Cross Creek Ranch is a wedding venue conveniently loctated just 20 miles north of Dallas in Parker, TX. Wwe have been in business for over 16 years and our decidated staff is passionate about providing you with a beautiful and memorable event that you've dreamed of. Our rental packages include 10 hours of prep and event time in our 6,000 square foot log cabin facility, plus access to three dressing cabins, an outdoor pavilion for use as a cocktail hour or backup weather ceremony site, and our stunning outdoor arbor area with our 2-acre pond serving as your backdrop. We also include additional amenities such as wi-fi, lighting, an ice machine, yard games, fire pits, use of screen and projector, plus time for bridal portraits and engagement photos. Our vendor policy is flexible, allowing you to access vendors that you wish to partner with to help you with all aspects of you special day. If you wish for help in the wedding planning process, Cross Creek Ranch can also include items such as catering, floral, coordination, and more! These services and partnerships are items we have offered, or vendors we have worked with, for over 16 years. If you want us to help you handle all things wedding and event, we are happy to step in that role for you. We have three ceremony sites available with 2 of the 3 working if bad weather derails your outdoor ceremony plans. I'm not sure how to convey just how amazing this venue and staff were, nor do I know exactly how to convey my gratitude to the staff. Katie, Heather, and Crystal were top notch from beginning to end. The venue is gorgeous, the grounds are beautiful (not to mention absolutely PERFECT for my 10/27/23 spooky vibe wedding), the way everything was handled... *chefs kiss*.Crystal and Heather made the entire process so easy and eased my stress every time I started to panic about something or I thought that I was being obnoxious with my questions. (Huge shout out for that!!!)They are communicative, easy to talk to, easy to work with, and very helpful and experienced. There were several things that I did not know or was not sure about and when I brought that up, their response was, \"I got'chu\". They knew what I wanted when I didn't even know myself.The decor, the floral, the vendors, everything. Working with Katie and Crystal was a dream— they were so communicative, so helpful, and had so many great ideas when I wasn’t sure if something would work or look how I wanted it to. From menu choices to activities to floral, centerpieces, aisle dressing etc. they had it all depending on your budget! They encouraged us to be 100% open and honest about how much we were willing to spend on our day, and they had so many beautiful options to work with all different kinds of budgets. They often run specials and deals for the last few days available in various months, as well as their prices accurately and fairly reflecting the busy wedding seasons.I would recommend this venue and these lovely women to anyone interested in “planning their own” wedding, without actually having to do much of the work yourself. I was kept informed and updated on everything from our initial conversation over email to the end of the night when we were packing up to head home after the party!! All-in-all, Cross Creek Ranch made my dream wedding become the most dreamy day of my life. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for the best of the best.

First of all, Heather was so, so, so amazing! She really helped us coordinate our big day. We originally planned to get married outside, but do to the cold weather we had to move indoors. When we first visited Cross Creek Ranch to inquire about holding my daughter and her fiancé’s wedding there…I don’t think we really understood what the “all-inclusive” experience would entail! But let me tell you they literally took care of EVERYTHING besides some minor decorations we provided. They were very detailed and made sure my daughter got every detail she desired for her wedding. Cross Creek Ranch by far has one the most beautiful venues we have seen…from the bridal and grooms cabins to the beautiful outside wedding areas full of trees to the beautiful barn where we had the reception. The bridge is definitely one of our favorite features! Their wedding day was simply unimaginable…it was so beautiful and every detail of the reception was GORGEOUS! The staff went over and beyond to make their wedding day flawless and it truly was!I could go on and on! From our first meeting, to the day I walked in to say I Do , You wonder if it will be everything you want. You can tell someone how it will look and you can show them pictures land examples but I can tell you , until it is your day and you walk in and see the Beauty as I looked at every detail It was more then I ever imagined it would be. The Cross Creek Ranch was magic! This place is perfectly set up to capture the best of everything for your wedding. The team made an elaborate vision come to life, vibrant with color, detail, and florals. They went out of their way to find what was needed to capture the vision. It came to tether to beautifully. I was speechless. I think I cried at seeing it all come together! Moreover, they are structured so you don’t have to think or worry about anything. It rained and they pivoted so gracefully to shelter the ceremony. It was romantic and washed away any worry I may have had for it turning out beautiful - it was even more magic because of the rain!! They just pull it all together, provide you with a list of great vendors who work well together. I used an outside caterer because I am vegan and they worked it all out without me worrying about a thing.I will be back to renew my vows here - it was so special and perfect. I am so so grateful to them. It’s not just the place, but the people on the team that make it magic!

