Cross Creek Ranch is a romantic wedding and events venue located in Dover, FL. Whether you desire an elegant soirée or a country celebration, this pastoral estate can easily match your chosen theme. The ranch prides itself on celebrating diversity and is pleased to host your civil union, interfaith ceremony, religious ceremony, elopement, second wedding, vow renewal, and more. Cross Creek Ranch offers three areas for your special occasion. The Carriage House Stable is a large barn wedding venue that can accommodate up to 150 guests. The facility is rustic-chic with its large barn doors, wooden ceilings, and vintage seating area. The rest of the venue is enchanting, with a secluded garden and a fairytale forest, ideal for your ceremony. For a smaller wedding facility, The Oak Hall can cater to you and up to 65 loved ones. The building features breathtaking ceilings, shimmering chandeliers, and lovely wooden accents. Elsewhere, you’ll find the French Country Inn with a view of the ranch's blossoming garden. This vibrant area features a charming lounge, dining area, and polished floors. You and your significant other can enjoy exclusive event packages and services at Cross Creek Ranch. Thanks to owners and founders Bonnie McSharry and Sean McSharry, these services can help you feel relaxed on your special day, from meticulous wedding planning to event design. Bonnie and Sean will ensure you have everything you need for your big day, including delicious cuisine, chilled refreshments, and a joyous atmosphere. Cross Creek is a literal dream come true. At first we were a little intimidated by the price, but everything included and the exceptional service we received made it absolutely worth every penny. The package included catering as well as floral, and you can feel confident in these as well as their other preferred vendors. This venue is able to transform to match whatever style you can imagine. Traditional or themed, the space is clean and classy and their designers will listen to what YOU want and tailor every detail down to the furniture in order to fully realize your vision. The staff is attentive, friendly, and of course professional. They made us feel special with each interaction. Holly is amazing. There were some staff changes during our planning, but we were so happy to have our event land in her exceptionally capable hands. Her warm enthusiasm matched our excitement and it is clear she is passionate about what she does. Cross Creek set a high standard for quality and made the whole planning process as well as the event itself practically stress-free! Overall we felt truly pampered, and my mother highly recommends them: so you can focus on enjoying your special day, and confidently let Cross Creek handle the rest.

If you are looking for venues, stop your search here! I cannot recommend cross creek enough! I was asked several times throughout the year if wedding planning had me stressed and I can honestly say it did not, thanks to everyone at cross creek. Our day was better than I could have ever imagined, everything ran smoothly, they thought of every little detail from giving us water between pictures to keep us hydrated to tissues labeled “happy tears” for when my maid of honor gave her speech. The level of professionalism was beyond anything we could imagine. The venue itself is incredibly beautiful, all of our guests were in awe! My husband and I are extremely glad we chose to get married there and grateful for everyone who had a part in making our day so special!

It was the wedding of my dreams. Cross Creek Ranch, the vendors they recommended, and the vendors that were included in the bridal package, did a spectacular job. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a medium-large sized wedding. It was worth every dollar spent.

My now husband and I got married at Cross Creek on November 9th 2023. We found this place about 2 years before our day and fell in love immediately. I knew after our tour it was the one for me. The venue is absolutely stunning. We had our ceremony at the Enchanted Forest and the ceremony in the Carriage Stable House. Day of, everything was incredible. They think of every little detail for your day. This place is all-inclusive, meaning they booked everything minus the officiant and the photographer. IF YOU ARE DEBATING ALL INCLUSIVE, DO IT. They know what they are doing. We had multiple design meetings that took pictures and ideas we liked to create our own unique look. They do all the table stuff (I did not make anything minus a few specific things, like my MOH painted my bar signs), they have all the signs, decorate everything. I even specially brought a mirror in for their calligrapher to turn into the seating chart. You have a team that is extremely dedicated to making your day perfect. Haley helping to ensure my bar was ready, Lisa helped with design, and Holly was my lead coordinator, and she was INCREDIBLE. Even day of staff made sure we were always comfortable. The day was absolutely perfect. They create timelines to ensure you do everything you want to get done and add some time post ceremony for just the couple to be alone. I never felt overwhelmed or concerned over what I should be doing. Throughout planning they always ensured I had things done when they should be. They had it all planned and covered from the second that we signed the contract to when our friends picked up our things the day after. Even after the wedding guests could not stop talking about the venue and the staff. I cannot say enough good things about Cross Creek Ranch, the venue itself, the staff, my wedding day, and the preferred vendors. I thank CCR so much for making our day so incredibly special. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue! It’s such a beautiful spot to get married and the staff is phenomenal. They took all of the stress out of wedding planning and was there every step of the way to answer questions or provide support. They have such an efficient way of running things that on my wedding day, I didn’t have to worry about a thing besides having a good time. I highly recommend everyone get married at this venue!

Cross Creek Ranch was the perfect venue for us. From the moment we stepped foot on the property, we were in awe. We wanted and Enchanted Forest wedding and it was perfect. The design team & coordinators were so helpful and made sure that everything was exactly how we envisioned. Annika, Jennifer, Lisa, Andrea, and Haley were such a pleasure to work with during this journey. The team is so detail-oriented and efficient, they go above and beyond. We had scheduled alone time on our wedding day, they brought us the food and drinks from cocktail hour since we had to miss that time for photos, they even sent us home with a to-go box of all the food and desserts from dinner because they (rightly) guessed that we wouldn't eat much since the day goes so fast. I especially want to shout out our day-of coordinator, Alexis W. Alexis was kind, fun, poised, and extremely on-the-ball with everything our entire wedding day. She was our wedding MVP and we can’t say enough good things about her! Our experience with Cross Creek Ranch could not have been better and I would recommend them to anyone. Cross Creek Ranch is a spectacular venue and the fact that they are all-inclusive makes the wedding planning process really enjoyable! From the very beginning, almost a year out, they had stellar communication with us and were very organized. They organize and help coordinate your vendors, spend a few hours going over your dream designs and how they can bring those to life in your design meeting, and have an impeccable follow-up throughout the months leading up to your day. They connected us with Jean King from Monarch Events and Design for our fresh florals and they turned out to be so beautiful. She made our entire vision come to life. I've heard that wedding planning and coordinating all of the vendors, especially on the day of the wedding, can be very stressful! However, we did not experience any of that having Cross Creek Ranch as our vendor. We decided to get married at their newest site, The Oak Hall and it was GORGEOUS. That part of the property is stunning, quiet, and magical with all of the plants and trees. On the day of the wedding, we had zero worries. We had Christine as our house mom and she was so patient and helpful while we got ready. Valerie was our lead coordinator and I highly recommend her for anyone's wedding! She had constant communication leading up to the wedding, followed- up on every question I had, and was so KIND and loving to us on our actual wedding day. She was so passionate about our wedding and making it so special for us, that I felt like she was a part of our family. The entire wedding team staff was also so wonderful and truly wants your day to be so special. And it means the world to have a whole team behind you on such a big day! They connected us with Grant and Hemond & associates, and Rafael was our DJ. 10/10 recommend Rafael if you truly want to have an awesome and lively party. I cannot thank the whole CCR team, Bonnie and Sean enough for making literal wedding dreams come to a reality.

