Crest Hollow exceeded our expectations. Planning a wedding is extremely stressful however the team of professional, knowledgeable and dedicated staff made our wedding day special. Henry, Samantha, Deidra and Karen were attentive to our needs and covered all things possible. We appreciated the team for their understanding and support. Food was well prepared and tasty. We have no complaints.

Crest Hollow was the first venue we toured on our venue search, and we fell in love the moment we pulled into the drive way. Leading up to our September 2023 wedding, we worked with Mark and Maria, and they were both fantastic! Super communicative and easy to work with! Our Maître d' was Al and our bridal attendant was Natalia - both were absolutely FANTASTIC and made the entire day run so smoothly. If anything went wrong during they day, we didn't know because they were both on top of it. We had our outdoor ceremony in the English Garden and our reception in the Emerald Room. Both were decorated exceptionally. Our guests raved about the cocktail hour by the pool. The food was also incredible! Our custom mocktails were also a huge hit. Everything went so perfectly, and we cannot recommend Crest Hollow Country Club enough. Thank you to the entire staff for making our day so special!

Let me start off by saying that we chose this venue because my sister got married here a few years ago and everything turned out absolutely amazing so, of course, we wanted the same for ourselves! From our very first meeting with Samantha, the Banquet Manager, we were treated with kindness and genuine care. Samantha was beyond fun to work with - her wit and easy going attitude calmed all of my bridal nerves and allowed me to laugh through some of the things I could have cried about. She provided every bit of information we needed, she gave advice when I was torn between decisions, she answered ALL of my many emails with patience, understanding, and humor, and she made all of our meetings something to look forward to instead of them all feeling like a chore. Every bit of planning was that much easier because of her and her constant reassurance that it was going to be our favorite day. As for the day of the wedding, I literally could not have gone through the day without the help of our bridal attendant, KAREN! She was everything I could have needed on that day and more. From the minute we met her to even the next day when we picked up our things, she was the kindest, sweetest soul I ever had the pleasure of experiencing. She helped me with breathing exercises when my nerves hit before walking down the aisle, she hand fed me in the bridal suite to ensure that my dress wouldn't get dirty, she made sure we had a drink in our hands at all times, she followed us through the cocktail hour so we didn't get tied up talking to one person for too long, she bustled me up numerous times since someone stepped on my dress and ripped one out, she held my dress, she held my flowers, she held my hand, she was HANDS DOWN a key part of what made our wedding day so perfect and so seamless and so unforgettable. I could thank her everyday for the rest of my life. The wedding was just everything my husband and I could have ever hoped for. The Crest Hollow Country Club and it's amazing staff went above and beyond to make sure of just that and it is going to be a day we look back on fondly. My heart is so happy with how everything turned out. I would recommend this place over and over again.

We got married on November 6th, 2022 and had our reception at Crest Hollow Country Club (CHCC). We had signed our contract exactly a year ago at which point we fell in love with the place and connected well with our sales manager. However, after signing our contract, the communication was very poor. Strike one happened when we found out our sales manager no longer worked there. We had been reaching out for over a month to our sales manager with no response. We finally called CHCC directly to find out we were assigned a new sales manager but no one made contact or introduction of the new sales manager. or just even told us our old one no longer worked there. Strike two, we are living out of state, planning a wedding in Long Island. We had scheduled a follow up in person a month in advance. When we called the day of our appointment to let them know we would be running little late, they didnt have us in the books. We were traveling at the time from a wedding in Syracuse and it was taking us 6 hours to get there. When we were transferred to the manager, they had no clue who we were, sounded annoyed and said they would fit us in. No apology, no sympathy, we felt we were a burden to them. Strike three happened 2 weeks before our wedding when we found out the room we wanted for our cocktail hour was booked by another couple for their wedding. No one had confirmed our booking the while time our contract was active, but what made it worse, no ownership was taken at that moment for the mistake. Another room was pushed on us at which point we had to agree to because no other option was available. Furious and upset, we had to go to senior leadership to express our frustrations and disappoint with all the communication mishaps. I will say, CHCC did give us some upgrades to our reception to help compensate for the negative experience we had. The rest of the staff at CHCC were nothing but amazing and in the end, we had a great wedding reception. However, having the stress and anxiety leading up to the wedding day could have spared had the communication been better overall. I strongly urge caution if you choice this venue to be on top of management to ensure all details of your special day are met. Otherwise, beautiful venue!

We had a fantastic experience working with Ryan and the team at Crest Hollow Country Club & Abe from New Star Caterers. Our wedding day was beyond our wildest dreams. Our Maitre D (Henry) & Attendant (Kim) ensured that our event went smoothly and that all our needs were met. We received positive feedback from friends and family on the delicious food and superb service (having golf carts to transport our grandparents to our outdoor ceremony was a game changer). Thank you!

I recently had my wedding at Crest Hollow on September 15th and it was just beautiful! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time and our needs were met. Even our guests could not stop saying how great our wedding was and everyone enjoyed the food! Our Maitre d's were both amazing and I personally want to give praise to Deidre since she was always by my side if I needed anything or simply offering to change my shoes so I could be more comfortable dancing at the reception! You will not be disappointed if you choose this location.

This review is a little late. We got married 6/5/21. Originally we were supposed to get married 9/7/20 which we obviously had to cancel. They were helpful in switching the date, and although we did need to make our wedding earlier in the morning they did honor the Sunday morning price for a Saturday morning. There were moments I questioned my decision (like I think a lot of brides) however we ended up having the most magical day. Crest Hollow was literally perfect. The service was absolutely perfect! Who has gone to a wedding where the food was actually that great? We did! Our guests are still talking about the food over a year later! Even our vendors all told us they had never been to a wedding where the food was that good. I also loved that the vegetarian option wasn't just a veggie plate but a true chef masterpiece! My bridal attendant was literal perfection. She was so helpful and made sure she talked me down during all the anxiety and made sure if there was anything we needed she made it happen. I don't know what I would have done without her. We initially were bummed we didn't get the startlight room but the Plaza ended up being the most magical space and I'm so happy with how beautiful it turned out. I can not say enough great things, literally everything went so smooth. Trust me I think I looked at every venue from long island to orange county and parts of Jersey and you get the most for your money at Crest Hollow! My ONLY issue was with their required florists - make sure you look at those. We ultimately did find someone in our budget but they can be pricey compared to some others we saw. We priced them all out and ultimately Flowers By Brian was the best for our budget and they did an amazing job so I can see why they have them in their vendor list. 100% recommend Crest Hollow!

I would like to thank the Crest Hollow Country Club for an amazing wedding day. From the moment our time started until the very end I was blown away by the exceptional professionalism. I worked with Karen, Dionne and JC, I would give them a special shout out. They are the dream TEAM ! I felt like family, my husband and I could have never expected how the venue would go above and beyond, we had a power outage at our hotel while getting ready, the crest hollow invited our bridal party and family over right away, they helped right away with smiles, the made by subtle Alice in wonderland vision come true. (The foood, the service, the venue …. Etc.)I am blown away! I cannot wait to share our professional pictures 💙 ! Again, thank you thank, thank you !!!

From the moment we stepped foot in Crest Hollow CC in October of 2020, we were treated like nothing short of Royalty. In the heart of Covid, while wedding venues everywhere were closed or laying off staff, we decided to travel to Long Island from Westchester to view some venues. We arrived to Crest Hollow, were greeted kindly & asked to wait in the lobby while our salesperson finished up his tour of another couple. We were given freshly baked snacks by the incredible Chef & refreshments as we waited. Shortly thereafter, Henry, who is typically on the operations team, saw us waiting & immediately offered to show us the property. While the kindness of every staff member we met, as well as the beauty of the grounds spoke for itself, Henry's natural hospitality, knowledge of the events process from start to finish, patience & flexibility displayed on that first day, left not a doubt in my mind, as the bride-to-be, that this was the place my husband & I were meant to celebrate our wedding. Despite seeing many other venues, and having another venue tour scheduled for later that afternoon, my mind was made up. We returned to Crest Hollow, worked out some logistics, & booked our event. Prior to leaving, we specifically requested to the Director of Operations that Henry work our event.Every vendor that we hired was a direct recommendation of the venue & Henry took the time to give an overview of each specific vendor. After hearing what our vision was, he helped us narrow it down to the best vendors to fit our preferences. He would check-in on us every month or so just to see how we were doing and to answer any questions we may have had. At one point, as Covid impacted our jobs, the finance department worked with us to ensure we were comfortable with a suitable payment plan, and Henry checked on us until he knew we were on the other side of that challenging time. The number of stories I could share about the level of service leading up to our wedding is countless. Needless to say, as the wedding grew closer, & final planning meetings came to a close, I knew that with the team of vendors I had hired, as well as the close care provided by Henry & the staff at Crest Hollow, that our wedding day was in the best hands. Never in my life did I think I would be so calm on the day so many little girls dream about since they were kids. We arrived at the venue after our church ceremony, we were immediately greeted at the door of our vehicle by our AMAZING bridal attendant, Karen, as well as our fabulous maitre d', Al. They brought us & our bridal party to the suite and provided refreshments. They immediately welcomed & provided cocktails to any guests who arrived early & made them comfortable prior to beginning our NEXT LEVEL cocktail hour 30 minutes early. Our guests have not stopped talking about how \"you haven't been to a cocktail hour until you've experienced that one\". They raved over the feeling of being in the Caribbean as they sat poolside enjoying their amazing & endless food. The reception blew them away equally as much. The food. The bartenders (& the drinks). The aesthetic of the reception space. The day could not have gone smoother. The communication Crest Hollow staff has with their recommended vendors is next to none. There was no room for error in this amazing day. The staff at CHCC is elite & I would redo this day a million times & change NOTHING. If you're considering Crest Hollow for your wedding, look no further.

