Can not say enough good things about having our wedding here. We planned our wedding from out of state and did not see the venue until 4 days before our wedding. It was 100% everything we could hope for. Mary made planning so easy for us. All vendors raved about one another. Multiple of our guests said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. It was perfect thanks to Mary and the Cork Factory!

GET MARRIED AT CORK FACTORY! We had the most stunning wedding on NYE at Cork Factory Hotel in Lancaster, PA! It was truly a night for the books and it’s all thanks to Mary Reachard 🤍 she planned it effortlessly from start to finish! The whole process at Cork is seamless, you have the different options for catering, menus, vendors etc! They give it all to you in a booklet which made it so much easier to follow long as the date got closer! They offer a tasting for couples getting married at Cork so that you are able to taste the food that will be served on your big day! The day of, Mary dropped off the flowers, made sure all the vendors knew where to be and everything ran so smoothly! If you can pick your wedding coordinator, pick Mary Reachard she is an absolute blast to be with and a joy to plan with 🤍🫶🏻🥹 Mary goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect and I am happy to now call her a very close friend!

We had our wedding at The Cork Factory this past December and it was the most special day. Our coordinator Mary, was responsive and accommodating with not only myself, but my fiancé and my mother who were all apart of the planning process. She gave insight into aspects of the wedding that I hadn’t even thought about and was so grateful for in hind sight. Our day was what we hoped for from start to finish! We can’t thank Mary and the staff enough for all of the work that went into making our day everything that we could have hoped for.

I just had my wedding on 12/3/23 at the Cork Factory Hotel and it was amazing! The venue is BEAUTIFUL. If you love a more rustic dark wood and red brick aesthetic like I do then this is your place. One of my good friends had a summer wedding that I attended at this venue which was beautiful and that is how I heard of the cork factory. I always wanted a wintery/Christmas vibe wedding and the venue is beautiful around Christmas time! They assign you a coordinator early on to help with planning and answer questions. I had Mary and she was incredible. I was anxious and had no idea how to plan a wedding or what I needed to do and she made everything so easy and nice. The venue takes care of food and the wedding cake which is amazing. They can do a great open bar and you choose your package based on alcohol preference and they made our signature drinks so well! The team also flips the ballroom where you have the ceremony during cocktail our to be perfectly set up for the reception. Overall I made the absolute right choice with the venue and thanks again to Mary! Besides helping with all the planning she made the actually wedding day smooth and easy which was a god send! Highly recommend cork factory as they do weddings every weekend and really know what they are doing!

Our wedding was in July of 2023. When we were looking for venues, we wanted something that was beautiful and convenient. The Cork Factory is both! The ballroom is gorgeous and there are so many beautiful areas on the property for your photos to be taken. Our coordinator Mary made the planning process so easy for us too! We loved the convenience of the amazing food, bar, cake being included in the package and the provided list of recommended vendors for anything else we needed. It was one of the best days and I am still hearing from family and friends what an amazing time that they had!

I was looking for a venue that would take care of everything for me and wouldn’t have me or my friends and family running around and setting things up and tearing things down on my wedding day. The coordinators and staff took care of everything day off and the list of preferred vendors they provided was so helpful in selecting quality florist, musicians and DJ. So many of our guests told us it was the most beautiful and best food at any wedding they’ve been to ! Cost was a little high but worth every penny.

From the moment we found Cork Factory online to the day after the wedding every single detail was perfect! The food, venues, staff, accommodations.. all of it was amazing and made the whole process of planning a wedding so stress free! Jen was our coordinator and she knew all our vendors and was somehow there every time we needed a hand. If I was going to get married again tomorrow I would do everything the same way and recommend the Cork Factory to everyone I know! The costs are the same if you went somewhere less inclusive, but being able to know all our details were taken care of was worth every penny. And taking most of the decisions off our plate, since we didn't need to shop around for catering or transportation or place settings really took a load off of our mental plate while we planned the rest. The whole process was smooth, streamlined, and our guests were gushing about Cork Factory so it wasn't just the bride and groom that they treated well. The staff are all professionals and the service was impeccable. 10 out of 5 stars!

The Cork Factory Hotel was an absolute dream to hold our wedding. Mary was our coordinator and she did everything in a spectacular way. She was extremely responsive with all communication especially with being an out of state couple. The entire team went above and beyond and we could not have asked for anything better. Truly and amazing experience. You will completely taken care of when using this venue. Absolutely amazing! 1000 stars if I could!

RUN, do not walk, RUN to Cork Factory and get your wedding booked ASAP. We have received endless compliments about this venue. Not just the aesthetic it added to our Til Death theme, but also the hotel, the food, the area, EVERYTHING was done exceptionally. From start to finish, Cork makes wedding planning easy including an epic tasting event for you and your family, rehearsal dinner spaces, and top of the line coordinators who make sure you are 100% covered from the moment you check in to the follow up after the wedding is over. Jen was a CHAMPION. My wedding had many intricate details, special requests, and things I wanted done a very specific way, and she executed flawlessly with a calming disposition that made me feel at ease during the craziness. We are so grateful for our CF team and if we had to do it all over again, we’d choose them every single time.

We can’t say enough good things about the Cork Factory Hotel. They have EVERYTHING you could possibly need for the perfect wedding weekend. We hosted our rehearsal dinner and wedding ceremony/reception there. Our guests were raving about the food and how beautiful the venue is. The service is FANTASTIC and the hotel rooms are convenient and beautiful. Guests loved that everything was located all on one campus. Our coordinator Jen was the absolute best and made our day 10000% stress free (even when we lost the wedding bands 10 minutes before the ceremony). She was calm, cool, and collected the entire day and handled everything with grace and ease. If you’re considering the Cork Factory, you should absolutely book here for your wedding. We had the best time, so did our guests, and we would not change one thing!!!

We had the absolute best day at the Cork Factory Hotel! As we all know, planning a wedding can be quite stressful. Our coordinator, Abby, made the process so easy and kept us on track with our timeline throughout the event. Our guests loved the venue (especially the food) and said it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. I originally only wanted our fall wedding to be outside, but I wouldn't change a thing about having our ceremony and reception at the Cork Factory. It is such a unique, rustic, and warm space - it fit our aesthetic perfectly. Not to mention having all of our guest staying conveniently down the hall from the ballroom was so easy. I highly recommend renting the bridal and billiard suites as well for getting ready in. I know our hair and makeup team was happy about it because they have the room and set up to pamper us all morning. You are absolutely making the best decision by having your wedding at the Cork Factory Hotel!

