We had an amazing time the waterstone was awesome! We did our 5yr vow renewal/first time wedding here and It was a night to remember!! I didn't have to think about anything! I think the negative comments are from people who would still like to control the night (it isn't meant for u to make decisions that night. We did all the planning leading up to the night set all expectations and boy it was amazing! We had an open bar and we also spoke with the owner to see if it would be ok if we could bring some of the alcohol that we enjoyed that wasn't listed. Again, it was planned and we asked. We didn't try to just do whatever we wanted outside of our planned evening. We made sure to add extra entrees and sides that was more than enough we wanted our guest to be able to eat through the night if they wanted to. But again, it was planned prior. We moved with our coordinator who we trusted already knew our plans and it flowed beautifully with her lead. It was our vision and they made it come true!! I loved everything. My cake from confection perfection was not only delicious it was made to my liking I showed them a picture and they executed it! It was just what I wanted and dreamed of as a stress-free wedding!! My guests were amazed at how organized everything was! One of my guests said \"I have NEVER been to a wedding where every little detail was thought of\" It was worth every penny!! If I had to do it over again this would still be my choice!! Thank you guys for making my dream wedding come true!! 7/3/2021. We lost my mother 9/23/21 so I am forever grateful for the Beautiful memories I was able to create with her on our wedding night! Reviewed on 06-11-2023
Samantha Harrington(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-11-2022 Wow! My husband and I wanted to find a venue that was all inclusive, and we found the perfect one. Our experience was amazing! We had a large bridal party and wedding group with over 180 people. The whole wedding process to book and plan was easy. They have a payment plan, and three scheduled meetings before our big day. We had a tasting, design, and final run through. Heads up: In the all-inclusive you get basic items and decor, but if you want to upgrade then there are extra charges. We did choose to upgrade on some items like chargers and some tables with glass table décor with twinkly lights. Even with the basic items, they are classic looking, and the team works with your budget! I only DIYed on items like table numbers and bar signs but that was it. We paid for the extra outdoor package with drapes, hanging flowers, and the archway in our wedding floral colors. Beautiful! My cascading bouquet was stunning. Our biggest take away was for our guests to enjoy the drinks, dance, and enjoy the food. All three were raved about the most! First, our wedding day of coordinator, Linda, and DJ, Scott, were a dynamic duo. Linda was patient, attentive, and on it. She was always checking on us throughout the night, and we never felt rushed or bothered. Scott was an awesome DJ! We are music snobs from various genres of Yacht Rock during cocktail hour to 90s-00s pop/ hip hop for dancing. He took our overwhelming list of song suggestions and mashed up a great playlist. So many compliments on the music. He also got married there in years past, so he wants to ensure you have the same magical time as he did there. He kept the dance floor full the whole night. The food is AMAZING! We got the roast beef, parmesan chicken, mac-n-cheese, mushroom risotto cake, and green beans. The charge was so affordable and worth it to go with a third side. They worked with our gluten free guests as well with sauces and sides. Guests wanted to know if they outside cater because the food was just that good. Our venue partners with Confection Perfection for our four-tier cake. Our guests are still raving about our flavor choices, chocolate chip with cookie butter and buttered vanilla with salted caramel. We did not do any design upgrades, and our cake was still elegant and beautiful. We did the open bar, and it was so worth it. The bartenders, two young ladies, were the sweetest and so personable. They worked the room, and so many guests said that they remembered their drink orders. They were quick and efficient. They made sure everyone was taken care of and having a good time. True pros, and I wish I could thank them again in person. We knew the bar would be packed, and no one complained about waiting or not getting what they want. The rest of the staff was also fabulous. They were all friendly and attentive. We could not recommend The Conservatory more enough. They made our day special and memorable. Reviewed on 04-01-2023

They took care of food, flowers, DJ (LeNard Morell was awesome!), the bar setup (we provided liquor), and day of stuff. They think of everything and present you with options but you can show them photos and they will give you prices (for example floral, which they gave me the exact bouquet I showed them). It was perfect AND their prices are listed on the website! Overall the venue was lovely. Victoria Reed(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-01-2022 What a wonderful find The Conservatory was! We booked with them about a year and a half prior to our wedding and could not have had a better experience or value. I will definitely say that going with an all inclusive venue saved us mountains of stress. They were on top of everything from tasting, florals, directions for cake tasting, etc. prior to the big day and always available by call or text for anything that we needed. On the day, I was still blown away at how accommodating and helpful they were. Everything was taken care of! Day of, we truly just had to show up. We had our precious pup along for the ride and they went out of their way to make sure she was having a great time too! If I were doing it again, I would still use The Conservatory and I will absolutely recommend it to others. Reviewed on 21-02-2022
