Cooper Creek Event Center is a sophisticated ballroom-style wedding venue located in Blue Ash, OH. Here, you and your spouse-to-be can comfortably welcome up to 300 of your nearest and dearest. The seasoned staff here is committed to providing all the necessary assistance you need throughout your pre-event planning and day-of execution. As you arrive on the grounds for your big day celebrations, you are greeted with majestic views of the Blue Ash Golf Course. Before welcoming your guests, you and your party will head to the private get-ready facilities. Here, take your time to prepare in luxurious comfort with all the essentials at your disposal. Host your ceremony outside on the expertly manicured lawns surrounding the Cooper Creek Event Center. After tying the knot, your guests will head inside for a cocktail hour while you take part in your post-matrimony photoshoots. As your reception gets underway in the opulent ballroom, you and your newly-wed spouse will make a grand entrance to rapturous applause from your guests. This event space exudes a modern aesthetic with hints of old-world charm. Prominent lighting and an array of large windows ensure the room is well lit at all times. As part of your rental of Cooper Creek Event Center, an on-site wedding coordinator will assist with all of your planning needs. Cooper Creek was the perfect compromise of venues that we were searching for, and not to mention that it has the biggest dance floor in the city (which is very important when you have a large guest count). We loved having the option of having an indoor or outdoor ceremony (we went with indoor because of the gorgeous windows), and the overall flow of how the day would go. Erin was our coordinator and was a dream to work with, she really got along with us and was able to answer all of our questions and help us execute everything we wanted! We also really appreciated the fact that we were able to drop off our things on Thursday to be set up and that we didn't have to pick things up until noon on Sunday - not to mention their Friday evening event was cancelled, so they were pretty much fully set up by the time we got to our rehearsal on Friday evening.There were a couple of miscommunications the day of our wedding, mostly with the bartenders, but the other vendors we worked with turned this venue into everything we could have dreamed of and overall the day was absolutely magical. I highly recommend this venue and working with Erin - we loved planning our wedding with her!

My husband and I had an amazing experience having our wedding reception at Cooper Creek Event Center! The beauty of the venue speaks for itself, it is truly out of a fairytale. But also, we also cannot say enough good things about their Sales and Event Manager Erin, who helped us with coordinating everything for our big day. She worked so hard to ensure that our wedding was everything that we envisioned it would be. The communication and professionalism during the wedding preparation process was top notch. I highly recommend not only this wedding venue but the wonderful ladies who run it!

My husband and I had an amazing experience having our wedding reception at Cooper Creek Event Center! The beauty of the venue speaks for itself, it is truly out of a fairytale. But also, we also cannot say enough good things about their Sales and Event Manager Erin, who helped us with coordinating everything for our big day. She worked so hard to ensure that our wedding was everything that we envisioned it would be. The communication and professionalism during the wedding preparation process was top notch. AMAZING VENUE. I could not have asked for a more beautiful space for my wedding. We had both our ceremony and reception at cooper creek event center. The room was so spacious and all the windows made the reception so beautiful. We were able to have our ceremony outside and it felt and looked perfect. Not only was this venue so gorgeous but the team I worked with was AMAZING. I worked with Erin and Sarah during the wedding planning and Gabby stayed the night of my reception. The team is just so helpful. During the planning process they answered all my questions, and quickly, they let me come see the venue as many times as we wanted and they were so kind. The weekend of my wedding you could tell that they were solely focused on us and our wedding. Erin and Sara helped turn my vision of the reception into reality, like they went above and beyond decorating for me. Gabby was also so helpful during the ceremony and reception, she made sure everything ran smoothly. The next day everything was packed up and organized for us to take home and that made it so simple. Honestly, I could go on and on about this venue and their team. Seriously the best experience!!!