To say CCR was amazing is an understatement! They went above and beyond our expectations for our wedding day! I honestly don’t know how brides plan weddings at venues that aren’t all-inclusive. Having florals, catering, bartending, decor, and a wedding consultant all provided by CCR made the process easy and less stressful. Let’s face it, it’s one of the biggest days of your life so there’s going to be stress. So here’s my tip for you brides out there: Let CCR take off some of that stress for you! They will not disappoint!! Shout out to Crystal!! From day one when we visited the venue she made us feel comfortable. Her personality made it easy to talk to her and her expertise had us at ease, with excitement to take on this next chapter of our lives. Anytime we had questions or concerns, we could call or email and someone from the team would reply same day, within reason. I had pieced visions of what I wanted for certain aspects of our wedding but I wasn’t sure how everything would tie in together. Especially since I couldn’t find pictures of what I wanted. I don’t know how Crystal did it, but she took all my bits and pieces and just knew what I was trying to accomplish AND THEN made it 100x better! The venue was gorgeous: just beautifully coated with the perfect arrangement of winter greenery and florals, custom garland, centerpieces, and decor. It was more than I could have ever dreamed of! They were flexible with the weather. Prepared to take it indoors, if needed, and they did a great job at playing it by ear with the guests as the weather started to get colder. We did the chicken and steak dinner and it was delicious!! Our leftover passed Hors D'oeuvre we’re brought in for the reception and beautifully placed. CCR had easels/stands for our favors, signs, and guest book and memory tables. That alone made it so much easier than needing to haul that stuff in. We got so many compliments on the decor and the food. I can’t speak enough to the amazing experience we had!!

We were able to tell them the general style/ colors we liked and they handled all the details from there. The decor completely fit \"us\" and the venue is absolutely gorgeous. We chose the steak and chicken dinner, cooked by the owner, and it was one of the best meals we've had. Couldn't recommend this venue more!

Cross creek ranch and the staff are phenomenal. The location is vey convenient but also let’s you feel like you aren’t right outside of DFW.They are so helpful even when you have 4 million questions and worries. The coordinators are magic workers and made the day run so smooth!I am so glad we picked this venue because it was everything I could have dreamed up.Would recommend to anyone who is looking in the area!

The cross creek team is incredible. They are wo professional and make sure you day runs smoothly. Their all inclusive wedding experience simplifies the planning process and makes your life SO much easier. My sister and i both got married back to back. She got married at a lovely venue, however it wasnt all inclusive. She experienced so much more stress than I did because cross creek handles so many more details for you than other places do. Their pricing is upfront and they dont charge hidden fees. The team is creative and pulled off my dream wedding.

I am, for many many reasons, very thankful I chose Cross Creek Ranch for my wedding. Crystal was my day of coordinator and she ROCKED. The rest of the team was incredible when I got to work with them. They had my back (which is great if you have opinionated family members) and made me feel incredibly special for our day. The communication was amazing from our initial appointment to my exit after the reception. The value is so worth it and they provide toooons of the things you need for you (linens, catering, centerpieces, etc) and have lots of add ons to get more personal. So worth it and so glad I went this route. I highly recommend!