Martha Zimmerman(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 27-11-2020 I would not recommend this venue. This venue comes with decor, a cater, a day of coordinator, a cake designer, flowers, and bar. How every you meet with a different coordinator every meeting then the day of you get coordinator you've never seen. When placing your cake order with Confection Cakes you set up a paid for appointment if you're are late they cancel, so I made sure I showed up on time. it was pouring down rain and they had a sign on the door that siad\" call this number and someone will let you in.\" I'm picking and I was not a fan of any of the flavors but went with it anyway. Thankfully I got a grooms cake from somewhere else because all of our guest hated the Confection Cake but loved the other. The grooms cake even looked better. The venue ask you if you will be having a grooms cake however I'm not sure why because they will not display it, I stuck it in front of my cake. We also went with a limited pour but later asked to do unlimited. I was told I can up the pours during the wedding if need be. Not only were they constantly dumping guess drinks because you can't have them on the dance floor but then they limited it to 50 less pour than I signed for and refused to do the unlimited. I had a few guess who got beverages out of their personal coolers and the coordinator got in my face while talking to a guess about outside beverages. Food was severed in extremely small portions I'm talking 4oz for the meat and salads the size of a garnish, but they said everyone could get up for seconds..... why not give a reasonable amount to begin with? The table decor look as if it came from dollar general (witch I did find some items there) so I opted out of paying for the add ons however you have only two hours before the wedding to get ready and 30 minutes to clean up and they are pushy. I was told in every meeting that I would be ask if I wanted to add on 30 minutes for $150 as the night went. That was a 100% false I (the bride) was rushed though everything and told we will get everything done in the four hours. My Photographer was beyond stressed with the coordinator stepping in the way have having photo come to a halt. I know things don't go as planned at wedding however being argued with, having guess treated poorly and contracts not followed was not something I planned for. All included was not worth it on this one. Reviewed on 19-12-2020

Overall did a great job but I'm giving it four stars mainly because they had tours going on while we had the space reserved. Unfortunately due to this, our videographer thought the people from the tour were wedding guests because they were dressed so well. We now have people that we don't know who need to be edited out of our photos/video. This was a bit annoying because we had confirmed a few times with the venue staff what hours would be open for tours while we were setting up and what hours would remain closed to the public for our event. Please future brides make sure you are very clear on this when booking with this venue. On a brighter note the staff, florist, and decor team was great! The flowers we had asked for were not able to be used (they arrived crushed) and the in-house florist worked with us to provide other beautiful options. The food was delicious and the space was wonderful. Overall a good choice for an all in one venue. Reviewed on 14-01-2020
Jasmine A(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 14-09-2019 The wedding venue decor is amazing. It’s very rustic and industrial like with a bit of a chic feel. It was affordable. Food was great. Communication was not the best. I was extremely upset when my anniversary later on my cake was cut and when we contacted the venue, they explained it was our responsibility since we went with an outside vendor. We purchased a cake to feed 75 guests without cutting the top layer. However, we only had 40 guests. This was extremely disappointing. Reviewed on 25-10-2019

Tracy A(parent)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-01-2019 My son was recently married at the Conservatory. It is a charming venue in Acworth GA. As MOG, I didn't have much input or contact with the venue before the wedding, so this review is based on the actual wedding day. Our set up was for 120 guests - 20 tables of 6. Half of these tables had to be upstairs, be aware of this for guests that can't walk stairs. We had approximately 12 -15 guests that were last minute cancellations due to storms in their areas. We had planned to feed 120 guests, but ended up with closer to 100. Somehow, the venue ran out of food! What they served was good, but our last 3 tables received only 1 small pork medallion per person. They also ran out of rolls. If we had 100% attendance, this would have been a problem, but there should have been extra food with the cancellations. Also, no water on the tables and the upstairs guests had to use plastic cups. This is not an inexpensive venue, and I expect a little higher class situation for a wedding. 100 people made the space very crowded, many of the guests had to sit upstairs for the ceremony as well as the reception. I would recommend the venue for 50-60 guests, but when they say they can accommodate up to 200, be prepared to be squashed. All in all, I would recommend, but stay on top of the situation and be prepared for less space than is comfortable if you have a bigger party. Reviewed on 27-01-2019