I’m honestly SO glad we had our wedding at Crest Hollow. Truthfully, we mainly picked them because they gave us a really great price for the date we wanted. Their rooms may not be the most chic and modern, but they still look really beautiful when done up with flowers and lights. And yes, there were other weddings going on at the same time as ours, but (as far as I know) nobody had problems waiting on the bathroom or anything! The bottom line is that the people running the show at Crest Hollow truly know what they are doing. Our whole day flowed so smoothly. We were blessed with a perfect, cloudless day which made our outdoor cocktail hour (in the Coral Beach section of CH) absolutely beautiful. The sun was strong, but there were plenty of tents for guests to sit under. We got so many compliments on the food - both the quality and the quantity! The cocktail hour food received the most compliments, but the shrimp entrée at dinner earned some pretty high praise from my mom (and she’s a Gulf Coast native, so that’s saying something!). If you went to an event at Crest Hollow years ago and didn’t like their food, I recommend giving them another shot. The chef completely reworked the menu over Covid, and we all really did enjoy everything we ate. Like I said before, the people running the show (our maitre’d, my bridal attendant Yasmin, our banquet manager Alana) were 100% on the ball and fantastic. The wait staff, on the other hand, were a little less on the ball. Apparently one waiter was pretty rude to some of my family, one bartender left the bar unattended for so long that my aunts started making their own drinks (lol), and my poor husband couldn’t get anyone to bring him a cup of coffee. The wait staff as a whole looked pretty young, so I’m wondering if many of them were new hires for the summer or something. Regardless, the dinner service went quite smoothly on the whole. Overall, I enjoyed the process of working with Crest Hollow, and I’m so grateful they made our vision a reality. They were so accommodating and professional - they just truly know how to throw a great party!

We had our wedding at Crest Hollow on 9/5/21. Our day was absolutely amazing! Our bridal attendant Kayla was an absolute godsend in helping my wife and I with anything that we needed all day. We had some unexpected rain, and Crest Hollow was very flexible in finding us an indoor spot to take photos and also finding golf carts for transporting our bridal party. Leading up to the wedding, Rebecca was our banquet manager and was great in working with us when our numbers started to drop due to Covid. Our Maitre’D was amazing and made sure the day ran so smoothly. The venue space itself was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our 300 guests. Thank You Crest Hollow!!

Our wedding this past Saturday at Cresthollow was all that we dreamed it would be and then some. Our banquet manager Samantha made the process easy and as stress free as it could be when planning a pandemic wedding. Days later our guests are still raving about Chefs food! From our first zoom meeting we knew this was the place we had to have our wedding. When we did our walk through the Plaza room took our breath away and lucky for us it was available for our event. Our attendant Marina, didn’t miss a beat. She was attentive and there for anything we needed, in a word she was phenomenal. Every staff member there was warm, kind and helpful. There are not enough words for me to describe just out thrilled we were with our experience there.

I recently got married at crest Hollow on November 11 and it was the most perfect day ever. My bridal attendant Kim was attentive to me and by my side the moment I arrived at crest Hollow. So sweet. My guests raved at how great the cocktail hour was they had so much food some guests thought those were the dinner plates for a second. Haha. I also forgot to mention how beautiful the outdoor ceremony was the greenery definitely added a magical touch. Moving forward to our reception which we had in the starlight room was so clean well-kept and designed exactly the way I wanted it. The staff was so professional and friendly it honestly made the day 10 times better. I would highly recommend this venue to be booked for a wedding or any other special event. My banquet manager was Kristina and had help from TK as well! Thank you Crest Hollow! You staff is AMAZING!

DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! If you are reading this, please continue, you are already doing better than me. I did not look at the bad reviews and just saw the good ones (many of which, I’m sure, are fake). They were great salespeople and I fell in love with the place after looking at many other venues I didn’t like. However, I missed many horrible details of Crest Hollow. Look at the linens…are we in the 80s?? I had to use an outside vendor for linens because they were so ugly. There is only one bathroom and it’s on the first floor so if you didn’t pick that room then your guests wearing high heels will have to walk up and down all night. WE WERE NOT ALLOWED A FOOD TASTING. That’s right, they’re so good that they don’t trust us with trying it before the wedding?? We also were told they COULD do a food tasting and then a month later told we could not. There was such gaslighting with Crest Hollow I just wanted to get to my wedding already to never have to deal with them again. I had to deal with them through COVID, which was awful. I changed my wedding date twice and each time I was given 10 MINUTES to confirm a new date. I had to frantically email all my vendors to see if they were available on the new date in 10 minutes or the date would be gone, my banquet manager said. They offered no sympathy and did not care one bit about me or my wedding. Another thing I didn’t fully comprehend at the time I booked was that they do 3 weddings at one time. You do NOT have the grounds to yourself and you can’t even know before your wedding where you will be able to take photos because another bride could be there at the time. My banquet manager (I had 3 throughout my 3 year engagement) was never responsive through emails or phone calls and I was constantly wondering what was going on with my wedding and having questions go unanswered. Whenever I had questions 99% of the time the answer was “they couldn’t’ guarantee” it. They also do not do rehearsals; they do the rehearsal 15 minutes before your ceremony. I don’t know about you, but I definitely don’t want to walk down the aisle IN MY DRESSS minutes before I say I do. I missed the opportunity to have a food tasting, cake tasting, and a rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. All of these things were things I dreamed about that CH took away from me. I had done a walk through for our last meeting and told them I didn’t want a stage for my sweetheart table and you know what appeared on my wedding day? A stage, which at that point has been decorated with flowers and couldn’t be moved. I had chocolate kisses for my favors, which we told them and they knew about A WEEK before my wedding. ON THE DAY OF my mom spent 20 minutes arguing with them because they said it wasn’t Kosher and wouldn’t allow it to be served on their premises. On my wedding day when there were issues (because there were many), no one was to be found and I spent time looking for people to talk to. I was told by guests that they were rude and unfriendly to them. My photographer was yelled at by my bridal attendant because we went and took pictures without her…which we did because she was nowhere to be found. They didn’t want us taking photos near the other bride and this fight occurred during sundown, which was precious daylight we needed. It sucks that so many things went wrong on my wedding and this could’ve all been avoided if I just picked a different venue.

There is not a single bad thing I can say with our experience at Crest Hollow. The grounds are to die for. We had our ceremony in one of the gardens and our cocktail hour poolside. Our main room was the Emerald room. Everyone sang praises over the food and look of the grounds. Our banquet manger was Kristina. Not only was she a savior she is friendly, down to earth, personable and professional..WORK WITH KRISTINA…Everyone we’ve worked there was great. Changing the date 3 times due to covid they helped us out so much. Some may view Crest Hollow as your run of the mill catering hall but to us it was a personal and refined experience. I truly can not say anything negative about Crest Hollow. It was so much more then I could have wished and hoped for.