If you are looking for a wedding venue- LOOK NO MORE! Seriously, planning every tiny detail of a wedding never appealed to me, the thought of multiple vendors and a planner etc etc was so overwhelming I put off the wedding for years! Then I came across Cross Creek Ranch and I loved the idea of an all inclusive venue. They literally made this SO easy and seamless- we had one planning meeting to pick out details and that took maybe an hour. Heather and Crystal are top notch at what they do! They went above and beyond at every turn and were always quick to respond when I had questions leading up to the big day. Crystal was my day of coordinator and YALL… when I say she is a rockstar, I mean it in every sense of the word! She not only made sure everyone stayed on schedule and things moved along smoothly, she also made sure I had a plate of what food I wanted along with what I wanted to drink already at my table when we made our entrance into the reception. My bustle on my dress broke and she was there to save me- literally went back into her office and made a make shift bustle with safety pins so I was still able to dance all night without anymore wardrobe malfunctions. The team at Cross Creek will no doubt make sure that your day and night is one to remember forever and always- as it should be! If I could give ten stars I would! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If you are looking for a wedding venue- LOOK NO MORE! After booking almost a year in advance, they were in constant contact with me, answering questions, easing my fears, and being excited with me! They take care of almost every detail, and they offer a fully customizable experience. They were all so kind and respectful, and they made the process so smooth and happy. I never had bride stress, because I knew they were on top of it! They allowed me to use their signs, centerpiece details, and everything else they had available without charging me extra. They took care of my decorations, food, alcohol service, security, and so much more, and their preferred vendor list is top notch. I wish I could get married again because Cross Creek Ranch is amazing!!! Thank you for the best day of my life!!

I am extremely type A and I never envisioned myself doing something \"all inclusive\"; I wanted the spreadsheets and stress! Their pricing and flexibility, along with their AMAZING relationship with the Aloft Hotel nearby, swayed me to choose them. and WOW am I grateful! Type A brides: you don't need to plan everything. you won't think of everything. the days you spend on pinterest will not save you. do you want to know what will save you? Heather, Katie, and Crystal. Heather saved me from myself. Multiple times. She knows her stuff and is not afraid to tell you that your dream of entering on a magic flying carpet with sparkles and fireworks are not physically possible. We trust Heather. Overall my day went very smoothly. When I walked into the reception area for the first time, I cried from how beautiful it was. After the ceremony, when my fiance and I were crying messes in the Bridal Suite, Heather appeared with alcohol. At dinner, Heather appeared with plates loaded with toppings. At our Sparkler send-off, Heather even put spare cake and champagne in our Uber for us! Just so many tiny details that showed thoughtfulness and expertise.I emailed Katie&team multiple times with requests leading up to the wedding and she would respond very quickly, usually same day. it was very hard for me to \"release the reigns\" for the bulk of wedding planning, but OH MAN I'm so glad I did, and you will be too. They take care of almost everything for you, so we got to the venue day-of and felt completely comfortable knowing that everything was ready and would run smoothly. It was absolutely gorgeous. They even made a special effort to find and include two types of flowers that my husband gave me on our second date. We elected to have our ceremony and reception outside and it was so perfect. Heather was our coordinator for the day and she was so amazing. Heather and Crystal both made us feel so special and heard during the planning process. I would 100% recommend having your wedding here.

If you are looking for a gorgeous, turn key wedding venue, look no further. Cross Creek Ranch is a *perfect* destination for your DFW wedding. I had my wedding at CCR in November 2020 (after COVID made me reschedule my original May 2020 wedding in New Orleans) – and I could not have been happier with my decision. Here are the top 4 reasons why I loved getting married at CCR! 1) CCR is turn key – literally, Katie and her team do EVERYTHING! From florals, linens, decor, food, day of coordination, etc. As a bride planning wedding #2 due to COVID, this was super important to me as it helped with decision making. It was also cost efficient and allowed me to see the full picture with my wedding in terms of vision and decor (knowing one vendor was handling it all). 2) CCR provides options – there are three different spots to host the ceremony. I really liked this because my vision was to get married outside on the lawn, but I felt at peace knowing I could still have my \"outdoor wedding\" under the pergola should there be some bad weather. And then of course, if all hell broke loose, there is still the option to host the ceremony inside by their gorgeous fire place. There are also options to have cocktail hour inside or outside. Again, this was awesome because I was never worried about the weather. 3) Preferred vendor list – CCR has a slew of preferred vendors who are all familiar with the space. I booked my photographer, videographer, cake, hotel and alcohol all through their preferred vendor list – which again, made the planning process super easy. All of their vendors were a blessing to work with and had the same customer service as CCR.4) Katie, Heather and Crystal – these three ladies are like Charlie's Angels. They kick ass and take names. While all three help you along the way with planning your wedding, you do get assigned one the day-of to help with coordination. Katie, Heather and Crystal were timely with their email correspondences and always made time for me, which I really appreciated. This type of 1:1 customer service is rare when planning a wedding, and something I think separates CCR from other venues. Cross Creek Ranch, thank you for giving me the best day ever! I hope other brides are fortunate enough to experience the magic I felt on November 15, 2020.

