We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Coyne Catering and Tricia. We had our reception at St. Demetrios Cultural Center and the space was perfect for the event. Plenty of room for guests, Tricia helps to create the space tailored to what you are envisioning. Staff was friendly and helpful during the event and in setting up and tearing down after the event. Our guests raved about the food. Lots of great options to choose from. Would highly recommend for any couples looking for a wedding venue!

We had our wedding at St. Demetrios Cultural Center and had Tricia Coyne and Coyne Catering as our venue contact / catering company. After meeting with Tricia and seeing the venue we actually cancelled the rest of our tours that we had scheduled because we were blown away by how helpful, friendly and responsive she was. Best decision we made!The venue itself was beautiful, providing a stunning backdrop for both our cocktail hour and reception. Tricia and the Coyne Catering team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfectly executed, leaving us stress-free to enjoy our day to the fullest.But let’s talk about the star of the show - the food! To say it was incredible would be an understatement. Throughout the evening and even after the wedding, multiple guests approached us to rave about the meal. Huge shout out to Tricia and Coyne Catering for playing such a pivotal role in making our wedding a day to remember! We had our wedding at St. Demetrios on July 1st, and it was incredible. Tricia is incredibly easy to work with and very quick to respond to questions. The hall itself is absolutely beautiful. Three months later, and we are still getting compliments on the venue and the food! I can't recommend this venue enough.

Amazing food, amazing people to work with! Tricia was so easy to work with. I got married this past July and they catered my wedding at Ariel International Center in Cleveland. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about a buffet for their wedding. The amount of food for the price was great. The food tasted great too! My only regret is not eating more!

After looking on at the knot.Com for venues near us Coyne Catering came up and let me tell you the reviews were some of the best I seen! Me and fiancé decided to meet with Tricia and the rest is history!! Me and my fiancé knew when we walked in that this is place for us! During the whole time of wedding planning I was not stressed because I knew Tricia and the Team were there for me if I needed anything! Seriously they are here for YOU. I seriously cannot recommend Coyne Catering at St. Demetrios enough! Tricia is who you will work with as the event coordinator for your wedding day, but she also owns the catering company too. She will honestly make the venue and catering part of your wedding planning A BREEZE. She is extremely responsive, so nice and fun, and she keeps you on track of what you need to decide and when you need to do it, which takes all that out of your hands when you have so much else to plan. She just does too much stuff to help you to even explain it all. Even for the day of I asked if she would make sure the centerpieces looked good / turn the lights on them before we got there and she did! She is so personable and has a great crew. They even tore down our wedding (and took all the chair covers off for us) and we came and picked everything up the next morning, which is so helpful because who wants to worry about cleaning up right after your wedding? It’s so nice how much is included- from all the linens, to the table numbers and table number holders (if you want to use them), to the small cake stand and easels we used to hold our Welcome sign.. she just has everything available for you! Plus, the food is one of the things people care about the most at a wedding and it was AMAZING! We have gotten nonstop compliments on the chicken cordon blue and the brisket and I couldn’t agree more with everyone because it was delicious. You also have a lot of food options to choose from and can go to their open house in January to try all the food! We had multiple guests with food allergies / intolerances and they made sure that those guests were taken care of with a separate meal! The venue is beautiful and has so much included. We opted to include the patio bar since our wedding was in May and we know people really loved having the option to go sit out there also. I would 100% pick Coyne catering again for my wedding and would recommend them to anyone who wants delicious food and a hassle free vendor experience!

Instead of charging separately for each guest’s meal, drinks, bartender, security, etc. there is one flat price for guest and it made the whole process so much simpler! Tricia, the owner/coordinator for Coyne, was always quick to respond to questions or concerns and was a pleasure to work with. They made us feel like we were in very good hands and handled many of the smaller details so we didn’t have to. A great experience and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking to put their trust in a great coordinator and kitchen staff!

BOOK THIS VENUE. I would recommend Coyne Catering at St Demetrios over and over again. They brought our vision to life and we’re so incredible throughout the entire process. Tricia is the main one in charge and she is an angel on earth. Tricia was on point with every single detail and answered every question, text message and phone call. The food was absolutely incredible, you can’t go wrong with any selection. The hall was open, spacious and updated. They have an outside patio that the crew already decorated on our behalf and it was perfect! We had the option for an outdoor bar as well. All of our friends and family still talk about our wedding and how beautiful the hall was. I could go on for days about Tricia, her crew and the hall. I highly recommend!

