Cool Water Events is nestled on the Payette River and boasts a romantic and serene atmosphere. It is suitable for both your ceremony and reception, and it has indoor and outdoor spaces available. You can exchange vows in a beautiful outdoor setting, under a wooden gazebo by the river. After you say I do, you and your guests can retreat to the Event Center for the wedding reception of your dreams. The Event Center can accommodate up to 200 guests and features large windows that pool natural light throughout the room. It also has a peaceful back patio complete with exposed wooden beams, market lighting, and seating for your guests to mingle and relax. The property has get-ready rooms so you can prepare for your magical day from the comfort of your wedding venue. The Cool Water Events team would be honored to help bring your wedding vision to life. They offer a range of services to make your day seamless and perfect. Wedding packages include tables, chairs, and parking for your loved ones. The Tudor House is a vacation rental. Sitting at the far west of the property and is very secluded nestled near the bend in the river. Trees line the private path that takes you to the firepit and gazebo on the river. So peaceful. This house sits on 6 acres, about 1 acre is lovely grass to the path at the river. Sleeps up to 10 guests and can host weddings and events with up to 50 guests.

Meet the Cool Water Events Team
Teri and Randy Hallman (Owner) Hi, we are Randy and Teri Hallman from Eagle, Idaho. The second they set foot on the Cool Water property, they knew it was too beautiful to develop and ruin. The Hallman family purchased it in 2022. They had the vision to share this beautiful spot with others. Cool Water Lane property was a dairy farm over 100 years ago. More recently the property was a boys’ school before the Hallmans purchased the property.