TLDR: Wouldn’t have changed a thingMy husband and I were married at The Cork Factory in October and had an incredible experience with our coordinator Mary and the staff. We arrived on Friday before the wedding where Mary led our Ceremony Rehearsal before our Rehearsal Dinner which took place in The Baker’s Table. The Rehearsal was quick and informative and I felt so confident in our practice that we were done within minutes.During our Rehearsal Dinner we had the Crab Cakes & Rosemary Chicken and booked a two hour open bar. Having the dinner onsite made it so convenient for our family and friends because after checking into their hotel room, all they had to do was walk across the parking lot! The service was so great and we loved having a special place for our pre-wedding event. Saturday morning, our bridal party and family members met us in the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Suite. The Bridal Suite has a huge counter with a large mirror and the best selfie lighting. We fit 10 of us in the suite easily with all of our stuff and food. Looking back on our photos from the day, the suite was a perfect location for my getting ready photos as well!The Groom’s Suite had a pool table, comfy couches, and a TV. We had at least 14 people in and out of the suite while getting ready and there was plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the morning. We were blessed with rain on our wedding day and we were able to use the awning attached to the building for our First Look and Bridal Party photos. The ceremony and reception were so well done that I can’t even think of a hiccup to write about. Mary and the team were so accommodating with our decor and non-traditional requests. The food was delicious and we had the London Broil and Tuscan Chicken. Also our guests that chose the Vegan Meatloaf were raving about its flavor. We were able to add a second bar to the terrace for Beer and Wine to help guests enjoy the evening and we think that was a great addition.For dessert, we had the incredible cake by TCF (chocolate/vanilla & raspberry/lemon layers) and the buffet of chocolate chip cookies, whoopie pies, and oatmeal cream pies. To say these were a hit would be an understatement, the trays were completely clear by the end of the night and I still have family asking if we have extra for them. At the end of the event, Mary and the staff packed all of our decor into one concise pile and we were able to load it into our car Sunday morning.TCF works so well with other vendors (specifically 3West and Petals by Style) that our dance floor was full before dinner was done and centerpieces looked so elegant. In regards to planning, I was completely impressed with the information we received from the team. We were able to attend the original tour, an open house with our family, and the Tasting Event where we got to enjoy the feeling of our wedding by sitting at the reception tables, listening to music, and trying all the food. It was the most well designed tasting experience I’ve seen. Mary had multiple Zoom calls with us to ensure all our questions were answered and that we were aware of the decisions we needed to make (est guest count, food selection, cake design etc). I know that our guests had an incredible time and I wouldn’t change a single thing from the event.If you are looking for a high quality, and efficiently run business, don’t hesitate with The Cork Factory because they will be booked up!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Cork Factory Hotel on 9/8/23. It was an incredible day. We booked the venue a year and a half in advance with Keri, who was so amazing in explaining all the details and working with us to have our wedding vision come true. Our wedding coordinator Jen was incredible. She made sure everything was perfect leading up to the day and went above and beyond the day of. From making sure we ate, to leaving us dessert in our room and just being so prompt and officiant. The team set up the venue perfectly with our decor and was extremely professional. The food was absolutely incredible, especially the mashed potatoes! We upgraded cocktail hour with a taco bar and Mac and cheese bar - so worth it! It was a hit. Our guests still rave about the unique venue and amazing food. Plus, having everyone’s hotel rooms within walking distance was soo convenient. We cannot thank Jen and the team enough for all their hard work! We’d recommend the Cork Factory to anyone looking for a unique all-inclusive venue,

The reason why I booked the Cork Factory Hotel for my wedding largely was due to all of the amenities it came with. I didn’t have to worry about a different place for food and dessert vendors. I could stay on sight in the Hotel the night before and after. Everything about the venue just felt right. When I met my Wedding Coordinator- Mary Reachard- I was so very impressed with the attention to detail and her overall calm “I got this” attitude. She made the planning process so fun! I felt beyond taken care of months before and the day of my Wedding. I had my wedding on October 13th, 2023 and the whole day just felt perfect. I stayed in the bridal suite the night before and I rented both the Wedding Suite and The Billiards Suite for the bridal party to get ready in the morning of the wedding… talk about feeling like Royalty! If you have a large bridal party I would absolutely book the get ready suites for the space alone. Be prepared for some wonderful customer service! I do not say that lightly! The week of my wedding I was in a total of 3 weddings and a MOH in one. My wedding went off so smoothly because I felt like I had a team following the timeline that Mary put forth. My friends who had their weddings at other locations did not have a team like me and they didn’t have a coordinator who communicated with them like mine and it showed. -During my one friend’s wedding her ceremony room wasn’t set up they way she had requested and she did not have anyone their to follow a timeline to make sure dances, speeches, etc. started at the right time so guests ending up waiting forever to eat. My bride friend’s stress level was way different compared to mine on my wedding day. - I attest my wonderful experience to Mary and the team at Cork Factory Hotel for listening and following through. You get what you pay for and they are worth every single penny!I also want to give a huge shout out to Erin who takes care of the save the dates and invitations… she is so creative and made the picking and choosing process fun! Great Job Cork Factory Hotel Team! I feel so honored to have had such a perfect wedding thanks to you all.

I had so many high points of my experience with Cork Factory Hotel. First, when looking at different venues, Cork Factory Hotel stands out from the crowd. Kerri was a fantastic tour guide for the gorgeous venue and the photos speak for themselves. The wedding guides they provide make it really easy to run comparisons and figure out your estimated cost/budget right from the start, with clear prices per head and all taxes and fees included in those prices. We loved how beautiful the whole place was, and how everyone could stay right on-site in lovely rooms that were reasonably priced- with a free parking lot on site making that part a breeze for guests staying overnight and guests coming only for the wedding. I was assigned Jennifer Noel as my coordinator and she could not have been nicer or more helpful through the whole process. I sent emails to Jenn the whole year leading up to the wedding and I have no idea how she kept up with all the weddings happening that week and month and then mine that was far off in the distance but she maintained incredible files, answered all my questions, and knew exactly what was going on with my wedding all along. We held a meeting maybe 6 months pre-wedding where Jenn got a lot of information from us and let us know exactly what decisions were left to be made. We held our rehearsal there too and Jenn was there to make sure everyone knew what to do for that night and for the wedding and keep it all running smoothly. Jenn made what would have otherwise been a lot of stress for me to gather all of our decorations and everything so easy. She got the welcome bags and a huge box with all my decorations and I just needed to show up to the rehearsal and wedding and see everything looking incredible. The morning after, it was all in boxes ready for me to just carry it out. The wedding day itself could not have run more smoothly. Jenn had us running exactly on time and I never had to worry. We took so many pictures during cocktail hour but returned to find Jenn there waiting for us with a huge plate of our hors d'oeuvres for the two of us to get a couple of each one. She had all the answers all the way through so we could relax and enjoy as much as you can during the rush of a wedding day! Honestly could not recommend Cork Factory Hotel and Jenn more.. it is a stunning place with absolute professionals who have everything under control, treat you so kindly and like you matter, and pull off the most beautiful and fun events. Thanks again Jenn, Kerri, and the rest of Cork Factory Hotel. Hope you pick this place – you will not regret it!The food was so good and the wedding cake was beautiful We arrived to our room after the wedding and after party to find extra cake to enjoy as well as the tier boxed up for our first anniversary. They really made everything SO awesome and easy.A lot of the little things are totally covered. They're ready to help with everything. The linens are all included, I used their table numbers, and I had a really cool cork box that I used as the guestbook, having guests sign a cork and throw it in the corkbox. I bought sharpies but didn't even think about needing a bowl or something to hold the corks and the markers. Jenn had an ACTUAL CORK MATERIAL little pencil holder and bowl that we put the sharpies and corks in... seriously. So amazing.

This was the venue of my dreams and Abby made it such a seamless and easy experience to plan! She was very responsive to all of my questions and never made me feel bad for asking a ton of them. We chose to do our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks here too which was the best because it made everything super easy for our guests, most of whom stayed at the hotel. The venue being a hotel was a major plus for us too since 99% of our guests were traveling from out of town and would need accommodation. We loved that there was no penalty for unused rooms in our block. So many guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and I have to agree. The food was also phenomenal and it was nice that it was all in-house because we didn't need to go through finding an outside caterer and figuring out all of those details. I would recommend CFH to anyone who is getting married and is looking in Lancaster, it was amazing!!

Keri and her team did a phenomenal job for our reception dinner. Keri made sure that all the details were perfect and the staff was courteous and kind the entire night. The space is immaculate and it was decorated exactly how I pictured it. The food was outstanding! Not only was it presented beautifully, but it tasted AMAZING! I cannot sing the praises of this venue enough! It made my wedding truly unforgettable and hassle free.

My now wife and I had the time of our lives last weekend! Cork Factory is clearly a space designed to celebrate love and Lancaster City has the kind of charm and history that serves as the perfect backdrop to a day of pure magic. The brick aesthetic also makes for incredible pictures.Our coordinator, Jen, was like a conductor. We never once had to worry with her supporting us, from setup and room flip, to ceremony direction and guest supervision. At one point I lost my phone and when I asked her about it, she simply opened a drawer and said \"here it is,\" as if appearing on command. Just a small example of her wedding wizardry. Jen, if you're reading this, I just want to put it simply: you crushed it.Also, it's worth mentioning that the bride and groom suites are far superior than other suites we toured. The groomsmen suite where I got ready had a pool table that received quite a lot of use.There are a ton of 5-star reviews on here for a reason. Trust them. This place delivers.