Working with Trish and her staff was precisely breathtaking. If you are looking for your dream wedding with a budget on the West Side of Cleveland, Coyne Catering is the spot. From decorations, food, space, and last minute adjustments they truly do an amazing job. They took our vision and ran with it. When people say what would you do differently, we say...nothing because you won't be disappointed. One item that brides and grooms typically don't think about is the clean up and taking items home. Trish and her staff packaged and put all items away saving it, so we could pick it up the following morning which was a huge relief and something MAJOR to consider. Thank you for helping us throw the party of the year and one we will never forget.

Coyne Catering, Tricia, everyone, very professional, the food is amazing. We have had so many compliments. Tricia helped us through every step and was very communicative at every step. All of the food is very good. If you are having hot appetizers, HIGHLY recommend lamb lollipops. We still have people talking about them! You can't go wrong with Coyne!

Tricia communicated with us very quickly and efficiently. She made sure our day was absolutely perfect. Everything was very organized from the beginning. We were able to have all of our guests there with plenty of space, the food was absolutely incredible we highly highly recommend the stuffed shells!!!! Tricia sent us home with take home boxes of our pretzel bar and cheesecake bar because she noticed we did not have time to enjoy them! This was the first venue we saw and I just wish we would have booked it right away instead of going to 9 others and then coming back! Tricia and Coyne Catering were the absolute best to work with and very affordable. We booked with Tricia in early 2021 and for the next 14+ months, she was nothing, but the best. She was prompt in responding to our questions and made sure we understood what was expected from us and what we could expect from her. We were able to try out her food when we \"crashed a wedding\" which I thought was fun. The brisket is well worth the upgrade and the pierogies were absolutely phenomenal. Our guests loved both of these options. This venue also can come with an outside patio/bar which our guests loved as well. Some of them stayed out there longer than we would have liked, but they had a great time and that's all you can ask for. When it came to setting up, Tricia allowed us to come in 2 days before the wedding and set up for almost 4 hours. She was there when we needed her and helped out when she could. I could go on and on about Tricia, but all the reviews speak for themselves. I am so glad I am finally able to put my own review in for this amazing lady and her staff! Do not look anywhere else, book with Tricia and Coyne Catering. You will NOT regret it. Thank you for everything, Tricia!

This was the first venue we saw and I just wish we would have booked it right away instead of going to 9 others and then coming back! They have done so many updates in the past few years including beautiful new floors and expanding their awesome patio. Our guests had an unforgettable night dancing to the band which was up on a stage and enjoying the outdoor patio with a fire pit. Everyone raved about how good the food is. I cannot say enough about how amazing Tricia & Coyne Catering were for our wedding. They were absolutely amazinggggg. She was so helpful during the planning process - she always answered my questions quickly and helped out in any way. They had a wedding the night before so we dropped off our decor and they decorated for us and did an amazing job. Everything looked absolutely perfect. I was nervous since I didn't get to see it but they exceeded my expectations. The day of, Tricia was constantly checking in on us and our parents to make sure we were good. She had a white claw waiting for me at the head table in my coozie which amazed me because I didn't even order or tell her I wanted one. The food was amazing - we had multiple people tell us how delicious it was. The buffet line went extremely fast I was truly shocked when they said it was done. They packed everything up for us to pick up the next morning - from the cake, extra food, decorations, alcohol etc everything was neatly packed up. I truly could not have picked a better venue, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a stress free night. Thank you Tricia & Coyne catering!!

Book them NOW. I can’t say enough good about coyne catering. We knew we wanted it as our venue while attending another wedding before we were even engaged. Tricia and her company is 100% the best in business. She knows what she is doing snd how to make it the best experience from picking out food, to linens, to the extra amenities then to the day of and being almost a built in wedding planner. Being a covid bride, we had to reschedule a few times, Tricia was wonderful and understanding about everything, I never felt annoying with the millions of emails back and forth, which friends at other venues were jealous of. 2 months later and I’m still craving their food and getting texts from our guests saying the same. The venue is a perfect layout, newly updated and so elegant and classy, the outside patio is beautiful. I could go on for days about how great they are. Book them!