My husband and I got married at the Crest Hollow in July and couldn’t be happier. The Crest Hollow pulled out all stops to make sure that we had the best day possible. We worked side by side with Henry, our sales manager who was there for us every step of the way. Henry was beyond accommodating and worked hard to make our dream wedding a reality. He even made sure to be there the day of, to oversee the seamless execution of our event. Sandy was my bridal attendant and she was superb. We had a huge bridal party of 28 people and Sandy was attentive to everyone’s needs. On top of that, anything that my husband or I needed, Sandy was there and ready to help. She was so friendly and warm, everyone was blown away by her kindness. Larry our maitre’d was top notch! He was on the ball with everything and unbelievably organized. Larry made sure that the night was moving according to plan and that everyone was taken care of. Chef was amazing, and people could not get over how delicious the food was. He came by to check in with my husband and I at the reception which was much appreciated. The passion that he has for the recipes he designs and the meals he prepares is evident. The tuna stack as a salad starter was so different, delicious, and undoubtedly a huge hit. The servers and bartenders made sure all of our guests were taking care of the entire night. Our family and friends are still raving about the amazing time they had. From the beautiful poolside cocktail hour to the outstanding reception, everything was absolutely perfect. Many said it was the best wedding they have been to! We are so happy that we had our reception at the Crest Hollow and are looking forward to having future events there.

I cancelled my wedding when I knew the pandemic situation wasn’t going to get any better and I did not feel safe having a gathering of more than 150 people given some of my family members passed away from COVID-19. I gave a large deposit before the pandemic hit and the venue refuses to refund that deposit. I cancelled due to the pandemic which is an event out of my control and the venue has refused to give me back a deposit which has not been used for any services at all. I will never work with this venue again. I email and call constantly and I get no cooperation from anyone. I just get passed around to different agents with no real solution. I just want my deposit back. My fiancé lost his job during the pandemic and we can really use that money but a large venue with tons of reserve refuses to give it back for services they did not perform. It is very unfair. Please do not work with this venue if you want great customer service. They will ruin what should be one of the happiest moment of your life.

From our initial meeting, through Covid restrictions and all the way to the big day, Mr. Henry Rodriguez guided us with professionalism. The day of the reception all of our guests were treated very well by the entire staff and the food was excellent. I would highly recommend this venue.

We couldn't have been more excited for a reception at Crest Hollow. They could not have been more disgusting given the circumstances of this global pandemic. Clearly events could not happen as planned and they gave no OUT when they were not permitted to deliver the # of guests, party, dancing, etc. However, their hands were out to accept MILLIONS in government funding. Appreciate they supported to keep staffers but at the same time they also did so at the expense of people like us. Our deposits and partial payments were not even partially refunded. Contracts are null and void as this is not an act of G-d but was rather a government mandate. Hence, why they got govt funding, In a time when people need their money, family members dying and hospitalized, they hoarded many peoples money. Some people don't want a party 1-2 years after the celebratory date passed and don't need you to hold money until we can find another reason to have a party at your venue. DO NOT GIVE THEM MORE....

So today is my 1 year wedding anniversary to my wonderfully loving husband, and I just wanted to take a moment to thank Crest Hollow. This day brings back overwhelming memories of pure happiness for me, my family and friends. One whole year later, who knew the world would be in the state that it’s in today.Uliana was our banquet manager, and she could not have been more helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. We booked all the way back in 2018, so we got to work with her for a good 2 years. I’ll be honest with you I wasn’t the easiest bride, one could say I’m a little anxious. Uliana made sure I felt completely comfortable from taking the tour, signing the contract to all the planning. Sandy (my bridal attendant) and Joe (our maitre d) were with my husband and I the day of our wedding. They helped keep my mind at ease, made sure we ate throughout the night and had everything we needed. My guests could not stop talking about how wonderful all the staff was and how beautiful the grounds were. And of course we can not forget about the food!!! It was all so good, my guests couldn’t believe how much of it there was. Crest Hollow helped make our wedding dreams come true and we now have memories that we will never forget. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend it!

The grounds are breathtaking. There were so many places to take photos, it was wonderful! My guests absolutely loved cocktail hour by the pool and the food was delicious. The staff was excellent and helped me with anything I needed. My reception was in the Plaza room, it was set up beautifully and there was always staff around who were very attentive. From beginning to end our manager, Leo, was very professional and the venue provided a wonderful experience. I am so happy I chose to have my reception here!

My husband and I got married at the crest hollow on February 22, 2020. The ceremony space and reception room were absolutely gorgeous and so were the grounds. Cocktail hour was also wonderful. However the staff were completely unprofessional and seemed very annoyed with us throughout the most important day in our lives.During our conciliations, we asked a few times if there were any other events going on the night of our wedding. They were beating around the bush not giving us a straight answer leaving us with unanswered questions. Turned out there were two other events going on that night and they pretty much stuck us with the worst staff. Also during our appointments, I stated that we had many handicapped people attending and needed use of the elevator since we were in the upstairs starlight room. The elevator was out of order and they just moved a cone out of the way the day of. One of my guests had the door closed on her as she was trying to get in. The bridal attendant Carol said many things that were completely out of line throughout the night. She even asked where her tip was at the end of the night! The maitre D Ralph, was either nowhere in sight or mopping around doing nothing. Leaving the lights on during dancing or not turning on firepits outside. Although my husband and I fell in love with the venue, I would not suggest having any events here unless different staff was provided for service.

We got married at Crest Hollow in November of 2019 and they were excellent. My guests were so impressed with the grounds and cocktail hour. They even accommodated my father’s side of the family who is West African with Jollof Rice. The staff was very attentive and accommodating and the price was reasonable. Thomas Reitano was our banquet manager and he did a great job coordinating everything. It was a perfect day! I am glad we chose Crest Hollow as our wedding venue.

I came along for supportHe was very robotic in his explanation and seemed as though he was bothered by being short with us.He seemed as though he was a YES man but was just running thru a script like meeting.I realize it is a ASIAN VENUE obviously but the rooms are extremely outdated. Friends have told us The latino help doesnt even speak english and was dispectful We checked out their vendor of promise ferianni before booking and they push a package of photo and DJ that is thousands of dollars a RIP OFF. by way overcharging BEWARE!!! Beside ferrianni was such a RUDE, VERY RUDE person.DISAPPOINTED HERE. Will go elsewhere to Leonards

Crest hollow is hands down my favorite catering hall. Having had attended multiple events, this place became my dream wedding venue. I had always thought it would be outside of my budget, but when I started planning we found it might actually be a dream come true. We had begun our planning process with one banquet manager but shortly after she had left and we were assigned to Michael. This situation had given me a bad taste but I read up on some reviews of Michael and upon our first meeting, we knew we were in the best hands. Michael made the planning process easy and simple and stayed in touch over the months before the day. The day of our wedding our personal staff were the most attentive and helpful to us and our immediate family. We were waited on hand and foot the entire event. Our maitre d' was an excellent ring leader and kept everything running smoothly. My bridal attendant kept me from jumping in the pool the entire time we took photos (it was super hot) and made sure I got the royal treatment. I tried to keep the event light and fun for a Sunday afternoon and with that I requested the food to not be a sit down dinner. So we had a cocktail spread served. Unfortunately, the cocktail food ended up being served as a buffet instead of open grazing as I had requested. But when we were in the moment it really didn't matter, everyone still enjoyed themselves. We look forward to future events that we will be attending here and bragging about having had our wedding here.

My husband and I hosted our wedding at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury, Long Island. EVERYTHING was perfect, perfect, perfect. Michael from the sales department was the one who initially helped us make our decision. We looked around at multiple locations before choosing our venue. Everyplace we visited we were met with someone trying to sell us something. It was very generic and a little bit sad. By the time we got to Crest Hollow we had almost zero expectations of any venue (we were limited to which venues we could choose because of our party size of 420). However, when we met Michael we were pleasantly surprised. He is a charismatic man that loves what he does. He will always go the extra mile for you. I remember at the beginning of this process we were a little overwhelmed. Michael actually called us back on his day off from his personal phone to help us out and give us some advice. He’s a kind soul that really understands people. You can tell everyone at Crest Hollow loves what they do. The staff all take their jobs very seriously. I also want to give special thanks to Al and Sandy. Our maître d’ and attendant. Al made me feel steady and assured, while Sandy helped my wife in every way possible. By the end of the wedding, my wife was raving about her. Our ceremony was perfect. The poolside cocktail hour was amazing and unique. Many of my guests have never experienced a cocktail hour like that (my guest are still texting and calling me about the food, I’m in the hospitality industry so I appreciate this more than anyone could know). Crest Hollow has all the tools for you to create a magical experience that you and your guests will never forget.