CCR is honestly amazing and you should definitely have your wedding here. I had zero stress on my wedding and knowing that we had Holly and her team putting everything together was a literal godsend and I don't know how people get married without planners. The fact that it's all inclusive is a mega plus. The grounds are amazing. I got to live my fairy princess dream wedding. Nothing bad happened. Lisa who did our design meeting got everything perfect. You literally pick everything you want in a 4-5 hour design session and they take care of everything. I loved that all the florals (sans the bouquets and boutonnieres) were silk. No waste and sustainable. On the day of the rehearsal, I saw something another wedding had and I wanted it and Holly made it happen. There was a little issue with my brother's boutonniere and Holly fixed it in 2 minutes. Bria, our house mom, took care of us in the morning. Haley helped me gather my things; it felt like I was a celebrity. There were so many people there to make sure everything was perfect. Anita helped the boys and they all talked to each other on head sets to communicate and make sure that everyone was aligned. The timing was incredible. They talked and handled any and all things regarding vendors. They got us in touch with the preferred caterer so we could do our tasting. They linked us up with Alta for florals. They made sure the DJ reached out to us. They do all the setup and decorating and teardown. They kept everything on time. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS. The entire team that supported me and my husband that day made it perfect. I had the best time. I want to get married exactly in the same way 100 times. Everyone said that we had an amazing wedding and it wouldn't have been as great if we didn't go with CCR. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!! We love you Holly!

My wedding day was the best day of my life.. my guests and I were all blown away at the attention to detail and how perfectly everything was organized. Our day of planner, Megan, was so considerate of everyone’s needs. All the vendors were amazing too, especially Vesh catering and Rad red photography. I just wish I could do it all over again!!! A day to remember FOREVER! Choose this for your big day and you won’t regret it.

The team at Cross Creek Ranch was incredible! My wedding day involved being in a tornado watch and a torrential downpour for the majority of the day but they still made my outdoor dream wedding come true at the last minute when the sun came out! The whole team was involved from my lead coordinator Valerie, the design team, the decor team, the other coordinators and my house mom Christine. They exceeded my expectations and truly gave us a wedding straight out of a fairytale. All of the vendors and outside resources they use from caterer to bakeries, to florist, and DJ are top notch and myself and all of our guest could not rave about them enough. I could go on and on but they truly made getting married the easiest and most stress free process I could’ve wished for!

Could not recommend CCR enough! Not only was an all inclusive wedding package the best thing EVER, but the staff there went above and beyond to make our dream wedding a reality. We are so grateful for Alexis our coordinator, the whole design team, Vesh catering and Alessi bakery, our fabulous DJ and everyone else who played a role in making 12/4/22 the best day of our lives.

Cross Creek made my wedding day perfect! I fell in love with the enchanted forest on our tour of the venue and I am so happy we booked that day! I could have not imagined our wedding anywhere else. Megan and Valerie were AMAZING the entire day of the wedding. Cannot say enough wonderful things about them! My guests raved about Quentin during the reception! You can tell that everyone loves their job at cross creek and wants you to have an amazing wedding. Made my day stress free. I can't wait for my wedding pictures to relive the day again!

Everything was perfect! They had everything planned to the exact moment, but they still offered so much flexibility for me and my husband! I ended up running late because hair and make up took so long, and they still managed to fit everything in! They were incredible!

There are no words to describe how wonderful getting married at Cross Creek was. We moved to NY halfway through wedding planning and everyone was so helpful in getting things planned over Zoom. I have no words to describe the amazing experience it was for us to have our wedding at Cross Creek Ranch. The venue is beautiful and everyone in the staff is there for you. From your wedding planner to the house mom they were amazing! My mother had surgery 2 months prior to our wedding and the way they took care of here and made sure she was looked after so I could enjoy our special day is beyond anything I could’ve ask for. Thank you for making our wedding day a magical experience!

From your wedding planner to the house mom they were amazing! Cross Creek was everything I could have imagined!! The house available to get ready in works perfectly is cozy and welcoming! The property is the definition of beauty and grace! All of the staff involved were friendly, outgoing and easing going. The food (vesh) was delicious as well as the cake (artisticwhisk). We went with a recommended photographer (radred) who made the process of photos fun and relaxing- I hope to use them again! Cross Creek Ranch is the perfect venue for anyone looking for an all inclusive venue. We had a great experience from beginning to end and Cross Creek executed our wedding vision better than we could have imagined. Each step of our process was easy and seamless from Nicole taking us on a tour and ensuring we saw The Enchanted Forrest ceremony site first knowing the impact of the space, to Lisa and the design team bringing our garden party to life, to Annika and team ensuring our day went smoothly and according to our timeline. Cross Creek has the best included vendors including catering and pastry chef as well as florals and DJ. The thought of hiring all our vendors was a daunting task but Cross Creek made it extremely easy even for vendors not included with the package. The staff was always friendly, patient, and accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. They say a bunch of hands touch your wedding and it’s true but all hands involved truly care and get to know the couple like family versus another number. We were fortunate to meet most of the team that had a part with our big day including Jill who was always willing to answer our billing questions and Helena our wedding concierge always willing to find us answers to any questions we had leading up to our big day. I truly can’t recommend Cross Creek Ranch enough.

Once we found Cross Creek, all that stress disappeared. Their all inclusiveness is really what sold us on them. Not to mention that the property is just absolutely gorgeous! With our schedules (both of us work overnights) it would have been nearly impossible for us to meet with all the vendors. We were able to have just a few meetings, most of which were able to be done over the phone or Zoom, to make the bigger decisions. Each and every one of Cross Creek’s staff were absolutely amazing. Super friendly, super helpful, super professional. They really care about giving you the wedding of your dreams. You’re not just another couple to them. We had a smaller wedding (45 guests) so we booked the French Country Inn. It was exactly the type of feeling we were looking for and we had so many of our guests say how much they loved the intimate feeling of the French Country Inn. Overall, our wedding was everything we wanted and more. We can’t thank you enough Cross Creek!!