I couldn’t have better things to say about the Cork Factory Hotel. I am SO glad me and my husband chose this venue to get married at. The big reasons we chose the cork was its a one stop shop, they have the hotel aspect so guests can opt to stay, and it’s weather proof. From the early stages of planning to the day of, the cork has been so helpful, professional, and wonderful in the wedding planning process. We had our ceremony and reception in the ballroom; and had a ton of guest stay at the hotel, which was so convenient to have everything right there. The food and service day of was amazing. Our wedding coordinator Jen was SO fun to work with; she made our day go by flawlessly. I can’t recommend the Cork enough. It goes by very quick, so enjoy every moment!

The most beautiful rustic and elegant venue in Lancaster, especially if barns are not your thing! Abby Forney was amazing to work with. She always communicated with us and responded quickly, even when she was on vacation! I honestly don’t know what we would’ve done without her, or a coordinator at all. She kept everyone in line and knew the timeline of the night. She even knew where and how I wanted certain decorations and made sure it happened. Cork is an all inclusive venue so they handle everything from food, alcohol, service staff, cake, set up and cleanup. They make it extremely easy for everyone to just show up and enjoy themselves. Everything went smoothly and we will cherish the memories forever!Also the bride and groom suites are amazing!

I am SO glad I had my wedding reception at the Cork Factory Hotel. The entire process was seamless from touring the venue, getting detailed information about the venue, booking a date, reminders about upcoming payments, and especially working with the staff. I am so lucky that I got to work with Abby as my day-of coordinator, she was calm, detailed, and very flexible with everything from moving tables around to making meetings work around my busy schedule. The day of, everything ran without any problems and we had the absolute best time! I highly recommend the Cork Factory and Abby!!

Cork factory hotel is THE place to get married!! From our first yes on the venue to the I do’s on our big day, our coordinator Jen, took care of everything!! It was such a flawless planning process I felt at ease for our entire engagement. Jen answered every tedious email, and ensured all of our needs were met. She truly brought every vision to life. We were THRILLED with our wedding at the Cork Factory Hotel on May 28, 2023. Everyone at the Cork Factory are absolute pro's at wedding planning, and it shows. From our first tour to the sweet message our coordinator sent us the week after our wedding, every interaction exceeded expectations and every detail was thought of. Our biggest priority for our wedding was being able to enjoy the day of totally without stress or, really, anything to do beyond getting married, and being at the Cork Factory (and having the world's best coordinator, Jennifer Noel) meant that was exactly what I could do.In the lead-up to the wedding, the Cork Factory does a great job of staying in touch. Their list of recommended vendors is comprehensive - we picked almost all of our vendors from their recommended list (and they were all so wonderful to work with). Especially since we were planning from Washington, DC, knowing that my vendors came pre-screened from a venue we trusted meant a lot. The team provides a general timeline, as well, and we had so much fun at the tasting event.We really wanted an inclusive wedding venue, and the Cork Factory's package included it all. The house linens are beautiful, the chairs included are wonderful (Chivari!!), and the food!! In addition to being delicious, there was lots of food at the cocktail hours (from stations to passed apps, the Cork Factory does a wonderful job with staging it around the cocktail hour to avoid serious lines), and the dinner for almost 150 people was served extremely quickly to all. The in house cake is included, as well, and delicious! The cocktail hour space is where the bar is during the dinner, and it ended up being wonderful to still have that space for some of our guests who wanted to socialize more than dance once the dance floor opened up. The space is stunning - they've done a wonderful job incorporating their history in a beautiful, modern hotel. I highly advise booking the wedding and the billiards suites - they are beautiful, spacious, and the perfect getting ready space. We had our rehearsal dinner and brunch on site, as well, and it was so relaxing to be able to host everything at one venue but in three different spaces.By far, the best thing that working with the Cork Factory got us was our coordinator, Jennifer Noel, who was an absolute lifesaver. She answered all of our (many!!) questions quickly and thoroughly in the lead-up to the event. She coordinated with our vendors for set up, she reserved a plate of passed appetizers from the cocktail hour for us to eat at dinner, she dealt with clean-up, she made sure our belongings were where we could easily find them the next day - from big to litte, everything was so well-handled by her. I miss working with her now that our wedding is over - which is a very high compliment considering how stressful wedding planning is!All in all, I strongly, strongly recommend the Cork Factory Hotel. People always say \"something goes wrong at every wedding,\" but that was not true at our wedding! It was absolutely perfect, and so much of that is thanks to having it at the Cork Factory Hotel.

I cannot say enough amazing things about The Cork Factory Hotel! It was hot and humid on our wedding day July 1st, so having all events indoors in a BEAUTIFUL setting was so nice for us and our guests. We had a large guest list and The Cork Factory Hotel was able to comfortably accommodate everyone. Mary made wedding planning SO enjoyable and was helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. I was able to give her all of my supplies for the wedding the day before, and she coordinated the rooms and the décor PERFECTLY on the wedding day. She frequently checked on us on wedding day and made the whole day stress-free! Our guests were amazed at the food, drinks, cocktail hour, and elegance of the wedding, and also enjoyed the convenience of staying right on site. The bridal suite is a dream and got so many compliments from my hair and makeup artists, and the billiards suite was a great place for the groom/groomsmen to hangout and play pool while getting ready. All of our guests said that this was one of the best weddings that they have been to and we are hoping to have the opportunity to come back in the future!

The Cork Factory Hotel provided the perfect atmosphere for our wedding in February of 2023. The entire day felt like a dream. Keri, Mary, and the rest of the Cork Factory staff were extremely kind, professional, helpful, and caring. We fell in love with the ballroom space during our tour. The fireplace and exposed brick provided such a cozy yet elegant backdrop. The Cork Factory Hotel provides so much comfort and convenience. The Cork Factory Hotel truly has it all. The entire wedding day occurred without stress about transportation. They have beautiful rooms for the bridal party to get ready. The ballroom is quickly and beautifully transformed between the ceremony and the reception. The guests can book hotel rooms and easily walk to their room after the reception. All our guests said it was one of the best weddings they have attended. Thank you Cork Factory Hotel and Staff for helping to provide our dream wedding. We are already looking forward to coming back for a stay at the hotel over our anniversary!

We cannot say enough about how great this venue is - from the beautiful space to an amazing coordinator to the best food, the Cork Factory is a 10 out of 10! We never thought we would need a \"day of\" coordinator but Mary made the day go so smoothly, I don't know how we would have done it without her. All of the guests have raved about the food - several people said it was the best Chicken and Short ribs they have ever had. The rehearsal dinner was also amazing at the Cork & Cap. The fact that we could have everything in one place and not have to drive all over town, and then just walk down the hall to our room, was perfect. We will tell all of our friends - you cannot go wrong with Cork Factory.

My husband and I really wanted a small intimate wedding. We also wanted a venue where guest could stay the evening and make a weekend out of our celebration. We were so happy to hear that the CF could accommodate a smaller wedding in their warehouse (55 guests). We were able to enjoy the beautiful hotel, gorgeous venue , and get ready suites but on a smaller scale. Despite being a smaller wedding party , we never felt “less” ! The coordinators (Jennifer & Keri ) were amazing and so patient with alllll of my questions! We made the best choice selecting this venue and have no regrets !

We got married at the Cork Factory in April 2023 and we couldn’t have asked for a better day! Abby was our coordinator and she made the whole process as easy as possible. She answered all our questions and thought of questions for us that never would’ve crossed our mind to help bring our vision to life. She handled everything on the day of so we had nothing to worry about except for actually getting married and having fun. The food was delicious and we’ve heard from multiple guests that it’s some of the best wedding food they’ve had. We’ve also had multiple people comment on how beautiful the venue itself is. We can’t thank Abby and the Cork Factory staff enough for helping us have the best day!! We would definitely recommend to anyone!

