From the cottages to the venue to the food and cake this place was amazing. We rented out several cabins, but renting sunshine and lazy daisy together made it even more perfect. Having the back porch connecting both cabins made it easy to keep everyone close. We used the bigger cabin for all us girls to get ready and give room for hair and makeup. The food was amazing. Our family and friends couldn’t stop talking about how great the food was. Nanny said the cake was the best cake she has eaten in over 30 years! Terrill was fabulous on coordinating the whole thing and making sure everything was taken care of. She continued to ask if there was anything any of us needed and did so much behind the scenes to make our day perfect. If anything went wrong I had no clue because she took care of it (I honestly don’t think anything did, and if so she handled it great!) I highly recommend Coopers Landing to anyone who wants to elope or do a bigger wedding.

We had a beautiful and special day thanks to Coopers Landing and Terril in particular. She made everything simple but elegant and beautiful. The venue was perfect! I picked this venue sight unseen based on reviews only and it surpassed my expectations! Nichol, the owner, made sure every detail was covered! It was the best place we’ve ever been and we will be back! Terril treated us like family and we felt like she was OUR family too! If you are thinking about a wedding this is the best venue. Food, staff, and surroundings were magnificent and memorable. We will be back for our anniversary and create more beautiful memories!

Coopers is amazing. They pampered us from the moment we checked in until we checked out. It started when they made us a wonderful dinner the night before our wedding and we even had custom menus with our names on it. The day of our wedding was stress free as they took care of all the details, I only had to worry about getting me ready. The food was to die for delicious and all the carnivores were impressed with how good the food was. Once everything was over and we returned to our room they had put rose petals on the bed and a dozen chocolate covered strawberries with vegan chocolate in a heart shaped dish on our bed. It was the nicest stay I've ever had anywhere. Each morning breakfast was delivered to our room. The hospitality is above and beyond. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get married or even have a simple night out. You will not regret it.

We stayed in the butterfly cottage for our wedding weekend & loved it so much. The owners & staff are laid-back but at the same time go above & beyond to help with anything you might need. On top of the venue being incredibly unique & enchanting, the food was to die for. I truly can't believe I live so close to this dreamy destination, I wanna get married there all over again.

We had our wedding here back in March and everything was absolutely wonderful. We had guests staying at the inn for the whole weekend, including a rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception, and a farewell breakfast. Everything was beautiful and the food was delicious - all our guests couldn’t stop raving about how good the food was. From the moment my husband and I toured Cooper’s for our wedding venue, we fell in love with the warm and cozy atmosphere. The rooms and cabins are all beautifully decorated and the grounds are gorgeous anytime of year. We can’t wait to come back for an anniversary or a weekend getaway! All the staff were so kind and helpful, and both Nichol and Terrill made sure that we knew they were available for anything we needed. Nichol worked hard with me throughout the entire planning process to ensure we were happy with every aspect of our wedding, and she really helped to ease my anxiety by always responding to my emails so quickly! I would recommend Cooper’s for anyone looking for a romantic getaway or an epic wedding!

I really don't know how to describe this venue. It is absolutely beautiful, and peaceful. Mostly though the people that work with you are even more special. Its not just a job to them. Its not just a role they half to play. They made you feel like family, and not to mention were just as excited as you were about your big day. I was lucky enough to get pregnant by my wedding time so I could announce it to my family. The staff were just as excited and heart warming. Even wanting updates on our little one on the way. I felt so much at home. Some stuff was still stressful, but nothing that isn't normal. They made it so much more painless and enjoyable. At Coopers Landing I felt I was celebrating with not just our family, but the staff who was more like family then staff. Everyone is exceptionally genuine, kind, and wanted nothing more then the smiles and laughter to spread. I really haven't meet more genuine people then I have there. You cant find many people like them in the world. They are a rare breed. They are the type people you need and want in your life. If I could give a better review I would. I can't really describe their hospitality, and awesomeness in few paragraphs.