It was also cost efficient and allowed me to see the full picture with my wedding in terms of vision and decor (knowing one vendor was handling it all). 2) CCR provides options – there are three different spots to host the ceremony. I really liked this because my vision was to get married outside on the lawn, but I felt at peace knowing I could still have my \"outdoor wedding\" under the pergola should there be some bad weather. And then of course, if all hell broke loose, there is still the option to host the ceremony inside by their gorgeous fire place. There are also options to have cocktail hour inside or outside. Again, this was awesome because I was never worried about the weather. 3) Preferred vendor list – CCR has a slew of preferred vendors who are all familiar with the space. I booked my photographer, videographer, cake, hotel and alcohol all through their preferred vendor list – which again, made the planning process super easy. All of their vendors were a blessing to work with and had the same customer service as CCR.4) Katie, Heather and Crystal – these three ladies are like Charlie's Angels. They kick ass and take names. While all three help you along the way with planning your wedding, you do get assigned one the day-of to help with coordination. Katie, Heather and Crystal were timely with their email correspondences and always made time for me, which I really appreciated. This type of 1:1 customer service is rare when planning a wedding, and something I think separates CCR from other venues. Cross Creek Ranch, thank you for giving me the best day ever! I hope other brides are fortunate enough to experience the magic I felt on November 15, 2020.

We had our wedding at this venue, and it seemed to be all good until everything that could be the worst scenario happened to us. We were incredibly hurt when we found out that thousands of dollars were stolen from us at our own wedding. Of course we contacted Cross Creek Ranch, and they told us they had no cameras and to look in our stuff. They did not help us at all at with this situation, and they made it seem like we had somehow lost it when we only had one box where it could be. Why would a venue like this have no cameras? It was also even more devastating because one of the gifts was from my husbands grandma who passed away, and now we will never see the hand written card and gift she gave us for our special day. Not to mention there was an officer there, and I don’t understand why because he was on his phone the entire time. It gets worse from here because one of the ladies who works at this location, her name is Crystal, was extremely rude to my mother in law and several of the people in the wedding party. The way they were treated really hurt me. They asked for help for a small task, and she told them to “Do it themselves”. We worked super hard to pay for this wedding, and we expect at least a little bit of help and respect from the staff there.If you decide to use this venue, make sure any card box you have is completely glued shut because stuff like this can be devastating. Also, don’t expect them to treat you very well after you pay because I have never had my family treated like this before. We did everything possible to work with them, and they treated my family like garbage.

The staff that works for this venue can’t be any more helpful, sweet, patient, and above all skilled at what they do. Crystal and the rest of the CCR were heaven sent during our wedding planning process. Their all-inclusive packages truly can’t be beat. Not only is the price amazing, but the quality of what you get out of the packages is top notch. If we had to choose all over again we would pick CCR every time.

