You and your partner can exchange vows and celebrate your marriage surrounded by friends and family in their full-service wedding venue. The dedicated team is on-hand throughout your planning journey, and on the big day itself, to tend to your needs and help make the whole process as stress-free as possible. With indoor and outdoor event spaces, you can exchange vows in an outdoor ceremony before transitioning inside to the rustic barn for your reception celebrations. This venue has multiple indoor spaces which can be rented separately for smaller events or combined for a total capacity of 1,100 people. Romantic bistro lighting is strung across the ceiling with a grand chandelier as the focal point of the space. The warm wooden finish creates an inviting atmosphere for everyone to feel right at home in. With services tailored to your unique needs and preferences, this space can host a decadent banquet and evening of entertainment while you and your loved ones celebrate the next step in your journey. From the time you say "yes" to the big question to your "I do" in front of loved ones, the County Line Orchard team is there to help make your experience as easy as possible. Skilled event planners will work with you to design your dream day in an event tailored to you. Setup and clean up on the day will be looked after by the dedicated team. This includes all tables, chairs, linens, and dinnerware for your ceremony and reception. The onsite catering team liaises with you to design a tastebud-tantalizing menu for you and your guests. Enjoy a cocktail reception with hors d'oeuvres before the servers bring out a decadent meal of your choice. If you want a seamless wedding day, this is the place! This amount of professionalism and attention to detail is hard to find. Ginelle, our wedding coordinator was helpful every step of the way . She went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day went smoothly. We’ve received countless compliments on the organization of the wedding day, tasty food, and beautiful barn! 10/10 would do it again!

I would highly recommend CLO. I got so many compliments on the venue itself with all of the lighting, the food and service. Everything went great from beginning to end. Ashley was my coordinator and was a HUGE help. She was very great to work with.

I was a guest at a wedding reception on 11/11/2023 in the South Barn at County Line Orchard. I was really looking forward to attending not only for the bride and groom, but to see what County Line Orchard had to offer for a reception type party. Needless to say, I was very unimpressed with the attention the caterer put toward this wedding. I'm sure the price that the families of the bride and groom paid did not reflect with what was delivered by the caterer and the staff. There was a gap in time between the wedding and the reception but myself and my party did not eat in between knowing we were going to be having a full dinner at the reception. Once the dinner service started the disappointment began. Firstly, we were served a small bowl of salad for our 10-person table. After the first 3 people took their salad from the bowl, there were just a few scraps of salad left for the 7 others at the table. Our server came by, and we asked for another bowl of salad which was delivered and the remaining 7 split the small amount so that everyone had at least salad. Then there was about a 20-30 minute delay between the salad/rolls and the main course. When the main course came out, again, it was a small bowl of mashed potatoes, a small bowl of vegetables and then another small bowl of beef tips/mushrooms and sauce. Again, there was not enough food to go around for all 10 people at the table. The table did ask for more food to be brought out, but it never happened and consequently, 4 people at the table did not get a meal. Those that did received mostly mushrooms with very little beef and a whole lot of sauce. There was also ravioli but not enough to go around the table of 10. The person sitting next to me thought that maybe this was an appetizer portion of the meal. It was not. Needless to say, the whole table went hungry and after leaving the reception most went to a drive thru to get something to eat for dinner. The saving grace of the day was that the wedding was beautiful, and the bride and groom are happily married. Shame on County Line Orchard, shame on the caterer and they should very seriously consider giving those parents a refund of their monies. I for one will NEVER recommend County Line Orchard as a venue for a wedding or anything else. Keep to what you know and inherited when you purchased the orchard, grow and sell apples and forget trying to be something you clearly are not.

Very disappointed with CLO. Event date 11/11/23. Ashley never returned phone calls or emails in a timely manner, usually had to call her multiple times leaving messages, but if you mentioned you were trying to make a payment she would call you right back. Dinner was suppose to be family style with extra food and there wasn't even enough to serve every guest. I had guests leave to get something to eat from the gas staion on route 6. Ashley messed up the food order. With her track record of not responding to emails, if the caterer noticed and emailed her she probably never read it or just didn't care. At the same time the caterer should have just prepared enough full dinners for each guest instead of only rolls and salad that she ordered. So the fault is with both CLO and the caterer they used. Reina was excellent trying to fix the situation on the fly that night, but there was nothing to be done. The waitstaff was rude to our guests when they asked for another dish of any food item, then they disappeared without serving two tables. Reina really tried to help by giving us the option of after the other two wedding parties were served and if there was food left in the kitchen they could serve that to our guests. I responsed with \"just clean the tables off that could take too long and it is just wrong,\" but she did try to come up with a fast solution to hungry guests. One table never was cleared off, the guests stacked everything at the end of the table and sometime later that night it was cleared. The donuts were stale, they must have been individually packaged, in paper, days in advance. The place was beautiful. Yes this could have been all a fluke and the luck of the draw, but why worry about this happening to you on your special day. The hefty price tag for rolls and salad and no meal is not worth it. Stay clear of CLO and go somewhere else.