There are no words to describe how amazing and perfect having our wedding at Cooper Creek was. The venue is obviously GORGEOUS, but the one on one attention you get from the event coordinators, Erin and Jamie, was unbelievable!! Erin answer the gazillion questions that I had via email or phone call in a timely manner, she was on top of it for our planning meetings, the rehearsal, and the day of. She helped husband and I make our vision come to life when working with us. She made the venue look beautiful and if there was any stress on her end, we didn’t see any of it. She made planning a wedding seem easy which is amazing because it definitely isn’t! The rehearsal went so smoothly and she gave us her recommendations on what to do and when, if we had any and since she is the expert, we gladly listened. The actual day of the wedding, Erin was right there by our side every step of the way from walking down the aisle, setting up the room from ceremony to reception, any spills, cleaning up at the end of the night. We couldn’t have had an amazing wedding without her! Jamie was also amazing! She made the day of the wedding run smoothly. If we had any questions, needed ANYTHING, she was right there. Our wedding was perfect and we have them to thank! Cooper creek is an amazing venue, the workers are spectacular, and you won’t regret booking with them!

Cooper Creek Event Center went above and beyond for my husband and I as we planned our wedding. We were originally supposed to have a November 2020 wedding, but due to the pandemic decided to postpone a year. CCEC made this so smooth and we easily were able to change our date to one that was available in 2021! Ann Marie and Erin were such a delight to work with during our details planning and Gabi and Erin were so helpful during the day of procedures! The venue itself was so beautiful and timeless, everything we could have dreamed of having on our wedding day! Out of the caterers that were available we used Vondehaar's and people raved to us about the delicious food! Everything went wonderfully and we highly recommend Cooper Creek Event Center!

CCEC made this so smooth and we easily were able to change our date to one that was available in 2021! They allowed us to use the outside space on our original wedding date during COVID, and we rescheduled easily with them for our \"new\" celebration date. Lauren was absolutely wonderful. Cooper Creek Event Center has handled the COVID-19 pandemic beautifully and fairly. We made the decision to postpone our wedding due to COVID-19 related restrictions and Cooper Creek let us change our date without penalty. If we had to cancel, we also were offered a full refund of our deposit.Just wanted to share that they made this difficult decision a very smooth and easy process for us. Choosing Cooper Creek as our reception venue has been a great decision and we're looking forward to our delayed celebration!

I had a fall indoor ceremony and reception at Cooper creek. The venue is stunning with neutral colors and huge windows. The windows in the ballroom are what sold me. My wedding was late November and there were string lights around the banisters outside that shined through the windows creating a beautiful ambiance. Lauren, Jamie and Sara made the day and the whole year of planning smooth sailing. Beautiful beautiful venue!

Having the bridal suite and upstairs area to get ready during the day was perfect. Having an event supervisor from start to finish was wonderful. Everything honestly went perfect on our wedding day all thanks to Cooper Creek. My husband and I highly recommend hosting your ceremony and reception at Cooper Creek if you are looking for a relaxing and incredibly fun time. The day of coordinators (Julie & Julia) were amazing as well - they were always there when anyone needed anything, but were so considerate about giving us space to get ready and do our thing! We would recommend Cooper Creek over and over again to anyone!

I’m very lucky to be able to say my Wedding Day was hands down the best day of my life. I know my wife feels the same and we even had multiple of our guests say the same exactl thing to us about our big day. Cooper Creek met and exceeded every expectation and made our day so special from letting my groomsmen and I sneak on for 9 holes the (very busy) Saturday of, to hooking us up with the best DJs and Caterers in Cincy . Vonderhaar’s catering blew us away with quality of food and service. If you’re looking for a top notch reception hall with new amenities, outstanding hospitality and a classic feel with tons of natural light, I really don’t think you can do better than Cooper Creek. Thanks to Lauren and the team for all your help making us feel like royalty.

I know my wife feels the same and we even had multiple of our guests say the same exactl thing to us about our big day. Cooper Creek met and exceeded every expectation and made our day so special from letting my groomsmen and I sneak on for 9 holes the (very busy) Saturday of, to hooking us up with the best DJs and Caterers in Cincy . Vonderhaar’s catering blew us away with quality of food and service. If you’re looking for a top notch reception hall with new amenities, outstanding hospitality and a classic feel with tons of natural light, I really don’t think you can do better than Cooper Creek. The bridesmaids enjoyed using the lovely open spaces for their hair and makeup in the morning. The event coordinator, was easy to work with throughout the entire planning process and very accommodating to my ideas and questions. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. Plus a coordinator was there all night making sure all went smoothly. Cooper Creek handled every detail so well, I knew I could just relax and enjoy the evening. I am so glad we chose Cooper Creek!