First off this venue is absolutely beautiful and their staff is amazing! They made our wedding so stress free! With all the rain we got this fall so far they called me on Tuesday explaining that we could not be married at the arbor on Saturday as it was way too muddy but they had already started to work on plan b and had everything already being worked out. They made sure our guests had plenty of attention and that things went smooth through the entire event. Everyone in my wedding party kept committing about how calm I was and I have to say it’s all thanks to Crystal and her team. What a venue! We loved it. Our guests loved it. Katie (the owner) and her staff (Heather and Crystal) are wonderful. Friends said wedding planning would be difficult and we never felt the stress of it. The venue made all our little requirements possible. The attention to detail and the care are what make CCR really stand out. Even with bad weather the weeks prior, they managed to find us solution, all which were beautiful. I was recommended this venue by my husband's coworker for its \"all inclusive\" package and my husband and I do not regret choosing this venue at all. First, I would like to say that the venue coordinators, Heather and Crystal, were very responsive and prompt at replying to all of my questions at that I had from months to weeks prior to the wedding. They made this process clear for me, which reduced the stress load. Secondly, Crystal was my venue coordinator on the day of my wedding and I don't have anything but good things about her. There weren't any signs of rain on the forecast nor did the sky show any signs of rain (blue sky, white clouds), but 10 minutes prior to the wedding it poured. Crystal and her team were quick to relocate and redecorate our ceremony indoor. They went above and beyond as they ran in the rain to pick up flowers that were setup outside, made sure me and my guests stayed dry with umbrellas, rearranged all the seats and table indoor, and redirected our timeline to make sure we had a successful reception. Our guests were also very cooperative had nothing by good things to say about the venue. The rain mishap only added to the \"intimacy\" we wanted for our wedding. I would definitely recommend this venue to everyone, but also to those on a tight budget (because this venue makes your tight budget look like you paid for an extravagant wedding).

This place it truly amazing and beautiful! The venue came with a great staff and centerpieces for the tables and down the isle we’re included. I seriously can't even begin to say enough good things about Cross Creek Ranch and the ladies who work there!! We got married 5-5-18 and everything went perfectly!! From the day we stepped on to the gorgeous property (y'all I cannot wait to get our photos back, so many opportunities for pretty shots!) to our wedding day, Heather made us feel welcome and like our day was her top priority. I had second thoughts about the centerpieces we had planned (this was my own doing, nothing to do with the venue) and contacted CCR to see if I could come back in and reevaluate. Not only were they more than accommodating, when I showed up, Heather had put together mock setups of the centerpieces we had originally planned along with some other ideas she had based on our conversations. It was seriously above and beyond and we ended up with centerpieces that were exactly what I had envisioned. The wedding day itself went off completely perfectly!! Heather was there the whole time and made sure everything ran smoothly. She even threw in some extra petal decor to line the aisle that she had which was an unexpected bonus! The decor was more beautiful then I even imagined. The price is super reasonable for everything that's included and the all-inclusive aspect really helps relieve a lot of stress. The ladies work really hard to make sure your day is special and unique and it shows!! Seriously, do yourself a favor and go check out Cross Creek Ranch!

I cannot say enough about this venue! We got married on March 25 and I am so happy we chose CCR. I had a few venues lined up but CCR was the first one we looked at. I honestly didn't think I would like it because I couldn't justify paying more per person after a certain amount of guests. I was so wrong! From the day we met with Crystal, I knew I wanted to get married at CCR. Crystal was there every step of the way. Wedding planning can be stressful and while I still stressed about other things, I didn't have to stress about the food, the décor, the linens, centerpieces, etc. Of course even after I picked out our floral centerpieces, once the day arrived I don't even remember what they looked like. The only thing I wish were different was having the rose petals along the aisle. They were agreed upon during our first meeting as included and I had made sure we'd have them several times during planning. Once the day came, I never got them. I didn't realize until after the ceremony so it wasn't a big deal. They truly made everything perfect and we both felt truly connected to Crystal. CCR is a very special place and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