We recently got married at the Cork Factory Hotel and loved our experience! Mary was a huge help throughout the entire process. Mary and the team have a great process in place that makes it easy for the bride and groom to lock in all the details for the big day. Mary was extremely responsive in answering questions and they were very flexible with last minute changes. Their packages make everything easy to select and and they are very upfront with their charges from the beginning. I would highly recommend the Cork Factory Hotel as a wedding venue. We had both our ceremony and reception in the ballroom and it made everything so easy. We got so many compliments from all of our guests about how great the food was, how pretty the venue was, how nice the hotel was, how nice the front desk staff was, how nice the wait staff was, how organized the weekend was, how delicious the cake was, how fast the bartenders were (I could keep going but I think you get the point)!! The Cork Factory venue and team are incredible. My now husband and I planned our dream wedding in Pennsylvania while living in Idaho. The Cork Factory has an amazing team that helped make the process seamless, helped us have personal touches, and made sure the day was beautiful. We are so blessed to have had our reception at Cork Factory. Our guests said the dinner was amazing, everyone loved the open bar and our signature cocktails, and the amenities are fantastic. We initially met with Keri to get our wedding planning process started and then we were able to work with Jen as our wedding coordinator. I cannot say enough good things. 10/10 recommend for a great experience. :D

Going with the Cork Factory was *the* best decision my husband and I made for our wedding. Our day was PERFECT. We had the mantra \"chill is the vibe\" for our wedding, and I don't think any other venue could have facilitated that. What we loved most about having our wedding here was that everything was just taken care of. They handled the cake. They did the set up and tear down. They provide a wedding coordinator. They do the food. The hotel is right on site so nobody has to worry about driving or ubering. The ability to just not worry about anything was worth every single penny.Additionally, the space is just stunning. We got married in the ballroom, and we saved so much money but keeping decorations minimal. You can definitely go all out, but you really don't need to!The food was delicious. The drinks were fantastic. The staff are so kind and skilled. And I absolutely LOVED our coordinator, Jen. She is thoughtful, sweet, and has great attention to detail. She was able to match our vibe and take care of so much. Every time I think about our wedding, I'll remember how wonderful she was and how she really made it what it is. I can't thank her or the staff at the Cork Factory enough.If you want a wedding that is as easy as a wedding can be- if you want to really ENJOY your day instead of feeling like you're playing host to a bunch of people, you absolutely need to consider the Cork Factory.

There are not enough stars or words to fully capture how wonderful the Cork Factory was. We booked CFH after researching and touring multiple venues in search of a perfect spot to host the winter wedding of my dreams. Immediately after touring we knew CF was the perfect fit - at first visit the staff was incredible, the space gorgeous, and when we stayed after our tour to have dinner and Cork and Cap we were sent glasses of champagne (we had not booked yet). Upon starting the wedding planning process both Keri and Jen were incredible helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Jen worked with us every step of the way for not only our reception, but also our rehearsal dinner AND post wedding breakfast all of which we hosted at CFH. Jen was easy to reach throughout planning and weekend of she made sure we had everything we needed. There were so many small touches as well -- when we got to our seats after cocktail hour there was a plate of hors d'oeuvres set for us (of course, we had eaten none) as well as each of our specialty drinks. When we returned to our suite after the reception there were two slices of cake, utensils, plates, as well as all of our cards with a special one from Jen. We cannot recommend Jen and the CFH staff enough!After an extensive wedding weekend with events in multiple spaces (the Warehouse, the Ballroom, and Cork and Cap) there is not a space in CFH that is not beautiful, although each has its own flare. The onsite accommodations are wonderful and made it so easy for guests to enjoy the wedding stress free. We cannot wait to be back for a friends wedding in April, who booked after we encouraged them to go check it out. The best decision we made!

We are not sure there are enough words to describe our amazing experience when working with the Cork team on planning our big day. We got married 1/6/23 and the wedding was an absolute dream come true. When we first met with Keri to tour the venue space, we left knowing Cork Factory was the perfect place for our cozy winter wedding. Our vision was to make our wedding day a day of celebration with little work from us, our parents and wedding party. Having a venue that handled food, set up, linens, tear down AND lodging on site lifted the burden of trying to nail down all the little details that come with wedding planning. We were all able to relax and enjoy every moment knowing that everything was handled. Our guests cannot stop complementing what a beautiful wedding we had and how delicious the food was. Special call out with the amazing atmosphere that the team created as it was the perfect amount of Christmas feel without it being the sole theme of the day. A huge thank you to all staff members on site being so friendly and helpful, but especially thank you to Abby. We are so incredibly grateful to have had Abby as our coordinator. Having her reassurance and guidance throughout the process made the entire planning experience seamless. The day of she was able to bring our vision to life better than we could have ever imagined and helped to ease all day of stress and nerves. Abby truly makes you feel more like a friend than a client, and it was extremely bittersweet when we came to the conclusion.

Summing up our experience at the Cork Factory is nearly impossible. It was a dream come true! This was my one and only venue I wanted to get married in. I toured with them in the summer of 2021 and booked immediately for January 7th, 2023.I don’t know where to start… Abby, Erin, Daniel, Mike, and everyone at the Cork Factory – I have so much appreciation and love for you all. Cork Factory has everything you need for your big day! I recommend booking the bridal and billiards suites! We got into our suites early (you can go in as early as you need) to set things up. It was so nice that my hair and make-up team traveled to Lancaster. I just had to set back and (try to) relax. The Ballroom without any upgrades is beautiful itself. We added lights and drapes from Shumaker and flowers/candles from The JDK Group. I loved the terrace and the parlor which were just outside of the ballroom. It created so much space for our guest to walk around. The food was so delicious. By far the best food I have ever had at a wedding. I promise I’m not only saying that because it was my wedding day. I still dream about the mashed potatoes (lol) because they were so darn good. We had a buffet style for our dinner. We served grilled chicken, salmon, short ribs, and beef tenderloin. Our late-night snack was a tater tot bar!! Oh, and the cake was so delicious! Abby was our wedding coordinator, and she was so lovely to work with. I would've been lost without her. I was truly heartbroken at the end of my wedding knowing I wouldn’t be in communication with her much. I felt like one of my best friends was moving away. The pre-planning went smoothly, and we appreciated her attention to detail, all of which gave us confidence in our wedding day going as planned. The day went by perfectly and Abby was a big part of making sure that happened. All my vendors said she was a pleasure to work with! You will be very lucky to have Abby as your coordinator. Erin helped us create the most beautiful wedding invitations with Diana from Letters to Rose. My family and I had the pleasure of meeting Daniel when we went to our food tasting in May of 2022. We had stopped in at the Cork & Cap for a quick drink before the tasting began. Daniel was our bartender and we instantly hit it off with him. I emailed Abby that night asking if we could have him bartend at our wedding. Fast forward to January 5th, we arrived at the Cork Factory a few nights before our wedding, went to the Cork & Cap, we saw Daniel and he shared the news he was going to bartend our wedding – which he usually doesn’t do!! We were over the moon!! Everyone talked about Daniel and how friendly he was. If you're to meet him, you will instantly love him. Mike was our server for the night of our rehearsal dinner. He was a blast! He laughed and joked with us as if he was a member of the family. I could go on and on about our experience. It’s only been a few short weeks and my guest are still texting me about how beautiful the day was. This wouldn’t have been possible without the amazing group of people at the Cork Factory. If you’re on the fence about choosing this venue this is your sign to have NO DOUBTS because it will be a fairytale wedding for you, as it was for me!!

We just had our dream Christmas wedding on 12/23/22; it was perfect. If you are looking for a one stop all inclusive wedding package/venue/team please look no further as The Cork Factory Hotel is spot! Their packages and prices are straightforward and fair, which allows you to have a wedding that is customizable to your vision and budget. Almost everything about your day and related to your day is taken care of from planning, ceremony rehearsal, decor set-up, food, drinks, coordinating, and decor tear down. Before our wedding, we met and talked with our fabulous coordinator Abby on multiple occasions and every time we felt comfortable and confident that our vision was being heard. She took so many notes, asked so many great questions, and made so many amazing suggestions. This was our first time planning anything like this and she made it easy. The Cork Factory Hotel even provided a list of recommended vendors which made finding our DJ, photographer, and florist a breeze. All their recommendations had great reviews, and most importantly these vendors have been to this venue dozens of times, ensuring you will have a seamless day. While looking for our venue, one of our top priorities was connivence for our guests. Abby helped set up our room block, ensuring we had plenty of rooms for our guests. Abby even helped reserve special ADA accessible rooms for some of our guests, an extra step that did not go unnoticed. Having everything in one location was just so comforting. We did not have to worry about transportation or fear if someone had too much to drink. While I know a lot of venues have beautiful outdoor spaces for the ceremony and then a separate barn or space for the reception, you need to think about your guests and the logistics of all that. We used the ballroom for both our reception and ceremony and the event space flip went seamlessly. While everyone was enjoying cocktail hour, the Cork Factory Hotel Staff went to work and transformed the space. We received so many compliments on our wedding day; everyone absolutely adored and enjoyed our venue, from the food to the vibe/atmosphere. Huge credit goes towards the staff and our Abby for making the day perfect. We may need to get married again, have a vow rental celebration or something just so we can have another huge party at the Cork Factory Hotel. I'm serious!