This was the second venue that we toured and immediately knew that Cross Creek was a top contender. We were planning a smaller wedding (50 guests) and loved the intimate setting that the French Country Inn at Cross Creek Ranch offered. Shortly after touring, we received a hand-written thank you letter which sealed the deal for us. We were quickly assigned a point of contact and the planning process began. The only hiccup that we came across during the planning process was the turnover of employees which caused minor confusion. The leave of our designer was the most frustrating because approximately a week after my meeting with her, she resigned. We were provided with another designer, Lisa, who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Lisa shared décor items that were not mentioned during the first design meeting- this was huge for me because I was not satisfied with the original items provided by the prior designer. The caterer, baker, DJ, and florist vendors were all pleasant to work with. My Lead Coordinator was Valerie and WOW, she is great. Valerie was super attentive, helpful, and genuine. We did not have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding- if there were any hiccups on our wedding day, we did not notice and never heard about it. Valerie and the Assistant Coordinator, Alexis, worked very hard at making sure we were taken care of. They were both superb! Also, the staff the day of the wedding were impressive. Our guests had so many positive things to say about the day. Mostly, that the staff was super attentive and on-point the entire time. Also, we received several compliments from our guests about the venue. Specifically, how intimate and romantic it was. The guests also loved the food provided by Vesh. All in all, the service provided day of was a 10 out of 10. The price of the all-inclusive venue was reasonable. Be prepared to pay additional if you would like certain décor items such as different chairs, french doors at the ceremony, lace runners on the reception tables, etc. Also, some of the dinner entrée options were additional. The allowance ($500) for the florist was not sufficient so prepare to pay additional for your fresh flowers. We are sure all of this is very common with an all-inclusive venue and truly felt the final price was reasonable. One tip, if you are paying monthly for the venue, do not pay online or via phone because the convenience fee is approximately $30-$40. Mail in a check to steer clear of the additional cost. In conclusion, if you are looking for a reasonably priced venue with an experienced, knowledgeable staff and a flawless wedding day, we recommend Cross Creek Ranch. Oh, & it was helpful receiving texts (about random marriage reminders) throughout the planning process and they are very active on Instagram which was fun to follow!

After our tour we decided to cancel the rest because we knew Cross Creek was the one! The venue is GORGEOUS and their team is amazing! They took all of the stress out of wedding planning for us and made sure our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be. The designer, Lisa, even went out of her way to order special flowers to create my dream center pieces! Everyone on their team was so sweet and extremely organized. A few of my guests even told me it was the most organized wedding they had ever been to! I will forever recommend Cross Creek Ranch to future brides and grooms!

They help you plan everything to the smallest details and execute it magnificently. Months later my guests still tell me how beautifully everything was. They also are very easy to work with and are willing to work with you. They have staff to handle everything, so your wedding is stress free. Every time I needed something my attendant would pop up out of no where. I felt like princess all day. They made my day magical!!

I do not even know where to begin, Cross Creek Ranch (CCR) was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and we are so grateful we chose CCR to have our wedding. We began our wedding planning while living in Virginia and chose CCR because of their all-inclusive package as well as the beauty of the ceremony site and reception hall. The moment we visited CCR in person, we knew this would be our dream wedding. The enchanted forest ceremony site was described to us by friends and family as a fairy tale site. We could not agree more and are very blessed to commit to each other at the site. The reception hall was everything we dreamed of. The CCR staff took our vision and put it into reality, all the way down to the smallest detail. The staff was extremely accommodating during the entire day and process and are very professional. Our wedding was described by friends and family as the best wedding they have attending because of CCR. What others have described to us as a very stressful time, our wedding planning was stress free because of CCR. The preferred vendors they provided to us were very professional and went above and beyond to take care of us on our special day. The entire process from day one to the wedding day, we could not be more thankful for how it turned out. If we could do the day again, I wouldn’t choose any other venue than CCR. I do not even know where to begin, Cross Creek Ranch (CCR) was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and we are so grateful we chose CCR to have our wedding. We began our wedding planning while living in Virginia and chose CCR because of their all-inclusive package as well as the beauty of the ceremony site and reception hall. The moment we visited CCR in person, we knew this would be our dream wedding. The enchanted forest ceremony site was described to us by friends and family as a fairy tale site. We could not agree more and are very blessed to commit to each other at the site. The reception hall was everything we dreamed of. The CCR staff took our vision and put it into reality, all the way down to the smallest detail. The staff was extremely accommodating during the entire day and process and are very professional. Our wedding was described by friends and family as the best wedding they have attending because of CCR. What others have described to us as a very stressful time, our wedding planning was stress free because of CCR. The preferred vendors they provided to us were very professional and went above and beyond to take care of us on our special day. The entire process from day one to the wedding day, we could not be more thankful for how it turned out. If we could do the day again, I wouldn’t choose any other venue than CCR. Cross Creek Ranch is a hidden gem that gave us a fairytale wedding experience, and we could not be happier! We initially looked at having a Disney Fairytale Wedding, but when we found Cross Creek, it felt like a Disney Wedding without the Disney price tag. We got married in the Enchanted Forest and had our reception in the Carriage House Stable. Choosing an all-inclusive venue was the best decision! Everything was handled for us, they had amazing vendors to choose from, and we didn’t have to worry about putting stuff together ourselves and figuring out what to do with it when it was done!We toured with Bonnie, and worked with her initially when signing contracts and everything - she is so, so sweet. Jill was also very helpful in going over everything in the contract with us in detail and answered every question we had about it so we didn’t feel like we were missing anything.Lauren and Lisa were our designers. Lauren definitely understood more of the theme we were going for and made suggestions that wound up using the day of! They were both so easy and nice to work with. We went into the design meeting not knowing what to expect or really what we wanted (other than a general theme) and were afraid we would be overwhelmed by all of the choices, but we worked so quick and they understood everything so clearly that we wound up finishing early!Our coordinator was Holly. We cannot say enough about her! We truly truly loved working with her. She made us feel so calm in our final planning meeting, answered everything at our rehearsal, and was there for us throughout the entire wedding day. She became what felt like part of our family - not just there to assist us. Holly is truly incredible.The rehearsal went so smoothly. Everything was covered in great detail so everyone knew what to expect the day of. My girls and I stayed overnight at the French Country Inn and we loved every second of it. It was so nice to be able to spend the night with my closest friends laughing and having a great time and to know they were just a few steps away if I needed them. It was a great place to stay!The day of, we had a house mom looking after us. I feel so bad because I don’t remember her name and she was absolutely incredible! She was there with tissues, offered to take photos, laughed with us, and helped us through the timeline of the day.The only two complaints that came out of the day were with the Bridal Assistant and a piece of the decorations. I don’t remember her name either, but when it came time for her to help during our portrait photo session she seemed very absent and it took a bit for her to come where we needed her or to understand what we needed. She also was completely lost on how to bustle my dress. Thankfully, I had my sister there and she knew. While it wasn’t an issue, it would have been nice to move a little faster during photos or to have my dress bustled faster to enjoy our alone time in the cottage. We opted to have a “you should be here” table just outside of the ceremony site. When we went to tour everything, it wasn’t set up, so I didn’t get to see it beforehand and it wasn’t ready for our photographers to capture photos of. This posed a slight issue as it wasn’t set up exactly to our liking, but we didn’t know because we didn’t see it so we couldn’t correct it. It also took away from having that moment looking at it ahead of time instead of feeling rushed to look as I walked past just before walking down the aisle.