I feel so compelled to write this review and share my amazing experience at Crest Hollow Country Club. From the moment my Husband and I walked through those doors and met our wedding coordinator,Michael Donahue, we knew we didnt need to look any furthur. Michael was welcoming, accommodating, friendly, warm and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of him. The grounds were some of the most beautiful grounds I ever saw in my life from waterfalls to the foliage. Every step of our wedding was planned perfectly because of Michael. Unfortunately on our wedding day it rained and a lot of guests had backed out leaving us screwed a lot of money. But Crest Hollow came through and added wonderful additions to makeup for our loss. The food was outrageous, my guests actually thought cocktail hour was dinner! The service was like nothing I have ever seen. My bridal attendant and staff made me feel like the only one in the place, like royalty! I honestly cannot rave enough about this place. My guests said it was the “best wedding they ever been to.” I am forever greatful for all of their amazing efforts. 5 star place all around!

Since my fiancé was out of town, my mom and I went to Crest Hollow Country Club, to see if we would book my reception. I had no intention of signing the contract right there and then in Michael Donahue’s office, but we did. (After showing my fiancé via facetime Crest Hollow we decided to book the reception.) Michael, was patient, funny and explained in great details all that Crest Hollow has to offer. As my wedding is approaching, Michael has been a great help with all of the changes that is currently happening. If I am treated like the only bride during preparations, I am sure I will be getting superior service the day of my wedding. Amazing! That perfectly describes how my wedding was at the Crest Hollow. Everything about it was flawless, from our first meeting with our great banquet manager, Michael Donahue, to the excellent vendors, the food, everything was perfect. My husband and I instantly connected with a Michael and we knew we were in good hands from the start. There were no gray areas or bad surprises, he laid everything out perfectly with precision. Michael truly loves what he does and cares about his clients. If Michael becomes your banquet manager, you’ll be in excellent hands. Now, the wedding itself, WONDERFUL, EXQUISITE, FANTASTIC. Everything was so flawless from the moment I walked in the door in afternoon till the last minute of the wedding. Al was our banquet manager, he was great, 100% on point with everything, a true professional and we had Carol as our head bridal attendant and Mel as our assistant. Both ladies were extremely helpful and caring. The food was INCREDIBLE; the guests were raving about the amazing cocktail hour and the endless supply of food. The dinner was awesome too (large portions), cake from Dortoni, wow! We also added in the chocolate fountain and ice cream station, AMAZING. Bottom line, if you want to have your wedding at a GORGEOUS, well run, properly staffed venue, then, this is the place. You will not be disappointed. They’re the best in the business for a reason. :)

The place is beautiful and at night the lights at the main entrance give it an extra special touch, perfect for wedding pictures. We walked in for our appointment at Crest Hollow and within 10 minutes of our conversation with Michael, we knew we would get married there. The process of shopping for a wedding venue was intimidating, but Michael had done an excellent job conveying each part of our wedding day and how it was going to work. His presentation of our day helped us craft our vision, and he worked tirelessly to make sure all our expectations were met. From the day that we booked, until the day of the reception, Michael was there for us with any questions we might have had. If we called and he was not available, he always returned our call within a few hours. He provided recommendations for some of our vendors, which were all professional and a pleasure to deal with. We are a younger couple that planned our entire wedding, so having somebody with the experience and professionalism that Michael displayed was incredible. The grounds at Crest Hollow were immaculate, which is why we decided to choose an outdoor ceremony. However, the weather did not cooperate, and we had to move the ceremony indoors. We called the day before and it was a smooth process to get the reception changed. It was a beautiful ceremony and Crest Hollow did an amazing job decorating and transforming the room indoors. Our reception and cocktail hour absolutely blew away our expectations. The staff was professional and well mannered. Our Maitre’D, Brian, and bridal attendants were there whenever we needed anything. They communicated exactly how the day would go, where we would be at what time, and most importantly made sure we ate and had a drink whenever we needed. I cannot overstate how important it was to have team members, like Michael and Brian to assist during our wedding. They made our day into one of the most special days of our lives. We reflected on our wedding day for a few days after, thinking about how the day went, and what our favorite parts were. As we sat there, we could honestly say nothing went wrong. It was perfect. Everybody told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. At first, we thought they were just being polite, but after hearing the same thing said by over 100 people, we had to agree that Crest Hollow had done a phenomenal job and we could not be more grateful.

When my now husband and I were looking at venues for our wedding, we had a few on our list. When we walked into Crest Hollow, we knew that we had found our venue. Let me start by saying, that you are greeted with beauty from the moment you turn into their parking lot. The outside of the hall looked spectacular when we saw it. Then you walk in, and you are greeted with professional staff that make you feel like you matter. We did not get that sort of feeling at every other hall we went to see. We then met our banquet manager, Thomas Reitano, who was the absolute best to work with. He made sure that every question and concern we had was answered. Whatever we needed, he was there to help us through the process. He was so professional and just so personable that we felt as ease and we knew we made the right choice. We bought a lot of things that needed to be set up inside the reception, and we gave them instructions and they made sure that everything was the way we wanted it.The day of the wedding, we had a Matre D and a bridal attendant assigned to us. The Matre D, Matthew was just the best. I don't think my husband and I had an empty glass in our hand for more than a minute. He was on top of us, and made sure that we had everything we needed and also, made sure that our family was taken care of as well, which was just the perfect touch for us. Our bridal attendant, Lindsey was amazing! She made sure that my dress was bustled and every time I would turn around looking for anything at all, she was right there. We couldn't have asked for a better duo to have taking care of us that night. The food was out of this world!! Our guests were raving about how delicious and how much food there was at both the cocktail hour and the reception. The minute we walked into our hall the day of our wedding, we just knew that we made the right choice in selecting Crest Hollow to allow us to have the wedding we have dreamed of. Where do we begin?? Michael has been the most helpful and most professional banquet manager anyone can ever ask for. From the very beginning he made sure to address all our needs and wants for details from start to finish. Our wedding night was more than we ever could dream of. My wife being the super paranoid person she is, she thought no one would ever address her needs. Well guess what she was completely wrong and is actually writing this review right now!! Thank you so much Michael and anyone getting married in crest Hollow should definitely pick Michael as their venue manager, he really went above and beyond.Now onto Marina, she is the best bridal assistant any bride can ever ask for. Choosing Crest Hollow for our wedding was ABSOLUTELY the best decision we could have made. Because, of course, we had never planned a wedding before, we had no idea of all the details (minor and major) that go into the event. We still don’t really know, because Crest Hollow manages those details, and makes everything run like clockwork. Mitch answered all our questions and concerns during the planning process. On the day, my wonderful bridal attendant, Sandy, was there for every unexpected hiccup - finding my father’s papers that he needed for the ceremony, driving my nine siblings back and forth from the photo locations, watching the ring (that we misplaced multiple times) like a hawk, and using her Mary Poppins kit to remove tags and threads from mine and my bridesmaids’ dresses, all while keeping everyone calm and organized. The staff knew we wanted an outdoor ceremony, and even though it was raining on and off throughout the afternoon, they were on-call to move the ceremony equipment back outside when the time came, rather than assuming it should stay inside. Herb, our maitre’d, was so warm and friendly to everyone, and was constantly checking in on me and my family to get anything we needed. We had such a wonderful experience with Crest Hollow; they removed all the stress of logistics, allowing the day all the euphoria and fun it deserves. Highly recommend using them!

We were a little nervous knowing there would be several other weddings going on at the same time as ours but they did a phenomenal job keeping everything separated and directing our guests to where they needed to be. We had the pleasure of working with Helen who helped us plan the most perfect night. Contacting her was a breeze and she had everything planned down to the minute which helped the night run so smoothly. My bridal attendant, Sandy was a pleasure to work with as well. She was very helpful, especially when my dress strap broke even before the ceremony started! She sewed it right there on the spot and had everything I needed for the rest of the evening. We will definitely be recommending this venue to anyone looking for a place to get married! Keep up the great work, don't change a thing!

Good Morning, I cannot begin to express how special we felt on our wedding day and in huge part to Maria and Bob. I want to give them a million stars. Maria was beyond attentive, reliable and just made me feel like a princess. Bob was also extremely attentive and always there to make sure Steve and I were feeling great. And thank you, to Mitch our coordinator for being patient and always responding to all of my many e-mails. The entire Crest Hollow team made my husband and I feel so incredible. And not one thing went wrong. Thank you so much again.