There are not enough good words in the dictionary to describe the Cross Creek Ranch experience. From my first phone call inquiry to the time I left the reception, the girls at CCR were AMAZING!!! After our first tour, I knew that is where I wanted to marry my best friend. I highly recommend catching an open house with their vendors. My main wedding planning was finished in 1 day. I walked through their venue picking my photographer, DJ, Bakery, Hotel for guests, Alcohol, and caterer all in 1 stop. Cross Creek Ranch staff did everything we asked and more to make our wedding spectacular. We even kept a secret from the entire wedding party/family and got to leave the reception in a helicopter. The girls were amazing working with us to make sure this went off without a hitch, while keeping it a secret. They check in frequently throughout the pre-wedding time frame, with great documentation that is easy to reference. I knew exactly what I was paying for & how the day would work. The girls also review all of the small & big details before hand so there are no last minute questions. I also did not have to call a caterer once. They have menus to pick from and coordinate with outside vendors. We had a chance to go in a few months before the wedding to look at their decorations, try out different centerpieces and make our wedding just the way we wanted. Once our day arrived, I did not worry about anything! They truly do EVERYTHING you could ever expect. Heather, Crystal, and Katie decorated the entire venue just the way I pictured it and made our floral arrangements better than I could have asked. I had tears in my eyes when they posted our floral preview on facebook a few days before the wedding. You cannot beat an all inclusive venue, amazing staff, and a venue that only does one event per day. Our wedding was their whole focus that day, no rush or confusion. Every event at CCR is uniquely designed so no 2 weddings are alike. They also allowed us to bring our own personal touches, and spread our decorations around the venue. Our wedding was absolutely perfect thanks to the amazing staff at Cross Creek Ranch! My wedding guests still comment about how amazing the venue was and we are almost 8 weeks past the wedding! There are not enough good words in the dictionary to describe the Cross Creek Ranch experience. From my first phone call inquiry to the time I left the reception, the girls at CCR were AMAZING!!! After our first tour, I knew that is where I wanted to marry my best friend. I highly recommend catching an open house with their vendors. My main wedding planning was finished in 1 day. I walked through their venue picking my photographer, DJ, Bakery, Hotel for guests, Alcohol, and caterer all in 1 stop. Cross Creek Ranch staff did everything we asked and more to make our wedding spectacular. We even kept a secret from the entire wedding party/family and got to leave the reception in a helicopter. The girls were amazing working with us to make sure this went off without a hitch, while keeping it a secret. They check in frequently throughout the pre-wedding time frame, with great documentation that is easy to reference. I knew exactly what I was paying for & how the day would work. The girls also review all of the small & big details before hand so there are no last minute questions. I also did not have to call a caterer once. They have menus to pick from and coordinate with outside vendors. We had a chance to go in a few months before the wedding to look at their decorations, try out different centerpieces and make our wedding just the way we wanted. Once our day arrived, I did not worry about anything! They truly do EVERYTHING you could ever expect. Heather, Crystal, and Katie decorated the entire venue just the way I pictured it and made our floral arrangements better than I could have asked. I had tears in my eyes when they posted our floral preview on facebook a few days before the wedding. You cannot beat an all inclusive venue, amazing staff, and a venue that only does one event per day. Our wedding was their whole focus that day, no rush or confusion. I worked mainly with Crystal – and she is a doll and so fun to work with!! She has great insight and ideas, and worked so hard to make our day exactly like I had described to her. Seriously, all of the staff was a joy to work with, and they never seemed bothered by my millions of questions and emails – they always provided me quick, kind, and helpful replies. I can’t say enough about the staff! And y’all – the venue is just BEAUTIFUL!! From the newly redone ceremony site, to the pretty bridal suite, to all of the outdoor nooks and crannies - fire pit, lawn, swings, ivy covered awnings, the bridge, all of the gorgeous trees… and of course the reception hall – the entire location is just to die for!!! All of our wedding photos are just beautiful with the gorgeous backdrop of Cross Creek Ranch! They did such a great job on all of our floral, too!! The centerpieces, altar and aisle floral was top notch!! Did you know they also set up and clean up, AND provide a day of wedding coordinator??! Such a great perk and really made the day stress free not only for me, but for my friends and loved ones attending – they didn’t have to worry about decorating for the event, they just came and enjoyed the day with us! I brought several boxes of décor with photos for Crystal to set up for our big day, and she made all of my ideas come to life, and set it all up just like I had envisioned!! I could seriously go on and on about this venue and it’s amazing staff – it was seriously one of the best decisions I made when planning the wedding of our dreams. Having your food, floral centerpieces, wedding coordinator, linens, and 3 ceremony sites to pick from, makes planning a wedding so easy! Heather, Crystal, and Katie were amazing to work with!! Heather handled everything the day of the wedding for us and I could not have been happier! She treated me and my husband so well and made sure we had the perfect day! Crystal was our day of coordinator and we can say that she was the best organizer and helper ever. I challenge you to find a better wedding venue at such reasonable prices. I was referred to Cross Creek Ranch by my \"adopted\" family from Paesano's Ristorante locally who caters at CCR. What a GEM!! Are you looking for a picturesque Pinterest wedding? Look no further. Greenery, a pond, swing sets! This venue is STUNNING.First, all the women at CCR are angels in disguise. They are SO kind and accommodating and have such a way to translate what you have in your mind into real life. They truly make the process so easy. They also email you back quickly (no matter how many insane questions you have).In addition, this is really all-inclusive. In one meeting, I handled centerpieces, ceremony pieces, linens, and food. The only floral they don't include is bouquets and you can bring along any additional decorative pieces you want on the day of. My ONLY critique is that I really wish they would allow the bridal party to get there a lot earlier to be able to unload cars, mop up the sweat, and then have plenty of time to fix hair and makeup and take photos. I think they give a 3 or 4 hour window prior to event start time to get to the venue. I would recommend to bring everything you can the day before for the rehearsal! I brought most but not all of my items--the day of I had a lot more than I anticipated so it was a bit rushed for me but that is truly my only complaint. I absolutely LOVED working with CCR and have recommended it to as many people as I can who are planning weddings/events.