My wife and I stumbled across Coopers Landing while looking for a small location to have our elopement since we chose not to have a big wedding. Best decision ever. It was an amazing stress free experience. We stayed two nights, when we arrived the inn keeper showed us to our room and shared a bit of history with us. We had an awesome dinner in the tavern, with breakfast brought to our door the morning of our ceremony. The inn keeper Tyrell, was so welcoming, she even hand made our wedding cake! The staff was nothing but helpful and a joy to be around. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to get married.

From day one, Nichol was on top of everything; she never seemed bothered by any questions we had and was very quick in responding. It’s a blank canvas that you can truly turn into your own by adding whatever decor you wish- then they take care of the rest! They allow pets which was super important to my husband and I! If you’re searching for an easy planning process with a venue that is intimate and relaxing, you’ve found it. I can’t say enough good things about it. The only thing would be if you’re a Type A bride, like myself, you have to trust in their process. I found myself nervous that everything was so laid back during the planning process, but the day of couldn’t have gone smoother. They know what they’re doing and will take great care of your family and wedding! Love this place!

Everyone we met from the moment we arrived was so friendly and helpful and by the end of the weekend I felt like Tanya was my very own \"fairy godmother\". All I had to do was show up and throw a few personal touches here and there because the place is already so gorgeous. I could write a book about Cooper’s and their amazing innkeepers and staff but I will try to keep it short and sweet...The service is impeccable and their hospitality is so genuine. Nichol and Les are some of the sweetest people we have ever met. Nichol met my every need and handled every little wedding detail. Les and Emily made the most delicious food for us and our wedding guests. Emily made an amazing naked Red Velvet cake garnished with gorgeous flowers just how I had pictured it in my head. Trisha and the rest of the staff were so kind and willing to help out with anything we needed. Included in the package is a two night stay at the inn. These suites are so charming! We felt like royalty as we were treated to breakfast in bed every morning and a four-course meal. Nichol and Les also set up a day on the lake for us at Turtle Cove with wine and a picnic after we took a canoe out and explored the lake. And wow, it was stunning... Like something out of a hallmark film. THANK YOU Cooper’s Landing for making our wedding weekend magical. We are already planning another trip back for our anniversary!

The food was amazingly delicious and the chef even came out to talk with a wedding party member with food allergies to ask what she would like for her next meal. ABSOLUTELY spectacular!!!!! EVERYTHING was gorgeous! My husband and I got married Memorial Day weekend and Nichol had everything on point! The wedding went so smoothly, food was AMAZING, John the bartender had all of my guests laughing and he fit right in welcoming as if he was part of the family, so personable. Really the whole staff was wonderful. The entire stay was awesome! We had our dinner & breakfast delivered to the door as we relaxed & we also ate breakfast outside on the patio and it was wonderful with a nice breeze as well. I’m here to tell you ALL of our guests are still talking about it. The venue is beautiful!! It was EXACTLY what we were going for. There wasn’t one negative experience at all!!! ABSOLUTELY spectacular!!!!! EVERYTHING was gorgeous! My husband and I got married Memorial Day weekend and Nichol had everything on point! The wedding went so smoothly, food was AMAZING, John the bartender had all of my guests laughing and he fit right in welcoming as if he was part of the family, so personable. Really the whole staff was wonderful. The entire stay was awesome! We had our dinner & breakfast delivered to the door as we relaxed & we also ate breakfast outside on the patio and it was wonderful with a nice breeze as well. I’m here to tell you ALL of our guests are still talking about it. The venue is beautiful!! It was EXACTLY what we were going for. There wasn’t one negative experience at all!!! Oh and we stayed in the wisteria room. It’s a dream room! The cake & bouquet that they made was more beautiful then what I expected! Matched everything perfectly. We were excited to find Cooper's Landing and loved that they offered an elopement package. The excitement was well worth it as our experience was Fantastic! The staff provided such great customer care and all the little details from the cottages and house, the ceremony, cake, champagne and our fabulous dinner afterwards, this place is hands down a must. Talk about stress free! It was so nice to not have to worry about anything and having the freedom to enjoy our special moment. I highly encourage anyone who has thought of eloping to visit Cooper's Landing. We will be back to visit!! Thank you so much!!! Definately 5 Stars!!