They were not only the easiest to work with but the most affordable. They include so much in the overall cost and nothing is hidden. On the day of our wedding they were extremely helpful and helped with any last minute or forgotten details. They also made sure I always had a drink in hand which I so appreciated. Congratulations!\" reaction you might expect from a mother - I also had immediate thoughts of \"This wedding needs to be perfect. It's her last princess party. I want her to remember this as one of the best days of her life.\" Step 1: Start and Excel spreadsheet, of course! We spent the last days of Christmas break identifying all of the venues within our budget and making initial calls to set appointments. I succeeded in dragging her and her fiance to 5 venues total. The Conservatory was #3 on that list. As soon as we walked in, we all knew it was the venue for them. It was perfect! The outdoor ceremony area (lush and green with the perfect touch of whimsy), the bridal suite (seriously - SO MUCH ROOM to spread out!! L.O.V.E.D. this!!), and what we called \"The Groom's Cave\" (The guys came in early on wedding day so they could enjoy the downstairs bar area and watch the game. It was incredibly nice to have everyone in one spot without fear of bumping into one another. Not to mention, it is the grooms day too! He felt spoiled down there.) The layout of The Conservatory is nothing short of perfection! The decor is unique and compliments all styles. The brick and wrought iron and twinkle lights are simply magical. But what REALLY sets this place apart is the people that work there and the vendors that they collaborate with to provide an all-inclusive package. EVERYONE is top notch! The wedding coordinators, back-end office ladies, wait staff, and management are all amazing. I felt like I was welcomed into their business like an old friend would be welcomed into a home. Everyone was sincere in their desire to make us feel as if we were the only wedding they were working on. The florist, Maria is simply the best. I can not possibly overstate how much I appreciated her eye for detail and willingness to help recreate various special pieces (cake table, ceremony arch, sweetheart table centerpiece) for my daughter and her fiance who are HUGE Twilight fans. The extra items she did allowed me to enjoy the day as mother-of-the-bride instead of crazy-diy-mom. Thank you, Maria!Confection Perfection created a Mario Brothers Grooms Cake and a Twilight inspired wedding cake that looked and tasted amazing!Chef Cary was also wonderful to work with. The food was absolutely delicious! The Conservatory has so much to offer. It is impossible to list every wonderful little detail. The location (hidden little nooks inside and out for beautiful photos), the service (perfection), the organization (this place is a well oiled machine!!) -- everything made the planning experience and day of the wedding so much more enjoyable. If you are doubting for one second if you should book your date with this venue - don't. Kristie Smith(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-07-2016 I wish I could give this company more stars! They were amazing from beginning to end. We were originally planning to have our wedding in March of 2017, but our family received the news that my fiancees mother's cancer had taken a turn for the worse. They gave her 6 months to live. We knew we wanted her to be there for our ceremony. Joanne and her team were marvelous in accommodating us. We went from planning a wedding 9 months out to just 3 weeks out. We weren't sure if it would be possible, but the team at the Conservatory at Waterstone pulled it all together. Everything was absolutely perfect. The decorations, service, food. They are so organized and the sweetest team of people you'd ever want to work with. I will share my letter to the team below:To the Wonderful Conservatory at Waterstone Team,Now that things have settled down a bit, Ervin and I just wanted to take the time out to thank you for your outstanding work! You made this process so simple and we can't thank you enough for all the extras that were provided. We were able to enjoy our day with no worries. Your staff were amazing! They were so kind and professional during the reception, the decorations were beautiful and Jackie made sure that everything went off without a hitch! They tell brides to be prepared for at least one thing to go wrong on their wedding day, but I can truly say that our day was perfect. The guests were amazed with the venue, food, and staff. More importantly, you gave us something that is immeasurable. No amount of thanks could show our appreciation for you all giving us the opportunity to share this special occasion with Ervin's mother. She