We had our wedding and reception at Covered Bridge last month and we’re glad we did. I could brag on the event coordinator, Genni all day long! She was helpful from the beginning. She responded promptly to the multiple emails I sent her when I was stressing out during the planning process. Anything I asked for, she said yes without hesitation and found a way to make my wedding dreams come true. She is sweet and made for her job! The other staff were of course wonderful as well. The venue is beautiful and the wedding package was wonderfully priced for what we received. I have had multiple compliments on how beautiful my wedding was and how much fun it was!

My wedding day was absolutely perfect and I owe so much of that to our on site coordinator, Genni! She made sure the day ran perfectly! We choose Covered Bridge Golf Club for both our ceremony and reception venue for a thousand reasons. A few major ones were: - Beautiful scenery- both as a back drop and for pictures - Outdoors, but covered from rain and sun- On site coordinator- Husband loves golf and loved the venue. I knew it was the one if he was excited about it and telling everyone! - in house catering- on site waitstaff and bartenders- set up and tear down- we didn’t have to do a thing - no need for additional rentals- they had tables, chairs, linens, and all table ware. They include so much in their package and it was great to be able to take some major tasks of my to do list (linens, rentals, bar/wait staff). From my very first call with Genni I knew she was great at what she does! She was always super responsive and helpful. I honestly don’t know what we would have done without her! There were a lot of things I was uncertain about along the way (decor, what should go where, when to do what, etc), but Genni was always able to offer advice and recommendations. She saw my vision for the day so clearly, and everything was perfect! Genni kept everything on track and the day was absolutely perfect. We were more than on track, we actually ate dinner 30 minutes ahead of schedule! I am not sure that has ever happened in the history of weddings! I cannot tell you how fortunate we felt not having to do set up or tear down. It made everything leading up to the wedding much more relaxed knowing we didn’t need to squeeze set up into our timeline. I could honestly go on and on about how great our experience was and how great Genni was! I feel so fortunate to be able to say our day was perfect and we wouldn’t change any of it. All of the thank you’s In the world would not be enough!

Beautiful venue! Erin the on-site coordinator made everything so easy through out the planning process! She made everything so effortless and flow well on our big day. I didn’t have to worry at all. She was so attentive always checking on us to make sure we had a drink or got a bite to eat. She had our timeline memorized and kept on on schedule so we had plenty of time to party! The wedding package was a great price too and everything was included!

The venue was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Erin was easy to work with and gave good suggestions when we still needed to hire some of our vendors. Erin and our DJ kept the event moving and on schedule, and everything went perfectly! The layout was gorgeous, and there were so many great backgrounds for photos as well! I am so glad we chose this venue.

Weddings can be very stressful for the bride, mother of the bride, father of the bride, really anyone in contact with the bride! I wanted my day to be perfect, and Erin took that stress away from all of us! She answered our extensive questions and did not forget a detail all while making the day run seamlessly! I was so impressed with her assertiveness and the efficiency with which she runs Covered Bridge. It is such a beautiful venue, for a great price that includes all the extra amenities. I would recommend Erin and Covered Bridge to anyone who wants a relaxing, fun, and beautiful wedding.

We chose Covered Bridge Golf Course for our wedding and reception venue and it was an amazing day! I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Erin Whooley and her staff. She took all of the stress away from us on the big day and handled all of the details with such grace and professionalism. The venue has amazing views of the golf course and the food was excellent. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing!

We used Covered Bridge Golf Club for my son's rehearsal dinner. To say that it was great would be an understatement. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that everyone was having a good time. Erin was a pleasure to work with; she answered questions we didn't even know that we had. She listened to what we wanted and took all the pressure off of us, which allowed us to have a wonderful time. Food, service, and staff were exceptional.

We just had a wedding there and everything started off great with Erin Whooley until the rehearsal night. First, I will say that it was nearly impossible to get a hold of her via email and phone. She kept telling us she was busy with other things but waited almost a week multiple times when we had very important questions for her. Erin was really nice in both meetings we had but very controlling and rude once the time our big day rolled around. For it to be our wedding day she made us feel like we had no control over it. Fortunately, the problems with her didn't come to view with most of our family and friends. Multiple times she got verbally abusive with a very close friend of ours that helped us with almost everything when it came to the wedding. Also, the staff was very unprofessional because majority of the time before and after the wedding they stood off to the side clearly talking about guests we had there. If I would have known how she was going to act during the rehearsal and wedding we wouldn't have booked it with you. She was very unprofessional and unfriendly. I wouldn't recommend anybody book a wedding with her if you plan to try and control YOUR OWN WEDDING. Other than this very sad excuse of a event planner the scenery was amazing!

Covered Bridge is the single greatest wedding venue in all of Louisville area! I visited and researched almost every single one and Covered Bridge lead the pack on the people, food, experience and finally that VIEW! Our guests absolutely loved the back drop and the club house provides such a relaxing and fun environment! Most importantly the people, the greatest venue would be nothing without the people and Covered Bridge has the best! Erin became our our wedding coordinator, logistics master, and all around wonderful and fun person to work with. We all just showed up the day of the wedding knowing everything would be PERFECT! She was absolutely priceless as well as the entire staff! They were such a meaningful piece of our wedding! Thank you!!....ps and it's super fun to be able to play golf, have dinner or a glass of wine throughout the years reminiscing of that special day!

Not only is the venue perfect, but Erin and her staff are absolutely amazing. Erin works with you on fine tuning the details for your special day, and is an incredible coordinator for your day. We wanted a beautiful venue for hosting both our ceremony and reception with onsite catering. Covered Bridge provided all of these, plus Erin's help to coordinate the day's activities! They couldn't have made it any simpler! As any questions arose throughout the day, Erin promptly attended to them long before any problems could arise. She took great care to ensure that the day was calm and pleasant for us. Many people comment that we look so genuinely calm and content in our photos, which is a testament to how smoothly Covered Bridge allowed our special day to go! The staff made sure to do whatever was needed throughout the night to ensure both we and our guests had a great time. It was truly the happiest day of our lives!

OMgosh....Everything was perfect! Erin did an amazing job making sure everything was ready when we arrived and she was by my side making sure the reception ran smoothly. Perfect place to have a gorgeous reception. The view was breathtaking. The staff was available and attentive at all times. I was the nervous bride the morning of the wedding...\rtrying to make sure the tables would be set up how I wanted them. When I arrived to the venue...ERIN and her staff did an amazing job. Covered Bridge Golf Club is an amazing venue to host a wedding. Our daughter got married there a few weeks ago. Erin and her staff did a spectacular job. She was very clear and helpful during the planning process. She was also very organized and kept everything moving on the wedding day, by having everyone where they needed to be, and when they needed to be there. The quality of service was awesome. The food was awesome. The whole experience was awesome. Erin and her staff made my daughters wedding perfect! One more thing about Covered Bridge, the price for what you get is also amazing. If you are looking for a great place to hold your wedding, give Erin a call. You will be glad you did.

Like many brides these days I was planning a wedding while balancing a demanding career. Erin at Covered Bridge was amazing. She was helpful without being overwhelming. The Covered Bridge Golf Club is a beautiful location for a wedding. For the price and the service we recieved nothing could compare. The staff did a wonderful job decorating and making sure everything was perfect; who needs a wedding planner with service like that? The food was excellent too. Awesome job!!!

The Covered Bridge Golf Club is a beautiful location for a wedding. For the price and the service we recieved nothing could compare. The staff did a wonderful job decorating and making sure everything was perfect; who needs a wedding planner with service like that? The food was excellent too. Awesome job!!!