Ever since we stepped foot at Crest Hollow my fiancé and I knew that we had found our perfect venue. They went above and beyond our expectations. I got married on July 29th. My ceremony was outside at the English Gardens which was absolutely stunning. Our reception was at the Starlight ballroom, another stunning spot. The attention and service by all the staff and our banquet manager Helen was impecable. They really know how to treat you like royalty. All my guests were so taken back by how excellent the service was. Everyone raved about the wedding. The food was amazing. Everything ran so smoothly. Working with Helen was a pleasure. She is such a kind and patient woman. She really knows how to listen and look after her clients. She also has the cutest Australian accent (I could listen to her for hours haha). I was even able to book a house florist (Flowers by Brian) and a house photographer (True Love Wedding Photography) at a discounted price. Both of them were also beyond amazing to work with. Crest Hollow was worth every single penny. I have never felt more like a princess in my life. Thank you to Helen and all the staff at Crest Hollow. As someone who's a perfectionist and gets bad anxiety, you guys really made my big day feel like a breeze. I could relive that day over and over again. I recommend Crest Hollow to everyone.

I would like to start off by saying that my wedding was amazing! 5 stars is not enough. My husband and I recently got married on the 19th of august. The event was above and beyond our expectations, from the ceremony to the reception! It would not have been possible without a special team. Crest hollow was the first and only venue my then fiancé looked at for our wedding ceremony and reception. Michael Donahue was our sales manager. The first time we met him, he was very kind, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. He made the wedding planning process So easy. He really put us at ease. He was there from the very being to the very end and supported us each step of the way. He was always accessible and helpful with questions that we had at any time. On the day of our wedding our maître D’ and butler Jordan and Matt were amazing. I did not have one bit of stress and we were able to enjoy our day because they really put us at ease, and coordinated the entire event. The staff here are extremely pleasant and I would recommend Michael, Matt and Jordan to anyone who is planning a big event. I wish I could do it all over again! The event was unforgettable. All of our guests wished we could have done it all over it again!

My husband and I recently held our wedding at Crest Hollow August 10th and my what an AMAZING experience. Everything was top notch. During the planning process our consultant Michael Donahue was like no other! He was personable, funny, and honest. He was so passionate about the business that allowed us to feel so comfortable with his suggestions and insights. He was communicative and on top of every accommodation we made during the process. Michael made sure our day was perfect! He is a remarkable person whom we are tremendously grateful to have helped us during the biggest day of our lives.Fast forward to the day of our wedding, we were greeted by the team that helped us the entire day Lawrence, Matt & Ashley. When I say they had everything in order, it was like a well oiled machine. They were proactive, they listened to our needs and were adaptive to the many changes we made on the fly. Words cannot express how awesome this team was. They took care of us like royalty.The pictures doesn't do the venue justice, the grounds were so beautiful. Our guests was in awe at every turn. The food was in abundance and delicious! Our guest was overwhelmed just by cocktail hour :) then to go to reception with 7 options was incredible. Everything was perfect. The staff provided wonderful service to my family and friends that made for a memorable and joyous wedding. I cannot thank Crest Hollow enough!

We had our wedding at Crest Hollow this weekend. It was amazing!!! We planned to have a first reveal before our ceremony at 12:15 but of course the girls and I were super late with hair and makeup which had me slightly panicking ! We arrived an hour and a half after the scheduled time and were greeted by Mike and Angela who introduced themselves as our attendants for the day. Can I say amazing ! I was immediately calmed by their presence. They catered to our every needs, answered all our questions, got us food before we asked, made sure everything was in place; they completely exceeded my expectations. We actually paid the additional fee to have the ceremony outside in their beautiful gardens but unfortunately during set up it started to rain so we had to move everything inside. Disappointing but not a total loss because they said we could have our money back. Leo was our coordinator, he was great as well, knowledgeable but not pushy ! Overall it was a great experience, our guests raved about the food and how the bartenders weren’t stingy with the alcohol ! I would definitely recommend.

We fell in love with the venue a couple of years ago and we knew we wanted to have our wedding reception there. Big shout out to Uliana, she was always there to answer questions and to help us make our wedding day perfect. 100% recommended.

We recently had our wedding reception at Crest Hollow Country Club in May 2018. We initially met with our first banquet manager, Helen Tull. She was a delight to work with. She helped showed us around the different rooms available and made sure the Emerald Room we loved was available for us. She also had arranged us a tasting appointment to test the quality of the food they served. The food was amazing. Each bite was very flavorful and cooked to perfection. Since Helen got a promotion half way through our process of planning the wedding, we were happily paired with Uliana who also went above and beyond to help make our day perfect. Both handled the transition professionally. Uliana is a delight. Since the other few times we had met with Helen was in the winter or bad weather, Uliana was happy to show us around the outside grounds. They have plenty of beautiful scenery to take pictures. Who knew they had a small pond, gazebo and fountain hidden in the back to the left of the grand pool? Uliana helped finish all the party planning to make sure everything was set how we wanted, so there was no worry when we arrived after our ceremony at the church. Both Helen and Uliana was quick to email us back with any questions we had. What is really great is that they were able to get us exactly what we wanted for our reception. Uliana made sure that their crew was able to get the decorations we provided set perfectly in our reception room.Day of the wedding we were greeted by our maître d', Al, and our bridal attendant, Sandy, when we arrived. They both were great to make sure that my husband and I had everything we needed and also managed our time. Sandy also did a great job of repurposing the flowers we had on the pews from the church to our sweetheart table. She had also helped bustle my dress, so my girls were able to attend cocktail hour. In our bridal suite we had some food available to us since we didn't have time to pop in our cocktail hour. I have been to a family wedding at Crest Hollow last year and the cocktail hour is big. Plenty of food to select from. As a host, there was a lot of food that came standard, then there are parts we got to choose for our guest (carving station, pasta, hot dishes). For dinner, we chose to do a three course dinner. What was great is that our guests were given seven different options of entrees to choose from. The food was amazing and our guests enjoyed it. The wedding cake is made by their house baker (Dortoni's Barkery in Levittown), which happens to be one of our favorite local bakeries. They did a great job making the cake we wanted. Overall, my husband and I had a great experience here as a guest on a previous occasion and as hosts from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone.

I cannot say one bad thing about Crest Hollow! I met with the event manager, TK, September 2016 and kept in contact up until the wedding day! He was wonderful, receptive, available, transparent and above all, helpful! The team on my wedding day made sure everything went smoothly, I wanted for nothing. The grounds were beautiful and the atmosphere great! I couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue. Thank you!

We can't say enough good things about this venue. Everything leading up to the wedding day went so smooth thanks to Michael. On our wedding day everything went great because of the staff at Crest Hollow, especially our Matre'd Al, he made everything so seamless and my bridal attendant Delmi, was always there for me. On top of all that they've done, they surprised us with a martini bar and the lounge that had made our wedding so much better and our guest really enjoyed it. I would recommend this venue to anybody.

Wow...where do I begin. In one word, Cresthollow is MAGNIFICENT!!! From beginning to end, our experience was like a dream you did not want to wake up from...a dream come true. All of the staff was professional, courteous and attentive to our every need. Both inside and out, the entire venue is beautiful. The cocktail hour was exquisite. Our guests were so pleased with the many delicious choices during the cocktail hour. The main course was delicious as well. And it was served nice and HOT! It’s been just over a month since our wedding, and so many attendees are still saying how beautiful everything was. Even those that didn’t attend are saying nice things from what they’ve heard. So if you’re in search of the most beautiful place to have your wedding, look no further. Cresthollow is definitely the place. Trust...they will not disappoint!!!By the way, if you’re deciding on whether or not to hire a wedding planner, don’t bother because the maitre’d and bridal attendants will have everything covered from beginning to end. There really is no need. Thanks Cresthollow for helping to make for a perfect day...despite a chilly Spring day. Everything was really beautiful!!! We would definitely recommend you to any and everyone!

I could not have picked a better venue to host my April 7th wedding. Everything turned out great: food selection, amazing decor and very courteous staff. Mitch was this excellent manager who helped us pick the perfect date to match our budget, design the perfect menu that our guests still rave about, more than one month after. Diane, my bridal attendant made sure we did not starve. She insisted that we had our privacy and that we ate at the cocktail hour. She helped me fix my dress and gave me a pair of flip flops as my feet were hurting from my shoes. This is definitely not the last time I pick this venue and I truly recommend it to brides and others who are planning an event

Michael, the sales manager was extremely pushy. He expected us to book without seeing the bridal suite or ball rooms. He showed us photos of the ballroom on the computer and thought we would book right there. Also, we were very interested in the Vienesse Hour in which he told us we would discuss after booking, closer to our wedding which I said we could not do we have to know now. Their Vienesse hour is a rip off, it does not include a chocolate fountain, it does not give you an extra hour to your party... yet it is $17 a person. We told Michael we had more venues to visit, in which he told us we were crazy that Crest should be it. After calling us several times we decided maybe we should just give it a second look since the outside was absolutely gorgeous. Well, we told Michael we still wanted to see the bridal suite etc. but upon arrival he thought we were booking once we got into his office. Finally were showed (SMALL!)bridal suite and you do not know your ceremony or cocktail room until day of- im sorry this bothered me. For the Vienesse hour we explained how most venues give you an extra hour and ALL is included, not just certain deserts/tables. When he figured we were not booking, his face literally turned RED and he got loud with us basically yelled, told us we are not normal that we went to a venue twice and did not book. He asked where else we were going to look, I told him in which he said that venue has had several owners since they've opened and their quality is poor... meanwhile this has been a Scotto Brother venue and they have been their for 50 years! in addition, he mentioned now he would throw in the chocolate fountain, my fiancée was fed up at this point and said it was not just about the fountain in which Michael YELLED \"REALLY? BECAUSE YOU MENTIONED IT FOUR TIMES\" after this we just ended the meeting. 20 minutes later Michael called again just to remind us tip is included in price. If he was not so pushy we would have booked this gorgeous venue.

