Country Barn Estates is a rustic wedding venue in Henderson, MI. This setting sits on 20 picturesque acres and offers indoor and outdoor options for couples to host their romantic events. A barn area, pondside settings, and an intimate gazebo all make for a memorable backdrop to your big day. You will be welcome to host events of various sizes on these pastoral grounds, whether you dream of an intimate elopement or a lavish, 550-person reception. Your day will begin in the in-house get-ready suites, where you can prepare for the altar comfortably alongside your wedding party. You will then have a variety of event spaces to host your ceremony and reception. The largest option, The White Barn, features a spacious, open floor plan and minimalist decor for you to create your dream setting. Right beside the white barn is a tranquil pond, along with a peaceful bridge that leads to a picturesque gazebo. The waterfront surroundings and exposed wood details make for a memorable backdrop to your altar or photo sessions. In addition, Country Barn Estates offers an onsite, three-bedroom bungalow for you to enjoy a relaxing overnight stay. An event coordinator will provide you a facility tour and answer all questions that you may have to ensure you have a successful celebration. Tables and chairs will be provided, which you can set up into any arrangement you prefer. Guests have extra fun with the 360 Photo Booth that is available at The White Barn as well. Country Barn Estates is also a pet-friendly venue, allowing couples to incorporate their furry friends into their big day.

Bonnie has been wonderful with communication and helpful in answering all of our questions. This beautiful venue was an easy choice for us, with an open vendor policy, the 360 photobooth with no extra charge, beautiful outdoor views and plenty of space for our reception. We're looking forward to celebrating our wedding here in 2024.

We met with Bonnie and she facilitated the walkthrough and she was very happy to show us the venue and The photo booth 360 was an excellent addition to country barn estate. It is an estate that’s crafted to perfection for wedding venues, and all other venues. It’s a very charming, barn, warm and inviting the pond was a great touch to the venue that many venues do not offer, I would highly recommend country barn Estates it’s a hidden gem Mid Michigan. if you’re seeking a wedding venue or space for especially event, that seamlessly blends, charm, romance and versatility country barn, estates, undoubtedly as a top choice.

I attended their \"December to remember\" event as a vendor and was very impressed by this venue. To start the owner and manager are fun and kind people. Easy to get along with and tremendously helpful. The value of this venue is amazing for all the amenities offered to their clients. Having a unique bar setup, a beautiful gazebo and ability to have a weekend air bnb rental on site completely goes above and beyond. I look forward to working along side this venue and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a venue that has your best interest in mind and knows how to offer top-notch customer service!

Country Barn Estates is an absolutely beautiful venue! There is more than enough space for any large party, including bride and groom rooms for the whole bridal party to get ready. The stunning fireplace in the center of the building really brings the ambiance, and is a nice unique touch. I personally love the mobile bar made out or a repurposed horse trailer. The property is also gorgeous! I love the gazebo on the pond island, and the bridge you walk to get there. There is tons of parking, and also plenty of photo opportunities anywhere you look! I would definitely recommend this venue to anybody.

I can’t say enough great things about this venue. My husband and I had to completely replan our wedding about 7 months before our date. When we walked into country barn estate, we knew right away that it was exactly what we wanted. I am a wedding planner myself so I have pretty high expectations for a venue. I loved that it was a blank slate but had adorable features like the pond, horse trailer bar and bridal/groom suites. We could make it into the exact reception we envisioned. Bonnie helped us with every single request/question we had. 10/10 would recommend this venue to anyone/everyone.

I really like the staff at Country Barn Estates and the pond is just exceptional! From my research there are limited places that can provide waterfront photos in this region and at such a good price point. Beautiful place!

Country Barn Estates is such a beautiful property and the photo opportunities are endless. We did pictures of my daughter for her homecoming dance with her date here for the last 2 years and we will continue this venue to be our place for photos.

We held my Mom’s 70th birthday party and one year cancer-free anniversary celebration at Country Barn Estate. The venue was amazing and the coordinator and owner were really great to work with. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful spacious setting for a wedding or party of any kind.

We recently had our wedding here. The white barn was amazing. We had over 250 people which this barn accommodated up to 550! There were bridal and groom suites to get ready in. We did the full weekend package and were able to stay in the house on-site which made things a lot easier for the bridal party. Bonnie, the coordinator, was amazing to work with. She was super responsive and always answered any of our concerns. We got so many complaints about how gorgeous the grounds were and they are pet friendly! I definitely recommend Country Barn Estates!!

My fiancé and I were planning to have our celebration at country barn and estates . However, we ended up delaying our date to a future date . We were planning to do a Cannabis themed celebration, which by the way Country barn & estates are fully open to & supportive of . In the year 2022 you would think more would be , but surprisingly not many are . So if this is a desire of yours as well , this might be the place for YOU . We had planned to do the “white barn “ which is a beautiful space . Not only is it a very large space, you also have access to the cute little horse trailer bar & fireplace as well . Not to mention LOTS of outdoors space . The ceilings are a nice touch & the bathrooms were super cute ! The gazebo with the white bridge across the pond is the perfect place for ceremony or a place for guest to enjoy a moment under . We figured it would be the perfect spot for our cannabis bar . As a added bonus the guest house is also available. Which makes finding a place to stay after the celebration effortless . The Coordinator Bonnie is a sweetheart & will go above and beyond to ensure your special day is nothing but flawless ! Upon learning a little about Bonnie , I learned it was her dream to do a job like this . So you know her heart and passion will be working for YOU . If you haven’t booked , BOOK now !

Bonnie Ott (Coordinator) Originally from Elsie, MI, Bonnie has been a member of the Country Barn Estates Team since the start. With over 15 years of background working as the County Planning Commissioner Chair and over 8 years of experience as the founder of local non-profit called Project Paint the Town in Elsie, MI, she has acquired the practical skills to be our Facility Coordinator. She helps newly engaged couples ensure their experience at Country Barn Estates is relaxing and flawless. Her sense of community brought her to Country Barn Estates where she excels in her position!