Cork Factory Hotel was the perfect venue for our October 21, 2022 wedding. From the initial visit to see the venue to the wedding day and even after, every person that helped us with our day was incredibly professional and so kind. Our guests loved the uniqueness of the ceremony/reception spaces and the hotel - all with a unique 1920's industrial feel. The staff made the planning process so easy! Our package included the ceremony/cocktail hour/reception space, cocktail hour apps, bar package, 3 meal choices (1 vegetarian), cake, our wedding night hotel room, a room block for our guests, linens/dinnerware/napkins, wedding coordinator, tasting event, and SO much more all with a very fair per person price. For the amount and quality of the offerings, it felt like a major steal! I was a very type-A bride, but CFH made everything PERFECT. Not a single thing went wrong or was out of place on our day thanks to our coordinator Mary. It was truly the best day ever. Our guests were so impressed with the food, the service, and the hotel. We plan to come back every year to celebrate our anniversary.

We got married at Cork 8-19-22 and it really was the best day ever. This was the first wedding venue we looked at and immediately knew it was the one. We really liked the unique atmosphere and the history but the big draw was that we could have the rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception, bride and groom suite, post wedding breakfast and hotel accommodations without ever having to leave the property. I know our guests also appreciated this as everyone spent the night and many spent the weekend. We were a little nervous as we had gone through a few coordinators and the last changed just a couple of weeks before our wedding. We ended up working with Jen who was absolutely amazing! It was like we had worked with her the whole time. The day of, she set everything up better than I could have imagined, it was absolutely perfect. She was so on top of everything, from bringing the flowers to our suite to bustling my dress, she did it all. We cannot thank her enough. Our guests raved about the food and really enjoyed some of the unique cocktail hour and dessert options. The post wedding breakfast was incredible as well. Cork Factory really made planning from out of state a breeze. I would recommend Cork Factory over and over!

I can’t even begin to explain how perfect our wedding was at the cork factory. From day 1, booking our wedding date all the way to the day of, it was FLAWLESS. The venue is breathtaking, and Mary, our day of coordinator from the venue is spectacular. My husband and I know we can be indecisive and confusing but Mary was able to help us bring our vision to life with extreme grace and some laughs along the way. There was not an awkward vibe at all, like we were working with a stranger, working with Mary was easy as it felt like we knew each other forever. The food was phenomenal! Our guests are still raving out the quality of the service and food which was provided. The vibes were awesome all night. This is the perfect venue with an emasculate team to match. 10/10 would recommend the cork factory to anyone and everyone!!

I couldn't have dreamed of a better place to get married. Countless people are still telling me that this is hands down the nicest venue they've ever seen. Abby our coordinator was absolutely incredible. She took the time to really get to know us and genuinely cared, along with all the other staff. The tasting event was such a fun way to really start picturing the big day and I think adds such another level of service to this venue. My only complaint is I can't do it again next weekend. No review or words could do this place justice. We just got married 11/20/2022 and every detail covered through Cork Factory Hotel was perfect, professional, and the staff was so calm and poised through everything. We were engaged for 2 1/2+ years and after touring many other locations, we knew this place was it as soon as we visited. Its warm and inviting, yet industrial design had us sold. There are so many event spaces as well, which we wanted so we could have our rehearsal on site, the ceremony and reception, as well as a breakfast the morning after the wedding. Each of these events were held in different warm spaces, making it feel so fun and not like a \"hotel\" wedding. THEN we met the staff and started organizing details with our AMAZING wedding coordination Keri, and we were soooo happy that we decided to go with Cork. Everything they offered to us during the planning process and the day of the wedding was better than any other option we could find... and we did look around for a while. Because we live in South Jersey, 3 hours away, having a hands on wedding coordinator was important to us. We were so excited that Cork offered this to us, and it was such a breeze planning our event with Keri. She was soo kind, helpful, and pleasant through every annoying email that we sent asking her a zillion questions. The weekend of our wedding was nothing short of AMAZING! Keri was on top of everything, ensuring our day went smooth. Just when we started to think about something or wonder, Keri showed up to answer questions or to bring us something like the wedding fairy godmother princess that she is. I dropped my decor off the day before the wedding and they set it all up just as we had discussed. It was exactly how we envisioned it to be and more. We also booked and used both the bridal and groom suites for the morning of the wedding. HIGHLY recommend this as well! It made getting ready so easy as the space was roomy, even for a 1 year old baby that was running around! It was great for our stylists. We had many guest comment on how the space was unlike any other wedding that they have attended, and had a warm and cozy feeling on the FREEZING day that we had. The food was amazing and OUR CAKE was our favorite part of the whole day. It was so amazing and delicious and we really can't wait for our 1 year to break the anniversary cake out of the freezer that they sent us home with. There is no other place I would recommend to a couple searching for the perfect winter warm venue. The best part is, it's a hotel and we cannot wait to visit again and relive our favorite day ever! We don't have to wait be invited to a wedding again at this venue to still enjoy its charm... we can just go when we feel like visiting and stay in the hotel!

We attended a wedding here a few years ago, after getting engaged this place was top on our list. After touring other locations, we knew this place was it! Since we live in Maryland, it was such a breeze planning our event.The weekend of our wedding was nothing short of AMAZING! Abby, our coordinator, was on top of everything. Ensuring our day went smoothly and keeping everything on time. I dropped my decor off the day before the wedding and they set it all up just as we had discussed. We also booked and used both the bridal and groom suites for the morning of the wedding. HIGHLY recommend this as well! The day after our wedding, we even had guests remark on how hard she was working to keep everything on track. And the staff in general are so kind and courteous!The venue is gorgeous in person and having the ceremony, reception, and hotel all in one place was so easy for us and our guests. The food is AMAZING and the cake was delicious and, again, having everything made in house and all in one spot made wedding planning so easy. We cannot recommend this place enough! Cork Factory Hotel was the most perfect place to have our 11/5 wedding! I knew it was my dream spot as soon as we visited back in Oct 2020. Everything is right on site and we didn't have to worry about transportation or any other types of logistics which our guests truly appreciated. The bridal and grooms suites were so cozy and truly allowed for us to have such a great morning. Cork Factory had an option for breakfast set up in the suites which we took full advantage of. Erin, our coordinator, was truly a dream! She at first just helped us with our wedding invitations, which were also stunning, but then she became our coordinator when another coordinator left the industry! This transition in of itself was flawless and she was totally up to speed with the wedding quickly! Erin was so attentive and answered our emails super quick, while also alleviating all stressors. She took all our pictures, DIY Escort card walls, and glassware and set it all up beautifully! She even returned our champagne flutes back to us cleaned! The staff was incredible an every guest raved about the food and how the flow of the night was just so perfect. I truly wish I could have another excuse to have an event here and relieve the day all over again. Definitely get married here!!!

Cork has a destination wedding vibe, but without the heavy travel. Everything is all on site which we and our guest all loved. And the staff is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! Our coordinator Jennifer was amazing and honestly we had ZERO STRESS the entire weekend. We were so nervous about our decor we were bringing and were even willing to help out early in the morning since there was so much to do and Jennifer literally just took it all, told us to relax and enjoy every moment. Her and her team took care of it all and made it exactly how we envisioned it, PLUS SOME! The team even packs it up for you and makes the next day so easy. You want your special day here at Cork! 10/10!!