I have nothing but great things to say about CCR. We have a bit of unique circumstances, but I thought it was relevant to share. The week of our wedding which was to be on October 15, our son was diagnosed with Leukemia. We had to cancel our wedding last minute, which was devastating for us. As a family, we were at such a loss with the diagnosis but not to mention it was our wedding week. When I spoke to Katie, she was nothing but empathetic. I never expected the venue to return any of our money, but somehow she made it possible. She cried with me as we discussed my son. This is service you just cannot find everywhere! I cannot be more pleased with how amazing this venue has been in a very difficult time for us. When we do decide to do this again, we will definitely use CCR!

We had our wedding at Cross Creek Ranch the end of May and were so very happy with everything! Weddings can be a tense time with so many plans in play that can make or break your Big Day. The morning consisted of rain and more rain, the staff at CCR held out on making the final call until about noon, they made the call as the clouds began to clear and the forecast changed in our favor...we would have the ceremony outdoors as planned!! Simply a great Venue! We were the first to have a cocktail hour before the ceremony just to allow guests to mingle as well as allow for traffic etc. It was very well received. They also have the Bridal Suite located in the center of the venue and is a round building. This was perfect, not only for guests to drop in before the ceremony as well as a perfect place to have a celebratory moment with the entire bridal party before the reception.So happy with our Big Day at Cross Creek Ranch!

BEST VENUE EVER. I never thought planning a wedding could be so EASY. Thanks to Crystal and other staff they helped make my day my dream wedding. BEST VENUE EVER. I never thought planning a wedding could be so EASY. Thanks to Crystal and other staff they helped make my day my dream wedding. Almost everything was included with the venue making it such a fun experience. I looked at ONE and only one venue, and fell in love and am so thankful I made the greatest decision. Cross Creek Ranch was the most wonderful Shabby Chic place to get married. I am forever grateful for Crystal making my day the perfect and seamless. If I could redo it all I wouldn't change a single thing. I would recommend Cross Creek Ranch to anyone who wants a beautiful and helpful venue. :)

This review is not just what I can put down, but what I can't. Our wedding was so fantastic, the only negative is we can't do it every year (I'd say \"every day\" but that's getting a little silly).First, let's get the uncomfortable part over with - weddings are expensive. The only way to do it cheaply is to go to the JP, and there was no way we were doing that. Cross Creek Ranch’s venue is the best place we could have selected. The pricing was so reasonable that my budget conscious fiancée was ready to sign the papers and put down a deposit when the staff showed us everything that was included - that's impressive. Second, the site and landscaping is beautiful. Due to bad weather, our ceremony moved from the arbor overlooking the pond to the covered pavilion. It was still so perfect with the string lights lit, lace hanging, and flowers aligning the chairs. It was even more so because our small band playing the ceremony music was able to fit in the side section facing the guests.Third, what made the whole thing so great was the staff. We worked mostly with Crystal, who I can't thank or say enough about. She was with us from the rehearsal until we went left after the reception. I can appreciate the stress of working an event, but she was able to be everywhere at once all with a smile. Even though we didn't work with them fully, Katie and Heather were equally helpful. There were a few ladies behind the scene that were fantastic - doing the serving, cleaning, overall helping out, and one even made sure I wasn’t without a drink. Speaking of drinks, our bartender was excellent - he made shots, kept us hydrated, and had everything ready at the end of the night. I think it was his beard that gave him his magic.Finally, the most notable part of the event: Sure, we got married and that's a big deal. But, I planned the wedding on my birthday, not a big deal and I didn't think anything of it until the father/daughter dance. My dad is not one to make a big fuss so when he stopped our dance a few bars into the song, takes the mic from our DJ, I knew I was in trouble. He had worked it the DJ and Crystal to play a slideshow of a chronological photo album. I know he worked on it the most, but I 100% appreciate the effort and generosity that everyone else put in to make it happen. I was so touched, my eyes were leaking (I'm not a crier).Eric & I weren't the only ones pleased, our guests couldn't say enough about how great the evening was, and the fabulous food from Babe’s. I even had a good friend tell me she wanted to get remarried just so she could use Cross Creek Ranch. I felt very proud and blessed we made such a good decision and had such a great event. With as much enthusiasm that can be mustered, Eric and I thank you.