Loved having our wedding at County Line!! Ashley, Ginnelle, and Marissa were all amazing. It unexpectedly rained all day during our wedding, and the venue was so quick and flexible with getting everything rearranged for the indoor ceremony. We also loved our bridal silo where the bridal party got ready and spent the whole morning!

To say I was disappointed with county line would be an understatement.. especially for $19k. The venue looked beautiful but SO MANY things went wrong. I had to ask the workers 3 times to fill donuts (after asking them to even put them out with the rest of the desserts and they didn’t even know I purchased donuts, 20 DOZEN DONUTS), twice to fill cookies, and twice to open the door and start our fire. I discussed this with my now husband the following morning to find out he was asking the same requests all night also including them to put soap in the men’s restroom. There was nothing in the bridal house to dry your hands with so we had to put napkins in there. My grandfather didn’t get a carafe of coffee at his table like I requested. The one single special meal I ordered wasn’t delivered to the table until my guest was finished eating and I never got a refund for this. Hopefully other brides have a better.

Very happy with CLO. The staff is very professional and tries to do everything they can to help make sure your vision comes to life. Wedding day reception execution was flawless and the staff very attentive. Food was also delicious and of course the venue itself is beautiful. The coordinator for my day changed about halfway through to someone who didn’t seem as excited about my day as the previous girl I was working with, but the manager was always available and my original coordinator was also ready to assist as needed. Not all brides would handle this well but I am very organized and had my own personal coordinator hired for the day to ensure everything was setup and executed properly.

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect! It was the best day of our lives! We truly enjoyed working with the entire events team - Ashley, Ginelle & Rebecca! They were amazing!! I never felt stressed regarding the venue throughout the process because this team went above and beyond to make our day so special!! I can’t thank them enough!! I would recommend County Line to anyone looking to book a venue. My husband and I often think back on our wedding and we are just so happy with how the day went. Our wedding coordinator, Ashley, was so sweet and so helpful!!! We could not have had a better coordinator. I, the bride, did not have to worry about a single thing because Ashley was so on top of everything and truly cared about me and making sure the day was exactly how I wanted it. The planning process with county line was so organized and simple, it definitely helped me stay on top of my part of the planning and make decisions on things I didn’t even know I had to think about. Every aspect of the wedding process: booking, planning, tasting, rehearsal, day of, could not have been a better experience. I have nothing but good things to say, and our guests were raving about everything too. Food was amazing, ceremony site was beautiful, barn for reception was stunning, the tractor rides were such a unique touch, and the staff was wonderful. If I could do it all over again (I wish I could!!) I would not change a single thing. Thank you for the best day ever County Line!!!!!

What an absolutely awesome experience from start-to-finish. The team at CLO couldn’t have been kinder, more knowledgeable or more accommodating. I honestly couldn’t have been a more clueless bride and yet we had a perfect day. The venue is so beautiful. All of our guests were in awe of how lovely the venue is. Seriously, it’s dreamy. I need to mention that even the food is good. People were actually surprised that wedding food was yummy! The CLO staff is unreal — each and every one of them. But I need to give a huge shoutout to my girl, Ginnelle! She was my dream come true. She held my hand, tolerated my crazy/indecisiveness (why is picking a napkin color so difficult?), and made sure our wedding day ran smoothly. It couldn’t have been a more perfect day and I owe a lot of that to Ginnelle. She didn’t miss a beat. If you are thinking about booking here stop thinking about it and just do it! You will not regret it.

The process leading up to the wedding was seamless and communication with the event coordinators was great and detailed, Ashley and Tyler were the absolute best. All of our concerns and accomodations were addressed quickly and appropriately and we were treated with the utmost respect and priority from all personnel involved. The venue itself was beautiful and really added for great visuals to our day. The payment options we were offered was also amazing, allowing us to leave our wedding day debt free, who could ask for more. We will absolutely be recommending CLO to those seeking to hold special events and weddings, and of course we'll absolutely be around for when they open their store in the Fall.