We had our rehearsal dinner here on 10/21 in the Assembly Room with 40 people and it was everything we had wanted! We wanted a space with a private room, that was a little unique, and had great food and we were so pleased. Keri and Erin were helpful throughout the entire planning process in answering questions. The room and building itself is so different and gorgeous. The food was delicious (our guests loved the braised short ribs and cookies/whoopie pies for dessert) and the ability to have an open bar with wine and beer was really nice! My MIL made a slideshow for us of all sorts of pictures from when we were babies to current and was able to play music on a speaker. It was a really great experience and I would highly recommend it!

The Cork Factory Hotel was such a perfect space for our fall wedding! My husband and I got married at the Cork this past September and while it was a beautiful day, it was SO nice not having to worry about what the weather would be like at all during planning. We got our pictures outside the hotel in a few different spots and didn’t have to worry about the wind blowing during the actual ceremony. Jen, our day of coordinator, was on top of everything that day and throughout the entire planning process! No lie, I emailed her constantly and she was always very responsive and informative. Overall our experience with this venue was a 10/10. The only “surprise” was that we had to be out of the bridal suite by 6pm that day (including all our belongings). I didn’t think to ask this/if I did I forgot, but it was an easy thing to work around and wasn’t even a real “con,” I just think it’s worth mentioning for other brides. Everyone loved the food, they complimented the space so much, and loved that everything was in one place and no shuttles were needed.

Our wedding was 9/30/22. We planned for 2 years due to Covid and booking out in advance, but even if we had waited, we are confident that everything would have came together perfectly. The venue is beautiful even without decorations. The staff is polite, helpful, and professional. Our wedding coordinator changed and Mary assisted us on our wedding day. She did absolutely amazing. She was incredibly responsive and we could tell that she sincerely enjoyed helping plan and make our day exactly what we envisioned. I continually heard advice and information that something will go wrong on your wedding day, but even if it did, our wedding day was more than we could ask for. 10/10 recommend.

I cannot say enough amazing things about how incredible this venue is! They really know what they are doing and made the wedding planning process enjoyable and easy. The venue is absolutely stunning, the food is amazing and the staff is top of the line. My husband and I were lucky enough to be paired with Lauren Gorbey as our wedding coordinator - she is FABULOUS. I can only imagine how many weddings she is managing at once; she really made us feel like we were her only clients. She goes out of her way to be extremely helpful and gets back to you immediately. Her attention to detail is so impressive and she made my dream wedding come to life. There was not a single hiccup on my wedding day and that is 1000% all due to Lauren's hard work. I will be forever grateful to CFH and, especially, Lauren for everything they did leading up to and on our wedding day.

Cork was absolutely, beyond words perfect! We held all our wedding events at the Cork- wedding shower, rehearsal & wedding, & each event was seamless & perfect. The Cork staff is above & beyond. We worked with Olivia who was a text away leading up to the wedding, helped unload our car & went over every detail with me. It was kind of strange going into our wedding without having seen it, but Olivia knew our vision & the space was beyond beautiful! We also loved the Cork because we could provide beautiful rooms right in downtown Lancaster to our guests after a fun night - the peace of mind is priceless. We could not recommend the Cork enough for not only a wedding but for all wedding events!!

The Cork Factory Hotel executed my exact vision for our wedding. The accommodations between the venue, hotel rooms, Cork & Cap restaurant for the rehearsal dinner and morning after breakfast allowed for seamless transitions from one celebration to another. The layout of the venue allowed our guests to have fun and let loose without having to worry about transportation from place to place (and of course it's beautiful everywhere you go). Everyone that helped us plan our big weekend from the Cork Factory Hotel was kind, communitive, and always willing to help. Their well established resources of things like vendor recommendations, wedding invitations, and guest favors allowed the planning process to be less stressful. All in all, my experience as a bride at the Cork Factory Hotel was a 10/10. Highly recommend! It will be a beautiful place to revisit for anniversary celebrations.

I would recommend the Cork Factory to anyone who is engaged! In fact, I did recommend it to my two closest friends, and they are BOTH getting married here next year (February and April 2023) after being bridesmaids in my wedding in June 2022. Lauren was my wedding coordinator and she was LOVELY and very professional! Lauren was very organized in our wedding planning and took very detailed notes on what I wanted in our wedding. She coordinated the entire day perfectly while also including small details to make sure we felt special! I highly recommend Lauren! The Cork Factory is the perfect venue for a bride who doesn't want to do too much work, but also wants flexibility to have her small touches included! The venue has delicious food, alcohol (including signature drinks!), your beautiful wedding cake (so many flavors to chose from!), a wedding coordinator, a hotel for guests, spaces available for a rehearsal dinner, fun spaces for bridesmaids and groomsmen to get ready, and a beautiful space for a wedding ceremony and reception! All the couple needs to do is invite guests, pick what food you want, and book a musician, florist, and photographer. It does not get easier than that! The price is surprisingly very affordable for everything that is included! I did a lot of shopping around, and this was by far the best value!Overall, I am extremely grateful that I chose the Cork Factory. All of my guests loved the venue, food, and atmosphere. My husband and I cannot be any happier!I should also note that my original wedding dates was December 2020. When Covid started, the Cork Factory was so incredibly professional. My deposit was secured, and they were very accommodating to allow me to pick a new date. I have heard horror stories about brides losing thousands of dollars. Not with the Cork Factory! Thank you to the Cork Factory for helping our dreams come true!

CFH is such a stunning space with so many amenities included! I didn't need much decor because the venue spoke for itself. It was exactly what I wanted for an industrial feel. A massive perk is that they are very careful with allergies. My husband has celiac so he needed gluten free accommodations, which the CFH team bent over backwards to make happen. One of the best examples is offering to make a small one tier cake gluten free for us to cut and then have the rest of our \"cake\" be a dessert bar for our gluten-loving guests to enjoy. Another massive perk is that our tipsy guests could walk right across the hall to their rooms after the party had ended. We received so many compliments from our guests regarding the venue. If my husband and I could turn back time and choose another venue, we would always stick with CFH!

With a lot of guests coming from a distance and staying over, Keri went above and beyond to accommodate us and our large party. The guests had an amazing time and it was so convenient having everything in one place. The staff at CFH is so wonderful and the weddings are run like clock work. I was not worried at all about vendor set up or communication because CFH assigns a coordinator to each couple that handles nearly everything. I was truly blown away how beautiful our reception space turned out to be. It was the most amazing weekend I will never forget!!!

If I could give the Cork Factory 100 stars, I would. I know that most people only read the first couple sentences of reviews so I'll just list the my two favorite things about booking my wedding with the Cork Factory: convenience and all-inclusive. The wedding packages come with a coordinator, which is ABSOLUTELY something you want for your big day. The coordinator we were originally assigned actually left the hotel about 6 months before our wedding and the transition to the new coordinator was seamless. Jennifer didn't skip a beat. Also, she was so nice and so helpful and answered every single one of my emails within a day or two (shoutout to Jennifer, you're the best!!). Both were amazing but Jennifer truly went above and beyond to make our day perfect. The wedding packages also include a cake and a hotel room for you and your new spouse on the night of the wedding and you can have your rehearsal there as well (at no additional charge) and they have these amazing bridal suites that you can rent for an additional charge (worth it, in my opinion). I could just go on and on. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER VENUE THAN THE CORK FACTORY. I didn't have to worry about decorating or meeting vendors or making sure things were moving along and the staff took care of everything, including switching over the rooms and taking down AND packing up our decorations at the end of the night. The Cork Factory is also incredibly organized and has a great process in place for food tasting, meetings, cake tasting, you name it. It made planning a breeze The hotel is in the same complex so you don't have to pay $2000 for transportation too! That was a big upside for us. Guests loved that everything was in one place. The staff was also incredibly friendly. Not to mention, the venue is truly stunning. The brick is modern and industrial yet still has the historic feeling. Each event space (Warehouse, Assembly Room, Parlor, Terrace, Ballroom) are beautiful and unique. This is not your average hotel. Just one more thing, most wedding food is trash but the Cork Factory legit had the best food I've ever had at a wedding. When I tell you i PRIORITIZED eating on my wedding day because the food was SO GOOD at the tasting and I straight up INHALED my braised short ribs. I could really go on and on and on but I will sum it up to this: the Cork Factory has amazing packages that are affordable and include everything you could possibly want and are very customizable. Every single person that we worked with was friendly and helpful. We had the best experience and I am so happy we chose the Cork Factory.