The most AMAZING wedding venue ever!!! The place is very spacious and very well-maintained, with multiple options for ceremony sites to match your style (all of which are equally beautiful). The fact that it is an all-inclusive venue definitely made the wedding planning much less stressful for us, especially living out of state. The concierge and design team kept in close contact with us the whole time, guiding us throughout the whole wedding process. Alta, the florist, is the sweetest soul we’ve ever met! She took so much time and care to listen to exactly what we wanted for our floral arrangements. From the moment we set eyes on the property and met the amazing team, we already knew this was the perfect venue for us. We felt so taken care of (portable fans and glasses of water provided for us throughout the photoshoot to keep us cool and hydrated, snacks and appetizers catered to us in between the programs to make sure we are fueled and don’t forget to eat, accommodating our request to have a private “first touch/vows/gift exchange” without actually “seeing” each other, giving my groom and I enough time just by ourselves right after the ceremony so we can have a small private moment together before going back to greet our guests, and so much more). There were multiple last-minute changes we requested that they easily accommodated, including squeezing in an additional slot for a toast (my father decided at the very last second that despite his fear of public speaking, he would get up and provide a toast for us 😭). The whole team all worked so hard to make our day so very special. Every little detail so well thought of. We can’t thank Cross Creek Ranch enough for all the love and support we received (Nicole, Alexis, Annika, Lisa, Alta, etc). There’s no other place that could match this venue. We will forever recommend them to everyone we meet!!!

Not only is the venue itself absolutely breathtaking (especially with all the gorgeous flowers they included in the grand design of the wedding) but they literally have the best staff in the world! From our initial encounter and property tour through the design meetings and the big day, every single moment was incredible. Our coordinator Valerie was amazing and she and her staff created so many special moments that truly made the day magical. Five stars just doesn’t cover it. Valerie and her team, our awesome DJ, and stellar bartender all went above and beyond to create beautiful memories that will last a lifetime. It was clear throughout our entire experience with Cross Creek that they enjoy what they do. If you’re looking for the most beautiful barn venue ever, Cross Creek Ranch is it! From the moment we toured, we knew we wanted to have our wedding there. The design team really helped bring our vision to life and was very helpful with offering a variety of options and suggestions! I was really glad we didn’t end up paying extra/upgrading for the farm tables and chairs, the banquet tables and chairs looked great. I was so happy with how beautiful everything looked on the day of. The colors of our floral arrangements were perfect! The team at Cross Creek was extremely supportive and helpful! Our lead coordinator, Annika was so sweet, there with us every step of the way, and answered all of our questions! When my bridesmaids and I got to the cottage, the attendants there were so helpful. They re-glued my eyelash, re-curled my hair, fixed my veil, brought me water. Whatever I needed, they were on it! The staff also ensures everything runs on time. Which is great because you are so overwhelmed, you aren’t keeping track of time. The only thing I will say is that at one point my photographer/videographer needed a little more time prior to the reception and asked if I was alright with that. The photos and video were a top priority for us given that after the wedding is over, that’s all you have. I chose having a little more time (about 15-20 min more) over entering the reception on time. When I decided this, one of the staff members seemed visibly annoyed/rude and “-wanted me to be fully aware that this would take away time from the reception.” (In no way did I think our time was going to be extended). I understand it is their job for weddings to run on time but after all, it’s our wedding and we should be able to choose how we want to split our time. Also, it really only ended up being 20 min later and we had still had PLENTY of time for our reception! It was perfect. Thank you Cross Creek Ranch for an amazing wedding! :)

We had 2 meeting days (1-flowers and design; 2- food and cake) and a few phone/zoom meetings so if you don’t live in town, it’s definitely doable. Even with the minimal in person meetings, everything came out exactly as we had hoped. Because it is all inclusive, CCR works with the venders and coordinate all delivery and setting up so you don’t have to worry about anything! We did have to provide our own photographer, officiant, and alcohol (the bartender is provided but you do have to bring the booze). On the wedding day, we just showed up and enjoyed the day. The staff had everything planned and guided us through the day. Every time we talk about our wedding, we are so happy we found CCR. We would hands down pick CCR again and recommend them to everyone we know.

The owners of the venue were incredibly communicative throughout 2020, providing updates about how they were dealing with COVID, what precautions they were taking, etc. This is definitely one of the best things about this staff — they are so good at communicating with their brides and grooms about every tiny detail. Never once did I feel out of the loop or unsure of what was going on.My husband and I had the pleasure of working with several members of CCR’s staff, and each one of them was as equally amazing as the next. I never felt like a “client”, even though that’s what I was; they all made me feel more like part of their little family! Special shout outs to our Lead Coordinator, Emily, who I adore so very much and made our day so stress free; Lisa and Lauren who brought our wedding vision to life in terms of decor; Lindsay and Megan who were there every step of the way to answer my 999 questions; and Holly, who literally carried a phone around all night FaceTiming my bridesmaid who was stuck in Australia and unable to attend the wedding. I KNOW I’m missing some people, but the point is, every single person on CCR’s staff is just absolutely top notch.On the day of our wedding, I was so calm, so at ease...I knew that with CCR’s staff in charge, everything would be just perfect. And it was! Everything went so smoothly, they truly have it down to a science. The property is so stunning, decorations were impeccable, the DJ/music was absolutely on point (thanks, Jeff!!!), food was insane, dessert table a hit...y’all, I may be biased (probably), but this was literally the best wedding I have ever attended lol and I had SEVERAL guests say the same thing.I could go on forever and ever, but this is turning into an actual novel and I need to stop. I would absolutely, with no hesitation whatsoever, recommend Cross Creek Ranch to anyone. If you’re looking for an all-inclusive venue who genuinely takes care of everything for you — look no further. These are your peeps. Book your wedding here. Special shout outs to our Lead Coordinator, Emily, who I adore so very much and made our day so stress free; Lisa and Lauren who brought our wedding vision to life in terms of decor; Lindsay and Megan who were there every step of the way to answer my 999 questions; and Holly, who literally carried a phone around all night FaceTiming my bridesmaid who was stuck in Australia and unable to attend the wedding. I KNOW I’m missing some people, but the point is, every single person on CCR’s staff is just absolutely top notch.On the day of our wedding, I was so calm, so at ease...I knew that with CCR’s staff in charge, everything would be just perfect. And it was! Everything went so smoothly, they truly have it down to a science. The property is so stunning, decorations were impeccable, the DJ/music was absolutely on point (thanks, Jeff!!!), food was insane, dessert table a hit...y’all, I may be biased (probably), but this was literally the best wedding I have ever attended lol and I had SEVERAL guests say the same thing.I could go on forever and ever, but this is turning into an actual novel and I need to stop. We booked to have our wedding at Cross Creek Ranch in August of 2019 to have wedding February 2021. Once we fell in love with the venue we became more confident with the venue as they displayed their ability to execute an unforgettable wedding. The world changed drastically between when we booked our wedding to when we had the wedding last month, however team at Cross Creek was outstanding throughout. In every wedding, there are thousands of decision points that you can tremendously stress over. Cross Creek takes so much of that decision burden off of you, while still giving you the ability to design your dream wedding. Our vision was something romantic, natural and welcoming - and we got just that! Initially we were nervous it may go more rustic than our taste (which it can if you want it to) but at CCR you can truly go in whichever style and direction you desire and the outcome will be beautiful. You should ensure your photographer knows what you are looking for (maybe you want to highlight more greenery and nature or highlight more dark woods and antique structures or etc.). We are more outdoor people (we enjoy being outside and going for walks) and the venue was perfect for that.A few days before our wedding, some family members asked why were were so laid back and not stressed about our wedding, and we both said it mostly had to do with being in the best hands possible at CCR. We believed that they would take care of everything. They truly did!! Our wedding ended up being absolutely magical. The Cross Creek team has optimized the wedding experience for everyone involved. We had plenty of time for photos, they provided us food so we were not hungry and we ended up making a few timing changes during the reception due to how things were going and they pivoted on a dime to make those happen. Comparing our wedding experience against other weddings we have been a part of at various different types of venues, you will absolutely be thanking yourself you went with Cross Creek.Thank you CCR for the most amazing wedding <3