Let me preface this by saying Nichol and her staff took great care of us! The food was delightful, the accommodations were wonderful, and Emily and Jon (the two we had the most contact with) were extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. That being said, Cooper's did not score super high marks with me and my husband for one reason: communication. This was lacking through the whole entire process. When my now husband and I visited Cooper's Landing Inn & Traveler's Tavern for the first time, we immediately fell in love with the location, ambiance, completeness of the package and the owner's willingness to achieve our vision. We requested a \"naked cake\" with yellow cake and chocolate icing, but as none of us had never seen one exactly like this we were a bit hesitant. Nichol assured us they would \"experiment\" with the style (this was noted on our contract) and send us pictures so we could determine if this was the look we wanted. This never happened and our cake the day of the wedding was not a \"naked cake\" (although it was delicious). Setting up the details and menu for the rehearsal dinner was another area of opportunity as far as communication is concerned, as it took over 6 weeks for Coopers to respond to our query (yes, I followed up). Additionally, when my mother in law sent in a check to cover the cost of the rehearsal dinner with extra money included to cover other costs, we both received an email from Nichol saying our wedding had already been paid off (it hadn't) and asking if she should shred the check. Naturally, my MIL flew into a panic as the additional money was supposed to be a surprise and now she thinks her check is going to be shredded. The final straw for me (and much of the reason I'm writing this review) is due to our open bar package. We opted for a budgeted bar with beer and wine only for our daytime wedding. We were told (and noted on our contract) that the groom (who doesn't drink) would be notified when we got close to our budget in case we wanted to extend the amount. The reception ended and we were never notified, so assumed we had funds left over that would be refunded at check out. The groom and I retired to our room immediately after the reception ended and found out the next morning that members of the bridal party had ordered the remainder of our open bar to be brought to their rooms AFTER the reception had ended. First of all, the reception was over, so how is that even an option? Secondly, I understand that you may not have wanted to bother of us, but we absolutely should have been notified. So, basically our contract wasn't honored by letting people order drinks after the reception AND not notifying the groom when we were getting close to maxing out our bar tab. When I inquired about this the next day with both the bridal party and the staff, the owner was fairly quick to blame members of the bridal party which I thought was kind of in poor taste, but I digress. The long and short of this, Nichol and her staff do a lovely job pulling off these events, but don't expect communication leading up to the event which for a first time bride is incredibly nerve wracking. If I had to do it all again, I honestly can't say this is the venue I would choose. Like I said, our day was memorable but not all the memories are positive ones. At the end of the day, I got to marry my best friend, so this story does have a happy ending, but I would encourage you to do your research before choosing a venue

My husband and I were married at Cooper’s Landing recently. It was a destination wedding for us. We did not get a chance to visit in person before the wedding. Nichol was easy to deal with long distance and all their wonderful reviews definitely helped us decide to get married there but of course we had some reservations. From that moment on the entire weekend was stress free. We had 3 other couples staying at the Inn for our wedding as well. Out of 8 adults, there was not one complaint all weekend. Our rooms were clean, our meals were incredible and honestly, we all remarked that we had never been better taken care of anywhere in our lives. The entire staff went above and beyond our expectations the entire weekend. The ceremony was beautiful, all the guests were saying that it was the nicest wedding they had ever been too. The cake and flowers, that came with the package we purchased, could not have been more perfect! Nichol obviously put a lot of thought into matching our vision for the wedding. My husband and I have no regrets about our decision to get married at Cooper’s Landing and look forward to returning again. We truly consider the Cooper’s Landing family part of our family now and thank them for all they did to make our special day perfect!