From the moment we started working with the Cork Factory staff, I knew our wedding was going to be fantastic. The Cork Factory itself is a stunning venue. It's romantic, has a historical and industrial feeling to it, and it can fit a fairly high amount of people (we had 175 guests). Most of our guests stayed at the hotel and loved the room style and amenities it offered. The Cork Factory offers a wedding coordinator, which was one of the biggest perks for someone planning their own wedding like we did. We primarily worked with Lauren, and she was my go-to gal for all things leading up to and throughout the course of our wedding weekend. Although I was pretty organized, when we arrived, I met with Lauren and was honestly frazzled by my own accord. She was literally the only person that made me feel better. I was planning to set up some of the decor myself and she insisted that I go relax and spend time with friends and family. I knew our wedding and all details were in good hands all thanks to her. I could not thank her more for her support, organization, and patience in working with us leading up to our big day and highly recommend her for anyone who is considering their wedding at the Cork Factory.One of our favorite parts of the wedding planning process was the food tasting the wedding coordination team offers. We brought our parents along, and had a fantastic time. There are a variety of options to choose from to accommodate all guests. All I'm going to say is, go with the oatmeal cookie cream pies!!Sincerely, thank you to Lauren and the Cork Factory for everything they did to make our day possible. If there were a way to give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I have never been the super type-A girl that wants a hand in planning every small detail of every event. The Cork Factory was the first venue we saw, and we couldn't stop comparing everything else to it as we visited more places. I'm so pleased that we never stopped thinking about it and went with our gut. The entire team is absolutely incredible and makes you feel special from the bar and kitchen staff to the hotel staff to the servers to the event planning team. We have family and friends who are big foodies, and everyone absolutely raved about the stellar quality of every course. We also did our rehearsal dinner there and HIGHLY recommend that, too. Keri Vital and her team are rockstars at what they do. I couldn't believe how quickly they got everything set up, and subsequently torn down the next day, and everything looked EXACTLY how we wanted the room to look. My groom and I did not have to lift a finger on our wedding day, and if they had any questions, they went to our designated contacts instead of adding any stress to us. I could honestly go on and on, but in short - BOOK THIS PLACE NOW!

I can't put into words how much we loved having our wedding at the Cork Factory Hotel! From our first tour to all the challenges of the pandemic to our actual wedding day, the people at Cork Factory (specifically our coordinator, Abby) were absolutely amazing. They make planning easy and exciting, and personal to YOU! They truly want your wedding to be a reflection of you as a couple, and they have great insight and ideas bring your vision to life. What's more, the venue itself is stunning and so unique. Having everything in one place was super convenient for both us and our guests. We all made a weekend of it, from the rehearsal dinner at Cork & Cap through the morning after the wedding, when they set up a complimentary breakfast. From the \"getting ready\" suites to the reception area to the brick buildings and greenery on the grounds, it's perfect for wedding day pictures. And I have to mention how amazing the food was, too. Still to this day, our wedding had some of the best cocktail hour apps and desserts I've ever had! Lastly, I'm glad that we chose Cork Factory because it gives married couples somewhere to go back to for years to come (e.g., anniversary dinners at Cork & Cap, overnight stays in the hotel). We know Cork is always there to welcome us back and help us reminisce on our wedding day!

I am not even sure where to begin…I will start off my saying our wedding day was an absolute DREAM thanks to the Cork Factory. From the moment we toured way back in 2019, we had nothing but a positive experience at Cork. We were looking for a venue that was one of a kind-and Cork was the one. Not only is the venue absolutely stunning, the entire Cork team is amazing to work with! Keri-what would we have done without you!! Keri was the absolute best wedding coordinator who made the entire wedding planning process a dream! She is the kindest, most detailed oriented person and answered every single question we had within hours! She met with us multiple times and even put up with a type A bride (me!) going over my directions for decorating the morning of! The day of our wedding was simply the best! Keri and her team made our vision come to life, working with all our vendors seamlessly. From setting up, to flipping the room, to sending my pictures (to make sure I approved), to boxing everything up at the end of our wedding, we still can’t thank you enough. The food was out of this world! We still have guests talking about our upgraded cocktail hour, amazing dinner selections as well as dessert/late night bite options!I HIGHLY recommend booking the bridal and billiards suites! The suites are open as EARLY as you need the morning of the wedding. Food can be delivered from the Hotel, and everything is set up before you even arrive! The service is out of this world! We also had our rehearsal AND rehearsal dinner the night before at Cork in The Warehouse. Keri also took care of planning this and went over all our options. It is SO nice having everything right in one spot! You will not regret having your wedding here! Trust me, it was worth the two year wait to reserve a Saturday in October! Cork Factory Hotel is the perfect one stop shop for all your wedding needs. One big reason we picked Cork was that it made our planning so much easier knowing we not only have our venue, but a caterer, baker, and hotel rooms for our guests all rolled into a package together. This made rescheduling due to COVID soo much easier and we were happy Cork was so accommodating. Cork Factory had the perfect modern industrial look we envisioned for our day. Abby, our wedding coordinator worked with us every step of the way. She was lovely to work with and really helped to execute our vision. We received many compliments from our family on how beautiful the venue is. The bridal and billiards suites are a great place to get ready in the morning. Cork Factory Hotel is the most perfect place to have a wedding. When my husband and I were looking at places all we could find were boring golf courses or hotels. We were looking for a venue that would be one of a kind, and Cork Factory Hotel is definitely that venue. One thing that we never expected was how easy they would make our wedding . Our wedding coordinator Abby was amazing! On the day of our wedding Abby took care of everything. Everything was set up perfectly, and anything that came up during the wedding was taken care of well before we ever heard of it. During the reception Abby and the staff made sure that we had dinner, deserts, and drinks the whole time. On the note of food, every single guest told us that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Actually, every person of our 100-guest count told us that it was the best wedding that they had ever been to. Jenny, who is the manager in charge of the weddings, does an amazing job. When we first inquired about having our wedding there, she arranged multiple facetime tours/ and in person tours for our families and us. Jenny clearly laid out how the process goes and was there to help every step of the way! The venue itself was beautiful. We loved everything about it, from the actual spaces the wedding would be held in, to the beautiful hotel rooms. It was also a plus that our whole wedding could be held at one place for the ceremony & reception. We also had Shumaker PDT put up lights and draping which brought out amazing details of the ceremony room!

There are no words to express how amazing our experience at Cork Factory was. The Cork Factory (esp. Keri our coordinator!!!) went above and beyond again and again. From their responsiveness, flexibility, service, even the food ( which was awesome and many of our guests afterwards raved about,) to the beautiful space, we could not have had a more perfect wedding. Everyone was so kind and bent over backwards to accomplish our vision. We were thrilled to find a beautiful venue that included so many elements ( set -up, catering, service, even the cake!) and it made our day seamless. It's a small family business that treats you like family and you cannot go wrong choose this wonderful venue for your day.

I can't begin to explain how happy we are with the day the Cork Factory Hotel, and our wedding coordinator Keri, put together for us. Keri and the rest of the staff helped coordinate all of our vendors, decorations, and wedding party to perfection. We didn't have a single moment of stress throughout the entire day, and we had the luxury of focusing on the moment and not the semantics behind it. Most of the locations we had visited required us to set up all of our decorations, linens, and centerpieces, but the Cork Factory Hotel handled everything! They set up everything, flipped the room after our on site ceremony, and cleaned and boxed all of our decorations and gifts for us after the event. Keri met with us multiple times, and responded to our many emails, all the while reminding us of various small items we may have forgot along the way. By the day of the wedding we had absolute confidence that we had everything covered. The groomsmen and bridal suites were cleaned the night prior to our event, so we were able to check in as early as 5am to begin hair/makeup for the bridal parties (while the guys had the luxury of a pool table and tv to watch the football games). Lastly, the meals and desserts were absolutely delicious!I would recommend this location to anyone because of the absolutely stunning views, but also because of the staff that comes with it.