was beaming from ear to ear. It means the world to us that she was able to attend and enjoy the day. You all are a top notch team! Our day couldn't have been more perfect. Thank you. Maria, their flower specialist, made sure every flower arrangement was perfect, and everything fit my vision beautifully! The food (including our beautiful cake) was also amazing, and everyone raved about it afterwards. Our day-of coordinator was fabulous and made everything run smoothly! Additionally, LeNard was amazing. He kept everyone having a great time on the dance floor. Every guest said they had a blast, which was our whole goal. Shannon DeLorenzo(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 20-05-2016 The very best bang for your buck!!!! I wanted to have a barn wedding, but when i started to look at the prices they were way outside me price rang .... I mean who wants to spend 1200 on some hay! The conservatory was the only all inclusive place I found that was reasonable. We paid around 7,500 prier to the wedding, which included a tasting for 2, food and beer and wine for 75 people, cake (tasting), flowers and DJ, Coordinators during the process and the day of the wedding. We had so many complements on our wedding from how beautiful the the venue was to the amazing food and so on. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff are right there the whole way, calling you when a meeting is needed and keeping you on track so you don't have to worry about anything. Sherri, Michelle, Joann and Jackie are wonderful. They answered all my questions, were very up front on what was covered and what extra was needed. The cake was yummy (just make sure you are very specific with that vender on what you want) there was a little mix up on the color scheme but it was more than made up for after our wedding. The budget for the flowers they provide is small ($400) but if you are wanting simple and nothing exotic it's workable. I had light pink and white roses with baby's breath and only went 100 over budget with 6 bridesmaid's, 4 groom's men, bride bouquet and throw bouquet, groom boutonniere, three corsages for grandmothers/mom, boutonniere for father of the bride and another 100 for 3 large arrangements around the room. They were great working with me on kid's meals, coming in the day before to decorate the tables. I really could go on and on about how wonderful they made my day. I have no regrets about choosing the glamours setting of the conservatory instead of my rustic barn. The whole night was magical!!! Wish i could go back and do it again Reviewed on 06-06-2016
Kimberly Sieb(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 01-01-1970 This venue had everything we were looking for in a venue; we especially loved the all inclusive aspect. The venue itself is beautiful and has so many different textures (bricks, wood floor, black iron railing, stone, etc.) for photos. It has every possible space you need: a place for the bride/bridesmaids to prep, a place for the groom/groomsmen to prep, outdoor or indoor reception area, bar, plenty of space for tables, buffet area, and a cute entrance area to display your cake(s), guestbook, pictures, etc. The venue covered pretty much everything we needed minus a photographer, officiant, and outfits (and they even had suggestions for all of those things with discounted rates). I wish we had more choices for our included h'orderves (we got cheese, crackers, and fruit but in 2015 they offered more free options), but the food was amazing and we got many complements on the buffet. They even provided waiters and a bartender (alcohol was an additional cost) to mix our signature drinks. My flowers were beautiful and went well with the bridesmaid dresses. The cake was also included and was done off-site at Confection Perfection. The cost of the cake was covered in the venue and it was delivered to our venue so we didn't have to worry about it. The entire staff was very helpful throughout our planning process and worked to make sure our vision was achieved. \r\rOverall, everyone was really easy to work with and they worked really hard to make sure our special day went off without a hitch. Our venue shopping took us almost 2 months to find the perfect place. We were looking for a beautiful venue with character, friendly staff, and (if possible) all inclusive package at a great price. We found all of that plus more with this venue.\rService: The Conservatory has a tried-and-true schedule that will make any frantic bride-to-be feel at ease. If I had questions, the staff (especially Sherry and Susan) were extremely helpful and responded quickly to phone calls and/or emails.\rOur wedding day coordinator Michelle was fantastic and very precise. She was very accommodating to all of our requests and her attitude kept the wedding party smiling! Michelle gave us the tour of the venue, and when she described what happened before the ceremony (Tunnel of Love, and coordinating with the DJ/musician to time the entrance), she immediately sold us on the experience. I was looking for a venue that would keep me calm, organized and happy that day; Michelle really made that dream a reality.