Cross Creek Ranch was the perfect venue. The staff maintained their professionalism at all times from the initial planning phase to the sparkler exit at my wedding. CCR went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I had the most wonderful night. Our cups were never empty, the food was excellent, the music was perfect and the experience was something I will never forget. I went to CCR looking for an all-inclusive venue and what I found was an extended family that was so friendly, professional and accommodating. I was absolutely clueless going into the wedding planning process and was living out of state so I opted for the marathon day with Angela where we planned the entire wedding in a period of 8 hours and she was AMAZING. The wedding itself was headed by the lovely Valerie who had Angela there as her assistant (a match made in heaven) and I can say with absolute certainty that these ladies, amongst the rest of the CCR staff, made all of my wildest dreams come true. My new husband and I were living in Chicago at the time and it was so amazing to know that the CCR team was handling nearly everything for the wedding while we were enjoying life from afar. Once COVID hit, we knew our plans had to change as most of our guests would be traveling in from other states and we have key family members that are immune-compromised. We spoke with the team at CCR who helped us pivot our plans to a \"minimony\" and dinner party instead of a full capacity wedding reception. Despite being less than 20 guests on our wedding day, they still made the day feel so special and pulled out all of the stops for decor and service. As a project manager by trade, I can assure you that this team checks all of the boxes (and I know because I checked the list twice ;))! We're looking forward to working with them again next year for our big celebration!

The venue offers different settings for your special day. My daughter and son in law fell in love with Enchanted Forest where they could see their vision of their special day taking place. The Designer; Margo took the time to listen, get to know and create my daughters’ vision of her fairy tale wedding. Her attention was not only to the bride to be, but to myself and my husband and what we envisioned for our little girls’ special day! From that point on the team took care of everything guiding our daughter on the decisions to be made. The concierge, Lyndsay coordinated meetings with the florist and baker for my daughter. Valerie, the Lead Coordinator built this friendship with my daughter that turned into the most amazing experience I could ever imagine. Valerie became part of our family! She made sure that everyone in the wedding party was informed, comfortable, aware of their responsibilities and made sure we all had fun at the same time! Valerie made herself available 24-7, no kidding, she was beyond amazing! The bridal party spent the day at the main house where we were well taken care of by our appointed “house mom” Brenda. She made sure all of our needs were met and kept everyone comfortable. Did I mention the owner even stopped by to bring us fresh cut flowers from her garden? A special thank you to Annika that helped myself and the maid of honor search through the 3 layers of bustling my daughters dress that was quite a job! You can plan on your guests being taken care of at every turn! The staff was so friendly and made sure that everyone stayed well hydrated and fed. I was told on multiple occasions by our guests that they did not want the night to end because it was such an elegant but comfortable event! I would have to agree, it was so much fun! I truly could go on and on about this venue, from start to finish Cross Creek Ranch was above and beyond any expectation my husband and I could have had. I would like to start off by saying that cross creek ranch is a beautiful venue. This venue has a lot to offer and it is all-inclusive. The staff is very responsive and I appreciate that very much. However, I am extremely disappointed in how things were handled during the pandemic. I was supposed to be married on April 18th, 2020. But due to the virus, we had to cancel/postpone and I completely understand that. We had already paid off the wedding and we were given available dates to reschedule anywhere between May and September of 2020, and weekdays in October-December. So we decided to postpone the wedding to the end of June. Since Florida still isn’t fully reopened, and my father is very sick with stage 4 cancer, we decided to postpone the wedding to next year since the CDC was predicting a second wave in the fall. Then we were told that we would have to repurchase the wedding since it is considered an inventory date for next year and we could do so by making a claim on our insurance and paying cross creek ranch again. So it would have been double the money. I understand that everyone needs to run a business and pay their staff, but we already paid off the wedding that we didn’t get to have. Also, if we wanted a weekend in October-December of 2020, we still would have had to repurchase the wedding. It was very heartbreaking because we were looking forward to having our wedding here, but we cannot justify having to repurchase a wedding we didn’t get to have in the first place. Where do we even begin. Back in July, of last year, Bonnie and Sean McSharry saw our viral engagement on the field of a Yankees vs Ray 4th of July game. Reached out to us and offered us an unbelievably incredible gift of a donated wedding. We thought it was too good to be true, until later visiting the site in Dover Florida. Man oh man, what a day! We were greeting by all the lovely staff and felt so welcomed, shed a few tears at this incredible offer and couldn't believe that we'd get to have our wedding there just a few months later in February 2020 then began the journey of planning which was made effortless by all the staff. We met Jill who greeted us with open arms!We were shown the property by the sweetest ladies; Lindsay and Annika.We were in constant contact with Lindsay who was always willing to answer all my questions! Had our design meeting with Margo and Angela, walking us step by step through the whole process! Taking away all the stress and making it so enjoyable and fun.Margo hand deliver my dress at the airport which I am forever grateful for!Valerie was our wedding planner and I have never met a sweeter soul than this woman. She's patient, flexible, accommodating and just the best at answering questions and getting things done! Holly was there in the morning to get me and my bridal party all set for the wedding day! Feed us and made sure we were on time and so grateful for her!I was speechless at how effortless they made the whole day, everything turned out beautifully and we felt no stress the whole day!The cross creek team made the venue beautiful and made it look so effortless! From the first phone call all the way through the wedding day, they showed us nothing but excitement, love, and care, and truly treated my husband and I like family. Not once during the year leading up to our wedding did we ever worry about a single detail. Any questions we had were answered practically instantly, and any scheduling concerns we had (especially since my husband lived in another country), were accommodated with no issues or stress. The whole planning process was fun, easy, and personalized. When considering booking an all-inclusive venue, and before visiting Cross Creek Ranch, our only concern was whether the wedding would still feel “like us”, however, I can assure you, with Cross Creek Ranch, you are NOT getting a “cookie cutter” wedding. The design team at Cross Creek REALLY took the time to listen to us, review our Pinterest board and understand “us” and our style, and went beyond our wildest dreams to deliver the most beautiful, magical wedding. On our wedding day, all of our guests kept commenting on how the wedding “screamed us”, and LOOKED like us, down to the last detail. Our day of coordinator, Valarie, is the kindest, sweetest person we have ever met. The moment we met her, I knew she understood us, and that our wedding would be perfect. She went above and beyond, as did Lindsay, to ensure every detail was perfect, in order, and that we felt not an ounce of stress. I cannot recommend Cross Creek Ranch enough. The grounds are stunning, the team is incredible, and I cannot express enough how much we appreciate Cross Creek for treating us as family. We could not have had a better wedding anywhere else.

