible staff, pay attention to detail, and work tirelessly to make you happy. I could big have been more thrilled with how everything turned out at Concorde and got numerous compliments from my guests. They are also one if the most reasonably priced in the Chicagoland area. You feel truly taken care of here.

I have to say I don't have a single complaint about Concorde. I think they did an amazing job the night of my wedding. The few times I had gone in and spoken to them regarding my upcoming wedding I was a little put off because I walked away feeling kind of stupid about the whole wedding planning part. I soon realized there are two men Peter and John. Peter is definitely the more outgoing, friendlier of the two. He was designated to my wedding that night and I'm so grateful. He made us all feel so at ease, took care of my photographer's assistants meal (which I totally spaced out in my final count) and just went above and beyond to make everything go as smoothly as possible. The venue was beautiful, the grounds are perfect for pictures, the food was actually really good! The drinks were great and the whole facility just really shines. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an affordable banquet. They really know what they are doing over there!!

Where do I start. My wedding has been a disaster..... Until I finally arrived at Concorde. John and his staff blew my mind away. Everything was perfect... And I mean everything. John oversaw it all, was available when ever I had questions or concerns, asically he held my hand through it all and assured me that their was nothing to worry about and boy was he right! He had so many great fresh ideas and never tried to stretch our budget. I wish I could complain about something but if I could do it over again- it would still be with Concorde.

I cant even begin to describe how amazing Concorde is and was during the year and a half i was engaged. The venue looks a tad outdated from the outside, but the interior is stunning - the carpet and chandeliers are just gorgeous!! John is the owner and he is so calm and patient and professional. He makes you feel so at ease. Pat is just a delight. She is super nice and easy going and professional and made me feel great about everything, even when i called a bunch the week before with questions. We had our ceremony upstairs and our reception downstairs, keeping everything in one place, right after each other. That was very important to us. Both rooms looked gorgeous. Everything was set up just how we wanted it. The food was exceptional!!! When we did the tasting, i was able to wrap up some food to take home because it tasted so great!! We went with the chicken piccata and it was delish!! Even the wines were awesome- im not a fan of merlot, but theirs was great! \rThe only thing that was a little off putting is that there were 2 ceremonies happening outside - ours was upstairs which was fine, but our receptions were all at the same time. We couldnt hear anything, but we did the introductions at the same time, so we were all out in the hallway, and I had guests from the other wedding write in our guest book accidentally, and a few even tried to crash our dance floor since ours was still going on. It was fine, and not what i'll remember when i look back, but just something to be aware of!

The Concorde was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. They are extremely kind and always seemed to be available if we had a quick question over the phone or wanted to stop by, even though their rooms are regularly booked. They were a pleasure to work with because they are patient, calm, and do everything they can to make you happy. When our final count was under the minimum required for the room, they provided us with frozen meals to take home and gave us a few other upgrades to make up for it. While they knew we did not want two specific hors d'oeuvres, they did start to serve them until our wedding coordinator mentioned it, but we heard our guests compliment the food. Both my husband and I had the stuffed chicken, which was delicious. We highly recommend the Concorde!

The wedding coordinators at the Concorde were professional and accommodating. They made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. The food was delicious, the banquet hall was set up beautifully, and there were numerous spots to take fantastic pictures both inside and outside. I highly recommend taking a look at Concorde Banquets when planning your ceremony and/or reception.

John is an absolute pleasure to work with from day 1. My husband and I paid for our own wedding, and he was extremely generous and accommodating to that fact. We had a GORGEOUS wedding reception and our guests were extremely pleased. I cannot say enough good things about John and the fairness of the price and accommodations. However, working with anyone else on the management staff was difficult (excluding servers who were wonderful). We (family as well) often felt degraded, pushed aside, or even bullied by some of the other managers. There was a completely different outcome between when we would speak to John and when we would speak to someone else in charge. On the wedding day, both of our mothers were stressed out and hurried along - fixing the place cards that were not alphabetized, trying to find the guest book, and running up and downstairs to the non-private changing room because the key to the private changing room was lost. Another big issue was a woman attending our wedding with severe food alergies had her specific needs voiced several times, and yet the food came out and if she had in fact eaten it, probably would have landed her in the hospital. Again, if I were rating John and the venue itself, it would be all 5's. I would highly recommend this venue - moral of the story is to make sure everything goes through John :)

The reception was lovely, and the staff did a beautiful job with the set-up. Also, the food was delicious. When planning the wedding, the staff could have been warmer and more helpful though. But overall, I was very pleased with the finished product.

This venue was the most cost effective. I thought that since we went with one of the more inexpensive places that possibly the food was going to suffer. That was not at all the case. I enjoyed my wedding so much, everything was ready for us and the staff was ready to help with our needs. The Concorde was a wonderful venue. The food was terrific and very good customer service, particularly John. The Concorde was more affordable for us compared to other venues. Their deluxe package included just about everything (dinner, wedding cake, wine on tables, champagne toast for all, open bar, table linens, chivari chairs, dessert, sweet table, etc). They did a gorgeous job setting up the room as well.

We got a lot for the cost per plate. Soup, salad, and main dish was delicious. The place is beautiful inside and out. They grounds have a beautiful pond with swans. Got some great shots inside and out. I recommend talking to the owner John. He really wanted to make sure we were happy. I didn't like or trust Peter whom we met a few times with. \rThis was my first and only choice for a banquet hall. I did research other places, but cost was high and the banquet hall was not as nice. This Banquet Hall is greek owned which i like because im Greek! :)

The grounds, the remodel, the food, the service... None better could be asked for. All of my guests were impressed by the butler passed hors d'ouvres, the seated meal and especially how tender and delicious everything was. The beautiful tiered cake, which was also so moist and flavorful, came with our package. They made everything so easy for us and had someone dedicated to our party the entire time we were there. They have some of the best packages for weddings as well as other kinds of events. I would highly recommend the Concorde Banquets to anyone!

The Concorde is top notch!!! I loved their outdoor area, where you can take pictures outside. The rooms are very elegant. The whole area, banquet room, and grounds are emaculate\rThe food was very good. Their service is outstanding. They really take care of you!

The manager on site was excellent. I had wanted a certain decor package they offered but I was inable to fit it into my budget. :( He had mentioned if there was an event the day before our party that had rented it, we would be able to use it as well. I am not sure if there ever was a party the night before or if he was just accomodating but the day I walked into our reception hall it was gorgeous with all the decor I had wanted. :) I was sooo happy! I also had given details on how everything was to be placed (centerpieces, napkins, etc. and they matched it all to the T.