My husband and I had our reception at Cooper Creek and it was phenomenal. The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous and the staff was timely in their communication and easy to develop a plan with. We had just under 350 guests and it did not feel crowded at all. Anytime we had a question or needed to change something, it was resolved almost instantly. The venue staff fully set up our centerpieces and put everything together for us for an easy pick-up the next morning. The bridal suite was stocked with all sorts of last minute item (mints, deodorant, hair pins, sewing kit, etc.) that really came in handy. Cooper Creek is 100% worth the cost and would absolutely recommend it to anyone getting married!

We planned the wedding in 3 months but we could not have done this without the help of the Event Coordinators- they went over and beyond their jobs! The catering staff was quick and very helpful throughout the night. They checked on myself and my husband multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted throughout the night. I have received nothing but compliments about Cooper Creek from my guests! I had my DREAM wedding at Cooper Creek in October! Once I heard about the venue and looked at pictures I knew it was the right choice for us and our huge families! From Lyndsey, to Vonderhaar's, to our day of coordinators, everything was perfect! They all made sure the whole day/evening went smooth and everything was perfect. Thanks to all the reviews online we decided to give a call to Cooper Creek and when we went to tour the venue they were informative with all my questions and the site itself was gorgeous. We had the pleasure of getting married here on September 8, 2017 and although it wasn't technically our first choice, I feel so fortunate that everything worked out the way it did. There's no doubt that changing your wedding venue 3 months before your wedding causes quite a headache but Lyndsey and her team made it so painless. I only met with Lyndsey once before my wedding and she was constantly in contact with me via email/phone to ensure that all the details I wanted would be taken care of that day. They were so polite and kind when I dropped off a car full of decorations the week of the wedding and they were more than accommodating about it all.I wanted to also give a special thank you to Natalie who was my on-site attendant the day of the wedding, she made everything so easy for me and let me enjoy the time with my friends and family. At the end of the evening the girls also packed up both of our cars with gifts and decor so that we didn't have to come back. My husband couldn't believe that these girls would do that at no extra cost! We were able to enjoy the evening with our guests and I will never be able to thank them enough. Thanks Cooper Creek!

All I can say is ELEGANCE! Our wedding ceremony and reception was held at Cooper Creek. This was our first choice of venue and it turned out to be the best choice. The staff (Lyndsey, Katie, Ann, and others) was amazing. Lyndsey made sure that everything stayed on schedule. If I lost track of time, she was right there to cover all angles. There's not a better person to do the job. Hands down....the absolute best! If you want to have a perfect wedding day, chose Cooper Creek. They coordinated with the vendors, they were super nice, and extremely helpful. I can't say enough about this venue and it's staff. If I had to do it all over again, I would chose Cooper Creek every time. I love this place. All 200 guest were in Awwwww when they walked into the venue. I was in awwww!!! This is such a classy location. Cooper Creek = Best Wedding Day Ever! I wish I could give them 1 million stars!

Cooper Creek was the venue for my husband Mark and I the minute we stepped into the main lobby. The bright windows, the neutral and fresh color palette, the high ceilings. The view from the back deck is stunning with rolling hills of the Blue Ash golf course -- perfect for a summer wedding. The main reception room had beautiful stone accents on the fireplace and again, those stunning windows overlooking the golf course. Mark and I both loved the open feel of the room, where it didn't matter what table you were seated at -- you could still easily see the dance floor and the head table. Now for the customer service and attention to detail -- excellent! Lyndsey, Jamie, and Katie all flawlessly executed our vision. They coordinated so seamlessly with all of our vendors, promptly responded to all emails, were extremely organized and documented everything, and were extremely creative! I am a type A individual myself, and I still managed to put all my trust into them in terms of how they would decorate with the decorations I provided, etc. They listened so well and I felt like they were genuinely on my team from the beginning. The reception went without any roadbumps whatsoever and I can tell my guests were extremely impressed. 5 stars without a doubt!