When I first came to Cooper’s, I knew it was for us. This place is beautiful; from the twinkle lights on the patio, the greenery that is all around, to the gazebo that is amazing by itself or easy to decorate. The packages are laid out and easy to alter. They are descriptive and if anything changes, it is marked and you’re handed an extra copy of what was changed. The people there are amazing! They made my wedding stress-free and answered all my questions. Anytime I called, I was called back. When I emailed, there was barely a few hours passed before I got a response. The food is to die for. The drinks, breakfast, dinner, cheese platter and so much more just made my mouth water. I can’t even describe the desserts! You have to go see to believe how great this place is. This was the best choice I made for our wedding. It could not have been better!

We had a really nice elopement weekend. Nichol and the staff made us feel very well taken care of the entire time. While the room was small and a bit cramped for us, the overall experience was very good. Spending the day at Turtle Cove paddle boarding was awesome and the picnic wine and cheese basket was superb. The restaurant was fantastic for all meals. The wedding was well done and very intimate and all the details were very special.

We were charged more than we expected to pay, as the full price for a package was not made clear to us until well after we had paid the deposit. Also, something weird happened with the cake - many of my guests didn't get any, or only got some when they asked, and there was none left over for us to take home...? Not sure but I think maybe the servers enjoyed some cake that night. If I had it do over again, I don't think I would choose this place for my wedding.

Having our wedding here was the best decision/investment we’ve ever made. From the time we booked the venue to the day of, Nichol and her team are amazing! I apologize in advance if my review sounds all over the place because there's so many things I want to say that I can't organize it all. First the staff at Cooper's Landing is the best! My husband and I stayed the night before the wedding and the night of and the staff there is so kind and friendly. Maria, our waitress, was such a sweetheart, and Roger, the chef, is phenomenal! We ate dinner the night before the wedding and my husband said, \"It's the best food I've ever had\" and him being from Jamaica where he always says is \"the land where good food originated\" says a lot about the food here. Our guests kept telling us how much they enjoyed their meals as well. They couldn't get enough of the crab cakes, meatballs, potatoes, and tropical chicken. A handful of our guests didn't show up, so Nichol and her team packaged the remaining meals for us. A few of my family members ended up eating theirs on the ride back home and even for breakfast the next morning and still enjoyed it!The ceremony and reception spaces were beautiful. When I look back at the pictures, it really looks like a fairytale. There was an issue with our reception space the day of, and Nichol and her team went above and beyond to fix it so that everything could be perfect for our special day. Not everyone would go through so much trouble to make sure your vision comes into fruition and Nichol and her team made it so. As far as wedding planning goes, it was a breeze with this venue. We live two and a half hours from the venue, so the only time we were there was in October to check it out and again in June for our wedding. Nichol took care of everything. The only thing we were in charge of were the decorations and music. It was honestly so stress free I kept feeling like I wasn't doing anything (other than getting the wedding party attire in order and creating little things I wanted to include here and there). There are truly no negatives I have to say about this venue. They do a fantastic job of making sure your day is special. Cooper's Landing is the most magical, unique venue for a wedding. What a beautiful setting to celebrate a marriage with your closest friends and family!! The staff is so accommodating and works so hard to make sure things stay on schedule and everything goes perfectly. My guests continuously complimented the venue and the food. So glad my husband and I got married at Cooper's! If we had to do it all over again, we would definitely choose Cooper's again.

