My husband and I decided on getting married at cooper fox over a year before our wedding. We were thrilled one we found this place! It was everything we were looking for. Though the whole process wasn’t without frustration as the event coordinator we booked with was fired two months before our wedding. We weren’t told until I reached out to that coordinator after not hearing from her and she told me she was fired and thought the venue would have told us by then. The things we had been told by her were not consistent with what we were being told by our new coordinators so it was very confusing. Things I had already discussed I had to discuss again and it added a lot of stress just two months before. But I have to say that the wedding itself was absolutely PERFECT! Everything that was frustrating before was fixed in time and it all came together beautifully. I really appreciated Mandy’s helpfulness and creativity with decor and making things look the way we wanted. And the wait staff/bartenders were the best part! They seemed to genuinely enjoy their job and were so kind and it was fun to see them dance to our music!! The food was delicious, our guests couldn’t stop talking about it. Overall I would definitely book with them. The price/package you just can’t beat and the photos are beautiful outside in the courtyard. I think a lot of our frustrations came from a badly timed inconvenience and they had to try to pick up everything our original coordinator was doing. But genuinely a great place for a small wedding.

We needed a space near our hotel to host both our rehearsal dinner and brunch and Copper Fox delivered on both! We had a smaller, more intimate setting for the rehearsal dinner. I enjoyed the separate side entrance and the appetizers were to die for! It was a wonderful intimate setting. The staff was very friendly and food delicious. Everyone should get the dessert table! We even had treats to take with. Brunch we had in the larger ballroom and it was absolutely beautiful. All of the breakfast options were so delicious and we had fun with the mimosa bar. The venue was very accommodating to our friends with dietary restrictions They also had beautiful centerpieces to choose from, which was nice as it was one less thing to worry about. Everything turned out beautifully!

Everything was perfect! Nikki was very communicative and accommodating to make sure our big day was everything we wanted. Our guests were very happy with the experience as well!

I held my future daughter-in-law's bridal shower at Copper Fox in June 2023. Nikki was a great help through the touring of the venue up until the day of the event. The room was tastefully decorated and the brunch and champagne bar were great. Thank you to Nikki and her team for making it a wonderful experience.

My husband and I got married earlier this month and we were so happy with our reception at Copper Fox. Nikki and Mandy were wonderful to work with, they were kind, helpful, and accommodating. Everything was set up just like we asked, the food was great, and overall we were so happy with them!

Nikki and the entire Copper Fox team were beyond a delight to work with. They made our vision come to life so easily, and truly listened to all our needs and wants. They were so accommodating and creative with our budget, and found every way to say “yes” when and where they could. Communication was always prompt and clear. Nikki and her team think of everything and they did an amazing job with taking anything they could off our shoulders. Food and service was such a delight. Guests raved about the food and venue even days after the event. We had so many compliments by the end of the evening. We couldn’t be happier with our experience.

Recently did our wedding rehearsal dinner with Copper Fox/Foxfire and it was perfect! The food portions were huge and delicious, drink offerings were excellent whether going with wine or cocktails, and super yummy desserts. Nikki and her staff were helpful through the whole process and took care of me and my severe food allergy. We had a wonderful, attentive waitress and our guests raved about the food! Would highly recommend for wedding or rehearsal! Very close to downtown Geneva wedding venues too!

We hosted our son and daughter in laws rehearsal dinner at Copper Fox. It was very nice. The room was comfortable, food was fabulous, and the staff was great. Working with Nikki was very enjoyable.

Copper Fox was honestly the best place for our Bridal Shower. We had the pleasure of working with Nikki and she was amazing, so kind and considerate and very well organized. We got a tour of both spaces and they were both absolutely beautiful. I loved both rooms and we ended up in the room that I dubbed more industrial chic. The food was UNREAL. Everything was so good and we couldn't have been happier with how our shower turned out. The staff was unbelievably attentive and I couldn't recommend Copper Fox any more. In the future, I could totally see myself revisiting Copper Fox for a baby shower haha! Highly HIGHLY recommend!

Every detail from your initial meeting with Nikki, will be attended to by our team. Overseen from beginning to end, we ensure your day will be perfect, as you've always dreamed!In her time off Nikki enjoys traveling with her family, spending time with her kids, husband, & dogs, and crafting. Mandy enjoys time with her family, and her Boston Terriers, as well as creating her Haunted House every year and the costume make up that goes along with it.