The CLO team was SO helpful in every aspect and every step of the way. Sitting down to discuss ideas, plan, and ultimately build our dream wedding was so easy with each member of the team. There was absolutely no stress involved during our planning process, and the night was absolutely perfect. They took care of everything and were so helpful, even after the reception in answering any “leftover” questions we had. They were so complimentary and helpful during our wedding day. We were so pleased with everything from start to finish with having our wedding at County Line Orchard! The grounds are beautiful, the staff was amazing, food was great! The staff was so easy to work with and responsive throughout the whole process, especially with us planning at a distance and not being local to the venue! Kaylin was our day of coordinator and went above and beyond to make sure everything went seamlessly! Our guests loved the venue and entire experience for our big day! We were so pleased with everything from start to finish with having our wedding at County Line Orchard! The grounds are beautiful, the staff was amazing, food was great! The staff was so easy to work with and responsive throughout the whole process, especially with us planning at a distance and not being local to the venue! Kaylin was our day of coordinator and went above and beyond to make sure everything went seamlessly! Our guests loved the venue and entire experience for our big day! We would highly recommend this for any future weddings or events!

Cannot recommend County Line enough! The staff was absolutely phenomenal from the moment we toured the venue and throughout the whole entire process. The onsite day of coordinator literally took care of everything and there was nothing to worry about the whole day. Food was incredible and the space could not have been more perfect. County Line Orchard was an amazing place for our wedding. The coordinators made everything so easy. They were on top of everything and made the day of my wedding move so smoothly. We got married June 4th and the orchard was so pretty with all the green. We also had our ceremony in the back by the oak tree and it was so perfect. My pictures came out gorgeous. If you are looking for something different than just a banquet hall, this is definitely the place.

We had the most wonderful wedding day at County Line Orchard. Aside from being an absolutely gorgeous venue, the staff was INCREDIBLE!!! Communicating with them was so easy. Any question I had, I shot over an email and usually got a response within the hour. This was huge to making us feel so prepared and calm for our special day. We were so lucky to have Jessica Fox as our event manager. Meeting with her and her colleagues was always so fun and stress free. We felt like Jessica really was so genuinely happy for us and excited for our day. You will love her! She is an awesome communicator, organized, calm, kind-- she's the best!!! She gave great suggestions and really made all of the things we wanted to happen come true.Another awesome aspect of choosing this venue is the ability to go back to this venue for special events! For example, we took our parents (who live out of town) to the Beer Fest so that they could check out the venue before our wedding day! I also wanted to show my mom the venue on a day we happened to be in the area and Ashley helped to make this happen.We are so happy we chose CLO and cannot wait to go back and reminisce on our day while picking apples and eating donuts in the fall!!

Their team made every single task effortless. They were commutative, patient, accommodating, and overall sweet. They made you feel like your wedding was the only one and how important you and your party were. The entire ceremony and reception went off with out a single problem. We shared our bathroom with one side and it never was packed and always clean. All of our guests raved about how nice the staff was and how AMAZING our food was. We’ve been married a month and they are still talking about the food and of course the popcorn bar. This venue is not just beautiful but affordable. It provided everything we wanted without having to cut any corners. We cannot wait to go back every year for apple season and bring our future children to the place where it all started . We cannot say enough good things about this place! Thank you county line for making our amazing day as magical as I thought it would be as a young girl.

County Line Orchard was an AMAZING place to hold our May wedding! Sarah was fabulous to work with specifically, but everyone we came in contact with during the planning process was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. They were always quick in responding to any messages and questions. The process of planning was organized and smooth. Our day went off without a hitch. Everyone from the servers to the tractor drivers were wonderful. The food was all delicious, and I can’t recommend using their caterer Jonna for any desserts enough. She made us a small cake to cut, and then we did cupcakes, parfaits, and cookies through her. Everyone raved about all of it, especially the parfaits. We also had so many compliments on the venue in general. We were in the South Barn and were able to have the big door on the end open for most of the night. It was so nice to be able to have that indoor outdoor feel, especially on that end with the orchard right there. The bridal silo is beautiful, and the perfect place to get ready. They recently added furniture and some other items that made it so comfortable. The photos that we have in there are absolutely beautiful. The outdoor ceremony spaces are both beautiful, but we got married in the Room of Trees and it was lovely. Our guests also really enjoyed the tractor ride out. We could not have asked for a more perfect day!

The most beautiful wedding venue ever! Kaylin was amazing. She made sure that the room temperature was perfect, always contacted me back promptly, and was super accommodating. The food was unbelievable. Appetizers and dinner, especially the apple chicken!! It was the most beautiful wedding I've ever been to and so many people said the same thing. Thank you County Line!