We did not book here for one reason only. The wedding coordinator was EXTREMELY pushy. He basically told us that even though we were well over a year away from any date we were choosing, we were already behind on our wedding planning. He also went into saying that he has plenty of clients that call from over seas to book here and that he might not have dates if we hold off. He called us twice after our visit. The second time he called my fiancé let him know we had already booked another place. He questioned if that was set in stone, which he replied it was and the coordinator said ok then and hung the phone up. Wasn’t very professional and if he was so pushy in our first meeting we probably would have booked here.

We had our engagement reception at the Crest Hollow Country Club this past August 2017 with the help of our amazing banquet manager, Helen Tull. Throughout every step, she was very organized and always reminded us what needed to get done, and really helped us plan everythingin a timely fashion. We highly recommend booking Helen as your banquet manager if you are planning an event at the Crest Hollow. From our experience, you should follow Helen’s instructions and advice verbatim, including providing all of the information she requests, such as contact info for all of the vendors for your event, because she coordinates everything for you, which makes everything seamless. The day of, our bridal attendant and Maitre’D greeted us when we arrived at Crest Hollow after our ceremony, and brought us to our suite. Thanks to Helen, they took care of EVERYTHING. There was food ready for us in our suite, they made sure our photographers came to meet us, and they really made sure we were relaxed and ready for our reception. We practically had our own Crest Hollow party planning team with us since the day we booked our event, and including the day of. Throughout the entire event, if we needed anything, they were there, and we can’t thank everyone at Crest Hollow enough for making our day so special. The hard work, dedication, and organization was impeccable. The hall was beautiful, the food was beyond delicious, and it was truly a pleasure to work with everyone at Crest Hollow. So my now wife and I put together a list of venues to visit prior to our marriage. On the top of the list was Crest Hollow Country Club but we had a few on the must visit on our list. The day came where we first met Helen Tull, one of the event managers from Crest Hollow. I must say, just amazing of a person. Helen took us around the grounds and catered to us while touring us around. Her personality and her laughter brought happiness to both my wife and I. Whatever you needed or wanted, Helen was able to provide but also give feedback to her past experiences. She provided us suggestions for our wedding that we have not thought of and it worked out great. Helen wasn’t about the sale or the money but the happiness and enjoyment our friends, family and ourselves would have at Crest Hollow.\tI remember Helen was our first visit on our venue list and when it was time for us to go, she gave both of us a hug and said, “Go, you have to visit other venues, but I will start on the paperwork because you will both be back”. My wife and I looked at each other and smiled and we headed on our way to our other appointments. So, here we are a few hours into our appointments and we looked at each other and both knew what we wanted. Fast forward a few hours and we ended up hugging Helen and going through the process of signing our contract with Crest Hollow. We knew we had made the perfect choice, someone who takes joy in others happiness and not just a sale. We were treated and felt like part of the family. What was only an hour meeting ended up with numerous fruit tarts, cookies and fruit ice teas for hours. \tSo, only a few days before the wedding and we had a final meet with Helen. I had dropped off our boxes for set up and asked Helen if we needed to have someone here to help set up. She smiled and said, “All you need to do is show up”. We were a little skeptical but with dealing with Helen, we had complete trust in her and her team. Helen assigned Al as our maître d’ and Carol as our bridal assistant. If you have your wedding at Crest Hollow Country Club, they are the two people you want to be by your side. They made everything run smoothly and assured us we were the life of the party. They abided by the schedule and made sure we had a chance to eat. They day was hectic and fast and they made sure we were well taken care of. We had a small issue with our florist and my wife was not happy. Carol and Al sprang into action and took charge and made sure the issue was resolved with the florist without involving us. My wife whispered into my ear and told me they both are angels and she couldn’t function without them.\tOur wedding was October 22, 2017, and I am now writing my review of Crest Hollow because, I just had too much to say and too little time to put it in words. If you are to have your wedding or any function, Crest Hollow Country Club is the place to have it. First and foremost I want to thank Michael our banquet manager, from our first meeting we knew that the Crest Hollow was where we wanted to have our wedding. With every visit we were greeted with pleasant and happy staff members. When sitting with Michael to discuss our wedding day details we were given a plate of cookies and delicious glasses of iced tea. Michael was extremely open and honest with us in what the Crest Hollow had to offer. We were able to customize our wedding day to make it absolutely perfect. The beautiful grounds was the perfect back drop for our photos, we were able to take pictures right in front of the Crest Hollow a well as by the pool at night. The pool and little beachy sitting areas made it feel as though you were at a destination wedding. The Emerald Room is the room to go for, with a large beautiful outdoor patio area with a waterfall and seating for guests to enjoy themselves. An unexpected surprise to the the room was when I walked in and saw how beautiful all of the little details came together. One surprise that the Crest Hollow took upon themselves was to set up a little lounge area by the back bar of the room. Our guests raved about all the food options during cocktail hour, there wasn't one thing they didn't like, even the dinner options were amazing with 7 different entire options, there was something for everyone. I also have to rave about Sandra my bridal attedant she was absolutely amazing, while we were taking pictures outside she brought plates of hot hors d'oeuvres for our bridal party as well as drinks to enjoy. Our mater'd was also top notch at one point my husband and I realized that his grandmother does not eat chocolate we asked our mater'd if there was anything other dessert options that could be brought out. Next thing you know grandma had a bowl of lemon gelato in front of her. The saddest part of our wedding being is over is we no longer get to see Michael. Thank you Crest Hollow for making my wedding dreams come true!!!!

Not only is Crest Hollow absolutely a beautiful venue to hold weddings, showers and almost any type of event, but the planners, staff, maitre-d's are A+ in accommodating all your needs. The food is superb and the wait staff are courteous, friendly and also very accommodating. I want to especially give thanks to Michael Donahue who went beyond the call of duty to accommodate me, especially throughout my husband's health crisis. He took the anxiety off my shoulders and made my event magical. I love Micheal and highly recommend him!!! He's so empathic, accommodating and super resourceful!!! And did I mention that you will have a red carpet event at reasonable prices... you cannot go wrong. I look forward to hosting more events in the future at Crest Hollow.

I will begin by saying that the venue is incredibly gorgeous and has plenty of space for pictures and videos. When my now wife and started venue shopping, the CHCC happens to be the very second we visited and it was recommended to us by our amazing friend Sharyn. We are mesmerized by the place and Helen took really good care of us and made us feel welcome right away. Something the first venue we visited had no idea how to do. Helen gave us a tour of the entire facility while answering all of our questions. She understood that we were doing everything ourselves and worked with us and our budget and made the entire process very smooth for us. Finally the day of arrived and we were complete nerve wrecks, but Henry and Kathia were all over the place for us and needless to say very organized and professional. They definitely know how to make your day go smooth. In terms of food, lets just say that even two weeks after our guest still rave about how amazing the food looked and tasted. Family and friends would not stop complimenting the food which made me very happy as the second thing people enjoy must in weddings is the food or is it the open bar? Regardless, we enjoyed our special day and are very happy that CHCC was the right venue. To the entire team both front and back of the house all we have are compliments. Thank you CHCC for the amazing day.