If I could relive this day over and over I would! Cross Creek was not only the perfect backdrop for our fairytale wedding but the staff and vendors are what truly made it the best decision ever! I have several jobs and not a ton of time for wedding planning and Cross Creek was by our side from start to finish making everything a breeze. I knew I wanted a rustic feel to my wedding without it being western or country and they delivered. The decor was enchanting! Not to mention all the vendors they partner with our top notch. Not only is planning a wedding stressful, but trying to plan a wedding from a different state can be a daunting task. From the moment we \"virtually\" toured Cross Creek (we toured over FaceTime) to the moment we walked through our sparkler send off, everything was PERFECT! Cross Creek truly takes care of every aspect of your wedding and made planning from Texas a breeze. Every staff member is so knowledgable, helpful, organized and SO sweet! My husband and I did not have to think about a thing throughout the planning process. From our Wedding Concierge, to our Vendor Coordinator, to our Design Team, to our Wedding Coordinators and the rest of the amazing staff, everything was covered. On the day of our wedding, Michael and I were able to soak everything in as Cross Creek handled EVERYTHING! The temperature surprisingly dropped into the low 50's on the day of our wedding, which we did not plan for. Cross Creek had blankets out for each of our guests (something we did not request or ask for.) They anticipated all of our needs without us having to worry about a thing. Our day was picture perfect and our dream wedding truly came to life. We could not recommend Cross Creek more and are worth every penny!

Cross Creek Ranch made all of my wedding dreams come true! The owner, Bonnie, is a perfectionist and her team pays attention to every little detail from the day you tour with them to your wedding day. They walked me through every single detail of the planning process and let me know when decisions had to be made. It is an all inclusive venue so they have certain vendors they work with that you can choose from- this made me a little nervous because I’m a little bit of a control freak and wanted to be able to take time and research my own, but Bonnie has already done the research and only works with the best, which took away the pressure of me researching and sifting through the hundreds of wedding vendors out there. There are multiple ceremony sites on the property to choose from which are all equally as stunning. We were unable to get the pastor at our church to be our officiant so we asked Cross Creek Ranch for a recommendation. They recommended Pastor Bobby Triplett and he facilitated the most beautiful ceremony, better than we could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend renting the Main House on the property to get ready with your bridesmaids the day of the wedding too. I was a little nervous and emotional the day of the wedding and it takes a lot of the pressure off getting ready there, and my bridesmaids had so much fun taking pictures in the house and around the property in their robes. My guests raved about how this was unlike any wedding they have been to before because there were activities to do- during most receptions you are either dancing or sitting down at your table- but at Cross Creek Ranch they have a dedicated area right next to the stable where you can just hang out and relax. There are games like jenga and corn hole, and even a fire pit to roast marshmallows and make s’mores which my guests loved! During the entire day, my husband and I had someone assisting us, letting us know when it was time for the first look, first dance, speeches, everything. They even give you a to go box of your food and cake which we had for dinner the next night. Overall, Cross Creek Ranch made my wedding day the best day of my life and I am so grateful for Bonnie and her team.

Cross Creek Ranch made all of my wedding dreams come true! The owner, Bonnie, is a perfectionist and her team pays attention to every little detail from the day you tour with them to your wedding day. They walked me through every single detail of the planning process and let me know when decisions had to be made. It is an all inclusive venue so they have certain vendors they work with that you can choose from- this made me a little nervous because I’m a little bit of a control freak and wanted to be able to take time and research my own, but Bonnie has already done the research and only works with the best, which took away the pressure of me researching and sifting through the hundreds of wedding vendors out there. There are multiple ceremony sites on the property to choose from which are all equally as stunning. We were unable to get the pastor at our church to be our officiant so we asked Cross Creek Ranch for a recommendation. They recommended Pastor Bobby Triplett and he facilitated the most beautiful ceremony, better than we could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend renting the Main House on the property to get ready with your bridesmaids the day of the wedding too. Although I have not gotten married here YET, I will say Cross Creek Ranch was the best decision I have ever made. As a bride who is constantly pulling in extra hours at work, it is a relief to have a supportive team to pull my wedding together! I have not once met someone who I havent felt I have known for many years and it is such a breath of fresh air coming to the property every time! Everyone is so professional and so kind through the process, that it really does take the weight off the shoulders! They truly take care of almost EVERYTHING, completed with BEAUTIFUL facilities and venues I am so excited to get married here next year because I know I have gone a true gold mine!!

My husband and I toured CCR a couple weeks after getting engaged. It was the first venue we saw, but we knew right away that it was perfect for us and we picked a date and put a deposit down immediately. Truly, Cross Creek Ranch is the most incredible, well-oiled machine. From start to finish, they were accommodating and excited to help create and personalize our wedding. As an all-inclusive wedding venue, they took care of so much, that I was able to breathe easy. Beyond CCR taking care of things like food/dessert/decoration/coordination, the vendors that they worked with knew their system and were prepared to be 100% every step of the way. My husband and I truly couldn't be happier we made this decision. Our guests, families, and wedding party were shocked at how beautiful everything was, how organized the team was, and truly how magical the wedding was. It was even more amazing than we could have dreamed it to be. Our style was very different to what they were used to, and their lead designer Margo was ready for the challenge. Margo ended up being our lead coordinator for day of, and I could write an essay about how amazing she was, and never actually come close to the depth of it. She made us, our families, our wedding party, and our guests all feel like we were a special family for the day. Had Margo not been our lead coordinator, I'm sure CCR would have still met our expectations... but I'll never forget her and how she really showed us she cared - from texting us while she was on vacation to make sure we were okay, to really getting to know our style so that it was everything we hoped for. Hey, CCR, hold on to Margo! ;)

