The solution was the grand project of the ConocoPhillips OSU Alumni Center. The goal of this location is to provide a space for alumni to convene and socialize while also getting work done. It likewise provides a plethora of rooms and halls that can host not only weddings but related events as well. As this is a space meant to offer convenience to individuals of the community, there is parking available. Besides functioning as a meeting space, the center also houses memorabilia and serves as a reminder to those that pass through its walls of the university’s history. The association and center additionally serve the current student population through financial support and development opportunities. From small gatherings to a gala of up to 400 individuals, there are meeting rooms and banquet halls alike in the ConocoPhillips OSU Alumni Center. Professional and trained staff are employed to assist you with your event. Weddings can take place both inside and out. The Terrace functions for both ceremonies and large seated receptions, all surrounded by the beauty of manicured gardens. Indoor options include Traditions Hall and Click Hall which feature warm neutral tones and traditional interiors. In addition, two suites are available for either half of the wedding party to prepare in. Various rentals are included in the fee for hosting your event. You can also request additional items, such as a dance floor, making planning your wedding more streamlined. An extensive list of approved caterers also helps make coordinating your special day simpler.

We were married at Saint Frances Xavier in Stillwater and had our cocktail hour and reception at the ConocoPhillips OSU Alumni Center. I loved working with the Alumni Center for my wedding! Everyone there is so nice and helpful! They have done a number of different events and can help you with just about anything! We booked the entire first floor of the Alumni Center for our wedding, which was great because the extra rooms provided a place for the wedding party to recover from taking pictures in one of the smaller rooms, the cocktail hour was in Traditions Hall, and our reception was held in Click Hall. The Alumni Center is a nice looking reception venue while still providing a blank enough canvas to do whatever you want!