We just got married in June and highly recommend booking Crest Hollow Country Club as a venue. Crest Hollow is absolutely beautiful, from the interior rooms to the outdoor spaces, there is no where that is lacking in elegance and style.Tom was our banquet manager, and he did an incredible job! During each meeting with Tom, he was always extremely helpful, enthusiastic, and organized. He made sure our wedding day included everything we wanted and paid attention to details. If we ever had a question, he would respond quickly and was always willing to work with us.On the wedding day, many of our guests arrived to Crest Hollow earlier than the cocktail hour. The staff was extremely accommodating and let the guests enjoy the cocktail hour early so they were not left standing and waiting in the lobby.Our maitre‘d, Henry made the flow of the wedding flawless and made sure everything was perfect. He showed us our reception room (the Plaza room) set up before the guests entered in from cocktail hour, and asked us if we wanted to make any last minute adjustments. The Plaza room was a perfect size to fit all of our guests while also feeling very intimate.All of our family and friends raved about the food and ambiance of Crest Hollow, and we enjoyed our wedding so much! The staff’s professionalism is unbeatable, as they accommodated all of our needs. We will be forever grateful to Crest Hollow for making our special day a memorable day for not only us, but all of our guests.

From the moment my wife and I walked into Crest Hollow Country Club, we knew that this was where we wanted to have our wedding. The outside areas with beautiful greens, vibrant flora and spectacular waterfalls to the stunning, elegant ballrooms made this venue stand out from the rest that we visited. Mitch, our banquet manager, was introduced to us by way of a mutual friend, but he truly treated us as if we were family. His advice was incredibly helpful, offering tips and suggestions that helped us along the crazy paths to the big day, including the hiring our wedding vendors and getting every little detail ready for our nuptials.The day of our wedding went off absolutely flawlessly. The ballroom they set aside for our ceremony was set up beautifully and our reception ballroom was exactly what we wanted - big party feel without being too over the top. Huge thank you to bridal attendant Sandy and maitre d’ Declan who did a phenomenal job of navigating myself, my wife, our bridal party and our families through every single aspect of our wedding day, including the first look, pre wedding photos, signing the license, the ceremony, the reception and everything in between. They made sure my wife and I had some time to be by ourselves and eat something in between the ceremony and stopping in to the cocktail hour. We had been told leading in to the wedding that we would have to make sure we ate something that day, but with this little breather, we got plenty of time to do that and to be with each other on our special day. We can’t say enough positive things about Crest Hollow. They made our day nothing short of perfect and we highly recommend you check them out for any of your needs

From touring the grounds at CHCC, you feel like you're on vacation. We loved the different options on the beautiful premises, that we took all of our pictures there. We had a beautiful garden ceremony, full of lush greens and flowers, to a south beach inspired cocktail hour by the gorgeous pool and sand. Our reception was in the newly renovated plaza room which was gorgeous! Loved the layout, dance floor was perfect for our 200 guests, and it felt so private. TK was our banquet manager and he couldn't have been a better fit. He did a great job taking care of us, he's super detail oriented and was always so quick to answer any questions we had. Day of the wedding went off without a hitch due to the highly experienced crew here! If you're looking for the full package- choose the crest Hollow!

Overall beautiful place but had minor important details that upset me during my wedding day. Wrong cake flavor; wrong lighting in room. Wrong stage lighting. Bridal attendant kept me in one spot to take photos for 45 mins. Had challah bread put next to my cake as if I was Jewish.

Our wedding was at Crest Hollow on 7/21/17 and we were blown away by the entire experience. We had our ceremony in the English Gardens, a poolside cocktail hour, and reception in the Plaza Room.Everything from start to finish was phenomenal. After our first meeting, even before we signed on, we knew we'd be in great hands with Helen Tull, our banquet manager. She answered every question (we had many) and quelled any concerns about planning our big day. She is pleasant and professional, has great energy and works so hard to make sure that you truly have the most special day. Helen was flexible and worked around our busy schedules to meet with us. She made sure that we were providing as many details to Crest Hollow as possible, so that our day went exactly how we envisioned.However, that was NOT the case - it was even better than we could've imagined! It's now two weeks later and our guests are still gushing about the beauty of the venue and grounds, the amazing service, and the magnitude and quality of the food.We can't say enough about Helen and the incredible staff at Crest Hollow. We were especially grateful for Sandy, the bridal attendant and Ralph, the maître d', who stayed with us from the moment we arrived for our first-look session to the end of the night. There was so much warmth and attentiveness from them throughout the evening that, even with 300 guests, it was a beautifully intimate event.Thank you Helen and Crest Hollow for an unforgettable wedding!

I had my wedding at Crest Hollow Country Club on July 3, 2017. It was the best day ever!! My wedding planner Thomas took my views and made it real! I did not think that was possible. He gave me the wedding of my dreams. The day of my wedding, Jessica my bridal attendant was absolutely AMAZING! I got out of my limo right away handed me a drink. What every I needed that day she got me with out a question. I highly recommend this venue. Work with Thomas. He is the absolute best. He is patient and kind, and listens to what the bride and groom want. He also tries to accommodate anyone else who is helping plan this wedding in my case my mother. We had a different planner in the beginning and he was not so good. Thomas did everything I wanted plus some. GREAT VENUE!!!!

I got married at Crest Hollow Country Club on June 17, 2017 and it was perfect. My banquet manger, Uliana went above and beyond and completely understood my vision. I honestly could not have asked for a better wedding. My maitre'ed Matthew and assistant made sure both me and my bridal party had any and everything we needed. I would highly recommend Crest Hollow for any wedding.

We had our wedding reception at Crest Hollow and it was absolutely perfect! Our banquet manager, Uliana, was very professional and organized. She made the planning process fun and she was very helpful. Crest Hollow is a beautiful venue and it was perfect in accommodating our guest size of 460 people. The venue was large enough that it did not feel too crowded. The team at Crest Hollow was very helpful and made the day flow seamlessly. The food was beyond our expectation. All our guests loved the food and had plenty of variety. We highly recommend Crest Hollow Country Club as an excellent venue for any event!

We want to help other engaged couples with planning! Crest hollow was a great place to have our wedding! We loved our banquet manager Uliana, she was fun and super helpful! Get involved in the party planning meetings and they try to have all your wants met! All the guests are still talking about the cocktail hour food and atmosphere!

I am very disappointed with this venue. My cousin is getting married at this venue, and I own a floral business. It has been my cousins dream to be able to have me so her flowers. Long story short, she booked there without fully realizing that they have their select few businesses do flowers. My cousin has pleaded with them to see if I could bring in the flowers for her, and they briskly denied. I think it is a beautiful venue, but am extremely dissapointed in their values. I wanted to do something special for my cousin on her wedding day, and that chance has been taken away because Crest Hollow CC would rather have a few more bucks kicked back to them, than to see their brides happy. If you are satisfied with letting them have control of the intricate details for your wedding, I would recommend them.. but if you want to have the freedom to plan yourself, stay away.

Crest Hollow was absolutely amazing and allowed us to have the wedding of our dreams!!! We had the pleasure of working with Thomas as our banquet manager who was wonderful. He understood our budget and always made us feel comfortable. The head chef is also amazingggg, make sure you get an opportunity to meet him as he is so passionate about his food and willing to work with you. Ask about his specialty doughnuts as well, our guests are still talking about those delicious treats at the end of the night. At the end of the night, my mother left her bag which included her wallet and all personal belongings at the venue. We all thought for sure it was gone and she would not be seeing it again. We called right away, and at this point it was very late, well they had found my mothers bag and had it waiting for her at the front desk! This just shows how wonderful the staff is.We got married in January so we got lucky that there were not many other parties going on, but I have to say I was completely unaware of anything else going on at the venue! They make you feel so special, I literally felt like a celebrity, and felt like the only party the entire time.The staff at the Crest Hollow went up and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly. My only advice would be to make a list of what you want to occur during the reception ahead of time (for instance we had a birthday cake for a family member which we completely forgot about), because the Matra D will touch base with you on that throughout the night and it is easy to forget things when you get caught up in the moment. I would absolutely recommend the Crest Hollow!

Words fail to express how perfect and incredible our wedding reception at the Crest Hollow Country Club was. The venue glistens with elegance and class, and we were blessed with the most patient, professional and personable banquet manager, Michael Donahue. From the moment we met him, Michael worked to ensure all of our wedding dreams and wishes came true. He always made himself available to answer any questions we had, and he provided us with extremely useful suggestions that made the wedding preparation process that much more peaceful. Our reception at the Crest Hollow Country Club exceeded all of our expectations, and we continue to receive raving comments from our guests! Both my husband and I feel extremely blessed and grateful to have been able to have our wedding at such a romantic and beautiful venue, and we are forever thankful to Michael Donahue for helping us make our dreams into a reality.

She displayed a level of confidence which provided us with a peace of mind. The whole crest hollow staff on the day of the wedding was on point! The appearance of our venue room was immaculate! We will forever remember our wedding day!

