We had the most wonderful experience working with Deborah at Copper Bowl Ranch! The property is stunning and we are so happy we had our wedding there. The ranch has a wonderful outdoor space for a tent and a magical ceremony area in the woods. She also recently built an outdoor pavilion with a fireplace, which we used for our cocktail hour before the reception. We used the large indoor space as well for the rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding. Everything is so thoughtfully decorated, so it was all really beautiful. Deborah was so helpful throughout the entire planning process. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided videos of the property, as we were planning the wedding from out of state.

This venue was unbelievable. Deborah and her team helped us every step of the way. We had our wedding and our grooms dinner there the night before. The grooms dinner was hosted entirely in the event center and Deb managed the catering and set up. We did a rustic italian themed dinner and game night for about 100 guests. She accommodated about 2x the original amount of guests flexibly. There was ample parking, lots of great lighting, and tons of space. The event area is so clean and well set up. For our wedding, we used more of the property. They have a gorgeous tree + ceremony area that was just spectacular. Getting married in front of a huge Maple tree made us feel so special. Later we hosted a cocktail hour in outdoor pavilion with fireplace. We also rented a 60x80 tent that sat beautifully in their hay fields for our reception, dinner, dancing and night fireworks. Looking out from the tent you could see horses grazing in the fields, dragon flies above the scenic water areas, barns, and other special request items. We had the option of choosing whether to include or not include various scenic points such as tractors, a collectors truck, and a trailer bar. We selected to have the trailer bar near our tent, and some of the other items positioned further away to allow guests to travel around the property. As the night wound down, we were able to use the event center for lighting and continuing music and games as the DJ had left.From start to finish it was a dream wedding and we wouldnt have been able to do it without Deborah and the Copper Bowl Ranch. Thank you so much for making our wedding the most special day to us.

You will not find ANY other venue that truly cares about your vision, ideas, or requests. Deb goes above and beyond to make you feel listened to and heard. It’s an absolutely magical place, you won’t understand until you see it!

My daughter had her wedding at this venue in September 2023. The venue is stunningly beautiful and the ceremony space is breathtaking.The owner was extremely helpful and attentive. She was very thoughtful in working behind the scenes to ensure the guests had everything they could need. I highly recommend holding your event at this hidden gem. It is truly a remarkable experience.

Deborah Kastner (Owner) As a mother of five, grandmother of six, and owner/operator of Copper Bowl Ranch I find that my greatest love and passion is sharing this property in all its beauty and uniqueness. We currently have 13 horses, 2 goats, and 2 chickens residing on site. Wildlife abounds in the area with sunrises and sunsets that take your breath away. My background in special events and my passion for providing a unique and memorable occasion have blended very well with this property. We desire to share its beauty with those seeking a special place to host their wedding.