We got married on 11/12/21 and it was the best day EVER. Everything was perfect from start to finish. We did our tour in august of 2020 and knew immediately this was our place. Starting with Ashley and ending with our coordinator Sarah was just the perfect dream team. Food, booze and the venue were everything I could have hoped for. The venue was beyond beautiful. Sarah my coordinator was perfect. So helpful and always there when I needed her. The weather was perfect, the atmosphere was great, food was fantastic, everything was on time and well organized. The only bad I can complain about is that when multiple weddings are going on they can not keep track of how to keep the weddings separated. We kept having multiple people from other weddings come and drink on our side and even eat out of our taco man truck. Other than that everything was just how I pictured it.

We had our ceremony and reception there on 8/14 and the day was absolutely perfect!! Our day of coordinator did an amazing job! All of our guest raved about how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was. We are from out of state and this venue being all inclusive made planning from a far a piece of cake. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to get married in the northern Indiana area, to get married at the County Line Orchard.

We were married here on 7/16/21 and had the very best day ever thanks to our coordinator, Jessica!! The day of our rehearsal, there was a 80% chance of rain for our wedding day. Jessica made us feel at ease and had us rehearse outside as well as walked us through the backup plan. We were lucky enough to be married in the row of trees outside, but I know it would've been just as beautiful inside. Jessica made us feel very comfortable and we were not worried about weather issues at all. We received SO many compliments on how beautiful and unique the venue was, and how great the food was. We are from Chicago and the majority of our planning occurred during COVID - so we had most of our meetings w/CLO staff via Zoom, which was very convenient for our schedules. The staff is so friendly and responsive, they were accommodating of some last minute changes for us- which was highly appreciated. We are beyond grateful that we found this venue and did not opt for any of the venues we visited in Chicago. Also- we had lots of guests come from out of town as well and this location was great with its proximity to O'Hare/Midway. Our guests said this was the best wedding they had attended, we cannot thank Jessica and her team enough! Thank you again Jessica, we truly appreciate all that you did to attend to our needs during the wedding! From getting us drinks to keeping everything on track with the timeline, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We highly recommend CLO to anyone who is looking for a beautiful, unique, and accommodating venue!!

I can’t say enough about CLO for a wedding venue! We’ve been through so much trying to plan our wedding with COVID but I can truly say our wedding wouldn’t of happened the way it did without our amazing wedding coordinator Amy. Since day 1 of planning, she was with us every step of the way. Every question, stressor and or worry I had throughout the process she was there to answer and help me. The day of you’re so worried about all these different things and Amy was there all day making sure everyone from the wedding party to our moms were happy and had everything they needed. She went over and beyond to make this day so special for us. Amy became like a family member to us the last year. She truly cares for her clients and wants their special day to be nothing less than a fairy tale! She truly made my day perfect, and I would of been a mess without her there! The food was amazing, the ceremony site was just beautiful and all my guests said it was one of the most beautiful weddings they have been too. My husband and I just got married at County Line Orchard on June 5, 2021. Sarah was our coordinator and we are so grateful to her for making sure everything went smoothly! As the Bride, I was truly thankful that I did not have to worry about anything. Sarah along with some amazing family members/vendors made sure it was a beautiful and even more special day! The only suggestion I have to share, is if you purchase the Lemonade Stand for the Ceremony....make sure there is at least \"some\" water left over for the Wedding Party during pictures. It was pretty darn hot outside, so we were all in need of some water after the ceremony...however our guests were \"very\" thirsty as well so we had to wait until after pictures to rehydrate! Overall it was a wonderful experience, went too fast lol and if we had to do it all over again.....County Line Orchard would be our Venue again! Thank you CLO & a special thank you to Sarah :)

County Line Orchard was the perfect venue for our wedding and the staff was great to work with. My husband and I wanted a rustic venue since we go to a lot of breweries. When we saw County Line we immediately fell in love. We started our initial meeting with Jen who was upfront and honest about all the fees we would have to pay and gave us an estimate of exactly how much what we wanted cost. Never once did we feel pressured to spend more money or experience hidden extra costs. Throughout the while process, we had meetings with Courtney and Jessica who were once again straight forward and to answer any question or concern we had. Planning during the pandemic and having constantly changing restrictions, the staff at County Line was always positive in their thinking that we would indeed have our dream wedding. Flash forward to our wedding day, we had Jessica as our coordinator. With rain coming into the forecast the morning of, I was afraid I would have to make the decision to move our outdoor ceremony inside because of possible aftermath of the rain. When I talked to Jessica about concerns, she immediately said she was going to do everything in her power to have our outdoor ceremony. She did, from giving us updates on the rain and updating our guests to When they were going to be shuttled out. Everything ended up turning out perfect and we received a lot of compliments about the beauty of the venue and the deliciousness of the food we picked. I would highly recommend CLO to anyone!