I had my wedding at Cooper's Landing Inn and it was perfect from start to finish. Nichol and Sarrah were beyond helpful. We met with Nichol the month before the wedding and sat with her and went over every detail of my wedding. She wanted to know what my colors were, how many in the party, what music was I going to come down to, what menu items I wanted and didn't want, was so accommidating to anything that we had requests for. The Inn is beyond breath taking but at the same time makes you feel so at home. She gave us a tour of the property and all of the rooms and cottages. I booked that night and didn't come back until the day of my wedding! We touched base by email and any concern that I had, she made sure to get back to me on and assure me of any worry. She already had a plan in place if it rained! I did bring some decorations and things to display to make it my own, but even if I brought not one thing, it would have been beautiful. The gazabo was gorgeous all lit up, along with the trees. The chairs were all out, the tables up, table cloths on, I did not have to do one thing, they took care of every detail, things I would have never even thought of! She even had preordered my bouquet of flowers according to my colors and shabby chic theme that I was going for, they were the most beautiful flowers I had ever seen. The reception was perfect, all of my guests raved over the food, it was simply amazing and the staff were so helpful, they even offered to help me with things that I brought to decorate with. The pool was perfect for little kids that wanted to swim while the adults enjoyed the view! We stayed in the enchantment cottage, which was the cutest little cottage I have ever seen! 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, stocked mini fridge, and big bowl of snacks. When we came back to our room that night, rose petals were all over the bed and chocolate covered strawberries on a platter were awaiting us! The next morning we had a delicious breakfast outside on the patio. We spent the day at the pool and lounging on the hammock. At one point when we got out of the pool, there was a pictcher of water and glasses waiting for us at the table, we didn't even see anyone, they were always there if needed but didn't bother you at all. The most exquisite dinner was brought to us in a picnic basket complete with a 4 course meal, complete with table linens, wine glasses, silverware and a vase and flower, just a perfectly romantic spread. We enjoyed our last night at the Inn relaxing in the cutest hot tub room complete with a bottle of champagne or cider. There was not 1 thing I would have changed, not 1 complaint. It was simply the most perfect day at the most perfect Inn. Next month is our 1 year wedding anniversary and we are so excited to return and spend the weekend back at the Inn! My fairy tale wedding came true at Coopers Landing Inn.

I had my wedding at Cooper's Landing Inn and it was perfect from start to finish. Nichol and Sarrah were beyond helpful. We met with Nichol the month before the wedding and sat with her and went over every detail of my wedding. She wanted to know what my colors were, how many in the party, what music was I going to come down to, what menu items I wanted and didn't want, was so accommidating to anything that we had requests for. The Inn is beyond breath taking but at the same time makes you feel so at home. She gave us a tour of the property and all of the rooms and cottages. I booked that night and didn't come back until the day of my wedding! We touched base by email and any concern that I had, she made sure to get back to me on and assure me of any worry. She already had a plan in place if it rained! I did bring some decorations and things to display to make it my own, but even if I brought not one thing, it would have been beautiful. The gazabo was gorgeous all lit up, along with the trees. The chairs were all out, the tables up, table cloths on, I did not have to do one thing, they took care of every detail, things I would have never even thought of! She even had preordered my bouquet of flowers according to my colors and shabby chic theme that I was going for, they were the most beautiful flowers I had ever seen. The reception was perfect, all of my guests raved over the food, it was simply amazing and the staff were so helpful, they even offered to help me with things that I brought to decorate with. The pool was perfect for little kids that wanted to swim while the adults enjoyed the view! We stayed in the enchantment cottage, which was the cutest little cottage I have ever seen! 2 bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, stocked mini fridge, and big bowl of snacks. When we came back to our room that night, rose petals were all over the bed and chocolate covered strawberries on a platter were awaiting us! The next morning we had a delicious breakfast outside on the patio. We spent the day at the pool and lounging on the hammock. At one point when we got out of the pool, there was a pictcher of water and glasses waiting for us at the table, we didn't even see anyone, they were always there if needed but didn't bother you at all. The most exquisite dinner was brought to us in a picnic basket complete with a 4 course meal, complete with table linens, wine glasses, silverware and a vase and flower, just a perfectly romantic spread. We enjoyed our last night at the Inn relaxing in the cutest hot tub room complete with a bottle of champagne or cider. There was not 1 thing I would have changed, not 1 complaint. It was simply the most perfect day at the most perfect Inn. Next month is our 1 year wedding anniversary and we are so excited to return and spend the weekend back at the Inn! My fairy tale wedding came true at Coopers Landing Inn.