We got married at the French Country Inn at Cross Creek Ranch on November 24th, 2018, and it was perfect. We were constantly amazed at how incredibly professional and on top of things the whole team at CCR is. Having an all-inclusive venue that fit our budget was incredible. It took all of the stress out of wedding planning, so we were just able to focus on the fun of it! All of their vendors they use are fabulous - we loved Alta Fluera, Catered by Vesh, DJ Rick, and Alessi Bakery. Making the appointments was very easy. We also used their other recommended vendors for photography and hair and makeup. The team at CCR was so organized planning our wedding and on the day of our wedding. It is a well-oiled machine, and everyone worked flawlessly together to create the perfect day! The team there is incredible! I can't write enough good things about them. The design meeting is SO much fun, and they accommodated all of our wishes to help us have our dream wedding, from custom signs to custom napkin rings to the perfect centerpieces and decorations - it was absolutely beautiful. They also think of everything. Need blankets or heaters for a colder wedding? They've already got them out! I was stunned when I got to the venue on the day of because everything was perfect - even better than I could have imagined. We got SO many compliments on the day of our wedding and everyone wondering where we found CCR. The French Country Inn is the perfect size for an intimate wedding, and the garden setting is absolutely stunning. It is perfect for a rustic outdoor wedding and looks gorgeous in pictures as well! The Inn itself was perfect for the reception and looks so beautiful with all of the string lights at night.I am so glad we found CCR. The venue is stunning, the team is incredible, so professional, and so organized, and the all-inclusive planning was a breeze! We loved CCR and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Cross Creek Ranch truly is the most amazing venue for a wedding on the planet!! If you start with the expertise assembled for our wedding that would be enough for top honors, but wait there’s more. The grounds were brought to life with our story book vision just like a fairy tale by this cast of super natural people. Every member chimed in to create a dream atmosphere while making us feel important and comfortable through the entire process. Margo was an absolute Rockstar!! She was on point from our first dealings with her and as it came to just two weeks out gave us everything she had. She took every call, text and if I would have had a carrier pigeon she would have waited for it. Countless, dilegent, focused, reliable, witty, energetic, and 100 of other positive descritive words for this Gem. I’m not sure why or how we won the lottery with having her as our liaison for the most perfect wedding ever but we will sure take it and be ever so thankful. Going back to the venue and the other members are just as apealing. Every small detail was either discussed or miraculously just done during the process of our special day. We had chosen the Enchanted Forest however there are many other locations on the property to have your wedding. The forest was prepared to the exact detail but actually better and I’m not even sure that’s possible. The entire assembly of flowers, colors and just life was thrown into this in a sort of whimsical fashion. To say we were blown away would be a travesty as it was so much better. The entire day was stress free and what you expect from a wedding but never seem to achieve. We were actually able to enjoy and just bask in the reason for this major event. I know I’m not giving Cross Creek the justice it deserves, if I was having another Child it would be Cross Creek Allison. So in closing, If you want to be amazed for an entire year and are getting married then choose The Cross Creek Ranch for your wedding venue. You won’t be disappointed….Thank-you Cross Creek for allowing me to marry the girl of my dreams and have a memory that will truly be the greatest of all time!!!

Our son and daughter-in-law were out of state during the wedding planning and the staff was so accommodating. The staff worked closely with them on every detail and was able to accomplish this by working with the couple's travel schedule. They responded to each and every question from the families and returned every call. Nothing seemed to be a problem for them to accomplish. They guided us through our decorating choices and shared their experiences to help us make decisions for a beautiful day. The vendors were easy to work with and were top notch. We really cannot recommend Cross Creek highly enough. We feel that we got a spectacular value for our money, and the fact that it was all-inclusive made it so easy. Another friend who was wedding planning at the same time I was spent time researching florists, bakeries, etc. Not me! Cross Creek handled all of that for us.The property itself is beyond gorgeous. I knew the moment I set foot on it that it was where I wanted to have my wedding. We stayed at the B&B the evening before the wedding, and I would recommend that as well. No rushing around the day of, and someone even came in and cooked a wonderful homemade breakfast for us. It was really above and beyond.The staff was always available and communicative. I never had problems getting a hold of anyone, and they made sure we were taken care of. I had a little mix up with the bouquets, and they just seamlessly made it right without question. Our wedding coordinator was Becky, and if you get her - count yourself lucky! She was truly outstanding and worked her butt off on our wedding day to make sure everything was perfection.The memories we have of Cross Creek Ranch are so cherished. My husband said, \"If we could get married here every year, we would!\" We are so pleased with our experience.

Cross Creek Ranch gave me my dream wedding! My now husband and I set our wedding day in January 2018 and we said \"I do\" four short months later. So much planning went on in those four months, but CCR was amazing every step of the way. We do not live in the Tampa area, but our family does. CCR worked with us to give us our dream wedding even though we were not close by. Colbie was amazing, she stayed in touch throughout the entire planning process, she is so kind and helpful. Jessica and Margo designed my dream wedding. They made everything I imagined come true, and more. Holly was my Coordinator and she assisted us on the wedding day. She made sure we knew what to expect but that we also had fun. I have dreamed of my wedding since I was a little girl, and CCR went above and beyond what I could have ever imagined. I'll never forget walking into CCR on planning day and everyone there knew our names and our story. Everything went to smoothly on our wedding day even with the rain. Our wedding was perfect thanks to CCR. If I could do it again, I would.

Cross Creek Ranch truly is THE venue of all venues. If you have even an ounce of curiosity or interest at all about having your wedding here, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you do not come take a tour. I have no doubt you will fall in love with the sweeping oak trees, the small rustic/woodsy details that make every step you take an adventure in discovery. When I came to Cross Creek Ranch I was coming off the decision to elope. The idea of a planning a wedding haunted me. Cross Creek Ranch not only put me at ease but inspired excitement in the planning process. The team there is nothing short of exceptional! When I first met with my designer Jessica, I couldn’t be happier with the figment of my imagination she brought to life but when I walked in on my Wedding day, I couldn’t hold back the tears; the creation was not only what I wanted and dreamed but somehow something even better than I could have even begun to put into words. It was my wedding day and I was blubbering over centerpieces and cascading archways. When I first came to take a tour at Cross Creek it was with Holly so it only made sense that our journey ended with Holly, she had every detail of our wedding on a perfect timeline that flowed effortlessly (all we had to do was show up)! The day of coordination with the DJ, caterer, florist, photographers, videographer, families, moving activities were all absolute perfection. P.S. Sorry again about my horrible throwing skills (bouquet toss)– the one set of instructions, try and throw nice and low, as you can see I never played sports. On your wedding day you have a bridal assistant, Kelly was mine and she was a super-star! Kelly helped us with everything we needed but she also eased my nerves by talking to me and distracting me the whole time we rode the golf cart up to the aisle where I was to walk in. Last but certainly not least Becky. Becky was my fairy godmother, no other job description fits. Becky was so on point she could hold a tissue and say bless you before I even felt the tickle to sneeze. I know the pictures we have would not have been possible without her. There are countless others that I didn’t directly name that played a huge role is creating the fairy tale our wedding became. Thank you cannot even begin to express my gratitude! <3 Kyle and Marissa

Dishonest. Unapologetic. Heartbreak.These are the words that come to mind when I think about my experience with CCR. I still can’t believe that this has happened, as I carefully chose the venue. Where it went mostly wrong was with the flowers. I initially met with my florist, Jana from Events in Bloom, who I was very happy with and trusted. I didn’t have all of the details ready when I initially met with her, and made sure to send her pictures and more details at a later date. When I showed up to CCR on my wedding day, while it was pretty, I felt that I was crashing someone else’s wedding. The color scheme of the flowers, the way the bouquets were arranged, the color ribbon they used to tie the bouquets, the color of the flowers in the boutonnières was wrong. Everything was wrong. I never got my flower girl’s wreath to wear on her head, which I had mentioned at two separate meetings. But here’s the best part, the florist I had met with wasn’t the florist that did my wedding. It was a completely different florist. CCR never brought this to my attention, and from what I’m starting to understand, they didn’t tell ANY of their brides. CCR decided to go with a florist called Alta Fleura earlier in 2018. There was surely plenty of time to notify me and schedule a meeting with my new florist. This would have been fine with me, vendors change. I fully believe that if I had been given the opportunity to meet with the new florist, I would have gotten the wedding that I had been envisioning. CCR failed to give me this chance, and is even now trying to make it seem like these two florists work together on weddings on a regular basis. I spoke personally with my original florist, and they cut ties with her. When you spend the amount of money, time, and energy planning the wedding you’ve dreamed of for your entire life down to every little detail, you should get what you want. The most hurtful part is they they say “I’m sorry” in their emails and then start listing how it was essentially our fault that we didn’t get what we wanted. Apparently I should have said that everything with the flowers was wrong when I showed up at CCR and there was maybe less than 30 minutes left to fix everything. Because they could redo all of the flower arrangements, make a wreath for my flower girl, make new boutonnières, change the bouquets, etc. in that amount of time, right? CCR isn’t sorry, they’re sorry they didn’t get away with pulling a fast one. Do they truly care about the fact that I burst into tears on numerous occasions about how unfair this was, and that even almost a month later I still can’t talk out loud about my wedding, or even write this review without crying? I really don’t think so. Save yourself and your significant other the heartbreak, and choose any other vendor.