Jessica was our coordinator for our Wedding. Unfortunately, she had to reach out to us several weeks before our wedding to let us know we had to cut our guest list from 150 to 25 due to Covid restrictions. Jessica was extremely helpful , patient, professional, and caring during this difficult time. After careful thought, my fiancé and I decided to go with our original wedding date as planned. We opted for a intimate Wedding with our closest family and friends. Jessica, eased our minds and helped new our vision turn into a reality. Jessica went above and beyond on our Wedding Day! I cannot say enough positivity about County Line Orchard. We were originally planning a wedding for September 2020 in Chicago. Due to covid, we were left to start over with our planning. County Line Orchard helped me pick up the pieces and eased all my stress while I replanned our wedding in only 4 months! We worked closely with Jessica and she was very calm, cool, and collected the whole time. I never felt rushed or that anything was impossible. With the problems of our diminishing guest count, we worked together to creatively come up with options to meet our food and beverage minimum for the middle barn. I was comfortable enough to reach out with small favors and last minute questions and Jessica never batted an eye. She was a true pleasure to work with. On the day of she saved us from a mini-flower girl meltdown during the entrance and alerted the DJ right away. I cannot express how much this meant to not have to worry or pick up any pieces during our important day. While it has only been a few days since the event, I continue to hear how much of a great time everyone had and about how beautiful the venue was. Thank you to the entire County Line Orchard team for everything you did during our quick planning time we spent together!

My husband and I got married outside by the Oak Tree and it was just beautiful. The middle barn venue was absolutely stunning and the food was amazing (thanks to the catering team!). All of our guests were commenting on how amazing dinner and the donut favors were. What really made the venue so amazing is the County Line Orchard staff. During the initial tour, the staff answered all the initial questions we had and the meeting was super informative - with a cool spreadsheet they put together, we knew roughly what our day would cost once we had a rough guest count. Throughout the planning process, the team was there for us the entire time to answer any questions and the communication between the whole team was great! No matter who you talked to, they all seemed to be informed about your upcoming wedding day! Even planning during COVID, the team kept us informed and remained positive (and sent all the positivity our way, which we really appreciated!). Courtney was our wedding day coordinator and she was absolutely amazing. From final planning details to wedding rehearsal to the big day, she was there for us for whatever we needed! Thank you, Courtney! We highly recommend this venue if you are thinking about using it for your special day! Our day was everything we imagined it to be. Amy, Jess, Ashley, and the rest of the County Line Orchard team we’re absolutely amazing for our big day. Even though our wedding was rescheduled for a month and a half later, the team was SO helpful and accommodating. We were able to still have our special day with everyone we loved in attendance. The team was quick to reply to emails, phone calls, and any questions or concerns we may have had. The venue also reassured us of all of the new safety and sanitation procedures to make us and our guests minds at ease. The day of, everything ran smoothly! Amy was in constant contact with me and my family throughout the day to ensure our ceremony site and reception area was just the way we wanted it. Throughout the night, the servers and bartenders went above and beyond to make everyone happy. They were quick with putting out the food and drinks to get our party going. Everyone on staff that night were genuinely happy to be working and watching our love story begin. From beginning to end, County Line Orchard was by far the best experience. It was also highly affordable for being a young couple having to pay for our own wedding. I highly recommend County Line Orchard over other barn venues. Being from Illinois, I did not find any venue as elegant or reasonably priced as this one. They were so wonderful and I wish we could relive the day over and over again!!

The entire CLO team made whole planning process so easy and smooth. They were so easy to communicate with and always replied so promptly to any questions I had. We had our ceremony and reception there and everything was so beautiful. Plus the scenery around the orchard made all our pictures have a beautiful backdrop. We were unable to go to a food tasting due to COVID-19, but the team worked with us through it and our food ended up being amazing! Everyone keeps telling us it was the best wedding they've been to!