Getting married at Cooper's Landing Inn was the best decision of our wedding! (besides each other, of course) I was not interested in spending a lot of time stressing over tiny details, and in fact I wanted to elope to avoid that stress, but my husband really wanted a wedding. From the moment we saw Cooper's Landing and met Nichol, we knew this was the perfect place to have our wedding. The space is gorgeous; you don't have to add a lot of decor if you don't want to. The wedding package really includes everything you could want. I sent a photo of a bouquet that I liked, and on my wedding day I was presented with an almost exact replica that was absolutely beautiful. Nichol was extremely responsive in the months leading to our wedding and was open to our few last minute changes. Our guests raved about the entire evening -- from the space itself, to the staff, to the amazing food. ALL of the staff are so genuinely friendly and helpful. Our guests loved spending the weekend in Clarksville, too. My husband and I truly had the most amazing, happiest day of our lives and it is because of Nichol, Less, and all of the staff at Cooper's Landing. I am SO glad I did not elope. I highly, highly recommend Cooper's Landing.

This place was absolutely amazing! We held our wedding there on May 13th, 2017. It was beautiful and Nichol handled so much of the planning it was such a help! The price is amazing for everything you get. Everyone loved the food and still haven't stopped talking about it. They worked with every request I had. It actually rained for the week up to our wedding so we had to have our wedding on the covered patio to spare people from getting muddy. I was nervous, but it turned out perfectly!!! Our guests were blown away and we wouldn't have had it any other way. I cannot express enough how happy we are that we chose Cooper's Landing! Every single staff member was so helpful and nice. I cannot say enough great things about Nichol, Les, and their phenomenal staff. Cooper's Landing was the absolute best choice for our day and we could not be happier that we chose it. From start to finish, Nichol handled everything. Her staff is professional, hard-working, and treat you like family. They have an extensive drink menu and food menu to choose from and my guests are still raving about going back to the venue for dinner with family and friends because the food was so delicious! When our wedding planning began we wanted something within two hours of our hometown and big enough to have 100 guest, This place is just perfect, the First and ONLY venue I looked at! From the moment i met Nichol, I knew this was the place for Our Wedding Day. . . Her husband Les and her Amazing Staff became our friends in hours. . . From the rooms to the food we had zero complaints. . . We were lucky enough to plan a weekend where all of her rooms and cottages were available to house our family and friends, also within 2 miles of the venue is a hotel and cabins at the state park, which we were also overly satisfied with! We made a very affordable wedding weekend out of it! It was PERFECT to say the least! Our guest have given us amazing reviews about EVERYTHING! Coopers landing has a one of a kind ambiance from the most peaceful/heavenly place TO Celebrate, Dance, and party the night away. . . Vance and I couldn't have asked for a better wedding weekend with 120 of our closest people! Nichol was amazing, my vision was beyond fulfilled! Our wedding was everything but traditional, they allowed us to come in and add our touch of decor and never made us feel like we were in their way, felt completely at home, and understand that I had twelve girlfriends running around placing decor, decor, and more decor. . . I could go on and on about Our Weekend Wedding Experience at Coopers, to sum it up, it was a pleasure just being there. . . Our guest have asked if we can do it again next year Bc it was such a great experience and has been said by many \"the BEST WEDDING they have ever attended!\" HATS OFF to Coopers Landing for making our wedding weekend full of FANTASTIC MEMORIES. . . If you are looking for a venue with an outdoors, rustic, garden type theme wedding, this is the perfect venue. The wedding packages are essentially all inclusive, so it's a one stop shop if you're a bride like me, who was definitely NOT into stressing over all the little minutia. The accommodations are wonderful, the food was excellent, and the service was top notch.

Nichol and Les Cooper were so attentive to our needs and made our wedding their top priority. We appreciated their last minute planning to get tents and shuttle drivers when the weather was not so spectacular. They were able to accommodate both of our families at the Inn for the weekend, and all were able to enjoy the venue and beautiful setting for a truly memorable event. We highly recommend this B&B if you are looking to get the package deal with a unique flavor all your own.