Cross Creek Ranch is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! We were married there last weekend and we could not have asked for anything more. All of our guests keep commenting on how our wedding was a \"story book wedding\". The day we went to tour the property, there was not a question in our minds, this was where we would be married. From that day on, our wedding was stress-free. Cross Creek does it all. The design meetings to come up with all of the decor are a blast. Everyone that works there is so nice. Cross Creek works with all of the other vendors and lets you know what to do, and when to do it. We showed up for meetings for cake, catering, and flowers, answered a few questions and that was it!! So easy!!! The night before the wedding, my bridesmaids and I stayed at the bed and breakfast they have on site. It is such a sweet place! The decor is girly and romantic. The staff showed up the morning of the wedding to make breakfast and prepare mimosas for all of us. After hair and makeup, we were taken out on the property to view the chapel and stable and see all of the decorations. I was BLOWN AWAY! Everything was exactly how we had imagined it! There are several options of places to have the ceremony on site. This was the hardest decision for us and we ultimately ended up in the chapel; The best decision we could have made. It was intimate and romantic. We had a friend of ours marry us - something I would recommend to anyone considering it - and Cross Creek worked with us to make sure it would be a success. A success it was!! Cross Creek Ranch is AMAZING! If you like the pictures, you have to see it in person!!!!

My daughter and son-in-law just had the most wonderful wedding day, thanks to Cross Creek Ranch. As the wedding was getting closer, I was able to enjoy the excitement. Nancy, the day-of coordinator, did all the worrying and organizing for us, Colbie and Mina , our bridal assistants and office staff, cheerfully answered any questions we had prior to the event and were there with my daughter before the ceremony to make sure she had everything she needed and Jessica with the design team, worked with my daughter and her future husband to come up with the décor that would be special and unique to them. All of the staff was very kind and attentive. When the evening turned cold, a wonderful worker (I wish I knew her name) appeared with white wraps to warm up the bridal party and waiters offered to get appetizers for the elderly people that went into the barn to warm up. Warm food and refreshments were also brought out to the bridal party during the photo session.Guests let us know that they were in awe of the beauty of the venue, they enjoyed the delicious food and desserts and were impressed by the excellence of the staff. All of this resulted in a spectacular, magical, fairy tale wedding day for Sarah and David. Weddings are seldom perfect, but this one was. Much of the credit goes to Cross Creek Ranch.

We have been planning our wedding with them for a year and a half and were able to make payments towards our wedding each month. We could not have asked for a more friendlier staff that helped us along the way. We were married yesterday at Cross Creek Ranch in the stable. From the second we went to Cross Creek Ranch for a tour, we were blown away. The grounds are breathtaking, the staff doesn't miss a beat and they really make dreams come true. We were fortunate to have Bonnie (owner) as our designer. She made all my Pinterest boards come to life. They have a huge variety of decorations, linens, and options that you can create a wedding that's perfect for you. You'll often hear about how exhausting wedding planning is. There are so many vendors and tiny details involved, it can easily become a full time job. Cross Creek Ranch makes wedding planning a breeze. All you have to focus on is inviting guests, finding a dream worthy dress and showing up! There was not one single point during our 13 month long process that I was stressed or worried about what I needed to do. My friends and family couldn't believe it!Our day was beyond perfect. The second I stepped on the grounds, they treated my wedding party as if we were the Queen of England. The staff are so kind and full of love. We started with a tour of the stable and grounds to make sure everything was just how we wanted. From that point, we enjoyed our beautiful wedding day without having to worry about timing or what to do next. Throughout the night, guests repeatedly came up to us to tell us this is the best wedding they've ever been to (obvious I think that, but I'm a little biased!). They couldn't believe how smooth everything was, how friendly all the staff were and how beautiful the chapel and stable were. I could go on for days about how Cross Creek Ranch made our dreams come true. This was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

We were married yesterday at Cross Creek Ranch in the stable. From the second we went to Cross Creek Ranch for a tour, we were blown away. The grounds are breathtaking, the staff doesn't miss a beat and they really make dreams come true. We were fortunate to have Bonnie (owner) as our designer. She made all my Pinterest boards come to life. They have a huge variety of decorations, linens, and options that you can create a wedding that's perfect for you. You'll often hear about how exhausting wedding planning is. There are so many vendors and tiny details involved, it can easily become a full time job. Cross Creek Ranch makes wedding planning a breeze. All you have to focus on is inviting guests, finding a dream worthy dress and showing up! There was not one single point during our 13 month long process that I was stressed or worried about what I needed to do. My friends and family couldn't believe it!Our day was beyond perfect. The second I stepped on the grounds, they treated my wedding party as if we were the Queen of England. The staff are so kind and full of love. We started with a tour of the stable and grounds to make sure everything was just how we wanted. From that point, we enjoyed our beautiful wedding day without having to worry about timing or what to do next. Throughout the night, guests repeatedly came up to us to tell us this is the best wedding they've ever been to (obvious I think that, but I'm a little biased!). They couldn't believe how smooth everything was, how friendly all the staff were and how beautiful the chapel and stable were. I could go on for days about how Cross Creek Ranch made our dreams come true. This was one of the best decisions I've ever made.

Overall we had a very good experience with Cross Creek Ranch. The venue looked amazing on the wedding day. The caterers, vendors and staff that work with or Cross Creek Ranch were top-knotch. My husband and I were trying to plan the wedding from abroad and the staff worked very hard to make this as easy and painless as possible for us, despite the distance. The only two complaints (one minor and one more serious) I had were 1) (minor) In terms of design, it wasn't as easy to customize what we had in mind. However, we were always able to work something out that we were both satisfied with. 2) This was a bit more major and the reason for 4 stars and not 5, is that on the wedding my mother made arrangements for surprise visitors that she had okayed with the venue before hand. The person that helped her organize the surprise was not allowed to come into the reception area because of how she was dressed. Having learned about this after the fact, I am very embarrassed that they were kept away and have apologized. I would have been very happy for them to join the festivities, however briefly.Other than that, I do recommend the venue, but perhaps talk to your day-of coordinator and to let them know if any surprises like that were to occur.