My husband and I live in Chicago, but we were looking for a venue outside of the city to accommodate our guests and save some money (we have huge families and a guest list that we weren't able to cut down too much). We scheduled out a road trip to visit alternative venues (read: not banquet halls or golf courses) and almost ruled out CLO, but we're so happy we decided to go see it. It's hard to imagine this space as a wedding venue if you visit during the peak apple-picking season, but it is simple, modern and gorgeous. You don't need much decor to make this place beautiful. Seeing as we've never been married before, we don't have much to compare our experience to, but compared to friends or ours - the team here was super responsive, easy to work with, very well organized, and Jessica was an absolute STAR on our wedding day. The chef Joanna is the has such a wonderful personality and we LOVED getting to know her at our tasting (hot tip: have her bake your cake, too). My only knocks are (1) there are plenty of rules to follow that seem a bit unnecessary and highly bureaucratic, but I get why it is easier to follow the rules instead of constantly making exceptions when you have so many events to keep track of & run and (2) it ended up being way more expensive than we originally anticipated, but that will tend to happy at any venue.To save some $: --> For late night food, we ordered pizzas from Mrs. T's pizza & hot dogs and fries from Brickie's and it was a hit. Neither of those was on their preferred vendors list but they were super cheap, delicious, and honored to serve a wedding. The owner of Brickies personally came and served the trays of hot dogs and fries herself to make sure it went well!--> We got our cake to serve our guests from Costco in Merrillville but had Joanna make us a cake to cut to feed us & our head table (it was delicious)--> We did not hire a coordinator because I think the venue does a fantastic job helping - especially with tear down! I did have some friends come early to help with some decor set-upAnyways, rambling aside, we were happy to find CLO and will forever have fond memories of getting married there :)

I wasn’t stressed about a single thing when it came to wedding planning and they were a big reason why. Any questions I had were answered quickly, I was always kept in the loop as well! Our guests were impressed by every aspect of the venue, from the overall aesthetic to the food (they all came from the east coast so i was very impressed as well) We got the stuffed chicken and pork chop with apple compote 👌🏻 Seriously if you’re looking for a venue, this is well worth the money.

I absolutely loved CLO as our venue! I would choose it again in a heartbeat! Everything was so organized and planning was so easy! We worked with Courtney and she was so patient when I e-mailed her a million questions, needed time to think things over, or made changes multiple times. We met with her several times before the big day to ensure everything was accurate. She was even there for the rehearsal to help everything run smoothly. The day of was gorgeous- all the details came together beautifully. I really love the orchard and the rustic details of the barn. As the bride, I really wasn't involved in anything day of except getting ready. Courtney went above and beyond to check in and make sure we didn't need anything. I loved being able to take pictures throughout the property and getting ready in the bridal silo. The food was EXCEPTIONAL! We had the red roasted pepper ravioli and parmesan chicken! The only \"complaint\" I would say was that the air conditioned barn was actually really warm getting ready and during the reception. We had several fans going in the bridal suite (hot tools could definitely attribute to this) so that helped. Our reception itself was pretty hot though. I know they tried turning down the air several times, and even got us some big fans. But the combination of people (all three rooms were used), weather (we got married in July, and it was a VERY hot and humid day (100+ degrees), and dancing (duh) really didn't help. Not sure if it was technical issue on the day of and I don't think this was the fault of the venue, but something to be wary of. Hoping that years down the road we can do this again... for a vow renewal!

Their kindness, professionalism, and nonstop efforts to do anything and everything they could to make our day perfect still brings a tear to my eye when I think about it. Our day was absolutely perfect, I can't believe we ever even dreamed of getting married anywhere else! I truly feel like this is where we were meant to be on our wedding day. I don’t have a single bad thing toSay about county line. My wedding was absolutely perfect and I have no doubt it was due to Courtney and the whole countyline orchard team! They made the planning process so easy and helped make a very stressful day flawless. Not to mention how beautiful the venue is. I highly recommend county line orchard!

Overall we’re happy with the service at County Line, but there were a few areas that were lacking. The ceremony space was covered in large sticks and grass clippings the day of our wedding. Our day of coordinator had to clean it all up while decorating the space. We ordered appetizers quantities based on what the in house coordinator told us to and it took like 20 minutes for them to disappear. We asked where the refills where and they said that was it. My husband was really annoyed about this as we asked multiple times if this would be enough and were reassured that we were ordering enough apps. The coordinator was just like “oh well” when we brought it up with her. We sat down for dinner and I’m looking around our table an notice the wrong salad dressing is out. We ordered ranch and French and Italian was served in place of French. I was annoyed, but it’s just salad dressing so it’s not the end of the world. When we told the venue about it afterwards their response was “I’m sorry you didn’t feel comfortable bringing it to our attending at the time.” What was I supposed to do? Have everyone stop eating because they out out the wrong salad dressing?! It’s really not a big deal, but just showed a lack of attention to details. And the in house coordinators reactions to our questions and complaints afterwards were very unpleasant.