My wedding turned out to be PERFECT. They did a wonderful job and I couldn't thank them enough for the hard work they did. Everybody was telling me that my wedding turned out to be a fairytale wedding and it was! I highly recommend this venue. Crystal and the other staff really made my day very special. I wish I could re-live my wedding one more time, that's how great it was. It's a very beautiful venue, and it was absolutely perfect.

cross creek ranch provided the most amazing wedding day for my husband and me. The all inclusive option took so much stress off during the planning process. Our day was beautiful. I would highly recommend this venue to future brides!

Cross Creek Ranch was the first venue I saw online that really caught my eye. The property with the trees, bridge and pond. The rustic feel that is beautiful on it's own, but leaves room to make it your own as well. Then I found out that they coordinate catering, bartenders (while still letting you BYOB), linens, tables and decorative floral.. all for the base price I was seeing for some venues that only gave you an empty room. \r\rCross Creek was the first and only venue we visited even though we had a short list. The minute I had the tour and met with Heather I was sold. I think my mom liked how easy it was being so inclusive. You're within 10 minutes of major highways but feel like you're in the middle of the country (great if you have lots of out of town guests). \r\rI really don't know how Heather and Katie do it! They were prompt to respond to my questions and emails, and never made me feel like I was being difficult (I might have been). They made it so easy and took so many little tasks off our plate and let me enjoy more of the engagement than stressing over coordinating the chairs and linens to arrive. A 1-hour planning meeting might not sound like enough time, but we covered everything. \r\rWhen we arrived for the rehearsal the day before we were able to drop off our personal decor and Heather set it all up for us in such a beautiful way! And the floral she put together was more than I had imagined! I wish she made bouquets and boutineers as well! If I needed anything during the day, all I had to do was ask. I felt so pampered and taken care of and the day turned out to be everything I wanted. \r\rThe only mishaps were minor and not worth ignoring how well everything was handled. My husband and I had requested a to-go box of food since we knew we wouldn't eat much and did not receive it. We didn't even think of it until the next day. We added rose petals for the aisle and they almost weren't ordered in time, but we got them and they were gorgeous. And lastly, some of the add-ons (garden lighting) seemed a bit pricey for something simple, but we felt we got such a huge value on everything else that it wasn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things.\r\rMy husband and I, our family and our friends all commented how much they enjoy the food, having the ceremony and reception in 1 location, and how it was all set up and the night flowed so smoothly. I have absolutely zero regrets with our choice the use Cross Creek Ranch as the setting for our wedding.\r\r\r\r\r\r

Meet the Cross Creek Ranch Team
Crystal, Katie, and Heather (Coordinator) Katie and her husband have owned and operated Cross Creek Ranch for 16 years. She loves welcoming guests to the ranch as they celebrate the happy couple. Heather and Crystal have assisted in coordinating wedding and events at the ranch for 11 and 9 years, respectively. They assist our brides with everything from the initial tour, to the planning process of the wedding, floral design, coordination of the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, and even send off at the end of the night. With our combined experience and expertise, we can walk you through all aspects of your wedding.