\rQuality: The venue is beautiful, the food was delicious and the wedding cake was both x2! =) We loved our floral arrangements and splashes of rustic character. The Conservatory staff worked with our tight budget and used the decorations that we brought in the day before. When I showed up with my bridesmaids the day of the wedding, the decorations were setup and ready to go. Every typical day-of worry/fear/concern melted away when I walked through the door that morning. My bouquet was stunning and better than I could have imagined. Maria took a few photos from Pinterest and turned them into reality. We didn't have to do a lot of decorating because the building itself had enough character and style.\rValue: Wedding coordinator, flowers, dinner, cake, ceremony, reception, the location, the history and amazing staff make this venue priceless. From the moment we met, I felt as though Joanne and her staff truly cared about our special day. We saw the value in this venue beyond cost; we wanted the experience. We had a non traditional wedding, and it was hard to find someone willing to do the wedding the way we had envisioned. Joanne was very flexible to accommodate our needs. The best of all is that they take care of almost everything in their package (food, drinks, venue, decoration) at a fair price compared to what is typically offered in the wedding business. It was very practical since we could solve all details in one place with only a few meetings. The place is gorgeous, with the lights and a vintage look. They also helped suggesting the photographer, DJ and photo booth (which were great and fair price too). Reviewed on 02-05-2015
alisa myers(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 03-01-2015 We had our ceremony and reception at the Conservatory in the beginning of January. The space is beautiful, the price is right, and the planning was easy. If I were to do it all over again, I would still go with the Conservatory based on price alone. However, there were some issues that I wish I had known about ahead of time that I think other brides would appreciate knowing...\r\rTHE FOOD/ CAKE. The food is nothing special, just typical wedding food. We were pretty put off at the tasting because the food that night was actually really bad; we had a hard time picking options because we couldn't even find a couple things that were just okay. Luckily, the food the night of the wedding was better than it was at the tasting, which is all that really matters. Conversely, the cake is bomb. It is some of the best tasting wedding cake I've ever had and the design of the cake was beautiful.\r\rWORKING WITH THE VENUE. We met with Joanne and Susan several times throughout the year of planning our wedding. They were both great to work with and very accommodating. They were willing to compromise on just about anything, even if it was something they had never done for a wedding in the past. They were also very fair with everything and both were such a pleasure to work with.\r\rTHE SERVICE. In general, the service was great. I didn't have a problem with anyone myself, but later I got a lot of complaints about the bartenders and prime rib woman being very rude to guests.\r\rTHE COORDINATORS. I can't quite remember the main woman that was assigned to coordinate the night of our wedding, but I think her name was Michelle. I'm not sure if she was new or not, but she seemed very overwhelmed and stressed the entire night. I remember thinking that night, \"don't you do this all the time?,\" because it sure didn't seem like it. I also got a lot of complaints from my bridesmaids that she was yelling at them and bossing them around all night. Our wedding was only a little over 100 people and the guests weren't out of control or anything, so I was really confused why she seemed so frantic all night, even from the very beginning before the ceremony started. Before the wedding, we spoke with Susan and Joanne a few times about the possibility of extending the reception and they told us, even encouraged us, to wait to make that decision the night of and that it wouldn't be a problem. Well, we ended up deciding to extend the reception and the coordinator tried to convince us not to (even though 90% of our guests were still dancing) and seemed to push back and give us several reasons why she didn't think it was possible. I ended up going around and asking the bartenders, DJ, and photographer myself if they could stay the extra 30 minutes and they didn't have a problem with it.\r\rAll in all, I would do it again, I just would have made some changes. I wish I had hired my own coordinator and not used the one provided by the venue. I also wish I had waited until the end of the night to tip the bartenders, because I can't help but think maybe they felt like they didn't have to provide great service because they already got the cash. Also, I would have made sure that the bridal suit and groomsmen suite were locked as soon as the ceremony started because cash was taken out of a wallet in the bridal suite and my husband's bluetooth speaker was taken from the groomsmen suite. speerish (bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-07-2015 The team at The Conservatory is top notch. For brides who already have too much on their plate, this team does the flowers, the food, and the cake; arranges for a DJ; and provides a rehearsal/ceremony/reception coordinator.\r\rWe met with various members of the team throughout the process: had food tasting to choose the dinner menu, had cake tasting, gave cake design suggestions, gave flower design suggestions (colors and arrangements), gave the DJ songs to use throughout the reception, etc.