I had my wedding at CLO last month, and it was amazing! We had our ceremony and reception at CLO and were in the south barn. I worked with Jessica and Courtney as we planned the wedding (Jessica was the main coordinator the day of the wedding), and we can’t thank them enough for all their hard work and planning just to make sure the day went smoothly and that it was exactly what we envisioned. When we toured CLO in April 2018, Ashley greeted us, and we immediately fell in love with the venue. Ashley was welcoming and great to work with as well. You can’t help but become her friend instantly! As the wedding date came closer, Jessica and Courtney were there for my fiancé and I every step of the way. They were quick to respond to emails and provided creative suggestions on how to decorate the venue. They made sure that we were up to date with any changes we made and that everything was squared away. My fiancé and I (and family as well) were very pleased with how organized CLO and their staff was. Dinner came out on time and the wait staff was attentive and responsive to what ever we needed. We couldn’t be more happy with CLO and their selections for the bar packages, appetizers, and food entrees. We received so many compliments on the food and how beautiful the venue was. If you are looking for a venue, I highly recommend CLO! You won’t be disappointed! If we could do it again, we would definitely come back to CLO!

My Husband and I got married at CLO on 7/19/19 and it was absolutely amazing. I live in Texas, so planning a long distance wedding in 6 months was no easy task. Our wedding coordinator Jessica & the rest of the ladies at CLO were so helpful and accommodating. I can't say enough about how amazing Jessica is. She is truly passionate about her career and it shows. As most people have said, the food at CLO is top notch. It's not your typical wedding food AT ALL. I recommend doing a private tasting if you time because then you get to meet with the amazing chef individually and discuss all of your options. We are foodies, so this part of the wedding was most important to me. I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately there was one part of my wedding that did not meet our expectations & sadly it affected everyone's overall experience. In true Texas fashion, our wedding was on the hottest day of the year.. reaching nearly 110 degrees outside with the heat index. I discussed my concerns at rehearsal about the safety of my guests, as we were supposed to have an outdoor ceremony. Jessica was so accommodating and discussed options with me. The night before the wedding we decided we would have the ceremony outdoors. When we arrived at CLO the day of the wedding at 9am, it was already hot in the main barn. They had fans going & they assured me they were working on it, but the AC could not keep up. The silos had to be nearly 90 degrees by the time my bridal party started getting ready. If you have a summer wedding, I don't suggest renting the silos as the air conditioning in them is slim to none. We made it through the ceremony (after nearly 8 hours of sweating inside the barn/silos) and when we came back into the barn, it was just about as hot inside as it was outside. I completely understand weather is unknown and summers are hot (I am from Texas so I'm used to it), but for the price of the venue/food/alcohol, I would have hoped it could have been somewhat comfortable for our guests. It didn't even cool off inside once the sun had gone down. I have gotten a ton of positive feedback from friends and family, but one thing that stands out that everyone says is \"wow that wedding/venue was beautiful, but it was way too hot inside\" which makes me so sad that that's what people remember the most. Even our vendors were soaked with sweat the entire night and people were standing near fans trying to get some relief. The coordinators did everything they could to help with fans, but that barn was just too big for fans to make a difference.I would HIGHLY recommend that the owners of CLO improve their ac units as most weddings are in the summer months when it's hot, or warn their guests that the barn is not going to be sufficiently air conditioned. Even portable ac units would help tremendously.

Where do I begin? My fiancé and I fell in love with the orchard January 2017. We booked and met with several of the planners/coordinators several times over the last year and a half. To name a few, Ashley, Courtney, Jessica and Amy. They made our entire planning experience absolutely stress free and seamless. They answered ALL of my questions in a timely manner and never once made me feel like I was bothering them. While deciding on our final details, Amy took the time to figure out a combination of entrees, desserts and appetizers to meet our food and beverage minimum basically to the penny! The day of our wedding was a day we will never forget. We planned for a beautiful outdoor ceremony and an indoor middle barn reception. And of course with our luck, it rained all morning. And all day. When I got to the barn, Amy helped me make the decision to move everything inside. Of course I was upset, but Amy worked with my family and bridesmaids to make sure our, now indoor, wedding was just as beautiful. We used the bridal silo to take pictures of me and my bridesmaids. We did our first look there. We took our bridal party and some family pictures there. Then our ceremony started. My dad and I got to the top of the stairs and we were so worried about how to flip my veil, I forgot my flowers. Amy realized realized it and literally ran all the way across the balcony, into the silo to get me my flowers before I walked down the isle. We went down, had our ceremony and cocktail hour. Came back up the balcony for our introductions and Amy brought me my sandals AND put them on my feet for the reception. She is literally a god send.Our entire reception and ceremony went off without one single issue. It was all thanks to our day of coordinator Amy B. She is a gem. I cannot thank her and the orchard enough. We received SO many compliments of how beautiful the venue was and how AMAZING the food was. We never had delicious wedding food like ours and our guests agreed!!!The staff at the orchard was amazing, bathrooms were clean and never had to wait for a stall, the food was out of this world, drinks were perfect. We would not change one single thing at this venue. It’s truly amazing and I wish everyone would get married here!!!!! I highly highly highly recommend considering County Line Orchard for you wedding venue !!!!