I can't begin to tell you how many of my guests commented on how beautiful the event was! If I had to plan my wedding over again, booking Cooper Creek would be the first thing I would do!

Getting married at Cooper Creek was a remarkable decision! It was amazingly beautiful which made for brilliant photos! Lyndsey and the staff at Cooper Creek were so helpful! They made wedding planning so much less stressful! They worked with all of my vendors to make sure that it all went off without a hitch! I even had some last minute changes and they were happy to help me accommodate my guests. We looked at a lot of venues, but I couldn't be more grateful that I chose Cooper Creek!

My wedding was awesome. I'm still hearing people say that our venue was beautiful and they had a blast. Everyone was so extremely nice that worked at Cooper Creek. They always answered any emails or phone calls right away. They definitely made my wedding day relaxing. When we were getting ready they were attentive and welcoming. They made you feel at home. Everything was beautiful. The ballroom was well light and there was plenty of space. We had over 250 people come to our wedding and there was tons of open space for everyone to move around freely. I highly recommend this venue!!!

It has taken me some time to write this review, as since our wedding I have been extremely busy and it is not a reflection on Cooper Creek at all. I am still in LOVE with our wedding day and how everything turned out at Cooper Creek. Lyndsey helped me so much throughout the planning stages, and truly went the extra mile to help us out with staying in budget and helping me with the details that were just simply over my head at the time.The entire staff was amazing! Everyone was kind, courteous, helpful, and really just added their magic to our big day. We had our ceremony and reception at Cooper Creek and I could not imagine having our big day anywhere else. The bridal sweet worked out so well, as I had someone come in to do our hair and make-up and there was plenty of room for everyone.Our guests loved how accessible everything was at the venue, and we were even able to utilize a free shuttle service from one of the local hotels since we had so many rooms booked. The photographs we have are amazing! Everyone we invited is still talking about how great the bar was, the food was, and how beautiful the building and golf course was!I could go on and on about how wonderful Lyndsey and her team are, as well as how perfect the venue is, but there is just not enough time for that. I absolutely recommend Cooper Creek to everyone!! This place is honestly the perfect venue!!!!