I had my wedding here over a year ago and I waited to write the review because I wanted the review to be fair and honest as opposed to a rant about all the things that didn't go how I liked. Here's a list of things to consider when booking. Remember my post is not to discourage you from booking Crest Hollow because at the end of the day my wedding was beautiful. Here goes: 1 - THEY GIVE OUT YOUR EMAIL - When I signed the contract, my email was given to their list of preferred vendors without my consent. I began getting calls, texts and emails from florists, photographers and other wedding vendors. This was beyond annoying.2 - SOUND! - CHCC is an actually country club.... I could hear TENNIS being played DURING our ceremony! I could hear the ball being hit and grunting from the players. THIS was probably the most infuriating thing that day. 3 - COMMUNICATION - Our banquet manager Leo was VERY VERY difficult to get a hold of via email. If you are an email person, confirm that this is a method of communication that will work for them. I have a 9-5 and couldn't always talk during business hours so email was the best way for me but dozens of my emails went un answered.4 - CAKE - We were told that we had to get our cake from CHCC and it was included in our catering package. When it came time to pick the cake, we said we wanted red velvet and were told \"that's extra.\" How did we get from \"whatever you want\" to \"you have to choose between yellow cake and chocolate?\"5 - DISORGANIZED - A few days before my wedding I dropped off my final payment as well as hand calligraphied and wax stamped escort cards directly to my banquet manager. He told me he would put them in his office for safe keeping. They day of the wedding, my day of planner said no one knew where the escort cards were. She spent 45 minutes trying to figure it out... meanwhile the venue had \"found them\" and put them out with out communicating it to my planner. 6 - NOT QUITE HONEST - The ballroom we booked had draping on the ceiling. I asked if they draping would still be there for our wedding and I was told that it was an additional cost to have it put up - if I remember correctly somewhere in the neighborhood of $1500. I had a hunch that it wasn't true... so each time I went to see the ballroom for a walk thru it was there. They never take it down. I think they just tried to get more $$ out of us. 7 - DETAILS - I asked for no pink or purple lighting at my reception...I asked for pure white. Not yellow, not beige. White. My pictures... feature PINK lighting. 8 - UNREASONABLE - Went we went to our final walk thru, I went with my day of planner so he could meet the banquet manager, ask appropriate questions and get familiar with the lay of the land. They day of the wedding Leo made it impossible for her to do her job. He acted as though he never met her. She was going to blow up balloons for our photo booth and was told she could not blow them up on site so she had to go down the street to a random parking lot to blow them up. The GOOD STUFF: 1 - Kyle and Marina our Groom and Bride attendants were exceptional. 2 - The food was VERY good. Our guest still talk about it today. Even the Haitian dishes we specially asked for were tasty and well done. 3 - They were flexible with us an allowed us to have amplified music at the pool at our cocktail hour. 4 - In general - the servers and staff were so nice and accommodating.5 - The sound system is good.

I had my wedding at Crest Hollow Country Club on 9/22/16 in the Starlight Room. During the planning process my husband and I worked with TK and we were certain everything would have been perfect on our big day. Unfortunately, that is not how it turned out. The customer service that was provided to my guests and bridal party was just awful!! I am very disappointed to say I received numerous complaints from both my bridal party and guests upon returning from my honeymoon. I was informed that the bartenders continuously made inappropriate comments to my guests about leaving tips. In addition to the bad service from the bartenders, there was a member of our \"day of\" team that brought incorrect things out to the bridal party and boldly told them, \"Just take it.\" There was also great miscommunication about what I wanted/said and what my husband wanted/said by the wedding team that day. They told the bridal party \"I didn't want to see anyone once I was dressed\" which was far from the truth. I had to get one of my bridesmaids on the phone in order for them to let my ladies come back to the bridal suite. Also they told me \"the ceremony is being held by your fiancé as his sister has not arrived yet\". I got my fiancé on the phone as I was becoming frustrated and he had no idea what I was talking about. He hadn't informed them to hold the ceremony; I'm not certain who they were getting instructions from but they should not have been taking directives from anyone else.Overall I am outraged at this type of service. On your wedding day you expect your venue and its staff to be on their most professional behavior as we have been planning a year in advance, spending an immense amount of money to make this once in a lifetime event magical! The staff at Crest Hollow ruined that for my husband and I and we are appalled.

Crest Hollow was simply amazing. My husband and I had our wedding reception there last month and were completely blown away by the amazing service we received. Helen, our banquet manager was always available to answer our questions and was excellent during the entire planning process. Our Maitre D, Nick, and Bridal Attendant, Jessica, were there every step of the way that night to make sure we were looked after. My husband's button came off of his jacket right before we were getting ready to make our grand entrance but our bridal attendant quickly got a sewing kit and sewed the button back on. Our guests could not stop raving about how amazing the outdoor cocktail hour was from the ambiance to the food to the drinks...it was a hit! The indoor reception in the Plaza Room was stunning. Every item that I dropped off for them to place around the hall from lanterns to games to picture frames were placed everywhere that I had asked them to and also packed away in a box neatly at the end of the night for us to bring back home. I can't begin to explain the overwhelming feeling of joy I had from the moment I arrived to Crest Hollow on my wedding day. They truly made us feel like a King and Queen on our special day and we are forever grateful to the entire Crest Hollow Country Club team for making our wedding a dream come true!

I had my ceremony and reception at Crest Hollow and the staff is amazing. Their professionalism is second to none and the attention to detail is phenomenal. Marina, the bridal attendant, was a GODSEND. My husband and I raved about how she drove us around in a golf cart, sat us down to eat and vigilantly ensured that my dress was properly positioned. She even busselled it after the ceremony with lightning speed! And she was phenomenal at creatively solving day-of fiascos. I am so happy that I didn’t bother to have a coordinator because Marina did it all. The venue was breathtaking and they operate like a well-oiled machine. I actually gasped when I entered the hall because it all came together beautifully. The food was great and my guests were very happy with the venue, especially the top-shelf alcohol provided. They are flexible with planning the wedding and can tailor the event to your personal liking because you matter. You are not just another check.

Crest Hollow Country Club- what can I say about this place... No words can express how grateful I am that my husband found this place. When we visited it last year, we knew this was it. We had found our venue. We booked it right away and were able to get a magical day. We got married on 9/3/2016 and I am sooooooooo happy this is where I had my reception. My banquet manager was TK and he was the BEST! Him and my fiancé hit it off and became the best of friends. TK was just amazing on providing us information about the place, communicating, and being there to answer all my questions. When our day was approaching, TK, made sure everything would be perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better team, from him and the team who helped us throughout our wedding day. YOU ALL WERE AMAZING.What made our day better was knowing how mesmerized everyone was by the beauty of the place, the great food/cake, and the drinks. They absolutely loved everything and it was the best feeling in the world. They even packed up my entree cause I didn't eat it being surrounded by everyone. So I was able to enjoy it the following day. Me and my husband worked hard on planning our wedding and now two weeks in and people are still posting photos and talking about it. I am so happy my wedding turned out the way it did. It was magical, elegant, beautiful, and memorable.

Crest Hollow was AMAZING!Mitch made last Friday the best day of our lives - he made our vision a reality. Mitch was so incredible every step of the way and we appreciate everything he did!Nick and his team were AMAZING!! The Wedding was flawless and he was incredibly organized. He had everyone 3 steps ahead of me making it a very relaxing day for us, our families and our friends. He accommodated our families who were handicapped and all of our dietary needs. He was so helpful and I attribute the flow of the party to him.Sandy - She is a superstar OMG! She kept me so calm and organized, she knew my needs before I did! She helped with my dress, shoes, flowers, photographer and even my lip gloss. Everyone can’t stop talking about how great she was. She made sure my day was perfect!I really can’t say enough amazing things about the Wedding, the Crest Hollow Staff and the beautiful venue. My experience was amazing and I would recommend Crest Hollow and specifically Mitch, Nick and Sandy to ANYONE!

Crest Hollow is such a beautiful venue to have your wedding. The staff are amazing and the team they put together for my wedding were on top of things. My husband and I enjoyed ourselves. The food is delicious! I recommend having cocktail hour by the poolside, our guest enjoyed themselves and loved cocktail hour! I can go on and on about the service and the food. My rating speaks for itself. I just love the fact that they walk with you step by step. Even when my consultant left and I had another consultant in the middle of my wedding planning, they stayed in close contact and picked up where we left off, not having to start over. They make sure your do your homework and they do theirs. It's a team effort. Crest Hollow is the place to have your wedding. I highly recommend it!