\r\rWe had brought in our own musicians for the wedding, which is outside the venue's per view, but the DJ and the coordinators helped us get that organized and that went as seamlessly as the rest.\r\rThe rehearsal/ceremony/reception coordinator was great. She kept us on task and on time, and yet allowed us freedom to make the event \"ours\".\r\rOur 150 guests were comfortable in the outdoor courtyard where we had the ceremony. Not everyone could fit in typical \"audience\" seating, some of the overflow sat so that the bride and groom faced them, but that was fun for us to see their reactions during the ceremony. If necessary, they have an overflow balcony as well. They do have an inside option; it probably would have been tight for us, but at least there is an option in case of rain.\r\rEveryone raved about the food and the cake (did I mention that their baker has been on \"Cake Boss\"?), the flowers were stunning - very much what I had envisioned, and all of the guests had a blast on the dance floor. Our guests also commented on what a lovely venue it was for our style of wedding (which we tried to make simple, elegant and vintage). I loved that I didn't have to worry about anything the day of the wedding; there was almost always someone taking care of the details.\r\rThe venue's package does limit the time that you are there the day of the event (six hours - three for prep, three for the event). This gives time for everyone to get ready (there is a bridal suite for make-up and getting dressed, as well as an area for the men) or for taking pictures beforehand. There is a VERY minimal cost if you want to be there extra hours beforehand. If you keep the party running past the scheduled end time, that's a little more expensive because you're paying for the DJ and all the staff to stay.\r\rThere are a few additional upcharge options. You have a flower budget and can (fairly easily) go above that (but you still get SO much more than you would if you purchased flowers on your own); there are outdoor decor options (although it's beautiful outside without many additions); table decor has a cost; the DJ is an additional $400 (again, less than hiring on your own); if you marry in the summer, draping the arbor for shade is a bigger charge; and of course alcohol, if you want that.\r\rThe price was VERY reasonable for all they provided, including lower stress levels because we weren't running around to various vendors while planning or making sure everyone was there the day of. And our many out-of-town friends and family didn't have to spend the weekend decorating the venue, so we could enjoy the time together.\r\rWe did a lot of comparison shopping for venues and for the price, quality and all that is included, this is THE place to go. At the end of the day, even my new husband said, \"It was worth every penny!\" Reviewed on 10-11-2014

Jennifer Booth(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 15-08-2014 We had our wedding at the Conservatory a little over two months ago and we still have friends and family raving! We keep hearing that our wedding was the most fun wedding folks have been to in a long time. Everything was perfect! We had both our ceremony and reception at the conservatory and everything was so smooth and seamless. We had someone with us the whole day, making sure that we were on schedule. Amazingly, we were ahead of schedule most of the day. We had no stress because the ladies at the conservatory are top notch wedding professionals. The conservatory did everything for us: food, flowers, cake, grooms cake, decor, dj, photo booth, etc. It truly is a one stop shop! Planning a wedding with the ladies at the conservatory was fun! We supplied the vision and they made it happen. As busy working people we did not have the time or energy to \"diy\" our wedding and because of the conservatory we didn't have to. The food was phenomenal! The cakes were exquisite! And the flowers and centerpieces were stunning! But, the best part is that the conservatory is affordable! We looked at many venues and always left feeling like we were being \"nickle and dimed\" and I started to worry that we just couldn't afford to have a beautiful, fun wedding. All that changed when we found the conservatory. Their prices are fair. They will not \"nickel and dime\" you and they will be upfront if there's a charge for something. We received our final bill and there were no surprises. I can't say enough wonderful things about the conservatory. Go and visit. You won't regret it! Reviewed on 28-10-2014