Cork Factory Hotel was the perfect venue for my wedding. Despite having to reschedule 2 times due to Covid they were extremely accommodating and responsive. Our wedding coordinator, Keri, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The communication was great with Keri and Jenny throughout Covid as they routinely kept us up to date when things were constantly changing. The food was incredible and the venue is beautiful. We have received a ton of compliments from our guest! If I had to do it all over, I would pick Cork Factory Hotel again in a heartbeat.

I couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate on wedding day! Not only is the Cork Factory Hotel beautiful and unique, but Keri the wedding coordinator is absolutely incredible. like seriously incredible! She helped make wedding planning fun and easy, and was always super responsive when we needed her advice, etc. She set up everything beautifully on the wedding day and always had a smile on her face when I saw her. Her energy and passion for her job was contagious throughout the entire wedding planning process. So many family members asked me how I{ was so stress-free and my response was always, KERI! Additionally, all the other staff are prompt, professional, and skilled. The food was delicious and we received so many compliments from several guests! I can confidently say you will not regret choosing this insanely beautiful venue! It really was the most perfect day <3

YOU NEED TO BOOK YOUR WEDDING AT THE CORK FACTORY RIGHT NOW! Seriously! We had the most incredible wedding here for several reasons. First, Keri, the wedding coordinator, is THE BEST! She made wedding planning extremely easy by suggesting vendors, answering questions promptly, and setting up everything beautifully. I felt like the most stress-free bride ever! Second, the whole staff is impeccable. They are prompt, professional, and skilled. The cooks serve the most delicious food. The bakers bake the most delicious cakes. And the best part? It's all included in the price! Our guests were raving about the food! Third, the venue makes everything easy! I love how it was an all-inclusive venue. They literally do everything for you! We were incredibly impressed by every aspect of working with the Cork Factory. Our event planner was Keri - she was professional, friendly, reassuring, flexible, prompt, creative - there truly aren't enough superlatives to describe her and how easy she made the weekend for our son and his new wife, and our families. The food was exceptional; one guest said he'd never been to a wedding where almost everyone cleared their plates! The staff were all helpful and kind, and went above and beyond to be of service. We were able to relax and enjoy the day (I recommend booking the Wedding and Billiard Suites to get ready in). The attention to detail was remarkable, and we were able show up at the delicious breakfast the next morning and pick up the neatly boxed supplies we had brought along. Thank you Keri and Cork Factory staff for all you do.

We have nothing but positive things to say about the Cork Factory. Our event coordinator Keri was incredible to work with. She was incredibly organized, punctual, and always available to answer our questions. Our event ran smoothly and our guests raved about the food, which completely exceeded our expectations. What set the Cork Factory apart for us was how simple they made our life on the day of the reception. They set everything up for you and have everything broken down and neatly organized for you to pick up the next day! This alleviated an incredible amount of stress and allowed us and our family to simply enjoy the event. We felt prioritized throughout the entire process and we couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a place to have your dream wedding at, Cork Factory Hotel is the place!! We just had our wedding here this past weekend and I can not even begin to explain how exceptional this wedding venue is. From start to finish, they made planning a wedding the most stress-free event you'll ever have to do. I personally worked with Abby who was INCREDIBLE! She is the sweetest, most accommodating, professional person I have ever worked with. After sending her about a million e-mails a day, she would ALWAYS respond instantly. She is exceptional at her job. Everyone who works at the CFH are absolutely fantastic. The whole weekend from when we checked in the night of our rehearsal dinner, to when we checked out the morning after our wedding was just flawless. The hotel is extremely clean, beds are comfortable, the food was excellent, the staff was attentive....there is literally not a single thing I can complain about. To everyone at the CFH who helped make our dream wedding a reality, THANK YOU!!!

I can’t begin to summarize how happy my husband and I are that we chose the Cork Factory as our venue. After interacting with Jenny (the director of wedding sales) on our very first visit, we knew this would be the place where we said “I do”. Jenny was so friendly and welcoming and she worked with us to ensure all our questions were answered. We had the pleasure of working with Abby as our coordinator and she was absolutely fantastic- we could not have asked for a better person to put all our trust in to handle our special day! We ended up postponing our May 2020 wedding to May 2021 and throughout the craziness of postponing, we always felt like the Cork Factory, Jenny, Abby, and the rest of the staff always had our best interest at heart. I feel as though the most important aspect of the Cork Factory is how inclusive everything is. They are like the one stop shop for all your wedding needs, which especially came in handy with having to postpone our wedding an entire year. We didn’t have to worry that our caterer or cake baker were all still available on our new date since they do everything in house. Not only are all of the wedding aspects fantastic, but the hotel itself is wonderful. Our guests loved how unique and clean the hotel is compared to chain hotels. We are forever grateful for the whole Cork Factory staff, especially Abby, in making our wedding day so special and amazing.

We had all of our events at the Cork Factory Hotel. It was perfect for the one stop shop! Keri V. was our event coordinator and she was always just an email or text away throughout the whole process. She made sure we did not miss anything. The staff at the Cork Factory was helpful and super polite. Keri and the staff decorated the venue with some directions from us and the cleaned up too. The food is AMAZING including the CAKE! We were able to customize everything that we wanted from the appetizers to the individual layers of the cake. We highly recommend this venue to anyone!

I can not begin to put into words how amazing it was to work with the Cork Factory ! We unfortunately had to cancel our daughters (first)wedding date a week before it was scheduled because of the pandemic- we rescheduled 5 times and finally had the wedding of my daughter’s dream on 7/31/2021. The Cork Factory was amazing through all of it and honored every part of the contract as originally stated. Our planner, Keri Vital, was amazing. Always available and kept us up to date on all the changes as they were happening during the pandemic. Besides being amazing to work with during the pandemic, the day was amazing- the venue is breathtaking, the food was delicious.Everything was literally perfect.Mary Fichter

Our wedding at the Cork Factory was absolutely perfect. Our original date was 3/21/20, and we had to postpone 5 times due to COVID. The venue and our wedding coordinator, Keri, were so patient, flexible, helpful, and kind throughout the delay. Our wedding at the Cork Factory Hotel was a dream. The space is industrial/rustic with exposed beams, brick, and warm lighting. It was everything we could have asked for and then some. Abby Imm was our coordinator and she helped us through the stress of rescheduling due to COVID-19. She gave us hope and assured us everything would work out in the end, and it truly did. The day of was spectacular. From the detail in our signature drinks to the timeline and delicious entrees, I cannot recommend the CFH enough. They offered an amazing tasting before the wedding, as well as multiple in-depth planning sessions and email access to your coordinator for any questions that might pop into your head. When they say the day goes fast, they aren't kidding. Just to emphasize that the CFH really cares about their brides and grooms... My fiance and I didn't even have time to eat our cake, but we entered the wedding suite to find each flavor of cake wrapped for us to enjoy on our wedding night, along with the other small desserts to share. I saw this venue while exploring Lancaster in my undergrad and said \"I want to get married there.\" I couldn't have been happier with this decision. Thank you so much to everyone at the Cork Factory Hotel. Weeks later and family and friends are still raving about our wedding.

Best. Day. Ever. All thanks to Keri and the Cork Factory Team! My husband and I got married at Cork Factory Hotel last week and it was everything we imagined and more. Navigating the many postponements was a breeze with Keri. She took so much time to walk us through our options and was there day-of to make sure everything was perfect. She is a true gem and I bow down to her! – We would recommend Cork Factory Hotel to any couple who is looking for a flawless wedding where all events are on one property and the planning is made easy. Plus, we would seriously DIE for those oatmeal cream pies at our dessert table!

Keri Vital was a delight to work with. She was prompt to respond to our questions and concerns. She made our wedding day run smoothly and make it the magical day it turned out to be. We had out of town guests stay at the hotel and everyone was pleased with their accommodations. The staff were polite and eager to please. We had our reception in the Warehouse. Keri was a huge help in decorating the Warehouse. The staff that worked the night of our reception were right on point with serving during the cocktail hour and dinner. Our guests raved as to how good everything tasted. Keri was there throughout the reception making sure things went as planned.
