Crimson Lane Venue is a farm wedding destination located in Ada, OH. The sprawling 130-acre premises is home to calm forests, wide-open spaces, and a beautiful lake. The venue blends rustic charm with modern features, making it appeal to the minimalist and ostentatious alike. The farm is a family operated institution that places hospitality and customer experience above all else. In 2015, the Willeke family had the ingenious idea to turn their property into an event location. Owners Michael and Jodi Willeke had complete faith that the natural beauty of the farm would attract potential nearly-wed couples near and far. They have since established Crimson Lane as a dreamy locale where couples and their loved ones can come together and celebrate. Couples and their respective parties can begin the day by preparing in one of the two get-ready rooms at Crimson Lane. These rooms offer a soothing atmosphere to relax, reflect, and prepare before the festivities begin. The venue has three distinct outdoor ceremony locations with which to host unforgettable gatherings. The White Oak, Waterfront and Garden spaces, each provide their own beautiful backdrops to set the scene for the exchanging of vows. The Chapel is a warm and welcoming area that can accommodate wedding receptions as well as act as an alternative indoor location for ceremonies. The property’s focal point is the Main Hall, a neatly designed 3,400-square foot event space that can host up to 200 guests. This room is climate controlled and features a modern aesthetic with a neutral color palette, wall sconce lighting fixtures, and exposed dark-wood ceiling beams. The dedicated staff at Crimson Lane put your experience at the center of their attention for the entire duration of your stay. The venue can be booked for a weekend-long celebration or just a single day, the decision is yours. Catering can be arranged at your discretion due to the open-door policy regarding outside vendors. However, should you need any suggestions a list of preferred businesses can be given to you to make the choice easier. The administration suggests that you use a wedding planner or day-of coordinator, and they would be more than happy to provide one upon request. Setup and cleanup services are available so that your focus can be on enjoying your wedding day. This event location has its own bar area along with a liquor license allowing you and your guests to enjoy refreshments during your big celebration.

Truly such a STUNNER of a venue - to all brides who don’t have a venue booked yet, couples that are looking, or for future planners😉, Jodi & Taylor were such a godsend to us during the difficult time we had of moving our wedding from Montana to somewhere local to us in Ohio. With all of the uncertainty with COVID, they made us feel confident & safe in every decision & were a huge part of the support system we had surrounding us on our wedding day. Every single vendor that we hired came highly recommended by them, and we were blown away by each one. We had a backup plan in case the weather didn’t hold out, but we were so thrilled that it worked in our favor and we were able to have our entire event outdoors, just like we’d always envisioned. Our ceremony location in the back of the property was so beautiful under the large trees, but it also felt very private & intimate - perfect for our 30 person guest count. We had our reception around the other side of the barn overlooking the water. They also have a beautiful arch leading into the property that’s lined by a sunflower field they planted themselves! There were SO many great photo opportunities on site that our guests (and photographers!) loved. Needless to say, Crimson Lane exceeded all expectations we had, and we will be forever grateful. 🖤 Trying to come up with another event to have out there... 😉

I couldn’t recommend this wedding venue more! If I could give them 100 stars I would! Jodi and her family made my wedding day easy and perfect! They are the most generous people who are willing to do anything to help make your special day everything you want it to be and more! They are truly top notch people at a truly beautiful venue! Jodi truly went above and beyond to help me, my husband, and our families feel comfortable, accommodated, and cared for! I can’t say enough amazing things about this venue! If you’re even just considering, so check it out, you will immediately fall in love with all the natural beauty! My wedding was perfect at Crimson Lane!!!

We fell in love with this venue the moment we arrived for our tour and we knew this was the place for our wedding day. It is an absolutely gorgeous venue with so much room for your guests to spread out and enjoy an amazing evening. Great mixture of indoor/outdoor space. We got married in front of the oak tree and it was beautiful. Working with the owners of the venue was great and they were always willing to answer my questions. We received soooo many compliments on our venue and how beautiful it was. Highly recommend this venue for your big day - you won't regret it!

Top-notch excellence all around! When my daughter saw this venue she knew this was the place she wanted to be married at. The building and grounds are gorgeous. The bridal suite is an amazing place to get ready in for the bride and bridesmaids. There is also a nice room for the groom and groomsmen. Jodi, Taylor, and Mike are professional, organized, responsive, and easy to work with. We can't say enough good things about our experience with this venue.

We could not love this venue more. Every person we encountered in the planning process and on our wedding day was phenomenal. We made a last minute switch to have our ceremony inside due to weather, and everyone transformed the space into something of a dream. We chose to have Taylor as a day of coordinator which turned out to be one of the best decisions. She was so helpful and was the epitome of handling issues before they became issues. The entire family made our wedding day go so smoothly and we are so grateful to have worked with them!