I do not have an artistic eye, so Lyndsey helped significantly with some of those details. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Wow... Where do I even begin? I could tell you a million things about why Cooper Creek is the most beautiful & perfect wedding venue ever, but all you need to do to know that is walk into CC. Cooper Creek was the first venue I visited and immediately fell in love. I visited 3 other venues and knew within seconds of walking into those venues that CC would be the place I would have my wedding. Not only was it beautiful, but with the help from Lyndsey and all the other staff at CC, the planning was a breeze and our special day was absolutely perfect. Lyndsey is the most organized, professional wedding coordinator in the business! She was always just an email away with answers to my 10,000 questions! I did not ever have to wonder about how things would turn out because I knew Lyndsey had ran through all the details with me, my husband, and our families. The day of our wedding, we were treated like royalty by all the staff at Cooper Creek. We were so busy talking to everyone and just enjoying ourselves and all the staff made sure we did not have to worry about a thing. They were always feet away ready to help me with anything I needed. \r\rAlso, I am not a huge DIY type of girl, so CC was perfect for me because it's so beautiful on its own that I needed very few decorations and centerpieces and it still turned out breathtaking. I can't tell you how many compliments we got from guests saying it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to. Also, we're big on dancing, so the large dance floor was perfect for us and all our guests!\r\rI could go on and on about how amazing everything and everyone at CC was for our big day, but you just have to see for yourself. \r\rI would pick Cooper Creek over and over again. Throughout the planning process, Lyndsey was a great support and sound board. I had my ceremony and reception at CCEC and have no complaints whatsoever. The staff was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and they were very flexible when I changed my mind multiple times. The building itself is beautiful with huge windows that make for some great pictures and the golf course is beautiful, everything turned out absolutely beautiful on the day of the wedding. Everything went smoothly and I just had to worry about having a good time, they took care of everything else. I definitely recommend.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and everything we dreamed of, thanks to Cooper Creek! When I toured the venue for the first time, I literally had tears in my eyes because of how breathtaking it was. I knew it was THE place for our big day! The facility is gorgeous and spacious, with spectacular views of the golf course from the ballroom and deck. The bridal suite was a great place for me and my bridesmaids to get ready before the ceremony, and it also allowed me to ‘hide’ from my husband, who did not want to see me before the ceremony. The outdoor ceremony location was a beautiful spot for our ceremony and was also convenient for our guests. The food, catered by Vonderhaar’s, was delicious. They have a robust menu to choose from, and I loved that we got the opportunity to do multiple tastings prior to selecting our cocktail hour and reception menu. The most amazing part about Cooper Creek, though, is the service and staff. I had a relatively short engagement, and the staff made the wedding planning easy and stress-free. Lyndsey was extremely organized, detail-oriented, and responsive throughout the entire planning process. I appreciated her patience and suggestions as I asked (lots of) questions and made decisions. The wedding day itself was perfect. If anything went wrong, no one knew about it! Cooper Creek allowed us to bring our decorations the week of the wedding, and they set everything up for us. They even packed everything up for us that evening, and we picked it up the next morning. I did not have a care in the world as I celebrated the best day of my life with my new husband, family and friends. Thank you, Lyndsey, Ann Marie, Jamie and Katie! From the moment we walked in, we knew Cooper Creek was the venue for us! It's absolutely stunning, inside and out! From the spacious ballroom, outside wrap around porch, cocktail area/ bar, to the bridal suite, everything was perfect for hosting a celebration. From beginning to end, the Cooper Creek staff was more than helpful. I was especially grateful for how easy they made everything the day of, as far as setting up and tear down. From the moment we walked in, we knew Cooper Creek was the venue for us! It's absolutely stunning, inside and out! From the spacious ballroom, outside wrap around porch, cocktail area/ bar, to the bridal suite, everything was perfect for hosting a celebration. From beginning to end, the Cooper Creek staff was more than helpful. I was especially grateful for how easy they made everything the day of, as far as setting up and tear down. Cooper Creek was absolutely amazing! I would recommend the venue to anyone who is looking. They were more than accommodating and made sure to make my husband and I feel so special. The planning process went so smooth and they were able to do everything I wanted. As for the wedding day, I could not have asked for anything more. I got ready in the bridal suite and from 7:30am to 11:00pm, they did not stop making sure everyone was happy. My wedding day was amazing and a lot of that had to do with Cooper Creek.

Cooper Creek was absolutely amazing! I would recommend the venue to anyone who is looking. They were more than accommodating and made sure to make my husband and I feel so special. The planning process went so smooth and they were able to do everything I wanted. As for the wedding day, I could not have asked for anything more. I got ready in the bridal suite and from 7:30am to 11:00pm, they did not stop making sure everyone was happy. My wedding day was amazing and a lot of that had to do with Cooper Creek.

Cooper Creek was one of the best decisions I made while planning my wedding. The venue is beautiful, and it was so nice to know that my wedding was the only one that would be there that day. Our guest list was on the bigger side (200 that attended) and we felt that the room was spacious enough to hold us and more. During the planning, I think we were worked with every one of the coordinators at some point and they were all amazing, so helpful every step of the way(even colors for my bridesmaids dresses!), so patient when we couldn't make decisions. They were also the first to tell us what we should and shouldn't do and didn't push us to pick the most expensive thing they offered, but what would be best for us. As my mom said afterwards, they are like part of our family now! They did such a great job leading up to and during the reception. Everything was flawless, and I couldn't have asked for a more perfect evening. Thank you so much for making our day so perfect!!