All of my friends and family have repeatedly told me my wedding was the most fun and had the best food of any other wedding they've been to. I was basically NEVER stressed while planning my wedding because they handle everything for you!!! I have had the good fortune of being a part of two more weddings (at other venues) since mine and the brides were SO stressed out that they've barely enjoyed their special day! I didn't have to go out and find a caterer or a florist or a DJ or a baker or a bartender. Everything was in one place, and they were super easy to work with. Alyson Corey(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-11-2013 Where to begin? I’ve been an event planner for more than 15 years; I’ve planned events with 3000 guests to 50 guests. All sorts of venues, themes, budgets… you name it. I was prepared to be quite busy and overwhelmed with planning what I considered to be the most important event of my life and my check list was quite extensive… little did I know it all existed in one place…The Conservatory at Waterstone in historic Acworth, Ga.\rUpon arrival I was blown away by the ambiance this place holds, its historic charm and open space invites a good time. The outdoor ceremony area is perfectly set with lush greenery, an arbor, white chairs and a perfect little set of brick stairs to say your “I do’s” on while your friends and family surround you. The inside has two bars, a loft overlooking the dance floor, brick that dates back to the 1920’s, exposed beams and duct work in the ceiling and much more. It is rustic and elegant at the same time, simply put, it is perfect.\rNow onto the good stuff… they offer by far the best wedding package I’ve ever come across. It includes all the big items, which saves a bride time and money (and sanity). It is a one-stop shop and these ladies have nailed it! Flowers, food, cake, etc… yep it’s all in there! And better yet, it’s priced very fair and competitive.\rMy entire experience was wonderful; the ladies that work and manage this place are truly a blessing to all brides. They go above and beyond to make your day perfect and to ensure that the only thing you have to worry about is where to hide your lip gloss in your dress. Everything else is covered, trust me on this. Their attention to your details and to your needs is nothing I have ever experienced. \rSara, the in-house pastry chef, she has mad skills. Honestly, I don’t really care for cake, but her cake… I couldn’t stop eating it … it was moist, full of flavor (I chose three different ones) and perfectly decorated. She can do anything you like and also has wonderful ideas. \rMaria, the in-house florist… words cannot express how dreamy my flowers looked! She captured my every thought and added some of her own to create the perfect rustic, whimsical feel for my tables, ceremony area and best of all my bouquet. Her talents are unlimited!\rJoanne and Jennifer, wow! My favorite thing about Joanne, she takes a lot of notes. She makes you feel perfectly calm and immediately at ease that your event will be just as you imagined it. Jennifer, the day of… she is on top of everything and there for your every need, you don’t even need to blink, she does that for you too. Jennifer helped me enjoy my day to its fullest, she is amazing in every way! The Conservatory makes you feel like family and that the only thing that matters is the smile on your face.\rLastly, the food. I’m a foodie; I like it to be above average anywhere I go. One of The Conservatory’s best assets is having the kitchen and chef on-site. The food is made with fresh ingredients and skill, it doesn’t sit around and turn into rubber chicken (you know what I mean; everyone has eaten rubber chicken at a wedding). The Conservatory also offers a huge menu; my guests went back for seconds and possibly thirds. If this place were a restaurant, I’d go every week and I’d pay top dollar. I still dream about the pasta primavera.\rIn closing, if you are planning your wedding and you want it to be perfect, easy and a complete dream, go here. Sign on the dotted line… you will not regret it.\r Reviewed on 27-02-2014

This place is beautiful! With its exposed brick and city park-like atmosphere. It was exactly what we wanted. The best part is the people that we worked with. Joanne and her crew were wonderful. They accommodated every one of our wishes. Leading up to the wedding, everything was organized and stress-free and actually very fun. Just as it should be. During the wedding, we had our own wedding coordinator that was very kind and also calming. We also had our own reception coordinator that was great and made sure everything was running smoothly. Our coordinators were there right when we needed them and never more than that. They were so helpful. My husband and I felt like a king and queen. The price was so reasonable!! There were no extra costs. Joanne was very upfront with how much it would costs. Looking at other places, I know this was a problem. I would not change a thing. It was perfect! Maggie Paon(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 17-02-2013 Overall, we were very pleased with our choice of the Conservatory for our wedding and reception. The atmosphere and decorating was perfect! It is a beautiful venue with lots of character. Most of the little details I requested were presented with style. Joanne and Susan were easy to work with and gave good advice. Our reception coordinator, Michelle, could not have been more wonderful. The in-house baker, Sara, did a fabulous job as well. Our guests praised the dinner buffet, cakes (so delicious!), and decorating. A great time was had by all! We did regret not extending the reception time. Four and half hours for wedding and reception seemed way too short. I would definitely recommend allowing more time between ceremony and reception, especially if not all guests are attending the ceremony and photos are not done before ceremony. Our guests booked suites at Homewood Suites and we were very pleased with hotel. We used our own dj, Complete Music, and they were terrific. Reviewed on 12-07-2013