We would highly recommend Crimson Lane for weddings! The Willeke family was very easy to work with; Jodi was organized and responsive throughout the process and made us feel at ease that we were in good hands. The bartenders supplied by the venue were professional. We had sooo many compliments from family and friends on how beautiful the space is: both indoors and outdoors.

The moment I stepped into Crimson Lane I knew I had found the place where we would get married. The grounds are absolutely beautiful & saying our vows under the gorgeous oak tree in the back is something I will always remember. Jodi was extremely helpful & was quick to answer any and all questions leading up to our big day. I couldn't imagine getting married anywhere but here.

We had our wedding at Crimson Lane in May of 2021, and it was a DREAM. They are so helpful with everything from planning, coordinating, and day of timeline. Having our wedding there made the entire wedding planning experience a lot more enjoyable and easy. So many things we didn't have to think about. I also loved how accommodating they were and amazing at communicating with me throughout the wedding planning. Especially during Covid, when I had frequent questions. Absolutely recommend them to everyone!

We booked our 10/17/2020 wedding here back in September of 2018, years before COVID, and at a time when the venue wasn't even finished with construction. Crimson Lane was PERFECT, and an absolute dream to work with and be married at. We wanted (and had!) an outdoor wedding, but wanted a good indoor option for bad weather. The indoor hall would have been beautiful had we needed it. With COVID, the venue's vast space was perfect. Jodi, Mike, and the whole Crimson team were a dream to work with. Prices are great, the grounds are beautiful, and they are so helpful. We got so many compliments about this venue, and can't recommend it enough!

Taylor, Jodi, and Michael treated us as if we were family and when we had any little issue pop up they were able to solve it very easily! When we were trying to find our wedding venue, we had circled the words \"rustic\" and \"elegant\" in a wedding planning book, but were not sure that we would find it. Then we heard about Crimson Lane and went for a visit. It was everything we had hoped for, and we immediately knew that it would be our venue. The rustic setting is great for outdoor pictures, especially by the lake, wooded area, and sunflower field near the parking lot. The indoor venue is equally beautiful, with a large reception space, indoor ceremony space (that is fully air conditioned), bar and buffet areas, and well-appointed prep rooms for both the bridal and groom’s parties. Jodi was helpful and responsive in the planning process, and the entire experienced exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend Crimson Lane for your elegant, rustic wedding.

Jodi and her family were incredible to work with! As a COVID bride, this time was pretty stressful, but they made it easy. They were professional, and we got tons of compliments on the venue. Jodi was willing to work with us as we changed our wedding date and then changed it back. She was excellent on the date of our rehearsal and on our wedding day especially. She was willing to help with anything we needed, and her husband was great setting up chairs outside and helping us talk through the social distancing aspects, both outside for the ceremony and inside for the reception. Their staff throughout dinner and at the bar were wonderful during the night and did a great job of keeping everyone moving through the lines, but always made time for my new husband or I whenever we went up to the bar!Overall, Crimson Lane is a gorgeous venue, whose owners were incredibly helpful throughout the entirety of the planning process (which was made more difficult due to COVID). I can't say enough good things about Crimson Lane and their staff!

My husband and I held our wedding ceremony and reception at Crimson Lane this year. We could not be happier with our choice! Jodi and Taylor were excellent to work with throughout the entire planning process and were always happy to answer our questions. The entire staff from the owners, to bartenders, to set up and clean up crew were so nice and helpful. This is a new family business and you can tell that they love what they do! We received so many compliments from our guests and vendors about how beautiful the venue was and how great the staff was to work with. I loved that we were able to bring our own vendors in, and I loved that there were so many options to hold your ceremony—rain or shine you are guaranteed to have a beautiful setting for your wedding. The property also provides the perfect backdrop for photos, so there was no need to drive the wedding party to another location to take pictures. There is a beautiful bridal suite on site that is perfect for your bridal party to get ready in, and a grooms room that provides a fun place for the men to hang out before the wedding (they’re also appropriately placed so there is no chance for the groom to accidentally see the bride before the wedding). I could truly go on and on about how perfect our wedding day was, but I’ll stop here. You will not be disappointed with choosing Crimson Lane as your wedding vendor!

Jodi Willeke (Owner) Hi! I'm Jodi and I am the owner at Crimson Lane along with my husband, Michael, and our children Taylor + Blake. We have been in business since November of 2018 as a venue and we absolutely love what we do! It is such a joy for us to run this business as a family and we would not want it any other way. In our free time we enjoy traveling together, trying new restaurants in our local area, watching sports and spending time at our Lake House in Coldwater, MI.