Nichol and her team were great at catering to every detail, from the food, to setup, to coordinating the evening. The packages make planning a wedding very simple for your perfect day. \rI wanted BBQ and mac & cheese, etc for my wedding and they made it happen!! GREAT food!! My husband and I visited Cooper's Landing for the first time when we were deciding where to have our wedding. We wanted a venue with southern, shaby chic charm that could offer an intimate feel to a wedding with 150 guests. We were also interested in a place that would provide wedding coordination services. Coopers Landing was perfect. \rThe Inn itself has just the southern charm and beauty we were looking for. The grounds are beautifully taken care of. The ceremony site was just what we had in mind. It is shabby chic/romantic and intimate, yet had plenty of space for our 150 guests. You really have to see it in person and you will fall in love with it! \rThe reception was wonderful as well. All of my guests kept commenting on how great the service and the food was. ***Even if you do not have your wedding here, you must go to the Inn for dinner sometime, the food is fabulous!!!! We are people who love to eat out and enjoy great food, and Cooper's Landing has it. I was told over and over again by guests that it was the best food at a wedding they have ever had. Cooper's landing will make your wedding cake as well. They made ours and it was picture perfect and oh so good. I can't wait for our one year aniversary so we can try it again! (They kindly boxed up the top teir for us to freeze for our one year anniversary)\rNichol (inn owner) coordinated our entire wedding and she was on top of everything. From the moment we decided to have our wedding at Cooper's Landing, I was in close contact with Nichol going over details and ideas. The day of the wedding Nichol really went above and beyond. I was able to relax and not think about anything but enjoying the best day of my life. To give an example, the morning of the wedding was threatening rain. I very much wanted everyhing to be outside so this was worrisome. (we had opted not to reserve a tent) Nichol encouraged me to enjoy the day with my bridesmaids and she would take care of it. She was able to find a tent rental that morning! The tent was so wonderful, it was strung with lights and gave the reception even more of an intimate feel which we LOVED! Nichol really saved the day.\rI also loved that we did not have to worry about seating for guests during the ceremony, tables/chairs/silverware ect. Nichol takes care of everything. \rThe rooms at Cooper's Landing are so comfortable, relaxing and beutiful. I enjoyed the HUGE jacuzzi tub the night before the wedding and the morning before, just to make sure I was extra relaxed. :) \rSince the food is to die for, we opted to have our rehersal dinner at the Inn the night before the wedding. It was perfect. As there are many different spots inside and outside the inn to enjoy a party, we were able to pick a different spot for the rehersal dinner (pool side) so that it could be different from the reception site. Once again, the food was raved about and the service was exceptional. \rWe were able to book the entire Inn, so that it was only our wedding guests for the weekend. The Inn had plenty of rooms for our immediate familes. Other guests stayed down the street in a hotel, and then several guests stayed in the State Park which is right on the lake in Clarksville. I am still being told months later that it was the best wedding weekend ever experienced by my guests. Many of the guests will be returning to the Inn for weekdend getaways. We are already planning our one year anniversary weekend there, I can't wait!

Nichol is the owner, she did a great job of setting up the wedding and working with my now Husband and I. Service was great, they were extremely helpful and flexible. The minister they hired could have been better, and we didn't get the food we asked for at our reception but it was all still wonderful. The hot tub was amazing!! Beautiful wedding setting!! Wonderful rooms!

Nichol is the owner, she did a great job of setting up the wedding and working with my now Husband and I. Service was great, they were extremely helpful and flexible. The minister they hired could have been better, and we didn't get the food we asked for at our reception but it was all still wonderful. The hot tub was amazing!! Beautiful wedding setting!! Wonderful rooms!

Nichol Cooper (Owner) Hi . . . my name is Nichol and I handle all the weddings and events at Cooper's Landing. My husband and I opened Cooper's Landing in 2004 and have been a part of over 700 weddings at the Inn. We pride ourselves on giving our brides a unique, memorable, and affordable wedding of their dreams. We have owned and operated Cooper's for over 15 years and are also excited to be adding a new venue to the Cooper's Landing family in 2018 with our new waterfront wedding pavilion at Turtle Cove. We pride ourselves on being hands-on owners and making sure our staff helps you create your dream wedding.