When we went to see the hall, it blew our expectations, it’s not just a church hall. Everything that come with the price is amazing. To top of the great prices, you get to bring in your own alcohol. Tricia from Coyne catering was Soo helpful from the start to afterwards. Our original date was May 29th and we were very uncertain what the wedding would be like and every step Tricia was there to let us know regulations, or when things got lifted. It was a great venue and all our guest (209) loved it! Some how we made it out of the covid wedding season with having a basically normally pre covid wedding.

We went to Coyne Catering less than six months before our wedding. Our original wedding venue caught on fire and with our new venue they didn’t have on-site catering. With the help of friends and their experience we found Tricia. We are truly blessed that she was available. From the moment we booked her I felt so confident and so relieved with planning a whole new wedding and in a panic. She made things so easy. With just nine days before our wedding there was a new mandates from the government. Tricia was on it and was so supportive and helped make our wedding what it was. The tables were set up so beautifully and the food was absolutely amazing. Our guests are still raving about it. They were so kind and assisted the elderly and very accommodating for all dietary restrictions. We could not have made a better decision than choosing Coyne Catering. The whole staff was so pleasant to work with. They went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations. If you’re looking for a caterer you can stop here and just book Coyne catering. Absolutely the best! Tricia is the best of the best, incredibly personable she genuinely wants you to have your dream day. She is hard working, always readily available and easy to get ahold of. The staff were all incredible and helpful even with all the stress of COVID, they followed the proper guidelines and had all the necessary spacing and sanitizer ready. St. Demetrios was such an awesome venue a beautiful space plenty of room for social distancing, we had about 180 and everyone felt safe. We are so happy we found them and had truly the best day of our lives!

The food was absolutely delicious, the staff was very well organized and knew exactly what they were doing and they went above and beyond to make sure our special day was perfect! We had the prime rib, pierogis, and chicken piccata and it was probably one of the best meals we have ever had. Due to Covid we downsized our wedding from 176 to 45 and planned it within two months with the help of Coyne catering! They made sure our backyard wedding was as elegant as possible by bringing all real silverware, plates and glassware which helped make it feel as normal as possible. We along with our guests were extremely impressed with everything! The staff came early to set up, stayed to clean up and it allowed us to enjoy our special day. They helped and understood the importance of keeping everyone safe and wore their masks the entire time and also went through and sanitized every hour which helped keep everyone safe with zero reported cases from this event! Overall, our wedding was not how we originally planned it but we would not have changed a thing about it and we are SO glad Coyne Catering was there to help make it that much better! We could not speak more highly about Tricia and all of Coyne Catering!!

Coyne is the exclusive caterer at St. Demetrios (as well as a few other venues I believe) but they own Toscana Party Center which is a smaller venue located in Cuyahoga Heights. We booked Toscana for our ceremony/reception site and also Coyne Catering. From beginning to end, Tricia was amazing to work with. The food at our tasting and at our event was amazing. Our guests raved about how good the food was. Her team was efficient and easy to work with. Prior to COVID and during COVID, Tricia was laid back and easy to work with, organized, consistent, helped us with ideas, recommended other vendors (we went with a DJ she recommended who was amazing as well), understanding, etc. She knew how to make a couple stressing about the wedding process (and then later stressing about the wedding planning during the chaos of the global health crisis) feel at ease. They arranged the hall beautifully for our ceremony and then helped make sure everything at the reception looked amazing and that things ran smoothly. Her pricing is affordable (and very competitive!) for everything you get. The guidance alone that Tricia provides is worth paying for. We cannot speak highly enough of her, the food, and Coyne Catering. We were actually a bit sad we wouldn’t be working with her anymore now that our wedding has passed but will definitely book Coyne for our next big event! 100% recommend.

I would highly recommend Tricia with Coyne Catering and her staff! Tricia was our point of contact throughout the entire process and she was an absolute joy to work with. She was extremely professional and answered any calls/texts/emails in a very timely manner. Planning a wedding during 2020 was definitely not the easiest of tasks, but she made our day so incredibly special despite everything. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue at St. Demetrios is and everyone raved about the food! We didn't even have to clean anything up, they boxed up all of our items and even the florists things! I could not imagine our wedding day being anymore perfect than it was without the help of this company. 10/10!