We had both our ceremony and reception at Cooper Creek, and it was wonderful! The staff there are fantastic and so accommodating. From the moment we toured the location, we knew it was perfect. Lyndsey was so amazing - answered emails quickly, was flexible about meeting times and wonderful on the day of the wedding. We were planning on an outdoor wedding, but the weather didn't cooperate - luckily there was a beautiful indoor location with huge windows. We have gotten so many compliments on both the location and the service staff. The building is beautiful, the people are wonderful and the food was amazing. The bridal suite is huge and already stocked with all the \"emergency\" supplies. Overall it was a perfect day.

The food was delicious and our guests are still talking about how great the dinner and appetizers were. Cooper Creek delivered in every possible way to make our wedding day as beautiful, memorable, and smooth as possible! Upon visiting the venue, it is obvious that the facilities are top notch. The decor is lovely (and looks great in the pictures), there was enough space for all 300 of our guests to enjoy comfortably, and our guests LOVED being able to enjoy the outdoor spaces on the warm Spring day. But more important than the space itself, the entire staff was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We had both our ceremony and reception at Cooper Creek, and the staff did a fantastic job keeping things running smoothly and on time so that we could focus on enjoying the moment. In the planning process, we had several specific requests, and the staff at Cooper Creek was very flexible and always found a way to make our wishes happen. I really can't say enough wonderful things about our experience with Cooper Creek. The venue and staff is truly of the highest quality, and I have absolutely no regrets about trusting them with the greatest day of my life thus far.

I am beyond happy that I chose Cooper Creek for our wedding. It was not only our ceremony and reception venue but all of the girls got ready at Cooper Creek in the morning, it was the location for our first look photos, and the location for all of our bridal party pictures. I didn't want to leave! Everything was taken care of for us. The day went incredibly smoothly. The venue was absolutely beautiful. The staff was accommodating, super friendly, and on top of everything. They handled everything perfectly. The appetizers were delicious, the dinner food was great, and the late night food was such a fun addition. I really have no complaints at all. We had our ceremony indoors, which was a beautiful setting and nice for all the people to have air conditioning on a hot day. Luckily, it was not raining so the guests enjoyed the outdoor space during cocktail hour. I highly recommend Cooper Creek. It was well worth the price, and we were able to stay within our budget.

From the moment I saw Cooper Creek's ballroom and ceremony area (through Skype) I knew it was the best place to have my wedding. Not only is the layout perfect with a huge dance floor, classy cocktail area, and a beautiful bar, but the staff are top notch! Once we chose our date, planning seemed so easy with Lyndsey's help and expertise. From choosing the menu to the placement of tables, Lyndsey was there every step of the way. She was also a very calm presence, never acting flustered or stressed. It put me at ease. \r\rThe ceremony site, although it's on the golf course, was stunning. Cooper Creek allowed me to add everything needed to make the space sacred (and even offered their tools for building the altar). They were flexible with my musicians, vocalists and ministers needs. \r\rOne of the greatest things the Cooper Creek did was, well, EVERYTHING! I didn't have to worry about setting anything up or making sure things were in the right place. It was all done for me, so I was able to sit back and enjoy my special day. \r\rThe food was amazing and the serving staff's assistance was perfect. Balancing drinks, empty plates, appetizers, and the buffet was flawless. No one felt rushed or burdened.\r\rThis event center was made with weddings and vendors in mind, so it has everything you could possibly need. The Bridal Suite is perfection with multiple outlets, large floor-to-ceiling mirrors and the ideal setting for a stylist to come and fix hair. It was clean, the fridge was stocked, and lunch was served right when we asked. \r\rI would definitely recommend Cooper Creek to any Bride that wants to have a stress-free wedding day...a perfect wedding day!

The bridal suite was very nice and worked out extremely well for me to get ready with my 8 bridesmaids. The facilities were beautiful for pictures, the ceremony, and the reception!

Our entire experience was everything I had hoped it would be. Lyndsey and Barb were great... Food was delicious... and my photographs turned out fantastic with the gorgeous scenery of the venue itself!

Cooper Creek was by far the best place for our wedding reception and we could not have imagined holding our reception anywhere else. The facilities were amazing, the food was immaculate, and the staff was incredibly attentive!