County Line was the the most perfect venue for our wedding! It was so beautiful and our coordinator Jen was amazing during the planning and on the actual event day! She was attentive, kind and answered all of our (multiple) questions. The venue and all the decor was beautiful (we hired Bonnie View as our florist/decor). The food was ABSOLUTELY delicious! We have friends and family calling to this day about how wonderful the food was! We had the Chicken Marsala and Pasta with Meatballs for dinner. I was initially concerned with distance, as the majority of my family and friends are from the Chicagoland area, but it was a quick shot! My husband and I are so happy that we went with County Line Orchard for our wedding reception. It's a unique venue and offers so much appeal to everyone. Our guests had the opportunity to go out to the orchard to take pictures, plenty of dance floor space, open bar, rustic/barn feeling and we also had a photobooth. Thank you everyone at County Line for making my dream reception a reality!!!! We'll be back for apple picking season!

She was attentive, kind and answered all of our (multiple) questions. The venue and all the decor was beautiful (we hired Bonnie View as our florist/decor). The food was ABSOLUTELY delicious! We have friends and family calling to this day about how wonderful the food was! We had the Chicken Marsala and Pasta with Meatballs for dinner. I was initially concerned with distance, as the majority of my family and friends are from the Chicagoland area, but it was a quick shot! My husband and I are so happy that we went with County Line Orchard for our wedding reception. It's a unique venue and offers so much appeal to everyone. Our guests had the opportunity to go out to the orchard to take pictures, plenty of dance floor space, open bar, rustic/barn feeling and we also had a photobooth. Thank you everyone at County Line for making my dream reception a reality!!!! We'll be back for apple picking season!

We loved everything about our wedding at County Line Orchard. It was so beautiful and the food was great. We were unable to get married outside due to the weather, but the staff at CLO kept me updated constantly and last minute transformed the inside into a beautiful ceremony space in no time.

Honestly, we could not have picked a more beautiful place to have our wedding! We had our ceremony by the big oak tree and our reception in the middle barn. We were so lucky to have gotten to work with Liz. She is literally the sweetest, most genuinely kind person we could have had the pleasure of working with. She helped us so much with constantly answering our questions and helped make me feel so at ease that everything was being taken care of at all times. She went absolutely above and beyond to make sure that our day was perfect and I cannot thank her enough. I feel the venue and staff are extremely well organized especially given that we had a very large wedding.

Our wedding at CLO was a dream come true. We had our ceremony and reception all in the little barn. It was perfect. From the food, to our wedding coordinator Courtney, to the service everything was excellent. So many people raved about the food and venue itself. Everything went according to schedule and our day was amazing. We had donuts and pie instead of cake (minus the cutting cake) and they were gone before we knew it. Can’t give enough compliments about everything from the first meeting to the last dance!!!

County line orchard was the perfect setting for our rustic romantic wedding! We absolutely loved the venue, the staff and the entire planning process! Liz and Jessica went above and beyond to make our day perfect- they helped personalize our seating plan, set up our ceremony site and worked to keep us cool and calm when it was a whopping 93 degrees on our big day! I would highly recommend County Line Orchard to any bride and groom!

CLO was everything we could have wanted in our wedding reception. We rented the little barn and it was perfect. We had two floors and hosted dinner upstairs followed by desert and dancing downstairs. There was also a separate room for cocktail hour which was great. The stairs and the small balcony made for great photo ops. The barn was absolutely beautiful and the staff was amazing. We had a rustic theme with very simple but elegant decor. The white icicle lights wrapped around the barn added so much to our look. We had family style dinner with Parmesan crusted chicken and the pork chops with apples and we got nothing but great compliments on the food. The apple orchard was beautiful for picture taking. If you’re looking for a rustic and different venue I highly recommend County Line Orchard.
