Venue was perfect is regards to image and exactly what I was looking for to have a ceremony outdoors and reception indoors. Throughout the 9 month planning process the staff coordinator I was working with changed 3 times and had to almost restart with each new person. The front desk continually could not find the rooms we had booked for bride and grooms rooms, however, they were very helpful in providing late and early check-in/out times once the rooms were found. The day of the event, the ENTIRE crew who sets up events had the day off due to an event the night before that was booked well after I had booked my event. The ballroom had not been cleaned from the night before and they couldn't find anyone to clean it pushing our set up from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. The site coordinator and others who have never set up for an event before were the ones attempting to scramble to set up the ballroom and courtyard for the wedding. Eventually it all worked out, but the venue was wildly unprepared for the day of the event despite it being on the books for about 9 months. Food was wonderful, servers were on top of it, bartenders did well. Each new coordinator we worked with was typically quick to respond to emails and phone called with few exceptions.