Kimberly Moon(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 30-09-2016 I cannot begin to express how wonderful the Conservatory at Waterstone was for our wedding! This is the best bang for your buck in all of the Atlanta area! Not to mention that it also happens to have the most personality-brick walls and floors, wrought iron staircases, custom wooden benches-all beautiful! Did I mention that nearly everything is done at the venue: catering, cake, flowers, DJ, set-up, take down, linens, serveware, alcohol, bartenders, wedding and reception coordinators--and I'm probably missing things. If you want nearly a stress-free planning, this is your place! \rJoann and Susan were incredibly easy to work with in planning every aspect-every time I called or emailed, I received an answer within a few hours. Sara (the baker) made the most BEAUTIFUL cake ever-&it was DELICIOUS! Maria did an outstanding job on my peach &green flowers-&stayed within the budget while making everything look incredibly lush &beautiful! Oh--&the food was also wonderful--everyone talked about how good the food (& cake) were. \rI decided to get married outside, despite the 30 degree weather, & it happened to snow-which made the wedding so much more memorable! The venue had heaters set up to at least keep the bridal party warm, & kept the guests inside until the last minute. \rJennifer, the ceremony director, really knew what she was doing & got everyone in their right places (important, since it was freezing)--& she's incredibly fun! \rDJ LeNard Morrell was awesome--he planned with us for weeks before the wedding, and then got out on the dance floor and taught us dances during the night. And he plays good music!! \rEverything was perfect--all the guests were really impressed by the venue, the service, quality of food--everything! Waterstone really takes care of all who attend! There were constantly hosts walking around asking how they could help, refilling drinks, kept us on a timeline-everything was organized so well! Reviewed on 11-07-2013
Rachel Young(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 08-06-2013 If I had to redo our wedding, the Conservatory would be my choice every time. They were easy to work with in all aspects of preparation. They allowed us to set up a payment plan as it worked for us. The food was amazing. Our cakes were delicious and looked beautiful. My favorite thing was that I did not have to add any decor of my own- this venue has loads of character and the price of your reception covers (among other things) the centerpieces, place settings and total table decor. You can add more if you want, but if all of those details aren't your thing, they have you covered. During the actual wedding day, the coordinators made everything easy for us. They got our plates, made sure we kept the flow of the festivities (cake cutting, toasts, first dances, bouquet/garter toss) going with enough time left for dancing. Tasha Maki(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-01-2013 After visiting several wedding/reception venues all across the metro area, we found Waterstone. While it looks quaint from the outside, don't let that fool you. Upon our first visit, the venue was much larger than expected and full of charm, and unlike any other venue we visited or viewed online. Joanne was a pleasure to work with. She listened to what we wanted and helped us get our perfect wedding within our budget. Early in the process, they scheduled various appointments for food and cake tastings and to discuss flowers and the general setup. It was VERY helpful and stress-free to have Waterstone take care of food, drinks, cake, decorations, and flowers. Having a one-stop shop venue was important to us as we wanted all 130 guests to enjoy the day without having any wedding responsibilities or cleanup afterward. The day of the wedding couldn't have been any better. We were able to have an outdoor ceremony in January. The setup, flowers, and table décor was exactly how I imagined. We felt like all the Waterstone staff was truly there for us and had only one goal in mind- to make our day perfect. They kept everything on time without being pushy. As much of a control freak as I am, I never worried about what was next and what time it was as our wedding coordinator was always there to keep the ball rolling. We also booked DJ Dre through Waterstone. He was awesome! He knew how to set the mood and also how to get everyone dancing (even those family/friends that wouldn't normally dance!). The food was great, the cake was beautiful and delicious, and the groom's cheesecake was to die for! It has been 6 months since our wedding and we still have family and friends saying that it was one of the best weddings they have attended. I was a little nervous at first but the staff at the Conservatory (especially the coordinator Jennifer) hit the nail on the head and was able to take everything I envisioned for my perfect wedding day and bring it to life. The staff was great throughout the night, we got so many compliments on the food and the cake was beautiful! Sara did an excellent job. Finally, the flowers, It took a little convincing but their florist was able to make the most beautiful bouquet I've ever seen (not to mention the simple floral arrangements for the tables and other bouquets and boutonnieres that were created). If you're looking for a \"vintage/modern\" wedding and want an all inclusive location so you get the most bang for your buck, this is the place!