Selecting Coyne Catering was one of the best choices we made while wedding planning. We got married during the COVID-19 pandemic so things were very uncertain, but Tricia and her team were amazing with their flexibility, communication, cleanliness, and attention to detail. We met with Tricia a month before the wedding to go over all of the details of our wedding and she was so organized and easy to work with throughout the whole process. We know she manages catering at many venues, but she was very accessible by phone and email when questions came up. Coyne Catering accommodated for gluten free and vegan guests and their pricing is AMAZING for all that is included. The staff was friendly and efficient and made an awesome Instagram story with highlights of the night. We were able to get into the venue before our wedding to set up decorations the way we wanted them and we didn’t have to worry about anything once the reception started. Everything was so well taken care of from serving the buffet to cutting the cake to clean-up at the end of the night. We didn’t have to lift a finger and everything (decorations we brought, leftovers, etc.) was packed up for us to take home that night or pick up the following day. Our guests loved the outdoor patio and bar and we had rave reviews about the food. We also took the advice and hired Coyne Catering’s preferred vendors and we could not have been happier with who they suggested. We would highly recommend Coyne Catering without hesitation and were extremely satisfied with our reception experience.

As a stressed 2020 bride, I would ask Tricia a question via email or text, weekly. She responded promptly and kindly. Tricia is truly all about making her brides (and grooms) happy at an extremely reasonable price! At our actual wedding event, she was there and walked us through the whole reception. Everything at our reception ran so smooth because she was helping the whole time! It really was a honor to work with Tricia Coyne and everyone at Coyne Catering. Side note: they have lights behind the head table stage and near the bar that change colors, Tricia met with me on a Saturday along with a man named Chris, to look at the different lighting options for the whole space! Coyne Catering will truly make you the happiest couple on your wedding day.

She was always ready to answer questions or offer suggestions to make your wedding everything you dreamed of and has the experience to get it right. Many of my other vendors were happy to know we were working with Coyne as they are great to work with. Tricia is so easy going, extremely responsive to communication, organized, and took care of so much the day of the wedding. Not to mention the food was so good! Tricia is so easy going, extremely responsive to communication, organized, and took care of so much the day of the wedding. Not to mention the food was so good! I highly recommend Coyne Catering for any special event that you may have! We had our wedding reception at St Demetrios Cultural Center and they did an amazing job. This venue was actually the first one that we checked out and we liked it so much that we committed to it right away. Tricia Coyne goes above and beyond to make everything special for you. She was very easy to work with and you can tell that she really cares for you to have an amazing wedding day. We were so relieved to have such a reliable person to work with. The staff worked hard throughout the night of our wedding and seemed very professional. So many of our guests complimented how tasty the food was. This venue is beautiful and very spacious. There is a nice outdoor patio for guests to enjoy as well. We are so happy that we chose to have our wedding reception there!!

We had the absolute best experience working with Coyne Catering at St. Demetrios for our wedding on July 13, 2019. Tricia, Jim, and everyone there were amazing to work with. The venue is the most important part of your wedding celebration, and you cannot go wrong with St. Demetrios. First of all: the food. Amazing quality and choices, and we were able to go taste everything multiple times. All of our guests raved about everything that they ate, including our late night snack of soft pretzels. Next: the service. Words cannot explain how unbelievable Tricia was. The entire year of planning, she was always able to answer our questions and bent over backwards to help us with anything we needed. We were able to go into the venue on Thursday to set up, and she helped with everything that day. During the wedding, she was attentive and stayed the entire time, even making sure multiple times that I (the bride) had enough food and drinks, and to make sure everything was running smoothly. They even packed up all our decorations at the end! The outdoor space is beautiful and a nice spot to get in the fresh air, and it even had a beer/wine bar. The value of what you pay for is unmatched. So many things are included: food, service, gratuity, security, bartenders, desserts, and appetizers. My entire family is so happy with our choice of venue and we cannot recommend this place enough. They made my wedding reception very memorable and exactly how I pictured it.

Tricia and Jim Coyne did the most AMAZING job for our wedding. They were both patient, helpful, and willing to do anything for us. Our guests were blown away by the food, the atmosphere, the speedy service (both bar and food buffet) and the outside patio space. They knocked it out of the park! St. Demetrios is beautiful and affordable, but Tricia and Jim (the catering experts) really are what sells this place!

Tricia killed it! She did everything we wanted and more. She definitely helped make our reception night incredible. One thing I know I always hear people complain about at weddings is the food. Well, not us! Literally all 300 of our guests ranted about how amazing the food was! You get the 2 for 1 with her because not only is she a caterer, she’s basically a coordinator as well. We didn’t want the night to end but now it’ll just live in our memories forever. Everything was honestly perfect. We highly recommend Tricia with Coyne catering for your next big event.
